Love this dentist office! They have a cool castle/ dragons/ knight theme going on and just redid the entry to look like you're walking into the castle. TVs for the kids and private rooms for any work beyond cleanings. We've seen Dr. Leslie and Dr. Garner and love them both. All the dental hygienists and front desk staff are wonderful too! They are kind and great with the kids, even my fairly difficult son :)
The staff was great..very comfortable place..they are the best..if you want a good dentist office..go to visit them..my wife sent me there and I was impressed...
So thrilled to find this Dentist Office! The entire staff was amazing. I have a LOT of anxiety about visiting the Dentist, because of this I put off visits which only perpetuates and worsens any issues I have. The front desk staff was informative, patient, kind and very professional. The Hygienist that did my x-rays and cleaning was above and beyond what I could've asked for. She was so patient with me and answered all of my questions and talked me through everything. The Dentist/Doctor was wonderful as well, everyone has me feeling so much better about the work I have planned out and actually looking forward to bettering my dental health moving forward. Thank you all for being amazing!
Staff has been amazing every visit. They are always so nice and willing to help. I've been to other dentist offices that you can tell only care about the $ that comes with the patient. This office truly cares about what is best for the patient and what will benefit the patient most. 10/10.
Barbara was amazing and helped me with my anxiety. I felt like I was truly in good hands. The dentist is never the funnest place to go, but this team genuinely makes you feel welcome.My procedure was extremely thorough and I left with a game plan to get my dental health in order. very pleased with this practice and highly recommend.
The receptionist was very pleasant. Chelsea, the dental hygienist was great. She was very gentle and thorough and cleaned my teeth brilliantly. Dr. Nadella explained things quite articulately and seemed very knowledgeable about various procedures-she also seemed very nice. It was my first visit but certainly not my last. I feel like I finally found a dentist I like! I highly recommend this practice.
Very attractive office with cutting edge technology (patient can view x-ray and photos). Able to show patient insurance coverage on the spot. Everyone was very friendly. Hygienist did a very thorough cleaning of my teeth, but a little more aggressive than I am accustomed to. Dr. Nadella was very friendly and confident. I would definitely recommend your practice. Follow up, just had a temporary crown put on and it went well. Dr. Nadella and her assistant were very accommodating when I asked to be able to take breaks when I needed them. I had also requested a prop under my lower back due to back pain.
I was experiencing a lot of problems recently after breaking off my front bottom tooth. Missy, helped me out overnight, giving me a lot of knowledge and reassurance..she went above and beyond her job. Mindy, cleaned my teeth and made sure I was as comfortable as possible working around a broken tooth. Dr Rich, he is awesome..he helped me with my options, and gave me an answer to an ongoing skin issue, my other dentist brushed under the rug..I have been referring Dr.Rich, and his staff ever since!!! I am so excited that I found a new dentist and staff that truley care about their patients!!!
The Falls of Neuse office has always had the most excellent customer service. They are friendly, quick to respond, and accommodating. They are clean, timely, and I am always in and out as expected. Every service that I have had has gone well. I appreciate having a dentist office that I am so comfortable going to.
My son has been seen here for several years. Everyone is always very friendly. He has never been anxious or scared , with the exception of the filling he needed. But, everyone who he interacted with that day was incredibly kind and reassuring. Got through it no big deal. Absolutely recommend them.
Dr Beamer is fantastic! She took the time to answer all my questions regarding having my wisdom tooth removed and offered advise. She then gave me a referral to two different oral surgeons and emailed me the X-rays they took. Couldn’t ask for more from any dentist. I highly recommend Dr Beamer!
The staff was courteous and professional. The "comfort" items during or after your appointment were a great and unique touch. I love the office's family feel and their community involvement. My actual visit was detailed and thorough and that is important when I am talking about my health.
Quick and painless tooth extraction. They guided me through the whole process and kept me informed on every step along the way. I will definitely continue using them! Just hopefully no more extractions ;) 5 Stars to the whole team, Doctors, Assistants and the women upfront were super polite and professional.
I decided to switch practices to Riccobene due to the raving reviews I had heard as well as the proximity to my home. I had an incredible experience! Staff was knowledgable, welcoming and efficient. I look forward to my next cleaning!
Had my teeth cleaned by Melissa and she not only did a quick and efficient job of getting the areas a brush or floss can't reach, but was extremely helpful and informative about what I can control and what I can't. Dr. Clark was also wonderful in personalizing a treatment plan based on my priorities. Excellent staff- even at checkout and appt scheduling. I was quite impressed.
This was my first visit to this office and I was blown away. This office is about a 30 minute drive for me, but it was definitely worth it. I should have switched dentists years ago. The entire staff was wonderful. Destiny and Melissa were incredibly nice, and addressed my concerns while taking xrays and performing the cleaning. My teeth cleaning was the least irritating I’ve ever had, and this was after not going to a dentist for 2+ years. I was happy to schedule another cleaning when I left.
I've never visited a Dentistry that made you feel like part of there family 👪 I'm usually up tight about going to the dentist, but I can honestly say they sure took the fright away. Not only were they friendly and quite efficient with everything they had me do, I love the fact that this group turned out to be a good Christian ✝️ business. I will continue going there for the rest of my dental care. I thank each and every one of that group for there 💯 % good care. I pray they will always be there to help us all in need. Thank you 😊 Today was fast, I enjoyed talking with the doctor, he was great and asked me if I had any questions or if I thought things looked alright, he was very concerned how I felt. The nurses are Always great to. Love it there , thank you😊
You can't go wrong by choosing Smilestones! Dr. Cole and her staff are super personable and genuinely care about your health and experience. April was my hygienist and I love that she takes her time during your cleaning and explains everything along the way. Nothing worse than feeling rushed into and out of the chair, not here. The staff is also taking great measures to protect you, other patients, and themselves during Covid. Great job guys!
Everyone at Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry was friendly, professional, and helpful when I had any questions about my procedure. Dr. McCullough performed my extractions with no pain for me. I was very satisfied and would recommend them for anyone with dental needs.
I was very apprehensive about having the dental procedures that I had this morning. Dr. Lucas Nazario was very compassionate and worked tirelessly to put me at ease. I can honestly say that the only time I felt pain was when he was numbing me so he could remove five teeth. He set to work and was very aware as to my feelings at all times. I have already told other folks about you all Thanks for all the personnel especially the dental assistant who worked with him.
The staff is very efficient and timely did not have to wait for my appointment. Everyone explained all their steps and procedures, and very considerate. Highly recommend them.!
Great overall experience. So far everyone has been friendly, helpful and accomodating. I have gotten all my questions answered and have been scheduled at convenient times to fit my needs. This is my 3rd visit here. I chamged dentisits last year because I disliked the overall care and service I was getting at my previous dentistry. A friend referred me to Riccobene Assoc. at another location, but it was not as close to home as this Riccobene office. This one is great so far. No complaints.
Broke a tooth needed it fixed quickly. They got me in within an hour of calling don’t have insurance. They got me in checked and gave me all my options for the tooth. They worked with me on getting it taken care of and gave several options for payment. They were able to do most of the repair right then and actually spent about 1 1/2 hours with me. Dr O. And Dental Assistant Katrina were great. If you need dental work give them a try.
I had a very pleasant experience today. The front desk staff were very friendly and professional. I presented them with my new insurance card and they quickly verified. Both hygienists were very thorough with their updating my information and my cleaning was done quickly. Dr Pruitt was thorough in his exam. I am very pleased my visit today. Will be back in six months While having dinner, I had broken off a molar and was advised the tooth could not be saved with a crown. Dr Pruitt removed the tooth and put in a temporary tooth. Once healed I will get a new permanent tooth. Dr Pruitt and Amy explained exactly what was happening and were very comforting while everything was going on. I look forward to going back to get my permanent tooth. Had my 6 month follow up cleaning today. Everyone was very welcoming and professional. Everything went well. Very pleased with my experience today. 6 month cleaning today. All went very well.
I am from out of the area and visited Riccobene Associates. Everyone was nice and Dr Robert's was an amazing dentist. His team Ravyn & Hailee were also amazing too. Thank you for an amazing visit...even if it was to a dentist office.

My three children are all patients here (ages 13, 10, and 4) and we have never had a negative experience. But today we had to take care of my youngest's first cavity...which could have been awful for a child with sensory issues. But this team is SO amazing...he didn't make a peep the entire time! He even insisted that I go back to my chair when I tried holding his hand! AND we got a surprise visit by Santa. THANK YOU!
I have been a patient of Dr. Jakubek for a number of years now and I have never gone in fear or left disappointed by the care and service. The front desk staff is friendly, the hygienists thorough and careful and Dr. Jakubek is all of those. I would and have recommended him to others.
Love, love this office! Dr. Rich is amazing and makes you feel at ease. Personally I have terrible anxiety and choose to pay him cash than go to a dentist that takes my insurance. (I have tried ones that do, but I either walk out or leave crying because of the anxiety attacks.) And Dr. Rich allows me to make payments because he understands the anxiety. The office staff are an amazing bunch of ladies that are there to make things easier and better for you. Dr. Rich will do his best to find the cheapest way or best route to save a tooth and minimize trauma physically to your mouth and emotionally to you! Would recommend him 100% hands down to any dentist I have ever been to before. Amazing people.
The hygiene staff and providers at this location were very engaging and supportive. They did their best to make the experience as pleasant and comfortable for me as possible. Special shout out to Adrienne for her kindness, gentle touch and soothing demeanor!
As a new patient to Riccobene, I can say everyone from the woman at the front desk, to our hygienist Jenny and Dr. O were wonderful. They took the time to explain what they were doing and I certainly felt like a person rather than just another patient. Jenny is hands down the best hygienist I have ever had and she was equally as wonderful with our 7 year-old. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a dental practice.

Dr. Geeson is the most caring and compassionate dentist I have ever met. Her love of her work shows through the amazing care and treatment of her patients. There is no other dentist me or my family will go to. We live 1 1/2 hours away from her office and the drive to receive the wonderful care is priceless. The staff is friendly and welcoming. All smiles...great team. I will never recommend anyone except for Dr. Geeson for the care we receive.
This was my first visit to Riccobene. And I am highly impressed they did a thorough job in less than an hour and a half x-rays, photos and great cleaning. They thoroughly explained to me the condition of my teeth and even showed me my x-rays and photos to help me understand. They actually took the time to go over my medical chart in history which I've never had happen at a dentist. Shawntha P. (I really hope I spelled her name right I'll correct it later if not) did an amazing job on my cleaning. The entire staff was amazing friendly and prompt I definitely recommend giving them a try they.

I had great service from the ladies at the check in/check out desk, and exceptional service from the young lady who cleaned my teeth. She did a fantastic job and should be commended for her diligence, her attitude and her willingness to make sure I had a great experience, or as great as teeth cleaning could be.
This place was so great!! They made my filling process so gentle!! The orthodontist gave me a great experience as well.

This dental practice is by far the best I have ever been to. Katie was a phenomenal hygienist she took her time cleaning my teeth and was more thorough than any other dental hygienist I have ever been to. I immediately was impressed with Dr. Collins. She is amazing as well. I highly recommend this dental office. I would never consider going anywhere else.
My experience with dr Parekh so far has been only positive. He is confident in what he does and makes me feel like I am in good hands. My procedure went smoothly.
I am a very high anxiety patient when it comes to a dentist. I rarely go to the dentist. This week I found myself needing a crown. Dr. Clark Was the most gentle dentist and made me feel extremely comfortable. I went back yesterday to get my teeth cleaned and Melissa was my hygentist. She walked me through the entire process and took her time. I would highly recommend this office in Apex. Thanks Guys

I have had two major procedures done at the Porter’s Neck office they always give me prescriptions for pain but on neither occasion have I ever needed any of it I had oral surgery 12/29 I am pleased to say there was no major bleeding, swelling or pain…I was terrified of oral surgery but I am pain free and happy. I highly recommend anyone for Riccobene the whole staff is so pleasant

Every person I have met that works there is so kind and helpful. It is by far the best dentist experience I have ever had! Update: I want to thank Ms. Margarita Davenport for being the kindest dental hygienist I’ve ever met. She made me enjoy my visit so much!
Recently switched to this dentist and blown away by the extra care and attention you receive as soon as you walk in. I was squeezed in last minute because of a pain I felt in my jaw, and they did not hesitate to be helpful as soon as I arrived!!!! I was greeted by Sophie who assisted me with my initial forms and check-in, Felicia who helped ensure I was comfortable and checked on me multiple times while also assisting other patients, made conversation with me as I waited for my name to be called, and Trista and Morgan who assisted me at check out. It was apparent that team work is the number one priority at this office!!! Donna, who did my cleaning was so sweet and kind, and she really knew her stuff about teeth! Best cleaning I’ve ever had. Dr. Geeson was very thorough in answering all my questions and assessing my teeth when my cleaning was finished. I am very pleased with this dentist and look forward to my next visit!
I was very pleased with this facility, staff, and location. This has probably been the best experience in all my dental care. The staff were kind and very knowledgeable in every detail. They even explained to me how they would do the needed treatments for me with 100% care. I felt like I should have been going here all along. Thank you all for making me feel like an individual and not just another patient or number.
The staff is professional yet personable. They get you in and out with short wait times and friendly qualified staff. I have never enjoyed going to the dentist but the staff at Riccobene relieve my concerns. I am grateful to have found them. I can smile with confidence.

I took my son here after his regular dentist said he needed to have his wisdom teeth removed. We were referred to 2 oral surgeons who we didn’t end up going with for multiple reasons. I’m so glad I found Riccobene in garner. They are all so nice and welcoming, and made my son feel at ease, which is a big bonus considering he has major anxiety. Everything went smoothly, from insurance to surgery to the last check up appointment after his surgery. I highly recommend Riccobene in garner, if I could give them 100 stars I would. My 2 daughters will be needing theirs removed soon and I will definitely be bringing them here!!
The atmosphere is welcoming & friendly. I had my teeth cleaned by Nola Ann. She did not seem to rush the process and made recommendations when I asked for them. very professional. I do not fear going to dentists now. Thank you Riccobene Associates.
I am not a fan of any dentist office,but my experience here has changed my mind. Very courteous, professional, and quick. I felt very relaxed and that they had my best interests in mind. I will definitely be returning.
This place has been absolutely perfect for me. All service members are friendly and easy to communicate with. Dr. Ball and his assistants were so kind and encouraging during the application of my braces. They also were able to offer me a simple and very affordable payment plan for my treatment. Thanks to Riccobene, I’m on my way to a better and more confident smile!

The staff at Riccobene Associates are extremely professional and friendly from the associate that checks you in to the assistant that preps you for the hygienist to the dentist who examined me. Meg who cleaned my teeth is friendly, professional and makes the process pain free. The facility itself is clean and aesthetically pleasing and makes for a comfortable visit. I especially like the fact that all of the dental equipment is state of the art. I have recommended Riccobene Associates to friends and acquaintances in the past and I will continue to do so in the future.
I usually don’t write reviews but I had to. My first appointment was Extremely Great. The Receptionist was wonderful the doctors made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Definitely would get my recommendation.😁
My experience was extremely wonderful. Everyone was very polite and helpful. When you have an 8:00 appointment that's exactly when they took you back for treatment no waiting at all. I had a Crown put on a front tooth. From start to finish there was no pain and the finished Crown was matched perfectly to my own teeth. The girl at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The higeanist was very pleasant and helpful and I feel like I finally found a real dentist. He was the best. Thank you all. You made my day.
I went to get my wisdom tooth out and it’s was faster than any other dentist I’ve been to, Mr. Miller was an excellent dentist who did a wonderful job. And his Assistant Mrs.Patty was very friendly and helped me through out the extraction. I highly recommend this dentist and will be returning:)
I was very impressed with all of the COVID-19 precautions in place and how friendly and professional everyone was to work with.
Dr. Sommer begun work on two crowns for me today. I have temporary crowns now, and will return in a month so he can finish the job. He seemed completely knowledgeable and confident, making me feel at ease. As far as staff goes, I have seen Jessica for dental cleaning, and Barbara was Dr. Sommer's assistant today. Both of them were very friendly, and competent. I would not hesitate recommending this office, as I found the dentist and staff very cordial and skillful in their jobs
My daughter had her wisdom teeth out recently and we just went to her follow up appointment today. Everyone was very professional, helpful, and caring. They told me what to expect and talked me through the entire process. I was nervous because her teeth were impacted and sideways but everything went well. I would definitely recommend this office.
The best hygienist I've ever seen across nine states and the best dentist Dr. Miller, he is personable and kind they make a great dynamic duo. As a registered nurse I know you don't always find this in the medical field but I would recommend anyone to come to their practice. Very professional very knowledgeable and most of all very kind! They have the complete combination there!!!
Just started going here after not visiting a dentist for along time. Thankfully I’ve taken good care of my teeth. Riccobene did have to fill a cavity today. They were very nice and caring the whole time while working on me. They were even noticing my hand would tightening up every so often during the filling and would stop to check on me.
Very professional, 2 thumbs up to all the staff at Oxford, NC. And Yay!!!, My tooth doesn't hurt anymore.
It was my first time having a major procedure and the environment was safe, inviting and comfortable. I experienced almost no pain after the procedure and both the doctor and nurse carefully explained my treatment plan. This was one of my best experiences at a dental office .
I was very impressed with my visit on 12/6/2021. I was a little nervous before they got started with the fillings but things went very well and I was relaxed and soon done!

My daughter had a great experience, the staff were fast and kind and the dentist was wonderful. It was my daughter’s first time at the dentist and her and the dentist did a little dance together before she had her teeth cleaned to help her feel more comfortable. Would highly recommend!
I love Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry. I have been with Courtney my hygienist for years now. Since she worked at the Wakefield location. Today's visit was just so amazing. From not being able to go to the dentist in 2020 for covid reasons. Then being afraid to come to the dentist must of 2021 for covid reasons. Needless to say my dental routine was thrown off. Today my appointment needed more time then they anticipated so they wanted to reschedule me. With no luck finding anything close. Courtney decided to stay late today and offered me to come back at 4pm. That was such a great gesture. With my busy work schedule and today being a work holiday for me. That was just amazing. I couldn't Thank her enough. Then the front desk checked me out allowef me to pay then so I wouldn't have to check out after my appointment later. There were no surprises. I came back at 4pm. Didn't wait at all and Courtney took great care of me. I am so grateful for everyone at the Clayton office. Riccobene has been great not only for me but my whole family. We have been to the Wakefield, Knightdale, Falls of Neuse, and Clayton location all great. Thanks guys I really appreciate you all.
Dr. Geeson was pleasant, patient and her expertise was evident when I needed a second opinion recently. The staff were welcoming and efficient in my dealings with them. The office was a very pleasant place to wait my turn, which was timely. I was very pleased with my experience at Complete Dental!
I took my 15 year old daughter to the falls of nuese office and she had a very positive experience. The dental hygienist (I can't remember her name!) Was the sweetest woman, put my daughter who has pretty extreme anxiety at ease. Very understanding and compassionate office staff. Thank you!
The staff at Riccobene are excellent! Quiana is an AMAZING dental tech. It was the best cleaning experience I ever had! I especially liked the extra care she took to clean around my bottom front teeth permanent retainer. NO ONE has ever used the tech scaling she used. Moreover, she was personable, patient, and professional!! Thank you!!
Dr. Lara Clark is an outstanding dentist, committed to providing superior care for every issue. She is the consummate professional, with a warm demeanor, exceptionally thorough when explaining all processes, and deeply dedicated to providing the best possible care for her patients many, diverse needs. For example, when I brought my children in for their teeth cleaning, I asked her about staining and sensitivity I had recently noticed. She not only offered to fit me in and thoroughly examine my teeth, but took the time and effort to explain every procedure she was doing and provide a very clear explanation of her findings and ways I can mitigate in the future. She personally saw to it that every stain was removed and ensured each tooth and my gums were in good health. She was compassionate, kind and I felt like I had been her patient for years. I have since recommended Dr. Clark to everyone I know. She is the best dentist I have ever had—she deserves 10 stars. When you find the best, you keep it! —Sincerely, Jen D.
This was the first time my two year old went to the dentist and I was looking for some place special and we found it here. From the time we opened the door I knew she would love it. It was just so colorful and bright and everyone was so welcoming. The staff was friendly and tried to make her feel so comfortable from the start. The staff was really knowledgeable and overall it was a great first time. She loved it and is looking forward to going back to the dentist. Thank you so much!!!

I love the staff and doctors at Riccobene. They are all so professional and willing to assist. They make sure I make every appointment with emails and text messages as reminders and they are always to cheerful and friendly. “Absolutely Amazing!!!” is an understatement. This dentist office should be the billboard for dentistry’s. The staff are so professional and highly skilled. From the moment I called Alexis set the tone for the appointment. She was very helpful and has wonderful customer service skills. Dr. Bakshi is also heaven sent. During my appointment she answered all of my questions and thoroughly walked me through my appointment along the way. I can tell she really cares to treat her patients. Rose is also wonderful who assisted throughout my appointment. The new employee at the front was also helpful by giving me tips to help out in the future. I’m so pleased with the service I received today and I’m truly grateful I found this office. It’s also very nice inside which is another plus! Thank you again Riccobene Associates! I’ve found my dentist home! Follow up...first, let me start with this is not a paid review (you can view my other reviews). I genuinely have a high level of respect and gratitude for this dentistry. I appreciated how the hygienist made best use of time to minimize length of unmasking! Amazing dental practice. Amber is the best hygienist and Dr. Miller really listens and does not minimize concerns. Very careful with privacy. Highly recommend.
Dr. Jakubek has been my dentist for at least 20 years! He is a kind, likeable, humorous dentist with excellent skills who has made my visits relatively pain free for all these years. I enjoy my semi-annual cleaning just to see his well-trained staff and have a chat with Dr. J. These guys and gals are fun to be around which makes the visits for problems much more relaxing and therefore more palatable. This is an amazing dental practice and I hope Dr. J practices forever!
I was a new patient, The staff was friendly and professional. I was welcomed by a staff member on time, and led to a private room. After initial examination, X Rays, I met with Dr Steve to discuss my treatment. I highly recommend Riccobene Associates, my wife preceded me as a patient, and she also is very pleased with their services.

This appointment was for my children who have not had very good experiences with dentists in the past. The car that was taken to make them feel welcomed and comfortable almost brought me to tears. Everyone and I mean everyone from the front desk receptionist to the dental assistants to the dentist made my children feel so good that they are ready to return. I loved the way they talked to me as an adult but also explained every single thing to my children before and after they had done it, in easy-to-understand terms.
I’ve been going here with my family for over two years now. They are always so organized, efficient, kind, and great with kids. Jessica is amazing as is Dr. Lee… in fact, I’ve never had a bad experience with anybody on their staff!
The staff was very efficient and responsive to my needs. Everything was thoroughly explained to me and all of my questions were answered. The dentist was personable and friendly. I will return to this office and advise others to give them a try.

I have been a satisfied patient in my local office in Selma, Nc. In addition, my children have been cared for many years. I have been able to get top rate dental preventive n emergency care every visit or regular cleaning reminders n followups. Parking is clean. Reception is a great and calls are answered. Bathrooms are available and kept clean. I love my hygienists. I get treated very well and always feel comfortable. I believe in every dentist I see during different visits. I have favorite dentist, but I am happy to see who is available for my needs. I would recommend everyone to view site or make appt if you need their help in Smithfield Clayton Garner areas. I live in Princeton NC so its only 15 drive every time. Thanks for keeping me smiling!
This is hands down the best dentist office EVER! I have always had a huge fear of going to the dentist, just crippling anxiety. The people here are so gentle, calm and kind that I personally felt comfortable and peaceful as well. They kept me in the loop on what they were doing the whole time. It had been a little while since I had a cleaning (due to the pandemic) and my teeth/gums aren’t sore in the least. I am so happy to have found this wonderful team.
The staff overall Has been polite and understanding. Don't judge your teeth; they give you advice. I've been to about a total of 6 dentistry, and I don't think I'll be switching anytime soon.

Dr. Garner is always a pleasure to interact with! She effortlessly connected with my anxious daughter (who doesn’t enjoy going to the dentist) and made her feel comfortable and safe while doing her exam. The dental assistants were patient and courteous, taking the time to explain billing and what insurance would/would not cover. Coming here is always a treat because they are very capable at handling pediatric needs. The office itself has a detailed fantasy motif, with knights, dragons and princesses abounding. Thank you for always making it enjoyable!

Wonderful Wonderful, Amazing group!! I was so afraid of going bc I knew I had to have a tooth extracted, and I just wasn't ready for the pain. But everyone was so nice and treated me like I was the only person important to them at the time. I really appreciate that. This was my first visit to the dentist in a few years and I must say, the entire staff was awesome! Loved every one of them. They made me feel like I had been going there for years. I recommend this terrific group of people to anyone and everyone. I'm actually looking forward to going back.
Firstly, I just would like to say how absolutely PHENOMENAL the staff was. As soon as I walked up to the counter, I was greeted with such warmth and kindness! I was directed to the next counter and they immediately knew who I was. They sent me all the necessary information, medical, and insurance documents ahead of time, so my check-in process was quick and easy. I was there for an emergency wisdom teeth extraction and was very nervous. The sweetest dental assistant assured me I would be just fine. (I wish I could remember everyone's name, so I'm so sorry for the lack of identifications in this review!) When they called me back, she sat me down and explained the entire procedure to me, step-by-step. I knew exactly what to expect and she even gave me a rundown of my post-op instructions. She was very thorough and patient and consistently checked in to see if I had any questions. Dr. Anderson (the dentist who performed my procedure) came in soon after and greeted me with so much warmth, I could have hugged him! (Did I mention that my original appointment was set for March 15th and when I reached out to him ahead of time and let him know how much pain I was having, they managed to slot me in the VERY NEXT DAY?!?!) Anyways, Dr. Anderson came in, brought me a blanket and gave me a full rundown of my x-rays and thoroughly explained what was happening. He assured me, however, that my procedure would not be difficult and that I was in good hands. The CRNA came in and OMG, she had the brightest personality! She told me what she was there to do and told me exactly what would be in my IV and why. She then got me hooked up and before I knew it, I was waking up at my mom's house LOL. Either way, I am so grateful to this amazing team and I would recommend them again, and again and again! (BTW as a bonus -- their office is so CLEAN and GORGEOUS!) Thank you so much, Dr. Anderson and the rest of the Riccobene staff!
