What a wonderful staff, everyone is super friendly from the minute you open the door you are greeted by two ladies who handle all the daily activities very professionally. When you are taken to your room for whatever procedure you are there for, again you meet friendly and courteous personnel they perform their assigned task with care and empathy. And Dr. Rich you hit the jackpot, you will never meet a more talented and devoted Dentist. We consider Dr. Rich and his his staff a blessing.
Place are extremely nice friendly staffs quite, no long waiting periods etc. all patients are Happy and smiles, give good vibes of thankful and joy I see the looks in patients eyes that also up lift my spirit for the best results, if I had to make a choice I would recommend my stay at Riccobe... family Dentist. Thanks for the love and care you all have for giving me the best of the best of results for my Dentures resolved immediately etc.
I can't wait to go back to the dentist - said no one ever! However, I am not as anxious about my next visit with Riccobene of Mebane. I am the most dental phobic person you probably would ever meet. I am very specific about who my dentist is and when my last dentist left the practice I just had to leave. Unfortunately I had an actual issue that needed to be addressed immediately and Riccobene of Mebane was there to assist. Dr Hunt was amazing, Barbara was professional and funny, all at the same time! And the entire staff was so patient with this patient! They were professional, yet down to earth at the same time. Put me right at ease. I have since signed my whole family up with them! And I truly am not worried about going back.
They were AWESOME!!!.....as usual.
I have never had a unpleasant experience at your dental office, even when I had a root canal by previous dentist. It's always a pleasure to see Hope, who is a very good friend, and did I mention a very good hygenist. I drive 500 miles when I have to go to the dentist, and I would drive 1000 if I had to to come to your office. I met the new dentist, and he is great.
The beside manner here is top notch. My five year old felt comfortable. The hygienist that wasn't busy booked my next appt while he was getting his x-rays. Super efficient.
The Cary locations staff has been absolutely amazing to my son. They are always super friendly and do great work. He had major dental work done at one of the visits and they made him feel comfortable and safe the entire time, as well as doing the job well and efficiently. Would highly recommend them to anyone for pediatric dentistry.
Had my first visit at the Durham office today and it went great !! I love the atmosphere and the employees. Friendly & helpful !! The Oxford location is great as well !! Highly recommended!!
One person can make a difference! Had a routine cleaning this past week. My hygienist's name was Sarah Winnick. In every way she was amazing...kind, professional, courteous and respectful. But what took the visit over the top was what happened after. Sarah meant to give me a goody bag with a special small toothbrush as I left-but she got caught up. Sarah, realizing what happened, put a toothbrush in the mail to me with a sweet hand written note which I received yesterday! I mean, HELLO?! Who does that kind of stuff these days?!! Thank you Sarah!! Great practice, great people
Very friendly and professional staff and beautiful environment. I went there for a consultation and oral surgery both visits were straight to the point and out quickly. Also my out of pocket expenses didn't kill me neither. I recommend Riccobene Associates for there services and quality they actually try to accomplish their greeting statement "making a person smile".
This is the most friendly and professional dental locations my wife and I have visited. We were initially greeted with big smiles 😄😃 and welcome from Kaitlin and Colleen. Colleen explained how my wife needed to complete the information paperwork. Kaitlin asked and brought me the famous Seattle WA coffee. What a professional greet team they both are. They demonstrate the "pain place" can be a "pleasant dental facility". Their positive professional attitude helped make us relax before meeting my wife's DDS. Had a wonderful visit at Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry in Clemmons today! I am a 'happy' patient of Dr. Patrick Miller who has recently joined Riccobene Associates Family Denistry in Clemmons, NC. I first met with Sierra, a Dental Assistant there, and she was so professional & sweet! One of those personalities you feel you've known forever! And then Dr. Miller discussed a treatment plan with me that had my best interest in mind! As I have come to expect from Dr. Miller, I received the upmost in superior dental care today. He is gentle and informs you all along the way as to what he is doing! I've been seeing Dr. Miller for 3.5yrs now and am very confident in his professional dental services! He truly cares for his patients, so much so I drove 1.5hrs to receive treatment from his new Riccobene location in Clemmons! What a pleasant surprise to find the office staff at Riccobene Associates Dentistry so friendly & welcoming! The Reception area is quite comfortable and the examining rooms are state of the art! You can count on a wonderful dental experiance with Dr. Miller & the Staff at Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry in Clemmons, NC! = )
I am very pleased and would recommend Dr Cislo. She has finished my implants with new bottom dentures and they look great. She is very caring and listens and explains in detail all she does. Thank you 😁
We love Dr. Smith and her team. I have three little girls ages 9 6 and 3 and we have such a great experience every time. The girls are always excited to get their teeth cleaned. The whole staff makes sure the girls have a super fun and positive visit!
A friend recommended the practice a while ago...did some research and came across Dr. Clark---just wonderful! My twins had great experiences. A little more work was required for my son and the quality of care was excellent. Nice office; quick check in and friendly staff. Dr. Clark thank you for restoring my sons confidence and 😃smile
1st visit for my 15 year old. Did not have to wait months to get in. Excellent facility. Everyone was SUPER friendly. I was extremely pleased with how thorough the exam was. He wasn't rushed in and out, they really took their time with him. I was allowed to go back with him and they did a great job of making him feel very relaxed. Definitely recommend!!
I have been a patient here for several years and really can’t see why I would go anywhere else. Karen at the front desk is unfailing cheerful and welcoming. Karen, my hygienist, is always thoughtful and caring and concerned with patient comfort. I absolutely trust her and her work. If you are looking for a dentist, if you have just moved to the area, I would encourage you to try Downtown Dental. Don’t worry about parking downtown either—they have a lot just for patients!

These guys are the best. Have been going to Hampstead Family Dentistry for close to 20 years, and some of the same great employees are still there! Goes to show their commitment to customer service and family-like atmosphere. Dr. Warren is very knowledgeable and professional, as well. Highly recommend!

I was a new patient, The staff was friendly and professional. I was welcomed by a staff member on time, and led to a private room. After initial examination, X Rays, I met with Dr Steve to discuss my treatment. I highly recommend Riccobene Associates, my wife preceded me as a patient, and she also is very pleased with their services.
First of all I love the decor. It is so pretty. I was very pleased with the overall experience. Ashley was wonderful,she took her time explaining everything to me. Everyone was very accommodating very nice. I would highly recommend this family dentistry. I want to thank Nicole for helping with my deep cleaning she made so much easier to go through. Thanks again

Upon arrival, I made an emergency appointment for a bad tooth. My appointment was at 10:10AM and I was a last minute fit in. Personally didn't realize that because i was in so much pain so I got REALLY frustrated. When they realized i was in extreme discomfort they made a point to figure out what was going on with me and once they realized they immediately got me into a room not even 5 minutes later. Staff was very kind and helpful and did their best to put me at ease. They are very caring and compassionate and in all my 27 years on this Earth not once have I ever had a pleasant dentist experience until coming to Riccobene. Thank you guys for all that you do. Absolutely fabulous experience. I recently moved to North Carolina, and needed a dentist, and decided to give this location a shot. The atmosphere of the whole building is warm and welcoming. My appointments have been on the dot, if not a few minutes early - they are always prepared. Dr. Hucal is extremely professional, yet friendly and open. Natasha was his dental assistant for my fillings, and was very straightforward and kind. Megan also provided assistance and was as energetic to help as everyone else on the team there. Everyone knew what they were doing, and transitions between team members were seamless. I will definitely be a routine patient. P.S.: Dr. Hucal, if you're reading this, you now owe Tasha and Megan lunch :)
My experiences with riccobene have pretty much always been excellent. The dentist that I had that I actually loved was Dr Thomascheski(?) And he left unfortunately. My new dentist is Dr Williams and she is absolutely wonderful. She's kind, very concerned not to cause any pain or discomfort, she talks to me and explains what she's doing as she's doing it which I certainly appreciate and she and I look at the x-rays so that I can decide how close they are to a nerve and if only novocaine or not. Her assistant Dominique was actually wonderful also. They are a really fine professional team and honestly a very fun team to deal with. I'm very pleased with Dr Williams and with Dominique.....malissa Yeager ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I have very sensitive gums and if not handled carefully, during my cleaning, it can be extremely painful! Today, the hygienist was awesome! Great conversation, which kept my mind off the cleaning…great job!

Just moving to the area from New Jersey Robbie T Smith DDS was recommended to us by our daughter and friends. From our first phone call to make an appointment, when we arrived and throughout our appointment, each staff member helped us feel welcome. They use modern state of the art equipment. Each staff member is highly knowledgeable of their role in the medical practice.

The best dentist in town! I never write reviews, but I have to for Dr. Jakubek and his staff. I have been going there for over 8 years now. They are always sooo friendly and accommodating. They also have a beautiful and inviting office.
My young daughter has high anxiety and needed a tooth pulled. I was first referred out to get her sedated, but the wait times were too long. We opted to give the nitrous oxide of a try. Dr. Ron was AMAZING with her! After the gas kicked in, he was able to get her tooth out without her even really knowing. He was calm and talked her through every thing he was doing in terms she understood and accepted. I highly recommend them!
I have always enjoyed my experience with the staff at Riccobene. I am pleased with the service, professionalism and kindness. They are concerned about your comfort as well as giving you information and understanding. I've have yet to wait more than 5 minutes for my service weather I've been 5 minutes early or 5 minutes late. Maybe just great timing or day or maybe they don't over book and leave a window between clients to allow a smooth transition. They do a great job and my teeth look and feel great. Go see for yourself!
This is, by far, the best dental experience I have had. I am so glad I found this office. I have had 3 appointments over the past few months and each one has been excellent. The most recent appointment I ended up needing extractions. Dr.Gough was Extremely impressive. From start to finish she made what would normally be a very stressful event to a comfortable, smooth process for me. I was impressed with not only her expertise and skill, but with her kindness. Dr.Geeson has been wonderful, collaborating in my care and explaining things to me. She went out of her way to take time with me, even with a busy office. Candra the dental assistant was wonderful. The hygienist Donna gave me the best cleaning I’ve ever had, and is just great to work with. All of the staff here has been a pleasure to deal with, consistently. It is a beautifully decorated office as well.... should be in a magazine! This is truly the best dental office I have been to, ever!
This place has been amazing serving my family. Our son is autistic and they have been taking care of him for 5 years now. They have gone above and beyond to help care for his teeth and excepted him for his developmental age . He's now 14 and they do Pediatric up to 12. So we are going to transfer to an adult dentist. However they said if it didn't work or welcome to come back. I would highly recommend this as a pediatric dentist office. Take care for each family individually and their staff is fantastic with kids.
At 52 years of age, I adopted my very first dental team – at (then Riverside Dental Arts, now) Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry. Staff here are competent, respectful, and thoroughly knowledgeable in both dentistry and general medical practice. In fact, to onboard me as a client, Gabe Rich DDS prepared a unique presentation on their plan to address my onset periodontal disease – even identifying my mouth as the source of the very bacterium which caused my heart to become infected 35 years ago! No other medical doctor had EVER connected those dots before. Three years later, I am still a client – even though I now live 440 miles away during parts of the year. They made my mouth completely healthy, and I am not changing dentists. Absolutely NO demerits! Riccobene Dentistry meets my high standards, and can expect my continued business.
They are so great with kids here. My daughter actually isn’t afraid to go to the dentist anymore and if you have a special need, they talk to you instead of making you dumb.
Dr. Leslie was wonderful with our son who has autism. He has sensory issues and some anxiety with going to the dentist. She took the extra time to make him feel comfortable and make it a good experience for him. She checked with me beforehand to see how his emotions were before the appointment. She really cares about the children she treats. He came out after having treatment done and he was smiling from ear to ear! The front office staff are always very helpful, friendly and very professional. The assistant that helped us for our 1st appointment was very knowledgeable, professional and had a great rapport with our son. She listened to my concerns and was able to get x-rays on our son who tends to gag alot. Very kid friendly environment, very clean environment. We found the dentist for our son!

Today was my first visit to the riccobene family dentist everyone was very nice and they were very quick to didn’t have to wait long so if your looking for a dentist this is definitely a place you would want to go.

Due to COVID the waiting area has been stripped down to only what's necessary. Kind of a bummer but safety is more important. The walls are beautifully painted with Disney scenes and characters. TVs in the ceiling provide a distraction for the kids during the appointment. Dr. Garner was great as usual, she is professional, energetic and engaging. She explains recovery procedures and expected treatment outcomes thoroughly while answering any questions you may have immediately. Sarah was calm and professional which helped my guy with his anxiousness. They were both reassuring and supportive when my son needed to be calmed.
My experience has been great each time I've been. From those at the front desk, to those in the back, everyone is polite and welcoming. Nice office as well.
The staff is polite and very welcoming. I like the that during Covid the place seems so sanitized and I was very please with the Hygienist she did an amazing job with my cleaning. The Dr Solanki is a very sweet lady. I enjoyed my visit now my kids will be joining me at this dentist.
Dr. Gaddy and the team at Brush and Floss are amazing. They take great care of my son and are very aware and accommodating of his special needs. Definitely recommend.
I would give them 10 stars if I could! It was a great first time experience for me and my son. They knew exactly who we were as we walked in and greeted us by our first names which I find to be very impressive. My son is 1 and they handled him very well for his first time check up. They made sure he was happy and comfortable. I also received good advice on foods for him to consume and juice to water ratios to maintain good enamel health. They also did an amazing job with playing with him while and keeping him busy while I was being worked on. Unfortunately my last dental location did not accept my new dental coverage. So I found this place online and they really set the bar high. I didn’t think any dental office could beat my last one. But I consider Riccobene to be our new family and we are here to stay.

Dental hygienist Ms. Jennifer is the best because of her I enjoy going to the dentist. Before I was always terrified and hated the dentist. The staff are very friendly, Pleasant, welcoming and always makes you feel comfortable. Thank you… and whenever I get out of Ms Jennifer’s chair my teeth are smiling!!!!
I have had a very bad experience with a dentist in the past. However, I am not very satisfied with Riccobene Associates. They are precise, gentle, but they get the job done. Grateful for them!
Best dentist office I've ever stepped foot into. The whole staff is welcoming and compassionate! The office is beautiful and so clean. Dr. Geeson and Dr. Gough are amazing and really take their time getting to know you and your oral concerns! They were so thorough and conservative with planning my treatment and wanted to know my input. I'll just say, they didn't have dental offices or dental staff like this where I'm from! 100% recommend to anyone looking for an amazing office in the Wilmington area! I know I found mine!

I was looking for a new dental home that was in network with my insurance and I must say I am happy to have found one. Dr. Conti is an AMAZING dentist who is all about talking you through every step, allowing patients time to ask questions for understanding and giving the best treatment for his patients. The front desk is friendly and inviting and the dental assistants are awesome too. I was completely satisfied with the work I got done!
Everyone was so very helpful during my registration process. I just moved to Fayetteville and I had a insurance coverage discrepancy, they figured it out and solved it. Wife was so very scared for her visit with an extraction but they was very patient and by the end of her visit she was blowing kisses to everyone…
This place is the best! You are treated like a person not as a chart number. They make sure you are comfortable, have friendly staff, and talk you through step by step with the procedures.
I have waited years to go back to the dentist because I’ve always hated going. I was embarrassed and reluctant to call and schedule an appointment. I moved from out of state and needed a new dentist and I’m beyond words happy that I chose Riccobene! The customer service was absolutely nothing short of elite. When I called to schedule my appointment the lady who answered the phone couldn’t have been any sweeter. The front desk staff when I got there were so welcoming and friendly. My hygienist and my dentist both were great! I felt so comfortable and not judged at all. I’ve never had such a great experience at the dentist and will stop neglecting to go to my 6 month check ups from here on out. 11/10.
I was greeted in a friendly tone by the Receptionist at the front desk and by the entire Dental team. The Dental Assistant who did all of my ex- rays, explained everything that was shown on the Ex-ray to me. She explained the procedures and the payments and offered me the choice to have a payment plan. Thank you for your courtesy. It makes all the difference in the world when you are friendly to your patients and when you take the time to go over everything that need to be done.
Dr. Geeson took over my dental care after a bad experience during my first visit to a different dental practice. I needed to have a crown installed on a tooth already having a very large old filling, because drilling away new decay on that tooth meant the tooth could no longer support the old filling. In addition to thoroughly explaining the work that needed to be done, one can immediatley see that Dr. Geeson exhibits extensive and up-to-date training, experience, and confidence in the work she is performing. I had no pain during the preparation of the tooth for the temporary crown. The temporary crown that was made in the office was remarkably so much like the original tooth that it was hard to believe it wasn't my original tooth. The same was true for the permanent crown when it was installed. And there was no pain after the visit in either the temporary crown or the permanent crown. Obviously I am very happy with the dental care being provided by Dr. Geeson and her staff.
Went to Riccobene for a second opinion on needing a root canal. I saw a wonderful interim dentist named Dr. Lundahl, I wish he was staying but he was incredibly thoughtful and I hope to get to see him again someday! The rest of the staff was also incredibly kind. New patient setup was a breeze- all right from my phone! Loved the lack of paperwork! The office was very clean and well decorated, lots of chairs for everyone to sit. My visit confirmed the need for a root canal & crown- and I have gone ahead scheduled it with the Knightdale office, as their price was even better than the original office I received a quote from (Lane & Assoc). My boyfriend goes to the Clayton location and that's how I found out about Riccobene. They are definitely my new permanent dentist office. Highly recommended to anyone seeking high quality care with affordable prices!

I'm a long-time patient and recently had a cavity fixed. For the first time since I can remember, I wasn't all "tightened" up in the chair. I was relaxed, because the atmosphere was very relaxing. I appreciate the service I received during this visit, made a world of difference.
This is hands down the best dentist office EVER! I have always had a huge fear of going to the dentist, just crippling anxiety. The people here are so gentle, calm and kind that I personally felt comfortable and peaceful as well. They kept me in the loop on what they were doing the whole time. It had been a little while since I had a cleaning (due to the pandemic) and my teeth/gums aren’t sore in the least. I am so happy to have found this wonderful team.

My visit yesterday was great. The staff is always very friendly and professional. They manage their appointments so there is no wait which is very much appreciated.
This group is the very best I have been to ! Going to continue with them they are awesome listening to my requests of being scared and not liking Dentist’ they paying attention to my needs! I love my guy, I have a small mouth and have bone growth in my mouth? They were especially great on that and I was thankful they cared about it! It’s painful getting a exam of my teeth! When I have bone growth in my gums !
After having a terrible visit with a previous dental office, I scheduled an appointment with them. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. From the lady checking me in, to the dental assistants, as well as the lady responsible for billing. The doctor was awesome as well. Went over X-rays in great detail, explained processes for the future, gave me best case and worse case senarios (which very thankful for, this prepared me mentally) and most importantly he did not talk to me as if I was uneducated or simple. They truly went above and beyond for me, and I hope they all know how grateful I am for it. I have not been to dentist in years, due to lack of insurance, finances, and even a small phobia. I have never felt more comfortable at a dentistry. I have several appointments to attend in near future, and I am so glad I am able to be with a dentistry that cares.

Made sure I was completely comfortable the whole entire time!!! I would come back here for sure for any oral work I need. The staff was funny and caring and I felt like I was around family instead of an oral surgeon and her staff!!! I was nervous because I never been put to sleep but they made sure I was comfortable as far as a blanket anything! They care!!
They were expecting me and told me my name, not ask it! Very open and friendly. Most of the paper work was done so just a few signatures were required. Immediate service. Hygienist appeared immediately and took me back. Very thorough, probably one of the best cleanings and exams I have had. My first visit and I plan to make this my permanent office.

I have been going to Riccobene and Associates for years. Dr. Conti was the regular dentist that provided my care, but he is no longer with them. Dr. Solanki is my dentist now at their practice and she is great! She is patient and caring. I can respect a dentist that takes time out of her day to call and talk about the next steps in my dental care. I don’t want anyone else providing my dental care. The staff always have pleasant attitudes and great customer service. I love the team that works with Dr. Solanki. I was nervous about a procedure and her team walked me though the process, so I would know what to expect. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a dentist!

Like most I'm sure, I am not a big fan of the dentist but I had an abscess and a broken tooth so I couldn't put it off any longer. Everyone in the office was extremely nice. Dr. Mitchell was wonderful. I have to say it was the best experience I've ever had at the dentist!
I had historically dreaded the dentist and went maybe every other year. Since I joined Riccobene, I’m faithful to my six month appointments and actually enjoy going. I highly recommend them!
No waiting. Everyone is very friendly. The dental assistant does an excellent job cleaning teeth. The dentist took time and did not try to coerce me into unneeded dental work. When work was needed, the staff took time and told me what my cost would be after insurance. Just a very good place.
I just visited today and had an amazing service. Starting from the tech who did my x-ray to the hygienist, Quiana, to the Dr. They were wonderful and amazing. I have definitely found the right dental office for my family and I.
I always have such a great experience here. The staff are so friendly and professional. They make me feel so comfortable every time I go. The office itself is very clean and has a nice atmospheric. There is a plant wall and mini waterfall in the waiting room which is calming and lovely. A little bit of calm and charm like this is what every dentist office needs. I reccomend this office to anyone looking for a good dentist especially if you might be a little nervous. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable here.
This dentist is amazing. He never tries to get me to have unnecessary procedures. The hygienists are great! My teeth always feel and look great after cleanings. And the people are extremely nice and accommodating. Best dentist in the Cape Fear area

Last week I visited this office. Dr Hunt is a great doctor and his assistant Alisa made me feel comfortable in the dental chair for the first time in my life! Thanks to her, I'm so comfortable at the dentist now. I for once look forward to returning!! Thank you Dr Hunt and Alisa!
Been coming here for years and will continue to come as long as the staff stays the same. They are always so personable and make you laugh and feel right at home. Andrea is the best hygienist has cleaned my teeth for years love the whole office.
Had a cleaning by April and she is phenomenal. Recently had to go back for some dental work to get done and Barbara and Dr. Sommer were amazing. Barbara is just so warm and has a very calming nature. I really appreciated having her there since I was having a 2 hour procedure and I’m admittedly a very anxious dental patient. The dentist is not my favorite place to be at all, but this was much better because of a great team. I also felt like Dr. Sommer did a great job and i left feeling like he really cared that the procedure was done correctly. Thanks to you all!
This was my family’s first visit here. It was fantastic! The dental hygienist, Stacey, was so personable and considerate. She was the nicest person. April was also great!

I felt very comfortable and welcomed when coming to Riccobene Associates. I had not been to the dentist in a couple of years and was nervous about having to get myteeth cleaned. The wonderful lady that took my exams and cleaned my teeth explained things to me about the health of my guns and teeth I have never had explained to me before. Dr. Okeke and his staff were amazing. Had my 18 & 19 extracted. Ended up having to be surgical. He was more than amazing and did such an awesome job. Great bedside manor as well. Can’t thank them enough!
