This place is like the Lebron James of Dentist Offices. Staff was super cool, explained things and broke everything down to where I could understand, and everyone was very helpful! Shout out to the greatest dentist ever, Dr. McCormack for being both talented and having great bedside manner 👌 If you're looking for a great dentist - check them out!
I've been to several other dental practices in town and NONE have met my expectations except this one. From an implant by Dr. Rich and future services with Dr. Puza I feel comfortable with my dental needs in their hands. My most recent visit to Downtown dental was for a dental cleaning. Karen has always done an excellent job helping me keep my teeth and gums clean and healthy. Keep up the great work!
The staff is amazing!! If I could give more stars I would. Briana, Kristen and Donna were super considerate of my situation(my teeth are bad) but they never judge or complained about my situation even though they were very busy. My first experience was great and I trust them to help me with my smile journey. Thanks again ladies for making me feel comfortable. Most times I make an appointment with the dentist and leave from the waiting room but everyone was truly wonderful!
Doctor Clark And his assistant Latisha are 2 of the best people you can ever want to meet walking into a dentist office they make you feel so welcomed and relax removing all the anxieties there are coming to a dentist office. They are very helpful and explaining treatments to better your oral Hygiene health I would advise any of my friends and family to visit riccobene associates .
I called for an appointment and received wonderful service and attitude. Everyone in the building, from the desk to the dentist, was exceptional and very pleasant to deal with. I have found my new family practice, and I encourage all to check out this location!
Fantastic dentist office! Have now been in for a routine cleaning & x-rays and fillings. Loved Dr. Nadella, she is the best dentist I have had since my childhood dentist. Knowledgeable, kind, polite, and excellent at her job. The same can be said from everyone who works there, from the front office staff, to the hygienists, to the dentists. My fillings was the easiest and most pain free dental procedure I have ever had. I'm so glad to have found this office and will continue to go to them as long as I live here.
A pleasure to visit!! The entire experience was stress free. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to any questions or concerns I had or could think of. The dentist is very skilled and was empathetic to my fear’s of having dental work done. I would recommend this dental practice to anyone who may need the service.
They are so great with kids here. My daughter actually isn’t afraid to go to the dentist anymore and if you have a special need, they talk to you instead of making you dumb.
The staff overall Has been polite and understanding. Don't judge your teeth; they give you advice. I've been to about a total of 6 dentistry, and I don't think I'll be switching anytime soon.
Dr Austin is wonderful. He talked to me during my procedure. He let me know exactly what he was doing. Thank you Dr Austin for your care and gentleness!

My daughter had her 1st dental visit today! From the girls at the front desk, to the best hygienist, and even the pediatric dentist made my 1 year old feel so comfortable! Thank y’all so much for taking such great care of my baby!!!
Dr Farmer and Dr Collins did a great job on my crown. Everyone in the office makes a visit to the dentist a good one.
The staff here is amazing and so patient. My daughter has lots of anxiety around going to dentist and Dr. Garner and the team really helped to reassure us that they will keep working with us until my daughter feels more comfortable. They helped me as a parent feel less frustrated and I am so appreciative of their efforts. We are new to the area and with so many transitions already it's nice to know we have found a great dental home! Update from our 3rd appointment! 3rd times a charm! Staff again was so patient with my daughter and she actually wanted to go back by herself. She got her teeth cleaned and did xrays! Words can't express how grateful I am for the staff here!
I don't know where to start. My 8 year old is terrified of the dentist like most of us, however the dentist hygienist and the Doctor was just absolutely amazing customer service was great from beginning to end. ALL of the ladies / Drs were nice, patient, kind, polite,respectful, informative, kid friendly. Not only do they make the children feel comfortable the parents as well. You are allowed to go in the back with your child which is a huge plus. They have tvs at every station, I'm so glad I found a kid friendly dentist. Going here make you want to go to the dentist. If you have trouble finding a dentist for your child. Look no further. Hands down! Seriously!
I strongly dislike going to the dentist. Gives me high anxiety. I’ve had dozens of different dentists and oral surgeons of the year. After 40+ years I have finally found an office that that understands my fear and has provided me with simple options to calm my anxiety and to make the experience as pleasant as one can be. I won’t say I’m looking forward to another root canal but I can honestly say I won’t be worried about it if I do need another. Also took my preteen here that previously went to a pediatric dentist. She said hands down this place was so much better and made her feel very relaxed and comfortable. Great staff. Convenient location. Highly recommend.
I'm a new patient and had an awesome 1st experience. Amanda and Dr O. did a great job of welcoming me, explaining all that was done, and setting me up for future visits. Quick, easy, and painless. :-) Highly recommend.
The best dentist in town! I never write reviews, but I have to for Dr. Jakubek and his staff. I have been going there for over 8 years now. They are always sooo friendly and accommodating. They also have a beautiful and inviting office.
Dr. Lara Clark is an outstanding dentist, committed to providing superior care for every issue. She is the consummate professional, with a warm demeanor, exceptionally thorough when explaining all processes, and deeply dedicated to providing the best possible care for her patients many, diverse needs. For example, when I brought my children in for their teeth cleaning, I asked her about staining and sensitivity I had recently noticed. She not only offered to fit me in and thoroughly examine my teeth, but took the time and effort to explain every procedure she was doing and provide a very clear explanation of her findings and ways I can mitigate in the future. She personally saw to it that every stain was removed and ensured each tooth and my gums were in good health. She was compassionate, kind and I felt like I had been her patient for years. I have since recommended Dr. Clark to everyone I know. She is the best dentist I have ever had—she deserves 10 stars. When you find the best, you keep it! —Sincerely, Jen D.
I had my first experience at Brush and Floss and it was GREAT! The people and service were excellent. The techs/nurses and orthodontist put patient care and finances first. They are open to patients about options. I loved my visit and would highly recommend. Their retainer cost was so much less than other places but the service and care so awesome!
We’ve gone to Riccobene for years and always had a good experience, but nothing to rave about until recently. Let me tell you, Dr. Garner is a true gem! You can tell she loves what she does and loves the kids and making the dentist a fun experience. My son, who is 8 and had so much fear for years of going to the dentist just absolutely loved her! He had to have several cavities treated and Dr. Garner and the staff made it a breeze for him! During the treatment he even told her how good she is at her job! Thank you Dr. Garner for making it a great experience!
Even though they were trying out a new system on their computers, they still treated me very well. I am very pleased with this dentist office. I look forward to going back. Today was a little hard one at first, but they treated me well and made me feel better. Thanks to Stephanie and the Dr. Today I got my beautiful smile back. Thanks to all the staff at Riccobeme Associates Family Dentistry. Great job you guys. My Grandchild goes to this dentist office as well. They treat the children great as well as the adults. My Granddaughter did well yesterday. She usually scared, but the nurses and doctor made her feel at ease. Thank usually all so much.
This particular office was recommended to me by a close friend. It was certainly worth my time! The front office staff was so friendly and the hygienist made me feel really comfortable as did the overall atmosphere of the office. This really is a five-star dentist office!!!
We found this office through our insurance. It is the BEST dental office we have EVER been to. Not only is the doctor patient, knowledgable and very thorough, the staff was very welcoming and friendly! I’m so glad my family will be under their care for years to come!
It was the only time I have ever enjoyed going to the dentist. Everyone was wonderful!
I am usually nervous going to the dentist but everyone Is so nice and made me feel comfortable enough to relax. They were very serious about keeping us safe from Covid. Every employee wore a mask. My daughter was in pain and they were able to fit her in almost immediately. I have also discovered that they have several locations, one being only a couple miles away. We are very happy to find this place.
This place is amazing, the staff are super friendly, the office is impeccably clean and very calming especially the front lobby. This was my third tooth extraction there and it could not have gone smoother. Dr. Trendowski and Barbara were amazing and made the experience great. My last experience with an extraction was a Dentist in Burlington with his knee on my chest trying to get a tooth out which ended up breaking. The guy was an easy 250 lbs and he cranked my neck trying to get the tooth out. It left me traumatized. Dr T is small and she finessed both teeth out like a Boss. It actually went so smoothly that I didn't even have to take any pain medication and when I say any I mean not even a Tylenol . I would love to think my pain tolerance is super human but her technique definitely had a lot to do with it. Her assistant Barbara was amazing and made me laugh so much and feel very relaxed. She was very personable and added to my great experience. I would recommend Riccobene as an A+ place to have any dental work done. I can't speak for the other Dentists there only about Dr Alexis Trendowski and Barbara but I am almost certain that based on what I saw, they all are part of an Team that strives for customer satisfaction.
I have been a patient of Dr. Jakubek for a number of years now and I have never gone in fear or left disappointed by the care and service. The front desk staff is friendly, the hygienists thorough and careful and Dr. Jakubek is all of those. I would and have recommended him to others.
Dockside Dental is one of the best dental office. All staff are very welcoming and Dr. Shein is very personable and funny! My regulad dentist office could not see me with the bad toothache that my tooth was fractured and Dr. Shein was able to see me quickly. Glad I found them!
The hygiene staff and providers at this location were very engaging and supportive. They did their best to make the experience as pleasant and comfortable for me as possible. Special shout out to Adrienne for her kindness, gentle touch and soothing demeanor!
Wonderful office and staff! Everyone is always smiling, upbeat and ready to help you. I had bad dental anxiety they offered me nitrous And I have never been so at ease in the dental chair.
I highly recommend Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry! Dr. Soto is extremely kind and is very interested in his patient and their comfort! He maintains pain level down to a minimum and answers any questions you may have. The staff are very courteous and makes sure you are comfortable!’ Pleasant atmosphere and experience!
My son has been seen here for several years. Everyone is always very friendly. He has never been anxious or scared , with the exception of the filling he needed. But, everyone who he interacted with that day was incredibly kind and reassuring. Got through it no big deal. Absolutely recommend them.
Amazing place. Had tooth pain in a crown. Got me in the next morning and had my root canal done the next day. Totally painless. No issues with billing which is always nice. Friendly staff.
The Cary locations staff has been absolutely amazing to my son. They are always super friendly and do great work. He had major dental work done at one of the visits and they made him feel comfortable and safe the entire time, as well as doing the job well and efficiently. Would highly recommend them to anyone for pediatric dentistry.
Dental assistant Natasha was very friendly and allowed me to use her EarPods when mine didn’t work. This helped my anxiety level immensely during my procedure. Dr. Hucal was able to fit me in today for a root canal instead of having me come back. He was very compassionate.
Love this dental practice! Very informative, professional, NO WAITING they respect your time. Saved thousands on treatment plan that was provided by a different practice. They are also wonderful with seniors like my 89 yr old mother. Highly recommend
I love Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry. I have been with Courtney my hygienist for years now. Since she worked at the Wakefield location. Today's visit was just so amazing. From not being able to go to the dentist in 2020 for covid reasons. Then being afraid to come to the dentist must of 2021 for covid reasons. Needless to say my dental routine was thrown off. Today my appointment needed more time then they anticipated so they wanted to reschedule me. With no luck finding anything close. Courtney decided to stay late today and offered me to come back at 4pm. That was such a great gesture. With my busy work schedule and today being a work holiday for me. That was just amazing. I couldn't Thank her enough. Then the front desk checked me out allowef me to pay then so I wouldn't have to check out after my appointment later. There were no surprises. I came back at 4pm. Didn't wait at all and Courtney took great care of me. I am so grateful for everyone at the Clayton office. Riccobene has been great not only for me but my whole family. We have been to the Wakefield, Knightdale, Falls of Neuse, and Clayton location all great. Thanks guys I really appreciate you all.
The best hygienist I've ever seen across nine states and the best dentist Dr. Miller, he is personable and kind they make a great dynamic duo. As a registered nurse I know you don't always find this in the medical field but I would recommend anyone to come to their practice. Very professional very knowledgeable and most of all very kind! They have the complete combination there!!!

I had my first dental visit in 2 years today and became a new patient with Riccobene & Associates. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about their profession. They made me feel comfortable and welcomed! I felt like my well-being was their top priority!!
I was very impressed with the kindness and friendliness when I walked in for the first time. The front desk and assistants were very kind, helpful and professional. Dr Miller is a very down to earth, gracious man who is very confident in his diagnosis and offers a very affordable remedy. The equipment is state of the art brand new. Love the tv on the ceiling! I would highly recommend this establishment for fine dental care and a nice chat or 2 with very nice people.
The staff are all very friendly, efficient and take great care of their patients. I have had 3 cleanings and one filling and the Dental Hygienist and the Dentist were great. No problems whatsoever.

Dr. O and Ms. Sarah have cured my fear of seeing a dentist. Such a comfortable atmosphere, they took the time to listen, calm my anxiety, not once did I feel rushed while asking all my questions ;) Teeth cleaning was a breeze, though embarrassed I waited so long. I’m moving my entire family to this practice. One more thing, I was expecting to wait at least 45 minutes in the lobby, nope right on time!!! This practice will not disappoint!
I decided to switch practices to Riccobene due to the raving reviews I had heard as well as the proximity to my home. I had an incredible experience! Staff was knowledgable, welcoming and efficient. I look forward to my next cleaning!
I had an excellent first visit for dentures. Dr. Riccobene went above and beyond to get my imprints correct. My mouth is small and he adjusted the trays. I definitely recommend him and his staff. They were friendly, professional and kind.

From the time you hit the door you feel welcome. They greet you by your name after one visit.The Dentist and hygienist ( I will not use another as she knows me and base her care on my anxiety) are the best. I started out by getting 10 to 12 Novocain shots just for cleaning. After 4 years, I have now completed two cleanings with no shots. KUDOS to the whole staff!!! Highly recommend. Today was my first visit here and I absolutely love them! Everyone from the front desk person, hygienist and Dentist are extremely friendly and kind. Jamie was my hygienist and she was amazing. She explained everything she was doing and talked me there every step. She made me feel so comfortable. This will definitely be my new dental office.

Best experience I’ve had at a dentist in a long time! I woke up and needed dental treatment for same day. I called in as a new patient and was greeted with a very sincere welcome from the receptionist. Upon arriving I was met by very friendly and attentive staff! I felt comfortable the whole time and I am completely satisfied with my dental work! Thank you so much! I had never been to this particular office but was very pleased very comfortable the staff was extremely nice it was a very busy office but I was surprised at how quickly they called me in. The doctor I saw was extremely professional but personable and the hygienist, Shy that was assisting him was great and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed! I have requested her form next time and I will be going back!
I have had a very bad experience with a dentist in the past. However, I am not very satisfied with Riccobene Associates. They are precise, gentle, but they get the job done. Grateful for them!

Dr Miller was so great I had a bad dental experience in the past and him and his dental hygienist I wish I remembered her name were so amazing. They were kind and constantly kept checking on me to make sure I was okay throughout my whole experience. 100/10 would recommend.
I cannot say much about the expertise of Dr. Smith but her ethics and her approach to dental health is extraordinary! You will find a dentist who truly cares about YOU as a person and not a dental patient whose teeth need work. I highly recommend her.
Due to a terrifying experience earlier in life, I am horribIy petrified of ANY dentist!!!! Yesterday I had four teeth extracted by Dr. Jameson - - - he was like Houdini! I sat in the chair shaking before he came in, and before I knew it I was finished ! He and his assistant made sure I was relaxed and felt no pain !!! They were both fantastic and the rest of the staff are as sweet and efficient as possible. Thank you all. Kari especially made it all come together sweetly and without a hint of pressure. Thank you all !!!
I absolutely love this dentist office. I would not let any other dentist touch my teeth again since I've been coming here. I love the staff! They are all so friendly and caring and make you feel right at home. They definitely take great care of you while you're in their care. I had my gap closed and i absolutely love the way my teeth look now. I almost cried. I recommend this dentist office to everyone! Once you come in you will not regret it at all! As always, Riccobene Dentistry for Kids did an excellent job taking care of my son today. A couple of weeks ago I took my three boys (twins 9 and 21 month old) in for their cleaning. The staff was very friendly and informative. I appreciate that everyone had on mask and checked temperatures upon arrival. I returned today because one of the twins had to have a tooth removed. On the way there he stated that the dentist office we used to go to scared him (had to change due to different insurance provider) but he didn't feel scared at the new dentist. I appreciate the care and patience they provide and would recommend them to anyone with a child of any age. Thank you Riccobene Dentistry for Kids!😁

My hygienist, Kelly is amazing!!! I've been seeing her for about 15 years (pretty much since she started her career with Riccobene) She is so sweet and friendly and does an awesome job. She's thorough and very gentle! I would highly recommend this dental office and ask to see her!!!
Went to Smile Stones for a crown and the experience was amazing. The staff was awesome, very welcoming, polite and I received my crown the same day. Dr. Patel and Heather worked diligently to make sure it was placed correctly and my bite was leveled. Definitely a 5 star experience.. they provided me with a warm towel afterwards

Meg, my hygienist, was so informative and made me feel heard about my dental concerns as well as the Dr. and staff. The office is clean and professional. They also offered great in house insurance plans. I’m glad I was referred here

This place is the best! You are treated like a person not as a chart number. They make sure you are comfortable, have friendly staff, and talk you through step by step with the procedures.

Wonderful Wonderful, Amazing group!! I was so afraid of going bc I knew I had to have a tooth extracted, and I just wasn't ready for the pain. But everyone was so nice and treated me like I was the only person important to them at the time. I really appreciate that. Thank you to everyone who was there today for your sweet hospitality. ❤ 9-14-21....My son had an appt today to get 2 fill ins. He's never afraid of going bc he knows Riccobene and Associates are going to handle him with care. I know as well. Thank you guys for being real people and not just people working for a paycheck. I've never had an experience as I get here; excellent and very friendly staff. From the time I enter until I leave, I feel like family. Very professional, proficient and prompt. I was in and out in 45 mins and I had two fillings done. My Dentist was awesome and assured me throughout the procedure that I was doing well. Great office staff and all around experience; constantly referring them to others.

My husband, myself and my almost 3 year old all go to this practice at the Benson location. We have always had the best experience. The admin, hygienists, assistants, and dentists are all so kind and helpful. My baby had his first dentist appointment today and they were so patient with him. He had a great first time experience. Dr. Parker is the best! If you are thinking about seeing this practice, do it !
A friendly and knowledgeable staff always welcomes me at check in . The Dentist and assistant were aware of my nerves and calmed me during the procedure. Made sure I was pain free as possible . I will recommend them to friends and family .

My three children are all patients here (ages 13, 10, and 4) and we have never had a negative experience. But today we had to take care of my youngest's first cavity...which could have been awful for a child with sensory issues. But this team is SO amazing...he didn't make a peep the entire time! He even insisted that I go back to my chair when I tried holding his hand! AND we got a surprise visit by Santa. THANK YOU!

I called a couple of places but I was able to decide on your office because the receptionist was so pleasant, so patient,and so kind. The receptionist was very pleasant. Chelsea, the dental hygienist was great. She was very gentle and thorough and cleaned my teeth brilliantly. Dr. Nadella explained things quite articulately and seemed very knowledgeable about various procedures-she also seemed very nice. It was my first visit but certainly not my last. I feel like I finally found a dentist I like! I highly recommend this practice.
GREAT!! My dentist Minka Hotic always take time to answer questions and make sure you're in no pain. Her assistant is great also. Now that I go here I don't hate going to dentist.
The staff was professional and courteous. I was brought in without a long wait. The dental hygienist, Colleen, was very cordial and did a thorough job and explained everything knowledgeably. Dr. Roberts was also cordial and performed the examination even routinely checking for oral cancer. The office was modern and clean. It was a great first experience as a new patient.

Went in for extreme pain in my jaw and got tested super quickly and the Doctor did an awesome job of keeping me calm! Also his assistant was absolutely incredible! Loved the whole experience and I'm usually terrified of the dentist!
As someone who has a huge fear of the dentist, I was made to feel so comfortable and understood and like I was in control of my appointments! I was given breaks in between cavity fillings and the staff went above and beyond to help ease my anxieties. Special shout outs to Drs. Holmes and Kennedy and their assistants!
Nobody likes to go to the Dentist, however everyone that worked with me were awesome. Jada my Hygienist is the "Best". When you leave you know that she has done everything to make sure all is well:) Also, getting more options that I didn't know were available to take care of a tooth that I'm having issues with. And getting the insurance quotes being taken care of by Rebekah Presnell-Patient Care Coordinator takes a lot of stress off of me.
Great experience at Downtown Dental! You are greeted with a warm and friendly smile by the front desk team, Michelle and Karen. Dr. Rich is very thorough and wants the best for his patients! Karen, my hygienist, is fantastic, caring, and does such a great job! I would recommend this office to everyone!
The ladies there greet you with a smile and are very nice. The Dr. listened and was happy to help with my situation they are are very friendly and professional I would recommend them to anyone who wants a great experience at the dentist
Very friendly and comfortable surroundings! Some plants in the waiting room would really make it much more comforting!!
The staff overall Has been polite and understanding. Don't judge your teeth; they give you advice. I've been to about a total of 6 dentistry, and I don't think I'll be switching anytime soon.
