I had the best experience here. I needed a root canal done and was having some pretty severe pain and they got me in faster than any other dentist or endodontist in the area. I would have been waiting until June for anywhere else. I have pretty severe panic disorder and they were so supportive and sensitive through the whole process. They were very encouraging and held my hand when I needed it. I would definitely recommend them.
Very professional staff, I went today for my first time wisdom tooth extraction and everything went well, they really care about you. I was scared so they made sure I felt well relaxed before the surgery. Everything was nice, strongly recommend.

I scheduled a cleaning at 8 am on each of my last 2 birthdays. The whole staff came in, sang happy birthday, presented me with a card and a cookie with a candle in it. Great way to start my birthday!

We have had many dentists for our kids, some better than others. We are so happy to have found this practice as every single person we have been treated by has been amazing with kids and outstanding to work with as a parent! No unreasonable wait times or billing shenanigans. We have a wide range of ages and all have done well here.
5/5 stars. This was my first time to the dentist in years, So naturally I was nervous; however, the staff was so friendly and well coordinated I felt so comfortable immediately. I can tell they enjoy working there and as someone who has anxiety about every little detail they put my mind at ease.
My mom has early-stage dementia, so there’s an internal anxiety associated with doctors' offices. The Riccobene staff was exceptional in comforting my mom throughout her dental procedure. Special thanks to the assistant who provided Mom a blanket, chapstick, and assistance to the restroom. I am her caretaker, but it’s nice to have others who care as well. Thank you all!
I always have a good experience at the Garner Riccobene office. The check-in is always quick and the staff is friendly and efficient. The dentists and hygienists are thorough and don’t try to “upsell” you on unnecessary work. Including X-rays, I was in and out in 30 minutes for my last six month checkup. Checking out is just as quick and efficient. Five star service.
This was my first visit to Riccobene, and I was pleased with my visit. The place is spotless, the staff were accommodating, and my exam was very comprehensive. Afterward, I had no discomfort, and my teeth felt great.
I've been to many establishments in my lifetime, and I am here to tell you that Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry has to customer service. I've been here twice on behalf of my son. As I sit in the waiting area, the receptionist greets every single person as if this is her home. I haven't seen this type of treatment in years! Keep up the great work
What can I say?… the staff from the greeting to leaving were amazing. Facility is clean and well kept but most importantly the people are kind, knowledgable, and funny. The service was excellent. Happy to be seen there.
Going to the dentist can be like going to get an oil change-you go in expecting to get one thing and then they try to upsell you on several other things that you never asked for. After a previous experience with an apparent dollar-focused dental clinic, I was relieved to find in Riccobene an honest, straightforward practice. So here's a quick snapshot of my Riccobene experience. Customer service: Top tier! Ms. Nikki, the office manager, is amazing. She was awesome with handling the transfer of my case. Ms. Aury at the front desk is very warm and welcoming. Dr. Farhan was knowledgeable and polite. Mr. Chris, the dental hygienist, was extremely thorough in my cleaning. Scheduling: On point! Whereas many other offices had a waiting period of up to two months, I was able to get in within a week of calling. Environment: Very elegant decor with the latest cutting-edge technology. Services: Chef's kiss! My deep cleaning left me feeling like a new person. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and am happy to have found my new dental home.
Completely impressed and Thankful! Yesterday afternoon, my crown fell out.I recently moved to a new state and hadn’t selected a dental office. I called Riccobene in a panic. They were able to get me in this morning! They were all very nice and easy to work with. The doctor was professional, friendly, and able to reset my crown. I am completely thrilled! Thank you!

Dr. Bassham and Sheletta have done fabulous work with my orthodontic Invisalign care. I have recently completed my treatment and now have perfectly straight teeth thanks to their efforts and training. They welcomed questions and always guided the treatment to my best personal outcome. If you are looking for a dentist that will take time to learn and hear you, and not see you as just a number, then go see them.
I had a great experience getting ALL four of my wisdom teeth removed. Though I was nervous about the surgery, the dentists made me very feel comfortable and at peace. The procedure went by quick and was painless.
The team they have working together here is the best!! They always make you feel right at home and super comfortable. It makes going to the dentist easy for my kids, because we always get smiles and kindness from their team 😊

What a wonderful experience from the minute I walked in the door at Riccobene and Associates in Leland. I had been trying to get a dental problem taken care of for a year at another office, and things were worse than when I started. I decided to stop at the Leland office, and it was like day and night from the minute I walked in, the ladies up front were genuinely nice and helpful!
I have an autoimmune disorder that causes oral blistering and requires quarterly perio-maintenance. I see Luigi Ungria as my dental technician, and he is absolutely awesome. He goes above and beyond to perform my cleanings with a minimum of discomfort. He is very caring and sympathetic to my problem.

I’ve never had a bad experience in my ~4 years of being a patient here. Everyone is always professional and helpful. The staff always seem to get along well with each other too so the vibes are always good.
After some bad experiences led to a severe phobia of the dentist, I avoided going for years. When I finally came back, Riccobene did a great job of helping me get caught up on my dental care and offered sedation that made returning much easier. I was diagnosed with lung cancer and can no longer receive most types of dental sedation (especially nitrous), but Riccobene's hygienists are so gentle and patient that I've been able to keep up with my regular cleanings without any undue fear or discomfort. I really appreciate how much they've helped me get back on top of my dental health.
Six-month check-up this morning went very well at Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry - Southport. Took me back or slightly before my appointment time. Cleaning and polishing went well, and the dentist had good things to say as well. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly!

I had the most wonderful experience at Riccobene Ass. Family Dentistry on yesterday! I've always had dental anxiety because every one that I've visited, always did something wrong, but here, was totally different. My dental hygienist made me feel comfortable and she was very gentle while working on me. She told me everything that she was doing to me from start to finish and listened to my concerns. My dentist was the same - he eased my fears and made me eager to come back for further work that needs to be done so that I can comfortably smile again! A great dentist. I went in for a routine cleaning, but mentioned a small concern. The hygienist thoroughly investigated, and we ended up with a dentist consultation, discovering a slightly cracked tooth. Really happy with my treatment.
New location is very nice with state of the art equipment. Very thorough cleaning with suggestions on keeping up on flossing. Dental examination was also meticulous and focused on a few areas to keep an eye on. Excellent staff.

This is the best dentist I’ve been to. Everyone I’ve seen has been super nice and even my daughter who is anxious about everything has always had a great experience here. We’ve always felt comfortable and they don’t try to get you to do unnecessary things. I’d definitely recommend them!
I've not been real good at coming in as I should ,but the office welcomed me back with a smile. They were more than happy to explain everything I needed to know, asked if I had questions, and spent extra time with me to get a new crown in place.

I had been awake all night the night before with a toothache, and I called in this morning to see if I could get an appointment, and they took me in. The doctor looked at it and determined it needed to be extracted. She was pleasant and had it out before I knew it. Everyone was so nice.

Kelly was my hygienist on my most recent visit and she made the whole experience very comfortable and left my teeth feeling great. Dr. Ge is very clear about what treatment is needed and why. Best Cleaning I’ve had in a long time!!! My hygienist was very thorough, and you can tell she took pride in what she did and how her work was. My teeth felt amazing after and still do. I had a very enjoyable time at my appointment. I also came to them for a previous filling that had cracked, and now I had a hole in my tooth. The dentist was amazing! The office was able to schedule me sooner than later. I also couldn’t have asked for a better Dentist! He was knowledgeable, and you can tell he was a perfectionist who took pride in great work. I was in good hands. My tooth feels amazing and is back to being normal. I won’t be seeing anyone else. Great staff, very helpful, polite, and professional. Thank you so much to everyone there!

While doctor's visits are not at the top of my list of favorite things, both the staff, dental hygienists, and dentist at this office are wonderful. I had an insurance mess up, and they worked with me to do what they could on their end to check daily, reschedule appointments, and check in with me for status updates. In what was a frustrating situation that was completely out of my hands, they made me feel like they would work with me to find a resolution.

Fantastic staff. I went in with anxiety due to past experience with previous dentist pressuring me to have dental work, that I couldn't afford. But today's visit was great, no pressure, I was informed of what's needed and we came up with a plan. Very friendly and patient staff & put me at ease about visiting the dentist.

After years of ducking the dentist I finally decided to go, I was nervous because who knows what they are going to tell me and that sharp hook tool makes me uneasy lol. The staff was so warm and inviting and the dental assistant really helped me relax and not worry. Fast forward to 6 months after my first visit my gums are healthy and teeth looking better than ever. My experience with Riccobene Associates for a basic routine first-time dental appointment (new patient) was the best I have ever experienced. Mindy was very polite and explained in detail everything about the procedures. X-rays were of the state-of-the-art technology, and the cleaning was absolutely pristine and checked by the Dentist himself…
First visit, everyone was very friendly, the [hygenist] was very good and patient. The doctor was very informative and explained a possible plan for future dental care.
This was the first time my two year old went to the dentist and I was looking for some place special and we found it here. From the time we opened the door I knew she would love it. It was just so colorful and bright and everyone was so welcoming. The staff was friendly and tried to make her feel so comfortable from the start. I brought my mom, who has Alzheimer's, to them when we moved her here. They have been so patient and kind and gentle with her. They have done everything they can to help her feel comfortable, safe and heard. They have answered her questions, sometimes the same ones over and over. I just really appreciate the effort because I know it's tough. I am so grateful for their care and support!

I was so nervous to have my wisdom teeth pulled but the team here was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to give me peace of mind both before and after my procedure. They were also fast and flexible with my schedule.
This was my first visit to Riccobene in Greensboro, NC. I went for a routine exam, cleaning, and X-rays, and Nicole, my hygienist, is the best!! I can honestly say this is the best teeth cleaning I've ever had! Excellent experience. Doctor and receptionist are super too!
Such an amazing job. Although I was so nervous before coming in and while sitting in the chair getting prepared, the dentist made sure to make me feel very comfortable and at ease. They made my smile brand new better than ever, and it honestly looks better than it looked before.
The practice is great… The workers in there are great, you know, everybody is so nice and so helpful. I love it there, and I love the way the DENTIST talks to you while he’s doing what he’s doing because it helps to let you know what’s going on.
I had an excellent first visit for dentures. Dr. Riccobene went above and beyond to get my imprints correct. My mouth is small and he adjusted the trays. I definitely recommend him and his staff. They were friendly, professional and kind.

A cracked tooth with its jagged edges took me to the University Executive Park Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry office. They were able to fit me in the same day, and I received the most excellent care! Smooth tooth filled and completed with no pain, I am so grateful to the dentists who made my visit as quick and comfortable as possible!! Even the office manager was very attentive and helpful! Always a pleasant experience! Dr. Alston is very nice and seems very knowledgeable. I trust brush and floss orthodontics with my son's care. The office is always clean and all the dental assistance and front desk staff are polite and friendly. Everything always operates in a timely manner and we're never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be called to the back. The staff is very accommodating with any requests we have with scheduling appointments or any care related questions. Would certainly recommend.

The dentist and assistant were excellent and very patient due to my deafness. They were compassionate enough to communicate via texting. I could have requested an interpreter like last time, but I decided not to since it was only cleaning teeth.

Today was my first visit to this dentist. It was a wonderful experience. I get very anxious when I go to the dentist but the staff there made me feel comfortable. The dentist and dental hygienist were both very gentle. The office was very clean. Staff were very friendly and professional. They explained everything before doing it, which was very important to me, and it helped me to feel more relaxed.

I was scheduled for one tooth extraction, but it was so pleasant and the Dentist technic was so enjoyable, to include his bedside manner along with his technician. I asked Dr Farhan if I could just have my other tooth that needed pulling. Pulled right now. So the procedure again was successful and a joy. No problems what so ever. They got a special kind of skill going on with the entire team at RiccoBene Associates. Thank again for a wonderful experience.
Such an amazing dental office!! Everyone is so kind and welcoming right when you walk in the door, and it makes you feel seen. My dentist is especially wonderful and has taught me SO much about the health of my teeth. If it wasn’t for her, I would not have the healthy set of teeth and gums that I do now, and I’m thankful. 100% recommend this company to anyone who is in need of a great dentist!

The front desk staff was efficient, gracious, and greeted me by name and eye contact. I found that all staff members were the same as above. They continuously asked if I was comfortable and asked if the procedures were causing pain. This was a great experience for me as I am “dentist phobic”.

I especially liked the extra care she took to clean around my bottom front teeth permanent retainer. NO ONE has ever used the tech scaling she used. Very pleased with the Mebane location. It is very difficult to find a dental clinic willing to deal with the VA, but they do it with grace and a smile. I never have to wait long for my appointment, and the staff is so warm and welcoming. I’m very happy with this office.
Excellent customer service; very clean facility; knowledgeable staff; positive experience. Chris was my hygienist and I really enjoyed him. He is clearly an expert in his field but also was very gentle and calming in his work. Dr. Farhan was also a pleasure to work with; he took his time explaining my dental status. He was also patient in allowing me to ask questions. And finally, I don't remember the front desk staff members' names but they were SO NICE and welcoming! I recommend this practice!
