I have always had the best care by Dr Mitchel. I trust him wholeheartedly with my dental care. Christa is a superb dental hygienist . Thank you so much for sharing your gift of excellence.
My first time using this practice with Dr Kyle Thames and I couldn't be happier! He was great! They got me scheduled for 2 days after I called. Was nervous about getting a root canal and they were totally wonderful! Found out I actually needed to get two. Ugh. Dr Thames was actually able to get them both done that same day. About as painless a procedure as I could imagine. I didn't even need the nitrous! Kudos to him and his wonderful assistant!
As a new patient, first impressions are really important. I was very impressed with friendly staff, depth of their skill, and great technology. Highly recommend Riccobene!

I have been going to Jakubek Dentistry for about 20 years with good reason! Dr. Jakubek is an artist, not just a dentist! He made me a crown last week that is absolutely PERFECT, and he did it in one day - in the office! Dr. Jakubek talks to me and we discuss a plan for my teeth using current technology. I have been without insurance for 9 years now, and I can still afford to take care of my teeth. His entire staff is friendly and calming, which is excellent for me because in my youth, I didn't have positive experiences with dental professionals. I whole heartedly recommend Jakubek Dentistry to all my friends and family, and anyone who cares about their teeth!

The Falls of Neuse office has always had the most excellent customer service. They are friendly, quick to respond, and accommodating. They are clean, timely, and I am always in and out as expected. I just wanted to tell others of my overwhelming excellent experience at Riccobene Burlington. I came in for a cleaning and a very sensitive tooth. Aleia gave me an exceptional cleaning then assisted Dr.Swan with testing my tooth. After testing Dr.Swan told me that I needed a root canal. I agreed. He then checked with the staff and found that he could do it THAT VERY AFTERNOON! I was stunned. That kind of service in today’s times! Dr. Swan was efficient, precise and thorough. All of the staff went out of the way to be nice and considerate, something that I’ve not experienced in the last 3 offices that I’ve been to. Which is why I’ve changed locations. I’ll definitely stay at this office as long as these professionals are there!
First visit was awesome. Nikki and staff makes check in process smooth and very comfortable. They are the sweetest. Any questions ask and you will get a response with a nice attitude. Brenda the dental hygienist was very nice and sweet. Dr. Farhan also is a nice and sweet. They make a dentist visit more relaxing. If I can give 10 stars I will.
Dr. Steve is so caring and compassionate. Explains everything he is doing, worried about patients comfort. Would not want anyone but him to be my dentist.
My children have had severe anxiety issues with dental care. Dr. Garner is a top notch pro when it comes to easing the minds and hearts of our little ones! All of the staff at Riccobene are so warm and friendly that the kids now look forward to their dental appointments. They’ve got the most beautiful hand painted murals in each office, too! Just had the last portion of my 6th implant finished I am so pleased at the results. Dr Geeson has done two of my six implants and multiple other procedures. She is one of the best dentist I have ever been to in my 71 years of life. This practice is a diamond in Leland. If you're looking for comfort, experience, and excellent results give this practice a try you will not be disappointed.
My dental hygienist Renee put me completely at ease during my visit. She answered all of my questions and explained my procedure completely. I was a walk in to the clinic and I high recommend Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry.

Tonya is the greatest hygienist. She believes in customer service and has become like family. I appreciate her honesty and attention to detail. I would follow her to any office. She makes the difference.
I can not say enough about Dr. Beamer! She is a master at what she does. Not only clinically, but her customer service is above and beyond. She takes the time to explain every detail of what she’s doing to her patient prior to the procedure. During the procedure she explains constantly what to expect and checks in with the patient regularly. She makes her patients feel at ease and comforted. She is absolutely extraordinary!!!

I was very apprehensive about having the dental procedures that I had this morning. Dr. Lucas Nazario was very compassionate and worked tirelessly to put me at ease. I can honestly say that the only time I felt pain was when he was numbing me so he could remove five teeth. He set to work and was very aware as to my feelings at all times. I have already told other folks about you all Thanks for all the personnel especially the dental assistant who worked with him.
The staff very nice and easy to work with. They made you feel at ease during your procedure. Paid attention to your needs at all times. Staff really great, would recommend to everyone needing a dentist.
Dental assistant Natasha was very friendly and allowed me to use her EarPods when mine didn’t work. This helped my anxiety level immensely during my procedure. Dr. Hucal was able to fit me in today for a root canal instead of having me come back. He was very compassionate.

I had not seen a dentist in years and needed immediate help because of a horrendous toothache. Everyone was extremely helpful and explained what was happening and what to expect. They all focused on ending the pain first and I never felt judged for not keeping up with prevention. They made me comfortable and relaxed. They were also covid conscious. It was an excellent experience. Highly recommended.
I was experiencing a lot of problems recently after breaking off my front bottom tooth. Missy, helped me out overnight, giving me a lot of knowledge and reassurance..she went above and beyond her job. Mindy, cleaned my teeth and made sure I was as comfortable as possible working around a broken tooth. Dr Rich, he is awesome..he helped me with my options, and gave me an answer to an ongoing skin issue, my other dentist brushed under the rug..I have been referring Dr.Rich, and his staff ever since!!! I am so excited that I found a new dentist and staff that truley care about their patients!!!
I had a dental emergency, a cracked filling directly in the front. Thank God and Riccobene staff got me in a very short amount of time and resolved my problem.? Thank you again for your courtesy and excellent dental repair I am smiling again.😁😁
We love Dr. Smith and her team. I have three little girls ages 9 6 and 3 and we have such a great experience every time. The girls are always excited to get their teeth cleaned. The whole staff makes sure the girls have a super fun and positive visit!
Every aspect of my experience with Riccobene Garner has exceeded my expectations. I was in really bad shape when I started with them, but they fixed all my problems with sedation dentistry.
Erica the dental assistant was amazing. She really went above and beyond to make me comfortable. In my opinion whatever she’s making should be doubled. This was a fantastic experience at a dentist, how many people can say that?!? Great place to go I highly recommend.
This place is amazing!!! Before I got to my appointment I was so scared and nervous and emotional. When I arrived they were super nice and sweet at the front desk, checking me in. Once I got to the back to start my process of becoming a new patient it was even more amazing. I became very emotional telling my story and then hearing what services I needed to receive because of the state of my teeth and my mouth but the whole time Tabitha was listening, being very understanding and consoling to me, I felt at ease after pouring my heart out to her. She reassured me that everything was going to be ok and that it was ok for me to cry to release the emotions and that the doctors were going to take good care of me. She took all my ex-rays and pictures and she was so gentle and kind with me. Then the doctors came in and they were amazing too (so happy to be a patient there). They (doctor Austin and the other's) explained what my issues were very clearly and explained what I had available to me as choices then asked if I had questions, then they explained it all again. The pricing is also amazing! I'm not going to ramble on and on because you get it (THEY'RE AMAZING 😍🤭😁!!!) so If you're looking for a dentist go to RICCOBENE they're amazing, the service is 100%. I can't wait to go back and start my services.
From the time u walk in the waiting room receptionist, doctors, assistance,all make you feel so very welcome and at home there, everyone is super super nice and I do appreciate service you provided .. walk you step by step and explain to you exactly what's going to take place ,and as you get your procedure, continue to explain what's going on. 10! Wonderful experience my sons first appointment Debra was AMAZING, made my son feel comfortable !!! The Dr. Gaddy was phenomenal, gave me great walk through of X-rays! So kid friendly! Everyone had great vibes!! No tears he loved it!!! If you have kids they will love this dentist! The decor & kid show on was everything!
Best experience I’ve had at a dentist in a long time! I woke up and needed dental treatment for same day. I called in as a new patient and was greeted with a very sincere welcome from the receptionist. Upon arriving I was met by very friendly and attentive staff! I felt comfortable the whole time and I am completely satisfied with my dental work! Thank you so much! Could not have asked for a better practice. I’m no saint when it comes to taking care of my teeth, but I didn’t feel shame or judgement from anyone here. The hygienist, Ashley, who took care of me, was incredible. She knew I was anxious to begin with, but step-by-step she told me what she was doing and I immediately felt a sense of relief. I had only ever known one dentist’s office for a good portion of my life. Since moving out on my own, I’ve had only a select few dentist visits at a different office. I’m thrilled to say that I trust this office and felt completely cared for the entire time. All of my concerns were addressed and I left feeling SO relieved that I’d finally had an exam and a teeth cleaning after three years. I can’t wait to make this a regular occurrence again. You should too!

My appointment today was a positive experience as always. The check-in process began with a positive greeting from the receptionist followed by Covid-19 screening concluding with a few documents to sign. I only had to wait approximately 10-15 minutes before o was introduced to Renee who was my dental hygienist. She was very professional, personable, easy to talk too, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I felt a connection to her being a Marine Corps Veteran because she shared stories with me about how her husband was prior military and how she wanted to even join the military herself. What struck me most was about how she cared for me and the passion she had for all of her patients. I felt in today’s environment it was truly rare to meet such a special person. She is a great asset to the Riccobene staff. Dr. Lee was my dentist responsible for replacing a crown that served its purpose. Dr. Lee and his assistant did a fantastic job making sure I was doing fine throughout the process. They too made me feel very comfortable the entire procedure sharing what I was experiencing along with some humorous stories of their. Great place for your dental needs. I’ve been a patient for about 4 years now, would definitely recommend them to my friends and have no intentions of going anywhere else. Randy R. Griffin
I don't know where to start. My 8 year old is terrified of the dentist like most of us, however the dentist hygienist and the Doctor was just absolutely amazing customer service was great from beginning to end. ALL of the ladies / Drs were nice, patient, kind, polite,respectful, informative, kid friendly. Not only do they make the children feel comfortable the parents as well. You are allowed to go in the back with your child which is a huge plus. They have tvs at every station, I'm so glad I found a kid friendly dentist. Going here make you want to go to the dentist. If you have trouble finding a dentist for your child. Look no further. Hands down! Seriously!
Dr. Rima Solank is by far the best experience I have had with a dentist. She was very friendly and kind with my appointment. I will definitely be asking preferably for her services. For ALL my dental needs for our future appointments. I will also be recommending her to my friends and family for any of there dental needs too.
I recently took my 90 year old mom to Riccobene and I can't believe that going to the dentist could be such a great experience. We both actually felt at home being treated so kindly by every staff person, lots of smiles and laughter. At the same time everyone was very professional in explaining all the procedures and even letting my mom who had been a dental hygienist back in the day look at her X-ray pictures. Mom's treatment plan was discussed thoroughly and looking forward to our return visit.
Fantastic office! Both my kids go here every 6 months. It’s always very clean and everyone is so nice and helpful. Highly recommend!
I had never been to this particular office but was very pleased very comfortable the staff was extremely nice it was a very busy office but I was surprised at how quickly they called me in. The doctor I saw was extremely professional but personable and the hygienist, Shy that was assisting him was great and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed! I have requested her form next time and I will be going back!
I have been coming to this office for years and they are some great people to have your oral care. My hygienist is the best and her name is Julia. She makes you feel very comfortable getting your teeth cleaned and is very gentle
I can not say enough wonderful things about the staff here at Riccobene!! From the nurse, to hygienist to the dr ! All were very friendly, helpful and concerned for my son. They were running a little behind but made it a point to pop in every few minutes to update us. The nurse even went above and beyond and called me after the appointment to let me know she ordered my sons presciption as well as called me later in to make sure I picked it up as well as followed up the following day to see how he was doing and again on the third day. We will be bringing ourselves and all 5 of our children here! Thank you !!!
Dr Sommar and the staff were very kind and gentle. I was nervous going in, but the experience was pretty painless and very. Much less uncomfortable than I thought. I recommended my wife to now go to see him....she is going to do so Yesterday had to get one of last year’s crowns redone. I was pleased with the service, shawnwa and dr Sommar were wonderful

This appointment was for my children who have not had very good experiences with dentists in the past. The car that was taken to make them feel welcomed and comfortable almost brought me to tears. Everyone and I mean everyone from the front desk receptionist to the dental assistants to the dentist made my children feel so good that they are ready to return. I loved the way they talked to me as an adult but also explained every single thing to my children before and after they had done it, in easy-to-understand terms.
Dr. Dorrance Clark and the staff we interacted with were excellent. They were very kind to my daughter who has some intellectual disabilities. Conditions were explained clearly as were charges. I had a sense the doctor and staff have true compassion and are not driven by worldly standards, i.e. making money. God bless them.
Took my 3 yr old son to his first dentist appt (his original appt scheduled for a year ago got cancelled due to COVID) here at the Hwy 54 location and could not be more impressed. From the front desk staff, to the hygienist to the dentist they went above and beyond to make my son feel welcome and comfortable. The hygienist, Tabitha, was so patient and kind to him and entertained all of his questions and comments on his first dentist experience. Great job!

I was thoroughly pleased with my visit. Believe me I did not want to come for my deep cleaning but my hygienist Lisa and Dr. Nazario were my angels today. Dr. Nazario listens and he works to make sure you receive the best service. Lisa did a thorough job. She really helps me feel comfortable and her suggestions to help me stay calm really has been a blessing to me.
My husband Bill is the patient but everything goes smoothly, Every one is very friendly and attentive to the process that they are dealing with in getting Bill new upper dentures. They are thriving to meet his needs., they are very patient.

My visit to Riccobene Associates in Wake Forest for teeth cleaning was a very good experience. The Robbie T Smith office is a great dental provider. You are greeted on entering. Jess, the hygienist who cleaned my teeth was very professional and did a careful examination and cleaning. The I saw De. Gonzales who also provided an explanation of what was necessary for me to address. I really like this Riccobene office. Plus they have the CEREC machine for dental crowns!
I meant to review earlier but tis the season. Honestly anytime someone gives me an opening to mention my dentist I mention this place. It seems like everyone there absolutely loves teeth and I can tell they are equally as passionate about their jobs! I never liked the dentist before but now I’m excited for my check ups. If you want people who are enthusiastic about their work and will explain things to you comprehensively this is the place to go! Also Melissa is wonderful and funny!
I have horrible teeth and am so scared of going to the dentist . I always feel scared still and the dentists, hygienists, and assistants always make me feel better. So calming and kind, and they always answer all of my questions and are always informative and helpful . They always check on me throughout whatever procedure I’m having and see if I’m hurting or need more numbing etc . I’m still scared of the dentist , but they always make me forget that I’m scared and I can tell they really care about their patients and the experience as a whole. I always tell all my friends to go there and they walk away with wonderful experiences as well . They even made my daughter want to be a dental hygienist . I could go on forever , but fingers are going numb lol . Thanks y’all for making me feel better !!! And also , they are always helpful up front when it comes to payment and insurance and setting up my appointments .

Had a great experience each time I have been. They are gentle and thorough. I have a phobia of dentists. I have made them my primary dentist. all staff I have met from the gentleman at the front desk to the assistant and to the Dr, they are all professional and more than happy to help how ever they can. 5 stars. Going to the dentist is the absolutely last place I want to go. But I knew I had to. I was able to schedule an appointment the same week. I have had two appointments so far. Everyone is very welcoming and reassuring, which is very nice because of my dentist phobia. Highly recommend them.
Great place to get your teeth cleaned! Melissa was great and deserves a raise so she can afford Disney+ to watch the Mandalorian!
Everyone is so sweet here! My daughter was scared of the elevator so once we got up there the fun art work on the walls, etc. made her very happy! She didn’t like the teeth cleaning part but that’s to be expected of a two year old, they made it very easy for me though which is super helpful for a stressed out mama of two!
The doctors here are amazing. They are very personable, educated, and good at what he does. The four Dental Assistants I've had in the past few visits were also amazing, informative, and personable, not to mention highly skilled. I've had some problems for a while that my previous dentist office was only keeping an eye on. I've had acquaintances who have been stung by that (which has cost them physical pain and more money to resolve). This office takes excellent care of your teeth and ensures they are doing everything they can to ensure there are no future issues as well. I'd highly recommend this office!!!

This is the best dentist I’ve been to. Everyone I’ve seen has been super nice and even my daughter who is anxious about everything has always had a great experience here. We’ve always felt comfortable and they don’t try to get you to do unnecessary things. I’d definitely recommend them!
I had a crown put on one of my front teeth, so it needed to be cosmetically perfect in color and fit. I am very pleased with the results. Dr. Miller aims to please and Patti, his assistant is very skillful in her technique. Everyone at Riccobene have been very pleasant

My experience at Complete Dental has always been excellent from the front desk staff to the Dental Assistant, Dental Hygienist and Dr. Gough! I love the precautionary measures the office takes by calling when you arrive, being taken back to your room and the cleanliness of the facility. I’m so thankful for Dr. Gough and her staff for always putting a smile on my face.
Dockside Dental is one of the best dental office. All staff are very welcoming and Dr. Shein is very personable and funny! My regulad dentist office could not see me with the bad toothache that my tooth was fractured and Dr. Shein was able to see me quickly. Glad I found them!

Our family had a the BEST experience at the dentist today! Our hygienist, Brooke, was absolutely amazing—gentle, thorough, and made us all feel incredibly comfortable and beautiful cleaned us up. This was the first time my two year old went to the dentist and I was looking for some place special and we found it here. From the time we opened the door I knew she would love it. It was just so colorful and bright and everyone was so welcoming. The staff was friendly and tried to make her feel so comfortable from the start. My cap came out for my implants and Riccobene did an excellent job replacing it. Even though I had to get a shot to numb the area, the experience with how they treated me was worth it. I highly recommend everyone to use them if they having dental issues.

Going to the dentist hasn't been one of my favorite things to do. However, Downtown Dental has changed that. I actually look forward to going because of the great customer service and attention to every one of my Dental concerns. A very clear discussion about my treatment plan is always throughly discussed. I trust Downtown Dental and have been going to them for over 3 years. I look forward to many more years of excellent dental care. My husband and I did a lot of research when trying to find a new Dentist. We came across Riverside Dental Arts and were immediately impressed. We had an initial consultation to meet Dr. Rich and discuss our Dental needs prior to an appointment, something I had never had with another Dentist. I really appreciated the extra mile he took to get to know us. The dental hygienists are also top notch! Karen does a great job and is always polite and professional, not to mention super gentle on my teeth (which is much appreciated!). She always had great suggestions on dental products to try which is very helpful. I would highly recommend Riverside Dental Arts (Downtown Dental).
Such and awesome and friendly staff. I came in for a root canal then a crown and everyone I came in contact with were friendly, amazing and well knowledgeable about what they were doing. I moved to NC in 2010 and started going to Riccobene at the McGee’s location. My entire family has gone there for the past almost 12 years, and we have ALWAYS loved the environment. Everyone is always nice, professional, and very personable! Definitely recommend!
My child had to get 2 teeth extracted during this visit. The doctor and assistant were both so great with her. She was very nervous and they helped take her mind off of things. The staff is very pleasant.
Going to the dentist can be like going to get an oil change-you go in expecting to get one thing and then they try to upsell you on several other things that you never asked for. After a previous experience with an apparent dollar-focused dental clinic, I was relieved to find in Riccobene an honest, straightforward practice. So here's a quick snapshot of my Riccobene experience. Customer service: Top tier! Ms. Nikki, the office manager, is amazing. She was awesome with handling the transfer of my case. Ms. Aury at the front desk is very warm and welcoming. Dr. Farhan was knowledgeable and polite. Mr. Chris, the dental hygienist, was extremely thorough in my cleaning. Scheduling: On point! Whereas many other offices had a waiting period of up to two months, I was able to get in within a week of calling. Environment: Very elegant decor with the latest cutting-edge technology. Services: Chef's kiss! My deep cleaning left me feeling like a new person. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and am happy to have found my new dental home.
I went in today because my normal Dentist (at a different office) was not available for a Crown. The Dentist today did an X-ray of my tooth and examined it to determine that I just needed a filling saving me both time and money in the long run. Everyone was very professional and kind.
Not like the Dentist is anyone’s favorite place, but they are awesome there. I have been going there for 5 years. Everyone is friendly And the facility is always extremely clean. I’ve had different hygienists and everyone of them have been professional and done a great job. For Dentist I have had Dr. Williams and Dr. Runyon And I have never received better care of my life. I’ve had everything done there from fillings to crowns and I am completely happy with all services. Also I would like to recognize Red at the des., She is always there with a smile and first to help.
Answered all my questions. Didn’t make fun of me for being a wimp. They have nitrous. They give goody bags. 10/10 have to go back and I’m not that mad about it.
The Cary locations staff has been absolutely amazing to my son. They are always super friendly and do great work. He had major dental work done at one of the visits and they made him feel comfortable and safe the entire time, as well as doing the job well and efficiently. Would highly recommend them to anyone for pediatric dentistry.
