I went in for a deep cleaning and fillings with sedation, and it was the most amazing experience I've ever had at a dentist. The staff was incredibly kind, reassuring me every step of the way and making sure I understood what to expect after the sedation. The entire process was quick and easy. If you have dental anxiety, this is definitely the place to go! 10/10 experience.
A lovely office with a friendly staff and the latest technology used by highly skilled doctors - I've been a client for 20 years and can't imagine changing.

I visited this dental clinic for the first time today, and was thoroughly impressed with the staff. My dentist, as well as her assistant, was extremely nice and knowledgeable. Today's visit was to determine the treatment that will be needed. I look forward to returning to complete the work to be done soon.
I am new to NC and found this Dentist researching my insurance and patient reviews. I just had my first visit today and I was very impressed. Everyone was on time and very helpful. They are very up to date on their equipment, even showing off some stuff I had never seen before! My hygienist [...] was great! Very friendly and efficient. I believe I made the right choice for my new dentist!
I was met by friendly staff who explained every treatment recommended, ran my insurance for them, and set appointment dates. The dentist was professional and thorough. AND I appreciated the parking pass in the adjacent lot.

I just had the best dentist experience! I went for my teeth cleaning and exam with w/X-rays, and everyone who worked there was so nice and friendly. The front desk woman, the hygienist assistant, the hygienist, and the Dentist were absolutely amazing!! Going to the dentist usually isn’t a good experience for me, but this time it was, and I felt so comfortable throughout the whole thing. I highly recommend and will 100% be coming back!

I have always been a regular at the dentist, but this is by far the best dentist I have ever been to! They are SO caring and helpful, talk you through everything, and actually care about you as a patient. I recommend them to everyone!

This branch welcomes you so that you feel like family. The ladies are phenomenal. My hygienist was very thorough and explained how to improve my flossing technique.
I've not been real good at coming in as I should ,but the office welcomed me back with a smile. They were more than happy to explain everything I needed to know, asked if I had questions, and spent extra time with me to get a new crown in place.

I moved to Charlotte fairly recently and have been to Riccobene Ballantyne for my past 2 cleanings. The staff is so kind and welcoming. Kelly was my hygienist on my most recent visit and she made the whole experience very comfortable and left my teeth feeling great. Dr. Ge is very clear about what treatment is needed and why. I am very happy about my choice of dentist in Charlotte.

Always a pleasant experience! Dr. Alston is very nice and seems very knowledgeable. I trust brush and floss orthodontics with my son's care. The office is always clean and all the dental assistance and front desk staff are polite and friendly. Everything always operates in a timely manner and we're never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be called to the back. The staff is very accommodating with any requests we have with scheduling appointments or any care related questions. Would certainly recommend.
A cracked tooth with its jagged edges took me to the University Executive Park Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry office. They were able to fit me in the same day, and I received the most excellent care! Smooth tooth filled and completed with no pain, I am so grateful to the dentists who made my visit as quick and comfortable as possible!! Even the office manager was very attentive and helpful! First off nikki at the front desk is amazing she is the sweetest cutest soul. The hygenist i believe her name was elaina took her time and was gentle which i love with having senitive teeth. The dentist himself does not push anything on you which i truly appreciate. Im happy I gave them a shot considering this was my very first dentist experience in columbia.There is also another girl who works there and i apologize im not great with names,but she is a jack of all trades and deserves a mention as well! great staff!
Every aspect of my experience with Riccobene Garner has exceeded my expectations. I was in really bad shape when I started with them, but they fixed all my problems with sedation dentistry. That was 09-2022. I go back every 6 months, and today was one of them. I was again good to go. Thank you to all the great folks who take care of me!!!!!
I've had a wisdom tooth extraction and a root canal done here, and they were both as painless as possible. I've got more procedures coming up and I am significantly less anxious than I was before.
This was my first visit to Riccobene, and I was pleased with my visit. The place is spotless, the staff were accommodating, and my exam was very comprehensive. Afterward, I had no discomfort, and my teeth felt great.
Going to Riccobene associates was an excellent experience. All the staff was so down to earth, I wouldn't mind telling everyone to come to them. Since moving down here from New York we haven't found a dentist office that was friendly and reasonable on prices so I'm glad me and my family found this office. Thank you!
My experience with Riccobene Associates for a basic routine first-time dental appointment (new patient) was the best I have ever experienced. Mindy was very polite and explained in detail everything about the procedures. X-rays were of the state-of-the-art technology, and the cleaning was absolutely pristine and checked by the Dentist himself…
Recently moved to Raleigh, needed a dentist, and Riccobene was recommended. My husband needs a lot of work, so we had to find a proficient practitioner. Well, we found it! From our first appointments, the staff made us feel welcome and totally at ease. Every step is gone over ,and the staff makes sure you understand. They are extremely conscientious regarding cost and insurance. I want to give an A+ to the entire staff, from the doctors to the front desk. I don’t want to do individual shoutouts because I don’t want to leave anyone out! It’s a fabulous team and we highly recommend it !

This was my first visit… from the receptionist who was lovely to the X-ray technician another enjoyable person to the doctor, who listened to me to the hygienist, again was lovely. I felt very comfortable and welcomed to this grand group.

Our family had a the BEST experience at the dentist today! Our hygienist, Brooke, was absolutely amazing—gentle, thorough, and made us all feel incredibly comfortable and beautiful cleaned us up. Gina at the front desk was just as fantastic—welcoming, kind, and so helpful. The entire team was kind, patient, and made us feel comfortable from start to finish. Highly recommend!

The entire team is friendly, professional, and truly makes you feel at ease. Dr. Marone has such a kind, calming manner and takes the time to explain everything clearly, making sure you feel comfortable with each step of your care.
This was by far the BEST experience I have ever had going to the dentist! The staff was incredible - Emily could not have been kinder and more helpful during my booking and check-in - and Carin - my hygienist was exceptional! She was thorough, friendly, and put every bit of my anxiety to rest. Hands down the absolute best I have ever been to. Service from start to finish was amazing. The most professional staff I have ever come across, and they put me and my needs above all else. I have the biggest fear of dentists from previous experiences at other places. But this will be the one and only dentist I ever go to again!
While doctor's visits are not at the top of my list of favorite things, both the staff, dental hygienists, and dentist at this office are wonderful. I had an insurance mess up, and they worked with me to do what they could on their end to check daily, reschedule appointments, and check in with me for status updates. In what was a frustrating situation that was completely out of my hands, they made me feel like they would work with me to find a resolution.
I took my son for a routine consultation, and I really like this place, from the receptionist to the end of the consultation with the dentist, we were very well received and very well attended by the staff.

I have an autoimmune disorder that causes oral blistering and requires quarterly perio-maintenance. I see Luigi Ungria as my dental technician, and he is absolutely awesome. He goes above and beyond to perform my cleanings with a minimum of discomfort. He is very caring and sympathetic to my problem.
This is the best dentist I’ve been to. Everyone I’ve seen has been super nice and even my daughter who is anxious about everything has always had a great experience here. We’ve always felt comfortable and they don’t try to get you to do unnecessary things. I’d definitely recommend them!
I had a great experience getting ALL four of my wisdom teeth removed. Though I was nervous about the surgery, the dentists made me very feel comfortable and at peace. The procedure went by quick and was painless.
Best Dentist I have gone to so far. All the staff are very nice. My husband and I were able to get an appointment very quickly for being new patients. They got us in within the week. The staff also made it so that my husband and I can go at the same time and day. I would recommend them 100%. 😊

I have had a couple of chips on my front tooth that have been bothering me for a few years. I’ve been told by a couple of other dentists that the chips could only be reshaped, but not filled, which I did not want because I wanted my natural tooth shape. The doctor fixed everything so perfectly and made it look exactly like my natural tooth. He respected my wishes not to shave down my natural tooth and talked me through every step. He is extremely patient, professional, and artistic with the tooth compositing. I am so happy and can’t believe how good my teeth look. His assistant was also so patient and warm. I’m very happy and highly recommend!!
I called on a Tuesday to schedule an appointment to be seen as a new patient. However, they didn’t have anything available for six weeks out. But the receptionist called me back within an hour and said they had an available appointment for Thursday, which was great. Today, I would say the visit went well, and no judgment from the staff; everyone was very friendly and respectful…I can’t wait to get my treatment plan started. The hygienist and the assistant were very professional and never passed judgment.

The dentist and assistant were excellent and very patient due to my deafness. They were compassionate enough to communicate via texting. I could have requested an interpreter like last time, but I decided not to since it was only cleaning teeth.
This visit was to start a crown procedure. The visit was punctual and completed very efficiently. The front desk, dental assistant, and dentist were all friendly and professional, making the visit very comfortable. Very happy with the temporary and looking forward to having the permanent crown installed in a couple of weeks.

I loved them and was worried about starting over at a new location. Today was my first experience in Clayto,n which was terrific. Loved my hygienist and the doctor. The entire staff was awesome. I had the best experience here. I needed a root canal done and was having some pretty severe pain and they got me in faster than any other dentist or endodontist in the area. I would have been waiting until June for anywhere else. I have pretty severe panic disorder and they were so supportive and sensitive through the whole process. They were very encouraging and held my hand when I needed it. I would definitely recommend them.

This is a great dentist. Did an appointment on line to find out that it didn't go through. I showed up for my 8:00 am appointment and she told me she couldn't find me, but immediately found me an appointment so that I wouldn't have to reschedule. Didn't have to wait a long time. They are very friendly and efficient.

Going to the dentist can be like going to get an oil change-you go in expecting to get one thing and then they try to upsell you on several other things that you never asked for. After a previous experience with an apparent dollar-focused dental clinic, I was relieved to find in Riccobene an honest, straightforward practice. So here's a quick snapshot of my Riccobene experience. Customer service: Top tier! Ms. Nikki, the office manager, is amazing. She was awesome with handling the transfer of my case. Ms. Aury at the front desk is very warm and welcoming. Dr. Farhan was knowledgeable and polite. Mr. Chris, the dental hygienist, was extremely thorough in my cleaning. Scheduling: On point! Whereas many other offices had a waiting period of up to two months, I was able to get in within a week of calling. Environment: Very elegant decor with the latest cutting-edge technology. Services: Chef's kiss! My deep cleaning left me feeling like a new person. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and am happy to have found my new dental home.

I took my daughter here today after dealing with another pediatric dentist who was unable to treat my daughter due to her high anxiety, and WOW, it was a difference of night and day. They are amazing. They were so good with my daughter that they were able to build rapport and make her feel relaxed. I am so happy and wish I had taken my kids here before. I highly recommend this pediatric dentistry for their professionalism and the care they provide.

The team at Wake Forest Riccobene has been very welcoming to me and my family of 5. The doctor is professional, caring, thoughtful, and has a good sense of humor. His assistants explain everything so well. We have seen both hygienists and even some temps when they were out on vacation, and had nothing but a pleasant experience. The office is very cozy; it's not a huge office, which I like. Don't hesitate to give them a try!!!
My 9 yo daughter got her braces removed today. We had wonderful experience with Dr Bassham for past 1+ years. Initially we were worried to put my daughter on braces at small age. Dr Bassham gentle, caring and friendly approach to children made my daughter very comfortable. Recommend Dr Bassham for any orthodontist needs. She is very knowledgeable and explain treatment information to parents in detail. We have taken many adhoc appointments when teeth were bothering and they took care of it immediately . Front office associates and assisting staffs were very friendly as well.
Riccobene is such a great place to go. I have 3 kids and even though this place isn't a 'pediatric dentist' they are amazing with the kids.
This staff is beyond patient and understanding. The dentist(s) at this location provide detailed, honest answers about care, hygiene. Very thorough anesthesia process; I was their last appointment, and the staff and dentist kept high energy and were mindful of all my concerns about the procedure.
We have had many dentists for our kids, some better than others. We are so happy to have found this practice as every single person we have been treated by has been amazing with kids and outstanding to work with as a parent! No unreasonable wait times or billing shenanigans. We have a wide range of ages and all have done well here.
I had the most wonderful experience at Riccobene Ass. Family Dentistry on yesterday! I've always had dental anxiety because every one that I've visited, always did something wrong, but here, was totally different. My dental hygienist made me feel comfortable and she was very gentle while working on me. She told me everything that she was doing to me from start to finish and listened to my concerns. My dentist was the same - he eased my fears and made me eager to come back for further work that needs to be done so that I can comfortably smile again! When I tell you I've NEVER had a better team of dentistry people I mean it! I can't stop telling people everywhere how compassionate Dr Farhan and his assistant Que were. I'm 62 and still have anxiety at the dentist. But they really did a great job in explaining everything. Also the front desk, Ms Nikki is marvelous! she helped me with everything! This is a Family of people who are Ginuwine. Kudos again🙌🏽💯🥰
Dr. Bassham did a great job figuring out the right course of action for correcting my child’s teeth. He was beginning to not smile because of teasing at school and she took our concerns very seriously and came up with a great plan. She showed him patience and kindness even when he kept breaking the braces 😬 Treatment took longer because of that but we finally got there and he now has a bright, beautiful smile. He is extremely happy with the end result and so are we. Dr. Bassham was great to work with.
I was referred to Riccobene Denistry by a friend, and they were Awesome. I was going on vacation soon and needed to get in quickly ( I had just moved here and didn’t have a dentist yet). I called and got an appointment in a day. Everyone was extremely professional and friendly. They were very knowledgeable and provided several recommendations for my care. I will be going back for treatment, and I highly recommend them.

I’ve been coming here for years now (about 5) and have had great experience each time. Very pleasant front desk, dental assistants, and dentist (and anyone else I missed) have all been wonderful. They also don’t seem to recommend work that doesn’t need to be done, but only what is needed. I drive here from Gastonia just to keep coming here!
A great dentist. I went in for a routine cleaning, but mentioned a small concern. The hygienist thoroughly investigated, and we ended up with a dentist consultation, discovering a slightly cracked tooth. Really happy with my treatment.
Six-month check-up this morning went very well at Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry - Southport. Took me back or slightly before my appointment time. Cleaning and polishing went well, and the dentist had good things to say as well. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly!
After some bad experiences led to a severe phobia of the dentist, I avoided going for years. When I finally came back, Riccobene did a great job of helping me get caught up on my dental care and offered sedation that made returning much easier. I was diagnosed with lung cancer and can no longer receive most types of dental sedation (especially nitrous), but Riccobene's hygienists are so gentle and patient that I've been able to keep up with my regular cleanings without any undue fear or discomfort. I really appreciate how much they've helped me get back on top of my dental health.

Very pleased with the Mebane location. It is very difficult to find a dental clinic willing to deal with the VA, but they do it with grace and a smile. I never have to wait long for my appointment, and the staff is so warm and welcoming. I’m very happy with this office.

I had a very enjoyable time at my appointment. I also came to them for a previous filling that had cracked, and now I had a hole in my tooth. The dentist was amazing! The office was able to schedule me sooner than later. I also couldn’t have asked for a better Dentist! He was knowledgeable, and you can tell he was a perfectionist who took pride in great work. Excellent customer service; very clean facility; knowledgeable staff; positive experience. Chris was my hygienist and I really enjoyed him. He is clearly an expert in his field but also was very gentle and calming in his work. Dr. Farhan was also a pleasure to work with; he took his time explaining my dental status.
