This was by far the BEST experience I have ever had going to the dentist! The staff was incredible - Emily could not have been kinder and more helpful during my booking and check-in - and Carin - my hygienist was exceptional! She was thorough, friendly, and put every bit of my anxiety to rest. Dr. Adam Smigiel (and Stella of course!) made the whole experience a joy and I left feeling amazed and grateful to find my new dentist!
For the first time in a long time, I am extremely proud to thank the staff for service beyond medical procedures. Each member demonstrates and ensures the “we got you” feeling that helps relax my anticipation on each dental appointment. Thank you one and all!
Although this was the first time at the Dentistry , I have to admit prior to this everyone has been professional and I have been treated with courtesy. During this visit I was extremely impressed because I was made to feel very comfortable and appreciated and the dentist and the dental hygienist made me feel very secure and that they knew exactly what needed to be done and they went over these things with me. I'm very confident in their measures of competency and look forward to having procedures done with them in the future

I didn't have to wait long at all to be called back for my appointment. I don't even remember going back. I had work to be done that I was uneasy about and was treated for that as well. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They really gave me the type of service I wanted and needed. 10 stars 🌟 for this visit

I came in last week for a aggravated tooth, was there today for a cleaning so I can have said tooth fix I must say amber did a great job on my cleaning I have never had anyone be as thorough or as cautious of sensitive spots as she was it’s been a great experience coming here so far glad I decided to give it a chance!
Dr Miller was so great I had a bad dental experience in the past and him and his dental hygienist I wish I remembered her name were so amazing. They were kind and constantly kept checking on me to make sure I was okay throughout my whole experience. 100/10 would recommend.
My appointment went very well. This is my first time ever being put “to sleep” and I was very nervous. But the technicians and the oral surgeon who attended me made me feel more comfortable and less nervous. Highly recommend coming to this location for all your dental needs.
Everyone, that has worked on my case at Riccobene Associates, has been very kind and dedicated to the making of my new, custom dentures😀. I am totally amazed at the precision and artistry my dentist is taking to make my new teeth just right! Thank You Riccobene Associates !😀
The walls are beautifully painted with Disney scenes and characters. TVs in the ceiling provide a distraction for the kids during the appointment. Dr. Garner was great as usual, she is professional, energetic and engaging. She explains recovery procedures and expected treatment outcomes thoroughly while answering any questions you may have immediately. Sarah was calm and professional which helped my guy with his anxiousness. They were both reassuring and supportive when my son needed to be calmed.
I have been a patient of Dr. Jakubek for the past two years and I'm very happy I made the switch. I'm greeted as soon as I enter the office which is very important to me. The wait is never long for the dental hygienist or the Doctor. Everybody in the office makes my visit very pleasant and stress-free. I appreciate Dr. Jakubek's preventive advice and he takes care of any tooth problem(s) right away.

So i went in to get a bad tooth pulled out and they helped me in alot of ways. I called around to different dentist near me and no one seemd like they wanted to help me. I went in explained that I was terrified of needles so the one dental assistant (I think that's what she was) Amie stayed with me and talk me through it and I was in and out no problem and dont have any pain highly recommended them if you need anything done.
Brittney did a great job again!!!! Very pleasant experience from the front desk to the exit window. All employees were very nice and helpful. Only Dentist I actually enjoy visiting......
GREAT!! My dentist Minka Hotic always take time to answer questions and make sure you're in no pain. Her assistant is great also. Now that I go here I don't hate going to dentist.
I have been going to Riccobene Associates for several years and have always been seen on time, treated well by all associates and appreciate the hygienists that have done a great job cleaning my teeth. As well, respect the dentists that reviewed my dental work and their presentation of options for me. As well, my sons 8 and 9 and 4 year old daughter, as well, my wife, have been treated well. The facilities are clean, tech tools the latest, plenty of parking and pleasantly comfortable waiting room.. I would recommend this as a great family dentistry and a practice with associates you can rely and trust in.
I called for an appointment and received wonderful service and attitude. Everyone in the building, from the desk to the dentist, was exceptional and very pleasant to deal with. I have found my new family practice, and I encourage all to check out this location!

I hadn’t been to the dentist in awhile and needed a cleaning ASAP. They got me in ASAP against being booked. I walked in the following day and was serviced right away. All the staff were friendly and my teeth look amazing! The hygienist really took her time throughly and carefully cleaning my teeth and gums. I am really impressed as I very rarely leave reviews. I am now motivated to keep up with my cleanings with this dentistry!
Great experience at Downtown Dental! You are greeted with a warm and friendly smile by the front desk team, Michelle and Karen. Dr. Rich is very thorough and wants the best for his patients! Karen, my hygienist, is fantastic, caring, and does such a great job! I would recommend this office to everyone!
I have been going to Riccobene and Associates for years. Dr. Conti was the regular dentist that provided my care, but he is no longer with them. Dr. Solanki is my dentist now at their practice and she is great! She is patient and caring. I can respect a dentist that takes time out of her day to call and talk about the next steps in my dental care. I don’t want anyone else providing my dental care. The staff always have pleasant attitudes and great customer service. I love the team that works with Dr. Solanki. I was nervous about a procedure and her team walked me though the process, so I would know what to expect. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a dentist!
Always such kind and helpful staff, clean environment, smells good, and quick! My 3 children and myself are always in and out and our teeth are well taken care of in that time. We appreciate this clinic so much we pass at least 10 others on our 45 minute drive to them but will never go anywhere else.
Dr Beamer is fantastic! She took the time to answer all my questions regarding having my wisdom tooth removed and offered advise. She then gave me a referral to two different oral surgeons and emailed me the X-rays they took. Couldn’t ask for more from any dentist. I highly recommend Dr Beamer!
My husband has been a patient at this location for years and has always bragged about the professionalism and knowledge of the staff. Today, I visited the location for a minor issue. The team was able to check it out and fix it all in the same visit, which is convenient for anyone but especially when you have two little ones at home. The front desk was very welcoming, and the waiting area was very clean and made me feel comfortable during the time of COVID-19. Michelle is super friendly and accommodating, as well. Alli was my dental assistant and was informative, patient and very friendly. Dr. Puza made my procedure painless, and kept me at ease, while keeping the appointment quick and easy. I felt like everyone in the office took the time to get to know me as their patient, rather than a time stamp on their schedule.
This was my first visit to this office and I was blown away. This office is about a 30 minute drive for me, but it was definitely worth it. I should have switched dentists years ago. The entire staff was wonderful. Destiny and Melissa were incredibly nice, and addressed my concerns while taking xrays and performing the cleaning. My teeth cleaning was the least irritating I’ve ever had, and this was after not going to a dentist for 2+ years. I was happy to schedule another cleaning when I left.
Not too many places where you walk in and feel comfortable. but because i read some reviews I decided to travel an hour to get my dental care at Riccobene, to begin I confidently say, that all staff and personnel were so welcoming. The receptionist was very pleasant, the hygenist Robby has such an amazing personality she is funny and a wonderful person to talk to. Dr. Wolf is gentel and soft spoken I was completely satisfied with everyone!
My wife and I have just recently started going to Robbie T Smith DDS due to our previous dentist no longer accepting my benefits. Great decision in so many different ways. Very,very friendly and professional staff! Including the front desk receptionist. Very cheerful and warm welcome each time I visit as soon as I walk through the door. Robbie is a very awesome and thorough dentist in every way. Enjoyed talking with her about her dad and his career as pilot and now flying for a mission organization into Hiati! Sounds like an awesome adventure for sure. Very interested in what she had to say on the subject due to having a 40 year career in Aviation Maintenance myself! I had the opportunity to meet some new folks this visit due to a temporary shortage in staff. I believe Tracy was her name. Very good @ what she does. Enjoyed talking with her about her and her husband's sheep herding dogs. And Stacey my normal hygienists as always very kind,gentle, and personable! Takes her time with me and always asks if I'm comfortable while communicating with me from beginning to the end of my visit. Summing the experience up I can say that everybody works together as a team! Well oiled machine! And everybody in Robbie T Smith's office are exactly were they need to be as far as career field choice. Including Robbie T! Very good @ what they do. 😁😉😎
It was my first visit here in Ricobene and I was so impressed by how professional all staffs were and very friendly as well. My hygienist, Courtney Alford has gentle hands and made my cleaning experience a very pleasant one. She has this caring attitude that made me relax throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend Ricobene Dentistry to friends and those who are looking still for dental services.
Amber was great! The dentist did a good job numbing me--I did not feel any discomfort!
First visit, everyone was very friendly, the [hygenist] was very good and patient. The doctor was very informative and explained a possible plan for future dental care.
I highly recommend Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry! Dr. Soto is extremely kind and is very interested in his patient and their comfort! He maintains pain level down to a minimum and answers any questions you may have. The staff are very courteous and makes sure you are comfortable!’ Pleasant atmosphere and experience!
Dr. Clark is amazing! She's done tons of work for me after a different dental office (not Riccobene) tried to convince me I needed a million things done all at once. She has a very conservative approach to major dental work, so you can tell she cares. She's extraordinarily patient with my TMJ issues and is just one of the best, most down to earth medical professionals I've ever met. Would recommend 100%!
Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry provided an excellent forts experience for my 3 year old boy! The staff was great and he loved the murals of superheros on the walls!
Dockside Dental has always been 5 stars! Bree, the new dental hygenist was very good. My family and I are truly going to miss Dr. Viloria. Great place. Dr. Smigiel pulled 2 teeth and didn’t feel a thing. Made a temporary bridge that looks great. Aimee is the greatest dental assistant. Returned to get fitted for a bridge. Wore the temp bridge for 4 weeks. The permanent bridge was put in yesterday. It looks and feels great. Dr. Smigiel did a great job.
I love the way Dr. Steve explains what he’s going to do before and during a procedure. Veronica is always gentle and patient with me and her professionalism is obvious to whom she is mentoring.
I have been to this dentist office 4 times now. It has always been a pleasant experience, never a long wait, and always professional and friendly people. Love it!!

You can't go wrong by choosing Smilestones! Dr. Cole and her staff are super personable and genuinely care about your health and experience. April was my hygienist and I love that she takes her time during your cleaning and explains everything along the way. Nothing worse than feeling rushed into and out of the chair, not here. The staff is also taking great measures to protect you, other patients, and themselves during Covid. Great job guys!
Every time I go to Complete Dental Leland I am treated extremely well. Every procedure is accomplished professionally and with expertise. I have never had a negative side effect from any procedure I have had here. Dr Geeson and Alice are Rock Stars when it comes to taking care of my problem teeth. All of the dental hygienists are excellent as well. I am so glad I found this dental office. I know I will get outstanding care and treatment here every time. Thank you to Dr G and her entire team!
Today was one of the best days! I was nervous about getting a procedure but Monica did everything to keep me calm and comfortable.. She talk me all the way through.. I really appreciate her for that.. Definitely need more people like her in business..
Had a wonderful visit at Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry in Clemmons today! I am a 'happy' patient of Dr. Patrick Miller who has recently joined Riccobene Associates Family Denistry in Clemmons, NC. I first met with Sierra, a Dental Assistant there, and she was so professional & sweet! One of those personalities you feel you've known forever! And then Dr. Miller discussed a treatment plan with me that had my best interest in mind! As I have come to expect from Dr. Miller, I received the upmost in superior dental care today. He is gentle and informs you all along the way as to what he is doing! I've been seeing Dr. Miller for 3.5yrs now and am very confident in his professional dental services! He truly cares for his patients, so much so I drove 1.5hrs to receive treatment from his new Riccobene location in Clemmons! What a pleasant surprise to find the office staff at Riccobene Associates Dentistry so friendly & welcoming! The Reception area is quite comfortable and the examining rooms are state of the art! You can count on a wonderful dental experiance with Dr. Miller & the Staff at Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry in Clemmons, NC! = )
I am SCARED TO SWATH OF DENTISTS AND NEEDLES. So I chose this dentist because they were easy to work with and plus had GREAT reviews! Everyone in there was SUPER nice! I had to have my wisdom teeth removed today and it was quick and painless! I barely felt the IV and the two dental assistants held my hand and kept me calm. They even let me take pictures with them. That I have no recollection of 🤣🤣🤣 Anyways. Everyone is FANTASTIC. If I could give 100 stars I would!
I have been going to the dentist regularly for decades. Recently I got my routine x-rays and cleaning by Colleen, and came back for a couple of fillings by Dr. Holmes. These services were above and beyond what I expected. The professional care I received had me in and out in record time with an insignificant amount of discomfort and no concerns after I left. I am so happy to have found five star dental care in Porters Neck.
I had a wonderful experience here on my first visit. I was completely made to feel comfortable, I was informed all along the way and made to feel at ease despite the fact that I have high anxiety. The appointment flowed well and I am really so happy with results. I had delayed making a change when my dentist retired and now I’m sorry I delayed! Very positive experience.

It was my first time having a major procedure and the environment was safe, inviting and comfortable. I experienced almost no pain after the procedure and both the doctor and nurse carefully explained my treatment plan. This was one of my best experiences at a dental office .
I have the wonderful pleasure of going to Riverside Dental for the last few years. I started my cleaning there because of its proximity to my job and the feedback from people around town. I have stayed because of the genuine care I receive every visit, the attention to detail and my hygienist Karen. Every time I go even if it’s 4-6 months they are working with me to make sure my teeth and gums are healthy. They always remember what’s going on in my life and ask questions and again the attention to detail for my health is of utmost importance. Karen also let me test out a Philips Zoom On the Go Whitening pen when I was concerned about the whiteness of my teeth. I really appreciate this office and I will continue to recommend them to my friends and co workers!

Staff and doctor are courteous and address concerns. Feel I am getting comprehensive care. The office and exam rooms are clean and organized. Also, They take my Medicare insurance!!!
Went to Smile Stones for a crown and the experience was amazing. The staff was awesome, very welcoming, polite and I received my crown the same day. Dr. Patel and Heather worked diligently to make sure it was placed correctly and my bite was leveled. Definitely a 5 star experience.. they provided me with a warm towel afterwards
I have a deep fear of going to a dentist and for many years did not go, finally I did go to Riccobene at Porters Neck. From the moment I was greeted, she made me feel calm and relaxed. Then returning a week later for actual work on my teeth, Dr. Kennedy was perfect, kind, gentle. I hope anyone with a fear of Dentists could have my experience.
I here been a patient for several years and I recently moved to Morrisville NC. I decided to drive back to Rocky Mount to remain with this office. Dr Ali Nasir is a very good dentist and thoroughly explained all of the procedures during my last visit. He is very patient and respectful to his patients. Super friendly. What I like most is how caring and gentle the staff is. It’s been a long while since I’d been to the dentist and they were so very understanding about life, family, jobs getting in the way before taking care of myself and not the least judgmental. Went in for extreme pain in my jaw and got tested super quickly and the Doctor did an awesome job of keeping me calm! Also his assistant was absolutely incredible! Loved the whole experience and I'm usually terrified of the dentist!
Doctor Pike provided excellent care on short notice; taking the time to address my every concern and fix my dental issue, so I could travel the next day.

I was so nervous to have my wisdom teeth pulled but the team here was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to give me peace of mind both before and after my procedure. They were also fast and flexible with my schedule.
Dr Nazario is the best Dentist ever Be complete so much dental work on my mouth without any pain at all he have great chair side manners and I will definitely refer him to all my family and friends

Kaitlin is my hygienist and she is amazing! She always does a great job and is super knowledgeable and super friendly!She even mom lectured me on the importance of flossing, lol. I really feel like the staff there actually cares about my oral hygiene. They made my experience pleasant and I definitely would recommend them!
Have always been great with our 3 boys. Staff is understanding of anxiety and that is amazing 👏 Dr. Resner is amazing! The only thing I would suggest and it's not a complaint, is that there should be better communication among staff so that there's no confusion on what's being wrongfully told to the patients and parents. There's been some confusion about certain circumstances, but this place is amazing and I would recommend them to any and everyone! Thanks for your great service 👍
We’ve gone to Riccobene for years and always had a good experience, but nothing to rave about until recently. Let me tell you, Dr. Garner is a true gem! You can tell she loves what she does and loves the kids and making the dentist a fun experience. My son, who is 8 and had so much fear for years of going to the dentist just absolutely loved her! He had to have several cavities treated and Dr. Garner and the staff made it a breeze for him! During the treatment he even told her how good she is at her job! Thank you Dr. Garner for making it a great experience!
My daughter had her wisdom teeth out recently and we just went to her follow up appointment today. Everyone was very professional, helpful, and caring. They told me what to expect and talked me through the entire process. I was nervous because her teeth were impacted and sideways but everything went well. I would definitely recommend this office.
Dr. Parker is amazing! Today, I had my first cavity filling. The hygienist and Dr. Parker were so attentive and patient to walk me through every step. It was a seamless and painless process. I truly feel comfortable and confident at this dentist office. I highly recommend for all ages!

Excellent hygienist did a great job for me - gentle cleaning, and she had a great personality! Dr Smith did a thorough checkup and found an issue that had been overlooked by previous dentists for many years! Highly recommend this dental office for great customer service, professionalism, and high quality dental work!
The staff overall Has been polite and understanding. Don't judge your teeth; they give you advice. I've been to about a total of 6 dentistry, and I don't think I'll be switching anytime soon.
I had not been to a dentist in at least 10 years, maybe 15 years. Staff took good care of me. Dentist was responsive when I said I could feel her working and she addressed it before continuing. That is taking care of your patients!
Excellent office! Another excellent visit today. Dr.Steve does an Amazing job of walking his patients through the steps. Very caring and knowledgeable. Best of all he makes sure his clients' teeth are in tiptop shape. No pain either. Cynthia Dr.Steve's dent assist was so customer oriented. Very attentive to her patients. Thank you all very much.

My experience at Complete Dental has always been excellent from the front desk staff to the Dental Assistant, Dental Hygienist and Dr. Gough! I love the precautionary measures the office takes by calling when you arrive, being taken back to your room and the cleanliness of the facility. I’m so thankful for Dr. Gough and her staff for always putting a smile on my face.

The courtesy and patience means alit when your at any doctors or dentist appointment and it is very well executed from the sign in to the procedure. I really love coming here for all my dental needs and yes I have convinced my husband and children to switch over to Riccobene for their dental needs. I want to thank the Dentists and staff at Riccobene and Associates of West Cary for their terrific service. During the week between Christmas & New Years, I had severe tooth pain. They took me in the next day thanks to a cancelled appointment. I had to get a root canal in one tooth and a wisdom tooth pulled! They were gentle, caring and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!
All aspects of my appointment were superb.The receptionist was expecting me and was very polite.I was called back to see the doctor before I could finish the paperwork.The doctor evaluated my problem ,discussed my options and we settled on a plan which was promptly executed in a very professional way.The doctor explained the procedure as he worked. The results greatly exceeded my expectations and the fee was very reasonable. I am happy to say I have a new dentist in whom I have confidence.
I haven’t seen a dentist in 17+yrs out of fear. My first visit and It was only my exam/x-rays, but I felt an inner comfort…when I go back, I don’t think I’ll be afraid. Everyone was pleasant, patient. Seems to be very well organized. They help with insurance and they offer SUNBIT for payment plans. My only suggestion would be to get a dental surgeon on premises so you don’t need to go to elsewhere for that. Totally one stop shopping would be awsome.
Dr Rich and his staff are awesome. I build up plaque quite easily, and Karen does a fabulous job of cleaning my teeth. She's very professional and makes you feel at ease during the entire process. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Chanel Prince and the various associates provided excellent caring service. I was very impressed with the teamwork and speedy rendering of each procedure. They were knowledgeable, energetic and rendered professional dental care with a fresh flair!! Cute humor was added that relaxed all my anxieties....LOL
I just visited today and had an amazing service. Starting from the tech who did my x-ray to the hygienist, Quiana, to the Dr. They were wonderful and amazing. I have definitely found the right dental office for my family and I.
I recently took my 90 year old mom to Riccobene and I can't believe that going to the dentist could be such a great experience. We both actually felt at home being treated so kindly by every staff person, lots of smiles and laughter. At the same time everyone was very professional in explaining all the procedures and even letting my mom who had been a dental hygienist back in the day look at her X-ray pictures. Mom's treatment plan was discussed thoroughly and looking forward to our return visit.
Great Atmosphere , Great Personality, very Professional environment, Great Service and Fantastic Customer Service. And excellent Place to get whatever needs to be done to your Teeth and Mouth.
10! Wonderful experience my sons first appointment Debra was AMAZING, made my son feel comfortable !!! The Dr. Gaddy was phenomenal, gave me great walk through of X-rays! So kid friendly! Everyone had great vibes!! No tears he loved it!!! If you have kids they will love this dentist! The decor & kid show on was everything!
I will have to admit that after countless dentists that I've been to throughout the span of 20 years this is the best .. If you are like myself and let your teeth not get the attention that it needs due to having intense anxiety over the needle I will tell you that these ladies are talented, patient, caring, and funny which helps with the thought of having the shot or the work being done .. Thanks Dr T , and Barbara I have a great smile because of you , but Dr Hunt is a good dude but he smells a little funny (kinda like a cavity) 😂 but a good Dr I'm very pleased with the whole team

Today I went for a second opinion and consultation at my local office of Riccobene. They were wonderful. I wasn't sure before I went in, because I knew it was a large practice and possibly more corporate as a result. But the level of personalization and knowledge of the staff were both amazing. Thanks to the great experience, I will be able to get dental surgery done completely in-house and not pay an arm and a leg for a specialist.
