Best Cleaning I’ve had in a long time!!! My hygienist was very thorough, and you can tell she took pride in what she did and how her work was. My teeth felt amazing after and still do. I had a very enjoyable time at my appointment. I also came to them for a previous filling that had cracked, and now I had a hole in my tooth. The dentist was amazing! The office was able to schedule me sooner than later. I also couldn’t have asked for a better Dentist! He was knowledgeable, and you can tell he was a perfectionist who took pride in great work. I was in good hands. My tooth feels amazing and is back to being normal. I won’t be seeing anyone else. Great staff, very helpful, polite, and professional. Thank you so much to everyone there!

Such an amazing dental office!! Everyone is so kind and welcoming right when you walk in the door, and it makes you feel seen. My dentist is especially wonderful and has taught me SO much about the health of my teeth. If it wasn’t for her, I would not have the healthy set of teeth and gums that I do now, and I’m thankful. 100% recommend this company to anyone who is in need of a great dentist!

This is a great dentist. Did an appointment on line to find out that it didn't go through. I showed up for my 8:00 am appointment and she told me she couldn't find me, but immediately found me an appointment so that I wouldn't have to reschedule. Didn't have to wait a long time. They are very friendly and efficient.
Cearena was so kind and patient. She also squeezed us in to get two of my kids appointment in one day. Dr Patel was so sweet and thorough. Great experience.

The front desk staff was efficient, gracious, and greeted me by name and eye contact. I found that all staff members were the same as above. They continuously asked if I was comfortable and asked if the procedures were causing pain. This was a great experience for me as I am “dentist phobic”.
The dental assistant was very thorough and great at her job. I have been going to Riccobene for several years now and have always been satisfied.
I’ve been coming here for years now (about 5) and have had great experience each time. Very pleasant front desk, dental assistants, and dentist (and anyone else I missed) have all been wonderful. They also don’t seem to recommend work that doesn’t need to be done, but only what is needed. I drive here from Gastonia just to keep coming here!
I was so nervous to have my wisdom teeth pulled but the team here was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to give me peace of mind both before and after my procedure. They were also fast and flexible with my schedule.

Wonderful experience. I had not been to a dentist in a long time and was very anxious about going today. The dentist & staff were just so genuinely caring. The dentist took a great deal of time with me, explaining possible treatment plans. I felt so much better! Would highly recommend!!
Fantastic staff. I went in with anxiety due to past experience with previous dentist pressuring me to have dental work, that I couldn't afford. But today's visit was great, no pressure, I was informed of what's needed and we came up with a plan. Very friendly and patient staff & put me at ease about visiting the dentist.
The doctor and her staff are amazing. They were so patient and accommodating with us and our 3-year-old triplets on their first "big kids" dental visit. Thank you for making the dentist a pleasant experience for them.
I visited this dental clinic for the first time today, and was thoroughly impressed with the staff. My dentist, as well as her assistant, was extremely nice and knowledgeable. This is the best dentist I’ve been to. Everyone I’ve seen has been super nice and even my daughter who is anxious about everything has always had a great experience here. We’ve always felt comfortable and they don’t try to get you to do unnecessary things. I’d definitely recommend them!
For the past year+, Ive been working with Dr.Morgan on the orthodontist side, and she's been absolutely WONDERFUL!!! She's caring, gentle, a perfectionist, and everything you'd want in a orthodontist! Highly recommend and going to miss her after this Invisalign journey
This is my very first time visiting the Dentist in some years. I mean, it's been 20 years. But the Dentist here made me feel really safe; they explained everything step by step. I am so thankful for finding a Dentist that have a friendly staff and is very understanding and patient. They discuss what is going on with you and how they can help you. I've told all of my people about them. Like I said, incredible Staff, incredible Dentist, you really have to check them out.
From check-in, to my actual appointment time with my dental hygienist, my experience was amazing! I not only felt heard by my hygienist, but I felt safe and appreciated. She took her time to explain my dental history, as well as the procedure that would take place, while answering all of my questions with patience. She made sure that I was okay, during the procedure, while letting me know that I was okay. I left with gratitude. Thanks so much!

I took my very elderly mother, who has Alzheimer's, to Riccobene. She had a loose tooth, and I also wanted to get a general assessment of her dental well-being. The dentists were AMAZING, in spite of the MANY challenges she presented. I am so appreciative of their excellent care and good advice for us moving forward. I was able to get a same-day appointment to have a crown repaired, and the work was done with impressive professionalism. It’s such a relief to have a trusted dentist here in New Bern, NC. A great dentist. I went in for a routine cleaning, but mentioned a small concern. The hygienist thoroughly investigated, and we ended up with a dentist consultation, discovering a slightly cracked tooth. Really happy with my treatment.

Riccobene Associates was an awesome New Patient experience for me. The entire staff was friendly and professional, and they made me feel as though I had been visiting their office all along. After my treatment, I was given a fresh, warm handcloth to clean my face with. This is the first dentist's office I have ever visited that did that. They are first class all the way!!! I took my daughter here today after dealing with another pediatric dentist who was unable to treat my daughter due to her high anxiety, and WOW, it was a difference of night and day. They are amazing. They were so good with my daughter that they were able to build rapport and make her feel relaxed. I am so happy and wish I had taken my kids here before. I highly recommend this pediatric dentistry for their professionalism and the care they provide.
Very happy with the performance of my hygienist. She found the problem with my gums and has taken care of it. Of course, I will have to continue treatment, but thankfully, she is taking care of me.

I brought my mom, who has Alzheimer's, to them when we moved her here. They have been so patient and kind and gentle with her. They have done everything they can to help her feel comfortable, safe and heard. They have answered her questions, sometimes the same ones over and over. I just really appreciate the effort because I know it's tough. I am so grateful for their care and support!
Normally, I don’t do too many of these, but to the ladies that helped my daughter Raina today…you truly are amazing. This is never an easy day for parents with a special needs children who are terrified of the dentist for no reason. We appreciate you more than you know.

Everyone in this office is beyond friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. When I called to make the appointment, the receptionist was very pleasant and made sure to get me all the information I needed for my appointment. The hygienist and nurse were so kind and very smart. Identified the problem in my mouth after other dentists could not. The dentist is a very kind woman and friendly and smart, and confident. I am so happy I went here and look forward to them helping me with my teeth... Everyone is so nice and friendly, truly happy with the service, and I know I am in good hands. The office was really pretty and smelled very good, and the air conditioning was blasting, which I LOVE. 20 out of 10!

My experience with Riccobene Associates for a basic routine first-time dental appointment (new patient) was the best I have ever experienced. Mindy was very polite and explained in detail everything about the procedures. X-rays were of the state-of-the-art technology, and the cleaning was absolutely pristine and checked by the Dentist himself…

Best Dentist I have gone to so far. All the staff are very nice. My husband and I were able to get an appointment very quickly for being new patients. They got us in within the week. The staff also made it so that my husband and I can go at the same time and day. I would recommend them 100%. 😊

I’ve been going to Dr. Jakubek’s office for almost a decade now. His team is friendly and always ready for each appointment. And he does amazing work! I had him replace some crowns I got when I was younger and they looked much better than what I had. I highly recommend him for your dental needs.
First off nikki at the front desk is amazing she is the sweetest cutest soul. The hygenist i believe her name was elaina took her time and was gentle which i love with having senitive teeth. The dentist himself does not push anything on you which i truly appreciate. Im happy I gave them a shot considering this was my very first dentist experience in columbia.There is also another girl who works there and i apologize im not great with names,but she is a jack of all trades and deserves a mention as well! great staff!

Went in today for my first visit and had a wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in, the front desk greeted me warmly. The office was very clean and inviting. Every staff member I encountered was kind and friendly. That was the most thorough, gentle cleaning I’ve ever gotten. They were compassionate, even though I was a little nervous. 10/10 recommend this dentist's office!
Just had my first visit to Riccobene Associates in Wake Forest, and they went above and beyond in my opinion. I had scheduled a cleaning, and the dental hygienist was thorough in her examination and, as a new patient, thankfully asked how long ago I enrolled in my dental insurance before she performed the cleaning. When I said we switched dental insurance 5 months ago, she double-checked with the office manager on my insurance coverage. The office manager was caring and polite, and informed me that my insurance would not cover a cleaning until after the first six months of coverage. She let me schedule a cleaning for one month later instead. This shows me that they care about not just their patients' dental health but also saving them money when they can. I, for one, really appreciated that. I will be back.

Recently moved to Raleigh, needed a dentist, and Riccobene was recommended. My husband needs a lot of work, so we had to find a proficient practitioner. Well, we found it! From our first appointments, the staff made us feel welcome and totally at ease. Every step is gone over ,and the staff makes sure you understand. They are extremely conscientious regarding cost and insurance. I want to give an A+ to the entire staff, from the doctors to the front desk. I don’t want to do individual shoutouts because I don’t want to leave anyone out! It’s a fabulous team and we highly recommend it !

Love this office so much! I’ve been going here since I was a kid. I moved an hour away and tried a new dentist, but then came right back. They’re always so nice, and my teeth always feel clean after my visit!
After some bad experiences led to a severe phobia of the dentist, I avoided going for years. When I finally came back, Riccobene did a great job of helping me get caught up on my dental care and offered sedation that made returning much easier. I was diagnosed with lung cancer and can no longer receive most types of dental sedation (especially nitrous), but Riccobene's hygienists are so gentle and patient that I've been able to keep up with my regular cleanings without any undue fear or discomfort. I really appreciate how much they've helped me get back on top of my dental health.

A great start towards my new smile 😁😁😁. I had another amazing experience yesterday on the 24th January. I was scheduled for one tooth extraction, but it was so pleasant and the Dentist technic was so enjoyable, to include his bedside manner along with his technician. I asked Dr Farhan if I could just have my other tooth that needed pulling. Pulled right now. So the procedure again was successful and a joy. No problems what so ever. They got a special kind of skill going on with the entire team at RiccoBene Associates. Thank again for a wonderful experience.

I've always had dental anxiety because every one that I've visited, always did something wrong, but here, was totally different. My dental hygienist made me feel comfortable and she was very gentle while working on me. She told me everything that she was doing to me from start to finish and listened to my concerns. My dentist was the same - he eased my fears and made me eager to come back for further work that needs to be done so that I can comfortably smile again! My grandson has sensory issues, but is very comfortable with the providers at this office. They are great and keep up with my teenagers. I think it's a great office for families.

I had such a great experience at Riccobene! Aury + Nikki in the front were both so kind and helpful. I have a lot of nerves when it comes to the dentist, and they both made me feel welcomed and calm. Chris, my hygienist, was very friendly and thorough. Dr. Farhan was great as well, and talked me through the whole process and treatment. Both of them were very knowledgeable and helpful! I highly recommend the whole team :)
