I had my teeth cleaned today. X-rays were also taken. The technician did a great job. I have been going to Riccobene for, I think, 5 or 6 years. Everyone is very nice.
Riccobene Associates is a fantastic dentistry! They truly care about their patients and look after the health of teeth!
Recently moved to Raleigh, needed a dentist, and Riccobene was recommended. My husband needs a lot of work, so we had to find a proficient practitioner. Well, we found it! From our first appointments, the staff made us feel welcome and totally at ease. Every step is gone over ,and the staff makes sure you understand. They are extremely conscientious regarding cost and insurance. I want to give an A+ to the entire staff, from the doctors to the front desk. I don’t want to do individual shoutouts because I don’t want to leave anyone out! It’s a fabulous team and we highly recommend it !
I had a dental emergency and was able to be seen right away. The entire staff was caring and efficient. I will highly recommend this office to all my neighbors.
A great start towards my new smile 😁😁😁. I had another amazing experience yesterday on the 24th January. I was scheduled for one tooth extraction, but it was so pleasant and the Dentist technic was so enjoyable, to include his bedside manner along with his technician. I asked Dr Farhan if I could just have my other tooth that needed pulling. Pulled right now. So the procedure again was successful and a joy. No problems what so ever. They got a special kind of skill going on with the entire team at RiccoBene Associates. Thank again for a wonderful experience.
Becoming a patient at Riccobene was a wonderful experience. The dental professionals are extremely well-trained and knowledgeable. I received several recommendations that will improve my overall dental health. Everyone is so kind and personable. This was an extraordinary, reassuring experience.
I had to have three small fillings today. It was painless, performed very professionally, the dentist explained everything to me during the procedure, and it did not take a long time. I was very pleased.

For the past year+, Ive been working with Dr.Morgan on the orthodontist side, and she's been absolutely WONDERFUL!!! She's caring, gentle, a perfectionist, and everything you'd want in a orthodontist! Highly recommend and going to miss her after this Invisalign journey
This staff is beyond patient and understanding. The dentist(s) at this location provide detailed, honest answers about care, hygiene. Very thorough anesthesia process; I was their last appointment, and the staff and dentist kept high energy and were mindful of all my concerns about the procedure.
I’ve been scared to go to the dentist after not going for 4 years. Thankfully, I came here. I felt at ease. No judgment. Everyone, from check-in to check out, was wonderful. I appreciate their hospitality and kindness. This appointment gave me so much anxiety, but not now. I found a great dental team and dentist. Thank you for quickly scheduling me and being awesome.
As someone with severe dental anxiety, I have never felt more comfortable at a dental office. The entire staff was incredibly helpful and compassionate. Everyone took their time to explain what they were going to do, what they recommended going forward and gave me time to ask questions.
Here at the Selma Brush and Floss Orthodontics. They are awesome. So friendly, and they are being very specific about my teeth straighten process. Come on down, get a consultation if you’re considering braces. Wonderful staff.

I highly recommend Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry. We have been going to this office since relocating to the area. We were very pleased to find a dentist's office that was as good as what we were used to. I recently visited for my regular cleaning which included x-rays. Darby was my hygienist. Darby gave me what felt like the most thorough cleaning that I can remember, but she was so precise and gentle that I could have taken a nap but for the need to be awake to spit every once and a while. She even encouraged me to re-start the wearing of my retainer. Great job Darby, my teeth are as bright as ever.

This was my first visit to Riccobene in Greensboro, NC. I went for a routine exam, cleaning, and X-rays, and Nicole, my hygienist, is the best!! I can honestly say this is the best teeth cleaning I've ever had! Excellent experience. Doctor and receptionist are super too!
Had such a great experience at Riccobene. My hygienist was so pleasant and kept me informed of everything she was doing and why. She was very gentle. The dentist was very nice, he has a great beside manner. Would highly recommend.
I’ve been coming here for years now (about 5) and have had great experience each time. Very pleasant front desk, dental assistants, and dentist (and anyone else I missed) have all been wonderful. They also don’t seem to recommend work that doesn’t need to be done, but only what is needed. I drive here from Gastonia just to keep coming here!
Wonderful experience. I had not been to a dentist in a long time and was very anxious about going today. The dentist & staff were just so genuinely caring. The dentist took a great deal of time with me, explaining possible treatment plans. I felt so much better! Would highly recommend!!
Best place to go for friendliness, professionalism, and expertise. Our dentist was the only dentist who discovered that my tooth was cracked and that a cavity needed refilling! The problem was solved as to why I had such terrible jaw and ear pain. No other places were able to figure it out! I’m so grateful!
Today was the first visit for my parents, and the service of the entire staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone was extremely helpful and patient with my parents, making for a pleasant experience for them both. I’m glad that we chose this practice for their dental health needs.
Staff is friendly and educated my son well on taking care of his braces and now retainer. Orthodontist friendly. Smiling. My son loved her. My son hated to smile because of his front tooth not wanting to come in. Once braces was placed on and his tooth was coming in. My son started smiling more. Now he just smiles and dont hide it. If my son ever needs orthodontist work again, this will be the place. Thank you.

The Monkey Junction Riccobene location is awesome!! I’ve been to other locations and did not like them as much as this one… Super friendly and informative! My insurance didn’t cover two recommendations for teeth grinding, and they provided me with options with pricing. Just overall a 10/10 experience!
First off, I am a little nervous going to the dentist but was right away put at ease by Ms. Aury at the front desk. Such a pleasure to check in with and talk to. Wait time was very short, about 5 minutes and Ms. Giselle called me back. Never experienced a first appointment as pleasant as this. Professional but not overly so, provided the human part of the evaluation too. She totally eased all of my apprehension. Then Dr. Farhan did his exam. He listened to my concerns then explained everything to me and suggested a plan of attack. This was the best first appointment experience at a dentist I have ever had. Think I have found my permanent dentist… Wish I could give the whole office ten stars
Everyone in this office is beyond friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. When I called to make the appointment, the receptionist was very pleasant and made sure to get me all the information I needed for my appointment. The hygienist and nurse were so kind and very smart. Identified the problem in my mouth after other dentists could not. The dentist is a very kind woman and friendly and smart, and confident. I am so happy I went here and look forward to them helping me with my teeth... Everyone is so nice and friendly, truly happy with the service, and I know I am in good hands. The office was really pretty and smelled very good, and the air conditioning was blasting, which I LOVE. 20 out of 10!
Just had my first visit to Riccobene Associates in Wake Forest, and they went above and beyond in my opinion. I had scheduled a cleaning, and the dental hygienist was thorough in her examination and, as a new patient, thankfully asked how long ago I enrolled in my dental insurance before she performed the cleaning. When I said we switched dental insurance 5 months ago, she double-checked with the office manager on my insurance coverage. The office manager was caring and polite, and informed me that my insurance would not cover a cleaning until after the first six months of coverage. She let me schedule a cleaning for one month later instead. This shows me that they care about not just their patients' dental health but also saving them money when they can. I, for one, really appreciated that. I will be back.
This branch welcomes you so that you feel like family. The ladies are phenomenal. My hygienist was very thorough and explained how to improve my flossing technique.
I took my very elderly mother, who has Alzheimer's, to Riccobene. She had a loose tooth, and I also wanted to get a general assessment of her dental well-being. The dentists were AMAZING, in spite of the MANY challenges she presented. I am so appreciative of their excellent care and good advice for us moving forward. The office was clean and everyone was friendly. THANK YOU!
When I tell you this office is the best in the area, I am not exaggerating. My family and I just transferred here in the spring due to the lack of standard care at another facility, and Riccobene has far exceeded our expectations. Kind staff, check. Convenient location, check. Efficient and high level of care during the procedure, double check. If you’re tired of waiting months to get into your dentist's office only to forget you scheduled 6 months down the road, then you really need to do yourself a favor and give this office a call.
I've not been real good at coming in as I should ,but the office welcomed me back with a smile. They were more than happy to explain everything I needed to know, asked if I had questions, and spent extra time with me to get a new crown in place.
Dr. Bassham and Sheletta have done fabulous work with my orthodontic Invisalign care. I have recently completed my treatment and now have perfectly straight teeth thanks to their efforts and training. They welcomed questions and always guided the treatment to my best personal outcome. If you are looking for a dentist that will take time to learn and hear you, and not see you as just a number, then go see them.
The dentist and assistant were excellent and very patient due to my deafness. They were compassionate enough to communicate via texting. I could have requested an interpreter like last time, but I decided not to since it was only cleaning teeth.

I had a fantastic experience at Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry in Apex, NC! This is my favorite dentist's office. From the moment you walk in, the staff is welcoming and friendly, making you feel right at home. My dental cleaning was thorough yet gentle, and the hygienist was incredibly knowledgeable and ensured I was comfortable the entire time.
This place was amazing and accommodated me and my kids with conversations, television for the kids, easy to understand feedback and a beautiful office!! I will be bringing my whole family to this office for any of our dental needs!
Fantastic staff. I went in with anxiety due to past experience with previous dentist pressuring me to have dental work, that I couldn't afford. But today's visit was great, no pressure, I was informed of what's needed and we came up with a plan. Very friendly and patient staff & put me at ease about visiting the dentist.
This was the first time my two year old went to the dentist and I was looking for some place special and we found it here. From the time we opened the door I knew she would love it. It was just so colorful and bright and everyone was so welcoming. The staff was friendly and tried to make her feel so comfortable from the start. I had an excellent first visit for dentures. Dr. Riccobene went above and beyond to get my imprints correct. My mouth is small and he adjusted the trays. I definitely recommend him and his staff. They were friendly, professional and kind.
Our family had a the BEST experience at the dentist today! Our hygienist, Brooke, was absolutely amazing—gentle, thorough, and made us all feel incredibly comfortable and beautiful cleaned us up. Gina at the front desk was just as fantastic—welcoming, kind, and so helpful. The entire team was kind, patient, and made us feel comfortable from start to finish. Highly recommend!
I had such a wonderful experience today! As someone who definitely does NOT like to go to the dentist, I will say today was very pleasant. Check in was fast and every person involved in my care was pleasant and efficient. The staff at the University location is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel at ease from the moment I walk in. I had my first appointment today at Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry, and everyone was so nice, especially the dental hygienist. I really love her. She made me feel so welcoming cause I hate the Dentist and I get so nervous, but she made me feel so calm and relaxed. She explained everything to me. I really love her. And the doctor was also very, very nice. I really love them. I think I found my new Dentist's Office. They really treat you like family.
This is my very first time visiting the Dentist in some years. I mean, it's been 20 years. But the Dentist here made me feel really safe; they explained everything step by step. I am so thankful for finding a Dentist that have a friendly staff and is very understanding and patient. They discuss what is going on with you and how they can help you. I've told all of my people about them. Like I said, incredible Staff, incredible Dentist, you really have to check them out.
I have been a patient for a little over 2 years. I’ve become accustomed to seeing them every month. It’s sad that my treatment is now complete. They’re like family. Always nice! The area is clean. They’re very knowledgeable and willing to assist in any way. I 10 out of 10 recommend them.

The practice is great… The workers in there are great, you know, everybody is so nice and so helpful. I love it there, and I love the way the DENTIST talks to you while he’s doing what he’s doing because it helps to let you know what’s going on.

The staff at Riccobene are excellent! Quiana is an AMAZING dental tech. It was the best cleaning experience I ever had! I especially liked the extra care she took to clean around my bottom front teeth permanent retainer. NO ONE has ever used the tech scaling she used. Moreover, she was personable, patient, and professional!! Thank you!!

Dr Papio and her team are exceptional. I came to their office with an unfinished Invisalign treatment. The difference in care with an orthodontist vs general dentist is obvious. My teeth are now moving the way they need to, each visit dramatically improved. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in the Wilmington area.

I have an autoimmune disorder that causes oral blistering and requires quarterly perio-maintenance. I see Luigi Ungria as my dental technician, and he is absolutely awesome. He goes above and beyond to perform my cleanings with a minimum of discomfort. He is very caring and sympathetic to my problem.
I had an excellent experience at this dentist's office. The customer service was outstanding—friendly and efficient from start to finish. I was able to get a same-day appointment to have a crown repaired, and the work was done with impressive professionalism. It’s such a relief to have a trusted dentist here in New Bern, NC. Dr. Papio and her assistant Jen are absolutely the best! My daughter actually enjoys going to the orthodontist, lol. They are fun, professional, and very easy to talk to. They always take their time and answer any questions that we have and they are very thorough.
I am new to NC and found this Dentist researching my insurance and patient reviews. I just had my first visit today and I was very impressed. Everyone was on time and very helpful. They are very up to date on their equipment, even showing off some stuff I had never seen before! My hygienist [...] was great! Very friendly and efficient. New location is very nice with state of the art equipment. Very thorough cleaning with suggestions on keeping up on flossing. Dental examination was also meticulous and focused on a few areas to keep an eye on. Excellent staff.
Six-month check-up this morning went very well at Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry - Southport. Took me back or slightly before my appointment time. Cleaning and polishing went well, and the dentist had good things to say as well. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly!
Went in for extreme pain in my jaw and got tested super quickly and the Doctor did an awesome job of keeping me calm! Also his assistant was absolutely incredible! Loved the whole experience and I'm usually terrified of the dentist!
I moved to Charlotte fairly recently and have been to Riccobene Ballantyne for my past 2 cleanings. The staff is so kind and welcoming. Kelly was my hygienist on my most recent visit and she made the whole experience very comfortable and left my teeth feeling great. Dr. Ge is very clear about what treatment is needed and why. I am very happy about my choice of dentist in Charlotte.

The front desk staff makes you feel right at home immediately when you walk in the door. The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team are outstanding! 5/5 stars. This was my first time to the dentist in years, So naturally I was nervous; however, the staff was so friendly and well coordinated I felt so comfortable immediately. I can tell they enjoy working there and as someone who has anxiety about every little detail they put my mind at ease.
I took my daughter here today after dealing with another pediatric dentist who was unable to treat my daughter due to her high anxiety, and WOW, it was a difference of night and day. They are amazing. They were so good with my daughter that they were able to build rapport and make her feel relaxed. I am so happy and wish I had taken my kids here before. I highly recommend this pediatric dentistry for their professionalism and the care they provide.
This is the best dentist I’ve been to. Everyone I’ve seen has been super nice and even my daughter who is anxious about everything has always had a great experience here. We’ve always felt comfortable and they don’t try to get you to do unnecessary things. I’d definitely recommend them!
Going to the dentist is something I never look forward to, to be honest, but I must say I had an exceptional experience here. Everyone made me feel so comfortable, so welcoming. Everything was Amazing before I walked in. I was kind of nervous, but once I got in from the front desk to the dental assistant, she was soo nice and very knowledgeable!! made me feel really comfortable, which was greatly appreciated, thank you. Riccobene Associates was an awesome New Patient experience for me. The entire staff was friendly and professional, and they made me feel as though I had been visiting their office all along. After my treatment, I was given a fresh, warm handcloth to clean my face with. This is the first dentist's office I have ever visited that did that. They are first class all the way!!! My mom has early-stage dementia, so there’s an internal anxiety associated with doctors' offices. The Riccobene staff was exceptional in comforting my mom throughout her dental procedure. Special thanks to the assistant who provided Mom a blanket, chapstick, and assistance to the restroom. I am her caretaker, but it’s nice to have others who care as well. Thank you all!
I’ve been going to Dr. Jakubek’s office for almost a decade now. His team is friendly and always ready for each appointment. And he does amazing work! I had him replace some crowns I got when I was younger and they looked much better than what I had. I highly recommend him for your dental needs.
Dr. Morgan is amazing! She is very informative, and emphatic. My daughters teeth look outstanding! The ladies that assist her are also awesome. Overall we had a great experience in her care.
Very pleased with the Mebane location. It is very difficult to find a dental clinic willing to deal with the VA, but they do it with grace and a smile. I never have to wait long for my appointment, and the staff is so warm and welcoming. I’m very happy with this office.
What a wonderful experience from the minute I walked in the door at Riccobene and Associates in Leland. I had been trying to get a dental problem taken care of for a year at another office, and things were worse than when I started. I decided to stop at the Leland office, and it was like day and night from the minute I walked in, the ladies up front were genuinely nice and helpful!

First visit, everyone was very friendly, the [hygenist] was very good and patient. The doctor was very informative and explained a possible plan for future dental care.
I called on a Tuesday to schedule an appointment to be seen as a new patient. However, they didn’t have anything available for six weeks out. But the receptionist called me back within an hour and said they had an available appointment for Thursday, which was great. Today, I would say the visit went well, and no judgment from the staff; everyone was very friendly and respectful…I can’t wait to get my treatment plan started. The hygienist and the assistant were very professional and never passed judgment.
