I had an amazing experience with Riccobene in Knightdale. The hygienist was kind and friendly. So glad to have found a dentist right around the corner from me.
I took my 8-year old last Thursday for an exam, x-rays, and cleaning. She has severe anxiety with dental experiences, but Mrs. Phyllis was so patient and kind with her. She made sure to include Alexa on every step of the way and to show her what she was doing before she did it. She was unable to get the bitewing x-rays, but mostly because of my daughter's fear and small mouth; however, Mrs. Phyllis still made sure to not let my daughter feel she did anything wrong. Dr. Schein was great and overall, we had a really good experience. Next appointment already made!
I am new to NC and found this Dentist researching my insurance and patient reviews. I just had my first visit today and I was very impressed. Everyone was on time and very helpful. They are very up to date on their equipment, even showing off some stuff I had never seen before! My hygienist (I unfortunately do not remember her name) was great! Very friendly and efficient. I believe I made the right choice for my new dentist!
Such caring staff! I'm a little nervous of Dentist appointments- but they understand and take their time with not only me, but all of their patients! Highly recommended! Very professional!
They are quick and customer service skills are amazingly great! They are an absolute thrill to be around. They also show kindness and make sure that you’re comfortable before any procedure is done. Only issue I had was I was numb for hours lol so I was hungry but I would definitely refer Ms. Kristen to anyone she even kept me entertained while cleaning my teeth she was also polite and while cleaning she made sure I was fine the entire time 10/10 for greatness and great service.
Jennifer was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to determining the right treatment options for me, as well as giving detailed accounts as how my next few visits should go....Highly recommended!!!
My hygienist was so nice and through. I think her name was Emily. I didn’t wait long and dentist was also nice and understanding of my concerns. I have nothing but good to say about my first visit.
My child had to get 2 teeth extracted during this visit. The doctor and assistant were both so great with her. She was very nervous and they helped take her mind off of things. The staff is very pleasant.
I went to get my wisdom tooth out and it’s was faster than any other dentist I’ve been to, Mr. Miller was an excellent dentist who did a wonderful job. And his Assistant Mrs.Patty was very friendly and helped me through out the extraction. I highly recommend this dentist and will be returning:)
Very impressed with the entire experience. I’ve been a patient with Riccobene for a couple of years, but was going to their Porters Neck location. I loved them and was worried about starting over at a new location. Today was my first experience in Clayto,n which was terrific. Loved my hygienist and the doctor. The entire staff was awesome. Highly recommend this location!
Tiffany Dental Hygienist absolutely amazing! Kind and extremely skilled. She helped my child feel confident and comfortable throughout the dental check up. Kristin Mzin, DDS professional and reassuring. These highly skilled ladies are the best that I have experienced since taking my child to the dentist. You can tell they love what they do, have lots of wisdom from experience, and truly care. Thank you so much for your time and talent. We look forward to our next visit.
Dr. Hunt is the best Dentist around. He is very attentive to your needs and super competent in the work he does! Having good interpersonal skills is the icing on the cake!
This place is amazing, the staff are super friendly, the office is impeccably clean and very calming especially the front lobby. This was my third tooth extraction there and it could not have gone smoother. Dr. Trendowski and Barbara were amazing and made the experience great. My last experience with an extraction was a Dentist in Burlington with his knee on my chest trying to get a tooth out which ended up breaking. The guy was an easy 250 lbs and he cranked my neck trying to get the tooth out. It left me traumatized. Dr T is small and she finessed both teeth out like a Boss. It actually went so smoothly that I didn't even have to take any pain medication and when I say any I mean not even a Tylenol . I would love to think my pain tolerance is super human but her technique definitely had a lot to do with it. Her assistant Barbara was amazing and made me laugh so much and feel very relaxed. She was very personable and added to my great experience. I would recommend Riccobene as an A+ place to have any dental work done. I can't speak for the other Dentists there only about Dr Alexis Trendowski and Barbara but I am almost certain that based on what I saw, they all are part of an Team that strives for customer satisfaction.
I'm 53 years old and I have never experienced such kindness and gentleness from a dentistry before. The Best in every way.
A great start towards my new smile 😁😁😁. I had another amazing experience yesterday on the 24th January. I was scheduled for one tooth extraction, but it was so pleasant and the Dentist technic was so enjoyable, to include his bedside manner along with his technician. I asked Dr Farhan if I could just have my other tooth that needed pulling. Pulled right now. So the procedure again was successful and a joy. No problems what so ever. They got a special kind of skill going on with the entire team at RiccoBene Associates. Thank again for a wonderful experience.
This was my first visit to Riccobene in Greensboro, NC. I went for a routine exam, cleaning, and X-rays, and Nicole, my hygienist, is the best!! I can honestly say this is the best teeth cleaning I've ever had! Excellent experience. Doctor and receptionist are super too!
Always a pleasant visit at Downtown Dental! The staff is caring, courteous and genuinely kind. Dr. Rich is the best dentist I've ever had, my teeth look great and I've had transplants, caps, bonding, you name it! Never any pain either!

Answered all my questions. Didn’t make fun of me for being a wimp. They have nitrous. They give goody bags. 10/10 have to go back and I’m not that mad about it.

I recently had a delightful visit at Riccobene Dentistry in Apex with Dr. Lara Clark.Veneer replacement is a lengthy procedure and Dr. Clark stayed focused, meticulous and efficient.Expertly assisted by Destiny and Q. The Front Staff was equally great.So glad I chose this highly skilled Dentist!

We absolutely LOVED our experience! This was my baby girls very first dentist appointment and I knew it would need to be very important that everything went well. She absolutely loved her experience and isn’t scared of going to the dentist at all! The staff was AMAZING. From the absolutely wonderful woman who booked our appointment and checked us in/out to the dental hygienists, to the dentist absolutely EVERYONE was amazing. Thank y’all so much. We will absolutely be back!
My family and I have been beyond satisfied coming to Riccobene for over 5 years. Everyone is always super helpful, courteous and professional. They must treat their employees just as well as they treat customers because everyone is always so nice!!!!

As a new patient to Riccobene, I can say everyone from the woman at the front desk, to our hygienist Jenny and Dr. O were wonderful. They took the time to explain what they were doing and I certainly felt like a person rather than just another patient. Jenny is hands down the best hygienist I have ever had and she was equally as wonderful with our 7 year-old. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a dental practice.
Tonya is the greatest hygienist. She believes in customer service and has become like family. I appreciate her honesty and attention to detail. I would follow her to any office. She makes the difference.
Riccobene Associates Is by far very knowledgeable in the dental profession. I recently had a diagnosis, that was in my opinion not lining up with my dental habits, so I made an appointment with Riccobene Dental. I was pleased with the consultation, Ms Dominique took me step by step explained everything, on the X-ray, assured me that all is well and Dr Hucal confirmed her findings. Yes I do recommend this dentist. Thanks everyone for a great first visit.
Very thorough and very professional. The options available under one roof is amazing. The entire staff is knowledgeable and friendly from the front desk to the doctor and technicians. Very clean and comfortable with state-of-the-art equipment. I’m so grateful for the recommendation to visit!
Dr. O and Ms. Sarah have cured my fear of seeing a dentist. Such a comfortable atmosphere, they took the time to listen, calm my anxiety, not once did I feel rushed while asking all my questions ;) Teeth cleaning was a breeze, though embarrassed I waited so long. I’m moving my entire family to this practice. One more thing, I was expecting to wait at least 45 minutes in the lobby, nope right on time!!! This practice will not disappoint!

First experience with Riccobene Dentistry in Mocksville was good! Morgan the hygienist was great and Dr. Caputo was very friendly. They both wanted to provide care and treatment that was in my best interest. Pretty much everything you want in a dental practice.
I had an excellent experience at this dentist's office. The customer service was outstanding—friendly and efficient from start to finish. I was able to get a same-day appointment to have a crown repaired, and the work was done with impressive professionalism. It’s such a relief to have a trusted dentist here in New Bern, NC. Highly recommended!
Loving and courteous staff. They really take care of the patient!!! I was scared to death today but Taylor help me through my super deep cleaning. Friendly atmosphere, very clean office. Zeeshan Wahab DMD was great as was Dianne, the dental assistant. They took their time with me and made me very comfortable.
Great overall experience. So far everyone has been friendly, helpful and accomodating. I have gotten all my questions answered and have been scheduled at convenient times to fit my needs. This is my 3rd visit here. I chamged dentisits last year because I disliked the overall care and service I was getting at my previous dentistry. A friend referred me to Riccobene Assoc. at another location, but it was not as close to home as this Riccobene office. This one is great so far. No complaints.
Love, love this office! Dr. Rich is amazing and makes you feel at ease. Personally I have terrible anxiety and choose to pay him cash than go to a dentist that takes my insurance. (I have tried ones that do, but I either walk out or leave crying because of the anxiety attacks.) And Dr. Rich allows me to make payments because he understands the anxiety. The office staff are an amazing bunch of ladies that are there to make things easier and better for you. Dr. Rich will do his best to find the cheapest way or best route to save a tooth and minimize trauma physically to your mouth and emotionally to you! Would recommend him 100% hands down to any dentist I have ever been to before. Amazing people.
I had never been to this particular office but was very pleased very comfortable the staff was extremely nice it was a very busy office but I was surprised at how quickly they called me in. The doctor I saw was extremely professional but personable and the hygienist, Shy that was assisting him was great and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed! I have requested her form next time and I will be going back!
The staff went above and beyond to help me today! I had 5-6 people trying to figure out a way to make things happen in a very short time! They made it work. Thank you for being so understanding and caring to go so far above your " have to". You have a long time patient!
I love the way Dr. Steve explains what he’s going to do before and during a procedure. Veronica is always gentle and patient with me and her professionalism is obvious to whom she is mentoring.

Had a dental cleaning with Carrie and afterward a checkup with Dr. T. I really appreciated the cleaning Carrie did on my teeth. She is new to the office and she is terrific. Gave me the best cleaning I ever had--very thorough and very informative. Dr. T was very attentive to my needs and made suggestions which I agreed with. Great caring dentist! I also found the front desk so much improved from my first visit. They gave me a big greeting and were attentive and caring. The woman who checked me out afterward gave me great service also even though she was very busy. Great service!!!
Took my 5 year old and 8 year old. Everyone was wonderful. The Pediatric area was set up nice and very kid friendly with toy story on the walls. The dental hygienists were very nice. The dentist was amazing. Very friendly with the children and very informative. My son has a rare condition and the dentist actually knew what it was and was very familiar with it. Gave me great confidence in him! Very happy to continue to go here.
Today was my first visit here and I absolutely love them! Everyone from the front desk person, hygienist and Dentist are extremely friendly and kind. Jamie was my hygienist and she was amazing. She explained everything she was doing and talked me there every step. She made me feel so comfortable. This will definitely be my new dental office.

In my experience with dentist offices I was not comfortable and very scared. Today when I visited the office of Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry, I felt at home. Courtney was very friendly and professional. I would recommend anyone services with this dentist office. I had a very bad experience growing up visiting the dentist. I use to dread going to a visit. I do believe today was my last appointment and I’m very sad. From the beautifully decorated restroom to the friendly smile when you walk through the door, I’m going to miss that place! I want to publicly thank Dr. Wolf and the staff at Riccobene Downtown Dental for the beautiful work they did. They have all been wonderfully kind, caring and professional. I had not been to a dentist in at least 10 years, maybe 15 years. Staff took good care of me. Dentist was responsive when I said I could feel her working and she addressed it before continuing. That is taking care of your patients!
Everyone at this office is friendly, caring, & competent; it is obvious that everyone enjoys his/her job. Dr. Steve is wonderful. He is kind, caring, competent, and explains exactly what he is going to do before a procedure starts as well as how long each component will take. In addition, as he is doing the procedure, he explains each step in detail before beginning. He is without a doubt the very best dentist I have ever visited….Bev Miller
What can I say?… the staff from the greeting to leaving were amazing. Facility is clean and well kept but most importantly the people are kind, knowledgable, and funny. The service was excellent. Happy to be seen there.
Both my dental hygienist and the doctor did an amazing job. They were very friendly, and you could tell that they genuinely cared about you. Plus, I love the clean and modern new facility.
Place are extremely nice friendly staffs quite, no long waiting periods etc. all patients are Happy and smiles, give good vibes of thankful and joy I see the looks in patients eyes that also up lift my spirit for the best results, if I had to make a choice I would recommend my stay at Riccobe... family Dentist. I have generalized anxiety, and going to the dentist nearly throws me into a full blown panic attack each time. I’m 41 but feel like a 5 year old every time I have to go. Today was my first experience at the Oakwood office and I have to say from the receptionist to dental hygienist, they were very nice and reassuring. I recommend Jennifer and Lauren, if you can choose. I hadn’t been to the dentist in 3 years and was embarrassed by my lack of care to the point of tears. Jennifer took her time with me and talked to me and was extremely sweet. Awesome bedside manner which can’t be taught. They both said, there’s no reason to be upset, you’re here now and that’s what matters. The dentist I had was nice as well. I don’t recall her introducing herself to me and was in and out pretty quickly. I was there for an hour start to finish. I only had to wait for about 8-10 minutes before being called back. They made me feel at ease and I look forward to going back on Monday for additional work. I’ll update if anything changes, but for now I’m definitely pleased.
Amazing place. Had tooth pain in a crown. Got me in the next morning and had my root canal done the next day. Totally painless. No issues with billing which is always nice. Friendly staff.
Recently had a dental emergency and was having a lot of pain with a crown not fitting quite right and the office staff got me in less than 24 hours after I called and the dentist adjusted my crown in no time and I was feeling better in less than an hour. [...] If you need any work done, absolutely give them a call. You'll have an amazing experience from the incredibly kind ladies at the front desk to the talented dental staff.
My daughter and I both love Riccobene Assoc. Family Dentistry!! They are gentle with her, yet explanatory (she likes to know what they are doing at all times). I highly recommend their services if you need an outstanding dental office! Their front desk staff, dental hygienists, dentists and other support staff are all amazing! Dockside Dental has always been 5 stars! Bree, the new dental hygenist was very good. My family and I are truly going to miss Dr. Viloria. Dr Beamer is fantastic! She took the time to answer all my questions regarding having my wisdom tooth removed and offered advise. She then gave me a referral to two different oral surgeons and emailed me the X-rays they took. Couldn’t ask for more from any dentist. I highly recommend Dr Beamer!
I have waited years to go back to the dentist because I’ve always hated going. I was embarrassed and reluctant to call and schedule an appointment. I moved from out of state and needed a new dentist and I’m beyond words happy that I chose Riccobene! The customer service was absolutely nothing short of elite. When I called to schedule my appointment the lady who answered the phone couldn’t have been any sweeter. The front desk staff when I got there were so welcoming and friendly. My hygienist and my dentist both were great! I felt so comfortable and not judged at all. I’ve never had such a great experience at the dentist and will stop neglecting to go to my 6 month check ups from here on out. 11/10.
This is the only dentist I will take my family to. Very nice but firm will tell the kids how it is. Everyone is real helpful. Office is nice and clean they take that very seriously. Never condescending like some other dentists. Great for kids and adults!

I made an appointment here after I wanted a second opinion and I'm so thankful I did. They made me feel so comfortable and they go above and beyond in regards to patient care. Very pleasant and professional staff. Office extremely clean. A lot of other practices should take notes on how this practice cares for patients. From checking in to checking out everyone and I mean everyone is extremely nice and helpful! I am someone who is terrified of the dentist and Dr. Gough took that fear away. She made a plan for me that is perfect and I can't say enough good things things about this office. Now I do not dread the dentist. Awesome 👍

Today was the day that assured me that I will be smiling again. It has been a while since I have been around smart men and women that did not let that stand between there consumer. Brenda, has the go beyond attitude to make her patients feel comfortable. The doctor was a highlight of my visit carrying me through step by step of the process how it all will come together. And to top it all off having the technician to assist me with the finances with going bankrupted. Do I need to say more. I have professional Dentistry taking care of my mouth and teeth.
I have nothing but high praise for Dr Rich and his crew at Hampstead Family Dentistry. The dental work is high quality and the staff is friendly and will make you feel comfortable from your first visit. I highly recommend them!

My experience couldn’t have been any better. The entire staff was so kind and made me feel at ease from the consultation through the actual procedure (which was my first procedure of any kind so I had a lot of nerves). The technicians were so considerate and made me feel so comfortable. I would highly recommend them and am thankful for such a great experience!
The courtesy and patience means alit when your at any doctors or dentist appointment and it is very well executed from the sign in to the procedure. I really love coming here for all my dental needs and yes I have convinced my husband and children to switch over to Riccobene for their dental needs. The hygienists were amazing! Friendly and thorough. This was our 1st visit. The office was taking excellent precautions. We felt safe. They gave excellent follow up suggestions. So happy we found Jakubek Dentistry.
Always a good experience. Jessica is friendly and considerate when it comes to cleaning. Seems like they have a shortage of doctors to check your teeth after cleaning. Had to wait about 15 minutes for him to do what took one minute.

As always, Riccobene Dentistry for Kids did an excellent job taking care of my son today. A couple of weeks ago I took my three boys (twins 9 and 21 month old) in for their cleaning. The staff was very friendly and informative. I appreciate that everyone had on mask and checked temperatures upon arrival. I returned today because one of the twins had to have a tooth removed. On the way there he stated that the dentist office we used to go to scared him (had to change due to different insurance provider) but he didn't feel scared at the new dentist. I appreciate the care and patience they provide and would recommend them to anyone with a child of any age. Thank you Riccobene Dentistry for Kids!😁

I woke up yesterday to excruciating pain in my mouth. I immediately called to make an appointment with the dentist. They were very accommodating and got me in to see the dentist the very same day. I was very nervous, other than the obvious anxiety builder of going to the dentist, it was also my first time seeing Dr. Steve. As it turns out, Dr. Steve is absolutely AMAZING! It was our very first encounter, but he made me feel like we’d known each other for years. He has been in the practice for 32 years, and it definitely shows. His assistant, Katrina was equally as wonderful! She talked to me as if we have been best friends since elementary school. She is expecting a bouncing, baby boy in October, so feel free to stop by the Monkey Junction location with a baby gift! I could go on and on, singing their praises, but I’ll end with this. Close your eyes, and think of the most important person in your life. Now, think of the type of care you would want them to receive if you were unable to care for them yourself. Got it? This is the exact level of treatment, and care, you will receive at Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry, the Monkey Junction location, in Wilmington, NC. I, obviously, give each and every member… 5 STARS!!!!

I can't wait to go back to the dentist - said no one ever! However, I am not as anxious about my next visit with Riccobene of Mebane. I am the most dental phobic person you probably would ever meet. I am very specific about who my dentist is and when my last dentist left the practice I just had to leave. Unfortunately I had an actual issue that needed to be addressed immediately and Riccobene of Mebane was there to assist. Dr Hunt was amazing, Barbara was professional and funny, all at the same time! And the entire staff was so patient with this patient! They were professional, yet down to earth at the same time. Put me right at ease. I have since signed my whole family up with them! And I truly am not worried about going back.
I have loved my experience at Riccobene! Just moving to the area in the past year, I was lost on where to go for a dentist and a coworker recommended Riccobene. Every person I have met that works there is so kind and helpful. It is by far the best dentist experience I have ever had! Update: I want to thank Ms. Margarita Davenport for being the kindest dental hygienist I’ve ever met. She made me enjoy my visit so much!
First off nikki at the front desk is amazing she is the sweetest cutest soul. The hygenist i believe her name was elaina took her time and was gentle which i love with having senitive teeth. The dentist himself does not push anything on you which i truly appreciate. Im happy I gave them a shot considering this was my very first dentist experience in columbia.There is also another girl who works there and i apologize im not great with names,but she is a jack of all trades and deserves a mention as well! great staff!

Dr. Leslie was wonderful with our son who has autism. He has sensory issues and some anxiety with going to the dentist. She took the extra time to make him feel comfortable and make it a good experience for him. She checked with me beforehand to see how his emotions were before the appointment. She really cares about the children she treats. He came out after having treatment done and he was smiling from ear to ear! The front office staff are always very helpful, friendly and very professional. The assistant that helped us for our 1st appointment was very knowledgeable, professional and had a great rapport with our son. She listened to my concerns and was able to get x-rays on our son who tends to gag alot. Very kid friendly environment, very clean environment. We found the dentist for our son!
The dental hygienist are very good and making both my children feel comfortable while they clean their teeth and do whatever they need to do. Been going there for a few years and my children really like them. The dentist are very nice with my children as well. Very good over all with my children.
The best dental experiences I have ever had! ALL of the staff were smiling( even behind the mask, you could tell), lol I am petrified of going to the dentist, just walking in the door is hard to accomplish. But the staff are kind, compassionate and very sympathetic!! They are always attentive and understand my phobias related to horrible past traumatic dental experiences. So if you have a dentist phobia, this is the place to go! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!
