Awesome atmosphere and service.

Had a great experience each time I have been. They are gentle and thorough. I have a phobia of dentists. I have made them my primary dentist. all staff I have met from the gentleman at the front desk to the assistant and to the Dr, they are all professional and more than happy to help how ever they can. 5 stars. Great Dentist office.

I was tentative about my dental visit. I mean, seriously, who isn’t? However, from start to finish, the staff here was a 10/10. When calling to arrange for an appointment, everyone I spoke to was patient, professional and concise. The same friendly feeling was conveyed upon walking through the door of the office. Lynn was amazingly friendly, performed the radiological portion of the exam flawlessly, and was the ray of sunshine needed to get me through the pain that I had come in with. Porcha (sorry if that’s the incorrect spelling) was upbeat and smooth with the dental cleaning. Dr. Geeson is definitely a tooth ninja. The speed and skill at which she worked was amazing, and I’m extremely grateful for the professionalism and talent she showed in expediting the process of removing my painful wisdom teeth. I’d definitely suggest this office for any of your dental needs, as they surpassed all of my expectations. Thanks!!!!

Dr Duke was great!! I hadn’t been to the dentist in quite sometime! He was personable and made me feel comfortable which made the experience a lot more tolerable.

This place was exceptional and definitely makes going to the dentist easier & more comfortable than it typically is! I've had 2 cleanings and a crown and all 3 visits have been great. Dr. Gough and Courtney both make the visit so much more enjoyable. Really great customer service & staff!!!

Best dentist office I've ever stepped foot into. The whole staff is welcoming and compassionate! The office is beautiful and so clean. Dr. Geeson and Dr. Gough are amazing and really take their time getting to know you and your oral concerns! They were so thorough and conservative with planning my treatment and wanted to know my input. I'll just say, they didn't have dental offices or dental staff like this where I'm from! 100% recommend to anyone looking for an amazing office in the Wilmington area! I know I found mine!

I am not someone who does a lot of reviews but I had to brag on Complete Dental at both the Wilmington and Leland locations. They are awesome and I have never felt so comfortable in a dental situation before. Dr. Geeson was amazing and Ciara (not sure of the spelling, could be Sierra), she is my favorite she is so kind and comforting, she’s the best. Would highly recommend this practice for sure!
