This place was amazing and accommodated me and my kids with conversations, television for the kids, easy to understand feedback and a beautiful office!! I will be bringing my whole family to this office for any of our dental needs!
This practice is so nice! The office is brand new so it is very nice & neat inside. Alexis at the front desk is so sweet & very accommodating as well the hygienists & the dr. They take their time with you & address all concerns you might have. It’s nice to feel like you’re not just another set of teeth but you’re actually cared for at your dentist! Definitely recommend!!
Staff was wonderful with my young children. All three of my kids have different personalities and each one of the staff were able to help my kids feel comfortable and excited about being at the dentist! From the decorative lobby and the warm welcomes, to the explaining each step of the process to my littles, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. My kids are excited about coming back for their visit in 6 months and have been excited to brush (and floss) their teeth since their visit! (Kids age 5, 4, and 2)!!
This place is amazing 😍.they give you good service, answer all your questions.explan everything so you can understand.i will tell my friends and family about this amazing dentist office.
The absolute best staff of dental hygienist and Dentists I have ever been to!! they are very caring and very detailed. And answer any and every single question you have, no matter how random it may be they! they are always smiling and always willing to call and get you in as soon as possible and they really try to save you money and time... I absolutely 100% recommend!!!
This office and team never disappoint. Samantha is such a caring hygienist and always so informative of each process. I'm always anxious and somehow everyone there makes me feel so comfortable. Seamless process , thank you all!!

Dr. Clifton Ball is amazing. He is not only encouraging but also very motivating throughout the orthodontic treatment. His entire staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dr. Clifton Ball and his team for orthodontic treatments.
Riccobene Associate is an awesome business! Not only do they provide excellent dental work, they also provide excellent customer service. My daughter went into the office with a problem. And instead of the office staff being about the money they could get from service she would receive due the problem, I was offered a plan that was in line with my dental plan so that my out-of-pocket expense would be limited as well as the problem being resolved! Go Riccobene...😉❤
I had crown work today and it went exceptionally well. Rodney at the Wakefield location was fantastically amazing. He also seems to be the go to guy for questions in the office demonstrating he knew his craft. Certainly made me feel comfortable. Dr. Ranjini Pillai was the best. If you choose this location I am positive with anyone on staff you get assigned to you will have a great experience. ~bobg

Awesome atmosphere and service.
My daughter had a good time and enjoyed the visit. Dr. Rob was great and explained everything he was going to do. He spoke directly to me and that is hard to find, a doctor with good bedside manors. This is a keeper and they have an orthodontist office there as well. This is an all in one package. I will be recommending them for sure.
I had an amazing experience with Harold & Associates!. The staff is amazing. My Dental Assistant is the best and my Dentist hands down is awesome. They both are the reason I will return and finish ALL my dental work within the next 60 days! I'm a happy patient! PJ G
The staff here is amazing and so patient. My daughter has lots of anxiety around going to dentist and Dr. Garner and the team really helped to reassure us that they will keep working with us until my daughter feels more comfortable. They helped me as a parent feel less frustrated and I am so appreciative of their efforts. We are new to the area and with so many transitions already it's nice to know we have found a great dental home! Update from our 3rd appointment! 3rd times a charm! Staff again was so patient with my daughter and she actually wanted to go back by herself. She got her teeth cleaned and did xrays! Words can't express how grateful I am for the staff here!
I am usually nervous going to the dentist but everyone Is so nice and made me feel comfortable enough to relax. They were very serious about keeping us safe from Covid. Every employee wore a mask. My daughter was in pain and they were able to fit her in almost immediately. I have also discovered that they have several locations, one being only a couple miles away. We are very happy to find this place.
Love the team and Dr. Robbie! Always a great experience. Everyone is professional, everything goes smoothly and my son was calm. She told him he had a very loose tooth, upon her suggestion he insisted we buy an apple, came home and he got that tooth out - very excited!
From the time u walk in the waiting room receptionist, doctors, assistance,all make you feel so very welcome and at home there, everyone is super super nice and I do appreciate service you provided .. walk you step by step and explain to you exactly what's going to take place ,and as you get your procedure, continue to explain what's going on. We had appointments for dental work and the experience was first class. What an amazing staff. Starting at the front desk continuing through the procedure. Everyone was so kind, compassionate, and all delivered professional care. Meg and Morgan who attended to our needs were exceptional. Special thanks to them for making our experience pleasurable and not one that could have been uncomfortable. Again, exceptional experience. We will continue to use Riccobene Associates for all of our dental needs.
Every staff member you come in contact with is great! The offices are so very clean and the work they do is so professional. When they are working on your mouth they always say what they are doing and keep you at ease. Prices aren’t terrible.
Great people and made my visit go smoothly and put me at ease. I had my first dental implant performed and they did a wonderful. Made me feel at ease and explained the process step by step.
It was a good experience, for having a double crown done on front teeth. The assistant and the dentist made me feel comfortable and were very gentle. I had little to no pain.Both did a great job. The girl that made and fitted the temporary teeth did a great job and it did not take her long. Much better experience then I had the last time I had a crown done at the Bozart monkey junction office, took 2 girls almost 1 1/2 hr to make and fit the temporary . Much better experience this time.
Had the BEST experience at this office. Yasmin was wonderful and gentle while performing my yearly cleaning. Dr. Swan was very friendly and informative, leaving me feeling comfortable in the chair. I have always had anxiety when it comes to visits to the dentist, and I left the office feeling relaxed and well taken care of. Thank you Yasmin and Dr. Swan!
I never thought I would say that I love going to the dentist. I especially love Stacy the dental hygienist. I feel so comfortable with her. She is very personable and very good at what she does!!!

I had a deep cleaning done by the sweetest dental hygienist. I can’t remember her name for the life of me. She explained everything as she did it and also explained what the dentist would be doing next because I was nervous. They moved me to another room for 3 fillings with Barbara and the dentist who also checked on me multiple times throughout the procedure and were extremely kind. Barbara was so sweet. I would highly recommend this office.
On Thursday morning I broke a tooth and called in hoping they could squeeze me in since I'm leaving for Colorado Ski Trip on the following Tuesday. The office worked me in not only once but 3 times because some other doctors appointments I had. The good news temporary crown added on Friday morning and I'm good to go.. Thanks to all at Riccobene for going the extra mile.
The best dental experience I've had in many years. The office staff is very welcoming, polite and professional. Dr. Farhan is patient, caring and professional. He provided a detailed treatment plan that I intend to follow. I will recommend Riccobene Associates to family and friends.
Just got my six month cleaning done! Rachel did an amazing job. You will see the office is immaculate! Dr. Bacon was very personable and made me feel calm. I get a lot of anxiety at the dentist usually but not here. I highly recommend this office.... They have a 3995 full Ortho treatment I'm thinking of doing now. At that price how can you not?

My son was referred to this location for a sedation consultation. We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Jacqueline Garner. We look forward to going back for the procedure he needs.
We were greeted with a smile and seated promptly for our appointment. Such a clean and friendly environment. You can really feel the genuine care from the staff from the front to the back. Everything ran smooth throughout the appointment and we are looking forward to our next appointment.
I'm new to NC and needed to find a dentist for my son. I'm so glad I came across this dentist. I was very pleased with their professionalism and how they have the office set up geared 100% for children. I really like the fact that the employees are diverse and well rounded. They were very caring and gentle with my son.
Went in for extreme pain in my jaw and got tested super quickly and the Doctor did an awesome job of keeping me calm! Also his assistant was absolutely incredible! Loved the whole experience and I'm usually terrified of the dentist!
We found this office through our insurance. It is the BEST dental office we have EVER been to. Not only is the doctor patient, knowledgable and very thorough, the staff was very welcoming and friendly! I’m so glad my family will be under their care for years to come!
As a new patient to Riccobene, I can say everyone from the woman at the front desk, to our hygienist Jenny and Dr. O were wonderful. They took the time to explain what they were doing and I certainly felt like a person rather than just another patient. Jenny is hands down the best hygienist I have ever had and she was equally as wonderful with our 7 year-old. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a dental practice.

My experience at Complete Dental has always been excellent from the front desk staff to the Dental Assistant, Dental Hygienist and Dr. Gough! I love the precautionary measures the office takes by calling when you arrive, being taken back to your room and the cleanliness of the facility. I’m so thankful for Dr. Gough and her staff for always putting a smile on my face.
My visits to Riccobene Associate has always been pleasant. The staff there are very friendly. They always making sure you're ok while they're working on your teeth. I highly recommend them to anyone 😊 You all are awesome!
They got me in within 24hours on a new patient special, I was in great pain walking in and they were Very patient with me to make sure I was comfortable before proceeding -They completed the extractions for me along with X-rays and consult; a game plan; all the same day. The Dentist and her assistant were really nice, patient and amazing in explaining everything and the front staff was super nice and awesome checking in & checking out made simple. Very clean and nice environment & they absolutely do comply with current Covid concerns, screening upfront and cautious in taking clients per Appts. I had a Great experience “to be visiting a dentist”:) and I would definitely recommend them to others for services.
Love, love LOVE Downtown Dental. Very warm and inviting office from the time you enter and are greeted by Karen. They do not overbook so you may only have a couple of minutes to wait. Karen, the hygienist, is very gentle and the best one I've ever had. Dr. Puza is wonderful and explains everything while doing a procedure and answers all questions. Dental assistants (forget names) are also very professional, gentle and caring. Office manager, Michelle, went above and beyond in helping me with a billing problem with insurer. Very pleased with this dental office & would highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist.
My family dentist of over 25 years retired and sold his practice to Riccobene Family Dentistry. I have gone twice in the past year and I am extremely pleased with the staff and service. The dental hygienists are always friendly and gentle; and they make helpful suggestions for how you can continue good dental hygiene. I’ve been very pleased with the transition to Riccobene.
Appointments are on time. I've never waited over 5 minutes. The entire staff is super friendly and helpful with my questions. The decor is fun to look at. Waiting area is friendly with water to drink when it's warm and a fireplace heater when it's cold. The dentist takes time to talk business and pleasure! My hygienist is one of only two I've ever enjoyed working with. She's really good!
Nikki was absolutely the best she was patient and kind and went out of her way to help with my first visit and a crown that came off this am. Dr Farhan was the best dentist I’ve ever went to. He explained in detail everything and he suggested a treatment plan and Nikki explained the treatment plan he made for me and I am delighted at this decision. You will not be disappointed with this Dental Office; call and make an appointment today!
Everyone is so sweet here! My daughter was scared of the elevator so once we got up there the fun art work on the walls, etc. made her very happy! She didn’t like the teeth cleaning part but that’s to be expected of a two year old, they made it very easy for me though which is super helpful for a stressed out mama of two!
I live in Porters Neck and I am very happy and comforted at having such a caring and professional Dental group to go to. Riccobene Associates is wonderful! I experienced very bad treatments at O2 Dental, which is more like a factory and needed to follow-up because my gums were getting worse. A co-worker said how happy her Mother was with Riccobene Associates. I saw Dr. Roberts and he was gentle and kind. He didn’t push anything. He truly cared about helping me. I saw Colleen and she did such a good cleaning and I’m seeing her again and she will be maintaining my gums. I have no more bleeding!! I received a special toothpaste, complimentary from Dr. Roberts and a packet from Colleen, which I NEVER received from O2 Dental. I would highly recommend this group for everyone! The staff was professional and courteous. I was brought in without a long wait. The dental hygienist, Colleen, was very cordial and did a thorough job and explained everything knowledgeably. Dr. Roberts was also cordial and performed the examination even routinely checking for oral cancer. The office was modern and clean. It was a great first experience as a new patient.
We moved here about 3 years ago- finding new doctors is not an easy thing! I must say, we got so lucky to have found Hampstead Family Dentistry! Every time we are there they make us feel so welcome and special. They always remember us and chat like friends...we are not just another patient to them. It's really helps when your kind of nervous about going the dentist! Not to mention, we never have to wait more then a few minutes before being called back. They value an appointment time and for a very busy family like us, that is very appreciated! Thank you all!
This place was exceptional and definitely makes going to the dentist easier & more comfortable than it typically is! I've had 2 cleanings and a crown and all 3 visits have been great. Dr. Gough and Courtney both make the visit so much more enjoyable. Really great customer service & staff!!!
I have never been to a place where you feel welcomed from the time they call on the phone to verify appointment to the time you leave the appointment. Interactions with the staff was pleasant. They made me feel so comfortable during the visit. I will recommend them to all who are seeking a new dental office.
This place is like the Lebron James of Dentist Offices. Staff was super cool, explained things and broke everything down to where I could understand, and everyone was very helpful! Shout out to the greatest dentist ever, Dr. McCormack for being both talented and having great bedside manner 👌 If you're looking for a great dentist - check them out!
The staff very nice and easy to work with. They made you feel at ease during your procedure. Paid attention to your needs at all times. Staff really great, would recommend to everyone needing a dentist.
I came in today for a root canal. The dentist prescribed me some Ativan to take an hour before my procedure so I could be more relaxed. It’s usually difficult for me to get numb, but he was awesome and got me numb and I only felt pressure. He did an awesome job! Highly recommend!

As always, Riccobene Dentistry for Kids did an excellent job taking care of my son today. A couple of weeks ago I took my three boys (twins 9 and 21 month old) in for their cleaning. The staff was very friendly and informative. I appreciate that everyone had on mask and checked temperatures upon arrival. I returned today because one of the twins had to have a tooth removed. On the way there he stated that the dentist office we used to go to scared him (had to change due to different insurance provider) but he didn't feel scared at the new dentist. I appreciate the care and patience they provide and would recommend them to anyone with a child of any age. Thank you Riccobene Dentistry for Kids!😁

I love Dr. Mark Pike and his staff! Great sense of humor and knowledge of teeth. My family and I moved to Fayetteville 2 years ago and he’s been amazing, even through the pandemic. I just love the atmosphere upon entering the establishment.
My very first visit and everyone made me feel right at home. Everyone I came in contact with was pleasant and professional. Maria was patient with me and really listened to everything I had to say. Dr. Pike came in and addressed every concern I had and made sure I understood everything. I’m so glad my Aunt referred me to this place. I am very fearful of Dentist’s due to past experiences but this has been the first time I felt at ease. Thank you! I’ll be seeing you guys again!
Great dental with Dr.NICOLE Williams and Katie at Riccobene. Dr.NICOLE WIlliams at Riccobene is amazing. I needed work today and was extremely nervous. Her numbing technique makes it a very comfortable experience. She was patient and kind and understanding. She used distraction techniques and talked me through it with distractions using visualizing and breathing. Of course I was topically numbed first also. Katie the dental hygienist was also just as amazing with explaining everything and showing me the X-rays. She took her time and was gentle also. They worked together as a great team and I left feeling very calm and satisfied.
Very good experience. Had tooth extraction. I’m usually quite nervous, but I was not so much today. Dr. N. was quite gentle and made sure I had no pain. And his assistant amazing; answered all my questions and put me at ease.
Kaitlin is my hygienist and she is amazing! She always does a great job and is super knowledgeable and super friendly!She even mom lectured me on the importance of flossing, lol. I really feel like the staff there actually cares about my oral hygiene. They made my experience pleasant and I definitely would recommend them!
The entire staff was great!!! They were busy and short handed but they never showed any frustration! Everyone I encountered was fantastic! From the front desk to the assistant and the Dentist. Great attitudes! Relaxed yet professional! Lots of fun for a dental visit!!! Cool people who made the task of pulling my tooth very comfortable and easy from a patients point of view! I'll be back!
We have been going to Ricobene's for over 10 years. We are a family of 5 so we have had lots of appointments and we have never been dissatisfied or had any problems with anything at the McGee's Crossroads Office. Everyone is always polite, professional and kind. The work has always been excellent, even the routine cleanings.
I had a wonderful experience as a new patient. From the initial call to the office through the treatment to replace a broken crown, the staff was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend the Mebane practice.

I am a new patient and having some dental procedures done that I put off for too long. I will continue to go to this office because I like the work my dentist is doing. Dr Leslie and her assistant Cassandra were amazing with my 6 year old son. He had to have lots of work done and came in with some anxiety. They found out his interests (Paw Patrol) and made the experience easy and exciting for him. I am so impressed that we are now coming regularly to this clinic, which is actually about an hour from our home. So grateful to have found them!
Was my first experience at a dentist in years. Had to get work done to fix pain I have been dealing with and the doctors talked me through everything. I absolutely love the way they make you feel comfortable and constantly look out for you and make sure you aren't experiencing pain. Absolute Angels.
They were very courteous. I also believe they went above and beyond in making sure Covid was not brought into the facility. Very thorough exam, and then went into detail showing me the results and recommendations. I have already recommended them to my wife. Went back in for a cleaning and fillings. Again very impressed, a lot better than previous dentists.
Note: I have a healthy fear of dentists. However they have been working with me successfully for the pass two years. Professional, but very down to earth. They listen to your concerns. Gentle touch dentistry (my own label). I'd had a rough start the morning of my latest visit, but by the time I left the office I was laughing so hard I was in tears!! Real people!! Add on: Went today for my cleaning, met Dr. Miller for the first time, and we found out that we served in the USAF at the same time!! Didn't get to see everyone to say hello, but I left my calling card - Hope, joy and laughter!! Riccobene has become a real family dentist, as I have immediate family at several of your locations!! It's a wonderful thing!!!
I called Riccobene due to a tooth ache. They took me on in, pulled the tooth and I as sooooo much better. The tooth was hard to get out because it was laying downinstead of standing up. It was a bit tough, but they were so good to me and treated me well. I thank you and I will be coming back .
My hygienist was so nice and personable. The Dentist who checked my teeth was super nice. Both women were extremely professional and made me feel right at home. I will be back again and again.
I absolutely love the staff here! Everyone is so kind and professional. Dr. Hunt has been so helpful and helped create an individual care plan to help me achieve the smile I want. Cannot recommend them enough!
My appointment today was a positive experience as always. The check-in process began with a positive greeting from the receptionist followed by Covid-19 screening concluding with a few documents to sign. I only had to wait approximately 10-15 minutes before o was introduced to Renee who was my dental hygienist. She was very professional, personable, easy to talk too, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I felt a connection to her being a Marine Corps Veteran because she shared stories with me about how her husband was prior military and how she wanted to even join the military herself. What struck me most was about how she cared for me and the passion she had for all of her patients. I felt in today’s environment it was truly rare to meet such a special person. She is a great asset to the Riccobene staff. Dr. Lee was my dentist responsible for replacing a crown that served its purpose. Dr. Lee and his assistant did a fantastic job making sure I was doing fine throughout the process. They too made me feel very comfortable the entire procedure sharing what I was experiencing along with some humorous stories of their. Great place for your dental needs. I’ve been a patient for about 4 years now, would definitely recommend them to my friends and have no intentions of going anywhere else. Randy R. Griffin

I had such a great first appointment here today! They took their time with me. The entire office was so beautiful and they played country music too. 😊 Everyone was so friendly. Dr. Gough was extremely confident. I had had past dentists who weren’t always so sure of themselves. This wasn’t the case. She took charge and fixed my issue right away! Savanah cleaned my teeth. She graduated from dental school last year, and she did such a great job. I am very impressed. They exceeded my expectations!
AMAZING experience!! I was in town visiting my sister and my wisdom tooth started killing me. I called around to several dentists and none could see me for a day or more. The amazing receptionist at Downtown Dental fit me in within an hour, and was super friendly and helpful. Once I got there I was seen immediately, and they fixed my issue in 15 min. The entire staff was extraordinarily nice, friendly, accommodating, yet efficient. I have never had a better experience at a dentist's office!! If I didn't live 8 hours away I would legit book all my dental care through them. Thank you to all of the staff for saving my vacation, you are all amazing!!!
Had a cleaning with Mindy on 02/17/2022, she was excellent. Didn't feel any pain at all. She is my lady.
Dr. Rima Solanki is extremely good, proficient, kind and caring as she fitted me with a beautiful crown. And Ashley too works diligently and is a joy!
I had not been to a dentist in at least 10 years, maybe 15 years. Staff took good care of me. Dentist was responsive when I said I could feel her working and she addressed it before continuing. That is taking care of your patients!
It not everyday you can go in a place a feel like it’s a home alway from home. Today was my first time ever going to this dentist office and I felt as if I’ve known the associates in this office for years. The place is so clean and so welcoming that you instantly become comfortable and forget what you were there for. Even the patients that were leaving and waiting to be seen were friendly. If Disney channel had a sitcom of a dentist office, this would be it. First day there and I already look forward to many more visits. I definitely love this office.
I would highly recommend them to anyone who is interested in having dental work. The staff was nice and very helpful with information about my dental insurance and very thorough and what they do.
From the ladies at the front desk to the highly skilled hygienists and dental assistants in the back, it is clear, Dr. Rich has a wonderful team at Hampstead Family Dentistry. The atmosphere is relaxed and very friendly, making my visit today much less stressful.(Irreparably broken tooth and crown that had to be extracted) I do not have dental insurance, so cost is always a concern for me. The fees at Hampstead Family Dentistry are very reasonable. This was my fourth visit and at this point, I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!
Love this practice. I’ve been a patient since it opened in 1978. Dr Watkins is a great dentist. Her assistants are very knowledgeable. I would recommend her to everyone.
Great experience at Six Forks Smiles. The hygienist and dentist were thorough and pleasant. There were no surprise costs and the whole experience was as good as it gets when going to the dentist.
I am not the biggest fan of the dentist and normally get nervous prior to my visit. As soon as my hygienist called me back all my nerves went away. She was very friendly and thorough. She answered all of my questions and concerns. Receptionist staff was super friendly as well as the doctor. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new dentist!
Tech was awesome! I'm afraid of dentist and he assured me I would be fine and made me very comfortable. Needles are what I'm most afraid of..they both tech and dentist were the best. I didn't feel anything....Awesome experience
Dr Beamer is fantastic! She took the time to answer all my questions regarding having my wisdom tooth removed and offered advise. She then gave me a referral to two different oral surgeons and emailed me the X-rays they took. Couldn’t ask for more from any dentist. I highly recommend Dr Beamer!
I was terrified of going to a dentist. It's been 37 yrs. since I last saw one. (Was a Dental tech in the Army) figure that one out...I was treated with kindness, and compassion. Amber was an absolute Angel. Thank you Amber!! She put me at ease and really made me feel comfortable. Dr. Miller was just as kind. I'm actually looking forward to getting my smile back! 😃 I honestly can't say enough good things about my experience today. You guys are amazing. Thank you!

I am not someone who does a lot of reviews but I had to brag on Complete Dental at both the Wilmington and Leland locations. They are awesome and I have never felt so comfortable in a dental situation before. Dr. Geeson was amazing and Ciara (not sure of the spelling, could be Sierra), she is my favorite she is so kind and comforting, she’s the best. Would highly recommend this practice for sure!
Dr. Soto at the Carolina Beach Road office is very kind, calm, thorough and caring. I feel comfortable, confident and at ease with the care he provides.
I am filled with Joy after my daughter’s 1st dental appointment! After aging out of pediatric dentistry I tried a few dentist close to home. Needless to say I was not impressed. When I came in today I was greeted with a warm welcome and my daughter said “ mom I love them” after her teeth cleaning. complete 180 from her last comments on the other dentists. All of the staff was chipper and happy. It looks like they all really enjoy their jobs. Thank you.
