I've never had an experience as I get here; excellent and very friendly staff. From the time I enter until I leave, I feel like family. Very professional, proficient and prompt. I was in and out in 45 mins and I had two fillings done. My Dentist was awesome and assured me throughout the procedure that I was doing well. Great office staff and all around experience; constantly referring them to others.
It is a great place to go to. They do an excellent job. The staff are all great. I have had a few procedures and nothing has gone bad either time. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Today was my first visit but I was so comfortable from the time I walked in the door til the time I left. Dr. Pike was very kind and explained everything to me so that I could make an informed decision about my dental care and needs moving forward. I love not feeling pressured into something I really couldn't afford and was allowed all the information needed to decided my plan of action. The staff is great and very friendly. I will definitely be telling my friends and family about my experience. Thank you so much!

Riccobene Associates Is by far very knowledgeable in the dental profession. I recently had a diagnosis, that was in my opinion not lining up with my dental habits, so I made an appointment with Riccobene Dental. I was pleased with the consultation, Ms Dominique took me step by step explained everything, on the X-ray, assured me that all is well and Dr Hucal confirmed her findings. Yes I do recommend this dentist. Thanks everyone for a great first visit.
I took my 8-year old last Thursday for an exam, x-rays, and cleaning. She has severe anxiety with dental experiences, but Mrs. Phyllis was so patient and kind with her. She made sure to include Alexa on every step of the way and to show her what she was doing before she did it. She was unable to get the bitewing x-rays, but mostly because of my daughter's fear and small mouth; however, Mrs. Phyllis still made sure to not let my daughter feel she did anything wrong. Dr. Schein was great and overall, we had a really good experience. Next appointment already made!
They do great work! No wait to see the doctor everyone was friendly and professional got in and out pain free. Would recommend to people. Dr.Clark has awesome techniques he got my cavity filled in no time at all his nurse used a numbing agent that made it so I could feel nothing. Brittney does a wonderful cleanings Thanks Riccobene
I love Dr. Mitchell. I had a root canal and crown today. Dr. Mitchell took care of me all the way. His assistance was great too. Not once did I taste the bitter medication thy were using. Dr. Mitchell is an awesome Dentist and puts you at ease throughout the process. I would recommend Riccobene to anyone.
Best dentist office ever.Everyone from the front desk administrators, office manager, dental hygienist to dentist are all amazing. Can’t say enough about this place, Goldsboro residents should be proud to have this Riccobene here.
The walls are beautifully painted with Disney scenes and characters. TVs in the ceiling provide a distraction for the kids during the appointment. Dr. Garner was great as usual, she is professional, energetic and engaging. She explains recovery procedures and expected treatment outcomes thoroughly while answering any questions you may have immediately. Sarah was calm and professional which helped my guy with his anxiousness. They were both reassuring and supportive when my son needed to be calmed.
I was a new patient, The staff was friendly and professional. I was welcomed by a staff member on time, and led to a private room. After initial examination, X Rays, I met with Dr Steve to discuss my treatment. I highly recommend Riccobene Associates, my wife preceded me as a patient, and she also is very pleased with their services.
Courteous, prompt, thorough and safe environment. My 1st teeth cleaning in 18 months,! X-rays and exam revealed a cavity under a crown and a 2nd cracked crown (both are circa 14 year old crowns.) I’m very happy to have been able to schedule follow up appointments to address these issues!
First experience with Riccobene Dentistry in Mocksville was good! Morgan the hygienist was great and Dr. Caputo was very friendly. They both wanted to provide care and treatment that was in my best interest. Pretty much everything you want in a dental practice.
Place are extremely nice friendly staffs quite, no long waiting periods etc. all patients are Happy and smiles, give good vibes of thankful and joy I see the looks in patients eyes that also up lift my spirit for the best results, if I had to make a choice I would recommend my stay at Riccobe... family Dentist. The best dental care center I have ever been to. And I have bad nerves n my kids are hard to deal with but they come in and yall talk n work very good with them. I will always recommend people to yall. Thanks for working so hard with me n my babies. Yall are the best.
I'm a new patient and had an awesome 1st experience. Amanda and Dr O. did a great job of welcoming me, explaining all that was done, and setting me up for future visits. Quick, easy, and painless. :-) Highly recommend.

I wanted to post this review as some may have heard that the office was merged with another practice. I was scheduled to meet with Dr Rich who came highly recommended then one week before my first visit I heard of the merge and Dr Rich was going to be P/T. I kept the appointment and am so glad I did! My appointment was with the new Dentist, Dr Puza. Excellent! The staff is awesome, fun and very comforting. Dr Puza explains everything he is going to do. The office is spotless!! I feel very comfortable and glad I kept with my instincts.
Nobody likes to go to the Dentist, however everyone that worked with me were awesome. Jada my Hygienist is the "Best". When you leave you know that she has done everything to make sure all is well:) Also, getting more options that I didn't know were available to take care of a tooth that I'm having issues with. And getting the insurance quotes being taken care of by Rebekah Presnell-Patient Care Coordinator takes a lot of stress off of me.
After chipping my front tooth I visited the office for the first time. I was able to get my teeth whiten and my chipped tooth fixed within 2 weeks of each other. The staff were friendly and professional. I will be recommend anyone one looking for a dental office to give this place a shot as they out performed my expectations.
Fantastic dentist office! Have now been in for a routine cleaning & x-rays and fillings. Loved Dr. Nadella, she is the best dentist I have had since my childhood dentist. Knowledgeable, kind, polite, and excellent at her job. The same can be said from everyone who works there, from the front office staff, to the hygienists, to the dentists. My fillings was the easiest and most pain free dental procedure I have ever had. I'm so glad to have found this office and will continue to go to them as long as I live here.

I had a deep cleaning done by the sweetest dental hygienist. I can’t remember her name for the life of me. She explained everything as she did it and also explained what the dentist would be doing next because I was nervous. They moved me to another room for 3 fillings with Barbara and the dentist who also checked on me multiple times throughout the procedure and were extremely kind. Barbara was so sweet. I would highly recommend this office.
This was by far the BEST experience I have ever had going to the dentist! The staff was incredible - Emily could not have been kinder and more helpful during my booking and check-in - and Carin - my hygienist was exceptional! She was thorough, friendly, and put every bit of my anxiety to rest. Dr. Adam Smigiel (and Stella of course!) made the whole experience a joy and I left feeling amazed and grateful to find my new dentist!
Jennifer explained everything in detail before hand. Chris was very gentle and reassuring. Their kindness and compassion exceeded my every expectation. We've found our dentist!
I have generalized anxiety, and going to the dentist nearly throws me into a full blown panic attack each time. I’m 41 but feel like a 5 year old every time I have to go. Today was my first experience at the Oakwood office and I have to say from the receptionist to dental hygienist, they were very nice and reassuring. I recommend Jennifer and Lauren, if you can choose. I hadn’t been to the dentist in 3 years and was embarrassed by my lack of care to the point of tears. Jennifer took her time with me and talked to me and was extremely sweet. Awesome bedside manner which can’t be taught. They both said, there’s no reason to be upset, you’re here now and that’s what matters. The dentist I had was nice as well. I don’t recall her introducing herself to me and was in and out pretty quickly. I was there for an hour start to finish. I only had to wait for about 8-10 minutes before being called back. They made me feel at ease and I look forward to going back on Monday for additional work. I’ll update if anything changes, but for now I’m definitely pleased.
Dr. Parker is amazing! Today, I had my first cavity filling. The hygienist and Dr. Parker were so attentive and patient to walk me through every step. It was a seamless and painless process. I truly feel comfortable and confident at this dentist office. I highly recommend for all ages!

I had difficulty with a tooth extraction bleeding more than it should, since I am on blood thinners. Dr. Somers was very open to have me return to his office to examine the situation. He explained a number of things to me and reassured me that all would be well. Today, I am feeling much better and know that I am on the mend and that I am in good hands! Nola Dunleavy
I have been going to Riccobene Associates for several years and have always been seen on time, treated well by all associates and appreciate the hygienists that have done a great job cleaning my teeth. As well, respect the dentists that reviewed my dental work and their presentation of options for me. As well, my sons 8 and 9 and 4 year old daughter, as well, my wife, have been treated well. The facilities are clean, tech tools the latest, plenty of parking and pleasantly comfortable waiting room.. I would recommend this as a great family dentistry and a practice with associates you can rely and trust in.
This office and team never disappoint. Samantha is such a caring hygienist and always so informative of each process. I'm always anxious and somehow everyone there makes me feel so comfortable. Seamless process , thank you all!!

Dr. Goldstein is absolutely amazing. I have been to several dentist about getting my front teeth fixed and they always told me I would have to invest in veneers. Dr. Goldstein fixed them without me having to go that route and i am beyond happy with all the work he has done for me thus far. I highly recommend this office and the wonderful people who work there!
Brush and Floss, part of Riccobene Associates, is really awesome! I just started going there with my kids. Everyone there made my kids feel so welcomed and at-ease. They are really good with kids. My kids left laughing and talking about how they had such a great time! Thank you!
I brought my mom, who has Alzheimer's, to them when we moved her here. They have been so patient and kind and gentle with her. They have done everything they can to help her feel comfortable, safe and heard. They have answered her questions, sometimes the same ones over and over. I just really appreciate the effort because I know it's tough. I am so grateful for their care and support!
Super friendly. What I like most is how caring and gentle the staff is. It’s been a long while since I’d been to the dentist and they were so very understanding about life, family, jobs getting in the way before taking care of myself and not the least judgmental. I am new to NC and found this Dentist researching my insurance and patient reviews. I just had my first visit today and I was very impressed. Everyone was on time and very helpful. They are very up to date on their equipment, even showing off some stuff I had never seen before! My hygienist [...] was great! Very friendly and efficient. I believe I made the right choice for my new dentist!
I had a wonderful experience. Dr. Pruitt and his assistant Amy did a great job taking out my wisdom tooth! They were both very professional and nice and made me feel very relaxed.

We absolutely LOVED our experience! This was my baby girls very first dentist appointment and I knew it would need to be very important that everything went well. She absolutely loved her experience and isn’t scared of going to the dentist at all! The staff was AMAZING. From the absolutely wonderful woman who booked our appointment and checked us in/out to the dental hygienists, to the dentist absolutely EVERYONE was amazing. Thank y’all so much. We will absolutely be back!
Like most I'm sure, I am not a big fan of the dentist but I had an abscess and a broken tooth so I couldn't put it off any longer. Everyone in the office was extremely nice. Dr. Mitchell was wonderful. I have to say it was the best experience I've ever had at the dentist!

We had dental checkup and sealant for my daughters. Overall experience was awesome. Right from setting up appointment to completion was nice experience. I highly recommend this office mainly for kids.
My kids and I have been going to Riccobene ever since we moved here in 2018. We've always been well taken care of. Everyone has been personable and understanding when I have to bring our baby to my appointments. The dental hygienists have always done an awesome job with each of us. The dentist is also thorough with his exam at the end. My kids love going to the dentist. Probably because they know they'll get little toys at the end for being helpful during the appointments.
My daughter had to have a tooth extracted unexpectedly. She was scared and upset. The dental assistant Kristy was amazing with her. She was so kind and compassionate with her care. I have always loved everyone at Riccobene but yesterday was extra special. Thank you Dr Lee and Kristy for taking care of my girl!
My husband, myself and my almost 3 year old all go to this practice at the Benson location. We have always had the best experience. The admin, hygienists, assistants, and dentists are all so kind and helpful. My baby had his first dentist appointment today and they were so patient with him. He had a great first time experience. Dr. Parker is the best! If you are thinking about seeing this practice, do it !
The staff at Riccobene in Apex is very professional, courteous, and friendly. I never wait long in the patient lounge, and my visits are always quick and easy. They make the whole process of visiting the dentist as close to pleasant as it can possibly be! My appointment today was for a filling and I scheduled it in the middle of my work day. I was in and out in just over 30 minutes! I appreciate the efficiency and the care from the dentist and his hygienist. I highly recommend Riccobene Associates, and especially the conveniently located office in Apex.
Just had a temporary crown installed by Dr Holme and her assistant. I was prepared to feel a lot of pain but to my surprise I didn’t feel a thing.the doctor and her assistants made me feel very comfortable in a stressful situation. I still have to go back for more procedures to be done but with their professional work I will not be nervous at all. I will be looking forward to be going back to them and knowing that they will be doing a professional job
I made an appointment here after I wanted a second opinion and I'm so thankful I did. They made me feel so comfortable and they go above and beyond in regards to patient care. Very pleasant and professional staff. Office extremely clean. A lot of other practices should take notes on how this practice cares for patients. From checking in to checking out everyone and I mean everyone is extremely nice and helpful! I am someone who is terrified of the dentist and Dr. Gough took that fear away. She made a plan for me that is perfect and I can't say enough good things things about this office. Now I do not dread the dentist. Awesome 👍

My family has been customers for nearly 3 years. I find the overall experience at Riccobene Dentistry at Monkey Junction has been great. The Front Staff and Ladies at Check-out are professional and friendly. The Dental Hygienists and Dentists do a really good work and I’ve noticed some new equipment lately. The entire staff seem to really like their work environment and it shows with their positive attitude and the smiles you receive. My son just got braces and he really doesn’t mind going to Riccobene :)
I love this dental office! I was a dental technician for 14 years and worked with amazing dentists in Northern Va, I feel like a dental “snob”.... Dr Rich is an amazing, honest dentist who thinks about the big picture not just a money sign. If he can save the tooth he will rather than go quickly to a crown. That is a honest man! Mindy, the Hygienist, is amazing and very gentle! The staff is very kind and friendly and Dana who seems to be Dr Rich’s side kick is amazing as well! I love this office and have recommended them to all I know! We even have our family from NOVA hoping to make Dr Rich their dentist! The office is very clean and homey, not all the bells and whistles but you are not paying for that as well! I would rather honesty and trust in your dr and that is what you receive at this dental Office! I could not recommend them more highly! I LOVE THIS OFFICE, DR AND STAFF!!!! Give them a try, you will love them!
From the ladies at the front desk to the highly skilled hygienists and dental assistants in the back, it is clear, Dr. Rich has a wonderful team at Hampstead Family Dentistry. The atmosphere is relaxed and very friendly, making my visit today much less stressful.(Irreparably broken tooth and crown that had to be extracted) I do not have dental insurance, so cost is always a concern for me. The fees at Hampstead Family Dentistry are very reasonable. This was my fourth visit and at this point, I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!
Have been a dental patient here for over a year. Have had many dentist in my 77 years, but Robbie Smith’s office, Dr Smith and all her employees are the best my husband and I have ever been to, competent and very friendly. Riccobene Associates and Dr Robbie Smith are the best!

Normally, I don’t do too many of these, but to the ladies that helped my daughter Raina today…you truly are amazing. This is never an easy day for parents with a special needs children who are terrified of the dentist for no reason. We appreciate you more than you know.
Dr Miller was so great I had a bad dental experience in the past and him and his dental hygienist I wish I remembered her name were so amazing. They were kind and constantly kept checking on me to make sure I was okay throughout my whole experience. 100/10 would recommend.
Just moving to the area from New Jersey Robbie T Smith DDS was recommended to us by our daughter and friends. From our first phone call to make an appointment, when we arrived and throughout our appointment, each staff member helped us feel welcome. They use modern state of the art equipment. Each staff member is highly knowledgeable of their role in the medical practice.
Chose this place because it’s in network with my insurance and is so close by and I am grateful that it turned out to be such a wonderful experience. I am planning to continue my kids dental care there as a matter of fact. Everyone I mean everyone there truly puts a lot of effort into making the kids and parent comfortable. You really get the sense that it’s a genuine desire to make it a pleasant experience. My 3 year old daughter kept saying “ oh we had such a nice visit “ and now I can expect that she will be thrilled at the expectancy of any future visit ..... this is ideally what you want to build so that the kids can want to visit dentist and be on top of their dental care throughout their life span Wonderful staff and wonderful dentist

Dr. Geeson is the most caring and compassionate dentist I have ever met. Her love of her work shows through the amazing care and treatment of her patients. There is no other dentist me or my family will go to. We live 1 1/2 hours away from her office and the drive to receive the wonderful care is priceless. The staff is friendly and welcoming. All smiles...great team. I will never recommend anyone except for Dr. Geeson for the care we receive.

We choose this Dentist office for my Grandson because we wanted him to have his own Dentist in a family atmosphere. This office is very nice, clean & beautiful inside. The staff was very kind from the time we got there. Courtney did a great job with my Grandson teeth cleaning. I thought he would be afraid but he wasn't she was so polite and kind spoken to him he did just fine. The Dentist was nice too very caring spirit. I like that I will refer people to this office on Falls of the Neuse in Raleigh. If you want a professional experience this is the place. Great job everyone. I thank you .
I absolutely dread going to the dentist but the staff at Riccobene Associates in Garner make the process much more pleasant. They are extremely knowledgeable and kind. I recommend them to all my family and friends!

I saw the dentist at Riccobene in Oxford for the first time for my teeth cleaning. The dental hygienist, Nicole, was so good and so thorough. The dentist, Dr. Hotic, gave me the most thorough exam that I've ever had by dentist. She took her time and explained things. I am so happy with this practice. I have finally found a dentist that I actually trust since Dr Leden retired
Riccobene Associates staff was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Rogers was wonderful and very gentle! I am always a ball of nerves at the dentist, but he made me feel comfortable and checked in to make sure I was doing okay.
My regular Dentist was on vacay, and a dental emergency arose. I was redirected to this office from my regular Six Forks Riccobene. From the very helpful office manager (Kim?) to the most very awesome Ms Joyce (who made me feel Sooooo much less anxious (relaxed and laughing even!) to Dr Smigiel (sp?) who was confident and efficient while maintaining a friendly, happy demeanor...everyone certainly exceeded my expectations! I went in for an emergency broken tooth, got a quick xray, eval and quote for a replacement crown. They even managed to squeeze in my temporary fix (carefully and pain free!) that moment without making me wait for hours! I was in and out in less than 1.5hrs with less than 24hrs notice. Talk about superior patient service! And, I thought Joyce was the absolute BEST! That lady made my day with her sweet southern care. Keep her!
I visited this location several times. Dr. Bacon and the hygienists are very caring of and responsive to their patients. Dr. Bacon was able to rescue my damaged tooth (which would be extracted if the crown couldn't be done) by building up the core and successfully putting a crown on it. The staff is very friendly, the facilities are brand new, and the location is very convenient - Maynard Crossing Plaza on the intersection of High House Rd and Maynard Rd in Cary, NC. I look forward to visiting this location for my future dental needs, and I highly recommend this location to anyone who is looking for exceptional dental care experience.
Complies with Covid rules. Very clean, filtered air. Attention to comfort and pain level. Honors my request for course of care and options. Informed me of different procedures that are possible and what can not be accomplished that is durable and comfortable.

I had a very pleasant experience today. The front desk staff were very friendly and professional. I presented them with my new insurance card and they quickly verified. Both hygienists were very thorough with their updating my information and my cleaning was done quickly. Dr Pruitt was thorough in his exam. I am very pleased my visit today. Will be back in six months While having dinner, I had broken off a molar and was advised the tooth could not be saved with a crown. Dr Pruitt removed the tooth and put in a temporary tooth. Once healed I will get a new permanent tooth. Dr Pruitt and Amy explained exactly what was happening and were very comforting while everything was going on. I look forward to going back to get my permanent tooth. Had my 6 month follow up cleaning today. Everyone was very welcoming and professional. Everything went well. Very pleased with my experience today. 6 month cleaning today. All went very well.
My family and I have been beyond satisfied coming to Riccobene for over 5 years. Everyone is always super helpful, courteous and professional. They must treat their employees just as well as they treat customers because everyone is always so nice!!!!

I love this practice! I went in today for a crown adjustment and saw Dr. McCormack and she was amazing! Each and every time that I've been here the people have been so nice that I would recommend them to anyone looking for a sympathetic dentist. I suffer from extreme anxiety and going to the dentist is no easy feat, so when you get people that are extremely happy to be where they are - you know it. I've never liked a dentist as much as I did Dr. McCormack and maybe it's because she was fixing something that was giving me extreme pain, but she was also mellow and had such a calm demeanor. Even though she had 2 others rooms, she made me feel like she wasn't in a hurry. Thank y'all for making this anxiety riddled patient feel at ease!

Melissa is the ABSOLUTE BEST hygienist ever!!! My kids & I have been going to Melissa for over ten years now and we would NEVER EVER consider letting anyone else take care of us!!! We followed her from her previous office and will follow her wherever she goes!!! She is not only the best at what she does hands down, but she is one of the most kindest, fun, caring and compassionate human beings you would be lucky enough to know ever!! My kids LOVE going to their cleanings because of her as they have grown up with her and know how much she truly cares about them and keeping their teeth so healthy!! In our family IT’S MELISSA ALWAYS OR NO ONE!!!!
I had a wonderful experience here on my first visit. I was completely made to feel comfortable, I was informed all along the way and made to feel at ease despite the fact that I have high anxiety. The appointment flowed well and I am really so happy with results. I had delayed making a change when my dentist retired and now I’m sorry I delayed! Very positive experience.

My girls love going to the dentist. It took a couple to find the best but Dr Garner is the best. We have had the best experience ever visit. The dental assistants are always the nicest to and do everything to make your little ones feel safe. They have friendly people at the front desk. Just a great dentist office all around. The painting on the walls is beautiful. If nothing else just go by and walk in and check it out. You get transferred into another place. Each room is also beautifully painted to keep the kids calm and invited. Go see her and her team at Riccobene Kids in Cary!!!!!!!!
Dr. Soto at the Carolina Beach Road office is very kind, calm, thorough and caring. I feel comfortable, confident and at ease with the care he provides.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this office and location deserves one!! I’ve never been to a dentist office where everyone was so welcoming, considerate, and easy going! I would recommend this office and location all day everyday to anyone and everyone. 10/10🤩
So i went in to get a bad tooth pulled out and they helped me in alot of ways. I called around to different dentist near me and no one seemd like they wanted to help me. I went in explained that I was terrified of needles so the one dental assistant (I think that's what she was) Amie stayed with me and talk me through it and I was in and out no problem and dont have any pain highly recommended them if you need anything done.
No waiting. Everyone is very friendly. The dental assistant does an excellent job cleaning teeth. The dentist took time and did not try to coerce me into unneeded dental work. When work was needed, the staff took time and told me what my cost would be after insurance. Just a very good place.
I had an amazing experience with Riccobene in Knightdale. The hygienist was kind and friendly. So glad to have found a dentist right around the corner from me.
Dr. Cory Jameson did a great job on my implant procedure. He gave me a very in-depth explanation of what the procedure involved and used the upmost care in performing the surgical part of the procedure. Dr. Jameson and his staff were cheerful and friendly and even asked me what kind of music I would like to listen to during the procedure. It was a very nice overall experience.
Dr. Clifton Ball is amazing. He is not only encouraging but also very motivating throughout the orthodontic treatment. His entire staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dr. Clifton Ball and his team for orthodontic treatments.
Dr. Geeson took over my dental care after a bad experience during my first visit to a different dental practice. I needed to have a crown installed on a tooth already having a very large old filling, because drilling away new decay on that tooth meant the tooth could no longer support the old filling. In addition to thoroughly explaining the work that needed to be done, one can immediatley see that Dr. Geeson exhibits extensive and up-to-date training, experience, and confidence in the work she is performing. I had no pain during the preparation of the tooth for the temporary crown. The temporary crown that was made in the office was remarkably so much like the original tooth that it was hard to believe it wasn't my original tooth. The same was true for the permanent crown when it was installed. And there was no pain after the visit in either the temporary crown or the permanent crown. Obviously I am very happy with the dental care being provided by Dr. Geeson and her staff.
