I just visited today and had an amazing service. Starting from the tech who did my x-ray to the hygienist, Quiana, to the Dr. They were wonderful and amazing. I have definitely found the right dental office for my family and I.
Hope, Marie and Ashley are all so awesome!!! Both the Drs are both amazing as well!!
Today was one of the best days! I was nervous about getting a procedure but Monica did everything to keep me calm and comfortable.. She talk me all the way through.. I really appreciate her for that.. Definitely need more people like her in business..
My family dentist of over 25 years retired and sold his practice to Riccobene Family Dentistry. I have gone twice in the past year and I am extremely pleased with the staff and service. The dental hygienists are always friendly and gentle; and they make helpful suggestions for how you can continue good dental hygiene. I’ve been very pleased with the transition to Riccobene.
Dr. Hotic & Katie were awesome today. I love the way they make me and my husband feel when we visit their office. 🤩💯🤩💯
Emily did a deep clean on my teeth today. She is AWESOME. Dr. Houcal did my novocaine. He has a gentle touch. Teeth feel and look great. Emily is fun to talk to and made me feel very comfortable during the whole process. Great team Thanks.

I love the way Dr. Steve explains what he’s going to do before and during a procedure. Veronica is always gentle and patient with me and her professionalism is obvious to whom she is mentoring.
Dr. Clifton Ball is amazing. He is not only encouraging but also very motivating throughout the orthodontic treatment. His entire staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dr. Clifton Ball and his team for orthodontic treatments.
Absolutely love Dr. Leslie at Riccobene Pediatrics! She is amazing and my daughter was immediately comfortable with her. We had the best experience with a broken tooth and repair. The dental assistant was fantastic as well. I definitely recommend Dr. Riccobene Pediatrics Dentistry.
It not everyday you can go in a place a feel like it’s a home alway from home. Today was my first time ever going to this dentist office and I felt as if I’ve known the associates in this office for years. The place is so clean and so welcoming that you instantly become comfortable and forget what you were there for. Even the patients that were leaving and waiting to be seen were friendly. If Disney channel had a sitcom of a dentist office, this would be it. First day there and I already look forward to many more visits. I definitely love this office.
Riccobene Associate is an awesome business! Not only do they provide excellent dental work, they also provide excellent customer service. My daughter went into the office with a problem. And instead of the office staff being about the money they could get from service she would receive due the problem, I was offered a plan that was in line with my dental plan so that my out-of-pocket expense would be limited as well as the problem being resolved! Go Riccobene...😉❤
The staff overall Has been polite and understanding. Don't judge your teeth; they give you advice. I've been to about a total of 6 dentistry, and I don't think I'll be switching anytime soon.
They were expecting me and told me my name, not ask it! Very open and friendly. Most of the paper work was done so just a few signatures were required. Immediate service. Hygienist appeared immediately and took me back. Very thorough, probably one of the best cleanings and exams I have had. My first visit and I plan to make this my permanent office.
Brush and Floss, part of Riccobene Associates, is really awesome! I just started going there with my kids. Everyone there made my kids feel so welcomed and at-ease. They are really good with kids. My kids left laughing and talking about how they had such a great time! Thank you!
Great experience. Friendly staff. Had a filling replaced and was surprised that it was painless easy and quick. Won't say I'm looking for the next filling but if I do ... I trust them with the next procedure. 2nd visit again outstanding dental hygienist, great front desk personnel. Dentist very friendly. Have great confidence in this business 3rd visit. Again. I have been coming here for about 2 years now! I love how timely and kind they are. From the front desk staff, to the hygienist (mine was Taylor) to the Dentist I saw (Dr. Williams) everyone is wonderful. They listened to my concerns and helped me tremendously. I am so grateful to look forward to going to the dentist!
Tech was awesome! I'm afraid of dentist and he assured me I would be fine and made me very comfortable. Needles are what I'm most afraid of..they both tech and dentist were the best. I didn't feel anything....Awesome experience
Always a good experience. Jessica is friendly and considerate when it comes to cleaning. Seems like they have a shortage of doctors to check your teeth after cleaning. Had to wait about 15 minutes for him to do what took one minute.
Dr Steve did my crown and root canal. He explained each step as he went along which gave me comfort in knowing how much longer the procedure would be. I didn’t feel the numbing shot I think I got excellent care.
At 52 years of age, I adopted my very first dental team – at (then Riverside Dental Arts, now) Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry. Staff here are competent, respectful, and thoroughly knowledgeable in both dentistry and general medical practice. In fact, to onboard me as a client, Gabe Rich DDS prepared a unique presentation on their plan to address my onset periodontal disease – even identifying my mouth as the source of the very bacterium which caused my heart to become infected 35 years ago! No other medical doctor had EVER connected those dots before. Three years later, I am still a client – even though I now live 440 miles away during parts of the year. They made my mouth completely healthy, and I am not changing dentists. Absolutely NO demerits! Riccobene Dentistry meets my high standards, and can expect my continued business.
Best pediatric dentist around the area! Taylor Roberts is hands down the best! She’s the only one I’ll take my son to for cleanings. She’s personal, friendly and does everything in a way that makes the kids feel valued and educated!
I appreciated how the hygienist made best use of time to minimize length of unmasking! Amazing dental practice. Amber is the best hygienist and Dr. Miller really listens and does not minimize concerns. Very careful with privacy. Highly recommend.
One of the best dental practice I ever experienced, and I was made to feel welcome by everyone I met. If I lived in Rocky Mount, I would hope to become a regular patient of yours. I’m here visiting friends and they highly recommend your practice, and I’m sure glad they did!
I was a little nervous to go get my teeth cleaned since I hadn’t been to the dentist in 3 years, but I was very pleasantly surprised today. Everyone at Riccobene Associates was friendly and efficient. My cleaning was relatively painless. I even have a cavity but I’m looking forward to getting it taken care of in a month or so.
I've been a patient here for a little over a year and each visit gets better and better. I'll be moving my son here soon from his pediatric dentist because the level of professionalism from the entire staff is impeccable. The receptionist Ms.Tamiko was so nice and welcoming and was willing to switch my appointment to accommodate my schedule at the last minute. So glad I chose Riccobene! Keep up the good work!

The best dental experiences I have ever had! ALL of the staff were smiling( even behind the mask, you could tell), lol I am petrified of going to the dentist, just walking in the door is hard to accomplish. But the staff are kind, compassionate and very sympathetic!! They are always attentive and understand my phobias related to horrible past traumatic dental experiences. So if you have a dentist phobia, this is the place to go! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!
This place was exceptional and definitely makes going to the dentist easier & more comfortable than it typically is! I've had 2 cleanings and a crown and all 3 visits have been great. Dr. Gough and Courtney both make the visit so much more enjoyable. Really great customer service & staff!!!
My experience at Complete Dental has always been excellent from the front desk staff to the Dental Assistant, Dental Hygienist and Dr. Gough! I love the precautionary measures the office takes by calling when you arrive, being taken back to your room and the cleanliness of the facility. I’m so thankful for Dr. Gough and her staff for always putting a smile on my face.
“Absolutely Amazing!!!” is an understatement. This dentist office should be the billboard for dentistry’s. The staff are so professional and highly skilled. From the moment I called Alexis set the tone for the appointment. She was very helpful and has wonderful customer service skills. Dr. Bakshi is also heaven sent. During my appointment she answered all of my questions and thoroughly walked me through my appointment along the way. I can tell she really cares to treat her patients. Rose is also wonderful who assisted throughout my appointment. The new employee at the front was also helpful by giving me tips to help out in the future. I’m so pleased with the service I received today and I’m truly grateful I found this office. It’s also very nice inside which is another plus! Thank you again Riccobene Associates! I’ve found my dentist home! Follow up...first, let me start with this is not a paid review (you can view my other reviews). I genuinely have a high level of respect and gratitude for this dentistry. I had a dental emergency, a cracked filling directly in the front. Thank God and Riccobene staff got me in a very short amount of time and resolved my problem.? Thank you again for your courtesy and excellent dental repair I am smiling again.😁😁
Absolutely wonderful service. My hygienist Beth was very skilled and efficient, as well as very nice. The entire experience was excellent. On my second visit for a crown, it couldn't have been any better. Dr Uhlir was highly skilled, extremely pleasant and made it painless. His assistant Jennifer was also very skilled and super nice. I highly recommend Riccobene Dentistry.

I've never visited a Dentistry that made you feel like part of there family 👪 I'm usually up tight about going to the dentist, but I can honestly say they sure took the fright away. Not only were they friendly and quite efficient with everything they had me do, I love the fact that this group turned out to be a good Christian ✝️ business. I will continue going there for the rest of my dental care. I thank each and every one of that group for there 💯 % good care. I pray they will always be there to help us all in need. Thank you 😊 Today was fast, I enjoyed talking with the doctor, he was great and asked me if I had any questions or if I thought things looked alright, he was very concerned how I felt. The nurses are Always great to. Love it there , thank you😊

I had some Dental work done today. The staff was great and Dr Wolff was very knowledgeable and considerate. I would recommend them for all your dental needs.
Went for what I thought was a to be a consultation wound up getting x-rays and teeth cleaned along with the consultation. Super nice and explain everything, they use a water jet to clean your teeth with instead of the scraping tool which I hate, loved the water jet though.

I cannot say much about the expertise of Dr. Smith but her ethics and her approach to dental health is extraordinary! You will find a dentist who truly cares about YOU as a person and not a dental patient whose teeth need work. I highly recommend her.
The absolute best staff of dental hygienist and Dentists I have ever been to!! they are very caring and very detailed. And answer any and every single question you have, no matter how random it may be they! they are always smiling and always willing to call and get you in as soon as possible and they really try to save you money and time... I absolutely 100% recommend!!!
Been going to this office for at LEAST 10 years! My original and dedicated Dentist, Dr Jakubek is not returning but the young man that treated me today.... Dr Smigiel, was amazing!! Pretty blunt in our conversation which is what I needed and it doesn’t hurt that he’s super handsome even behind the mask!! That appointment was as seamless as ever and I’m definitely going to stay with that practice!!! Great team, still the same WELCOMING ATMOSPHERE!! R. Conley
I was very impressed with the kindness and friendliness when I walked in for the first time. The front desk and assistants were very kind, helpful and professional. Dr Miller is a very down to earth, gracious man who is very confident in his diagnosis and offers a very affordable remedy. The equipment is state of the art brand new. Love the tv on the ceiling! I would highly recommend this establishment for fine dental care and a nice chat or 2 with very nice people.

My dental hygienist and dentist were AMAZING. I would mention them by name because they deserve that, but I'm horrible with names and don't even remember. They really go above and beyond and made me feel super comfortable with everything they did. I'm not necessarily a fan of going to the dentist, but I'd go as far to say I really enjoyed my visit. Wonderful staff up there.
My daughter and I both love Riccobene Assoc. Family Dentistry!! They are gentle with her, yet explanatory (she likes to know what they are doing at all times). When I tell you I've NEVER had a better team of dentistry people I mean it! I can't stop telling people everywhere how compassionate Dr Farhan and his assistant Que were. I'm 62 and still have anxiety at the dentist. But they really did a great job in explaining everything. Also the front desk, Ms Nikki is marvelous! she helped me with everything! This is a Family of people who are Ginuwine. Kudos again🙌🏽💯🥰

Due to a terrifying experience earlier in life, I am horribIy petrified of ANY dentist!!!! Yesterday I had four teeth extracted by Dr. Jameson - - - he was like Houdini! I sat in the chair shaking before he came in, and before I knew it I was finished ! He and his assistant made sure I was relaxed and felt no pain !!! They were both fantastic and the rest of the staff are as sweet and efficient as possible. Thank you all. Kari especially made it all come together sweetly and without a hint of pressure. Thank you all !!!

So thrilled to find this Dentist Office! The entire staff was amazing. I have a LOT of anxiety about visiting the Dentist, because of this I put off visits which only perpetuates and worsens any issues I have. The front desk staff was informative, patient, kind and very professional. The Hygienist that did my x-rays and cleaning was above and beyond what I could've asked for. She was so patient with me and answered all of my questions and talked me through everything. The Dentist/Doctor was wonderful as well, everyone has me feeling so much better about the work I have planned out and actually looking forward to bettering my dental health moving forward. Thank you all for being amazing!

I had my first cleaning at Riccobene Associates a couple of weeks ago, and it was a great experience. The facilities are new and modern and extremely clean. My hygienist was knowledgable and thorough and my cleaning was painless and efficient. All of the staff are friendly and competent and I will continue to use Riccobene Associates for my dental care. Highly recommended!
We found this office through our insurance. It is the BEST dental office we have EVER been to. Not only is the doctor patient, knowledgable and very thorough, the staff was very welcoming and friendly! I’m so glad my family will be under their care for years to come!
We love Dr. Smith and her team. I have three little girls ages 9 6 and 3 and we have such a great experience every time. The girls are always excited to get their teeth cleaned. The whole staff makes sure the girls have a super fun and positive visit!
This office is the best dentist I have ever been to. Everyone is so kind and inviting. I recently had a cavity filled here and Latesha was my tech. She is so sweet and made me feel very comfortable. She and Dr. Clark talked me through the entire procedure which really helped to calm my nerves. Dr. Clark did an awesome job with the filling. It took no more than 30 minutes and I couldn’t feel a thing! I’ve also had a cleaning with Amber and she is so awesome!! Big thanks to this office for all your hard work and hospitality! You guys are the best :)
The Knightdale location is the BEST! My children are so comfortable when we visit. My children never dread going to the dentist at this location. The front desk staff, dentists and dental assistants are always the most pleasant. The dentists always speak to my children in a way that they understand and they let them know the procedures step-by-step. I am also a patient and have had the best experiences. 👌🏾 I highly recommend. 10 out of 10.
Great experience at Downtown Dental! You are greeted with a warm and friendly smile by the front desk team, Michelle and Karen. Dr. Rich is very thorough and wants the best for his patients! Karen, my hygienist, is fantastic, caring, and does such a great job! I would recommend this office to everyone!
I am not the biggest fan of the dentist and normally get nervous prior to my visit. As soon as my hygienist called me back all my nerves went away. She was very friendly and thorough. She answered all of my questions and concerns. Receptionist staff was super friendly as well as the doctor. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new dentist!

I had my first visit yesterday of actual work being done to my teeth. Started the process for a crown on tooth 11. My doctor was Behairy and assistant was Megan, I couldn't have had better professionals and caring people do my work. I 52 years old and really dislike going to the dentist, but after this visit my feelings have changed. This was the best dental visit I have ever experienced and I look forward to future visits. I will recommend. Thank you!

A great start towards my new smile 😁😁😁. I had another amazing experience yesterday on the 24th January. I was scheduled for one tooth extraction, but it was so pleasant and the Dentist technic was so enjoyable, to include his bedside manner along with his technician. I asked Dr Farhan if I could just have my other tooth that needed pulling. Pulled right now. So the procedure again was successful and a joy. No problems what so ever. They got a special kind of skill going on with the entire team at RiccoBene Associates. Thank again for a wonderful experience.

The staff here is amazing and so patient. My daughter has lots of anxiety around going to dentist and Dr. Garner and the team really helped to reassure us that they will keep working with us until my daughter feels more comfortable. They helped me as a parent feel less frustrated and I am so appreciative of their efforts. We are new to the area and with so many transitions already it's nice to know we have found a great dental home! Update from our 3rd appointment! 3rd times a charm! Staff again was so patient with my daughter and she actually wanted to go back by herself. She got her teeth cleaned and did xrays! Words can't express how grateful I am for the staff here!
Just had my appointment this morning and could not be happier. Never been to a place where the front desk, hygientist, and dentist are all friendly and make you feel comfortable! The place is also so cute inside, love the atmosphere.

A very friendly professional place. The entire staff is helpful and accommodating. My daughter and I have been going here for 3 years and we love it (as much as you can love going to the dentist that is.) A few days ago I had 2 teeth extracted by Dr. Gordon L. Hi cal and his assistant Tasha. They were aware of my dental anxiety and were extremely careful and very accommodating.
I have been going to Six Forks Smiles dentistry for a few years now and have always had a very positive experience. Friendly staff, beautiful waiting area, but most importantly honest employees who are not just trying to get your money by up selling dental services or worse telling you that you need services that you don’t. I have had that happen at other dental offices and I fully trust Six Forks Smiles to be honest and do a good quality job when I do need work done.
I had a really traumatic experience at a different dentistry. Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry has worked well with me to 1. Not dismiss my prior traumatic experience (that led to hospitalization while pregnant) and 2. Has provided an understanding, comprehensive, and as pain free as possible experience. I am thankful that I have found this practice.
Stacey was a great (and gentle) hygienist. Dr. Smith gave advice on what I should be doing with a couple of old fillings. Very good check-up.

Great people and a very clean and modern facility. Couldn't have asked for a better appointment.
I’m not a patient of this practice but had to review them based on their wonderful customer service. My son needed a filling repaired and I couldn’t get a hold of our regular dentist. They were able to help and schedule us an appt the next day. Super nice and accommodating for all my questions. I just can’t overstate how nice it was to have someone I didn’t know help me in a stressful situation.
Even though I was a new patient and scheduled for a routine visit later this month, I had an emergency (no pain involved) and they fit me in the next day. Staff was very polite and helpful and the dentist knowledgeable and instilled confidence in me. They also were in my network insurance and could answer my questions.
Everyone one that works there starting at the front desk check in and check out are always smiling and very polite. Dr. Anderson and Stephanie to me are GREAT. Every appointment I’ve had or concern I’ve had they always answer it and no question is silly to them. They just know how to make you feel comfortable while you are in their chair. 10+
I was very impressed with my visit on 12/6/2021. I was a little nervous before they got started with the fillings but things went very well and I was relaxed and soon done!
Place are extremely nice friendly staffs quite, no long waiting periods etc. all patients are Happy and smiles, give good vibes of thankful and joy I see the looks in patients eyes that also up lift my spirit for the best results, if I had to make a choice I would recommend my stay at Riccobe... family Dentist. I have had two major procedures done at the Porter’s Neck office they always give me prescriptions for pain but on neither occasion have I ever needed any of it I had oral surgery 12/29 I am pleased to say there was no major bleeding, swelling or pain…I was terrified of oral surgery but I am pain free and happy. I highly recommend anyone for Riccobene the whole staff is so pleasant
Dr. Gaddy is phenomenal!!!! My son has been TERRIFIED of the dentist until switching here. Today he had 2 fillings done in office and did not even flinch the whole time. She is the BEST! Very patient and easy.
My wife and I have just recently started going to Robbie T Smith DDS due to our previous dentist no longer accepting my benefits. Great decision in so many different ways. Very,very friendly and professional staff! Including the front desk receptionist. Very cheerful and warm welcome each time I visit as soon as I walk through the door. Robbie is a very awesome and thorough dentist in every way. Enjoyed talking with her about her dad and his career as pilot and now flying for a mission organization into Hiati! Sounds like an awesome adventure for sure. Very interested in what she had to say on the subject due to having a 40 year career in Aviation Maintenance myself! I had the opportunity to meet some new folks this visit due to a temporary shortage in staff. I believe Tracy was her name. Very good @ what she does. Enjoyed talking with her about her and her husband's sheep herding dogs. And Stacey my normal hygienists as always very kind,gentle, and personable! Takes her time with me and always asks if I'm comfortable while communicating with me from beginning to the end of my visit. Summing the experience up I can say that everybody works together as a team! Well oiled machine! Originally went in to have a tooth extracted because was told by another dentist in the area that it couldn’t be saved. Dr McCormack assured me it could and all the assistants Stephanie, Morgan and Hailey were great during the process. I definitely recommend the entire office and instead of having a empty space in the front of lower teeth I have a new crown and better self confidence about smiling. Thanks everyone!!!

I had great service from the ladies at the check in/check out desk, and exceptional service from the young lady who cleaned my teeth. She did a fantastic job and should be commended for her diligence, her attitude and her willingness to make sure I had a great experience, or as great as teeth cleaning could be.
