I want to commend Aubrey for her positive energy and being the first point of contact. She is very pleasant and polite. I want to commend April for her excellent service during my first visit. She went above and beyond to assist with a “crazy “ situation that was out of both of our control as we were waiting for X-rays from another location. April did an excellent job cleaning my teeth! I want to commend Jesse for my recent cleaning, excellent service and recommendations regarding an alternative option to a dental matter.
Made sure I was completely comfortable the whole entire time!!! I would come back here for sure for any oral work I need. The staff was funny and caring and I felt like I was around family instead of an oral surgeon and her staff!!! I was nervous because I never been put to sleep but they made sure I was comfortable as far as a blanket anything! They care!!
I have lived all over the world and NEVER have I had such exceptional dental service. The outstanding customer care and attention to detail made this a truly enjoyable experience. Take it from someone who hates going to the dentist, that the care, compassion and comfort you are provided leaves a lasting impact. I will schedule ALL of my family's services with this company.
Dr. Leslie was wonderful with our son who has autism. He has sensory issues and some anxiety with going to the dentist. She took the extra time to make him feel comfortable and make it a good experience for him. She checked with me beforehand to see how his emotions were before the appointment. She really cares about the children she treats. He came out after having treatment done and he was smiling from ear to ear! The front office staff are always very helpful, friendly and very professional. The assistant that helped us for our 1st appointment was very knowledgeable, professional and had a great rapport with our son. She listened to my concerns and was able to get x-rays on our son who tends to gag alot. Very kid friendly environment, very clean environment. We found the dentist for our son!

Dr. Parker is amazing! Today, I had my first cavity filling. The hygienist and Dr. Parker were so attentive and patient to walk me through every step. It was a seamless and painless process. I truly feel comfortable and confident at this dentist office. I highly recommend for all ages!
We had a great experience at this location. My son is only 4, and the staff were so kind and patient with him. Dr. Allen provided me with several treatment options, making sure to highlight the most minimally invasive course. I was really impressed and left feeling relieved that a the severe course of treatment previously suggested by another provider as the only option wasn’t in fact the only way. I highly recommend this office.
Due to a terrifying experience earlier in life, I am horribIy petrified of ANY dentist!!!! Yesterday I had four teeth extracted by Dr. Jameson - - - he was like Houdini! I sat in the chair shaking before he came in, and before I knew it I was finished ! He and his assistant made sure I was relaxed and felt no pain !!! They were both fantastic and the rest of the staff are as sweet and efficient as possible. Thank you all. Kari especially made it all come together sweetly and without a hint of pressure. Thank you all !!!

This is my first time visiting this dentist.I was told so much about this place and they're good with people who are nervous. I'm very terrified and nervous of dentist needles and drills I can't stand the sound but they made me feel so comfortable and welcome I got my teeth cleaned that same day and I got a follow up appointment with them Thank You Staff of Riccobene & Associates
experienced a soreness in my gum a week after having a cleaning done, called their office and they immediately offered to see me (got there in 15 minutes) and was taken back for examination. Turned out that I'd bitten down on granola nut that irritated the gum, NOT AN INFECTION. I was impressed with their concern and the way they handled my anxiety. Also want to recognize Tammy (or Tamora hard to hear a name thru a mask) who was phenomenal, along with Dr. Austin. Much appreciated! I'm a new client but definitely impressed with their professional but caring attitude.
This was my second visit and just like the first it was great. Everyone was very professional and personable at the same time. I’m very pleased that I chose Riccobene’s Holly Ridge as my Dental practice.
I was very anxious going to the dentist. Knew I needed dental work immediately and I mentioned it to my sister. She referred me to Riccobene Dentistry and I’m so grateful that they were there to help. The entire environment is so incredibly inviting and warm. The service is A+!!! My family dentist of over 25 years retired and sold his practice to Riccobene Family Dentistry. I have gone twice in the past year and I am extremely pleased with the staff and service. The dental hygienists are always friendly and gentle; and they make helpful suggestions for how you can continue good dental hygiene. I’ve been very pleased with the transition to Riccobene.
We recently moved to the area and one of my top teeth cracked. I called Riccobene that afternoon and they worked me in first thing the next morning even though I was not an existing patient. Each person I dealt with couldn't have been more accommodating, friendly, and skilled (Dr. Desai). The work was perfectly done. I highly recommend.

This place has been absolutely perfect for me. All service members are friendly and easy to communicate with. Dr. Ball and his assistants were so kind and encouraging during the application of my braces. They also were able to offer me a simple and very affordable payment plan for my treatment. My daughter had her wisdom teeth extraction today. The staff were so warm and welcoming to us. It was my daughter's first time having to deal with a procedure, so she was a bit nervous before heading over to Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry, but she felt at ease as soon as she got there. I would definitely recommend this dentistry to anyone.
Been coming here for about 5 years. They take my teeth seriously and recommend things only when they apply. They’re friendly, prompt, professional and competent. Would highly recommend.
I had a excellent visit, everyone was nice and respectful, the front desk was very helpful with answers my question, my wait time was less than 5 minutes, and there are in a good location. If you're looking for a new dentist you cant go with chosen Riccobene Associate Family Dentistry.

Courteous, prompt, thorough and safe environment. My 1st teeth cleaning in 18 months,! X-rays and exam revealed a cavity under a crown and a 2nd cracked crown (both are circa 14 year old crowns.) I’m very happy to have been able to schedule follow up appointments to address these issues!
I took my 15 year old daughter to the falls of nuese office and she had a very positive experience. The dental hygienist (I can't remember her name!) Was the sweetest woman, put my daughter who has pretty extreme anxiety at ease. Very understanding and compassionate office staff. Thank you!
This place has been amazing serving my family. Our son is autistic and they have been taking care of him for 5 years now. They have gone above and beyond to help care for his teeth and excepted him for his developmental age . He's now 14 and they do Pediatric up to 12. So we are going to transfer to an adult dentist. However they said if it didn't work or welcome to come back. I would highly recommend this as a pediatric dentist office. Take care for each family individually and their staff is fantastic with kids.
I woke up yesterday to excruciating pain in my mouth. I immediately called to make an appointment with the dentist. They were very accommodating and got me in to see the dentist the very same day. I was very nervous, other than the obvious anxiety builder of going to the dentist, it was also my first time seeing Dr. Steve. As it turns out, Dr. Steve is absolutely AMAZING! It was our very first encounter, but he made me feel like we’d known each other for years. He has been in the practice for 32 years, and it definitely shows. His assistant, Katrina was equally as wonderful! She talked to me as if we have been best friends since elementary school. She is expecting a bouncing, baby boy in October, so feel free to stop by the Monkey Junction location with a baby gift! I could go on and on, singing their praises, but I’ll end with this. Close your eyes, and think of the most important person in your life. Now, think of the type of care you would want them to receive if you were unable to care for them yourself. Got it? This is the exact level of treatment, and care, you will receive at Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry, the Monkey Junction location, in Wilmington, NC. I, obviously, give each and every member… 5 STARS!!!!
Dr. Chris is AMAZING!! I hated my smile for many years, and he gave me a beautiful smile again! I could not be more thrilled! Thanks to the whole staff, who are very nice and comforting. Best dental office I have ever been to. Don’t hesitate to go, they’re fabulous.
Everyone was very kind and caring! Lovely bonus, it’s very LGBTQ+ forward—i’m non-binary and mentioned this and upon arriving for my appointment, they asked my pronouns, which was really heartwarming because most places aren’t very forward-thinking.

This place is like the Lebron James of Dentist Offices. Staff was super cool, explained things and broke everything down to where I could understand, and everyone was very helpful! Shout out to the greatest dentist ever, Dr. McCormack for being both talented and having great bedside manner 👌 If you're looking for a great dentist - check them out!
I will have to admit that after countless dentists that I've been to throughout the span of 20 years this is the best .. If you are like myself and let your teeth not get the attention that it needs due to having intense anxiety over the needle I will tell you that these ladies are talented, patient, caring, and funny which helps with the thought of having the shot or the work being done .. Thanks Dr T , and Barbara I have a great smile because of you , but Dr Hunt is a good dude but he smells a little funny (kinda like a cavity) 😂 but a good Dr I'm very pleased with the whole team
I have been going to Six Forks Smiles dentistry for a few years now and have always had a very positive experience. Friendly staff, beautiful waiting area, but most importantly honest employees who are not just trying to get your money by up selling dental services or worse telling you that you need services that you don’t. I have had that happen at other dental offices and I fully trust Six Forks Smiles to be honest and do a good quality job when I do need work done.

I live in Porters Neck and I am very happy and comforted at having such a caring and professional Dental group to go to. Riccobene Associates is wonderful! I experienced very bad treatments at O2 Dental, which is more like a factory and needed to follow-up because my gums were getting worse. A co-worker said how happy her Mother was with Riccobene Associates. I saw Dr. Roberts and he was gentle and kind. He didn’t push anything. He truly cared about helping me. I saw Colleen and she did such a good cleaning and I’m seeing her again and she will be maintaining my gums. I have no more bleeding!! I received a special toothpaste, complimentary from Dr. Roberts and a packet from Colleen, which I NEVER received from O2 Dental. I would highly recommend this group for everyone! I appreciated how the hygienist made best use of time to minimize length of unmasking! Amazing dental practice. Amber is the best hygienist and Dr. Miller really listens and does not minimize concerns. Very careful with privacy. Highly recommend.
I was greeted in a friendly tone by the Receptionist at the front desk and by the entire Dental team. The Dental Assistant who did all of my ex- rays, explained everything that was shown on the Ex-ray to me. She explained the procedures and the payments and offered me the choice to have a payment plan. Thank you for your courtesy. It makes all the difference in the world when you are friendly to your patients and when you take the time to go over everything that need to be done.
I was treated by Dr. Chen and Erica and couldn't have received any better treatment. They were truly wonderful to me. I would recommend Dr Chen for anyone that needs Endodontist care. You won't have to worry about anything except showing up for your appointment. 😁

My 6 year old, who was a bit anxious, needed some work done on a cavity and both the dentist and assistant were so amazing at helping her feel calm and lightening the mood. I’m so impressed by the whole experience!

The staff were very caring when I went in for an emergent situation. They explained my treatment options clearly and payments options. They went above and beyond to relax an older lady with dental anxiety. Their concern for their patients is genuine.
I was trying to tough out a toothache until I realized that wasn’t going to work because it was getting too painful. I usually see Dr. Drew but they fit me in short notice with Dr. Hotic. She and her assistant soothes my concerns, diagnosed the problem, and referred me to a specialist. The professionalism of everyone in the practice is exceptional.
I have been a patient here for several years and really can’t see why I would go anywhere else. Karen at the front desk is unfailing cheerful and welcoming. Karen, my hygienist, is always thoughtful and caring and concerned with patient comfort. I absolutely trust her and her work. If you are looking for a dentist, if you have just moved to the area, I would encourage you to try Downtown Dental. Don’t worry about parking downtown either—they have a lot just for patients!

The hygienists were amazing! Friendly and thorough. This was our 1st visit. The office was taking excellent precautions. We felt safe. They gave excellent follow up suggestions. So happy we found Jakubek Dentistry.

Upon arrival, I made an emergency appointment for a bad tooth. My appointment was at 10:10AM and I was a last minute fit in. Personally didn't realize that because i was in so much pain so I got REALLY frustrated. When they realized i was in extreme discomfort they made a point to figure out what was going on with me and once they realized they immediately got me into a room not even 5 minutes later. Staff was very kind and helpful and did their best to put me at ease. They are very caring and compassionate and in all my 27 years on this Earth not once have I ever had a pleasant dentist experience until coming to Riccobene. Thank you guys for all that you do. The office is bright spacious and very clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly, very polite and helpful. I always enjoy my visits ,wish we had dentist like them when I was a kid
I highly recommend this office for wisdom teeth removal. Came in a little under a month ago for my surgery and it was quick, painless and easy. Dr Geeson and her staff made me feel at home during the procedure. Dr Geeson removed the first tooth before I even got a chance to get comfortable 😂. On a serious note if you are looking to have your wisdom teeth removed come here, you won’t be disappointed 👍
Very attractive office with cutting edge technology (patient can view x-ray and photos). Able to show patient insurance coverage on the spot. Everyone was very friendly. Hygienist did a very thorough cleaning of my teeth, but a little more aggressive than I am accustomed to. Dr. Nadella was very friendly and confident. I would definitely recommend your practice. Follow up, just had a temporary crown put on and it went well. Dr. Nadella and her assistant were very accommodating when I asked to be able to take breaks when I needed them. I had also requested a prop under my lower back due to back pain.

Not too many places where you walk in and feel comfortable. but because i read some reviews I decided to travel an hour to get my dental care at Riccobene, to begin I confidently say, that all staff and personnel were so welcoming. The receptionist was very pleasant, the hygenist Robby has such an amazing personality she is funny and a wonderful person to talk to. Dr. Wolf is gentel and soft spoken I was completely satisfied with everyone!
Dr. Rich has been my husband's and my dentist for several years. He is very friendly and makes you feel at ease. He cares about your teeth and will do everything he can to make sure you keep them. He is not one to quickly jump to extract a tooth if there is anything he can do to prevent that from happening. My husband has a few problem teeth that Dr. Rich has been tending to for a few years now and are still intact. Dr. Rich always has a smile and a laugh that can be heard throughout the office. He and all of his staff are terrific and will do all they can to make your dental visit a pleasant one.
My hygienist Carley is the best! She took her time to make sure I was comfortable and kept me laughing the whole time. I would recommend her to anyone!
Staff was wonderful with my young children. All three of my kids have different personalities and each one of the staff were able to help my kids feel comfortable and excited about being at the dentist! From the decorative lobby and the warm welcomes, to the explaining each step of the process to my littles, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. My kids are excited about coming back for their visit in 6 months and have been excited to brush (and floss) their teeth since their visit! (Kids age 5, 4, and 2)!!
Absolutely love Dr. Leslie at Riccobene Pediatrics! She is amazing and my daughter was immediately comfortable with her. We had the best experience with a broken tooth and repair. The dental assistant was fantastic as well. I definitely recommend Dr. Riccobene Pediatrics Dentistry.
Dr. Roberts and his staff was very pleasant which made me relax. He is one of the best dentist I’ve ever had and I’ve had lots of work done in my mouth. He gave me a filling which we hope will keep me from getting another crown, since I’ve gotten so many crowns. Thanks to the staff for your kindness and professionalism.
Having my teeth cleaned at the Riccobene Dental Office in Mebane, NC was a pleasure. This was my first visit to this office.The receptionist and the insurance/billing person at the front desk were extremely pleasant, friendly, and helpful. The schedule was timely. I was called in for my appointment within minutes after arriving. Alejandra was my dental hygienist. She was professional, friendly, had gentle but thorough teeth cleaning skills, and gave tips for improved brushing and flossing. My dentist was Dr. Alexis Trendowski. Prior to starting my dental exam, she took time to introduce herself and demonstrated interest in getting to know me as a new patient at the clinic. She treated me very kindly in a professional manner and made sure that my dental needs were being met by providing individualized care and planning suggestions for future treatment. I think Dr. Trendowski is the nicest most personable dentist I have ever met. My experience at the Riccobene Dental Clinic was 100% positive. I highly recommend the dental services at this office.
My husband Bill is the patient but everything goes smoothly, Every one is very friendly and attentive to the process that they are dealing with in getting Bill new upper dentures. They are thriving to meet his needs., they are very patient.

My experience at Complete Dental (Wilmington Office) was exceptional. I have very high anxiety any time I have to go to the dentist because of bad experiences in the past. From the moment I walked in the door, every staff member greets you with a genuine smile. I explained my anxiety and they went out of their way to ease my fears. This is an exceptional dental office. I highly recommend them.
I started my journey in January of this year to get my bad, painful and crooked teeth out and have partials put in. Dr. Dawson and his team did an excellent job. This past Friday, I received my new teeth. I must say they are just beautiful and have given me confidence that I have not had in a long long time. The journey was long, and thank God for masks, but in the end, the way Dr. Dawson recommended letting my mouth heal completely, made all the difference in the world. From day one, my teeth fit and feel perfect. They really have your best interest as top priority. I wish I had been coming here all along. Thank you thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Dr Hunt is the best dentist I have ever had and cares about his work. And how the patient looks afterwards, takes his time. I love Riccobene and Associate I highly recommend them. I went back on the 16th to get my temporary crown fixed. The staff was very nice and my Dentist Mr Hunt fixed it with no problem. Very clean facility caring team, been with them for a couple of years and highly recommend this facility and team.
Today was my first visit at Riccobene Family Dentistry and I must confess, I enjoyed the experience. This is my 3rd dentist and I was praying for a great dentist. Starting from the front staff, nurse, hygienist, and dentist, my experience was beautiful. They had a sense of humor, they we’re happy, helpful and very pleasant. First off nikki at the front desk is amazing she is the sweetest cutest soul. The hygenist i believe her name was elaina took her time and was gentle which i love with having senitive teeth. The dentist himself does not push anything on you which i truly appreciate. Im happy I gave them a shot considering this was my very first dentist experience in columbia.There is also another girl who works there and i apologize im not great with names,but she is a jack of all trades and deserves a mention as well! great staff!
My appointment went very well. This is my first time ever being put “to sleep” and I was very nervous. But the technicians and the oral surgeon who attended me made me feel more comfortable and less nervous. Highly recommend coming to this location for all your dental needs.
I didn't have to wait long at all to be called back for my appointment. I don't even remember going back. I had work to be done that I was uneasy about and was treated for that as well. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They really gave me the type of service I wanted and needed. 10 stars 🌟 for this visit
Wonderful staff! Dr. Parker was great with my 10 yr old daughter. She was nervous about getting a cavity filled and Dr. Parker was very gentle and explained everything as she did it. She really helped my daughter relax.

Great experience. Friendly staff. Had a filling replaced and was surprised that it was painless easy and quick. Won't say I'm looking for the next filling but if I do ... Tiffany Dental Hygienist absolutely amazing! Kind and extremely skilled. She helped my child feel confident and comfortable throughout the dental check up. I went there and I think they are awesome the dentist is very thorough very polite very reassuring very understanding talk to me through everything needed to be done guaranteed me that everything will be fine maybe feel more comfortable about the procedures I have to have done they like to make a plan and I think that's reassuring knowing that each time you go in there what is going to happen to each visit. The only thing I can say that I don't like is I have to go in to get more antibiotics each time but I'm sure that is their protocol and so I'm willing to go with that because I don't want to lose an awesome dentist and I think this practice is awesome playing blunt and simple you guys should try them I'm telling you you'll be overly 😁
I had my first cleaning at Riccobene Associates a couple of weeks ago, and it was a great experience. The facilities are new and modern and extremely clean. My hygienist was knowledgable and thorough and my cleaning was painless and efficient. All of the staff are friendly and competent and I will continue to use Riccobene Associates for my dental care. Highly recommended!

Took all of my kids in at the same time, they are 8-4-2 years old the staff was extremely friendly and were great answering all of my boys questions (they ask a lot). The Dr is really just amazing he has this aura that helps keep kiddos stay calm which I appreciate as it was me and my 3 kids. He was also very patient and explained everything to them and me. I would recommend 100%!
Today was the day that assured me that I will be smiling again. It has been a while since I have been around smart men and women that did not let that stand between there consumer. Brenda, has the go beyond attitude to make her patients feel comfortable. The doctor was a highlight of my visit carrying me through step by step of the process how it all will come together. And to top it all off having the technician to assist me with the finances with going bankrupted. Do I need to say more. I have professional Dentistry taking care of my mouth and teeth.
The best hygienist I've ever seen across nine states and the best dentist Dr. Miller, he is personable and kind they make a great dynamic duo. As a registered nurse I know you don't always find this in the medical field but I would recommend anyone to come to their practice. Very professional very knowledgeable and most of all very kind! They have the complete combination there!!!
I made an appointment here after I wanted a second opinion and I'm so thankful I did. They made me feel so comfortable and they go above and beyond in regards to patient care. Very pleasant and professional staff. Office extremely clean. A lot of other practices should take notes on how this practice cares for patients. From checking in to checking out everyone and I mean everyone is extremely nice and helpful! I am someone who is terrified of the dentist and Dr. Gough took that fear away. She made a plan for me that is perfect and I can't say enough good things things about this office. Now I do not dread the dentist. Awesome 👍
I want to thank the Dentists and staff at Riccobene and Associates of West Cary for their terrific service. During the week between Christmas & New Years, I had severe tooth pain. They took me in the next day thanks to a cancelled appointment. I had to get a root canal in one tooth and a wisdom tooth pulled! They were gentle, caring and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!
Great experience at Downtown Dental! You are greeted with a warm and friendly smile by the front desk team, Michelle and Karen. Dr. Rich is very thorough and wants the best for his patients! Karen, my hygienist, is fantastic, caring, and does such a great job! I would recommend this office to everyone!
My cap came out for my implants and Riccobene did an excellent job replacing it. Even though I had to get a shot to numb the area, the experience with how they treated me was worth it. I highly recommend everyone to use them if they having dental issues.
Dr. T and Lauren did a nice job preparing my front teeth for crowns. My front teeth had grown ragged over time and there were visible fractures which could easily lead to a cracked or broken tooth (both would be extremely painful). Dr. T was generous with lidocaine and it was a nearly pain-free experience. I am looking forward to receiving the crowns in a couple weeks and having a brighter smile. Thank you ladies!! :-)
Dr. Pruitt and his assistant, Ashley, are absolutely the best! I hadn’t received dental care in years. Over the last month, I’ve had several procedures, including crowns, fillings, and implants! No excruciating pain whatsoever. I had implants yesterday and haven’t experienced any discomfort. They are very informative and caring! I’ll recommend them to anyone for any procedure and I promise, you won’t be disappointed!!!
I have very sensitive gums and if not handled carefully, during my cleaning, it can be extremely painful! Today, the hygienist was awesome! Great conversation, which kept my mind off the cleaning…great job!
The staff is amazing! Everyone has been extremely friendly and kind. It’s a very comfortable atmosphere in the office. I am a new patient and having some dental procedures done that I put off for too long. I will continue to go to this office because I like the work my dentist is doing. Everything is explained well and I feel confident that I am getting great dental care!
I was in the process of finding another dentist and when I called a few weeks ago to schedule a cleaning, the customer service over the phone is what made me decide that this is it. The young lady over the phone was so professional and answered all of my questions. She told me to go online to print the forms and if I wanted to save time when I came into the office, I could already have them filled out. When I arrived today for my cleaning, the location was easy to find and the office was extremely clean!! The staff were all very nice and extremely helpful. I asked tons of questions and all of them were answered. I think I've found my NEW dentist!!! :)
Love, love this office! Dr. Rich is amazing and makes you feel at ease. Personally I have terrible anxiety and choose to pay him cash than go to a dentist that takes my insurance. (I have tried ones that do, but I either walk out or leave crying because of the anxiety attacks.) And Dr. Rich allows me to make payments because he understands the anxiety. The office staff are an amazing bunch of ladies that are there to make things easier and better for you. Dr. Rich will do his best to find the cheapest way or best route to save a tooth and minimize trauma physically to your mouth and emotionally to you! Would recommend him 100% hands down to any dentist I have ever been to before. Amazing people.
