Arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment and in 2 minutes I was called back to have a tooth extracted. Dr. blessing and his nurse were efficient, explained everything they were doing. It was a totally painless extraction with impressions for a denture. I was done, paid and out the door in one hr. And 10 minutes. Totally pleased!
In my experience with dentist offices I was not comfortable and very scared. Today when I visited the office of Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry, I felt at home. Courtney was very friendly and professional. I would recommend anyone services with this dentist office. I had a very bad experience growing up visiting the dentist. I use to dread going to a visit. After today I will make sure I am at every visit scheduled. I love your team!!! KUDDOS
A great start towards my new smile 😁😁😁. I had another amazing experience yesterday on the 24th January. I was scheduled for one tooth extraction, but it was so pleasant and the Dentist technic was so enjoyable, to include his bedside manner along with his technician. I asked Dr Farhan if I could just have my other tooth that needed pulling. Pulled right now. So the procedure again was successful and a joy. No problems what so ever. They got a special kind of skill going on with the entire team at RiccoBene Associates. Thank again for a wonderful experience.
I don’t mind at all coming to the dentist here. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Each dentist I’ve seen has been attentive and professional and my dental hygienist, Lisa is always awesome in every way!!!
Awesome experience. Dr. Rogers and the entire staff was very friendly. They thoroughly went through my entire procedure and explanation. I would highly recommend them for all your dental needs!
The staff was friendly and professional. My wait was not too long. I felt no pain during my precedure. No needle was involved,. That made me happy because I am so afraid of them. I think I am going to like this dentist office.
I was referred to Jakubek dentistry by a skilled health care professional to have some dental proecdure done. Dr. Jakubek was very skillful and got the work done with minimal/no pain and ZERO side effects, considering that many things can go wrong during the procedure that was done for me. I have been visiting him since then for the last several years, for getting annual dental exams and cleanups. His staff puts a good amount of time and effort into dental cleanups. Overall, a great experience!
I am from out of state and had a tooth break. I called Riccobene Associates because they accepted my insurance. Was nervous going into a strange office but was pleasantly surprised. Everyone treated me like I was a regular patient. The nurse and Doc were great. They were so kind and compassionate to a stranger. If you are looking for a new dentist office, I would highly recommend this office.
The entire staff was great!!! They were busy and short handed but they never showed any frustration! Everyone I encountered was fantastic! From the front desk to the assistant and the Dentist. Great attitudes! Relaxed yet professional! Lots of fun for a dental visit!!! Cool people who made the task of pulling my tooth very comfortable and easy from a patients point of view! I'll be back!
Phyllis is a great dental tech. Did have to wait 20 minutes past my appointment time to get called in. Not the norm though.
I am a very high anxiety patient when it comes to a dentist. I rarely go to the dentist. This week I found myself needing a crown. Dr. Clark Was the most gentle dentist and made me feel extremely comfortable. I went back yesterday to get my teeth cleaned and Melissa was my hygentist. She walked me through the entire process and took her time. I would highly recommend this office in Apex. Thanks Guys
The best hygienist I've ever seen across nine states and the best dentist Dr. Miller, he is personable and kind they make a great dynamic duo. As a registered nurse I know you don't always find this in the medical field but I would recommend anyone to come to their practice. Very professional very knowledgeable and most of all very kind! They have the complete combination there!!!

My very first visit and everyone made me feel right at home. Everyone I came in contact with was pleasant and professional. Maria was patient with me and really listened to everything I had to say. Dr. Pike came in and addressed every concern I had and made sure I understood everything. I’m so glad my Aunt referred me to this place. I am very fearful of Dentist’s due to past experiences but this has been the first time I felt at ease. Thank you! I’ll be seeing you guys again!
Preparation for a crown on one of my molars was quick and completely pain-free. The office is always clean and appointments are always on-time.
Me and my husband couldn’t be more grateful! When no one else would help my husband from a horrible tooth that was hurting him beyond words and was infected they did the extraction and with short hand notice! Couldn’t thank Dr Jameson, Ms Ryan, Ms Amanda and Ms Christina enough for all they did. Even with something going crazy with the insurance Ms Amanda made it possible! Again thank y’all so much!
Great, friendly staff! Always make me feel welcome. Also, it seems like they actually enjoy what they do and that definitely makes a difference.
I had such a great experience at Riccobene! Aury + Nikki in the front were both so kind and helpful. I have a lot of nerves when it comes to the dentist, and they both made me feel welcomed and calm. Chris, my hygienist, was very friendly and thorough. Dr. Farhan was great as well, and talked me through the whole process and treatment. Both of them were very knowledgeable and helpful! I highly recommend the whole team :)
I’ve been coming here with my kids for more than 13 years and I will never go elsewhere! I have 4 kids, all of which love the dentist and have never been scared to go since they were toddlers! The staff is awesome and caring and very nice and welcoming! This is an amazing company, and I have found Ricobene’s every time I moved around the area, each one bringing A+ service. Never a bad experience, would recommend 100%!
This place has been amazing serving my family. Our son is autistic and they have been taking care of him for 5 years now. They have gone above and beyond to help care for his teeth and excepted him for his developmental age . He's now 14 and they do Pediatric up to 12. So we are going to transfer to an adult dentist. However they said if it didn't work or welcome to come back. I would highly recommend this as a pediatric dentist office. Take care for each family individually and their staff is fantastic with kids.
I've been with this practice for almost 2 years now. The staff is friendly and caring. I am comfortable rather it's getting my teeth cleaned or having a crown done. My teeth and I love this practice!
Had oral surgery at the Garner office last week. The staff are amazing, soo friendly and awesome at what they do. Needed to get in today at the last minute. I was worked in, got there 30min early and they took me right back. Wish I could give more stars!
Had the BEST experience at this office. Yasmin was wonderful and gentle while performing my yearly cleaning. Dr. Swan was very friendly and informative, leaving me feeling comfortable in the chair. all the staff were so wonderful with my multiple kids at the same visit. All the Hygienists were organized and efficient and both Dr. Gady and Dr. Rob were fantastic..
Great experience. Friendly staff. Had a filling replaced and was surprised that it was painless easy and quick. Won't say I'm looking for the next filling but if I do ... I was trying to tough out a toothache until I realized that wasn’t going to work because it was getting too painful. I usually see Dr. Drew but they fit me in short notice with Dr. Hotic. She and her assistant soothes my concerns, diagnosed the problem, and referred me to a specialist. The professionalism of everyone in the practice is exceptional.
This is the best dental off I have ever experienced. The girls from the front office to the back are the sweetest. Dr. Golf and Gessen are so understanding and do what they can to make you feel good about yourself. They had 1 week to get my teeth fixed for my daughter's wedding. They a did it! I had smile just in time for the wedding pictures. They really do care about their parents. If you need help go visit them.
Loving and courteous staff. They really take care of the patient!!! I was scared to death today but Taylor help me through my super deep cleaning. I have one other side to have clean & because she took care of me... I'm actually going to come back for the left side 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾... thank you Riccobene for such a wonderful Staff!!!
Office was very organized and thorough during my cleaning, exray and exam. I was very pleased with their detail to COVID precautions.
New location is very nice with state of the art equipment. Very thorough cleaning with suggestions on keeping up on flossing. Dental examination was also meticulous and focused on a few areas to keep an eye on. Excellent staff.
I have been to different dentists over the years, so going to a new dentist makes me nervous. But I must say from my first cleaning to my first filling with Riccobene has been a breath of fresh air. Everyone I came in contact with in the office was very nice and seemed to really take pride in their work. The dental assistant that I had for my filling was so compassionate and told me everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable. Getting good service these days is hard to come by, so when it happens, it is really appreciated!
The staff was very efficient and responsive to my needs. Everything was thoroughly explained to me and all of my questions were answered. The dentist was personable and friendly. I will return to this office and advise others to give them a try.
The hygienists and dentists are really good with kids. They answer all my questions and address any concerns I have about my child’s teeth. In addition, they try their best to make the experience fun and enjoyable for the kids. Always a great experience when we go.
Just started going here after not visiting a dentist for along time. Thankfully I’ve taken good care of my teeth. Riccobene did have to fill a cavity today. They were very nice and caring the whole time while working on me. They were even noticing my hand would tightening up every so often during the filling and would stop to check on me.
Staff was very friendly, quick, and helpful. Office is new and modern and very well decorated to provide a relaxing and comfortable environment.
Dr. Bacon and the Team at the Cary location off Highhouse is awesome. I've been going for cleaning for a couple of years and they are always on time. We have moved our whole family to them because I can trust them to be fair. My wife had actually gone to a Dentist in Downtown Cary and he wanted to do a filling. Dr. Bacon looked at it and didn't feel like it was something that needed to filled at this moment. I like a Dentist that is truthful and honest and Dr. Bacon is just that. Lastly but not not lastly, what a professional team. They support each other and respect each other on a personal level. My former Dentist down the road would berate his staff right in front of me...the client. Dr. Riccobene has created something good and deserves all the praise for a wonderful practice.
Today was my first visit at Riccobene Family Dentistry and I must confess, I enjoyed the experience. This is my 3rd dentist and I was praying for a great dentist. Starting from the front staff, nurse, hygienist, and dentist, my experience was beautiful. They had a sense of humor, they we’re happy, helpful and very pleasant. The office setting was calm and peaceful. Meghan, Yulonda and Dr. Hucal. Wonderful.!!!
Great experience at Downtown Dental! You are greeted with a warm and friendly smile by the front desk team, Michelle and Karen. Dr. Rich is very thorough and wants the best for his patients! Karen, my hygienist, is fantastic, caring, and does such a great job! I would recommend this office to everyone!
I have extreme anxiety and have had difficulty with dentists. I just recently moved to North Carolina and was referred. Everyone was amazing. Everyone was very understanding and went out of their way to take care of me and make me feel calm and explain every step of everything to me. I would highly recommend!

Dr. Rich has been my husband's and my dentist for several years. He is very friendly and makes you feel at ease. He cares about your teeth and will do everything he can to make sure you keep them. He is not one to quickly jump to extract a tooth if there is anything he can do to prevent that from happening. My husband has a few problem teeth that Dr. Rich has been tending to for a few years now and are still intact. Dr. Rich always has a smile and a laugh that can be heard throughout the office. He and all of his staff are terrific and will do all they can to make your dental visit a pleasant one.
I am really happy that at last I found a place that might resolve my problems. One feels warm and comfortable just coming Inside the office. Friendly environment and staff do everything to make you feel safely. I entirely trust Dr.Clark and the whole team. Believe me, I know, what I am saying after trying other places. Also I want to thank Dr. Parekh for his wonderful painless job. This is only beginning and the long way to go, but I became more enthusiastic in front of the new adventures❗️ Good Luck Riccobene ✊❗️

I was tentative about my dental visit. I mean, seriously, who isn’t? However, from start to finish, the staff here was a 10/10. When calling to arrange for an appointment, everyone I spoke to was patient, professional and concise. The same friendly feeling was conveyed upon walking through the door of the office. Lynn was amazingly friendly, performed the radiological portion of the exam flawlessly, and was the ray of sunshine needed to get me through the pain that I had come in with. Porcha (sorry if that’s the incorrect spelling) was upbeat and smooth with the dental cleaning. Dr. Geeson is definitely a tooth ninja. The speed and skill at which she worked was amazing, and I’m extremely grateful for the professionalism and talent she showed in expediting the process of removing my painful wisdom teeth. I’d definitely suggest this office for any of your dental needs, as they surpassed all of my expectations. Thanks!!!!
My three children are all patients here (ages 13, 10, and 4) and we have never had a negative experience. But today we had to take care of my youngest's first cavity...which could have been awful for a child with sensory issues. But this team is SO amazing...he didn't make a peep the entire time! He even insisted that I go back to my chair when I tried holding his hand! AND we got a surprise visit by Santa. THANK YOU!
Dr. Chris is AMAZING!! I hated my smile for many years, and he gave me a beautiful smile again! I could not be more thrilled! Thanks to the whole staff, who are very nice and comforting. Best dental office I have ever been to. Don’t hesitate to go, they’re fabulous.

They were very courteous. I also believe they went above and beyond in making sure Covid was not brought into the facility. Very thorough exam, and then went into detail showing me the results and recommendations. I have already recommended them to my wife. Went back in for a cleaning and fillings. Again very impressed, a lot better than previous dentists.

This was my vert first cleaning at Riccobene, but Carley did an excellent job. She was extremely professional and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the visit. She was also very thorough and made sure to explain everything as she went. She has an infectious personality and anyone can tell that she takes pride in what she does. I can’t say enough good things and will definitely be sending more patients her way!
Absolutely love Dr. Leslie at Riccobene Pediatrics! She is amazing and my daughter was immediately comfortable with her. We had the best experience with a broken tooth and repair. The dental assistant was fantastic as well. I definitely recommend Dr. Riccobene Pediatrics Dentistry.

The staff is amazing!! If I could give more stars I would. Briana, Kristen and Donna were super considerate of my situation(my teeth are bad) but they never judge or complained about my situation even though they were very busy. My first experience was great and I trust them to help me with my smile journey. Thanks again ladies for making me feel comfortable. I had my first appt today with Riccobene Family Dentistry ( monkey junction location) and I can honestly say it was the best dental experience I’ve had in all my life. Everyone was cheery and friendly. Dr. O has a stellar personality and made me laugh multiple times while also being professional. Ashley my hygienist was awesome! She informed me of everything she was doing and explained to me what her and the doctor meant when they were communicating in dental terms. She was very friendly and sweet. The receptionists were kind, bubbly and informative and everyone there knows what they’re doing. I highly recommend this practice to anyone because you will leave happy and with a bright smile!! I have the upmost confidence with all the staff here at Riccobene Dentistry and I look forward to giving them my business from here on out!
From the moment I walked in the door, I was treated with warmth, professionalism and respect. The exams by both the dental hygienist and the dentist seemed thorough and gentle. I was provided with detailed information about my dental health, recommendations for treatment and options. Additionally, all my questions were answered and financial/insurance information was explained. I enjoy this dental clinic and highly recommend.
I had never been to this particular office but was very pleased very comfortable the staff was extremely nice it was a very busy office but I was surprised at how quickly they called me in. The doctor I saw was extremely professional but personable and the hygienist, Shy that was assisting him was great and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed! I have requested her form next time and I will be going back!
The staff at Riccobene are super sweet and very helpful. They are extremely patient with their pediatric clients and detail everything they are doing to make sure the kids feel safe. Dr. Martin is phenomenal! As a Nigerian American family, it is important for us to find medical providers that not only offer quality care, but look like our family. We want to teach our children early that they truly can be whatever they choose when they grow up. Representation truly does matter! Seeing Dr. Martin for their first visits to the dentist were both great experiences. Dr. Martin is an amazing pediatric dentist and despite their squirming, my kids felt extremely comfortable in his hands. He was so gentle with them and kept them in good spirits with his warm personality. He was very thorough, but also got us in and out fairly quickly. My son went home and began brushing the teeth of all his toys (in addition to his own)! Both first visits were a success and we’re thrilled to have such a gem like Dr. Martin in the Goldsboro community.

This office is the best dentist I have ever been to. Everyone is so kind and inviting. I recently had a cavity filled here and Latesha was my tech. She is so sweet and made me feel very comfortable. She and Dr. Clark talked me through the entire procedure which really helped to calm my nerves. Dr. Clark did an awesome job with the filling. It took no more than 30 minutes and I couldn’t feel a thing! I’ve also had a cleaning with Amber and she is so awesome!! Big thanks to this office for all your hard work and hospitality! You guys are the best :)

Great to find a dentist that specializes in dentures(as most dentists don’t deal with dentures). Very knowledgeable and very caring!
They are always so friendly and caring of my needs. They thoroughly explain what to expect with every procedure. They allow me to choose how I want to proceed with treatment after being given pros and cons. I have been coming here for a few years now and haven’t had a terrible experience. I recently had a delightful visit at Riccobene Dentistry in Apex with Dr. Lara Clark.Veneer replacement is a lengthy procedure and Dr. Clark stayed focused, meticulous and efficient.Expertly assisted by Destiny and Q. The Front Staff was equally great.So glad I chose this highly skilled Dentist!
I’ve used them twice and both experiences were beyond pleasant. Special shout-out to Patricia who was the dental assistant who took care of me this time. Friendly staff, clean facility, and the membership is priced well.
I had 4 teeth that needed to come out. In the waiting room my anxiety was building quick. Once I got into the room, Dr Tawfik and his assistant Ryan were very good at calming me down. He had all 4 teeth out in less than an hour. The second day after the procedure I still don't need any pain med. Both were very kind and compassionate. For being a baby about going to the dentist, they really helped me through it.
Staff was very nice and helpful. The dental tech was extremely nice and helpful. The dentist was very nice and discussed options available. Made and immediate referral and follow-up was scheduled. It was a very positive experience.
Dr. Rima Solanki is extremely good, proficient, kind and caring as she fitted me with a beautiful crown. And Ashley too works diligently and is a joy!
It not everyday you can go in a place a feel like it’s a home alway from home. Today was my first time ever going to this dentist office and I felt as if I’ve known the associates in this office for years. The place is so clean and so welcoming that you instantly become comfortable and forget what you were there for. Even the patients that were leaving and waiting to be seen were friendly. If Disney channel had a sitcom of a dentist office, this would be it. First day there and I already look forward to many more visits. I definitely love this office.
Dr. Caputo was amazing, this was my second visit with him and had my first ever root canal. He was fabulous, talked me through every step, made sure I was ok during the procedure and I didn't feel a thing. His staff was equally as fabulous and made me feel relaxed during the appointment. Today was my first time visiting Brush and Floss Orthodontics and I was helped by Mandi. She was so nice and very knowledgeable. She helped me understand and decide the best solution for the cost of my braces. From first walking through the door to walking out my experience was beyond excellent!
The courtesy and patience means alit when your at any doctors or dentist appointment and it is very well executed from the sign in to the procedure. I really love coming here for all my dental needs and yes I have convinced my husband and children to switch over to Riccobene for their dental needs. They were expecting me and told me my name, not ask it! Very open and friendly. Most of the paper work was done so just a few signatures were required. Immediate service. Hygienist appeared immediately and took me back. Very thorough, probably one of the best cleanings and exams I have had. My first visit and I plan to make this my permanent office.

I had a wisdom tooth and the tooth beside it, taken out,they numb me and I was perfectly okay, no problem, came home did what I was told, did the rinse, and also rinse with salt warm water, have my tylenol and pain pills, I'm okay so far.

I was so nervous to have my wisdom teeth pulled but the team here was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to give me peace of mind both before and after my procedure. They were also fast and flexible with my schedule.

This has always been my all time favorite dentist. These dentist have been at this same spot for over 25 years. I used to hate dentist, but after my first visit over 23 years ago I was very nervous. However the dental hygienist made me feel much better, after I cried only from having my teeth cleaned. This place has the best dentists in the business. I love them and adore them. Be blessed.
Everyone are always very pleasant and professional. It's always nice that even though everyone see plenty of people every day they still remember your name. Dr. Ressner makes sure that you are as comfortable and pain free as possible. I have never left without a smile and happy with my visit.

Very good experience. Had tooth extraction. I’m usually quite nervous, but I was not so much today. Dr. N. was quite gentle and made sure I had no pain. And his assistant amazing; answered all my questions and put me at ease.
I was a new patient, The staff was friendly and professional. I was welcomed by a staff member on time, and led to a private room. After initial examination, X Rays, I met with Dr Steve to discuss my treatment. I highly recommend Riccobene Associates, my wife preceded me as a patient, and she also is very pleased with their services.
The staff are always friendly and I was able to get what I wanted done with a walk-in! They do great work and make sure that you understand what they are saying/doing! With every visit they make sure that you are comfortable.
Put away a lot of fears on my first visit. Made me as comfortable as possible. I'd recommend the whole staff to anyone looking dental care. The proposed treatment plan, laid out with all the prices. Including what insurance will and will not cover is a plus. Everything laid out right in front of you before any work is done.
The office had the most friendly staff and created a warm environment for my child. My 2 year old felt so comfortable he was able to lay down for the duration of the appointment with no issue. That just speaks to the warmth and care that was provided by everyone in the office from the front desk, to the dental assistants and hygienists all the way up to the doctors. Would highly recommend this location to anyone!
