It was an absolute pleasure meeting the staff there at Riccobene Dental at McGee's Crossing. Jennifer met me, made me feel welcome and comfortable for my first consultation. I'd certainly encourage anyone needing a family Dentist to come in and see them.
It was amazing! I’ve neverrr had such a nice, kind, informative dental hygienist. I would give her a shout out but I don’t want to disturb her privacy. She answered all of questions and explained everything. The staff in the front are super sweet to. I recommend this dentist office to anyone

I showed up a day early for my appointment. Everyone at the office made it possible for me to get my teeth cleaned while I was there. I have always been happy with the everything about this dentist office, this visit just reassured me I am at the right place. Doctor G graciously cleaned my teeth and did a great job and had lots of great suggestions for me!
We moved from the Clayton area to Cary and were in need of a new dentist. Since we loved the Riccobene office in Clayton, it was only natural to choose Riccobene in Cary. I had my first cleaning and checkup today. Meg was a fantastic hygienist. She made me feel safe and comfortable as visiting the dentist is not my favorite thing to do. I have given her name to my husband who also needs a checkup. Fantastic experience!!
Everyone at this office is friendly, caring, & competent; it is obvious that everyone enjoys his/her job. Dr. Steve is wonderful. He is kind, caring, competent, and explains exactly what he is going to do before a procedure starts as well as how long each component will take. In addition, as he is doing the procedure, he explains each step in detail before beginning. He is without a doubt the very best dentist I have ever visited….Bev Miller
They are always on time. If your appointment is at 10? You are in the chair starting the procedure. Friendly personnel from the phone call to the receptionist to the dental hygienist. Hell! Even the dentist had a great sense of humor. Speaking of the dental hygienist, she went about her work as a true professional.
The staff was very polite and nice and the office is beautiful!
Today was the second time we visited this location and it was a great experience both times. My daughter had a tooth extracted today along with other services and Dr. Martin and Dejah were an amazing team as they made my daughter feel super comfortable. When we were leaving my daughter told me she didn't even know she had her tooth pulled out!! She didn't feel a thing! Dr. Martin talked her through the entire process and made her feel at ease the whole time. Thank you!!
Took my dad for his first appointment and the attention, professionalism, and kindness received by the staff made us feel like we were the only people present at the office. Great place!!! 👍🏼👍🏼
I had a fantastic experience at Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry in Apex, NC! This is my favorite dentist's office. From the moment you walk in, the staff is welcoming and friendly, making you feel right at home. My dental cleaning was thorough yet gentle, and the hygienist was incredibly knowledgeable and ensured I was comfortable the entire time.
It was one of the best experiences ever. Dr. Holmes did a great job. I live in Seattle WA, and came to visit NC to attend a wedding from a staff memeber. They took care of me as if i was a regular patient with open arms. I just loved the staff and wish I was still living in NC. The service was top notch and they even did a follow up call the next day to check on my recovery. I highly recommend them if you ever need dental care or a smile 😃
Nikki was absolutely the best she was patient and kind and went out of her way to help with my first visit and a crown that came off this am. Dr Farhan was the best dentist I’ve ever went to. He explained in detail everything and he suggested a treatment plan and Nikki explained the treatment plan he made for me and I am delighted at this decision. You will not be disappointed with this Dental Office; call and make an appointment today!
Great place to get all of your dental needs addressed. Staff are very knowledgeable, and went out of their way to make every visit quick. Would suggest this office to anyone and everyone.

I had the most wonderful experience at Riccobene Ass. Family Dentistry on yesterday! I've always had dental anxiety because every one that I've visited, always did something wrong, but here, was totally different. My dental hygienist made me feel comfortable and she was very gentle while working on me. She told me everything that she was doing to me from start to finish and listened to my concerns. My dentist was the same - he eased my fears and made me eager to come back for further work that needs to be done so that I can comfortably smile again! Dockside Dental has always been 5 stars! Bree, the new dental hygenist was very good. My family and I are truly going to miss Dr. Viloria. Dr. Blessings was just that, a blessing. From our consultation to the actual procedure, we were shown kindness and compassion. I could not have asked for a better experience for my daughter. Also, the front desk staff is spectacular. I had to bring my 2 year old along and she did well for a while but started to get antsy. One of the ladies at the desk saw a need and met it. She brought out a small toy that kept my daughter entertained for the remainder of the time we were there. If we lived closer, I'd bring my whole family to this office!

I love this place The staff is so professional and nice. I had three separate visits. John and Tabitha are great Assistants, they assured me everything was going to be alright when I was nervous. They took care of me . Ashley the Hygienist did a deep cleaning and she was very knowledgeable and professional. I saw Dr. Timothy Gibson to pull my tooth he did a great job, very professional and knowledgeable. I had to go back and see Dr. Alston she did my filling it was painless and after the medication wore off there was no pain, She is very professional also and nice, I definitely recommend this place .

Dr. Jakubek is by far the best dentist in Charlotte! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist. My whole family goes to Dr. Jakubek and I recommend him to all of my friends. His office staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. The office is extremely clean and very warm and inviting with the most up to date technology. I’m so glad I found Dr.Jakubek when we moved to Charlotte six years ago. He really is the best!
I'm not one that loves the dentist im sure alot of people feel the same. I decided to come to Riccobene Associates and it was the best decision I made. I felt so at home and every one there was so welcoming and nice. I will continue to return and be a part of their family. A very friendly professional place. The entire staff is helpful and accommodating. My daughter and I have been going here for 3 years and we love it (as much as you can love going to the dentist that is.) A few days ago I had 2 teeth extracted by Dr. Gordon L. Hi cal and his assistant Tasha. They were aware of my dental anxiety and were extremely careful and very accommodating.
Very professional staff, I went today for my first time wisdom tooth extraction and everything went well, they really care about you. I was scared so they made sure I felt well relaxed before the surgery. Everything was nice, strongly recommend.
I woke up yesterday to excruciating pain in my mouth. I immediately called to make an appointment with the dentist. They were very accommodating and got me in to see the dentist the very same day. I was very nervous, other than the obvious anxiety builder of going to the dentist, it was also my first time seeing Dr. Steve. As it turns out, Dr. Steve is absolutely AMAZING! It was our very first encounter, but he made me feel like we’d known each other for years. He has been in the practice for 32 years, and it definitely shows. His assistant, Katrina was equally as wonderful! She talked to me as if we have been best friends since elementary school. She is expecting a bouncing, baby boy in October, so feel free to stop by the Monkey Junction location with a baby gift! I could go on and on, singing their praises, but I’ll end with this. Close your eyes, and think of the most important person in your life. Now, think of the type of care you would want them to receive if you were unable to care for them yourself. Got it? This is the exact level of treatment, and care, you will receive at Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry, the Monkey Junction location, in Wilmington, NC. I, obviously, give each and every member… 5 STARS!!!!
The staff are friendly and professional.This was my first visit and Kim was my hygienist and she was the bomb! She was very detailed about everything she was doing. Dr.Schmoor was awesome and I love that fact that she only does what need to be done. Highly Recommend
The atmosphere is welcoming & friendly. I had my teeth cleaned by Nola Ann. She did not seem to rush the process and made recommendations when I asked for them. very professional. I do not fear going to dentists now. Thank you Riccobene Associates.

I'm new to NC and needed to find a dentist for my son. I'm so glad I came across this dentist. I was very pleased with their professionalism and how they have the office set up geared 100% for children. I really like the fact that the employees are diverse and well rounded. They were very caring and gentle with my son.
Super great experience for my 6 year old. Staff is very friendly and very patient with the little ones. The atmosphere is also geared to children and makes them feel like the experience is fun. They also offer several different toothpaste flavors. I recommend them to start your kids off right and alleviate any fears. Super friendly and informative. No wait time and got done quickly. My children have had severe anxiety issues with dental care. Dr. Garner is a top notch pro when it comes to easing the minds and hearts of our little ones! All of the staff at Riccobene are so warm and friendly that the kids now look forward to their dental appointments. They’ve got the most beautiful hand painted murals in each office, too! I went to the practice with a mouth decaying from the effects of dry mouth. I feared needing false teeth. Instead I got a beautiful mouth of real teeth, for a reasonable price. When I had difficulty, they brought me back, honoring my past investment, to make everything safe and secure. The staff is incredible. They are so kind and responsive, especially Karen, who primarily communicates with me. They have remade my night guard ten times with no gripes or fees. I appreciate and recommend DD for all your dental needs!
I am a 49 year old woman and I have NEVER experienced a dentist with so much compassion and concern! 2 years ago my previous dentist walked out on me because my mouth wasn’t numb claiming that it was just in my mind. That same bothersome tooth remained in my mouth until today! Dr Mitchel assured me that he was going to take care of me and he did! It’s the first bottom row extraction I’ve had without THE EXPENSIVE IV SEDATION! He was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! I thank Dr Mitchel and his wonderful staff for their professionalism as well as their genuine care. I’ll be sure to share my experience with as many people as I can
Always receive great care. Always able to get appointments quickly when necessary. Very attentive and detailed and make sure everything is expertly and carefully done, and always willing to answer questions and explain treatments fully.
I’ve been going here with my family for over two years now. They are always so organized, efficient, kind, and great with kids. Jessica is amazing as is Dr. Lee… in fact, I’ve never had a bad experience with anybody on their staff!
I didn't have to wait long at all to be called back for my appointment. I don't even remember going back. I had work to be done that I was uneasy about and was treated for that as well. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They really gave me the type of service I wanted and needed. 10 stars 🌟 for this visit
The staff was professional and courteous. I was brought in without a long wait. The dental hygienist, Colleen, was very cordial and did a thorough job and explained everything knowledgeably. Dr. Roberts was also cordial and performed the examination even routinely checking for oral cancer. The office was modern and clean. It was a great first experience as a new patient.

Love this dental practice! Very informative, professional, NO WAITING they respect your time. Saved thousands on treatment plan that was provided by a different practice. They are also wonderful with seniors like my 89 yr old mother. Highly recommend
Went to the Knightdale office and had a fantastic experience from start to finish but Brittany who performed my teeth cleaning was excellent!
Great place to take the kids for regular teeth cleanings or even bigger issues. All of the staff are very friendly and able to calm the children extremely well. You can tell they care deeply about what they do. They also have made the paperwork and insurance side of the appointments as easy as possible for me since I have multiple children in the office at the same time.

I don’t usually write reviews but people need to be aware of what a great place this is for dental care! the staff is super friendly & welcoming! The woman who did my X-rays was amazing super friendly & for patient care 1000% & so was the woman that cleaned my teeth she was very informative & did an amazing job! See you all next time !!!
I felt very comfortable and welcomed when coming to Riccobene Associates. I had not been to the dentist in a couple of years and was nervous about having to get myteeth cleaned. The wonderful lady that took my exams and cleaned my teeth explained things to me about the health of my guns and teeth I have never had explained to me before. I highly recommend Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry for yourself and loved ones.

I came in last week for a aggravated tooth, was there today for a cleaning so I can have said tooth fix I must say amber did a great job on my cleaning I have never had anyone be as thorough or as cautious of sensitive spots as she was it’s been a great experience coming here so far glad I decided to give it a chance!

It was my first time having a major procedure and the environment was safe, inviting and comfortable. I experienced almost no pain after the procedure and both the doctor and nurse carefully explained my treatment plan. This was one of my best experiences at a dental office .

Riccobene in Selma is exceptional. I have an extreme dentist phobia and high anxiety. They were so caring, patient and kind. They're the only dentist I have ever gone to more than twice in my life. I've been with them for 5 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else.
We drove from Goldsboro (about 30 minutes) and it was WELL worth it. They were prompt and professional, but also fun, informative, and absolutely wonderful with my child who was very anxious about the whole experience. We definitely look forward to coming back to them for many years to come. COVID protocol was in place, everything was clean and aesthetically pleasing. I want one of the fun kid rooms and a prize next time 😂 I'm perpetually a kid at heart! 😁 Would recommend 10/10!
One person can make a difference! Had a routine cleaning this past week. My hygienist's name was Sarah Winnick. In every way she was amazing...kind, professional, courteous and respectful. But what took the visit over the top was what happened after. Sarah meant to give me a goody bag with a special small toothbrush as I left-but she got caught up. Sarah, realizing what happened, put a toothbrush in the mail to me with a sweet hand written note which I received yesterday! I mean, HELLO?! Who does that kind of stuff these days?!! Thank you Sarah!! Great practice, great people

Another amazing experience! I appreciate the staff working around my schedule and if you have any questions regarding insurance ask to speak to the front manager, she understands it all. I love you can pay as you go instead of paying all upfront for stuff you haven’t received like at my last office and the estimates are always right on. Ask for Shandra if you need a new hygienist! Such a fun atmosphere!

I normally hate going to the dentist and it gives me so much anxiety. They were great. It was a great experience from the time I called to set up the appointment and they picked up the phone. I would refer my friends and family here.
The Cary locations staff has been absolutely amazing to my son. They are always super friendly and do great work. He had major dental work done at one of the visits and they made him feel comfortable and safe the entire time, as well as doing the job well and efficiently. Would highly recommend them to anyone for pediatric dentistry.
I had a hard time making the switch to a local Charlotte dentist after going to the same dentistry practice in my former hometown for over 15 years. I was referred to Jakubek Dentistry from a colleague who has had some not so pleasant experiences at other local dentist offices. She convinced me to give Jakubek Dentistry a try and I will say, my expectations were exceeded, by far! The office was nice and clean, the staff was very welcoming and friendly, and Dr. Jakubek was fantastic. They got me in and out in timely manner and I did not have to wait at all. I have already recommended this dentist to a number of my friends and will continue to do so. I am so happy to have a good dentist in Charlotte now and I already have my next appointment on the schedule.

I’ve been taking my daughter here for a few years now and after 10 years of not going to the dentist, I finally started going myself. The doctors and the staff here are great! I took my daughter to three other dentist and this has been my best experience out of the three. They truly care about you here and are not just trying to make money. Very genuine staff members
My experience couldn’t have been any better. The entire staff was so kind and made me feel at ease from the consultation through the actual procedure (which was my first procedure of any kind so I had a lot of nerves). The technicians were so considerate and made me feel so comfortable. I would highly recommend them and am thankful for such a great experience!

Had my teeth cleaned by Melissa and she not only did a quick and efficient job of getting the areas a brush or floss can't reach, but was extremely helpful and informative about what I can control and what I can't. Dr. Clark was also wonderful in personalizing a treatment plan based on my priorities. Excellent staff- even at checkout and appt scheduling. I was quite impressed.
My dental hygienist Mrs Thornton, got me in, got me a plan, and has started to execute. Her service and care has been impeccable. I even was even able to listen to the elements…. Earth Wind and Fire while getting work done!!! Never had service like this and recommend to everyone.

I have finally found my dentist! Living in the Calabash area - Complete Dental Shallotte is excellent! Had a few serious dental issues but Dr.'s Geeson and Gough worked in unison to get my teeth back in order. I can't list everyone who assisted but there where a lot of support people involved. The office ladies battled it out with my insurance company to assure that I received what I was entitled to and I thank them for that! Everyone there is personable and professional!
The most caring dentist office I have ever been to. I have been going there about four years and truly adore each person I have been involved with. My hygienist is so sweet and does a great job each time. She knows I have sensitive teeth and is always asking me if everything is going well. Dr. Anderson has done amazing implants for me and he is very meticulous about the placement, also so kind. I have recommended several people to Riccobene and will continue to do so.
A friend recommended the practice a while ago...did some research and came across Dr. Clark---just wonderful! My twins had great experiences. A little more work was required for my son and the quality of care was excellent. Nice office; quick check in and friendly staff. Dr. Clark thank you for restoring my sons confidence and 😃smile
I had my first visit yesterday of actual work being done to my teeth. Started the process for a crown on tooth 11. My doctor was Behairy and assistant was Megan, I couldn't have had better professionals and caring people do my work. I 52 years old and really dislike going to the dentist, but after this visit my feelings have changed. This was the best dental visit I have ever experienced and I look forward to future visits. I have the wonderful pleasure of going to Riverside Dental for the last few years. I started my cleaning there because of its proximity to my job and the feedback from people around town. I have stayed because of the genuine care I receive every visit, the attention to detail and my hygienist Karen. Every time I go even if it’s 4-6 months they are working with me to make sure my teeth and gums are healthy. They always remember what’s going on in my life and ask questions and again the attention to detail for my health is of utmost importance. Karen also let me test out a Philips Zoom On the Go Whitening pen when I was concerned about the whiteness of my teeth. I really appreciate this office and I will continue to recommend them to my friends and co workers!

I walked in off the street as a new patient with 2 abscessed teeth. I was in tremendous pain. They were absolutely super! Dr. Goldstein was fantastic. I have found a new home for my dental needs! My family dentist of over 25 years retired and sold his practice to Riccobene Family Dentistry. I have gone twice in the past year and I am extremely pleased with the staff and service. The dental hygienists are always friendly and gentle; and they make helpful suggestions for how you can continue good dental hygiene. I’ve been very pleased with the transition to Riccobene.
This was my family’s first visit here. It was fantastic! The dental hygienist, Stacey, was so personable and considerate. She was the nicest person. April was also great!
Dr. O and Ms. Sarah have cured my fear of seeing a dentist. Such a comfortable atmosphere, they took the time to listen, calm my anxiety, not once did I feel rushed while asking all my questions ;) Teeth cleaning was a breeze, though embarrassed I waited so long. I’m moving my entire family to this practice. One more thing, I was expecting to wait at least 45 minutes in the lobby, nope right on time!!! This practice will not disappoint!
I love love this office and dentist. My husband experienced this awesome find first as we didnt have a dentist when we moved to NC. He was so pleased I made my appointment for routine cleaning same day he was here and now my kids are coming here. Always friendly, keep in contact with appointments, and helpful with any questions.
First off nikki at the front desk is amazing she is the sweetest cutest soul. The hygenist i believe her name was elaina took her time and was gentle which i love with having senitive teeth. The dentist himself does not push anything on you which i truly appreciate. Im happy I gave them a shot considering this was my very first dentist experience in columbia.There is also another girl who works there and i apologize im not great with names,but she is a jack of all trades and deserves a mention as well! great staff!
They were welcoming and very efficient and helpful. The dental assistant was very good as she cleaned my teeth.
