I received Great Dental care from Dr Rogers and his Staff at Riccobene Dental!! Very Professional, Compassionate and Thorough! Looking forward to bringing my Mom in next. MM
Dr Rich is very professional with years of experience and always friendly even when the staff play pranks on him. (Fox in Bathroom) Terry, Missy, and all the staff make you feel like you are with family. They share many years of experience together and work as a team. I've been a patient for over 20 years and look forward to each appointment.
Carla is an awesome hygienist. She makes you feel comfortable & takes her time with you. Dr. Mitchell is the best dentist & is very caring. Dani up front just adds to the team. She is very helpful & friendly.
First visit, everyone was very friendly, the [hygenist] was very good and patient. The doctor was very informative and explained a possible plan for future dental care.
Meg, my hygienist, was so informative and made me feel heard about my dental concerns as well as the Dr. and staff. The office is clean and professional. They also offered great in house insurance plans. I’m glad I was referred here
I had a wonderful experience at Downtown Dental. I was very nervous before the appointment and was put at ease when I walked in to find Michelle and Karen greeting me with warm smiles. The hygienist, Karen, was also very knowledgeable. I pointed out how I had different areas of sensitivity along my gum lines and she was able to pin point when and why the areas were sensitive, dating back to the days I got my braces (about 25 years ago)! Upon checking out, Michelle answered all my questions about the logistics of my upcoming work, as well as all the financial aspects. She took the time to make a me a table with the best options that would work for me financially, and that was incredibly helpful. All of my questions were answered concisely, in a way I understood and felt good about the work I plan to do in the future.
What have I not loved so far?! I have bad teeth in my genetic makeup and let that bad news encourage me to abstain from seeking treatment for almost two years. I broke a tooth and had an emergency because of how bad it broke. I went to Riccobene off High House and saw the great staff and met Dr. Bacon. I was so relieved that there was still hope and have been getting as much done as my mouth can stand! Thanks so much to my new dentist family! Helping me keep my smile, one visit at a time.
I have been going here for years. The staff are professional, efficient, and friendly. My hygienist always makes me feel welcome. She remembers my preferences and makes the appointment more personable. Thank you!
I do believe today was my last appointment and I’m very sad. From the beautifully decorated restroom to the friendly smile when you walk through the door, I’m going to miss that place! I want to publicly thank Dr. Wolf and the staff at Riccobene Downtown Dental for the beautiful work they did. They have all been wonderfully kind, caring and professional. I wish them all nothing but the best! They are most certainly the next dentist in town and I’ve been to plenty over the last 20 years! This practice is so nice! The office is brand new so it is very nice & neat inside. Alexis at the front desk is so sweet & very accommodating as well the hygienists & the dr. They take their time with you & address all concerns you might have. It’s nice to feel like you’re not just another set of teeth but you’re actually cared for at your dentist! Definitely recommend!!

My experience at Riccobene Associates has been amazing. The staff is great . I never have to wait long to be seen . And the service I receive is always on point . Very thorough when have a check up . And the dentist are very knowledgeable and provide the very best service . And advise the best treatment for you .
I've been going to Complete Dental for about 3 years now and would not go anywhere else. They are very thorough and still quick. The facility is modern and has state of the art equipment. The staff is kind and always asking if you need anything. If you are not going to Complete Dental you are wasting your time.
My five year old has been to the dentist multiple times and this is the first time that he let anyone actually clean his teeth. The atmosphere was great and so inviting for kids. The dental assistants were patient and explained everything to my five and three year old. It was a great experience for all three of my kids!
Love Riccobene Dentistry.. Recommend it to all my family and friends. I have had several dentist in Durham but their service is so professional, personal. All of their staff are great!
Dr. Gardner and Cassandra are the best! My daughter has extreme anxiety around dentists due to a poor past experience. They were beyond patient with her, explained everything thoroughly, and made sure she was comfortable throughout the process of getting crowns. They were the best cheerleaders afterwards as well. She was a totally different child once everything was finished. I can't thank them enough. Highly recommend!
The service and Dental treatment at Riccobene & Associates is second to none. The staff is very friendly and Linda my dental hygienist did an AMAZING job with my cleaning. I highly recommend this Dentistry

Incredible care! I hate the dentist and hold a lot of trauma in mouth so it’s usually a very triggering experience for me. But every single person from front desk to the doctor was so kind and gentle with me. They also offer payment plans which is major for my finances + the only way I’m able to receive care. Highly recommend!
I can't wait to go back to the dentist - said no one ever! However, I am not as anxious about my next visit with Riccobene of Mebane. I am the most dental phobic person you probably would ever meet. I am very specific about who my dentist is and when my last dentist left the practice I just had to leave. Unfortunately I had an actual issue that needed to be addressed immediately and Riccobene of Mebane was there to assist. Dr Hunt was amazing, Barbara was professional and funny, all at the same time! And the entire staff was so patient with this patient! They were professional, yet down to earth at the same time. Put me right at ease. I have since signed my whole family up with them! And I truly am not worried about going back.
Dr Viloria and his staff were great. They were professional and did a good job including explaining so many my questions about my treatment plan . Highly recommend to everyone to see them.
Today my 8 year-old daughter had her two teeth fixed and two sealants teeth and it was for one hour. Usually my daughter doesn’t stay in one place without moving more than two minutes but with Doctor Jacqueline Garner she stayed still on the chair for one hour without getting tired or complaining about it. Doctor Garner made it fun with a lot of songes and talking about princesses which is my daughter favorite subject. It was an amazing moment . Doctor Jacqueline Garner was created to be and help kids making them happy with shiny smile. A big thank to our talented doctor and her assistant. Thanks Doctor Garner for being nice and for the perfect work.
The customer service is excellent. The staff is courteous and very personable. Chantal and Tabitha are very friendly and I feel I am in good hands here. Dr. Austin is knowledgeable and very kind and careful while working.Very kind sweet spirit. I highly recommend this office.
I had crown work today and it went exceptionally well. Rodney at the Wakefield location was fantastically amazing. He also seems to be the go to guy for questions in the office demonstrating he knew his craft. Certainly made me feel comfortable. Dr. Ranjini Pillai was the best. If you choose this location I am positive with anyone on staff you get assigned to you will have a great experience. ~bobg
I have always enjoyed my experience with the staff at Riccobene. I am pleased with the service, professionalism and kindness. They are concerned about your comfort as well as giving you information and understanding. I've have yet to wait more than 5 minutes for my service weather I've been 5 minutes early or 5 minutes late. Maybe just great timing or day or maybe they don't over book and leave a window between clients to allow a smooth transition. They do a great job and my teeth look and feel great. Go see for yourself!
I am filled with Joy after my daughter’s 1st dental appointment! After aging out of pediatric dentistry I tried a few dentist close to home. Needless to say I was not impressed. When I came in today I was greeted with a warm welcome and my daughter said “ mom I love them” after her teeth cleaning. complete 180 from her last comments on the other dentists. All of the staff was chipper and happy. It looks like they all really enjoy their jobs. Thank you.
Robbie and her staff always do a great job taking care of both my teeth and me! Having a crown replaced was not overly exciting to me but the process was smooth, painless and pretty quick. Gracias!
I highly recommend this office for wisdom teeth removal. Came in a little under a month ago for my surgery and it was quick, painless and easy. Dr Geeson and her staff made me feel at home during the procedure. Dr Geeson removed the first tooth before I even got a chance to get comfortable 😂. On a serious note if you are looking to have your wisdom teeth removed come here, you won’t be disappointed 👍
I would give them 10 stars if I could! It was a great first time experience for me and my son. They knew exactly who we were as we walked in and greeted us by our first names which I find to be very impressive. My son is 1 and they handled him very well for his first time check up. They made sure he was happy and comfortable. I also received good advice on foods for him to consume and juice to water ratios to maintain good enamel health. They also did an amazing job with playing with him while and keeping him busy while I was being worked on. Unfortunately my last dental location did not accept my new dental coverage. So I found this place online and they really set the bar high. I didn’t think any dental office could beat my last one. But I consider Riccobene to be our new family and we are here to stay.
I had an old front tooth repair that fell out on a Sunday. Dr.Shawn did an excellent repair. Looks better than ever. He takes his time getting the tooth just so, blends in, glossy. The best. And as always the staff makes you feel comfortable and welcomed
Very friendly staff; nice clean environment. Very attentive. Makes u feel very comfortable and at ease. I wouldnt wanna visit any other dentist after being a patient At Riccobene. They are absolutely wonderful

Today was my second visit to the Mebane location for a cleaning, and I actually almost look forward to going to the dentist when I come here!—the staff and hygienists are so friendly, and Dr. Hunt is hilarious. I don’t ever feel like I’ve been kicked in the face by a horse when I leave, either—no pain at all! A+++Thanks, you all—see you in August! 😁
I love Dr. Mark Pike and his staff! Great sense of humor and knowledge of teeth. My family and I moved to Fayetteville 2 years ago and he’s been amazing, even through the pandemic. I just love the atmosphere upon entering the establishment.
I've been to several other dental practices in town and NONE have met my expectations except this one. From an implant by Dr. Rich and future services with Dr. Puza I feel comfortable with my dental needs in their hands. My most recent visit to Downtown dental was for a dental cleaning. Karen has always done an excellent job helping me keep my teeth and gums clean and healthy. Keep up the great work!
I think it’s one of the most finally tuned dental practices around. The check in process is efficient. The assistants and hygienists take a thorough history and are gentle, The dentists that I have seen are very professional. When I first came to Riccobene, I wondered how personable it would be since it’s a large practice with many offices. All I can say is it does not feel like a large practice at all. Staff seem to enjoy what they do and the visits are as pleasant as can be. I like that they have sub specialists all under the same roof and they have your care very well coordinated. All your records are in one place. Technology looks very up to date. I also really like that they have their own insurance plan. It’s far superior on so many levels to anything offered by any of the large corporations that claim to be dental insurance providers. I was very impressed by the transparency and simplicity of their insurance. Give them a try!
My husband and I have been going to Dr. Jakuek since 1999 and are pleased with all aspects of our dental care. Dr. Jakubek and his staff are professional, friendly, caring and personalize your individual dental needs. They are always considerate of your time. Everyone is pleasant, efficient and totally put you at ease. We always leave feeling good about our visit, be it a routine cleaning or otherwise.
My experience has always been good here from check-in to check-out.

I hadn’t been to the dentist in a few years due to being in grad school and the pandemic, so I was really nervous about being scolded or looked down upon but the staff was SO KIND. They were honest with me about the work I needed and patiently explained to me all the ways that I could pay for it. If you’re looking for a patient-centered dental practice that does good work in a sensitive manner, then I recommend Six Forks Smiles’

Dr. Geeson and staff at Complete Dental are remarkable! I brought both my kids here originally and ended up transferring myself here for all our family dental needs. The atmosphere is calming and the staff really takes the time to explain every procedure and charge in depth. They also get us right back into the chair which shows they value our time. I highly recommend Complete Dental and refer this practice all the time. Thank you for making my family’s smiles a little brighter, Dr. Geeson!

Dental hygienist Ms. Jennifer is the best because of her I enjoy going to the dentist. Before I was always terrified and hated the dentist. The staff are very friendly, Pleasant, welcoming and always makes you feel comfortable. Thank you… and whenever I get out of Ms Jennifer’s chair my teeth are smiling!!!!
Everyone in this office is very nice, informative, and professional. I was very pleased that they were able to schedule me so soon for a minor repair. Dr. McCormack, her dental assistant, and the ladies upfront made my first visit quick, comfortable, and enjoyable. Thank you!
What can I say?… the staff from the greeting to leaving were amazing. Facility is clean and well kept but most importantly the people are kind, knowledgable, and funny. The service was excellent. Happy to be seen there.
I’m so happy with Riccobene and all their staff members. They are always ready to help and very polite. I get anxious when I go to the dentist and have not had the greatest experiences at other places. But at Riccobene they make sure to make it as comfortable as possible and they do such a great job. Love this dentist office! They have a cool castle/ dragons/ knight theme going on and just redid the entry to look like you're walking into the castle. TVs for the kids and private rooms for any work beyond cleanings. We've seen Dr. Leslie and Dr. Garner and love them both. All the dental hygienists and front desk staff are wonderful too! They are kind and great with the kids, even my fairly difficult son :)
Seriously the best dentist practice I’ve ever been to. Both me and my girlfriend go to them now. I got a filling done in 10 minutes with now 6 months no problems, and her infected tooth needed a bone graft after getting pulled and she didn’t get charged because she had originally said no to a root canal and bone graft at first electing to just get it pulled (Probably not explaining that one right). As others have said customer service is top notch, phone calls are returned promptly and they were super up front about insurance information and what was covered. 10/10
Excellent office! Another excellent visit today. Dr.Steve does an Amazing job of walking his patients through the steps. Very caring and knowledgeable. Best of all he makes sure his clients' teeth are in tiptop shape. No pain either. Cynthia Dr.Steve's dent assist was so customer oriented. Very attentive to her patients. Thank you all very much.
I have loved my experience at Riccobene! Just moving to the area in the past year, I was lost on where to go for a dentist and a coworker recommended Riccobene. Every person I have met that works there is so kind and helpful. It is by far the best dentist experience I have ever had! Update: I want to thank Ms. Margarita Davenport for being the kindest dental hygienist I’ve ever met. She made me enjoy my visit so much!

This is a great place to take your kid(s) for dental work. The staff is more than helpful and over the top polite. They are absolutely AMAZING!!! ***The only downfall is the parking because of the building's location which is on the corner of a major intersection on the back side with an EXTREMELY small lot.***

For as unpleasant as having your teeth drilled can be, the dentists and dental assistants made it a pleasant experience. I was very pleased with how friendly all of the staff is and their thorough attention to detail throughout the entire process.

My hygienist, Kelly is amazing!!! I've been seeing her for about 15 years (pretty much since she started her career with Riccobene) She is so sweet and friendly and does an awesome job. She's thorough and very gentle! I would highly recommend this dental office and ask to see her!!!
I started my journey in January of this year to get my bad, painful and crooked teeth out and have partials put in. Dr. Dawson and his team did an excellent job. This past Friday, I received my new teeth. I must say they are just beautiful and have given me confidence that I have not had in a long long time. The journey was long, and thank God for masks, but in the end, the way Dr. Dawson recommended letting my mouth heal completely, made all the difference in the world. From day one, my teeth fit and feel perfect. They really have your best interest as top priority. I wish I had been coming here all along. Thank you thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Great experience at Six Forks Smiles. The hygienist and dentist were thorough and pleasant. There were no surprise costs and the whole experience was as good as it gets when going to the dentist.
I’ve been going to Riccobene Associates for a few yrs, today I saw Ari as my Hygienist, he did a fabulous job cleaning my teeth. I love the warm water dental pick, that was a new for me, but I loved it. Ari was a new hygienist for me, he was friendly, warm and informative. No cavities, Ari told me to keep up the good work. The dentist Dr. McCullough was very warm and friendly as well. I will continue to visit Riccobene Associates for yrs to come, so should you!

Absolutely wonderful service. My hygienist Beth was very skilled and efficient, as well as very nice. The entire experience was excellent. On my second visit for a crown, it couldn't have been any better. Dr Uhlir was highly skilled, extremely pleasant and made it painless. His assistant Jennifer was also very skilled and super nice. This was the first time my two year old went to the dentist and I was looking for some place special and we found it here. From the time we opened the door I knew she would love it. It was just so colorful and bright and everyone was so welcoming. The staff was friendly and tried to make her feel so comfortable from the start. The best dentist in town! I never write reviews, but I have to for Dr. Jakubek and his staff. I have been going there for over 8 years now. They are always sooo friendly and accommodating. They also have a beautiful and inviting office.

Dr. Jameson at the Porter's Neck location was great! He removed 2 wisdom teeth for my daughter and 4 for my fiancé. We were very pleased with his work and professionalism and will definitely recommend him.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jakubek for a number of years now and I have never gone in fear or left disappointed by the care and service. The front desk staff is friendly, the hygienists thorough and careful and Dr. Jakubek is all of those. I would and have recommended him to others.
I was very pleased with the professionalism of the staff, their friendliness and their attention to detail. Phyllis did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and taking exrays. Dr. Valore was very thorough explaining what was needed and answered all of my questions. Couldn’t be happier with the care I received.
Dr. T and Lauren did a nice job preparing my front teeth for crowns. My front teeth had grown ragged over time and there were visible fractures which could easily lead to a cracked or broken tooth (both would be extremely painful). Dr. T was generous with lidocaine and it was a nearly pain-free experience. I am looking forward to receiving the crowns in a couple weeks and having a brighter smile. Thank you ladies!! :-)

This is the most friendly and professional dental locations my wife and I have visited. We were initially greeted with big smiles 😄😃 and welcome from Kaitlin and Colleen. Colleen explained how my wife needed to complete the information paperwork. Kaitlin asked and brought me the famous Seattle WA coffee. What a professional greet team they both are. They demonstrate the "pain place" can be a "pleasant dental facility". Their positive professional attitude helped make us relax before meeting my wife's DDS. My wife appreciated the dentist's patient, steady method removing her initial bad molar!!! Vic Mitsuno
I had my first appointment with them yesterday and I am so impressed!! Dr. Bacon and his hygienist came out into the waiting room to get me before my cleaning, It was such a personal experience! I have never had a doctor greet me in the waiting room before bringing me back for my appointment. Brooke, my hygienist, was so gentle and understanding of all of my concerns, she even gave me a warm towel afterwards! I am so happy I found a great Dentist!
This was the best experience of an unforeseen tooth emergency!! They worked me into their schedule and was able to make and install a crown on the same day!! I was starting a new job and my insurance was ending soon so I didn’t have the 2-3 weeks for the crown to be made. Dr. Lou and the staff at Greensboro were the best. I’m sad that I’m moving to TN….now I have to find a new place. But if you are in this area you will not be disappointed with this team! Dr. Miller and Clemmons staff are awesome too!!

I was terrified of going to a dentist. It's been 37 yrs. since I last saw one. (Was a Dental tech in the Army) figure that one out...I was treated with kindness, and compassion. This office is the best dentist I have ever been to. Everyone is so kind and inviting. I recently had a cavity filled here and Latesha was my tech. She is so sweet and made me feel very comfortable. She and Dr. Clark talked me through the entire procedure which really helped to calm my nerves. Dr. Clark did an awesome job with the filling. It took no more than 30 minutes and I couldn’t feel a thing! I’ve also had a cleaning with Amber and she is so awesome!! Big thanks to this office for all your hard work and hospitality! You guys are the best :)
Barbara was amazing and helped me with my anxiety. I felt like I was truly in good hands. The dentist is never the funnest place to go, but this team genuinely makes you feel welcome.My procedure was extremely thorough and I left with a game plan to get my dental health in order. very pleased with this practice and highly recommend.

This is hands down the best dentist office EVER! I have always had a huge fear of going to the dentist, just crippling anxiety. The people here are so gentle, calm and kind that I personally felt comfortable and peaceful as well. They kept me in the loop on what they were doing the whole time. It had been a little while since I had a cleaning (due to the pandemic) and my teeth/gums aren’t sore in the least. I am so happy to have found this wonderful team.
The staff at Riccobene Associates are extremely professional and friendly from the associate that checks you in to the assistant that preps you for the hygienist to the dentist who examined me. Meg who cleaned my teeth is friendly, professional and makes the process pain free. The facility itself is clean and aesthetically pleasing and makes for a comfortable visit. I especially like the fact that all of the dental equipment is state of the art. I have recommended Riccobene Associates to friends and acquaintances in the past and I will continue to do so in the future.
I always have such a great experience here. The staff are so friendly and professional. They make me feel so comfortable every time I go. The office itself is very clean and has a nice atmospheric. There is a plant wall and mini waterfall in the waiting room which is calming and lovely. A little bit of calm and charm like this is what every dentist office needs. I reccomend this office to anyone looking for a good dentist especially if you might be a little nervous. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable here.
My daughter is 2 years old and has been here twice for routine cleaning, we absolutely love this place. They make her feel comfortable and they entertain her so she doesn't get irritated as some toddlers do. I'm glad I found this place.
I spent a great deal of time researching dentists in Charlotte, because you just can't trust people! I hadn't been to the dentist in an embarrassingly long time, and knew I would need some fillings done. Dr. Jakubek did a wonderful job, including the front teeth where I had recession and decay for way too long. I was worried about the top of my right canine needing work done because of how visible it is, but it looks as good as new, and I am no longer self conscious about my smile. Very happy with Jakubek Dentistry!
