I live in Porters Neck and I am very happy and comforted at having such a caring and professional Dental group to go to. Riccobene Associates is wonderful! I experienced very bad treatments at O2 Dental, which is more like a factory and needed to follow-up because my gums were getting worse. A co-worker said how happy her Mother was with Riccobene Associates. I saw Dr. Roberts and he was gentle and kind. He didn’t push anything. He truly cared about helping me. I saw Colleen and she did such a good cleaning and I’m seeing her again and she will be maintaining my gums. I have no more bleeding!! I received a special toothpaste, complimentary from Dr. Roberts and a packet from Colleen, which I NEVER received from O2 Dental. I would highly recommend this group for everyone! I took my 15 year old daughter to the falls of nuese office and she had a very positive experience. The dental hygienist (I can't remember her name!) Was the sweetest woman, put my daughter who has pretty extreme anxiety at ease. Very understanding and compassionate office staff. Thank you!

Getting a crown is not great, but Dr Steve and the Dental Assistants made this first step as good as possible. Was no pain after getting the numbing shots...and they were efficient and pleasant. Dr Steve is always very nice and kind and happy.

The staff, dental hygienist , and dentist we saw were amazing! Incredibly thoughtful of kids’ needs/wants and highly professional. Our dentist was very communicative. Our 4 year old son keeps saying, “I love the dentist!” Yay!
My daughter and I love Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry in Mebane. Theressa at the front desk is very friendly and always works with my daughter sport schedule to fit her in for appointments The staff always makes me feel welcomed and comfortable.
I never thought I would say that I love going to the dentist. I especially love Stacy the dental hygienist. I feel so comfortable with her. She is very personable and very good at what she does!!!
Incredible care! I hate the dentist and hold a lot of trauma in mouth so it’s usually a very triggering experience for me. But every single person from front desk to the doctor was so kind and gentle with me. They also offer payment plans which is major for my finances + the only way I’m able to receive care. Highly recommend!
This dental practice is by far the best I have ever been to. Katie was a phenomenal hygienist she took her time cleaning my teeth and was more thorough than any other dental hygienist I have ever been to. I immediately was impressed with Dr. Collins. She is amazing as well. I highly recommend this dental office. I would never consider going anywhere else.
I saw Hope yesterday and had my teeth cleaned, polished and x-rayed. I then saw Dr. Schein. He took the time to explain what I need for my mouth and teeth. Had the best experience I have ever had at a dentist office. Very professional and kind people. I highly recommend them! Phyllis Mento
This was my first time ever coming to this place. It was my only child's first time getting a filling and they made him so comfortable it was amazing. They helped him be a Big boy and took his mind off of what was going on. They are great, friendly and you must send your child here
Absolutely wonderful service. My hygienist Beth was very skilled and efficient, as well as very nice. The entire experience was excellent. On my second visit for a crown, it couldn't have been any better. Dr Uhlir was highly skilled, extremely pleasant and made it painless. His assistant Jennifer was also very skilled and super nice. I highly recommend Riccobene Dentistry.

Dental hygienist Ms. Jennifer is the best because of her I enjoy going to the dentist. Before I was always terrified and hated the dentist. Dr Leslie and her assistant Cassandra were amazing with my 6 year old son. He had to have lots of work done and came in with some anxiety. They found out his interests (Paw Patrol) and made the experience easy and exciting for him. I am so impressed that we are now coming regularly to this clinic, which is actually about an hour from our home. So grateful to have found them!
I was trying to tough out a toothache until I realized that wasn’t going to work because it was getting too painful. I usually see Dr. Drew but they fit me in short notice with Dr. Hotic. She and her assistant soothes my concerns, diagnosed the problem, and referred me to a specialist. The professionalism of everyone in the practice is exceptional.
Due to COVID the waiting area has been stripped down to only what's necessary. Kind of a bummer but safety is more important. The walls are beautifully painted with Disney scenes and characters. TVs in the ceiling provide a distraction for the kids during the appointment. Dr. Garner was great as usual, she is professional, energetic and engaging. She explains recovery procedures and expected treatment outcomes thoroughly while answering any questions you may have immediately. Sarah was calm and professional which helped my guy with his anxiousness. They were both reassuring and supportive when my son needed to be calmed.
When they say you're getting a comprehensive dental exam, they mean it! This was the most thorough exam I've ever had. Dr. Miller is beyond professional. He treated me like a trustworthy friend or cherished family member, and this same kindness and respect were extended by his entire staff. I highly recommend this practice!
Very friendly, efficient and professional. The tech today, like during other visits, was outstanding. The hygienist was so very friendly, thorough, caring and professional. Dr Clark was another great part of the visit.
I had my first appt today with Riccobene Family Dentistry ( monkey junction location) and I can honestly say it was the best dental experience I’ve had in all my life. Everyone was cheery and friendly. Dr. O has a stellar personality and made me laugh multiple times while also being professional. Ashley my hygienist was awesome! She informed me of everything she was doing and explained to me what her and the doctor meant when they were communicating in dental terms. She was very friendly and sweet. The receptionists were kind, bubbly and informative and everyone there knows what they’re doing. I highly recommend this practice to anyone because you will leave happy and with a bright smile!! I have the upmost confidence with all the staff here at Riccobene Dentistry and I look forward to giving them my business from here on out!

I'm new to NC and needed to find a dentist for my son. I'm so glad I came across this dentist. I was very pleased with their professionalism and how they have the office set up geared 100% for children. I really like the fact that the employees are diverse and well rounded. They were very caring and gentle with my son.
I showed up a day early for my appointment. Everyone at the office made it possible for me to get my teeth cleaned while I was there. I have always been happy with the everything about this dentist office, this visit just reassured me I am at the right place. Doctor G graciously cleaned my teeth and did a great job and had lots of great suggestions for me!

The best dental experiences I have ever had! ALL of the staff were smiling( even behind the mask, you could tell), lol I am petrified of going to the dentist, just walking in the door is hard to accomplish. But the staff are kind, compassionate and very sympathetic!! They are always attentive and understand my phobias related to horrible past traumatic dental experiences. So if you have a dentist phobia, this is the place to go! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!
Went to the Knightdale office and had a fantastic experience from start to finish but Brittany who performed my teeth cleaning was excellent!
Great experience and wonderful staff! It was my first time here, and I called in and needed an appointment ASAP. Nikki was so helpful and kind to squeeze me in their schedule the same day. Que and Dr. Farhan were very knowledgeable, accommodating and addressed all medical needs, with appropriate bed side manner. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly - thanks y’all!
Dental health is detrimental to overall health and well being. Therefore, I was desperate for answers to whether I was a suitable inplant candidate and its' affordability. The entire staff was attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. I received the best diagnosis for my situation and I am looking forward to a nice and healthy smile and to be able to chew my food, again, properly.. i enjoyed my visit, immensely, and I would recommend this most needed service to the community at large. I have pretty severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist. My hygienist realized I was nervous and did all she could to guide me through it and make the process easier. The dentist was also understanding of my fears and set up a treatment plan to best suit me. They were also able to get me in to be seen the day after I called and the wait time in the office was close to none. Riccobene has a friendly staff that seem to love what they do and a very welcoming facility!

My dental hygienist Mrs Thornton, got me in, got me a plan, and has started to execute. Her service and care has been impeccable. I even was even able to listen to the elements…. Earth Wind and Fire while getting work done!!! Never had service like this and recommend to everyone.
Such and awesome and friendly staff. I came in for a root canal then a crown and everyone I came in contact with were friendly, amazing and well knowledgeable about what they were doing. They walked me through every step of each procedure I went through and was able to explain it where I can understand what was going on!! I recommend Kids, teenagers, young adults seniors citizens and everyone in between to this dentistry!!

The wisdom, care, patience and genuine concern was unlike any other dental office. From the front desk to the checkout desk and everyone between ... kind, knowledgeable, concerned and helpful. My son went in with wisdom teeth issues as a new patient one day, and we were on the other side of extraction by noon the next day. God’s grace displayed through them at every turn. Praising the Lord for providing our community with such quality care.

Dr Wolfe is the best!! Had issues with an implant done at Riccobene on Shipyard Blvd. and they did not remedy the situation so the next day I got immediate help from the Porters Neck office. Dr Wolfe and entire staff were incredibly helpful and kind!!! Thank you for taking me in so quickly and rendering great service!
All aspects of my appointment were superb.The receptionist was expecting me and was very polite.I was called back to see the doctor before I could finish the paperwork.The doctor evaluated my problem ,discussed my options and we settled on a plan which was promptly executed in a very professional way.The doctor explained the procedure as he worked. The results greatly exceeded my expectations and the fee was very reasonable. I am happy to say I have a new dentist in whom I have confidence.
Went to Riccobene for a second opinion on needing a root canal. I saw a wonderful interim dentist named Dr. Lundahl, I wish he was staying but he was incredibly thoughtful and I hope to get to see him again someday! The rest of the staff was also incredibly kind. New patient setup was a breeze- all right from my phone! Loved the lack of paperwork! The office was very clean and well decorated, lots of chairs for everyone to sit. My visit confirmed the need for a root canal & crown- and I have gone ahead scheduled it with the Knightdale office, as their price was even better than the original office I received a quote from (Lane & Assoc). My boyfriend goes to the Clayton location and that's how I found out about Riccobene. They are definitely my new permanent dentist office. Highly recommended to anyone seeking high quality care with affordable prices!

Made sure I was completely comfortable the whole entire time!!! I would come back here for sure for any oral work I need. The staff was funny and caring and I felt like I was around family instead of an oral surgeon and her staff!!! I was nervous because I never been put to sleep but they made sure I was comfortable as far as a blanket anything! They care!!

My dental hygienist Renee put me completely at ease during my visit. She answered all of my questions and explained my procedure completely. I was a walk in to the clinic and I high recommend Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry.

I had such a great first appointment here today! They took their time with me. The entire office was so beautiful and they played country music too. 😊 Everyone was so friendly. Dr. Gough was extremely confident. I had had past dentists who weren’t always so sure of themselves. This wasn’t the case. She took charge and fixed my issue right away! Savanah cleaned my teeth. She graduated from dental school last year, and she did such a great job. I am very impressed. They exceeded my expectations!
I can't say enough good things about my experience here, especially with Leah Gray, who I've now seen twice! She is so thorough and patient with all my questions, so I never feel rushed. She has excellent bedside manner and is so personable. It really helps me feel comfortable working with someone who remembers who I am as a person and the details about my dental history. I've had some distrust of dentists in the past, especially concerns that I was being pushed to agree to unnecessary procedures. But Leah takes the time to explain exactly what is happening, so I have confidence in making a choice about what procedures to agree to; plus, I've learned so much about my own dental care and what I could be doing better. I recently had to undergo an uncomfortable procedure and really wanted to proceed without any pain management, because I like to avoid medication unless absolutely necessary. Leah was incredibly patient with me, listened to all of my concerns, and gave me breaks when I needed it. Because I was nervous about this procedure, I really appreciated how calm she was and never made me feel rushed or pushed into using medication when I didn't want to. They are also really great about explaining exactly what is covered by my insurance, so I am never surprised by my bill. I would absolutely recommend Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry, especially Leah.
I have been a patient of Dr. Jakubek for the past two years and I'm very happy I made the switch. I'm greeted as soon as I enter the office which is very important to me. The wait is never long for the dental hygienist or the Doctor. Everybody in the office makes my visit very pleasant and stress-free. I appreciate Dr. Jakubek's preventive advice and he takes care of any tooth problem(s) right away.
As a new patient to Riccobene, I can say everyone from the woman at the front desk, to our hygienist Jenny and Dr. O were wonderful. They took the time to explain what they were doing and I certainly felt like a person rather than just another patient. Jenny is hands down the best hygienist I have ever had and she was equally as wonderful with our 7 year-old. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a dental practice.
This dental office is spectacular. I’ve never been to an office that provides a tour of the facility as well as coffee or water. I felt right at home as I entered the door and they actually seem to listen and care about my concerns. A+ practice for all of your dental needs.
Happy Riccobene has opened in Southport/Bolivia. Great dental, girls in front office are always smiling, friendly and happy to answer any questions. Dental hygienist Carolyn is wonderful and of course Dr Durant. All are phenomenal, can say enough positives I have experience since they opened. Only thing better they could do is at least have an orthodontist visit this office at least once a week, as this would be a great benefit for families and kids. Monkey junction is to far to travel for that service. Other than that, very happy with Riccobene.
I moved from Colorado to Charlotte, and haven’t been to the dentist in a few years. They are all so kind, and I have already recommended two of my friends to give them a call.

I have not always had great experiences with dentists. Some lack bedside manner, and don't communicate easily. I had one good dentist up in NY who I felt communicated clearly and was exceptionally caring. But my experience at Riccobene Family Dentistry in Wilmington really was the best experience I've ever had with a dentist. Dr. Jameson and his assistant Ryan were topnotch. I felt completely cared for and informed with every level of my care. They worked so efficiently together, like a well oiled machine. I couldn't be more grateful for the care I received and to top it off Dr. Jameson even called me after my visit to make sure I was comfortable and doing well. What a class act! I recommend this dental practice to anyone desiring state of the art service, and to be treated like a human being. Thank you Dr. Jameson! Your team Rocks!!
I don't know where to start. My 8 year old is terrified of the dentist like most of us, however the dentist hygienist and the Doctor was just absolutely amazing customer service was great from beginning to end. ALL of the ladies / Drs were nice, patient, kind, polite,respectful, informative, kid friendly. Not only do they make the children feel comfortable the parents as well. You are allowed to go in the back with your child which is a huge plus. They have tvs at every station, I'm so glad I found a kid friendly dentist. Going here make you want to go to the dentist. If you have trouble finding a dentist for your child. Look no further. Hands down! Seriously!
I had the temporary glue removed from my crown , replacing it with the permanent glue. Dr Conti was very kind and gentle as usual. The hygienist was kind and friendly as well. He fixed the alignment on my mouth guard and the crown feels and fits great!
Jennifer was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to determining the right treatment options for me, as well as giving detailed accounts as how my next few visits should go....Highly recommended!!!
I’m not a patient of this practice but had to review them based on their wonderful customer service. My son needed a filling repaired and I couldn’t get a hold of our regular dentist. They were able to help and schedule us an appt the next day. Super nice and accommodating for all my questions. I just can’t overstate how nice it was to have someone I didn’t know help me in a stressful situation.
Was my first experience at a dentist in years. Had to get work done to fix pain I have been dealing with and the doctors talked me through everything. I absolutely love the way they make you feel comfortable and constantly look out for you and make sure you aren't experiencing pain. Absolute Angels.
Had my teeth cleaned by Melissa and she not only did a quick and efficient job of getting the areas a brush or floss can't reach, but was extremely helpful and informative about what I can control and what I can't. Dr. Clark was also wonderful in personalizing a treatment plan based on my priorities. Excellent staff- even at checkout and appt scheduling. I was quite impressed.

We’ve gone to Riccobene for years and always had a good experience, but nothing to rave about until recently. Let me tell you, Dr. Garner is a true gem! You can tell she loves what she does and loves the kids and making the dentist a fun experience. My son, who is 8 and had so much fear for years of going to the dentist just absolutely loved her! He had to have several cavities treated and Dr. Garner and the staff made it a breeze for him! During the treatment he even told her how good she is at her job! Thank you Dr. Garner for making it a great experience!
Today my 8 year-old daughter had her two teeth fixed and two sealants teeth and it was for one hour. Usually my daughter doesn’t stay in one place without moving more than two minutes but with Doctor Jacqueline Garner she stayed still on the chair for one hour without getting tired or complaining about it. Doctor Garner made it fun with a lot of songes and talking about princesses which is my daughter favorite subject. It was an amazing moment . Doctor Jacqueline Garner was created to be and help kids making them happy with shiny smile. A big thank to our talented doctor and her assistant. Thanks Doctor Garner for being nice and for the perfect work.

Have been a patient since the very early 80s, when my mother was a Dental Hygienist. Awesome place and they still have a few people who have worked there since the day they opened. That says a lot about a dentist office. Best dentist I ever had was Dr. Hopkins, until he passed away. Also saw Dr. steven Erwin and the Orthodontist (forgot his name, was big into soccer). Keep up the great work. Btw, never remodel, always reminds me of my youth:)
I had a wonderful experience at Downtown Dental. I was very nervous before the appointment and was put at ease when I walked in to find Michelle and Karen greeting me with warm smiles. The hygienist, Karen, was also very knowledgeable. I pointed out how I had different areas of sensitivity along my gum lines and she was able to pin point when and why the areas were sensitive, dating back to the days I got my braces (about 25 years ago)! Upon checking out, Michelle answered all my questions about the logistics of my upcoming work, as well as all the financial aspects. She took the time to make a me a table with the best options that would work for me financially, and that was incredibly helpful. All of my questions were answered concisely, in a way I understood and felt good about the work I plan to do in the future.
Recently switched to this dentist and blown away by the extra care and attention you receive as soon as you walk in. I was squeezed in last minute because of a pain I felt in my jaw, and they did not hesitate to be helpful as soon as I arrived!!!! I was greeted by Sophie who assisted me with my initial forms and check-in, Felicia who helped ensure I was comfortable and checked on me multiple times while also assisting other patients, made conversation with me as I waited for my name to be called, and Trista and Morgan who assisted me at check out. It was apparent that team work is the number one priority at this office!!! Donna, who did my cleaning was so sweet and kind, and she really knew her stuff about teeth! Best cleaning I’ve ever had. Dr. Geeson was very thorough in answering all my questions and assessing my teeth when my cleaning was finished. I am very pleased with this dentist and look forward to my next visit!

I've been going to this dentist office for 15 or more years with my family and love it!! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable of their jobs. They've always taken care of us like family. Just an all around great experience!!

I do believe today was my last appointment and I’m very sad. From the beautifully decorated restroom to the friendly smile when you walk through the door, I’m going to miss that place! I want to publicly thank Dr. Wolf and the staff at Riccobene Downtown Dental for the beautiful work they did. They have all been wonderfully kind, caring and professional. I wish them all nothing but the best! They are most certainly the next dentist in town and I’ve been to plenty over the last 20 years! I visited this location several times. Dr. Bacon and the hygienists are very caring of and responsive to their patients. Dr. Bacon was able to rescue my damaged tooth (which would be extracted if the crown couldn't be done) by building up the core and successfully putting a crown on it. The staff is very friendly, the facilities are brand new, and the location is very convenient - Maynard Crossing Plaza on the intersection of High House Rd and Maynard Rd in Cary, NC. Always a great pleasant experience at Riccobene. I use to have fears of going to the dentist. The staff make you feel comfortable.. and the dentist that did my root canal I forgot his name . I swear I could have Falling asleep. So gental and caring. Would definitely recommend friends and family.
I have to admit that I have always had issues with my teeth. Today was one of the best experiences going to the dentist. The dental hygienist was caring, thorough, and she wasn’t satisfied until she reached her goal. It wasn’t painful as usual. So I am very happy with my visit today.
I was terrified of going to a dentist. It's been 37 yrs. since I last saw one. (Was a Dental tech in the Army) figure that one out...I was treated with kindness, and compassion. Amber was an absolute Angel. Thank you Amber!! She put me at ease and really made me feel comfortable. Dr. Miller was just as kind. My husband and I did a lot of research when trying to find a new Dentist. We came across Riverside Dental Arts and were immediately impressed. We had an initial consultation to meet Dr. Rich and discuss our Dental needs prior to an appointment, something I had never had with another Dentist. I really appreciated the extra mile he took to get to know us. The dental hygienists are also top notch! Karen does a great job and is always polite and professional, not to mention super gentle on my teeth (which is much appreciated!). She always had great suggestions on dental products to try which is very helpful. I would highly recommend Riverside Dental Arts (Downtown Dental).

My experience was extremely wonderful. Everyone was very polite and helpful. When you have an 8:00 appointment that's exactly when they took you back for treatment no waiting at all. I had a Crown put on a front tooth. From start to finish there was no pain and the finished Crown was matched perfectly to my own teeth. The girl at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The higeanist was very pleasant and helpful and I feel like I finally found a real dentist. He was the best. Thank you all. You made my day.
