Dr. Morgan is amazing! She is very informative, and emphatic. My daughters teeth look outstanding! The ladies that assist her are also awesome. Overall we had a great experience in her care.
This was my first time going to Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry. It was super clean, and everyone was super friendly! I loved my dental hygienist; she is fantastic! The dentist was very kind and very professional! If you're looking for the best dentist, please don't look any further! You’re in the right place!
A great start towards my new smile 😁😁😁. I had another amazing experience yesterday on the 24th January. I was scheduled for one tooth extraction, but it was so pleasant and the Dentist technic was so enjoyable, to include his bedside manner along with his technician. I asked Dr Farhan if I could just have my other tooth that needed pulling. Pulled right now. So the procedure again was successful and a joy. No problems what so ever. They got a special kind of skill going on with the entire team at RiccoBene Associates. Thank again for a wonderful experience.
I just had the best dentist experience! I went for my teeth cleaning and exam with w/X-rays, and everyone who worked there was so nice and friendly. The front desk woman, the hygienist assistant, the hygienist, and the Dentist were absolutely amazing!! Going to the dentist usually isn’t a good experience for me, but this time it was, and I felt so comfortable throughout the whole thing. I highly recommend and will 100% be coming back!
Becoming a patient at Riccobene was a wonderful experience. The dental professionals are extremely well-trained and knowledgeable. I received several recommendations that will improve my overall dental health. Everyone is so kind and personable. This was an extraordinary, reassuring experience.
What a wonderful experience from the minute I walked in the door at Riccobene and Associates in Leland. I had been trying to get a dental problem taken care of for a year at another office, and things were worse than when I started. I decided to stop at the Leland office, and it was like day and night from the minute I walked in, the ladies up front were genuinely nice and helpful!
As always, Riccobene hits it out of the ballpark! My orthodontics a bit less painful when the staff are so wonderful and feel like friends! Go Dr. Papio, Lynn, Jenn and Delia! THANK YOU!

This was one of the best experiences I have had in my life in a long time. They go above and beyond to make sure you understand! And I like that they’re honest and will help you plan for the future! They were very friendly and outgoing and the services were nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend this dentist office to everyone and they also have night appointments.
Such a great experience! My hygienist made me feel so comfortable and did a very thorough cleaning of my teeth. The doctor was awesome! He provided me with all the information I needed to understand my dental health! I really love the atmosphere of the office. Everyone was so pleasant and uplifting, and it was refreshing coming from a not-so-great dental office. I really appreciate the staff at Riccobene, and this will certainly be my new dentist location!
As someone with severe dental anxiety, I have never felt more comfortable at a dental office. The entire staff was incredibly helpful and compassionate. Everyone took their time to explain what they were going to do, what they recommended going forward and gave me time to ask questions.
They are very attentive, efficient. Their dentist are very nice and kind. My daughter had a great experience.
Receptionist was welcoming a plus! She knew her stuff concerning insurance. The hygienist was friendly, and when she stepped away, she indicated she would be right back, preparing another patient. The dentist is excellent seen her before, and it’s always genuine. I am a Medical Office Manager, and my experience with Riccobene Dentistry is outstanding. This was an emergency appointment got me right in the same day. Thank you for all you do, it’s noticed!
Just had a wisdom tooth removal with these guys and what a great experience! Professional, attentive, and great bedside manners. The process was easy and the doctor talked to me throughout the entire time. I felt comfortable and safe. Super happy with my experience overall and wouldn’t dare go anywhere other than here for my future removals/oral needs.
I love Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry. I have been with Courtney my hygienist for years now. Since she worked at the Wakefield location. Today's visit was just so amazing. From not being able to go to the dentist in 2020 for covid reasons. Then being afraid to come to the dentist must of 2021 for covid reasons. Needless to say my dental routine was thrown off. Today my appointment needed more time then they anticipated so they wanted to reschedule me. With no luck finding anything close. Courtney decided to stay late today and offered me to come back at 4pm. That was such a great gesture. With my busy work schedule and today being a work holiday for me. That was just amazing. I couldn't Thank her enough. Then the front desk checked me out allowef me to pay then so I wouldn't have to check out after my appointment later. There were no surprises. I came back at 4pm. Didn't wait at all and Courtney took great care of me. I am so grateful for everyone at the Clayton office. Riccobene has been great not only for me but my whole family. We have been to the Wakefield, Knightdale, Falls of Neuse, and Clayton location all great. Thanks guys I really appreciate you all.

This was my first visit to Riccobene, and I was pleased with my visit. The place is spotless, the staff were accommodating, and my exam was very comprehensive. Afterward, I had no discomfort, and my teeth felt great.
The Monkey Junction Riccobene location is awesome!! I’ve been to other locations and did not like them as much as this one… Super friendly and informative! My insurance didn’t cover two recommendations for teeth grinding, and they provided me with options with pricing. Just overall a 10/10 experience!

Everyone in this office is lovely to work with. They are understanding and do their best to meet your needs. They are friendly, funny, and easy-going, while remaining completely professional!
My 9 yo daughter got her braces removed today. We had wonderful experience with Dr Bassham for past 1+ years. Initially we were worried to put my daughter on braces at small age. Dr Bassham gentle, caring and friendly approach to children made my daughter very comfortable. Recommend Dr Bassham for any orthodontist needs. She is very knowledgeable and explain treatment information to parents in detail. We have taken many adhoc appointments when teeth were bothering and they took care of it immediately . Front office associates and assisting staffs were very friendly as well.
This was by far the BEST experience I have ever had going to the dentist! The staff was incredible - Emily could not have been kinder and more helpful during my booking and check-in - and Carin - my hygienist was exceptional! She was thorough, friendly, and put every bit of my anxiety to rest. Dr. Adam Smigiel (and Stella of course!) made the whole experience a joy and I left feeling amazed and grateful to find my new dentist!
First off nikki at the front desk is amazing she is the sweetest cutest soul. The hygenist i believe her name was elaina took her time and was gentle which i love with having senitive teeth. The dentist himself does not push anything on you which i truly appreciate. Im happy I gave them a shot considering this was my very first dentist experience in columbia.There is also another girl who works there and i apologize im not great with names,but she is a jack of all trades and deserves a mention as well! great staff!
My grandson has sensory issues, but is very comfortable with the providers at this office. They are great and keep up with my teenagers. I think it's a great office for families.
My experience with Riccobene Associates for a basic routine first-time dental appointment (new patient) was the best I have ever experienced. Mindy was very polite and explained in detail everything about the procedures. X-rays were of the state-of-the-art technology, and the cleaning was absolutely pristine and checked by the Dentist himself…
I had a tooth chip while on vacation. It wasn’t painful, so I decided to wait till I could get back to Riccobene and Associates. Everyone there is so helpful. I got an appointment right away and got the issue taken care of quickly. The Dr. does great work.
As always, the service was timely and of high quality. My dental hygienist was professional, skilled, and friendly. The entire staff was welcoming, attentive, and prompt in addressing any requests.
I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Papio and her incredible team! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for by everyone in the office. Dr. Papio’s expertise with Invisalign was clear from the start, and I couldn’t be happier with my results – my smile has never looked better!
I've not been real good at coming in as I should ,but the office welcomed me back with a smile. They were more than happy to explain everything I needed to know, asked if I had questions, and spent extra time with me to get a new crown in place.
I had a great experience getting ALL four of my wisdom teeth removed. Though I was nervous about the surgery, the dentists made me very feel comfortable and at peace. The procedure went by quick and was painless.
After years of ducking the dentist I finally decided to go, I was nervous because who knows what they are going to tell me and that sharp hook tool makes me uneasy lol. The staff was so warm and inviting and the dental assistant really helped me relax and not worry. Fast forward to 6 months after my first visit my gums are healthy and teeth looking better than ever. Best dentist office ever!!!
I’ve been going to Dr. Jakubek’s office for almost a decade now. His team is friendly and always ready for each appointment. And he does amazing work! I had him replace some crowns I got when I was younger and they looked much better than what I had. I highly recommend him for your dental needs.
I’ve been coming here for years now (about 5) and have had great experience each time. Very pleasant front desk, dental assistants, and dentist (and anyone else I missed) have all been wonderful. They also don’t seem to recommend work that doesn’t need to be done, but only what is needed. I drive here from Gastonia just to keep coming here!
Riccobene is my favorite dentist to visit routinely! Though there are many offices, I have frequented the Garner location for years. The staff is somehow always consistently kind, patient, helpful and it is kept clean. [...] Always a five-star experience for me!
Just had my first visit to Riccobene Associates in Wake Forest, and they went above and beyond in my opinion. I had scheduled a cleaning, and the dental hygienist was thorough in her examination and, as a new patient, thankfully asked how long ago I enrolled in my dental insurance before she performed the cleaning. When I said we switched dental insurance 5 months ago, she double-checked with the office manager on my insurance coverage. The office manager was caring and polite, and informed me that my insurance would not cover a cleaning until after the first six months of coverage. She let me schedule a cleaning for one month later instead. This shows me that they care about not just their patients' dental health but also saving them money when they can. I, for one, really appreciated that. I will be back.
Always receive great care. Always able to get appointments quickly when necessary. Very attentive and detailed and make sure everything is expertly and carefully done, and always willing to answer questions and explain treatments fully.
5/5 stars. This was my first time to the dentist in years, So naturally I was nervous; however, the staff was so friendly and well coordinated I felt so comfortable immediately. I can tell they enjoy working there and as someone who has anxiety about every little detail they put my mind at ease.
Completely impressed and Thankful! Yesterday afternoon, my crown fell out.I recently moved to a new state and hadn’t selected a dental office. I called Riccobene in a panic. They were able to get me in this morning! They were all very nice and easy to work with. The doctor was professional, friendly, and able to reset my crown. I am completely thrilled! Thank you!
I was met by friendly staff who explained every treatment recommended, ran my insurance for them, and set appointment dates. The dentist was professional and thorough. AND I appreciated the parking pass in the adjacent lot.
I am new to NC and found this Dentist researching my insurance and patient reviews. I just had my first visit today and I was very impressed. Everyone was on time and very helpful. They are very up to date on their equipment, even showing off some stuff I had never seen before! My hygienist [...] was great! Very friendly and efficient. I believe I made the right choice for my new dentist!
I had to have three small fillings today. It was painless, performed very professionally, the dentist explained everything to me during the procedure, and it did not take a long time. I was very pleased.

Such an amazing job. Although I was so nervous before coming in and while sitting in the chair getting prepared, the dentist made sure to make me feel very comfortable and at ease. They made my smile brand new better than ever, and it honestly looks better than it looked before.

While doctor's visits are not at the top of my list of favorite things, both the staff, dental hygienists, and dentist at this office are wonderful. I had an insurance mess up, and they worked with me to do what they could on their end to check daily, reschedule appointments, and check in with me for status updates. In what was a frustrating situation that was completely out of my hands, they made me feel like they would work with me to find a resolution.
I've had a wisdom tooth extraction and a root canal done here, and they were both as painless as possible. I've got more procedures coming up and I am significantly less anxious than I was before.
I contacted Riccobene Family Dentistry Sept 4, 2025, regarding a toothache I was experiencing. They were very accommodating and scheduled me for an appointment the very next day, which I truly appreciated. Upon arrival, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel comfortable right away. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I didn’t have to wait long before being seen.
Recently had a dental emergency and was having a lot of pain with a crown not fitting quite right and the office staff got me in less than 24 hours after I called and the dentist adjusted my crown in no time and I was feeling better in less than an hour. [...] If you need any work done, absolutely give them a call. You'll have an amazing experience from the incredibly kind ladies at the front desk to the talented dental staff.

My mother, my daughter, and I go here for all of our dental needs. My daughter has major anxiety, and going to the dentist is a challenge. She does well with cleaning and exams. But she recently had to get cavities filled. Her anxiety got the best of her, and she had to reschedule her visit. Today, we went, and the ENTIRE staff that we interacted with was amazing. They were patient with her, they were caring, and they answered all of her questions. She got in and out in under an hour. They took their time and made her feel so comfortable and at ease. This will forever be our dental home!

I had the most wonderful experience at Riccobene Ass. Family Dentistry on yesterday! I've always had dental anxiety because every one that I've visited, always did something wrong, but here, was totally different. My dental hygienist made me feel comfortable and she was very gentle while working on me. She told me everything that she was doing to me from start to finish and listened to my concerns. My dentist was the same - he eased my fears and made me eager to come back for further work that needs to be done so that I can comfortably smile again! Normally, I don’t do too many of these, but to the ladies that helped my daughter Raina today…you truly are amazing. This is never an easy day for parents with a special needs children who are terrified of the dentist for no reason. We appreciate you more than you know.
I had the best experience here. I needed a root canal done and was having some pretty severe pain and they got me in faster than any other dentist or endodontist in the area. I would have been waiting until June for anywhere else. I have pretty severe panic disorder and they were so supportive and sensitive through the whole process. They were very encouraging and held my hand when I needed it. I would definitely recommend them.

Six-month check-up this morning went very well at Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry - Southport. Took me back or slightly before my appointment time. Cleaning and polishing went well, and the dentist had good things to say as well. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly!
Best Dentist I have gone to so far. All the staff are very nice. My husband and I were able to get an appointment very quickly for being new patients. They got us in within the week. The staff also made it so that my husband and I can go at the same time and day. I would recommend them 100%. 😊
This was my family's and my first visit to this office. We will definitely be making this office our home office. The entire staff was amazing. Very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and straight to the point about what services we needed and didn’t overwhelm us with a lot of unnecessary services that my prior dentist's office listed for us.

When I tell you I've NEVER had a better team of dentistry people I mean it! I can't stop telling people everywhere how compassionate Dr Farhan and his assistant Que were. I'm 62 and still have anxiety at the dentist. But they really did a great job in explaining everything. Also the front desk, Ms Nikki is marvelous! she helped me with everything! This is a Family of people who are Ginuwine. Kudos again🙌🏽💯🥰
I visited this dental clinic for the first time today, and was thoroughly impressed with the staff. My dentist, as well as her assistant, was extremely nice and knowledgeable. Today's visit was to determine the treatment that will be needed. I look forward to returning to complete the work to be done soon.

My hygienist is amazing! Great energy, very gentle. She listens to your sensitivities and never causes pain. Bedside manner on point! She is such a lovely person. I request her every time because I went from anxiety-ridden tension to relaxed and comfortable with her. She is healing my trauma with dentistry. Such a pleasant experience every time. This beautiful soul needs a raise for sure. She goes above and beyond.

This is the best dentist I’ve been to. Everyone I’ve seen has been super nice and even my daughter who is anxious about everything has always had a great experience here. We’ve always felt comfortable and they don’t try to get you to do unnecessary things. I’d definitely recommend them!
I had an excellent first visit for dentures. Dr. Riccobene went above and beyond to get my imprints correct. My mouth is small and he adjusted the trays. I definitely recommend him and his staff. They were friendly, professional and kind.

My mom has early-stage dementia, so there’s an internal anxiety associated with doctors' offices. The Riccobene staff was exceptional in comforting my mom throughout her dental procedure. Special thanks to the assistant who provided Mom a blanket, chapstick, and assistance to the restroom. I am her caretaker, but it’s nice to have others who care as well. Thank you all!
For the past year+, Ive been working with Dr.Morgan on the orthodontist side, and she's been absolutely WONDERFUL!!! She's caring, gentle, a perfectionist, and everything you'd want in a orthodontist! Highly recommend and going to miss her after this Invisalign journey
Today was my first visit to this dentist. It was a wonderful experience. I get very anxious when I go to the dentist but the staff there made me feel comfortable. The dentist and dental hygienist were both very gentle. The office was very clean. Staff were very friendly and professional. They explained everything before doing it, which was very important to me, and it helped me to feel more relaxed.
It was my first time here, and it was great, just from the front desk to dental assistance and the dentist, everyone was really professional and took great care of me, and I'm looking forward to continuing with Riccobene to get that confident smile back.

When I tell you this office is the best in the area, I am not exaggerating. My family and I just transferred here in the spring due to the lack of standard care at another facility, and Riccobene has far exceeded our expectations. Kind staff, check. Convenient location, check. Efficient and high level of care during the procedure, double check. If you’re tired of waiting months to get into your dentist's office only to forget you scheduled 6 months down the road, then you really need to do yourself a favor and give this office a call.

My total experience was exceptional. My oral examination was precise, and my discussion with the staff was clear with respect to the areas I needed to pay attention to after my visit. I spoke with people who were familiar with me and who genuinely care for my well-being.
My dental hygienist made me feel comfortable the entire time she cleaned my teeth! She also engaged in conversation, which really calmed me down. She answered all of my questions during my visit and even got me scheduled quickly to get my cavity filled. The front desk staff is also very nice and attentive!
A lovely office with a friendly staff and the latest technology used by highly skilled doctors - I've been a client for 20 years and can't imagine changing.
Dr. Bassham did a great job figuring out the right course of action for correcting my child’s teeth. He was beginning to not smile because of teasing at school and she took our concerns very seriously and came up with a great plan. She showed him patience and kindness even when he kept breaking the braces 😬 Treatment took longer because of that but we finally got there and he now has a bright, beautiful smile. He is extremely happy with the end result and so are we. Dr. Bassham was great to work with.
I called on a Tuesday to schedule an appointment to be seen as a new patient. However, they didn’t have anything available for six weeks out. But the receptionist called me back within an hour and said they had an available appointment for Thursday, which was great. Today, I would say the visit went well, and no judgment from the staff; everyone was very friendly and respectful…I can’t wait to get my treatment plan started. The hygienist and the assistant were very professional and never passed judgment.

My 15yo had his wisdom teeth removed here. Not only did I save money, my son loved everyone who helped us. He was nervous about the shots, but didn't even feel them! His mouth barely hurt afterward & that says a lot about the care he got during the procedure. When a 15yo doesn't complain you know he actually was doing ok. He liked them so much he wants to use them as his regular dentist. Thank you for taking such good care of my kid.
The staff is absolutely wonderful. They are very nice and take their time with you. My daughter had a bad experience at her previous dentist, and when I explained that to them. They were very understanding and very gentle. I appreciate them and highly recommend this office.
I have always been a regular at the dentist, but this is by far the best dentist I have ever been to! They are SO caring and helpful, talk you through everything, and actually care about you as a patient. I recommend them to everyone!
