They were expecting me and told me my name, not ask it! Very open and friendly. Most of the paper work was done so just a few signatures were required. Immediate service. Hygienist appeared immediately and took me back. Very thorough, probably one of the best cleanings and exams I have had. My first visit and I plan to make this my permanent office.

No waiting. Everyone is very friendly. The dental assistant does an excellent job cleaning teeth. The dentist took time and did not try to coerce me into unneeded dental work. When work was needed, the staff took time and told me what my cost would be after insurance. Just a very good place.

AMAZING experience!! I was in town visiting my sister and my wisdom tooth started killing me. I called around to several dentists and none could see me for a day or more. The amazing receptionist at Downtown Dental fit me in within an hour, and was super friendly and helpful. Once I got there I was seen immediately, and they fixed my issue in 15 min. The entire staff was extraordinarily nice, friendly, accommodating, yet efficient. I have never had a better experience at a dentist's office!! If I didn't live 8 hours away I would legit book all my dental care through them. Thank you to all of the staff for saving my vacation, you are all amazing!!!

Dr. Wollfe is an incredibly experienced and gentle dentist. He recently placed two dental implant crowns in my upper jaw and it was a huge success. He took his time removing excess crown material so that my bite would be 100% comfortable. His assistant Jessica is also stellar! Allison is my dental hygienist and she does a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. I highly recommend this dental practice.

I had an old front tooth repair that fell out on a Sunday. Dr.Shawn did an excellent repair. Looks better than ever. He takes his time getting the tooth just so, blends in, glossy. The best. And as always the staff makes you feel comfortable and welcomed

My husband and I did a lot of research when trying to find a new Dentist. We came across Riverside Dental Arts and were immediately impressed. We had an initial consultation to meet Dr. Rich and discuss our Dental needs prior to an appointment, something I had never had with another Dentist. I really appreciated the extra mile he took to get to know us. The dental hygienists are also top notch! Karen does a great job and is always polite and professional, not to mention super gentle on my teeth (which is much appreciated!). She always had great suggestions on dental products to try which is very helpful. I would highly recommend Riverside Dental Arts (Downtown Dental).

Great experience at Downtown Dental! You are greeted with a warm and friendly smile by the front desk team, Michelle and Karen. Dr. Rich is very thorough and wants the best for his patients! Karen, my hygienist, is fantastic, caring, and does such a great job! I would recommend this office to everyone!
