I was traveling and required emergency dental work. The attention and service I received at this office was exceptional. They were expedient and professional during my entire visit. If I resided in the area this would be my choice for a resident dentist.
Erica the dental assistant was amazing. She really went above and beyond to make me comfortable. In my opinion whatever she’s making should be doubled. This was a fantastic experience at a dentist, how many people can say that?!? Great place to go I highly recommend.
The staff is so friendly and professional! Will definitely continue getting my cleanings here! The manager Alexis made me feel very welcomed.
I had an excellent experience at this dentist office. The customer service was outstanding—friendly and efficient from start to finish. I was able to get a same-day appointment to have a crown repaired, and the work was done with impressive professionalism. It’s such a relief to have a trusted dentist here. Highly recommended!

I've been a patient here for a little over a year and each visit gets better and better. I'll be moving my son here soon from his pediatric dentist because the level of professionalism from the entire staff is impeccable. The receptionist Ms.Tamiko was so nice and welcoming and was willing to switch my appointment to accommodate my schedule at the last minute. So glad I chose Riccobene! Keep up the good work!
First of all rhe staff is very friendly, and the hygienists that I had she was great very particular on making sure she cleaned my teeth to the best of her ability. Reason so when she was going back over my teeth she found a small spot that needed more attention, so she went back in with her tools to clean again. Making a comment that she was very attentive and particular like that. I like that in her because that told me that she cares for her patients and making sure they get the quality of her work as they so deserves. So hands down this have been the best experience I had at a dentist office ever.
Going to the dentist can be like going to get an oil change-you go in expecting to get one thing and then they try to upsell you on several other things that you never asked for. After a previous experience with an apparent dollar-focused dental clinic, I was relieved to find in Riccobene an honest, straightforward practice. So here's a quick snapshot of my Riccobene experience. Customer service: Top tier! Ms. Nikki, the office manager, is amazing. She was awesome with handling the transfer of my case. Ms. Aury at the front desk is very warm and welcoming. Dr. Farhan was knowledgeable and polite. Mr. Chris, the dental hygienist, was extremely thorough in my cleaning. Scheduling: On point! Whereas many other offices had a waiting period of up to two months, I was able to get in within a week of calling. Environment: Very elegant decor with the latest cutting-edge technology. Services: Chef's kiss! My deep cleaning left me feeling like a new person. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and am happy to have found my new dental home.
I'm a new patient and had an awesome 1st experience. Amanda and Dr O. did a great job of welcoming me, explaining all that was done, and setting me up for future visits. Quick, easy, and painless. :-) Highly recommend.
Doctor Pike provided excellent care on short notice; taking the time to address my every concern and fix my dental issue, so I could travel the next day.
Super great experience for my 6 year old. Staff is very friendly and very patient with the little ones. The atmosphere is also geared to children and makes them feel like the experience is fun. They also offer several different toothpaste flavors. I recommend them to start your kids off right and alleviate any fears. Super friendly and informative. No wait time and got done quickly. Thanks again to the ricobene kids staff.
My daughter was having a dental issue and she was able to be worked in the schedule right away. She was even a new patient due to our dentist no longer accepting our insurance. The staff called our previous dentist to request records and x-rays. The staff was helpful and friendly.
The staff were very caring when I went in for an emergent situation. They explained my treatment options clearly and payments options. They went above and beyond to relax an older lady with dental anxiety. Their concern for their patients is genuine.
I went to the practice with a mouth decaying from the effects of dry mouth. I feared needing false teeth. Instead I got a beautiful mouth of real teeth, for a reasonable price. When I had difficulty, they brought me back, honoring my past investment, to make everything safe and secure. The staff is incredible. They are so kind and responsive, especially Karen, who primarily communicates with me. They have remade my night guard ten times with no gripes or fees. I appreciate and recommend DD for all your dental needs!
Happy Riccobene has opened in Southport/Bolivia. Great dental, girls in front office are always smiling, friendly and happy to answer any questions. Dental hygienist Carolyn is wonderful and of course Dr Durant. All are phenomenal, can say enough positives I have experience since they opened. Only thing better they could do is at least have an orthodontist visit this office at least once a week, as this would be a great benefit for families and kids. Monkey junction is to far to travel for that service. Other than that, very happy with Riccobene.

I was traveling in the Raleigh area & broke a filling. I called 2 other dentist who couldn't get me in. Dr Clark saw me same day I called. She has a great staff who are very pleasant & helpful. She has equipment that could let me see what my tooth looked like & what was wrong. I was in & out very quickly. Dr Lara Clark is a great dentist & would recommend her to anyone
Dr Austin and her team are amazing! They take the time to make sure you fully understand your dental choices. Friendly from the moment you walk in.

My dental hygienist Mrs Thornton, got me in, got me a plan, and has started to execute. Her service and care has been impeccable. I even was even able to listen to the elements…. Earth Wind and Fire while getting work done!!! Never had service like this and recommend to everyone.
I had a wonderful experience. Dr. Pruitt and his assistant Amy did a great job taking out my wisdom tooth! They were both very professional and nice and made me feel very relaxed.
Dr. Goldstein is absolutely amazing. I have been to several dentist about getting my front teeth fixed and they always told me I would have to invest in veneers. Dr. Goldstein fixed them without me having to go that route and i am beyond happy with all the work he has done for me thus far. I highly recommend this office and the wonderful people who work there!
Wonderful staff! Dr. Parker was great with my 10 yr old daughter. She was nervous about getting a cavity filled and Dr. Parker was very gentle and explained everything as she did it. She really helped my daughter relax.
Super friendly. What I like most is how caring and gentle the staff is. It’s been a long while since I’d been to the dentist and they were so very understanding about life, family, jobs getting in the way before taking care of myself and not the least judgmental. JC and Bree were absolutely amazing. Not only were they patient with my son and made his visit fun and informative but they were also very supportive of me as a parent. I really needed their energy today. God bless them both!
I went in today because my normal Dentist (at a different office) was not available for a Crown. The Dentist today did an X-ray of my tooth and examined it to determine that I just needed a filling saving me both time and money in the long run. Everyone was very professional and kind.
I was thoroughly pleased with my visit. Believe me I did not want to come for my deep cleaning but my hygienist Lisa and Dr. Nazario were my angels today. Dr. Nazario listens and he works to make sure you receive the best service. Lisa did a thorough job. She really helps me feel comfortable and her suggestions to help me stay calm really has been a blessing to me.
Absolutely love Dr. Leslie at Riccobene Pediatrics! She is amazing and my daughter was immediately comfortable with her. We had the best experience with a broken tooth and repair. The dental assistant was fantastic as well. I definitely recommend Dr. Riccobene Pediatrics Dentistry.

I meant to review earlier but tis the season. Honestly anytime someone gives me an opening to mention my dentist I mention this place. It seems like everyone there absolutely loves teeth and I can tell they are equally as passionate about their jobs! I never liked the dentist before but now I’m excited for my check ups. If you want people who are enthusiastic about their work and will explain things to you comprehensively this is the place to go! Also Melissa is wonderful and funny!
Took my 5 year old and 8 year old. Everyone was wonderful. The Pediatric area was set up nice and very kid friendly with toy story on the walls. The dental hygienists were very nice. The dentist was amazing. Very friendly with the children and very informative. My son has a rare condition and the dentist actually knew what it was and was very familiar with it. Gave me great confidence in him! Very happy to continue to go here.
Incredibly friendly and helpful office staff, amazing dental hygienists, and extremely knowledgeable dentists. My toddler's first dental exam was a great experience for her and it was all because of the excellent people at this dental practice.
Today I went for a second opinion and consultation at my local office of Riccobene. They were wonderful. I wasn't sure before I went in, because I knew it was a large practice and possibly more corporate as a result. But the level of personalization and knowledge of the staff were both amazing. Thanks to the great experience, I will be able to get dental surgery done completely in-house and not pay an arm and a leg for a specialist.
The staff is amazing!! If I could give more stars I would. Briana, Kristen and Donna were super considerate of my situation(my teeth are bad) but they never judge or complained about my situation even though they were very busy. My first experience was great and I trust them to help me with my smile journey. Thanks again ladies for making me feel comfortable. Most times I make an appointment with the dentist and leave from the waiting room but everyone was truly wonderful!
Had an awesome visit with this office! I finally went in to have my dental work completed after putting it off due to the pandemic. I am glad I went in because Dr Gough did an amazing job! She was very patient and kind. Although I had to wait a little longer because of their Covid precautions, I didnt mind because it showed me they were putting safety first. Thanks to you all.

I brought my son Cameron Alston to your facility today October 27 and we had the very very best experience ever everyone from the front to the back was so pleasant and they made my son feels so comfortable And at ease because he was very very nervous when we arrived from having a bad experience with a prior dentist but the nurse Miss Barbara and Dr. Hon or top notch excellent we will definitely be back thank you so so much for all that you did for us
Always such kind and helpful staff, clean environment, smells good, and quick! My 3 children and myself are always in and out and our teeth are well taken care of in that time. We appreciate this clinic so much we pass at least 10 others on our 45 minute drive to them but will never go anywhere else.
I had an appointment that was scheduled in June and they called me saying they had an opening today. The sooner the better. The person that did the cleaning today was great. I love the treatment plan they have me on considering it's been a while since I've been to the Dentist.
Dr. Chris is AMAZING!! I hated my smile for many years, and he gave me a beautiful smile again! I could not be more thrilled! Thanks to the whole staff, who are very nice and comforting. Best dental office I have ever been to. Don’t hesitate to go, they’re fabulous.
We had my son’s first checkup today.. he’s 3.5 and I was nervous, these folks went above and beyond and he had an amazing experience, so much so that I scheduled my younger child for later this week also because I felt they were thorough, kind, gentle, caring, and the facility was super clean, followed covid precautions, and cute with the avengers murals on the walls. Great job guys!
Dental health is detrimental to overall health and well being. Therefore, I was desperate for answers to whether I was a suitable inplant candidate and its' affordability. The entire staff was attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. I received the best diagnosis for my situation and I am looking forward to a nice and healthy smile and to be able to chew my food, again, properly.. i enjoyed my visit, immensely, and I would recommend this most needed service to the community at large. It was an absolute pleasure meeting the staff there at Riccobene Dental at McGee's Crossing. Jennifer met me, made me feel welcome and comfortable for my first consultation. I'd certainly encourage anyone needing a family Dentist to come in and see them.
I went there and I think they are awesome the dentist is very thorough very polite very reassuring very understanding talk to me through everything needed to be done guaranteed me that everything will be fine maybe feel more comfortable about the procedures I have to have done they like to make a plan and I think that's reassuring knowing that each time you go in there what is going to happen to each visit. The only thing I can say that I don't like is I have to go in to get more antibiotics each time but I'm sure that is their protocol and so I'm willing to go with that because I don't want to lose an awesome dentist and I think this practice is awesome playing blunt and simple you guys should try them I'm telling you you'll be overly 😁
I cannot stress enough how HAPPY I am with this office. From my first visit to many more to come, the staff is very polite and encouraging of your treatment. Ive been to dentists who made me feel shameful or bad. Which lead to me not wanting to go at all. I love the staff at complete dental Leland because they are honest with you but supportive. I had a small issue with scheduling an appt but Madison was such a wonderful help and really tried to solve the issue which she did with FLYING colors. I cannot thank her enough for looking out for my best interest! Dr Okeke is the best dentist I have had in my life. He brings a great attitiude into the room with him. His perfectionist traits truly matter when it comes to a new smile. He fixed a front tooth of mine that broke a while ago that made me feel so horrible, and I stopped smiling for a long time. When I saw the finished product, I honestly had to think which tooth was broken. When my boyfriend picked me up, I showed him and showed him throughout the day with excitement, it wasnt 8 hours later he realized which tooth was fixed, (he thought it was a different one) BECAUSE IT WAS DONE SO WELL!!! So HUGE THANK YOU TO DR O!!!!! In the same visit I had extractions done, All the staff on hand and Dr Goff (not sure if spelt right) came in quickly and took care of my wisdom tooth. She was great and wonderful treating me and making sure I didnt feel a thing!! Overall. I am recovering with minimal pain, NO swelling, no discomfort in any way. This dental office is a HIGH recommendation on my book. Again Thank you to the Complete Dental Team!!! I will be seeing you shortly for more wonderful work!!
The entire staff at Hampstead Family Dentistry is phenomenal! From my very first communication with Missy and Terri at the front desk, to having follow up work done with Dr. Rich-you just don’t see better customer service and care than that! Highly recommend HFD!

Dr. O and Ms. Sarah have cured my fear of seeing a dentist. Such a comfortable atmosphere, they took the time to listen, calm my anxiety, not once did I feel rushed while asking all my questions ;) Teeth cleaning was a breeze, though embarrassed I waited so long. I’m moving my entire family to this practice. One more thing, I was expecting to wait at least 45 minutes in the lobby, nope right on time!!! This practice will not disappoint!
Dr Clark is amazing!! Took her time, and told me everything she was going to do. I’ve had her as my dentist for about a year, and every experience is better than the last! Highly recommend her and the friendly staff at the Apex location!!
Everyone at this office was Amazing! Not only was the front desk friendly they were extremely accommodating to get both my sons in together. Once we were in the office the hygienists and dentist were all so great with my boys, I was especially nervous about my little one but they were great with him! He even said he can't wait to go back! All in all it was a very pleasant and easy going experience and I highly recommend them!
Dr. Roberts and his staff was very pleasant which made me relax. He is one of the best dentist I’ve ever had and I’ve had lots of work done in my mouth. He gave me a filling which we hope will keep me from getting another crown, since I’ve gotten so many crowns. Thanks to the staff for your kindness and professionalism.

Although this was the first time at the Dentistry , I have to admit prior to this everyone has been professional and I have been treated with courtesy. During this visit I was extremely impressed because I was made to feel very comfortable and appreciated and the dentist and the dental hygienist made me feel very secure and that they knew exactly what needed to be done and they went over these things with me. I'm very confident in their measures of competency and look forward to having procedures done with them in the future
I love the way Dr. Steve explains what he’s going to do before and during a procedure. Veronica is always gentle and patient with me and her professionalism is obvious to whom she is mentoring.

Very professional staff, I went today for my first time wisdom tooth extraction and everything went well, they really care about you. I was scared so they made sure I felt well relaxed before the surgery. Everything was nice, strongly recommend.

I had a really traumatic experience at a different dentistry. Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry has worked well with me to 1. Not dismiss my prior traumatic experience (that led to hospitalization while pregnant) and 2. Has provided an understanding, comprehensive, and as pain free as possible experience. I am thankful that I have found this practice.

This was the best experience of an unforeseen tooth emergency!! They worked me into their schedule and was able to make and install a crown on the same day!! I was starting a new job and my insurance was ending soon so I didn’t have the 2-3 weeks for the crown to be made. Dr. Lou and the staff at Greensboro were the best. I’m sad that I’m moving to TN….now I have to find a new place. But if you are in this area you will not be disappointed with this team! Dr. Miller and Clemmons staff are awesome too!!

My hygienist was so nice and through. I think her name was Emily. I didn’t wait long and dentist was also nice and understanding of my concerns. I have nothing but good to say about my first visit.
I had a great cleaning today. My teeth are super sensitive and they had no problem numbing me up to make sure I didn't feel any pain. A+++
This office is wonderful. Both the dental assistant and the doctor were patient and caring for me. I had extractions done and the doctor even texted me and checked on me the day after my procedure (which was a Saturday). Definitely will continue going there!

First I would like to say, I really really appreciate your effort and patience in putting up with my son's fussiness during our dental appointment and how you tried to work it out (transferring him back and forth to the next room when needed) with me and my husband's same time schedule plus bringing our 11 month old baby with us. My family has been customers for nearly 3 years. I find the overall experience at Riccobene Dentistry at Monkey Junction has been great. The Front Staff and Ladies at Check-out are professional and friendly. The Dental Hygienists and Dentists do a really good work and I’ve noticed some new equipment lately. The entire staff seem to really like their work environment and it shows with their positive attitude and the smiles you receive. My son just got braces and he really doesn’t mind going to Riccobene :)
My first time using this practice with Dr Kyle Thames and I couldn't be happier! He was great! They got me scheduled for 2 days after I called. Was nervous about getting a root canal and they were totally wonderful! Found out I actually needed to get two. Ugh. Dr Thames was actually able to get them both done that same day. About as painless a procedure as I could imagine. I didn't even need the nitrous! Kudos to him and his wonderful assistant!
I absolutely dread going to the dentist but the staff at Riccobene Associates in Garner make the process much more pleasant. They are extremely knowledgeable and kind. I recommend them to all my family and friends!
Dr. Chanel Prince and the various associates provided excellent caring service. I was very impressed with the teamwork and speedy rendering of each procedure. I think it’s one of the most finally tuned dental practices around. The check in process is efficient. The assistants and hygienists take a thorough history and are gentle, The dentists that I have seen are very professional. When I first came to Riccobene, I wondered how personable it would be since it’s a large practice with many offices. All I can say is it does not feel like a large practice at all. Staff seem to enjoy what they do and the visits are as pleasant as can be. I like that they have sub specialists all under the same roof and they have your care very well coordinated. All your records are in one place. Technology looks very up to date. I also really like that they have their own insurance plan. It’s far superior on so many levels to anything offered by any of the large corporations that claim to be dental insurance providers. I was very impressed by the transparency and simplicity of their insurance. Give them a try!
I have extreme anxiety and have had difficulty with dentists. I just recently moved to North Carolina and was referred. Everyone was amazing. Everyone was very understanding and went out of their way to take care of me and make me feel calm and explain every step of everything to me. I would highly recommend!
My daughter had her wisdom teeth extraction today. The staff were so warm and welcoming to us. It was my daughter's first time having to deal with a procedure, so she was a bit nervous before heading over to Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry, but she felt at ease as soon as she got there. I would definitely recommend this dentistry to anyone.
I am SCARED TO SWATH OF DENTISTS AND NEEDLES. So I chose this dentist because they were easy to work with and plus had GREAT reviews! Everyone in there was SUPER nice! I had to have my wisdom teeth removed today and it was quick and painless! I barely felt the IV and the two dental assistants held my hand and kept me calm. They even let me take pictures with them. That I have no recollection of 🤣🤣🤣 Anyways. Everyone is FANTASTIC. If I could give 100 stars I would!
Had an emergency visit with a dentist i had not seen before and also hygientist i had never had before. Both were exceptional in chairside behavior and dental services. Dr. Pike is wonderful but this team calmed me down and i had a good experience. I want to continue services with this team. All staff are wonderful. Csnnot believe i am saying this but i look forward to my next visit.
I want to thank the Dentists and staff at Riccobene and Associates of West Cary for their terrific service. During the week between Christmas & New Years, I had severe tooth pain. They took me in the next day thanks to a cancelled appointment. I had to get a root canal in one tooth and a wisdom tooth pulled! They were gentle, caring and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!
My family of 5 just moved to Wilmington. My sister in law recommended your practice. We all had a wonderful experience at our first visit. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have not always had great experiences with dentists. Some lack bedside manner, and don't communicate easily. I had one good dentist up in NY who I felt communicated clearly and was exceptionally caring. But my experience at Riccobene Family Dentistry in Wilmington really was the best experience I've ever had with a dentist. Dr. Jameson and his assistant Ryan were topnotch. I felt completely cared for and informed with every level of my care. They worked so efficiently together, like a well oiled machine. I couldn't be more grateful for the care I received and to top it off Dr. Jameson even called me after my visit to make sure I was comfortable and doing well. What a class act! I recommend this dental practice to anyone desiring state of the art service, and to be treated like a human being. Thank you Dr. Jameson! Your team Rocks!!

Such a comfortable atmosphere, they took the time to listen, calm my anxiety, not once did I feel rushed while asking all my questions ;) Teeth cleaning was a breeze, though embarrassed I waited so long. I’m moving my entire family to this practice. One more thing, I was expecting to wait at least 45 minutes in the lobby, nope right on time!!! This practice will not disappoint!
I was very pleased with the professionalism of the staff, their friendliness and their attention to detail. Phyllis did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and taking exrays. Dr. Valore was very thorough explaining what was needed and answered all of my questions. Couldn’t be happier with the care I received.
Incredible care! I hate the dentist and hold a lot of trauma in mouth so it’s usually a very triggering experience for me. But every single person from front desk to the doctor was so kind and gentle with me. They also offer payment plans which is major for my finances + the only way I’m able to receive care. Highly recommend!
Due to a terrifying experience earlier in life, I am horribIy petrified of ANY dentist!!!! Yesterday I had four teeth extracted by Dr. Jameson - - - he was like Houdini! I sat in the chair shaking before he came in, and before I knew it I was finished ! He and his assistant made sure I was relaxed and felt no pain !!! They were both fantastic and the rest of the staff are as sweet and efficient as possible. Thank you all. Kari especially made it all come together sweetly and without a hint of pressure. Thank you all !!!
Best experience I have ever had while going to the dentist. I would give myself a cavity to come hang out with you guys again. Very entertaining and I have never been so comfortable at a dentist in my 23 years of being alive.
I have been a patient at Riccobene family dentistry at the Garner location for almost 8 yrs. My children are also patients and my grandchildren are patients at Brush and Floss! I have never been disappointed. Everyone is amazing and the customer service is exceptional! Great job everyone! I refer this location to everyone I know and meet.
I recently took my 90 year old mom to Riccobene and I can't believe that going to the dentist could be such a great experience. We both actually felt at home being treated so kindly by every staff person, lots of smiles and laughter. At the same time everyone was very professional in explaining all the procedures and even letting my mom who had been a dental hygienist back in the day look at her X-ray pictures. Mom's treatment plan was discussed thoroughly and looking forward to our return visit.
Best dentist office ever.Everyone from the front desk administrators, office manager, dental hygienist to dentist are all amazing. Can’t say enough about this place, Goldsboro residents should be proud to have this Riccobene here.
