Love this office so much! I’ve been going here since I was a kid. I moved an hour away and tried a new dentist, but then came right back. They’re always so nice, and my teeth always feel clean after my visit!
My dental hygienist made me feel comfortable the entire time she cleaned my teeth! She also engaged in conversation, which really calmed me down. She answered all of my questions during my visit and even got me scheduled quickly to get my cavity filled. The front desk staff is also very nice and attentive!
We are so happy to have found a GREAT dentist's office! They were able to accommodate my whole family in one afternoon, within a week of first calling. Everyone at the office was so kind and friendly, as if we had known each other for years. I could not recommend this office more! 5+ stars!

Best Cleaning I’ve had in a long time!!! My hygienist was very thorough, and you can tell she took pride in what she did and how her work was. My teeth felt amazing after and still do. I had a very enjoyable time at my appointment. I also came to them for a previous filling that had cracked, and now I had a hole in my tooth. The dentist was amazing! The office was able to schedule me sooner than later. I also couldn’t have asked for a better Dentist! He was knowledgeable, and you can tell he was a perfectionist who took pride in great work. I was in good hands. My tooth feels amazing and is back to being normal. I won’t be seeing anyone else. Great staff, very helpful, polite, and professional. Thank you so much to everyone there!
Six-month check-up this morning went very well at Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry - Southport. Took me back or slightly before my appointment time. Cleaning and polishing went well, and the dentist had good things to say as well. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly!
Receptionist was welcoming a plus! She knew her stuff concerning insurance. The hygienist was friendly, and when she stepped away, she indicated she would be right back, preparing another patient. The dentist is excellent seen her before, and it’s always genuine. I am a Medical Office Manager, and my experience with Riccobene Dentistry is outstanding. This was an emergency appointment got me right in the same day. Thank you for all you do, it’s noticed!
Dr Morgan is thorough, kind, and the epitome of everything a great dentist should be. We are grateful for her patience and gentle way with both of our children. We won’t be going anywhere else so long as she is here!

From making the initial call to the office visit to the staff, this was an amazing experience and I don’t say that lightly because I hate going to the dentist! The staff was friendly. The place was clean. They were extremely understanding, no judgment Zone no shaming, no guilt. …Highly recommend!

The staff at Riccobene are excellent! Quiana is an AMAZING dental tech. It was the best cleaning experience I ever had! I especially liked the extra care she took to clean around my bottom front teeth permanent retainer. NO ONE has ever used the tech scaling she used. Moreover, she was personable, patient, and professional!! Thank you!!

Great experience and wonderful staff! It was my first time here, and I called in and needed an appointment ASAP. Nikki was so helpful and kind to squeeze me in their schedule the same day. The front desk staff makes you feel right at home immediately when you walk in the door. The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team are outstanding! My experience with Riccobene Associates for a basic routine first-time dental appointment (new patient) was the best I have ever experienced. Mindy was very polite and explained in detail everything about the procedures. X-rays were of the state-of-the-art technology, and the cleaning was absolutely pristine and checked by the Dentist himself…
I took my daughter here today after dealing with another pediatric dentist who was unable to treat my daughter due to her high anxiety, and WOW, it was a difference of night and day. They are amazing. They were so good with my daughter that they were able to build rapport and make her feel relaxed. I am so happy and wish I had taken my kids here before. I highly recommend this pediatric dentistry for their professionalism and the care they provide.
This branch welcomes you so that you feel like family. The ladies are phenomenal. My hygienist was very thorough and explained how to improve my flossing technique.

I've been to many establishments in my lifetime, and I am here to tell you that Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry has to customer service. I've been here twice on behalf of my son. As I sit in the waiting area, the receptionist greets every single person as if this is her home. I haven't seen this type of treatment in years! Keep up the great work

I had such a great experience at Riccobene! Aury + Nikki in the front were both so kind and helpful. I have a lot of nerves when it comes to the dentist, and they both made me feel welcomed and calm. Chris, my hygienist, was very friendly and thorough. Dr. Farhan was great as well, and talked me through the whole process and treatment. Both of them were very knowledgeable and helpful! I had a great experience getting ALL four of my wisdom teeth removed. Though I was nervous about the surgery, the dentists made me very feel comfortable and at peace. The procedure went by quick and was painless.
Just had a wisdom tooth removal with these guys and what a great experience! Professional, attentive, and great bedside manners. The process was easy and the doctor talked to me throughout the entire time. I felt comfortable and safe. Super happy with my experience overall and wouldn’t dare go anywhere other than here for my future removals/oral needs.
The front desk staff was efficient, gracious, and greeted me by name and eye contact. I found that all staff members were the same as above. They continuously asked if I was comfortable and asked if the procedures were causing pain. This was a great experience for me as I am “dentist phobic”.

We have had many dentists for our kids, some better than others. We are so happy to have found this practice as every single person we have been treated by has been amazing with kids and outstanding to work with as a parent! No unreasonable wait times or billing shenanigans. We have a wide range of ages and all have done well here.
I brought my mom, who has Alzheimer's, to them when we moved her here. They have been so patient and kind and gentle with her. They have done everything they can to help her feel comfortable, safe and heard. They have answered her questions, sometimes the same ones over and over. I just really appreciate the effort because I know it's tough. I am so grateful for their care and support!
Excellent customer service; very clean facility; knowledgeable staff; positive experience. Chris was my hygienist and I really enjoyed him. He is clearly an expert in his field but also was very gentle and calming in his work. Dr. Farhan was also a pleasure to work with; he took his time explaining my dental status. He was also patient in allowing me to ask questions. And finally, I don't remember the front desk staff members' names but they were SO NICE and welcoming! I recommend this practice!
I contacted Riccobene Family Dentistry Sept 4, 2025, regarding a toothache I was experiencing. They were very accommodating and scheduled me for an appointment the very next day, which I truly appreciated. Upon arrival, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel comfortable right away. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I didn’t have to wait long before being seen.
Riccobene Associates was an awesome New Patient experience for me. The entire staff was friendly and professional, and they made me feel as though I had been visiting their office all along. After my treatment, I was given a fresh, warm handcloth to clean my face with. This is the first dentist's office I have ever visited that did that. They are first class all the way!!! New location is very nice with state of the art equipment. Very thorough cleaning with suggestions on keeping up on flossing. Dental examination was also meticulous and focused on a few areas to keep an eye on. Excellent staff.

First off, I am a little nervous going to the dentist but was right away put at ease by Ms. Aury at the front desk. Such a pleasure to check in with and talk to. Wait time was very short, about 5 minutes and Ms. Giselle called me back. Never experienced a first appointment as pleasant as this. Professional but not overly so, provided the human part of the evaluation too. She totally eased all of my apprehension. Then Dr. Farhan did his exam. He listened to my concerns then explained everything to me and suggested a plan of attack. This was the best first appointment experience at a dentist I have ever had. Think I have found my permanent dentist… Wish I could give the whole office ten stars

Recently moved to Raleigh, needed a dentist, and Riccobene was recommended. My husband needs a lot of work, so we had to find a proficient practitioner. Well, we found it! From our first appointments, the staff made us feel welcome and totally at ease. Every step is gone over ,and the staff makes sure you understand. They are extremely conscientious regarding cost and insurance. I want to give an A+ to the entire staff, from the doctors to the front desk. I don’t want to do individual shoutouts because I don’t want to leave anyone out! It’s a fabulous team and we highly recommend it !

Got me in for a next-day emergency appointment as a new patient. The dentist and the whole staff were very professional and kind. The office was very clean and modern. The check-in and out process was simple. My exam was thorough, and treatment and options were thoroughly explained.
This was my first visit to Riccobene in Greensboro, NC. I went for a routine exam, cleaning, and X-rays, and Nicole, my hygienist, is the best!! I can honestly say this is the best teeth cleaning I've ever had! Excellent experience. Doctor and receptionist are super too!
First off nikki at the front desk is amazing she is the sweetest cutest soul. The hygenist i believe her name was elaina took her time and was gentle which i love with having senitive teeth. The dentist himself does not push anything on you which i truly appreciate. Im happy I gave them a shot considering this was my very first dentist experience in columbia.There is also another girl who works there and i apologize im not great with names,but she is a jack of all trades and deserves a mention as well! great staff!
This was my first visit to Riccobene Dentistry, and they did not disappoint! I needed to find a new dentist in the NETWORK due to retirement and chose them by reading their stellar reviews. My hygienist was the most efficient dental hygienist I have ever had clean my teeth with no unpleasantness. I really liked my dentist, who was also very pleasant and informative. Staff is friendly and educated my son well on taking care of his braces and now retainer. Orthodontist friendly. Smiling. My son loved her. My son hated to smile because of his front tooth not wanting to come in. Once braces was placed on and his tooth was coming in. My son started smiling more. Now he just smiles and dont hide it. This was one of the best experiences I have had in my life in a long time. They go above and beyond to make sure you understand! And I like that they’re honest and will help you plan for the future! They were very friendly and outgoing and the services were nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend this dentist office to everyone and they also have night appointments.
Very happy with the performance of my hygienist. She found the problem with my gums and has taken care of it. Of course, I will have to continue treatment, but thankfully, she is taking care of me.
From check-in, to my actual appointment time with my dental hygienist, my experience was amazing! I not only felt heard by my hygienist, but I felt safe and appreciated. She took her time to explain my dental history, as well as the procedure that would take place, while answering all of my questions with patience. My mom has early-stage dementia, so there’s an internal anxiety associated with doctors' offices. The Riccobene staff was exceptional in comforting my mom throughout her dental procedure. Special thanks to the assistant who provided Mom a blanket, chapstick, and assistance to the restroom. I am her caretaker, but it’s nice to have others who care as well. Thank you all!

I just had the best dentist experience! I went for my teeth cleaning and exam with w/X-rays, and everyone who worked there was so nice and friendly. The front desk woman, the hygienist assistant, the hygienist, and the Dentist were absolutely amazing!! Going to the dentist usually isn’t a good experience for me, but this time it was, and I felt so comfortable throughout the whole thing. I highly recommend and will 100% be coming back!
This is my very first time visiting the Dentist in some years. I mean, it's been 20 years. But the Dentist here made me feel really safe; they explained everything step by step. I am so thankful for finding a Dentist that have a friendly staff and is very understanding and patient. They discuss what is going on with you and how they can help you. I've told all of my people about them. Like I said, incredible Staff, incredible Dentist, you really have to check them out.

I called for an appointment on Tuesday because I had a toothache coming on. I got an appointment for Thursday. Very fast, in my opinion. Got a full checkup and cleaning. Everyone was very nice. I felt like a VIP. Thank you.

Best place to go for friendliness, professionalism, and expertise. Our dentist was the only dentist who discovered that my tooth was cracked and that a cavity needed refilling! The problem was solved as to why I had such terrible jaw and ear pain. No other places were able to figure it out! I’m so grateful!

Dr. Bassham and Sheletta have done fabulous work with my orthodontic Invisalign care. I have recently completed my treatment and now have perfectly straight teeth thanks to their efforts and training. They welcomed questions and always guided the treatment to my best personal outcome. If you are looking for a dentist that will take time to learn and hear you, and not see you as just a number, then go see them.

I moved to Charlotte fairly recently and have been to Riccobene Ballantyne for my past 2 cleanings. The staff is so kind and welcoming. Kelly was my hygienist on my most recent visit and she made the whole experience very comfortable and left my teeth feeling great. Dr. Ge is very clear about what treatment is needed and why. I am very happy about my choice of dentist in Charlotte.

Dr. Bassham did a great job figuring out the right course of action for correcting my child’s teeth. He was beginning to not smile because of teasing at school and she took our concerns very seriously and came up with a great plan. She showed him patience and kindness even when he kept breaking the braces 😬 Treatment took longer because of that but we finally got there and he now has a bright, beautiful smile. He is extremely happy with the end result and so are we. Dr. Bassham was great to work with.
A great start towards my new smile 😁😁😁. I had another amazing experience yesterday on the 24th January. I was scheduled for one tooth extraction, but it was so pleasant and the Dentist technic was so enjoyable, to include his bedside manner along with his technician. I asked Dr Farhan if I could just have my other tooth that needed pulling. Pulled right now. So the procedure again was successful and a joy. No problems what so ever. They got a special kind of skill going on with the entire team at RiccoBene Associates. Thank again for a wonderful experience.
Just became a patient here in Jan. I've had the same dental hygienist both times, and she's wonderful. Very friendly, laid back, and communicates everything she does… Awesome!
Recently had a dental emergency and was having a lot of pain with a crown not fitting quite right and the office staff got me in less than 24 hours after I called and the dentist adjusted my crown in no time and I was feeling better in less than an hour. [...] If you need any work done, absolutely give them a call. You'll have an amazing experience from the incredibly kind ladies at the front desk to the talented dental staff.
