The Knightdale location is the BEST! My children are so comfortable when we visit. My children never dread going to the dentist at this location. The front desk staff, dentists and dental assistants are always the most pleasant. The dentists always speak to my children in a way that they understand and they let them know the procedures step-by-step. I am also a patient and have had the best experiences. 👌🏾 I highly recommend. 10 out of 10.
My 4 year old had his first cavity filled today. He was very anxious about it. Dr. Shrader Was amazing with him! He did well and was even good with the idea of going back to the office again!
I don’t mind at all coming to the dentist here. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Each dentist I’ve seen has been attentive and professional and my dental hygienist, Lisa is always awesome in every way!!!
My three children are all patients here (ages 13, 10, and 4) and we have never had a negative experience. But today we had to take care of my youngest's first cavity...which could have been awful for a child with sensory issues. But this team is SO amazing...he didn't make a peep the entire time! He even insisted that I go back to my chair when I tried holding his hand! AND we got a surprise visit by Santa. THANK YOU!
The dentist and staff are very friendly and know how to handle kids while working on dental procedures. I would highly recommend this dental practice.

From a young age, I had many dental challenges (baby teeth pulled, braces, retainer, wisdom teeth removed). ALL experienced complications and led to my anxiety over dental procedures UNTIL I found this amazing practice.... they are through, on-time, sincere, gentle and I have never felt like I am in better hands. My husband had a nerve situation last year and after other consultations at other “specialized” offices that offered him no resolutions, it was THIS office that helped him!!! We are committed to this practice for so many reasons and. After today’s cleaning, my teeth have felt the cleanest they have in the longest time! Thank you! I would recommend without reservation!!!
Such an amazing job. Although I was so nervous before coming in and while sitting in the chair getting prepared, the dentist made sure to make me feel very comfortable and at ease. They made my smile brand new better than ever, and it honestly looks better than it looked before.

The staff are all very friendly, efficient and take great care of their patients. I have had 3 cleanings and one filling and the Dental Hygienist and the Dentist were great. No problems whatsoever.

Very competent dentists and overall technical and non-technical personnel. Always ready to address not only normal dental care, but any dental problem one may have. Very clean facility and follows disease-related guidelines as those now associated with COVID-19.
GREAT!! My dentist Minka Hotic always take time to answer questions and make sure you're in no pain. Her assistant is great also. Now that I go here I don't hate going to dentist.
Had my 6 month check-up/cleaning today. Dockside has a very nice new look on the inside waiting room and some changes throughout. Also, my dental hygienist, Hope, is absolutely amazing every time I come for my visit. Very personable! A shout out to the rest of the staff as well...everyone that I dealt with is very friendly and courteous. Thank you:)

Today was the day that assured me that I will be smiling again. It has been a while since I have been around smart men and women that did not let that stand between there consumer. Brenda, has the go beyond attitude to make her patients feel comfortable. The doctor was a highlight of my visit carrying me through step by step of the process how it all will come together. And to top it all off having the technician to assist me with the finances with going bankrupted. Do I need to say more. I have professional Dentistry taking care of my mouth and teeth.
Today was my daughter and I first visit. Everyone was so helpful and kind. My personal assistant checked my teeth and did my X-ray. When she cleaned my teeth, I didn’t have any of the usual pain and discomfort. From seeing the X-ray she already knew about my sensitive teeth. Thanks so much.

Dr. Rima Solank is by far the best experience I have had with a dentist. She was very friendly and kind with my appointment. I will definitely be asking preferably for her services. For ALL my dental needs for our future appointments. I will also be recommending her to my friends and family for any of there dental needs too.
Today was my first visit at Riccobene Family Dentistry and I must confess, I enjoyed the experience. This is my 3rd dentist and I was praying for a great dentist. Starting from the front staff, nurse, hygienist, and dentist, my experience was beautiful. They had a sense of humor, they we’re happy, helpful and very pleasant. The office setting was calm and peaceful. Meghan, Yulonda and Dr. Hucal. Wonderful.!!!

Today was one of the best days! I was nervous about getting a procedure but Monica did everything to keep me calm and comfortable.. She talk me all the way through.. I really appreciate her for that.. Definitely need more people like her in business..

My hygienist, Kelly is amazing!!! I've been seeing her for about 15 years (pretty much since she started her career with Riccobene) She is so sweet and friendly and does an awesome job. She's thorough and very gentle! I would highly recommend this dental office and ask to see her!!!
Great place. Dr. Smigiel pulled 2 teeth and didn’t feel a thing. Made a temporary bridge that looks great. Aimee is the greatest dental assistant. Returned to get fitted for a bridge. Wore the temp bridge for 4 weeks. The permanent bridge was put in yesterday. It looks and feels great. Dr. Smigiel did a great job.
They are great people who knows how to treat their patients and the dentist was exceptional with taking her time and assuring you were in no pain

I am new to the area and am very, very apprehensive about going to a new dentist . Everyone here is sooooo nice. I had to have a crown and was not sure how things were going to go but Dr Veloria was great .He listened to my concerns and answered my questions . They even serenaded me while they were working. Never had that before..But seriously I would recommend this practice to anyone and definitely to people who don't like to go to the dentist.
Everyone was super nice! I really liked the lady who did my cleaning she was amazing! I felt like I was in good hands and I truly was! I am a new patient and I can honestly say I’ve never had this type of care and treatment anywhere else. I am happy I found Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry!
I here been a patient for several years and I recently moved to Morrisville NC. I decided to drive back to Rocky Mount to remain with this office. Dr Ali Nasir is a very good dentist and thoroughly explained all of the procedures during my last visit. He is very patient and respectful to his patients. First time visit with my toddler and they were so pleasant and easy to work with. She got a bit fussy at first when they sat her back but she quickly became comfortable given their smiles and gentle demeanor. Extra plus: they didn’t mom shame me when my two young children ran the waiting room like...well, two young children, while I filled out paperwork and simultaneously listened to a work zoom call. Extra plus for a multiple-tasking momma! Glad we found this place!
Dr. Geeson is by far the best Dentist I've been to and I've seen so many Dentists since I was a kid. The staff are always kind and put their clients first! They are definitely my one and only choice for dental care!
Office was very organized and thorough during my cleaning, exray and exam. I was very pleased with their detail to COVID precautions.
Dr. Schmoor and her whole staff are SO great! Even my 6 & 3 year old enjoyed getting their teeth cleaned. My 6 year old with sensory processing was very anxious and they eased his worries from the moment he walked in the door. They talked him through everything that they were going to do and he felt confident after he was done and excited to go back to the dentist again. We will be back in 6 months ;-)

Everyone there it's always so kind and nice. You get in and out with very little waiting time. I really like the office staff and Dr shine as good as you can like a dentist.

Before coming to this dentist office I was very nervous and anxiety stricken due to past experiences. I expected the worse so I was prepared to just deal with another bad experience. But when I entered the build I was greeted with such love and compassion and it only escalated to a higher standard when I met Dr Nasir. It was as if he understood the horror and trauma I had been through from childhood to adulthood. His calm and compassionate personality eased my worries as I waited for the pain from the needle. And then it was over....no pain and all I could do was tear up. This office was just what I needed. It’s hard to find good genuine people who care and can make a difference and also leave a lasting impression on life. So I can’t find the words to express my gratitude for your love, patience and the kindness shown at the Wayfarer office. God bless you all for all that you do.

I had a great experience with Jennifer my dental hygentist. She was very attentive, and asked often about my pain level. The office staff is always great.

Hands down one of the best dentist offices our family has ever gone to. The staff from the ladies up front to everyone in the back are amazing, there’s really no words for how great everyone here is. My children absolutely love coming here to see everyone, and as soon as we leave they ask when they get to go back! Highly recommend this office!!
My children have had severe anxiety issues with dental care. Dr. Garner is a top notch pro when it comes to easing the minds and hearts of our little ones! All of the staff at Riccobene are so warm and friendly that the kids now look forward to their dental appointments. They’ve got the most beautiful hand painted murals in each office, too! This was my first experience at this practice. The decor was pretty but more importantly the office was very clean. The front staff as well as the office manager were kind and friendly. Dr Austin was my dentist, she was kind and very thorough with her exam, and explained what was necessary to fix problem areas. My hygienist was Shawantha, she was very caring and considerate when she performed a much needed procedure that I chose to do without numbing medication. She also showed me my xrays/problem areas and Dr Austin's recommended treatment plan. If you're in need of dental care, I would highly recommend Dr Austin and Shawantha!!!
I strongly dislike going to the dentist. Gives me high anxiety. I’ve had dozens of different dentists and oral surgeons of the year. After 40+ years I have finally found an office that that understands my fear and has provided me with simple options to calm my anxiety and to make the experience as pleasant as one can be. I won’t say I’m looking forward to another root canal but I can honestly say I won’t be worried about it if I do need another. Also took my preteen here that previously went to a pediatric dentist. She said hands down this place was so much better and made her feel very relaxed and comfortable. Great staff. Convenient location. Highly recommend.
Me and my husband couldn’t be more grateful! When no one else would help my husband from a horrible tooth that was hurting him beyond words and was infected they did the extraction and with short hand notice! Couldn’t thank Dr Jameson, Ms Ryan, Ms Amanda and Ms Christina enough for all they did. Even with something going crazy with the insurance Ms Amanda made it possible! Again thank y’all so much!

Absolutely wonderful service. My hygienist Beth was very skilled and efficient, as well as very nice. The entire experience was excellent. On my second visit for a crown, it couldn't have been any better. Dr Uhlir was highly skilled, extremely pleasant and made it painless. His assistant Jennifer was also very skilled and super nice. I highly recommend Riccobene Dentistry.
Dr. Cory Jameson did a great job on my implant procedure. He gave me a very in-depth explanation of what the procedure involved and used the upmost care in performing the surgical part of the procedure. Dr. Jameson and his staff were cheerful and friendly and even asked me what kind of music I would like to listen to during the procedure. It was a very nice overall experience.
The hygienists were amazing! Friendly and thorough. This was our 1st visit. The office was taking excellent precautions. We felt safe. They gave excellent follow up suggestions. So happy we found Jakubek Dentistry.
The office was accommodating when I called about my daughter’s tooth pain. They were even able to get us in that day! The dentist and hygienist were absolutely awesome. So glad we choose this practice when we switched a few years ago.
I recently took my 90 year old mom to Riccobene and I can't believe that going to the dentist could be such a great experience. We both actually felt at home being treated so kindly by every staff person, lots of smiles and laughter. At the same time everyone was very professional in explaining all the procedures and even letting my mom who had been a dental hygienist back in the day look at her X-ray pictures. Mom's treatment plan was discussed thoroughly and looking forward to our return visit.

Amazing place. Had tooth pain in a crown. Got me in the next morning and had my root canal done the next day. Totally painless. No issues with billing which is always nice. Friendly staff.
I had a dental cleaning done. The hygienist was very good. She was able to clean my teeth with very little discomfort to me. She actually noticed I was missing a crown. The follow up was the dentist’s confirmation. The dentist and hygienist were both pleasant and cordial.

Put away a lot of fears on my first visit. Made me as comfortable as possible. I'd recommend the whole staff to anyone looking dental care. The proposed treatment plan, laid out with all the prices. Including what insurance will and will not cover is a plus. Everything laid out right in front of you before any work is done.

My experience at Complete Dental (Wilmington Office) was exceptional. I have very high anxiety any time I have to go to the dentist because of bad experiences in the past. From the moment I walked in the door, every staff member greets you with a genuine smile. I explained my anxiety and they went out of their way to ease my fears. This is an exceptional dental office. I highly recommend them.
I have been going to Riccobene Associates for several years and have always been seen on time, treated well by all associates and appreciate the hygienists that have done a great job cleaning my teeth. As well, respect the dentists that reviewed my dental work and their presentation of options for me. As well, my sons 8 and 9 and 4 year old daughter, as well, my wife, have been treated well. The facilities are clean, tech tools the latest, plenty of parking and pleasantly comfortable waiting room.. I would recommend this as a great family dentistry and a practice with associates you can rely and trust in.

We love everyone at Hampstead Family Dentistry! From the moment we walk in the door the ladies at the front desk make us feel so welcomed. The hygienists are always friendly, kind and thorough. And finally, Dr. Rich is simply a great guy! He is a great dentist but also has a wonderful and calming personality - which is very helpful for those us who don’t always love going to the dentist. Dr. Bacon and the Team at the Cary location off Highhouse is awesome. I've been going for cleaning for a couple of years and they are always on time. We have moved our whole family to them because I can trust them to be fair. My wife had actually gone to a Dentist in Downtown Cary and he wanted to do a filling. Dr. Bacon looked at it and didn't feel like it was something that needed to filled at this moment. I like a Dentist that is truthful and honest and Dr. Bacon is just that. Lastly but not not lastly, what a professional team. They support each other and respect each other on a personal level. My former Dentist down the road would berate his staff right in front of me...the client. Dr. Riccobene has created something good and deserves all the praise for a wonderful practice.
I've been going to Complete Dental for about 3 years now and would not go anywhere else. They are very thorough and still quick. The facility is modern and has state of the art equipment. The staff is kind and always asking if you need anything. If you are not going to Complete Dental you are wasting your time.

Best pediatric dentist around the area! Taylor Roberts is hands down the best! She’s the only one I’ll take my son to for cleanings. She’s personal, friendly and does everything in a way that makes the kids feel valued and educated!
I can't say enough good things about my experience here, especially with Leah Gray, who I've now seen twice! She is so thorough and patient with all my questions, so I never feel rushed. She has excellent bedside manner and is so personable. It really helps me feel comfortable working with someone who remembers who I am as a person and the details about my dental history. I've had some distrust of dentists in the past, especially concerns that I was being pushed to agree to unnecessary procedures. But Leah takes the time to explain exactly what is happening, so I have confidence in making a choice about what procedures to agree to; plus, I've learned so much about my own dental care and what I could be doing better. I recently had to undergo an uncomfortable procedure and really wanted to proceed without any pain management, because I like to avoid medication unless absolutely necessary. Leah was incredibly patient with me, listened to all of my concerns, and gave me breaks when I needed it. Because I was nervous about this procedure, I really appreciated how calm she was and never made me feel rushed or pushed into using medication when I didn't want to. They are also really great about explaining exactly what is covered by my insurance, so I am never surprised by my bill. I would absolutely recommend Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry, especially Leah.
This place is awesome! Best experience hands down I’ve ever had at a dentist. Warm, welcoming staff and very considerate dentist, dental assistants and hygienists.Everyone is patient and thorough in answering questions and explaining procedures. I feel very comfortable there; that’s saying a lot since dental visits usually give me intense anxiety. I recommend this office 100 percent!
For as unpleasant as having your teeth drilled can be, the dentists and dental assistants made it a pleasant experience. I was very pleased with how friendly all of the staff is and their thorough attention to detail throughout the entire process.

Great experience. When I first arrived before I even entered into the building my temperature was taken and was kindly instructed to check in. Front desk was professional. Despite the waiting room being packed I had no long wait and was called back within 5 minutes of me checking in. My dental assistant Sierra was kind, considerate, and very professional. I observed her properly sanitize all equipment before and after making a safe and clean environment for myself and other. Sierra also did a great job with advising me of everything that would take place with my appointment. I was then introduce to Dr Chanel Prince whom I would recommend to any and everyone that is looking for a dentist. Upon entering in the room she first introduced herself and was interested in while I was there today so she can meet all of my needs and answer any concerns that I had, and she did all of that and some. After having a emotional meltdown for me having ongoing dental issues with me teeth with no solution, Dr. Prince and dental assistant Chanel consoled me and reassured me that my dental issues could be fixed by replacing my teeth that I had lost throughout the years. So compassionate and professional! One word for my appointment today is WOW! I don't think you know what you have done for me, I pray that you guys are able to help me great back my health smile. My daughter had a great experience, the staff were fast and kind and the dentist was wonderful. It was my daughter’s first time at the dentist and her and the dentist did a little dance together before she had her teeth cleaned to help her feel more comfortable. Would highly recommend!
This Riccobene office in Apex, NC is the best Riccobene office around. Everyone was helpful, nice and laughed with me. Who expects to laugh at the dentist office!!! Making my smile better. Need I say more, nope 😁
Everyone is super nice and caring. They have a great attitude and work hard to make your experience easy and relaxing. I just had a crown done and even though my insurance doesn't cover this procedure the tryed to get me the best price available. No hidden fees for unnecessary work to be done dentist was very professional and personal.Will definitely be back hopefully when I get the final crown everything will be the same.
It was a great experience. I was welcomed as soon as I got there and everyone was very friendly and attentive. I felt as if I had been a patient there forever instead of it being my first visit! Jada was great and actually talked with me during my visit and made me feel so comfortable! She’s the best! I’m happy that my daughter in law Kristen Wilbourne works with such great people and recommended you to me! She also did a great job with the X-Rays. I have had problems with that at my previous office so I’m glad she took the time to make sure I was comfortable!
Went to Smile Stones for a crown and the experience was amazing. The staff was awesome, very welcoming, polite and I received my crown the same day. Dr. Patel and Heather worked diligently to make sure it was placed correctly and my bite was leveled. Definitely a 5 star experience.. they provided me with a warm towel afterwards
Dr. Rima Solanki was phenomenal! She has been very comforting and encouraging throughout every procedure I’ve had here and not only that but she gets it done quickly and efficiently. I got a crown and a filling done in under 2 hours. I also have to brag on Riccobene dentistry as well for working with me on making payments so it was more affordable. This is just an all around great dentistry, it definitely deserves 5 stars!
Preparation for a crown on one of my molars was quick and completely pain-free. The office is always clean and appointments are always on-time.
Dr Rich and his staff are awesome. I build up plaque quite easily, and Karen does a fabulous job of cleaning my teeth. She's very professional and makes you feel at ease during the entire process. Highly recommend!!

Today was the second time we visited this location and it was a great experience both times. My daughter had a tooth extracted today along with other services and Dr. Martin and Dejah were an amazing team as they made my daughter feel super comfortable. When we were leaving my daughter told me she didn't even know she had her tooth pulled out!! She didn't feel a thing! Dr. Martin talked her through the entire process and made her feel at ease the whole time. Thank you!!
We moved from the Clayton area to Cary and were in need of a new dentist. Since we loved the Riccobene office in Clayton, it was only natural to choose Riccobene in Cary. I had my first cleaning and checkup today. Meg was a fantastic hygienist. She made me feel safe and comfortable as visiting the dentist is not my favorite thing to do. I have given her name to my husband who also needs a checkup. Fantastic experience!!
I was 10 minutes late for the first time but they were still happy to see me and took me in almost immediately. I was given an opportunity to discuss the retainer, one vs two. They explained in detail how the new x-ray can be used to make the retainers so they fit perfectly. I have an appointment to have my braces removed but if the retainer comes in sooner, they will rebook my appointment at an earlier time.
I can say they have come a long ways. Customer service has not always been the best for me since I first started going here about 12 years ago, but I have been more than satisfied for the last few years. Staff are very personable and with my crazy work schedule in combination with COVID, they have been more than accommodating with needing last minute appointments or rescheduling within reason. I was just fitted for a crown on April 9th and NERVOUS, but Dr. Pruitt was so gentle and his assistant was the BEST! As always.....SALLY is the best and greeted me as soon as I walked in! Definitely the kind of professionals I would recommend to anyone.
Just had the last portion of my 6th implant finished I am so pleased at the results. Dr Geeson has done two of my six implants and multiple other procedures. She is one of the best dentist I have ever been to in my 71 years of life. This practice is a diamond in Leland. Courteous, prompt, thorough and safe environment. My 1st teeth cleaning in 18 months,! X-rays and exam revealed a cavity under a crown and a 2nd cracked crown (both are circa 14 year old crowns.) I’m very happy to have been able to schedule follow up appointments to address these issues!
It was amazing! I’ve neverrr had such a nice, kind, informative dental hygienist. I would give her a shout out but I don’t want to disturb her privacy. She answered all of questions and explained everything. The staff in the front are super sweet to. I recommend this dentist office to anyone
