Kelly, the hygienist was fabulous! Super gentle! Dr. Prince is new to me but already feels like a trusted friend! I am VERY dental phobic and I felt completely at ease!
Moving to a new city and finding new doctors is never fun but, I'm really glad I found this dentist office! All the staff were awesome and especially Praewpun for being the best hygienist I've ever had. I will recommend this office to everyone!
The office is caring, professional, and provides excellent patient care. I’ve never loved a dentist so much. Dr. Rich and his team make the visit pleasant! So thankful for them!
Beautiful dental office the staff and dentist and dental hygienist are all so nice and helpful.. they make you feel at home and are willing to answer any questions about concerns you have.. I love that when you have an appointment your not waiting all day to be seen.. they have you in and out in a jiffy and do quality work! There’s coffee tea and water in the waiting area.If you are looking for a dentist 🦷 this is a great place! Look no further !
Super great experience for my 6 year old. Staff is very friendly and very patient with the little ones. The atmosphere is also geared to children and makes them feel like the experience is fun. They also offer several different toothpaste flavors. I recommend them to start your kids off right and alleviate any fears. Super friendly and informative. No wait time and got done quickly. Thanks again to the ricobene kids staff.
The staff are all very friendly, efficient and take great care of their patients. I have had 3 cleanings and one filling and the Dental Hygienist and the Dentist were great. No problems whatsoever.
I have finally found my dentist! Living in the Calabash area - Complete Dental Shallotte is excellent! Had a few serious dental issues but Dr.'s Geeson and Gough worked in unison to get my teeth back in order. I can't list everyone who assisted but there where a lot of support people involved. The office ladies battled it out with my insurance company to assure that I received what I was entitled to and I thank them for that! Everyone there is personable and professional!
I am new to the area and need to find a dentist due to an infection on a tooth. Through my insurance I choose Riccobene and I am very happy I did. They are professional and friendly. Took their time assessing what need to be done, the cost to me and quickly set up and appointment to take care of the problem. I am very pleased and recommend them highly.
I had the pleasure to work with Leah who performed a deep cleaning. I have not been to the dentist for a long time so it was a lot more work than normal, however, Leah was so caring and thoughtful as I went through the procedure. I feel so comfortable to know that I can rely on her and her team for my dental care needs. Though it was painful, I look forward to completing the procedure on the other side of my mouth because of the comfortability level established on my first visit. If you’re looking for a quality dentist who is honest and has the support of a great team, this place is definitely worth your consideration.

My hygienist, Kelly is amazing!!! I've been seeing her for about 15 years (pretty much since she started her career with Riccobene) She is so sweet and friendly and does an awesome job. She's thorough and very gentle! I would highly recommend this dental office and ask to see her!!!
My young daughter has high anxiety and needed a tooth pulled. I was first referred out to get her sedated, but the wait times were too long. We opted to give the nitrous oxide of a try. Dr. Ron was AMAZING with her! After the gas kicked in, he was able to get her tooth out without her even really knowing. He was calm and talked her through every thing he was doing in terms she understood and accepted. I highly recommend them!
I broke a tooth. I was immediately set at ease. Received Excellent care!! I needed a crown and could not ask for better service from Dr . Johnson and Stephanie!! Immediate assistance. Warm welcome from from everyone. Kindness and humor. Highly Recommend this Dentistry!!!
Dr. Schmoor and her whole staff are SO great! Even my 6 & 3 year old enjoyed getting their teeth cleaned. My 6 year old with sensory processing was very anxious and they eased his worries from the moment he walked in the door. They talked him through everything that they were going to do and he felt confident after he was done and excited to go back to the dentist again. We will be back in 6 months ;-)
Doctor Pike provided excellent care on short notice; taking the time to address my every concern and fix my dental issue, so I could travel the next day.

Dr Steve did my crown and root canal. He explained each step as he went along which gave me comfort in knowing how much longer the procedure would be. I didn’t feel the numbing shot I think I got excellent care.
I am a very high anxiety patient when it comes to a dentist. I rarely go to the dentist. This week I found myself needing a crown. Dr. Clark Was the most gentle dentist and made me feel extremely comfortable. I went back yesterday to get my teeth cleaned and Melissa was my hygentist. She walked me through the entire process and took her time. I would highly recommend this office in Apex. Thanks Guys

Just had a temporary crown installed by Dr Holme and her assistant. I was prepared to feel a lot of pain but to my surprise I didn’t feel a thing.the doctor and her assistants made me feel very comfortable in a stressful situation. I still have to go back for more procedures to be done but with their professional work I will not be nervous at all. I will be looking forward to be going back to them and knowing that they will be doing a professional job
The staff was friendly and professional. My wait was not too long. I felt no pain during my precedure. No needle was involved,. That made me happy because I am so afraid of them. I think I am going to like this dentist office.

I had a wonderful experience at Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry in Durham! The staff was friendly and helpful, the dental hygienist did a great job and made me feel very comfortable, and Dr. Nadella was so warm, personable, and knowledgeable. She was fun to talk to and you can tell she really cares about her patients. This was my first time there and I will definitely continue using them. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a dentist!
This dental office is spectacular. I’ve never been to an office that provides a tour of the facility as well as coffee or water. I felt right at home as I entered the door and they actually seem to listen and care about my concerns. A+ practice for all of your dental needs.

My experience couldn’t have been any better. The entire staff was so kind and made me feel at ease from the consultation through the actual procedure (which was my first procedure of any kind so I had a lot of nerves). The technicians were so considerate and made me feel so comfortable. I would highly recommend them and am thankful for such a great experience!
I had crown work today and it went exceptionally well. Rodney at the Wakefield location was fantastically amazing. He also seems to be the go to guy for questions in the office demonstrating he knew his craft. Certainly made me feel comfortable. Dr. Ranjini Pillai was the best. If you choose this location I am positive with anyone on staff you get assigned to you will have a great experience. ~bobg
Fantastic dentist office! Have now been in for a routine cleaning & x-rays and fillings. Loved Dr. Nadella, she is the best dentist I have had since my childhood dentist. Knowledgeable, kind, polite, and excellent at her job. The same can be said from everyone who works there, from the front office staff, to the hygienists, to the dentists. My fillings was the easiest and most pain free dental procedure I have ever had. I'm so glad to have found this office and will continue to go to them as long as I live here.
Getting a crown is not great, but Dr Steve and the Dental Assistants made this first step as good as possible. Was no pain after getting the numbing shots...and they were efficient and pleasant. Dr Steve is always very nice and kind and happy.
My husband and I have been going to Dr. Jakuek since 1999 and are pleased with all aspects of our dental care. Dr. Jakubek and his staff are professional, friendly, caring and personalize your individual dental needs. They are always considerate of your time. Everyone is pleasant, efficient and totally put you at ease. We always leave feeling good about our visit, be it a routine cleaning or otherwise.
My dental hygienist Mrs Thornton, got me in, got me a plan, and has started to execute. Her service and care has been impeccable. I even was even able to listen to the elements…. Earth Wind and Fire while getting work done!!! Never had service like this and recommend to everyone.
I have never had a unpleasant experience at your dental office, even when I had a root canal by previous dentist. It's always a pleasure to see Hope, who is a very good friend, and did I mention a very good hygenist. I drive 500 miles when I have to go to the dentist, and I would drive 1000 if I had to to come to your office. I met the new dentist, and he is great.
I have had a very bad experience with a dentist in the past. However, I am not very satisfied with Riccobene Associates. They are precise, gentle, but they get the job done. Grateful for them!
I have always dreaded going to the dentist. Thanks to the wonderful staff at Hampstead Dentistry, I no longer dread it. They are so kind and caring that you can’t help but feel relaxed, no matter what they are doing. Thanks for making the dentist a better experience for me!

They are very good about working you in on emergencies, very friendly staff, very good with children at any age. My grandbabies at the age of 1 were getting teeth clean ....I highly recommend any age for dental and they are just as good with ortho!!!

I live in Porters Neck and I am very happy and comforted at having such a caring and professional Dental group to go to. Riccobene Associates is wonderful! I experienced very bad treatments at O2 Dental, which is more like a factory and needed to follow-up because my gums were getting worse. A co-worker said how happy her Mother was with Riccobene Associates. I saw Dr. Roberts and he was gentle and kind. He didn’t push anything. He truly cared about helping me. I saw Colleen and she did such a good cleaning and I’m seeing her again and she will be maintaining my gums. I have no more bleeding!! I received a special toothpaste, complimentary from Dr. Roberts and a packet from Colleen, which I NEVER received from O2 Dental. I would highly recommend this group for everyone! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING OFFICE! Everyone on the staffing team front the front desk when I walked in to the girls in the back were amazing, everyone was super helpful and compassionate to my needs! Dr Geeson and Dr Gough really shine and always make sure my care is their top priority! 10/10 recommend this dentist!

Everyone at this office is friendly, caring, & competent; it is obvious that everyone enjoys his/her job. Dr. Steve is wonderful. He is kind, caring, competent, and explains exactly what he is going to do before a procedure starts as well as how long each component will take. The dental hygienist are very good and making both my children feel comfortable while they clean their teeth and do whatever they need to do. Been going there for a few years and my children really like them. The dentist are very nice with my children as well. Very good over all with my children.

Happy Riccobene has opened in Southport/Bolivia. Great dental, girls in front office are always smiling, friendly and happy to answer any questions. Dental hygienist Carolyn is wonderful and of course Dr Durant. All are phenomenal, can say enough positives I have experience since they opened. Only thing better they could do is at least have an orthodontist visit this office at least once a week, as this would be a great benefit for families and kids. Monkey junction is to far to travel for that service. Other than that, very happy with Riccobene.
Prompt and courteous service. Courtney was excellent and was able to complete my care quickly and efficiently so I could get to work Dr. Williams was knowledgeable and courteous. Thank you for a great experience that I usually dread.
No waiting. Everyone is very friendly. The dental assistant does an excellent job cleaning teeth. The dentist took time and did not try to coerce me into unneeded dental work. When work was needed, the staff took time and told me what my cost would be after insurance. Just a very good place.
If you choose products and services based on reviews as I do, then please do yourself and your family a huge favor by choosing this office for ALL of your dental needs.Everything that I wanted (and felt compelled to) say about it has already been said in these glowing reviews. In short, they have literally restored my faith in medicine AND humanity because this group of amazingly talented and caring people are, in my opinion, a very rare find in today's society. I have to admit that I have always had issues with my teeth. Today was one of the best experiences going to the dentist. The dental hygienist was caring, thorough, and she wasn’t satisfied until she reached her goal. It wasn’t painful as usual. So I am very happy with my visit today.
They do great work! No wait to see the doctor everyone was friendly and professional got in and out pain free. Would recommend to people. Dr.Clark has awesome techniques he got my cavity filled in no time at all his nurse used a numbing agent that made it so I could feel nothing. Brittney does a wonderful cleanings Thanks Riccobene

I had the temporary glue removed from my crown , replacing it with the permanent glue. Dr Conti was very kind and gentle as usual. The hygienist was kind and friendly as well. He fixed the alignment on my mouth guard and the crown feels and fits great!
Due to COVID the waiting area has been stripped down to only what's necessary. Kind of a bummer but safety is more important. The walls are beautifully painted with Disney scenes and characters. TVs in the ceiling provide a distraction for the kids during the appointment. Dr. Garner was great as usual, she is professional, energetic and engaging. She explains recovery procedures and expected treatment outcomes thoroughly while answering any questions you may have immediately. Sarah was calm and professional which helped my guy with his anxiousness. They were both reassuring and supportive when my son needed to be calmed.
I normally hate going to the dentist and it gives me so much anxiety. They were great. It was a great experience from the time I called to set up the appointment and they picked up the phone. I would refer my friends and family here.

Went to Smile Stones for a crown and the experience was amazing. The staff was awesome, very welcoming, polite and I received my crown the same day. Dr. Patel and Heather worked diligently to make sure it was placed correctly and my bite was leveled. Definitely a 5 star experience.. they provided me with a warm towel afterwards
I couldn’t ask for a better experience than at Riccobene today. The hygienist, Linda, Made me feel very comfortable and was very conversive. I even had some laughs! I had a wonderful experience at Downtown Dental. I was very nervous before the appointment and was put at ease when I walked in to find Michelle and Karen greeting me with warm smiles. The hygienist, Karen, was also very knowledgeable. I pointed out how I had different areas of sensitivity along my gum lines and she was able to pin point when and why the areas were sensitive, dating back to the days I got my braces (about 25 years ago)! Upon checking out, Michelle answered all my questions about the logistics of my upcoming work, as well as all the financial aspects. She took the time to make a me a table with the best options that would work for me financially, and that was incredibly helpful. All of my questions were answered concisely, in a way I understood and felt good about the work I plan to do in the future.
I have been a patient here for several years and really can’t see why I would go anywhere else. Karen at the front desk is unfailing cheerful and welcoming. Karen, my hygienist, is always thoughtful and caring and concerned with patient comfort. I absolutely trust her and her work. If you are looking for a dentist, if you have just moved to the area, I would encourage you to try Downtown Dental. Don’t worry about parking downtown either—they have a lot just for patients!

I was looking for a new dental home that was in network with my insurance and I must say I am happy to have found one. Dr. Conti is an AMAZING dentist who is all about talking you through every step, allowing patients time to ask questions for understanding and giving the best treatment for his patients. The front desk is friendly and inviting and the dental assistants are awesome too. I was completely satisfied with the work I got done!
Very nice people! I went in with a tooth ache,no appointment and never having been there before ,they got me in right away . I am hearing impaired and sometimes have to go places without help ,the staff was very patient and helped me understand everything. Thank you!
My five year old has been to the dentist multiple times and this is the first time that he let anyone actually clean his teeth. The atmosphere was great and so inviting for kids. The dental assistants were patient and explained everything to my five and three year old. It was a great experience for all three of my kids!

The staff is amazing!! If I could give more stars I would. Briana, Kristen and Donna were super considerate of my situation(my teeth are bad) but they never judge or complained about my situation even though they were very busy. My first experience was great and I trust them to help me with my smile journey. Thanks again ladies for making me feel comfortable. Most times I make an appointment with the dentist and leave from the waiting room but everyone was truly wonderful!
From the ladies at the front desk to the highly skilled hygienists and dental assistants in the back, it is clear, Dr. Rich has a wonderful team at Hampstead Family Dentistry. The atmosphere is relaxed and very friendly, making my visit today much less stressful.(Irreparably broken tooth and crown that had to be extracted) I do not have dental insurance, so cost is always a concern for me. The fees at Hampstead Family Dentistry are very reasonable. This was my fourth visit and at this point, I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!
Dr. O and Ms. Sarah have cured my fear of seeing a dentist. Such a comfortable atmosphere, they took the time to listen, calm my anxiety, not once did I feel rushed while asking all my questions ;) Teeth cleaning was a breeze, though embarrassed I waited so long. I’m moving my entire family to this practice. One more thing, I was expecting to wait at least 45 minutes in the lobby, nope right on time!!! This practice will not disappoint!
Been going here since I was little.now my children are their patients.they are amazing from the front desk to the last chair in the back.

I don't know where to start. My 8 year old is terrified of the dentist like most of us, however the dentist hygienist and the Doctor was just absolutely amazing customer service was great from beginning to end. ALL of the ladies / Drs were nice, patient, kind, polite,respectful, informative, kid friendly. Not only do they make the children feel comfortable the parents as well. You are allowed to go in the back with your child which is a huge plus. They have tvs at every station, I'm so glad I found a kid friendly dentist. Going here make you want to go to the dentist. If you have trouble finding a dentist for your child. Look no further. Hands down! Seriously!
I am really happy that at last I found a place that might resolve my problems. One feels warm and comfortable just coming Inside the office. Friendly environment and staff do everything to make you feel safely. I entirely trust Dr.Clark and the whole team. Believe me, I know, what I am saying after trying other places. It was my first appointment and I was so nervous but after meeting everyone I felt better. The staff was so welcoming. My insurance company gave me a list of providers in my network. I called a couple of places but I was able to decide on your office because the receptionist was so pleasant, so patient,and so kind. Dr. Clifton Ball is amazing. He is not only encouraging but also very motivating throughout the orthodontic treatment. His entire staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dr. Clifton Ball and his team for orthodontic treatments.
I was 10 minutes late for the first time but they were still happy to see me and took me in almost immediately. I was given an opportunity to discuss the retainer, one vs two. They explained in detail how the new x-ray can be used to make the retainers so they fit perfectly. I have an appointment to have my braces removed but if the retainer comes in sooner, they will rebook my appointment at an earlier time.
Fantastic and overwhelming satisfaction with Dr Miller and the whole crew and comfortable exam rooms, the room televisions are a easing bonus. I highly recommend the experience of perfection.
Quick and painless tooth extraction. They guided me through the whole process and kept me informed on every step along the way. I will definitely continue using them! Just hopefully no more extractions ;) 5 Stars to the whole team, Doctors, Assistants and the women upfront were super polite and professional.
