Everyone in the office was very nice.
Dr. Bassham and Sheletta have done fabulous work with my orthodontic Invisalign care. I have recently completed my treatment and now have perfectly straight teeth thanks to their efforts and training. They welcomed questions and always guided the treatment to my best personal outcome. If you are looking for a dentist that will take time to learn and hear you, and not see you as just a number, then go see them.
What a wonderful experience from the minute I walked in the door at Riccobene and Associates in Leland. I had been trying to get a dental problem taken care of for a year at another office, and things were worse than when I started. I decided to stop at the Leland office, and it was like day and night from the minute I walked in, the ladies up front were genuinely nice and helpful!
I had to have three small fillings today. It was painless, performed very professionally, the dentist explained everything to me during the procedure, and it did not take a long time. I was very pleased.
Always receive great care. Always able to get appointments quickly when necessary. Very attentive and detailed and make sure everything is expertly and carefully done, and always willing to answer questions and explain treatments fully.
I had a great experience getting ALL four of my wisdom teeth removed. Though I was nervous about the surgery, the dentists made me feel very comfortable and at peace. The procedure went by quickly and was painless.
Today was the first visit for my parents, and the service of the entire staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone was extremely helpful and patient with my parents, making for a pleasant experience for them both. I’m glad that we chose this practice for their dental health needs.
Staff is friendly and educated my son well on taking care of his braces and now retainer. Orthodontist friendly. Smiling. My son loved her. My son hated to smile because of his front tooth not wanting to come in. Once braces was placed on and his tooth was coming in. My son started smiling more. Now he just smiles and dont hide it. If my son ever needs orthodontist work again, this will be the place. Thank you.
I've been to many establishments in my lifetime, and I am here to tell you that Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry has to customer service. I've been here twice on behalf of my son. As I sit in the waiting area, the receptionist greets every single person as if this is her home. I haven't seen this type of treatment in years! Keep up the great work
Such an amazing job. Although I was so nervous before coming in and while sitting in the chair getting prepared, the dentist made sure to make me feel very comfortable and at ease. They made my smile brand new better than ever, and it honestly looks better than it looked before.
Wonderful service, kind staff, and they’re quick and efficient. I was very pleased with my first visit. I would 10/10 recommend this dentistry to friends and family. I was able to get my consultation visit in and cleaning before the end of the year. Thank goodness they were able to fit me in. I am extremely grateful!
The facility is brand new, beautiful, clean, and very high tech. I am looking forward to going back for my follow up! Convenient location close to 77 and in network with my insurance.
Dr. Morgan and her team provide outstanding orthodontic care. She is patient, personable, and always takes time to explain each step of the process. We are very pleased with the results of our son’s treatment.
Dr Papio never fails every time I see her. I am coming down the homestretch with my Invisalign been about a year! Just to let you k ow Invisalign is not for youngsters I am rocking it at 60 yrs old and loving my teeth. See Dr Papio and her staff for a beautiful smile!!!

A cracked tooth with its jagged edges took me to the University Executive Park Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry office. They were able to fit me in the same day, and I received the most excellent care! Smooth tooth filled and completed with no pain, I am so grateful to the dentists who made my visit as quick and comfortable as possible!! Even the office manager was very attentive and helpful! Had such a great experience at Riccobene. My hygienist was so pleasant and kept me informed of everything she was doing and why. She was very gentle. The dentist was very nice, he has a great beside manner. Would highly recommend.
Went in for extreme pain in my jaw and got tested super quickly and the Doctor did an awesome job of keeping me calm! Also his assistant was absolutely incredible! Loved the whole experience and I'm usually terrified of the dentist!
Amazing experience. I have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist, but they have done such a great job of making me feel comfortable and taking care of me well. Excellent service, and they are the nicest people.

Love this office so much! I’ve been going here since I was a kid. I moved an hour away and tried a new dentist, but then came right back. They’re always so nice, and my teeth always feel clean after my visit!
Riccobene is such a great place to go. I have 3 kids and even though this place isn't a 'pediatric dentist' they are amazing with the kids.
Today was my first visit here and I absolutely love them! Everyone from the front desk person, hygienist and Dentist are extremely friendly and kind. Jamie was my hygienist and she was amazing. She explained everything she was doing and talked me there every step. She made me feel so comfortable. This will definitely be my new dental office.

This is my very first time visiting the Dentist in some years. I mean, it's been 20 years. But the Dentist here made me feel really safe; they explained everything step by step. I am so thankful for finding a Dentist that have a friendly staff and is very understanding and patient. They discuss what is going on with you and how they can help you. I've told all of my people about them. Like I said, incredible Staff, incredible Dentist, you really have to check them out.
The entire facility was very organized and clean. The staff are courteous and knowledgeable. My cleaning and examination was the most thorough I have ever had. My follow-up care has been second to none. This has been an excellent choice for dental care; thank you all very much!

This was one of the best experiences I have had in my life in a long time. They go above and beyond to make sure you understand! And I like that they’re honest and will help you plan for the future! They were very friendly and outgoing and the services were nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend this dentist office to everyone and they also have night appointments.
I’ve been coming here for years now (about 5) and have had great experience each time. Very pleasant front desk, dental assistants, and dentist (and anyone else I missed) have all been wonderful. They also don’t seem to recommend work that doesn’t need to be done, but only what is needed. I drive here from Gastonia just to keep coming here!

Today was my first visit to this dentist. It was a wonderful experience. I get very anxious when I go to the dentist but the staff there made me feel comfortable. The dentist and dental hygienist were both very gentle. The office was very clean. Staff were very friendly and professional. This was my first visit… from the receptionist who was lovely to the X-ray technician another enjoyable person to the doctor, who listened to me to the hygienist, again was lovely. I felt very comfortable and welcomed to this grand group.
My mother, my daughter, and I go here for all of our dental needs. My daughter has major anxiety, and going to the dentist is a challenge. She does well with cleaning and exams. But she recently had to get cavities filled. Her anxiety got the best of her, and she had to reschedule her visit. Today, we went, and the ENTIRE staff that we interacted with was amazing. They were patient with her, they were caring, and they answered all of her questions. She got in and out in under an hour. They took their time and made her feel so comfortable and at ease. This will forever be our dental home!
My 15yo had his wisdom teeth removed here. Not only did I save money, my son loved everyone who helped us. He was nervous about the shots, but didn't even feel them! His mouth barely hurt afterward & that says a lot about the care he got during the procedure. When a 15yo doesn't complain you know he actually was doing ok. He liked them so much he wants to use them as his regular dentist. Thank you for taking such good care of my kid.
I moved to Charlotte fairly recently and have been to Riccobene Ballantyne for my past 2 cleanings. The staff is so kind and welcoming. Kelly was my hygienist on my most recent visit and she made the whole experience very comfortable and left my teeth feeling great. Dr. Ge is very clear about what treatment is needed and why. I am very happy about my choice of dentist in Charlotte.
OMG!! I found my forever dentistry family. Everyone was so wonderful,from the front desk,xray,hygienist and dentist. My previous dentist office closed with no warning and finding a new practice is hard,especially when you have anxiety about going to the dentist. I highly recommend this practice and already planning on getting my daughter an appointment who just moved to town. Go!!! You will love them
I brought my mom, who has Alzheimer's, to them when we moved her here. They have been so patient and kind and gentle with her. They have done everything they can to help her feel comfortable, safe and heard. They have answered her questions, sometimes the same ones over and over. I just really appreciate the effort because I know it's tough. I am so grateful for their care and support!
Going to Riccobene associates was an excellent experience. All the staff was so down to earth, I wouldn't mind telling everyone to come to them. Since moving down here from New York we haven't found a dentist office that was friendly and reasonable on prices so I'm glad me and my family found this office. Thank you!
The Monkey Junction Riccobene location is awesome!! I’ve been to other locations and did not like them as much as this one… Super friendly and informative! My insurance didn’t cover two recommendations for teeth grinding, and they provided me with options with pricing. Just overall a 10/10 experience!

My dentist is especially wonderful and has taught me SO much about the health of my teeth. My kids and I have been going to Riccobene ever since we moved here in 2018. We've always been well taken care of. Everyone has been personable and understanding when I have to bring our baby to my appointments. The dental hygienists have always done an awesome job with each of us. The dentist is also thorough with his exam at the end. My kids love going to the dentist. Probably because they know they'll get little toys at the end for being helpful during the appointments.

I have an autoimmune disorder that causes oral blistering and requires quarterly perio-maintenance. I see Luigi Ungria as my dental technician, and he is absolutely awesome. He goes above and beyond to perform my cleanings with a minimum of discomfort. He is very caring and sympathetic to my problem.
Went in today for my first visit and had a wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in, the front desk greeted me warmly. The office was very clean and inviting. Every staff member I encountered was kind and friendly. That was the most thorough, gentle cleaning I’ve ever gotten. I called on a Tuesday to schedule an appointment to be seen as a new patient. However, they didn’t have anything available for six weeks out. But the receptionist called me back within an hour and said they had an available appointment for Thursday, which was great. Today, I would say the visit went well, and no judgment from the staff; everyone was very friendly and respectful…I can’t wait to get my treatment plan started. The hygienist and the assistant were very professional and never passed judgment.

A great dentist. I went in for a routine cleaning, but mentioned a small concern. The hygienist thoroughly investigated, and we ended up with a dentist consultation, discovering a slightly cracked tooth. Really happy with my treatment.
Best Dentist I have gone to so far. All the staff are very nice. My husband and I were able to get an appointment very quickly for being new patients. They got us in within the week. The staff also made it so that my husband and I can go at the same time and day. I would recommend them 100%. 😊
Great place. Dr. Smigiel pulled 2 teeth and didn’t feel a thing. Made a temporary bridge that looks great. Aimee is the greatest dental assistant. Returned to get fitted for a bridge. Wore the temp bridge for 4 weeks. The permanent bridge was put in yesterday. It looks and feels great. Dr. Smigiel did a great job.

Dr. Papio and her assistant Jen are absolutely the best! My daughter actually enjoys going to the orthodontist, lol. They are fun, professional, and very easy to talk to. They always take their time and answer any questions that we have and they are very thorough.

I had the most wonderful experience at Riccobene Ass. Family Dentistry on yesterday! I've always had dental anxiety because every one that I've visited, always did something wrong, but here, was totally different. My dental hygienist made me feel comfortable and she was very gentle while working on me. She told me everything that she was doing to me from start to finish and listened to my concerns. My dentist was the same - he eased my fears and made me eager to come back for further work that needs to be done so that I can comfortably smile again! Thank you so very much for being professional, caring and understanding!
When I tell you this office is the best in the area, I am not exaggerating. My family and I just transferred here in the spring due to the lack of standard care at another facility, and Riccobene has far exceeded our expectations. Kind staff, check. Convenient location, check. Efficient and high level of care during the procedure, double check. If you’re tired of waiting months to get into your dentist's office only to forget you scheduled 6 months down the road, then you really need to do yourself a favor and give this office a call.

5/5 stars. This was my first time to the dentist in years, So naturally I was nervous; however, the staff was so friendly and well coordinated I felt so comfortable immediately. I can tell they enjoy working there and as someone who has anxiety about every little detail they put my mind at ease.

After some bad experiences led to a severe phobia of the dentist, I avoided going for years. When I finally came back, Riccobene did a great job of helping me get caught up on my dental care and offered sedation that made returning much easier. I was diagnosed with lung cancer and can no longer receive most types of dental sedation (especially nitrous), but Riccobene's hygienists are so gentle and patient that I've been able to keep up with my regular cleanings without any undue fear or discomfort. I really appreciate how much they've helped me get back on top of my dental health.
I was so nervous to have my wisdom teeth pulled but the team here was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to give me peace of mind both before and after my procedure. They were also fast and flexible with my schedule.
The staff at Riccobene are excellent! Quiana is an AMAZING dental tech. It was the best cleaning experience I ever had! I especially liked the extra care she took to clean around my bottom front teeth permanent retainer. NO ONE has ever used the tech scaling she used. Moreover, she was personable, patient, and professional!! Thank you!!
Dr Papio and her team are exceptional. I came to their office with an unfinished Invisalign treatment. The difference in care with an orthodontist vs general dentist is obvious. My teeth are now moving the way they need to, each visit dramatically improved. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in the Wilmington area.

Going to the dentist is something I never look forward to, to be honest, but I must say I had an exceptional experience here. Everyone made me feel so comfortable, so welcoming. Everything was Amazing before I walked in. I was kind of nervous, but once I got in from the front desk to the dental assistant, she was soo nice and very knowledgeable!! made me feel really comfortable, which was greatly appreciated, thank you. Very happy with the performance of my hygienist. She found the problem with my gums and has taken care of it. Of course, I will have to continue treatment, but thankfully, she is taking care of me.
