Becoming a patient at Riccobene was a wonderful experience. The dental professionals are extremely well-trained and knowledgeable. I received several recommendations that will improve my overall dental health. Everyone is so kind and personable. This was an extraordinary, reassuring experience.
I cannot say enough good things about my first visit with Riccobene Dentistry! They really go above and beyond! They took time to explain each and every step in my cleaning and all the what’s and why’s! I’ve never experienced such a thorough dental cleaning in all my life!
This was the first time my two year old went to the dentist and I was looking for some place special and we found it here. From the time we opened the door I knew she would love it. It was just so colorful and bright and everyone was so welcoming. The staff was friendly and tried to make her feel so comfortable from the start. The staff was really knowledgeable and overall it was a great first time. She loved it and is looking forward to going back to the dentist. Thank you so much!!!
Our family had a the BEST experience at the dentist today! Our hygienist, Brooke, was absolutely amazing—gentle, thorough, and made us all feel incredibly comfortable and beautiful cleaned us up. Gina at the front desk was just as fantastic—welcoming, kind, and so helpful. The entire team was kind, patient, and made us feel comfortable from start to finish. Highly recommend!
I have had a couple of chips on my front tooth that have been bothering me for a few years. I’ve been told by a couple of other dentists that the chips could only be reshaped, but not filled, which I did not want because I wanted my natural tooth shape. The doctor fixed everything so perfectly and made it look exactly like my natural tooth. He respected my wishes not to shave down my natural tooth and talked me through every step. He is extremely patient, professional, and artistic with the tooth compositing. I am so happy and can’t believe how good my teeth look. His assistant was also so patient and warm. I’m very happy and highly recommend!!
I was made comfortable due to an injury the staff itself they’re very friendly professional and each time I get my braces tightened & The orthodontist is outstanding and each of the hygienist that I have had his pleasure of Working with are excellent you are doing a fantastic job.
Always receive great care. Always able to get appointments quickly when necessary. Very attentive and detailed and make sure everything is expertly and carefully done, and always willing to answer questions and explain treatments fully.
All the staff at Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry that I’ve worked with have been very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Questions I’ve had have been answered thoroughly, including follow-up messages and ensuring that my coverage is being utilized accurately. I’ve been impressed with their efforts to make sure that I am getting the most out of my benefits. The dental hygienists I’ve interacted with so far are truly good at what they do. They check and make sure that you’re comfortable, that you understand what’s happening, are friendly and extremely skilled. The dentist and orthodontist I’ve worked with at Riccobene are also fantastic. I had a root canal, and I couldn’t imagine it being a better experience. Top-notch care.
Had such a great experience at Riccobene. My hygienist was so pleasant and kept me informed of everything she was doing and why. She was very gentle. The dentist was very nice, he has a great beside manner. Would highly recommend.
Dr. Papio and her assistant Jen are absolutely the best! My daughter actually enjoys going to the orthodontist, lol. They are fun, professional, and very easy to talk to. They always take their time and answer any questions that we have and they are very thorough.
I moved to Charlotte fairly recently and have been to Riccobene Ballantyne for my past 2 cleanings. The staff is so kind and welcoming. Kelly was my hygienist on my most recent visit and she made the whole experience very comfortable and left my teeth feeling great. Dr. Ge is very clear about what treatment is needed and why. I am very happy about my choice of dentist in Charlotte.
Best Dentist I have gone to so far. All the staff are very nice. My husband and I were able to get an appointment very quickly for being new patients. They got us in within the week. The staff also made it so that my husband and I can go at the same time and day. I would recommend them 100%. 😊

Receptionist was welcoming a plus! She knew her stuff concerning insurance. The hygienist was friendly, and when she stepped away, she indicated she would be right back, preparing another patient. The dentist is excellent seen her before, and it’s always genuine. I am a Medical Office Manager, and my experience with Riccobene Dentistry is outstanding. This was an emergency appointment got me right in the same day. Thank you for all you do, it’s noticed!

The Monkey Junction Riccobene location is awesome!! I’ve been to other locations and did not like them as much as this one… Super friendly and informative! My insurance didn’t cover two recommendations for teeth grinding, and they provided me with options with pricing. Just overall a 10/10 experience!
The best dental experience I've had in many years. The office staff is very welcoming, polite and professional. Dr. Farhan is patient, caring and professional. He provided a detailed treatment plan that I intend to follow. I will recommend Riccobene Associates to family and friends.
I have always been a regular at the dentist, but this is by far the best dentist I have ever been to! They are SO caring and helpful, talk you through everything, and actually care about you as a patient. I recommend them to everyone!
This was my family's and my first visit to this office. We will definitely be making this office our home office. The entire staff was amazing. I had my first appointment today at Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry, and everyone was so nice, especially the dental hygienist. I really love her. She made me feel so welcoming cause I hate the Dentist and I get so nervous, but she made me feel so calm and relaxed. She explained everything to me. I really love her. And the doctor was also very, very nice. I really love them. I think I found my new Dentist's Office. They really treat you like family.

This staff is beyond patient and understanding. The dentist(s) at this location provide detailed, honest answers about care, hygiene. Very thorough anesthesia process; I was their last appointment, and the staff and dentist kept high energy and were mindful of all my concerns about the procedure.

The hygienists provides attentive care and sensitivity with the services they provide and the dentists are beyond informative with providing educational support and a relaxed atmosphere. I have an autoimmune disorder that causes oral blistering and requires quarterly perio-maintenance. I see Luigi Ungria as my dental technician, and he is absolutely awesome. He goes above and beyond to perform my cleanings with a minimum of discomfort. He is very caring and sympathetic to my problem.

I had a fantastic experience at Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry in Apex, NC! This is my favorite dentist's office. From the moment you walk in, the staff is welcoming and friendly, making you feel right at home. My dental cleaning was thorough yet gentle, and the hygienist was incredibly knowledgeable and ensured I was comfortable the entire time.

The team at Wake Forest Riccobene has been very welcoming to me and my family of 5. The doctor is professional, caring, thoughtful, and has a good sense of humor. His assistants explain everything so well. We have seen both hygienists and even some temps when they were out on vacation, and had nothing but a pleasant experience. The office is very cozy; it's not a huge office, which I like. Don't hesitate to give them a try!!!
I had the most wonderful experience at Riccobene Ass. Family Dentistry on yesterday! I've always had dental anxiety because every one that I've visited, always did something wrong, but here, was totally different. My dental hygienist made me feel comfortable and she was very gentle while working on me. She told me everything that she was doing to me from start to finish and listened to my concerns. My dentist was the same - he eased my fears and made me eager to come back for further work that needs to be done so that I can comfortably smile again! This was my first visit to Riccobene in Greensboro, NC. I went for a routine exam, cleaning, and X-rays, and Nicole, my hygienist, is the best!! I can honestly say this is the best teeth cleaning I've ever had! Excellent experience. Doctor and receptionist are super too!
I've not been real good at coming in as I should ,but the office welcomed me back with a smile. They were more than happy to explain everything I needed to know, asked if I had questions, and spent extra time with me to get a new crown in place.

Best Cleaning I’ve had in a long time!!! My hygienist was very thorough, and you can tell she took pride in what she did and how her work was. My teeth felt amazing after and still do. I had a very enjoyable time at my appointment. I also came to them for a previous filling that had cracked, and now I had a hole in my tooth. The dentist was amazing! The office was able to schedule me sooner than later. I also couldn’t have asked for a better Dentist! He was knowledgeable, and you can tell he was a perfectionist who took pride in great work. I was in good hands. My tooth feels amazing and is back to being normal. I won’t be seeing anyone else. Great staff, very helpful, polite, and professional. Thank you so much to everyone there!
This was by far the best dental experience I’ve had. As someone with dental anxiety, I can say this was the most comfortable experience I’ve had in going to the dentist, thanks to the staff and doctors!
I contacted Riccobene Family Dentistry Sept 4, 2025, regarding a toothache I was experiencing. They were very accommodating and scheduled me for an appointment the very next day, which I truly appreciated. Upon arrival, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel comfortable right away. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I didn’t have to wait long before being seen.
This is my very first time visiting the Dentist in some years. I mean, it's been 20 years. But the Dentist here made me feel really safe; they explained everything step by step. I am so thankful for finding a Dentist that have a friendly staff and is very understanding and patient. They discuss what is going on with you and how they can help you. I've told all of my people about them. Like I said, incredible Staff, incredible Dentist, you really have to check them out.

Every aspect of my experience with Riccobene Garner has exceeded my expectations. I was in really bad shape when I started with them, but they fixed all my problems with sedation dentistry. That was 09-2022. I go back every 6 months, and today was one of them. I was again good to go. Thank you to all the great folks who take care of me!!!!!
Six-month check-up this morning went very well at Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry - Southport. Took me back or slightly before my appointment time. Cleaning and polishing went well, and the dentist had good things to say as well. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly!

My dental hygienist had so much knowledge and patience with an 83-year-old. The office has state-of-the-art equipment far beyond my experience in High Point.

The practice is great… The workers in there are great, you know, everybody is so nice and so helpful. I love it there, and I love the way the DENTIST talks to you while he’s doing what he’s doing because it helps to let you know what’s going on.

Dr. Bassham did a great job figuring out the right course of action for correcting my child’s teeth. He was beginning to not smile because of teasing at school and she took our concerns very seriously and came up with a great plan. She showed him patience and kindness even when he kept breaking the braces 😬 Treatment took longer because of that but we finally got there and he now has a bright, beautiful smile. He is extremely happy with the end result and so are we. Dr. Bassham was great to work with.
Love this office so much! I’ve been going here since I was a kid. I moved an hour away and tried a new dentist, but then came right back. They’re always so nice, and my teeth always feel clean after my visit!
My 15yo had his wisdom teeth removed here. Not only did I save money, my son loved everyone who helped us. He was nervous about the shots, but didn't even feel them! His mouth barely hurt afterward & that says a lot about the care he got during the procedure. When a 15yo doesn't complain you know he actually was doing ok. He liked them so much he wants to use them as his regular dentist. Thank you for taking such good care of my kid.
This was our first time, and we were well pleased with how fast we were able to get an appointment as well as service. The staff and dentist were wonderful and gentle. Very little wait time and kid-friendly atmosphere.

I would have been waiting until June for anywhere else. I have pretty severe panic disorder and they were so supportive and sensitive through the whole process. They were very encouraging and held my hand when I needed it. I would definitely recommend them.

Just had my first visit to Riccobene Associates in Wake Forest, and they went above and beyond in my opinion. I had scheduled a cleaning, and the dental hygienist was thorough in her examination and, as a new patient, thankfully asked how long ago I enrolled in my dental insurance before she performed the cleaning. When I said we switched dental insurance 5 months ago, she double-checked with the office manager on my insurance coverage. The office manager was caring and polite, and informed me that my insurance would not cover a cleaning until after the first six months of coverage. She let me schedule a cleaning for one month later instead. This shows me that they care about not just their patients' dental health but also saving them money when they can. I, for one, really appreciated that. I will be back.

Fantastic staff. I went in with anxiety due to past experience with previous dentist pressuring me to have dental work, that I couldn't afford. But today's visit was great, no pressure, I was informed of what's needed and we came up with a plan. Very friendly and patient staff & put me at ease about visiting the dentist.
This is a great dentist. Did an appointment on line to find out that it didn't go through. I showed up for my 8:00 am appointment and she told me she couldn't find me, but immediately found me an appointment so that I wouldn't have to reschedule. Didn't have to wait a long time. They are very friendly and efficient.

The dentist and assistant were excellent and very patient due to my deafness. They were compassionate enough to communicate via texting. I could have requested an interpreter like last time, but I decided not to since it was only cleaning teeth.

Riccobene is such a great place to go. I have 3 kids and even though this place isn't a 'pediatric dentist' they are amazing with the kids.

Staff is friendly and educated my son well on taking care of his braces and now retainer. Orthodontist friendly. Smiling. My son loved her. My son hated to smile because of his front tooth not wanting to come in. Once braces was placed on and his tooth was coming in. My son started smiling more. Now he just smiles and dont hide it.
