This is the Best dentist I have ever been to! Great service and no waiting. I have Nicole Capps and she is so sweet and professional! I have recommended this dentist to everyone I know. I’m 54, Holla!!!
This was the first time I had a crown put on and it was almost perfect. It only took a few minutes to make it perfect. I absolutely loved the friendliness and truly appreciated the professionalism from the staff. Thank you

The hygienists were amazing! Friendly and thorough. This was our 1st visit. The office was taking excellent precautions. We felt safe. They gave excellent follow up suggestions. So happy we found Jakubek Dentistry.
My appointment went very well. This is my first time ever being put “to sleep” and I was very nervous. But the technicians and the oral surgeon who attended me made me feel more comfortable and less nervous. Highly recommend coming to this location for all your dental needs.

My three children are all patients here (ages 13, 10, and 4) and we have never had a negative experience. But today we had to take care of my youngest's first cavity...which could have been awful for a child with sensory issues. But this team is SO amazing...he didn't make a peep the entire time! He even insisted that I go back to my chair when I tried holding his hand! AND we got a surprise visit by Santa. THANK YOU!
My dental hygienist Mrs Thornton, got me in, got me a plan, and has started to execute. Her service and care has been impeccable. I even was even able to listen to the elements…. Earth Wind and Fire while getting work done!!! Never had service like this and recommend to everyone.
I called for an appointment for a tooth that was bothering me two days before Thanksgiving they got me in and fixed the dislodged filling and scheduled me for my cleaning the next week! All this after another Dentist office in the area canceled my appointment that I had made 2 weeks prior for the same concern which was worse by now but wanted me to come in for a cleaning??!! I was hurting!! Thank God Riccobene fitted me in.
Everyone is so sweet here! My daughter was scared of the elevator so once we got up there the fun art work on the walls, etc. made her very happy! She didn’t like the teeth cleaning part but that’s to be expected of a two year old, they made it very easy for me though which is super helpful for a stressed out mama of two!
Great experience at Six Forks Smiles. The hygienist and dentist were thorough and pleasant. There were no surprise costs and the whole experience was as good as it gets when going to the dentist.
I had such a great first appointment here today! They took their time with me. The entire office was so beautiful and they played country music too. 😊 Everyone was so friendly. Dr. Gough was extremely confident. I had had past dentists who weren’t always so sure of themselves. This wasn’t the case. She took charge and fixed my issue right away! Savanah cleaned my teeth. She graduated from dental school last year, and she did such a great job. I am very impressed. They exceeded my expectations!
I had a dental emergency, a cracked filling directly in the front. Thank God and Riccobene staff got me in a very short amount of time and resolved my problem.? Thank you again for your courtesy and excellent dental repair I am smiling again.😁😁

Great experience at Downtown Dental! You are greeted with a warm and friendly smile by the front desk team, Michelle and Karen. Dr. Rich is very thorough and wants the best for his patients! Karen, my hygienist, is fantastic, caring, and does such a great job! I would recommend this office to everyone!
Place are extremely nice friendly staffs quite, no long waiting periods etc. all patients are Happy and smiles, give good vibes of thankful and joy I see the looks in patients eyes that also up lift my spirit for the best results, if I had to make a choice I would recommend my stay at Riccobe... family Dentist. Went to Riccobene for a second opinion on needing a root canal. I saw a wonderful interim dentist named Dr. Lundahl, I wish he was staying but he was incredibly thoughtful and I hope to get to see him again someday! The rest of the staff was also incredibly kind. New patient setup was a breeze- all right from my phone! Loved the lack of paperwork! The office was very clean and well decorated, lots of chairs for everyone to sit. My visit confirmed the need for a root canal & crown- and I have gone ahead scheduled it with the Knightdale office, as their price was even better than the original office I received a quote from (Lane & Assoc). My boyfriend goes to the Clayton location and that's how I found out about Riccobene. They are definitely my new permanent dentist office. Highly recommended to anyone seeking high quality care with affordable prices!

We drove from Goldsboro (about 30 minutes) and it was WELL worth it. They were prompt and professional, but also fun, informative, and absolutely wonderful with my child who was very anxious about the whole experience. We definitely look forward to coming back to them for many years to come. COVID protocol was in place, everything was clean and aesthetically pleasing. I want one of the fun kid rooms and a prize next time 😂 I'm perpetually a kid at heart! 😁 Would recommend 10/10!

This is, by far, the best dental experience I have had. I am so glad I found this office. I have had 3 appointments over the past few months and each one has been excellent. The most recent appointment I ended up needing extractions. Dr.Gough was Extremely impressive. From start to finish she made what would normally be a very stressful event to a comfortable, smooth process for me. I was impressed with not only her expertise and skill, but with her kindness. Dr.Geeson has been wonderful, collaborating in my care and explaining things to me. She went out of her way to take time with me, even with a busy office. Candra the dental assistant was wonderful. The hygienist Donna gave me the best cleaning I’ve ever had, and is just great to work with. All of the staff here has been a pleasure to deal with, consistently. It is a beautifully decorated office as well.... should be in a magazine! This is truly the best dental office I have been to, ever!
In my experience with dentist offices I was not comfortable and very scared. Today when I visited the office of Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry, I felt at home. Courtney was very friendly and professional. I would recommend anyone services with this dentist office. I had a very bad experience growing up visiting the dentist. I use to dread going to a visit. After today I will make sure I am at every visit scheduled. I love your team!!! KUDDOS
My family of 5 just moved to Wilmington. My sister in law recommended your practice. We all had a wonderful experience at our first visit. I would recommend them to anyone.
The staff is polite and very welcoming. I like the that during Covid the place seems so sanitized and I was very please with the Hygienist she did an amazing job with my cleaning. The Dr Solanki is a very sweet lady. I enjoyed my visit now my kids will be joining me at this dentist.
Broke a tooth needed it fixed quickly. They got me in within an hour of calling don’t have insurance. They got me in checked and gave me all my options for the tooth. They worked with me on getting it taken care of and gave several options for payment. They were able to do most of the repair right then and actually spent about 1 1/2 hours with me. Dr O. And Dental Assistant Katrina were great. If you need dental work give them a try.
We had appointments for dental work and the experience was first class. What an amazing staff. Starting at the front desk continuing through the procedure. Everyone was so kind, compassionate, and all delivered professional care. Meg and Morgan who attended to our needs were exceptional. Special thanks to them for making our experience pleasurable and not one that could have been uncomfortable. Again, exceptional experience. We will continue to use Riccobene Associates for all of our dental needs.
I don't usually write reviews but I felt like I needed to on this one. I had a difficult tooth extraction recently as well as fillings done. The doctor and the assistant who helped with my surgery were all so nice and patient with me. The surgery went well and I'm recovering nicely.They are also so helpful and understanding because I am also a healthcare worker and sometimes my schedule is super busy. Awesome job guys!
I came in today for a root canal. The dentist prescribed me some Ativan to take an hour before my procedure so I could be more relaxed. It’s usually difficult for me to get numb, but he was awesome and got me numb and I only felt pressure. He did an awesome job! Highly recommend!
The best dental experiences I have ever had! ALL of the staff were smiling( even behind the mask, you could tell), lol I am petrified of going to the dentist, just walking in the door is hard to accomplish. But the staff are kind, compassionate and very sympathetic!! They are always attentive and understand my phobias related to horrible past traumatic dental experiences. So if you have a dentist phobia, this is the place to go! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!
The staff here is great! Dr. Rich is one of the few dentists that doesn't worry about churning out as many patients as possible, like most dentists. He takes the time with each patient, cares for them, and is honest with his prognosis. If you don't need a procedure, he will tell you. Honest Dentist. Honest office. The hygienists are great, especially Kim. She is gentle, but thorough. My mouth feels so clean after my appointments with her.
Dr. Rima Solanki is extremely good, proficient, kind and caring as she fitted me with a beautiful crown. And Ashley too works diligently and is a joy!
1st visit for my 15 year old. Did not have to wait months to get in. Excellent facility. Everyone was SUPER friendly. I was extremely pleased with how thorough the exam was. He wasn't rushed in and out, they really took their time with him. I was allowed to go back with him and they did a great job of making him feel very relaxed. Definitely recommend!!
I had a dental cleaning done. The hygienist was very good. She was able to clean my teeth with very little discomfort to me. She actually noticed I was missing a crown. The follow up was the dentist’s confirmation. The dentist and hygienist were both pleasant and cordial.

I am SCARED TO SWATH OF DENTISTS AND NEEDLES. So I chose this dentist because they were easy to work with and plus had GREAT reviews! Everyone in there was SUPER nice! I had to have my wisdom teeth removed today and it was quick and painless! I barely felt the IV and the two dental assistants held my hand and kept me calm. They even let me take pictures with them. That I have no recollection of 🤣🤣🤣 Anyways. Everyone is FANTASTIC. If I could give 100 stars I would!

Put away a lot of fears on my first visit. Made me as comfortable as possible. I'd recommend the whole staff to anyone looking dental care. The proposed treatment plan, laid out with all the prices. Including what insurance will and will not cover is a plus. Everything laid out right in front of you before any work is done.
Very nice people! I went in with a tooth ache,no appointment and never having been there before ,they got me in right away . I am hearing impaired and sometimes have to go places without help ,the staff was very patient and helped me understand everything. Thank you!

The hygienists and dentists are really good with kids. They answer all my questions and address any concerns I have about my child’s teeth. In addition, they try their best to make the experience fun and enjoyable for the kids. Always a great experience when we go.
My children have had severe anxiety issues with dental care. Dr. Garner is a top notch pro when it comes to easing the minds and hearts of our little ones! All of the staff at Riccobene are so warm and friendly that the kids now look forward to their dental appointments. They’ve got the most beautiful hand painted murals in each office, too! My dental hygienist Renee put me completely at ease during my visit. She answered all of my questions and explained my procedure completely. I was a walk in to the clinic and I high recommend Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry.
The staff overall Has been polite and understanding. Don't judge your teeth; they give you advice. I've been to about a total of 6 dentistry, and I don't think I'll be switching anytime soon.
First of all I love the decor. It is so pretty. I was very pleased with the overall experience. Ashley was wonderful,she took her time explaining everything to me. Today my 8 year-old daughter had her two teeth fixed and two sealants teeth and it was for one hour. Usually my daughter doesn’t stay in one place without moving more than two minutes but with Doctor Jacqueline Garner she stayed still on the chair for one hour without getting tired or complaining about it. Doctor Garner made it fun with a lot of songes and talking about princesses which is my daughter favorite subject. It was an amazing moment . Doctor Jacqueline Garner was created to be and help kids making them happy with shiny smile. A big thank to our talented doctor and her assistant. Thanks Doctor Garner for being nice and for the perfect work.

I didn't have to wait long at all to be called back for my appointment. I don't even remember going back. I had work to be done that I was uneasy about and was treated for that as well. My husband and I did a lot of research when trying to find a new Dentist. We came across Riverside Dental Arts and were immediately impressed. We had an initial consultation to meet Dr. Rich and discuss our Dental needs prior to an appointment, something I had never had with another Dentist. I really appreciated the extra mile he took to get to know us. The dental hygienists are also top notch! Karen does a great job and is always polite and professional, not to mention super gentle on my teeth (which is much appreciated!). She always had great suggestions on dental products to try which is very helpful. I would highly recommend Riverside Dental Arts (Downtown Dental).
I had historically dreaded the dentist and went maybe every other year. Since I joined Riccobene, I’m faithful to my six month appointments and actually enjoy going. I highly recommend them!
As always, Riccobene Dentistry for Kids did an excellent job taking care of my son today. A couple of weeks ago I took my three boys (twins 9 and 21 month old) in for their cleaning. The staff was very friendly and informative. I appreciate that everyone had on mask and checked temperatures upon arrival. I returned today because one of the twins had to have a tooth removed. On the way there he stated that the dentist office we used to go to scared him (had to change due to different insurance provider) but he didn't feel scared at the new dentist. I appreciate the care and patience they provide and would recommend them to anyone with a child of any age. Thank you Riccobene Dentistry for Kids!😁

I am a new patient and having some dental procedures done that I put off for too long. I will continue to go to this office because I like the work my dentist is doing. I am a very high anxiety patient when it comes to a dentist. I rarely go to the dentist. This week I found myself needing a crown. Dr. Clark Was the most gentle dentist and made me feel extremely comfortable. I went back yesterday to get my teeth cleaned and Melissa was my hygentist. She walked me through the entire process and took her time. I would highly recommend this office in Apex. Thanks Guys
I highly recommend this office for wisdom teeth removal. Came in a little under a month ago for my surgery and it was quick, painless and easy. Dr Geeson and her staff made me feel at home during the procedure. Dr Geeson removed the first tooth before I even got a chance to get comfortable 😂. On a serious note if you are looking to have your wisdom teeth removed come here, you won’t be disappointed 👍
Riccobene Durham staff are very nice and amazing. I went to get my veneers and they did a wonderful wonderful job. I love my new teeth sooo much, I cannot stop smiling. Thank you so much for my new look and smile☺️
Dr Beamer is fantastic! She took the time to answer all my questions regarding having my wisdom tooth removed and offered advise. She then gave me a referral to two different oral surgeons and emailed me the X-rays they took. Couldn’t ask for more from any dentist. I highly recommend Dr Beamer!
I recently took my 90 year old mom to Riccobene and I can't believe that going to the dentist could be such a great experience. We both actually felt at home being treated so kindly by every staff person, lots of smiles and laughter. At the same time everyone was very professional in explaining all the procedures and even letting my mom who had been a dental hygienist back in the day look at her X-ray pictures. Mom's treatment plan was discussed thoroughly and looking forward to our return visit.
I haven’t seen a dentist in 17+yrs out of fear. My first visit and It was only my exam/x-rays, but I felt an inner comfort…when I go back, I don’t think I’ll be afraid. Everyone was pleasant, patient. Seems to be very well organized. They help with insurance and they offer SUNBIT for payment plans. My only suggestion would be to get a dental surgeon on premises so you don’t need to go to elsewhere for that. Totally one stop shopping would be awsome.

It not everyday you can go in a place a feel like it’s a home alway from home. Today was my first time ever going to this dentist office and I felt as if I’ve known the associates in this office for years. The place is so clean and so welcoming that you instantly become comfortable and forget what you were there for. Even the patients that were leaving and waiting to be seen were friendly. If Disney channel had a sitcom of a dentist office, this would be it. First day there and I already look forward to many more visits. I definitely love this office.

I do believe today was my last appointment and I’m very sad. From the beautifully decorated restroom to the friendly smile when you walk through the door, I’m going to miss that place! I want to publicly thank Dr. Wolf and the staff at Riccobene Downtown Dental for the beautiful work they did. They have all been wonderfully kind, caring and professional. I wish them all nothing but the best! They are most certainly the next dentist in town and I’ve been to plenty over the last 20 years! Wonderful staff! Dr. Parker was great with my 10 yr old daughter. She was nervous about getting a cavity filled and Dr. Parker was very gentle and explained everything as she did it. She really helped my daughter relax.
I was treated by Dr. Chen and Erica and couldn't have received any better treatment. They were truly wonderful to me. I would recommend Dr Chen for anyone that needs Endodontist care. You won't have to worry about anything except showing up for your appointment. 😁
I have never been to a place where you feel welcomed from the time they call on the phone to verify appointment to the time you leave the appointment. Interactions with the staff was pleasant. I did a lot of research for my husband and I on best dentist in the Wilimington area. I read almost all the reviews(honey you got to the careful who you allow in your mouth) and everyone had positive reviews. I said to myself this can't be not one person had nothing bad to say. I will book and see what the vibe is about. Went to the building with so much positive energy. Karen took really good care of me. Everything about my experience with her was 10 stars. I have never had a unpleasant experience at your dental office, even when I had a root canal by previous dentist. It's always a pleasure to see Hope, who is a very good friend, and did I mention a very good hygenist. I drive 500 miles when I have to go to the dentist, and I would drive 1000 if I had to to come to your office. I met the new dentist, and he is great.
They were so kind from the first phone call to make an appt, explaining all the information, getting to the office and getting a tooth pulled. I will be going back. Made the experience very great and I highly recommend them!

So thrilled to find this Dentist Office! The entire staff was amazing. I have a LOT of anxiety about visiting the Dentist, because of this I put off visits which only perpetuates and worsens any issues I have. The front desk staff was informative, patient, kind and very professional. The Hygienist that did my x-rays and cleaning was above and beyond what I could've asked for. She was so patient with me and answered all of my questions and talked me through everything. The Dentist/Doctor was wonderful as well, everyone has me feeling so much better about the work I have planned out and actually looking forward to bettering my dental health moving forward. I was thoroughly pleased with my visit. Believe me I did not want to come for my deep cleaning but my hygienist Lisa and Dr. Nazario were my angels today. Dr. Nazario listens and he works to make sure you receive the best service. Lisa did a thorough job. She really helps me feel comfortable and her suggestions to help me stay calm really has been a blessing to me.
I don't know where to start. My 8 year old is terrified of the dentist like most of us, however the dentist hygienist and the Doctor was just absolutely amazing customer service was great from beginning to end. ALL of the ladies / Drs were nice, patient, kind, polite,respectful, informative, kid friendly. Not only do they make the children feel comfortable the parents as well. You are allowed to go in the back with your child which is a huge plus. They have tvs at every station, I'm so glad I found a kid friendly dentist. Going here make you want to go to the dentist. If you have trouble finding a dentist for your child. Look no further. Hands down! Seriously!

I am not someone who does a lot of reviews but I had to brag on Complete Dental at both the Wilmington and Leland locations. They are awesome and I have never felt so comfortable in a dental situation before. Dr. Geeson was amazing and Ciara (not sure of the spelling, could be Sierra), she is my favorite she is so kind and comforting, she’s the best. Would highly recommend this practice for sure!
I started my journey in January of this year to get my bad, painful and crooked teeth out and have partials put in. Dr. Dawson and his team did an excellent job. This past Friday, I received my new teeth. I must say they are just beautiful and have given me confidence that I have not had in a long long time. The journey was long, and thank God for masks, but in the end, the way Dr. Dawson recommended letting my mouth heal completely, made all the difference in the world. From day one, my teeth fit and feel perfect. They really have your best interest as top priority. I wish I had been coming here all along. Thank you thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart.
My overall experience was great! The office itself is clan and the staff was fantastic. Dr. Anderson and his team made sure that my surgery was a success and it was. I had questions after getting home so I called and left them a message. Immediately, I received a return call with all my questions answered, furthermore reassuring me everything was okay. I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Anderson to anyone who is looking to get their wisdom teeth removed.
Overall wonderful and positive experience!! Michelle made scheduling my appointment so easy, and was very helpful with managing my insurance/payment options and future appointments to minimize out of pocket costs. Dr. Puza was very thorough, and shout out to Karen (my hygienist) who took some extra time to provide extra education and hygiene tips even at the end of her workday.

We love everyone at Hampstead Family Dentistry! From the moment we walk in the door the ladies at the front desk make us feel so welcomed. The hygienists are always friendly, kind and thorough. And finally, Dr. Rich is simply a great guy! He is a great dentist but also has a wonderful and calming personality - which is very helpful for those us who don’t always love going to the dentist. Seriously the best dentist practice I’ve ever been to. Both me and my girlfriend go to them now. I got a filling done in 10 minutes with now 6 months no problems, and her infected tooth needed a bone graft after getting pulled and she didn’t get charged because she had originally said no to a root canal and bone graft at first electing to just get it pulled (Probably not explaining that one right). As others have said customer service is top notch, phone calls are returned promptly and they were super up front about insurance information and what was covered. 10/10
This is a great dental office. Everyone is very friendly and they work with you regarding the billing. I highly recommend them.
This was my vert first cleaning at Riccobene, but Carley did an excellent job. She was extremely professional and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the visit. She was also very thorough and made sure to explain everything as she went. She has an infectious personality and anyone can tell that she takes pride in what she does. I can’t say enough good things and will definitely be sending more patients her way!

Super great experience for my 6 year old. Staff is very friendly and very patient with the little ones. The atmosphere is also geared to children and makes them feel like the experience is fun. They also offer several different toothpaste flavors. I recommend them to start your kids off right and alleviate any fears. Super friendly and informative. No wait time and got done quickly. Thanks again to the ricobene kids staff.
I have been coming here for about 2 years now! I love how timely and kind they are. From the front desk staff, to the hygienist (mine was Taylor) to the Dentist I saw (Dr. Williams) everyone is wonderful. They listened to my concerns and helped me tremendously. I am so grateful to look forward to going to the dentist!
