Great staff front to back and I would definitely recommend anyone with any dental issues to visit this place...
I can not say enough wonderful things about the staff here at Riccobene!! From the nurse, to hygienist to the dr ! All were very friendly, helpful and concerned for my son. They were running a little behind but made it a point to pop in every few minutes to update us. The nurse even went above and beyond and called me after the appointment to let me know she ordered my sons presciption as well as called me later in to make sure I picked it up as well as followed up the following day to see how he was doing and again on the third day. We will be bringing ourselves and all 5 of our children here! Thank you !!!
I had a wisdom tooth and the tooth beside it, taken out,they numb me and I was perfectly okay, no problem, came home did what I was told, did the rinse, and also rinse with salt warm water, have my tylenol and pain pills, I'm okay so far.
For the first time in a long time, I am extremely proud to thank the staff for service beyond medical procedures. Each member demonstrates and ensures the “we got you” feeling that helps relax my anticipation on each dental appointment. Thank you one and all!
I was terrified of having a root canal done and the Dentist made everything a smooth experience. No pain at all did not even feel when he gave the Anastasia. I highly recommend them. Have had worse experience just getting a filling. Sore and a little pain afterwards but nothing compared to the toothache pain.

Dr. Clifton Ball is amazing. He is not only encouraging but also very motivating throughout the orthodontic treatment. His entire staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dr. Clifton Ball and his team for orthodontic treatments.
I saw the dentist at Riccobene in Oxford for the first time for my teeth cleaning. The dental hygienist, Nicole, was so good and so thorough. The dentist, Dr. Hotic, gave me the most thorough exam that I've ever had by dentist. She took her time and explained things. I am so happy with this practice. I have finally found a dentist that I actually trust since Dr Leden retired
Best experience I’ve had at a dentist in a long time! I woke up and needed dental treatment for same day. I called in as a new patient and was greeted with a very sincere welcome from the receptionist. Upon arriving I was met by very friendly and attentive staff! I felt comfortable the whole time and I am completely satisfied with my dental work! Thank you so much! Special thanks for my tech (wish I could remember her name) she was awesome and made sure to help me with my anxiety! I would recommend Riccobene Associates Dentistry 1000xs! 10/10^2 for me! 😀
I had a wonderful experience at Downtown Dental. I was very nervous before the appointment and was put at ease when I walked in to find Michelle and Karen greeting me with warm smiles. The hygienist, Karen, was also very knowledgeable. I pointed out how I had different areas of sensitivity along my gum lines and she was able to pin point when and why the areas were sensitive, dating back to the days I got my braces (about 25 years ago)! Upon checking out, Michelle answered all my questions about the logistics of my upcoming work, as well as all the financial aspects. She took the time to make a me a table with the best options that would work for me financially, and that was incredibly helpful. All of my questions were answered concisely, in a way I understood and felt good about the work I plan to do in the future.

My regular Dentist was on vacay, and a dental emergency arose. I was redirected to this office from my regular Six Forks Riccobene. From the very helpful office manager (Kim?) to the most very awesome Ms Joyce (who made me feel Sooooo much less anxious (relaxed and laughing even!) to Dr Smigiel (sp?) who was confident and efficient while maintaining a friendly, happy demeanor...everyone certainly exceeded my expectations! I went in for an emergency broken tooth, got a quick xray, eval and quote for a replacement crown. They even managed to squeeze in my temporary fix (carefully and pain free!) that moment without making me wait for hours! I was in and out in less than 1.5hrs with less than 24hrs notice. Talk about superior patient service! And, I thought Joyce was the absolute BEST! That lady made my day with her sweet southern care. Keep her!
Love this dental practice! Very informative, professional, NO WAITING they respect your time. Saved thousands on treatment plan that was provided by a different practice. They are also wonderful with seniors like my 89 yr old mother. Highly recommend
The staff here is amazing and so patient. My daughter has lots of anxiety around going to dentist and Dr. Garner and the team really helped to reassure us that they will keep working with us until my daughter feels more comfortable. They helped me as a parent feel less frustrated and I am so appreciative of their efforts. We are new to the area and with so many transitions already it's nice to know we have found a great dental home! Update from our 3rd appointment! 3rd times a charm! Staff again was so patient with my daughter and she actually wanted to go back by herself. She got her teeth cleaned and did xrays! Words can't express how grateful I am for the staff here!
I had a wonderful experience at Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry in Durham! The staff was friendly and helpful, the dental hygienist did a great job and made me feel very comfortable, and Dr. Nadella was so warm, personable, and knowledgeable. She was fun to talk to and you can tell she really cares about her patients. This was my first time there and I will definitely continue using them. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a dentist!
This place is amazing, the staff are super friendly, the office is impeccably clean and very calming especially the front lobby. This was my third tooth extraction there and it could not have gone smoother. Dr. Trendowski and Barbara were amazing and made the experience great. My last experience with an extraction was a Dentist in Burlington with his knee on my chest trying to get a tooth out which ended up breaking. The guy was an easy 250 lbs and he cranked my neck trying to get the tooth out. It left me traumatized. Dr T is small and she finessed both teeth out like a Boss. It actually went so smoothly that I didn't even have to take any pain medication and when I say any I mean not even a Tylenol . I would love to think my pain tolerance is super human but her technique definitely had a lot to do with it. Her assistant Barbara was amazing and made me laugh so much and feel very relaxed. She was very personable and added to my great experience. I would recommend Riccobene as an A+ place to have any dental work done. I can't speak for the other Dentists there only about Dr Alexis Trendowski and Barbara but I am almost certain that based on what I saw, they all are part of an Team that strives for customer satisfaction.
Not too many places where you walk in and feel comfortable. but because i read some reviews I decided to travel an hour to get my dental care at Riccobene, to begin I confidently say, that all staff and personnel were so welcoming. The receptionist was very pleasant, the hygenist Robby has such an amazing personality she is funny and a wonderful person to talk to. Dr. Wolf is gentel and soft spoken I was completely satisfied with everyone!
It was my first visit here in Ricobene and I was so impressed by how professional all staffs were and very friendly as well. My hygienist, Courtney Alford has gentle hands and made my cleaning experience a very pleasant one. She has this caring attitude that made me relax throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend Ricobene Dentistry to friends and those who are looking still for dental services.

They are very good about working you in on emergencies, very friendly staff, very good with children at any age. My grandbabies at the age of 1 were getting teeth clean ....I highly recommend any age for dental and they are just as good with ortho!!!

I don't know where to start. My 8 year old is terrified of the dentist like most of us, however the dentist hygienist and the Doctor was just absolutely amazing customer service was great from beginning to end. ALL of the ladies / Drs were nice, patient, kind, polite,respectful, informative, kid friendly. Not only do they make the children feel comfortable the parents as well. You are allowed to go in the back with your child which is a huge plus. They have tvs at every station, I'm so glad I found a kid friendly dentist. Going here make you want to go to the dentist. If you have trouble finding a dentist for your child. Look no further. Hands down! Seriously!
Very caring office and couldn't have been more pleased with Michelle Holmes. When you loose a front tooth cap at a Christmas party it's an emergency situation. I was seen in the office as soon as possible and put back together. I will stay with Michelle and her office for all my dental needs. I'm grateful for my friend who referred her.
This is the best dental off I have ever experienced. The girls from the front office to the back are the sweetest. Dr. Golf and Gessen are so understanding and do what they can to make you feel good about yourself. They had 1 week to get my teeth fixed for my daughter's wedding. They a did it! I had smile just in time for the wedding pictures. They really do care about their parents. If you need help go visit them.
I am 64 years of age. I have had dental care since a very early age. Riccobene services at the Holly Ridge and Porters Neck location provided experiences far beyond my expectations. Never have I had care even close to the excellence provided at these visits. Dr. Kyle Thames and the team at Porters Neck are the best. Doctor Collins and the Holly Ridge team were very detailed and accurate identifying an issue that required immediate attention by Dr Thymes. Quickly both locations executed my needs very professionally and painlessly.
Emily did a deep clean on my teeth today. She is AWESOME. Dr. Houcal did my novocaine. He has a gentle touch. Teeth feel and look great. Emily is fun to talk to and made me feel very comfortable during the whole process. Great team Thanks.

Dr. Parker is amazing! Today, I had my first cavity filling. The hygienist and Dr. Parker were so attentive and patient to walk me through every step. It was a seamless and painless process. I truly feel comfortable and confident at this dentist office. I highly recommend for all ages!

My sister had an appointment with Dr. Blessings for a consult for sedation due to severe dental anxiety. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a friendly front desk staff who promptly checked us in and answered our questions about what to expect with the consult today. We were seated quickly and Alexis and Dr. Blessings were very sensitive to my sister’s server anxiety, my mom’s concerns about treatment, and the extreme understanding with both of us (my mom and myself) being involved with her care. Recommend treatment and all procedures were explained in a way that was easy to understand and my sister was very comfortable from start to finish. Thank you all so much for such great care!! I would highly recommend this office to friends and family!
My daughter has been here twice and has fallen in love with this place! The staff is very nice and talks to my child so she feels comfortable about what they are going to do. If I have any questions or need help suggestions, the dentist is there to help me! I love that!
For as unpleasant as having your teeth drilled can be, the dentists and dental assistants made it a pleasant experience. I was very pleased with how friendly all of the staff is and their thorough attention to detail throughout the entire process.
This was by far the BEST experience I have ever had going to the dentist! The staff was incredible - Emily could not have been kinder and more helpful during my booking and check-in - and Carin - my hygienist was exceptional! She was thorough, friendly, and put every bit of my anxiety to rest. Dr. Adam Smigiel (and Stella of course!) made the whole experience a joy and I left feeling amazed and grateful to find my new dentist!
I do believe today was my last appointment and I’m very sad. From the beautifully decorated restroom to the friendly smile when you walk through the door, I’m going to miss that place! I want to publicly thank Dr. Wolf and the staff at Riccobene Downtown Dental for the beautiful work they did. They have all been wonderfully kind, caring and professional. I wish them all nothing but the best! They are most certainly the next dentist in town and I’ve been to plenty over the last 20 years! This particular office was recommended to me by a close friend. It was certainly worth my time! The front office staff was so friendly and the hygienist made me feel really comfortable as did the overall atmosphere of the office. This really is a five-star dentist office!!!

I hadn’t been to the dentist in awhile and needed a cleaning ASAP. They got me in ASAP against being booked. I walked in the following day and was serviced right away. All the staff were friendly and my teeth look amazing! The hygienist really took her time throughly and carefully cleaning my teeth and gums. I am really impressed as I very rarely leave reviews. I am now motivated to keep up with my cleanings with this dentistry!

I have horrible teeth and am so scared of going to the dentist . I always feel scared still and the dentists, hygienists, and assistants always make me feel better. So calming and kind, and they always answer all of my questions and are always informative and helpful . They always check on me throughout whatever procedure I’m having and see if I’m hurting or need more numbing etc . I’m still scared of the dentist , but they always make me forget that I’m scared and I can tell they really care about their patients and the experience as a whole. I always tell all my friends to go there and they walk away with wonderful experiences as well . They even made my daughter want to be a dental hygienist . I could go on forever , but fingers are going numb lol . Thanks y’all for making me feel better !!! And also , they are always helpful up front when it comes to payment and insurance and setting up my appointments .
Dr. Gaddy is phenomenal!!!! My son has been TERRIFIED of the dentist until switching here. Today he had 2 fillings done in office and did not even flinch the whole time. She is the BEST! Very patient and easy.
My daughter is terrified of dentists. She has C P and Epilepsy. They worked so well with her through the years. Today’s visit she didn’t even cry or anything. I am so thankful for their patience and attitude. They are so sweet 💜

Had a great experience each time I have been. They are gentle and thorough. I have a phobia of dentists. I have made them my primary dentist. all staff I have met from the gentleman at the front desk to the assistant and to the Dr, they are all professional and more than happy to help how ever they can. 5 stars. This was one of the best experiences I have had in my life in a long time. They go above and beyond to make sure you understand! And I like that they’re honest and will help you plan for the future! They were very friendly and outgoing and the services were nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend this dentist office to everyone and they also have night appointments.
My son recently saw Dr Rob for his first filling. Rob was great and made the overall experience fuss (and pain) free 6 Month update: Once again we were nothing short of thrilled with the level of service and professionalism that we have continued to receive from Dr Rob and the rest of the staff. We now have 2 kids that are seen here, with widely different ages, that receive great care. I cannot recommend them enough.

Riccobene Associates staff was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Rogers was wonderful and very gentle! I am always a ball of nerves at the dentist, but he made me feel comfortable and checked in to make sure I was doing okay.
You won't find a better dental practice in New Bern. The Staff members are friendly and professional. You can tell they really like their patients, by the care and respect shown every visit. For nearly two years, I have been a patient of theirs and I am completely satisfied with the treatment I have received. I have had extensive work done at Dockside Dental and they have always put me at ease and made me feel completely comfortable. My previous Dentist retired and I'm very glad to have come to Dockside Dental on Hwy 70 East of New Bern NC.
I just visited today and had an amazing service. Starting from the tech who did my x-ray to the hygienist, Quiana, to the Dr. They were wonderful and amazing. I have definitely found the right dental office for my family and I.
My dental hygienist Mrs Thornton, got me in, got me a plan, and has started to execute. Her service and care has been impeccable. I even was even able to listen to the elements…. Earth Wind and Fire while getting work done!!! Never had service like this and recommend to everyone.

I’m 69 years old and I hadn’t been in a Dentist office in years, I was running late as usual, and had a about 50 minute drive so when I arrived I was quite nervous.. I walked into this spacious, very clean and was greeted by the receptionist with “Hello, How Can We Make You Smile Today?” which I thought was nice. I was taken back to get my X-rays and the technicians were very patient and gentle..everything was also very clean..and everyone wore masks. I was taken to a room where I waited to see Dr Roberts..First thing I noticed was that he very young..at my age though, everyone is. He wanted to know a little bit about my history with my dentures and why I had my teeth pulled.So, I was there because I was on my 2 nd pair of dentures. I wore my 1st for about 20 years, and they just wore out. I had my 2 nd set made at a Dental Clinic, was never satisfied with them, they didn’t fit right..top was too short bottom was too long and just wouldn’t stay put..These are the words I told Dr Roberts. He was very sympathetic and understanding and explained to me what he specialized in, and that was extracting teeth and making dentures but in his opinion, from my history he would recommend that I see a Prostodonist. That he could make me a new set of dentures but I would still be in the same boat. And I greatly appreciate his honesty..
Went to Riccobene for a second opinion on needing a root canal. I saw a wonderful interim dentist named Dr. Lundahl, I wish he was staying but he was incredibly thoughtful and I hope to get to see him again someday! The rest of the staff was also incredibly kind. New patient setup was a breeze- all right from my phone! Loved the lack of paperwork! The office was very clean and well decorated, lots of chairs for everyone to sit. My visit confirmed the need for a root canal & crown- and I have gone ahead scheduled it with the Knightdale office, as their price was even better than the original office I received a quote from (Lane & Assoc). My boyfriend goes to the Clayton location and that's how I found out about Riccobene. They are definitely my new permanent dentist office. Highly recommended to anyone seeking high quality care with affordable prices!
We found this dentistry for our three girls, my middle daughter was 4 at our first visit, and had previously been scared of the dentist. During the midst of COVID-19, she felt comfortable enough to go back all alone and get her teeth cleaned! I was ecstatic!! The dentists were very professional and compassionate of my situation. Now they all LOVE the dentist and have been consistently improving their oral regime since our visit. I would definitely recommend this practice, very professional and helpful people.
I'm new to NC and needed to find a dentist for my son. I'm so glad I came across this dentist. I was very pleased with their professionalism and how they have the office set up geared 100% for children. I really like the fact that the employees are diverse and well rounded. They were very caring and gentle with my son.

I am from out of state and had a tooth break. I called Riccobene Associates because they accepted my insurance. Was nervous going into a strange office but was pleasantly surprised. Everyone treated me like I was a regular patient. The nurse and Doc were great. They were so kind and compassionate to a stranger. If you are looking for a new dentist office, I would highly recommend this office.

My girls love going to the dentist. It took a couple to find the best but Dr Garner is the best. We have had the best experience ever visit. The dental assistants are always the nicest to and do everything to make your little ones feel safe. They have friendly people at the front desk. Just a great dentist office all around. The painting on the walls is beautiful. If nothing else just go by and walk in and check it out. You get transferred into another place. Each room is also beautifully painted to keep the kids calm and invited. Go see her and her team at Riccobene Kids in Cary!!!!!!!!

Went for what I thought was a to be a consultation wound up getting x-rays and teeth cleaned along with the consultation. Super nice and explain everything, they use a water jet to clean your teeth with instead of the scraping tool which I hate, loved the water jet though.
Took my dad for his first appointment and the attention, professionalism, and kindness received by the staff made us feel like we were the only people present at the office. Great place!!! 👍🏼👍🏼
I have been to this office about 4 times. I had a cleaning done, two crowns built up, and a few fillings. I had been to the same dentist for 13+ years and was now changing and haven't been to one in a few years(no insurance). The staff is very nice, and are willing to go out of their way to save you time and money. The dental plan was a blessing. Thank you!!
The wisdom, care, patience and genuine concern was unlike any other dental office. From the front desk to the checkout desk and everyone between ... kind, knowledgeable, concerned and helpful. My son went in with wisdom teeth issues as a new patient one day, and we were on the other side of extraction by noon the next day. God’s grace displayed through them at every turn. Praising the Lord for providing our community with such quality care.

I had a great experience with Jennifer my dental hygentist. She was very attentive, and asked often about my pain level. The office staff is always great.
My appointment went very well. This is my first time ever being put “to sleep” and I was very nervous. But the technicians and the oral surgeon who attended me made me feel more comfortable and less nervous. Highly recommend coming to this location for all your dental needs.
I called for an appointment for a tooth that was bothering me two days before Thanksgiving they got me in and fixed the dislodged filling and scheduled me for my cleaning the next week! All this after another Dentist office in the area canceled my appointment that I had made 2 weeks prior for the same concern which was worse by now but wanted me to come in for a cleaning??!! I was hurting!! Thank God Riccobene fitted me in.
I love this place The staff is so professional and nice. I had three separate visits. John and Tabitha are great Assistants, they assured me everything was going to be alright when I was nervous. They took care of me . Ashley the Hygienist did a deep cleaning and she was very knowledgeable and professional. I saw Dr. Timothy Gibson to pull my tooth he did a great job, very professional and knowledgeable. I had to go back and see Dr. Alston she did my filling it was painless and after the medication wore off there was no pain, She is very professional also and nice, I definitely recommend this place .
My normal dentist was not on the list of local Veteran's Affairs medical treatment facilities, so they sent me to see this group of amazing dental professionals. They were very welcoming and friendly. Their modern facility and sharing of information left me with no doubts about who will be my dentist from now on. What an amazing experience!
I have very sensitive gums and if not handled carefully, during my cleaning, it can be extremely painful! Today, the hygienist was awesome! Great conversation, which kept my mind off the cleaning…great job!
I showed up a day early for my appointment. Everyone at the office made it possible for me to get my teeth cleaned while I was there. I have always been happy with the everything about this dentist office, this visit just reassured me I am at the right place. Doctor G graciously cleaned my teeth and did a great job and had lots of great suggestions for me!
Brought my son in for an orthodontic consult. Everyone was so wonderful there and we had a great experience. He doesn't need braces at this point, thank goodness, but we will be going back for another visit in a year to see how things are progressing in his mouth. I love love this office and dentist. My husband experienced this awesome find first as we didnt have a dentist when we moved to NC. He was so pleased I made my appointment for routine cleaning same day he was here and now my kids are coming here. Always friendly, keep in contact with appointments, and helpful with any questions.
A very friendly professional place. The entire staff is helpful and accommodating. My daughter and I have been going here for 3 years and we love it (as much as you can love going to the dentist that is.) A few days ago I had 2 teeth extracted by Dr. Gordon L. Hi cal and his assistant Tasha. They were aware of my dental anxiety and were extremely careful and very accommodating.
I had historically dreaded the dentist and went maybe every other year. Since I joined Riccobene, I’m faithful to my six month appointments and actually enjoy going. I highly recommend them!
Excellent office! Another excellent visit today. Dr.Steve does an Amazing job of walking his patients through the steps. Very caring and knowledgeable. Best of all he makes sure his clients' teeth are in tiptop shape. No pain either. Cynthia Dr.Steve's dent assist was so customer oriented. Very attentive to her patients. Thank you all very much.
I had an excellent first visit for dentures. Dr. Riccobene went above and beyond to get my imprints correct. My mouth is small and he adjusted the trays. I definitely recommend him and his staff. They were friendly, professional and kind.
Great experience at Six Forks Smiles. The hygienist and dentist were thorough and pleasant. There were no surprise costs and the whole experience was as good as it gets when going to the dentist.

I love the way Dr. Steve explains what he’s going to do before and during a procedure. Veronica is always gentle and patient with me and her professionalism is obvious to whom she is mentoring.
Everyone are always very pleasant and professional. It's always nice that even though everyone see plenty of people every day they still remember your name. Dr. Ressner makes sure that you are as comfortable and pain free as possible. I have never left without a smile and happy with my visit.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jakubek for the past two years and I'm very happy I made the switch. I'm greeted as soon as I enter the office which is very important to me. The wait is never long for the dental hygienist or the Doctor. Everybody in the office makes my visit very pleasant and stress-free. I appreciate Dr. Jakubek's preventive advice and he takes care of any tooth problem(s) right away.
From the time you hit the door you feel welcome. They greet you by your name after one visit.The Dentist and hygienist ( I will not use another as she knows me and base her care on my anxiety) are the best. I started out by getting 10 to 12 Novocain shots just for cleaning. After 4 years, I have now completed two cleanings with no shots. KUDOS to the whole staff!!! Highly recommend. I have a deep fear of going to a dentist and for many years did not go, finally I did go to Riccobene at Porters Neck. From the moment I was greeted, she made me feel calm and relaxed. Then returning a week later for actual work on my teeth, Dr. Kennedy was perfect, kind, gentle. I hope anyone with a fear of Dentists could have my experience.

Robbie and her staff always do a great job taking care of both my teeth and me! Having a crown replaced was not overly exciting to me but the process was smooth, painless and pretty quick. Gracias!
