Dr Steve did my crown and root canal. He explained each step as he went along which gave me comfort in knowing how much longer the procedure would be. I didn’t feel the numbing shot I think I got excellent care.
Very professional & friendly staff! Dr. McCormack and Ashley took great care of me. Called this morning & got an appointment the same day! Great service!
After being with Dr. Jakubek for so long, I was naturally worried about the new ownership. I’ve been a couple times now under the new management and it is good to know that nothing has changed. Same wonderful treatment! Dr. Smigiel is very personable, the receptionists were excellent when I had a unique issue with scheduling and continued their friendly demeanor once I got to the office, and Prowl was the best hygienist I have ever had - hands down (she even wanted to make sure the music that was playing the background was okay with me - who does that?) Thank you Riccobene & Associates for service with a smile as beautiful as mine!
I had the pleasure to work with Leah who performed a deep cleaning. I have not been to the dentist for a long time so it was a lot more work than normal, however, Leah was so caring and thoughtful as I went through the procedure. I feel so comfortable to know that I can rely on her and her team for my dental care needs. Though it was painful, I look forward to completing the procedure on the other side of my mouth because of the comfortability level established on my first visit. If you’re looking for a quality dentist who is honest and has the support of a great team, this place is definitely worth your consideration.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this office and location deserves one!! I’ve never been to a dentist office where everyone was so welcoming, considerate, and easy going! I would recommend this office and location all day everyday to anyone and everyone. 10/10🤩
Wonderful experience here! My daughter was very nervous and afraid when we arrived and then I couldn't get her to leave when we were done. Everyone was so nice.

I have nothing but high praise for Dr Rich and his crew at Hampstead Family Dentistry. The dental work is high quality and the staff is friendly and will make you feel comfortable from your first visit. I highly recommend them!
My son recently saw Dr Rob for his first filling. Rob was great and made the overall experience fuss (and pain) free 6 Month update: Once again we were nothing short of thrilled with the level of service and professionalism that we have continued to receive from Dr Rob and the rest of the staff. We now have 2 kids that are seen here, with widely different ages, that receive great care. I cannot recommend them enough.

Riccobene in Selma is exceptional. I have an extreme dentist phobia and high anxiety. They were so caring, patient and kind. They're the only dentist I have ever gone to more than twice in my life. I've been with them for 5 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else.
The best dental care center I have ever been to. And I have bad nerves n my kids are hard to deal with but they come in and yall talk n work very good with them. I will always recommend people to yall. Thanks for working so hard with me n my babies. Yall are the best.

I had my first appt today with Riccobene Family Dentistry ( monkey junction location) and I can honestly say it was the best dental experience I’ve had in all my life. Everyone was cheery and friendly. Dr. O has a stellar personality and made me laugh multiple times while also being professional. Ashley my hygienist was awesome! She informed me of everything she was doing and explained to me what her and the doctor meant when they were communicating in dental terms. She was very friendly and sweet. The receptionists were kind, bubbly and informative and everyone there knows what they’re doing. I highly recommend this practice to anyone because you will leave happy and with a bright smile!! I have the upmost confidence with all the staff here at Riccobene Dentistry and I look forward to giving them my business from here on out!
The courtesy and patience means alit when your at any doctors or dentist appointment and it is very well executed from the sign in to the procedure. I really love coming here for all my dental needs and yes I have convinced my husband and children to switch over to Riccobene for their dental needs. The Falls of Neuse office has always had the most excellent customer service. They are friendly, quick to respond, and accommodating. They are clean, timely, and I am always in and out as expected. Every service that I have had has gone well. I appreciate having a dentist office that I am so comfortable going to.
We love everyone at Hampstead Family Dentistry! From the moment we walk in the door the ladies at the front desk make us feel so welcomed. The hygienists are always friendly, kind and thorough. And finally, Dr. Rich is simply a great guy! He is a great dentist but also has a wonderful and calming personality - which is very helpful for those us who don’t always love going to the dentist. The staff is polite and very welcoming. I like the that during Covid the place seems so sanitized and I was very please with the Hygienist she did an amazing job with my cleaning. The Dr Solanki is a very sweet lady. I enjoyed my visit now my kids will be joining me at this dentist.
I had my first appointment with them yesterday and I am so impressed!! Dr. Bacon and his hygienist came out into the waiting room to get me before my cleaning, It was such a personal experience! I have never had a doctor greet me in the waiting room before bringing me back for my appointment. Brooke, my hygienist, was so gentle and understanding of all of my concerns, she even gave me a warm towel afterwards! I am so happy I found a great Dentist!
Dr. Clifton Ball is amazing. He is not only encouraging but also very motivating throughout the orthodontic treatment. His entire staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dr. Clifton Ball and his team for orthodontic treatments.
My appointment went very well. This is my first time ever being put “to sleep” and I was very nervous. But the technicians and the oral surgeon who attended me made me feel more comfortable and less nervous. Highly recommend coming to this location for all your dental needs.

I do believe today was my last appointment and I’m very sad. From the beautifully decorated restroom to the friendly smile when you walk through the door, I’m going to miss that place! I want to publicly thank Dr. Wolf and the staff at Riccobene Downtown Dental for the beautiful work they did. They have all been wonderfully kind, caring and professional. This is a very nice office in Garner the front desk employees are very, very professional and kind. This was my grandson's first visit to this Orthodontist and his doctor was very nice and kind. I would recommend this office to everyone.
They are so good with my kids. They always try to keep them calm, happy and not scared. Everything is explained and they always so patient.

Me and my husband couldn’t be more grateful! When no one else would help my husband from a horrible tooth that was hurting him beyond words and was infected they did the extraction and with short hand notice! Couldn’t thank Dr Jameson, Ms Ryan, Ms Amanda and Ms Christina enough for all they did. Even with something going crazy with the insurance Ms Amanda made it possible! Again thank y’all so much!
I had the temporary glue removed from my crown , replacing it with the permanent glue. Dr Conti was very kind and gentle as usual. The hygienist was kind and friendly as well. He fixed the alignment on my mouth guard and the crown feels and fits great!

Beautiful dental office the staff and dentist and dental hygienist are all so nice and helpful.. they make you feel at home and are willing to answer any questions about concerns you have.. I love that when you have an appointment your not waiting all day to be seen.. they have you in and out in a jiffy and do quality work! I have horrible teeth and am so scared of going to the dentist . I always feel scared still and the dentists, hygienists, and assistants always make me feel better. So calming and kind, and they always answer all of my questions and are always informative and helpful . They always check on me throughout whatever procedure I’m having and see if I’m hurting or need more numbing etc . I’m still scared of the dentist , but they always make me forget that I’m scared and I can tell they really care about their patients and the experience as a whole. I always tell all my friends to go there and they walk away with wonderful experiences as well . They even made my daughter want to be a dental hygienist . I could go on forever , but fingers are going numb lol . Thanks y’all for making me feel better !!! And also , they are always helpful up front when it comes to payment and insurance and setting up my appointments .

I hadn’t been to the dentist in awhile and needed a cleaning ASAP. They got me in ASAP against being booked. I walked in the following day and was serviced right away. All the staff were friendly and my teeth look amazing! The hygienist really took her time throughly and carefully cleaning my teeth and gums. I am really impressed as I very rarely leave reviews. I am now motivated to keep up with my cleanings with this dentistry!
Ryan and Dr. Jamenson were wonderful today with my son! He had all four wisdom teeth pulled out and he is doing amazing. This is our second experience with this dr and not disappointed
You won't find a better dental practice in New Bern. The Staff members are friendly and professional. You can tell they really like their patients, by the care and respect shown every visit. For nearly two years, I have been a patient of theirs and I am completely satisfied with the treatment I have received. I have had extensive work done at Dockside Dental and they have always put me at ease and made me feel completely comfortable. My previous Dentist retired and I'm very glad to have come to Dockside Dental on Hwy 70 East of New Bern NC.
I can say they have come a long ways. Customer service has not always been the best for me since I first started going here about 12 years ago, but I have been more than satisfied for the last few years. Staff are very personable and with my crazy work schedule in combination with COVID, they have been more than accommodating with needing last minute appointments or rescheduling within reason. I was just fitted for a crown on April 9th and NERVOUS, but Dr. Pruitt was so gentle and his assistant was the BEST! As always.....SALLY is the best and greeted me as soon as I walked in! Definitely the kind of professionals I would recommend to anyone.

Best experience I’ve had at a dentist in a long time! I woke up and needed dental treatment for same day. I called in as a new patient and was greeted with a very sincere welcome from the receptionist. Upon arriving I was met by very friendly and attentive staff! Everyone was so very helpful during my registration process. I just moved to Fayetteville and I had a insurance coverage discrepancy, they figured it out and solved it. Wife was so very scared for her visit with an extraction but they was very patient and by the end of her visit she was blowing kisses to everyone…

I’ve been taking my daughter here for a few years now and after 10 years of not going to the dentist, I finally started going myself. The doctors and the staff here are great! I took my daughter to three other dentist and this has been my best experience out of the three. They truly care about you here and are not just trying to make money. Very genuine staff members

I came in last week for a aggravated tooth, was there today for a cleaning so I can have said tooth fix I must say amber did a great job on my cleaning I have never had anyone be as thorough or as cautious of sensitive spots as she was it’s been a great experience coming here so far glad I decided to give it a chance!
My daughter had her wisdom teeth extraction today. The staff were so warm and welcoming to us. It was my daughter's first time having to deal with a procedure, so she was a bit nervous before heading over to Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry, but she felt at ease as soon as she got there. I would definitely recommend this dentistry to anyone.

The best dental experiences I have ever had! ALL of the staff were smiling( even behind the mask, you could tell), lol I am petrified of going to the dentist, just walking in the door is hard to accomplish. But the staff are kind, compassionate and very sympathetic!! They are always attentive and understand my phobias related to horrible past traumatic dental experiences. So if you have a dentist phobia, this is the place to go! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!

Absolutely amazing staff! I was visiting NC on vacation and had terrible tooth pain. They did everything they could to get me in and I am so grateful to this office for helping me out. The front desk did an amazing job of taking care of everything. The dentist and assistant were compassionate, caring, and professional. They know what they are doing and you can definitely see that.
This is hands down the best dentist office EVER! I have always had a huge fear of going to the dentist, just crippling anxiety. The people here are so gentle, calm and kind that I personally felt comfortable and peaceful as well. They kept me in the loop on what they were doing the whole time. It had been a little while since I had a cleaning (due to the pandemic) and my teeth/gums aren’t sore in the least. I am so happy to have found this wonderful team.

Went to Riccobene for a second opinion on needing a root canal. I saw a wonderful interim dentist named Dr. Lundahl, I wish he was staying but he was incredibly thoughtful and I hope to get to see him again someday! The rest of the staff was also incredibly kind. New patient setup was a breeze- all right from my phone! Loved the lack of paperwork! The office was very clean and well decorated, lots of chairs for everyone to sit. My visit confirmed the need for a root canal & crown- and I have gone ahead scheduled it with the Knightdale office, as their price was even better than the original office I received a quote from (Lane & Assoc). My boyfriend goes to the Clayton location and that's how I found out about Riccobene. They are definitely my new permanent dentist office. Highly recommended to anyone seeking high quality care with affordable prices!

This was my first visit to Riccobene. And I am highly impressed they did a thorough job in less than an hour and a half x-rays, photos and great cleaning. They thoroughly explained to me the condition of my teeth and even showed me my x-rays and photos to help me understand. They actually took the time to go over my medical chart in history which I've never had happen at a dentist. Shawntha P. (I really hope I spelled her name right I'll correct it later if not) did an amazing job on my cleaning. The entire staff was amazing friendly and prompt I definitely recommend giving them a try they.
The staff at Riccobene are excellent! Quiana is an AMAZING dental tech. It was the best cleaning experience I ever had! I especially liked the extra care she took to clean around my bottom front teeth permanent retainer. NO ONE has ever used the tech scaling she used. Moreover, she was personable, patient, and professional!! Thank you!!
Getting a crown is not great, but Dr Steve and the Dental Assistants made this first step as good as possible. Was no pain after getting the numbing shots...and they were efficient and pleasant. Dr Steve is always very nice and kind and happy.
I highly recommend this office for wisdom teeth removal. Came in a little under a month ago for my surgery and it was quick, painless and easy. Dr Geeson and her staff made me feel at home during the procedure. Dr Geeson removed the first tooth before I even got a chance to get comfortable 😂. On a serious note if you are looking to have your wisdom teeth removed come here, you won’t be disappointed 👍

My five year old has been to the dentist multiple times and this is the first time that he let anyone actually clean his teeth. The atmosphere was great and so inviting for kids. The dental assistants were patient and explained everything to my five and three year old. It was a great experience for all three of my kids!
I am new to the area and had to find a dentist. Riccobene has been so great to work with and no matter how crazy i got or rude they never faltered and my dentist.. She is great and so appreciate her understanding. :)
Dockside Dental is one of the best dental office. All staff are very welcoming and Dr. Shein is very personable and funny! My regulad dentist office could not see me with the bad toothache that my tooth was fractured and Dr. Shein was able to see me quickly. Glad I found them!
Wonderful staff! Lots of wonderful women leading the team, which I love to see! My wisdom teeth removal was a very quick process, and they did everything they could to make me comfortable, and helped my anxiety in the beginning. I recommend to families obviously, but also any young people new to the area who’s looking for a regular dentist office!
Always such kind and helpful staff, clean environment, smells good, and quick! My 3 children and myself are always in and out and our teeth are well taken care of in that time. We appreciate this clinic so much we pass at least 10 others on our 45 minute drive to them but will never go anywhere else.
Today was the second time we visited this location and it was a great experience both times. My daughter had a tooth extracted today along with other services and Dr. Martin and Dejah were an amazing team as they made my daughter feel super comfortable. When we were leaving my daughter told me she didn't even know she had her tooth pulled out!! She didn't feel a thing! Dr. Martin talked her through the entire process and made her feel at ease the whole time. Thank you!!

Although this was the first time at the Dentistry , I have to admit prior to this everyone has been professional and I have been treated with courtesy. During this visit I was extremely impressed because I was made to feel very comfortable and appreciated and the dentist and the dental hygienist made me feel very secure and that they knew exactly what needed to be done and they went over these things with me. I'm very confident in their measures of competency and look forward to having procedures done with them in the future

This was the first time my two year old went to the dentist and I was looking for some place special and we found it here. From the time we opened the door I knew she would love it. It was just so colorful and bright and everyone was so welcoming. The staff was friendly and tried to make her feel so comfortable from the start. I am a very high anxiety patient when it comes to a dentist. I rarely go to the dentist. This week I found myself needing a crown. Dr. Clark Was the most gentle dentist and made me feel extremely comfortable. I went back yesterday to get my teeth cleaned and Melissa was my hygentist. She walked me through the entire process and took her time. I would highly recommend this office in Apex. Thanks Guys
All aspects of my appointment were superb.The receptionist was expecting me and was very polite.I was called back to see the doctor before I could finish the paperwork.The doctor evaluated my problem ,discussed my options and we settled on a plan which was promptly executed in a very professional way.The doctor explained the procedure as he worked. The results greatly exceeded my expectations and the fee was very reasonable. I am happy to say I have a new dentist in whom I have confidence.
The staff are all very friendly, efficient and take great care of their patients. I have had 3 cleanings and one filling and the Dental Hygienist and the Dentist were great. No problems whatsoever.

Today was my first visit at Riccobene Family Dentistry and I must confess, I enjoyed the experience. This is my 3rd dentist and I was praying for a great dentist. Starting from the front staff, nurse, hygienist, and dentist, my experience was beautiful. They had a sense of humor, they we’re happy, helpful and very pleasant. This particular office was recommended to me by a close friend. It was certainly worth my time! The front office staff was so friendly and the hygienist made me feel really comfortable as did the overall atmosphere of the office. This really is a five-star dentist office!!!
No waiting. Everyone is very friendly. The dental assistant does an excellent job cleaning teeth. The dentist took time and did not try to coerce me into unneeded dental work. When work was needed, the staff took time and told me what my cost would be after insurance. Just a very good place.
As far as dental visits go they were very accommodating and professional and seemed to really care about me as a patient. They were also very cordial and respectful while making good conversation...pleasant staff all around.
I’ve been going to Riccobene Associates for a few yrs, today I saw Ari as my Hygienist, he did a fabulous job cleaning my teeth. I love the warm water dental pick, that was a new for me, but I loved it. Ari was a new hygienist for me, he was friendly, warm and informative. No cavities, Ari told me to keep up the good work.
