I spent a great deal of time researching dentists in Charlotte, because you just can't trust people! I hadn't been to the dentist in an embarrassingly long time, and knew I would need some fillings done. Dr. Jakubek did a wonderful job, including the front teeth where I had recession and decay for way too long. I was worried about the top of my right canine needing work done because of how visible it is, but it looks as good as new, and I am no longer self conscious about my smile. Very happy with Jakubek Dentistry!
Seriously the best dentist practice I’ve ever been to. Both me and my girlfriend go to them now. I got a filling done in 10 minutes with now 6 months no problems, and her infected tooth needed a bone graft after getting pulled and she didn’t get charged because she had originally said no to a root canal and bone graft at first electing to just get it pulled (Probably not explaining that one right). As others have said customer service is top notch, phone calls are returned promptly and they were super up front about insurance information and what was covered. 10/10
It was my daughters first time going today and they made her feel so comfortable. She wasn't scared a bit and enjoyed it.
We each had our first visit at this practice today. We each had a very positive experience with our skilled dental techs, Melissa and Joel. Dr. Clark’s discussion, and advice was right on. All staff made us feel welcome. A very pleasant experience for each of us.
Been going to this location for years and they are still amazing ! Dr.Austin & Valentina were SO gentle and very professional. ( I had 2 fillings done ) Going to the dentist always gives me anxiety from past experiences with other practices but they always make sure you are comfortable . Thanks so much !
I’m not a patient of this practice but had to review them based on their wonderful customer service. My son needed a filling repaired and I couldn’t get a hold of our regular dentist. They were able to help and schedule us an appt the next day. Super nice and accommodating for all my questions. I just can’t overstate how nice it was to have someone I didn’t know help me in a stressful situation.
The best dental experiences I have ever had! ALL of the staff were smiling( even behind the mask, you could tell), lol I am petrified of going to the dentist, just walking in the door is hard to accomplish. But the staff are kind, compassionate and very sympathetic!! They are always attentive and understand my phobias related to horrible past traumatic dental experiences. So if you have a dentist phobia, this is the place to go! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!
First visit, and they made a great impression. Very nice staff and clean building. The lady doing my cleaning had VERY small hands. Look forward to coming back for my partials. Update: Went through the process of getting those partials. Very good experience overall. I plan on saving up and going back for a better solution to what I got. The dentist was awesome and staff there is still great.
Great experience. Friendly staff. Had a filling replaced and was surprised that it was painless easy and quick. Won't say I'm looking for the next filling but if I do ... I trust them with the next procedure. 2nd visit again outstanding dental hygienist, great front desk personnel. Dentist very friendly. Have great confidence in this business 3rd visit. Again. Dr Rich is very professional with years of experience and always friendly even when the staff play pranks on him. (Fox in Bathroom) Terry, Missy, and all the staff make you feel like you are with family. They share many years of experience together and work as a team. I've been a patient for over 20 years and look forward to each appointment.
It was one of the best experiences ever. Dr. Holmes did a great job. I live in Seattle WA, and came to visit NC to attend a wedding from a staff memeber. They took care of me as if i was a regular patient with open arms. I just loved the staff and wish I was still living in NC. The service was top notch and they even did a follow up call the next day to check on my recovery. I highly recommend them if you ever need dental care or a smile 😃
My child had to get 2 teeth extracted during this visit. The doctor and assistant were both so great with her. She was very nervous and they helped take her mind off of things. The staff is very pleasant.
First time at this office and I was impressed!!! Very clean facility and super friendly staff! Dr. Swan was so nice and very knowledgeable. Yasmin was my dental hygienist and she did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. Both were very professional and made me feel comfortable! 13/10 recommend this practice and Dr. Swan!!
I had difficulty with a tooth extraction bleeding more than it should, since I am on blood thinners. Dr. Somers was very open to have me return to his office to examine the situation. He explained a number of things to me and reassured me that all would be well. Today, I am feeling much better and know that I am on the mend and that I am in good hands! Nola Dunleavy
I don't know where to start. My 8 year old is terrified of the dentist like most of us, however the dentist hygienist and the Doctor was just absolutely amazing customer service was great from beginning to end. ALL of the ladies / Drs were nice, patient, kind, polite,respectful, informative, kid friendly. Not only do they make the children feel comfortable the parents as well. You are allowed to go in the back with your child which is a huge plus. They have tvs at every station, I'm so glad I found a kid friendly dentist. Going here make you want to go to the dentist. If you have trouble finding a dentist for your child. Look no further. Hands down! Seriously!
I had some Dental work done today. The staff was great and Dr Wolff was very knowledgeable and considerate. I would recommend them for all your dental needs.
The staff is very friendly and efficient! The hygienists are AMAZING & handled my screaming, crying 5 year old with such Grace. I am so thankful for the wonderful staff!! Highly recommend ☺️
I’ve been coming here with my kids for more than 13 years and I will never go elsewhere! I have 4 kids, all of which love the dentist and have never been scared to go since they were toddlers! The staff is awesome and caring and very nice and welcoming! This is an amazing company, and I have found Ricobene’s every time I moved around the area, each one bringing A+ service. Never a bad experience, would recommend 100%!
I'm a new patient and had an awesome 1st experience. Amanda and Dr O. did a great job of welcoming me, explaining all that was done, and setting me up for future visits. Quick, easy, and painless. :-) Highly recommend.
I am a 49 year old woman and I have NEVER experienced a dentist with so much compassion and concern! 2 years ago my previous dentist walked out on me because my mouth wasn’t numb claiming that it was just in my mind. That same bothersome tooth remained in my mouth until today! Dr Mitchel assured me that he was going to take care of me and he did! It’s the first bottom row extraction I’ve had without THE EXPENSIVE IV SEDATION! He was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! I thank Dr Mitchel and his wonderful staff for their professionalism as well as their genuine care. I’ll be sure to share my experience with as many people as I can

I have been going to Jakubek Dentistry for about 20 years with good reason! Dr. Jakubek is an artist, not just a dentist! He made me a crown last week that is absolutely PERFECT, and he did it in one day - in the office! Dr. Jakubek talks to me and we discuss a plan for my teeth using current technology. I have been without insurance for 9 years now, and I can still afford to take care of my teeth. His entire staff is friendly and calming, which is excellent for me because in my youth, I didn't have positive experiences with dental professionals. I whole heartedly recommend Jakubek Dentistry to all my friends and family, and anyone who cares about their teeth!
Always a great pleasant experience at Riccobene. I use to have fears of going to the dentist. The staff make you feel comfortable.. and the dentist that did my root canal I forgot his name . I swear I could have Falling asleep. So gental and caring. Would definitely recommend friends and family.
Staff was friendly and efficient, as always. Their process are streamlined so I didn't have to spend time filling out repetitive paperwork, and they called for me quickly after check-in. The hygienist and dentist answered my questions and performed services to my satisfaction. Although I didn't see the staff I am accustomed to, the "new" ones were good. I remain a happy patient after many years!
This place is amazing!!! Before I got to my appointment I was so scared and nervous and emotional. When I arrived they were super nice and sweet at the front desk, checking me in. Once I got to the back to start my process of becoming a new patient it was even more amazing. I became very emotional telling my story and then hearing what services I needed to receive because of the state of my teeth and my mouth but the whole time Tabitha was listening, being very understanding and consoling to me, I felt at ease after pouring my heart out to her. She reassured me that everything was going to be ok and that it was ok for me to cry to release the emotions and that the doctors were going to take good care of me. She took all my ex-rays and pictures and she was so gentle and kind with me. Then the doctors came in and they were amazing too (so happy to be a patient there). They (doctor Austin and the other's) explained what my issues were very clearly and explained what I had available to me as choices then asked if I had questions, then they explained it all again. The pricing is also amazing! I'm not going to ramble on and on because you get it (THEY'RE AMAZING 😍🤭😁!!!) so If you're looking for a dentist go to RICCOBENE they're amazing, the service is 100%. I can't wait to go back and start my services.
Dr. Blessing and his staff are exceptional. I have never been treated better at any dental office. They know about my anxiety and always do their best to keep me calm, never talking bad about it or me. I would give 10 stars if possible.
Great place to get your teeth cleaned! Melissa was great and deserves a raise so she can afford Disney+ to watch the Mandalorian!
Due to COVID the waiting area has been stripped down to only what's necessary. Kind of a bummer but safety is more important. The walls are beautifully painted with Disney scenes and characters. TVs in the ceiling provide a distraction for the kids during the appointment. Dr. Garner was great as usual, she is professional, energetic and engaging. She explains recovery procedures and expected treatment outcomes thoroughly while answering any questions you may have immediately. Sarah was calm and professional which helped my guy with his anxiousness. They were both reassuring and supportive when my son needed to be calmed.
Great place to take the kids for regular teeth cleanings or even bigger issues. All of the staff are very friendly and able to calm the children extremely well. You can tell they care deeply about what they do. They also have made the paperwork and insurance side of the appointments as easy as possible for me since I have multiple children in the office at the same time.
Riccobene Durham staff are very nice and amazing. I went to get my veneers and they did a wonderful wonderful job. I love my new teeth sooo much, I cannot stop smiling. Thank you so much for my new look and smile☺️
Dr Hunt is the best dentist I have ever had and cares about his work. And how the patient looks afterwards, takes his time. I love Riccobene and Associate I highly recommend them. I went back on the 16th to get my temporary crown fixed. The staff was very nice and my Dentist Mr Hunt fixed it with no problem. Very clean facility caring team, been with them for a couple of years and highly recommend this facility and team.
I took my 8-year old last Thursday for an exam, x-rays, and cleaning. She has severe anxiety with dental experiences, but Mrs. Phyllis was so patient and kind with her. She made sure to include Alexa on every step of the way and to show her what she was doing before she did it. She was unable to get the bitewing x-rays, but mostly because of my daughter's fear and small mouth; however, Mrs. Phyllis still made sure to not let my daughter feel she did anything wrong. Dr. Schein was great and overall, we had a really good experience. Next appointment already made!
Great experience at Downtown Dental! You are greeted with a warm and friendly smile by the front desk team, Michelle and Karen. Dr. Rich is very thorough and wants the best for his patients! Karen, my hygienist, is fantastic, caring, and does such a great job! I would recommend this office to everyone!
Very friendly staff and caring. As I was getting a shot I got a bit nervous. Afterwards end up having a seizure. The manager Michelle & Regina came to calm me down. They were so caring & sweet. They talked me thru it & made me comfortable. God bless them. Also Gina was so sweet very concerned very friendly. She gave me a big hug. While they were fixing my front tooth Gina kepted on saying r u o k. I've been there before and would never go anywhere else. Love this place 🥰. Thank you. I still going there. Now I m getting my teeth cleaning. The staff & Doctor & Stacey were great!

Dr Farmer and Dr Collins did a great job on my crown. Everyone in the office makes a visit to the dentist a good one.
I had a small procedure, outside of normal cleanings. Dr. Jameson was friendly and professional. I was properly informed in detail about my procedure, and after care. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call around 8PM from Dr. Jameson following up and making sure I was comfortable and asking if I had any questions. I would 100% recommend him. Thank you.
Dr. Gazdek is amazing! Not only does she have a great bedside manner, she also is extremely knowledgable and talented when it comes to dental work. She is efficient but patient, which is a rare combination in a busy practice. Our children have also had wonderful experiences with every dental assistant at Riccobene for Kids. And I would like to add a special shout-out to Crystal for helping us to get an emergency appointment as soon as she had a cancellation. Thank you so much to the entire Riccobene staff for making dentist visits less stressful!
Nobody likes to go to the Dentist, however everyone that worked with me were awesome. Jada my Hygienist is the "Best". When you leave you know that she has done everything to make sure all is well:) Also, getting more options that I didn't know were available to take care of a tooth that I'm having issues with. And getting the insurance quotes being taken care of by Rebekah Presnell-Patient Care Coordinator takes a lot of stress off of me.
The staff at Riccobene in Apex is very professional, courteous, and friendly. I never wait long in the patient lounge, and my visits are always quick and easy. They make the whole process of visiting the dentist as close to pleasant as it can possibly be! My appointment today was for a filling and I scheduled it in the middle of my work day. I was in and out in just over 30 minutes! I appreciate the efficiency and the care from the dentist and his hygienist. I highly recommend Riccobene Associates, and especially the conveniently located office in Apex.
Preparation for a crown on one of my molars was quick and completely pain-free. The office is always clean and appointments are always on-time.
Dr Steve did my crown and root canal. He explained each step as he went along which gave me comfort in knowing how much longer the procedure would be. I didn’t feel the numbing shot I think I got excellent care.
Overall wonderful and positive experience!! Michelle made scheduling my appointment so easy, and was very helpful with managing my insurance/payment options and future appointments to minimize out of pocket costs. Dr. Puza was very thorough, and shout out to Karen (my hygienist) who took some extra time to provide extra education and hygiene tips even at the end of her workday.
Riccobene was able to save one of my teeth that was close to being lost - did a great job, even though I ended up with a crown, but at least went home with my tooth. Thank you for a superb job.
I have been so pleased with the care my whole family has received by Dr. Robbie! The dental hygienists are all amazing and really go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend their office for anyone in the market for a new dentist!

I was impressed with my dental visit on January 26, 2022. This is the most impressive dental office I have ever been in. Everything is so modern and the most friendly staff I have ever have ever encountered. Everyone is so professional. I will recommend this office to everyone.
Getting a crown is not great, but Dr Steve and the Dental Assistants made this first step as good as possible. Was no pain after getting the numbing shots...and they were efficient and pleasant. Dr Steve is always very nice and kind and happy.
Meg, my hygienist, was so informative and made me feel heard about my dental concerns as well as the Dr. and staff. The office is clean and professional. They also offered great in house insurance plans. I’m glad I was referred here
Dental hygienist Ms. Jennifer is the best because of her I enjoy going to the dentist. Before I was always terrified and hated the dentist. The staff are very friendly, Pleasant, welcoming and always makes you feel comfortable. Thank you… and whenever I get out of Ms Jennifer’s chair my teeth are smiling!!!!
Had to find a new dentist because of my new insurance. I was reluctant at first, but all of my visits have been great. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and my procedures were done quickly and painlessly.
My visit to Riccobene Associates in Wake Forest for teeth cleaning was a very good experience. The Robbie T Smith office is a great dental provider. You are greeted on entering. Jess, the hygienist who cleaned my teeth was very professional and did a careful examination and cleaning. The I saw De. Gonzales who also provided an explanation of what was necessary for me to address. I really like this Riccobene office. Plus they have the CEREC machine for dental crowns!
This was my first visit… from the receptionist who was lovely to the X-ray technician another enjoyable person to the doctor, who listened to me to the hygienist, again was lovely. I felt very comfortable and welcomed to this grand group.

From the phone call I received before my appointment to the treatment plan that was made during my appointment, everything was simply THE BEST!! The staff at this location are incredible with patients and you leave there feeling cared for and confident in your treatment. Kelly, my dental hygienist, made beautiful conversation so that I didn’t even have time to remember I was scared of the dentist. Beyond impressed!
The staff are always friendly and I was able to get what I wanted done with a walk-in! They do great work and make sure that you understand what they are saying/doing! With every visit they make sure that you are comfortable.
My son was referred to this location for a sedation consultation. We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Jacqueline Garner. We look forward to going back for the procedure he needs.
First and foremost my girls and I absolutely love this office. Not one time have we entered through their doors and not been greeted with a warm smile and a welcome. Its such a clean positive atmosphere. I have to brag on my children’s hygienist Tracy she is theeee most sweetest individual I think I’ve ever met she treats my girls as if they are hers and we all know a dentist office can be so scary for a child but my girls light up and are always so happy to talk too, tell her about all of their little adventures and just to see Mrs. Tracy. I appreciate her positive attitude and being so kind and sweet to my baby girls. She makes their little visits seem like a fun play date each and every time.
I have been going to the dentist regularly for decades. Recently I got my routine x-rays and cleaning by Colleen, and came back for a couple of fillings by Dr. Holmes. These services were above and beyond what I expected. The professional care I received had me in and out in record time with an insignificant amount of discomfort and no concerns after I left. I am so happy to have found five star dental care in Porters Neck.
I’ve been going to Riccobene Associates for a few yrs, today I saw Ari as my Hygienist, he did a fabulous job cleaning my teeth. I love the warm water dental pick, that was a new for me, but I loved it. Ari was a new hygienist for me, he was friendly, warm and informative. No cavities, Ari told me to keep up the good work. The dentist Dr. McCullough was very warm and friendly as well. I will continue to visit Riccobene Associates for yrs to come, so should you!
My 6 year old, who was a bit anxious, needed some work done on a cavity and both the dentist and assistant were so amazing at helping her feel calm and lightening the mood. I’m so impressed by the whole experience!
Another amazing experience! I appreciate the staff working around my schedule and if you have any questions regarding insurance ask to speak to the front manager, she understands it all. I love you can pay as you go instead of paying all upfront for stuff you haven’t received like at my last office and the estimates are always right on. Ask for Shandra if you need a new hygienist! Such a fun atmosphere!

Not like the Dentist is anyone’s favorite place, but they are awesome there. I have been going there for 5 years. Everyone is friendly And the facility is always extremely clean. I’ve had different hygienists and everyone of them have been professional and done a great job. For Dentist I have had Dr. Williams and Dr. Runyon And I have never received better care of my life. I’ve had everything done there from fillings to crowns and I am completely happy with all services. Also I would like to recognize Red at the des., She is always there with a smile and first to help.
I'm not one that loves the dentist im sure alot of people feel the same. I decided to come to Riccobene Associates and it was the best decision I made. I felt so at home and every one there was so welcoming and nice. I will continue to return and be a part of their family. I had an old front tooth repair that fell out on a Sunday. Dr.Shawn did an excellent repair. Looks better than ever. He takes his time getting the tooth just so, blends in, glossy. The best. And as always the staff makes you feel comfortable and welcomed

They are an absolute joy to deal with. I have a serious aversion to dentists, but I’m always calm when I deal with them.
Dr. Wollfe is an incredibly experienced and gentle dentist. He recently placed two dental implant crowns in my upper jaw and it was a huge success. He took his time removing excess crown material so that my bite would be 100% comfortable. His assistant Jessica is also stellar! Allison is my dental hygienist and she does a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. I highly recommend this dental practice.

I’m extremely pleased with the level of service provided by Dr. Minka and staff and Riccobene Dental. Dr. Minka spent a considerable amount of time answering all of my questions and making recommendations to best fit my dental needs. They are very affordable and I truly appreciate her conservative approach to dentistry. I’ve never felt that they try to push unnecessary procedures as I’ve experienced at other offices. My specific procedure required multiple appointments and they’ve always done well to accommodate my schedule. I highly recommend this office and can’t thank them enough for the high level of care provided. Thank you!!!!!
Dr. Blessings was just that, a blessing. From our consultation to the actual procedure, we were shown kindness and compassion. I could not have asked for a better experience for my daughter. Also, the front desk staff is spectacular. I had to bring my 2 year old along and she did well for a while but started to get antsy. One of the ladies at the desk saw a need and met it. She brought out a small toy that kept my daughter entertained for the remainder of the time we were there. If we lived closer, I'd bring my whole family to this office!

Melissa is the ABSOLUTE BEST hygienist ever!!! My kids & I have been going to Melissa for over ten years now and we would NEVER EVER consider letting anyone else take care of us!!! We followed her from her previous office and will follow her wherever she goes!!! She is not only the best at what she does hands down, but she is one of the most kindest, fun, caring and compassionate human beings you would be lucky enough to know ever!! My kids LOVE going to their cleanings because of her as they have grown up with her and know how much she truly cares about them and keeping their teeth so healthy!! In our family IT’S MELISSA ALWAYS OR NO ONE!!!!
Yasmin is the sweetest hygienist I’ve ever had, she knows her stuff and doesn’t care to take the time to inform you on how to take care of your teeth. The dentist (Dr.Swan) is very professional and gentle. Highly recommend this dentist office. The entire staff here is super nice and helpful.
Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry provided an excellent forts experience for my 3 year old boy! The staff was great and he loved the murals of superheros on the walls!
Today was my first visit. I was extremely impressed with the courtesy, professionalism, and friendliness of everyone I met. The office appeared to be filled with all of the equipment a dentist’s office might need and then some. Also, the office itself was warm and welcoming - not cold and sterile. I would highly recommend.
When I tell you I've NEVER had a better team of dentistry people I mean it! I can't stop telling people everywhere how compassionate Dr Farhan and his assistant Que were. I'm 62 and still have anxiety at the dentist. But they really did a great job in explaining everything. Also the front desk, Ms Nikki is marvelous! she helped me with everything! This is a Family of people who are Ginuwine. Kudos again🙌🏽💯🥰
I was 10 minutes late for the first time but they were still happy to see me and took me in almost immediately. I was given an opportunity to discuss the retainer, one vs two. They explained in detail how the new x-ray can be used to make the retainers so they fit perfectly. I have an appointment to have my braces removed but if the retainer comes in sooner, they will rebook my appointment at an earlier time.

Dr. Garner is always a pleasure to interact with! She effortlessly connected with my anxious daughter (who doesn’t enjoy going to the dentist) and made her feel comfortable and safe while doing her exam. The dental assistants were patient and courteous, taking the time to explain billing and what insurance would/would not cover. Coming here is always a treat because they are very capable at handling pediatric needs. The office itself has a detailed fantasy motif, with knights, dragons and princesses abounding. Thank you for always making it enjoyable!

This was my first time ever coming to this place. It was my only child's first time getting a filling and they made him so comfortable it was amazing. They helped him be a Big boy and took his mind off of what was going on. They are great, friendly and you must send your child here
I've been to several other dental practices in town and NONE have met my expectations except this one. From an implant by Dr. Rich and future services with Dr. Puza I feel comfortable with my dental needs in their hands. My most recent visit to Downtown dental was for a dental cleaning. Karen has always done an excellent job helping me keep my teeth and gums clean and healthy. Keep up the great work!
Fantastic and overwhelming satisfaction with Dr Miller and the whole crew and comfortable exam rooms, the room televisions are a easing bonus. I highly recommend the experience of perfection.
The young lady that cleaned my teeth was very efficient and quick. The dentist was very personable and explained exactly where my cavity is located. I went back to get my cavity taken care of and the dentist and assistant were very thorough and caring. I feel like a family member when I go to see them.
I am new to the area and need to find a dentist due to an infection on a tooth. Through my insurance I choose Riccobene and I am very happy I did. They are professional and friendly. Took their time assessing what need to be done, the cost to me and quickly set up and appointment to take care of the problem. I am very pleased and recommend them highly.
My husband has been a patient at this location for years and has always bragged about the professionalism and knowledge of the staff. Today, I visited the location for a minor issue. The team was able to check it out and fix it all in the same visit, which is convenient for anyone but especially when you have two little ones at home. The front desk was very welcoming, and the waiting area was very clean and made me feel comfortable during the time of COVID-19. Michelle is super friendly and accommodating, as well. Alli was my dental assistant and was informative, patient and very friendly. Dr. Puza made my procedure painless, and kept me at ease, while keeping the appointment quick and easy. I felt like everyone in the office took the time to get to know me as their patient, rather than a time stamp on their schedule.
I have been coming here for about 2 years now! I love how timely and kind they are. From the front desk staff, to the hygienist (mine was Taylor) to the Dentist I saw (Dr. Williams) everyone is wonderful. They listened to my concerns and helped me tremendously. I am so grateful to look forward to going to the dentist!
They do great work! No wait to see the doctor everyone was friendly and professional got in and out pain free. Would recommend to people. I had a wonderful experience here on my first visit. I was completely made to feel comfortable, I was informed all along the way and made to feel at ease despite the fact that I have high anxiety. The appointment flowed well and I am really so happy with results. I had delayed making a change when my dentist retired and now I’m sorry I delayed! Very positive experience.

I had the pleasure to work with Leah who performed a deep cleaning. I have not been to the dentist for a long time so it was a lot more work than normal, however, Leah was so caring and thoughtful as I went through the procedure. I feel so comfortable to know that I can rely on her and her team for my dental care needs. Though it was painful, I look forward to completing the procedure on the other side of my mouth because of the comfortability level established on my first visit. If you’re looking for a quality dentist who is honest and has the support of a great team, this place is definitely worth your consideration.
