I have not been to the dentist in a very long time! I went as a first time patient today and ended up with two extractions! I was extremely nervous. Both the Dentist and her assistant truly made me feel comfortable.
Took all of my kids in at the same time, they are 8-4-2 years old the staff was extremely friendly and were great answering all of my boys questions (they ask a lot). The Dr is really just amazing he has this aura that helps keep kiddos stay calm which I appreciate as it was me and my 3 kids. He was also very patient and explained everything to them and me. I would recommend 100%!
Incredibly friendly and helpful office staff, amazing dental hygienists, and extremely knowledgeable dentists. My toddler's first dental exam was a great experience for her and it was all because of the excellent people at this dental practice.
My overall experience was great! The office itself is clan and the staff was fantastic. Dr. Anderson and his team made sure that my surgery was a success and it was. I had questions after getting home so I called and left them a message. Immediately, I received a return call with all my questions answered, furthermore reassuring me everything was okay. I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Anderson to anyone who is looking to get their wisdom teeth removed.
I had historically dreaded the dentist and went maybe every other year. Since I joined Riccobene, I’m faithful to my six month appointments and actually enjoy going. I highly recommend them!
My dental technician was great, very thorough but not slow. My mouth feels fantastic! I always feel very confident in Dr Schmor’s evaluations and trust her as my dentist
Dental hygienist Ms. Jennifer is the best because of her I enjoy going to the dentist. Before I was always terrified and hated the dentist. The staff are very friendly, Pleasant, welcoming and always makes you feel comfortable. Thank you… and whenever I get out of Ms Jennifer’s chair my teeth are smiling!!!!
Getting a crown is not great, but Dr Steve and the Dental Assistants made this first step as good as possible. Was no pain after getting the numbing shots...and they were efficient and pleasant. Dr Steve is always very nice and kind and happy.
Great staff. The hygienist do a good job. I have been going here for years and never had a problem.
I was very impressed with my visit on 12/6/2021. I was a little nervous before they got started with the fillings but things went very well and I was relaxed and soon done!
At 52 years of age, I adopted my very first dental team – at (then Riverside Dental Arts, now) Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry. Staff here are competent, respectful, and thoroughly knowledgeable in both dentistry and general medical practice. In fact, to onboard me as a client, Gabe Rich DDS prepared a unique presentation on their plan to address my onset periodontal disease – even identifying my mouth as the source of the very bacterium which caused my heart to become infected 35 years ago! No other medical doctor had EVER connected those dots before. Three years later, I am still a client – even though I now live 440 miles away during parts of the year. They made my mouth completely healthy, and I am not changing dentists. Absolutely NO demerits! Riccobene Dentistry meets my high standards, and can expect my continued business.
I’ve been going to Dr. Jakubek’s office for almost a decade now. His team is friendly and always ready for each appointment. And he does amazing work! I had him replace some crowns I got when I was younger and they looked much better than what I had. I highly recommend him for your dental needs.
The staff is very friendly and upbeat. Office is very clean and my hygienist Jada is wonderful comforting and great at what she does. As a new patient you're always skeptical but my thoughts were eased by how welcoming the staff were.
Dr. Parker & staff are genuinely friendly and very professional. I had an appointment for a filling and it was pain free and completed within 30 minutes (start to finish). Highly recommend!

I had a lot f dental work done at there regular adult office, I took my kids for the first time for there pediatric a few weeks ago in three appointments they did more than most dentists would do in ten visits, most offices milk you for appointment fee after appointment fee, these people are the best in the business they r gentle they r on time every appointment time, they always see you before or at your appointed time, the dentists and techs r friendly and always have great attitudes, I do not think that anyone could run an office better than this one is ran, it is top notch, if you need dental work don't look anywhere else these r your people
Dentist is excellent in technique and diversional activities and communication with kids. I’ve already referred my friends’ children here because both my kids had a great experience in cleaning and other operations. My youngest had tooth extraction twice with no issues. Paintings on the walls are well thought off and perfect for kids. Highly recommended dental clinic.
Went to go get a wisdom tooth pulled. I was real anxious, cause I haven't been to a dentist often and I'm real self-conscious about my mouth as a whole. They were really welcoming, and there is a TV you can watch in each room when your getting your exam done, and quickly got to the root of my problem. The dentists doing my procedure were really receptive of my nervous deflective humour, so I felt like they really Listerine'd to me. This place is definitely kid friendly too. 10/10, will visit this dentist again sooner rather than later.
This is the first dentist office I have ever been to and been completely comfortable. My teeth REALLY needed some attention. They didn’t make me feel judged or uncomfortable. They didn’t do the treatment plan that was most expensive they did the treatment plan best for me and my schedule and my dental health. I would recommend them to anyone.
I have been coming here for about 2 years now! I love how timely and kind they are. From the front desk staff, to the hygienist (mine was Taylor) to the Dentist I saw (Dr. Williams) everyone is wonderful. They listened to my concerns and helped me tremendously. I am so grateful to look forward to going to the dentist!
Dr Garner is the best! She sang to my 2 year old during her appointment today. My girls love her.

The staff overall Has been polite and understanding. Don't judge your teeth; they give you advice. I've been to about a total of 6 dentistry, and I don't think I'll be switching anytime soon.
The staff, dental hygienist , and dentist we saw were amazing! Incredibly thoughtful of kids’ needs/wants and highly professional. Our dentist was very communicative. Our 4 year old son keeps saying, “I love the dentist!” Yay!
Most of us do not consider a visit to a dentist "fun." But, the Riccobene Clemmons staff, from the first greeting to the last door opening, make it clean, caring, comfortable, and efficient. Thanks to all of you!
The staff were very caring when I went in for an emergent situation. They explained my treatment options clearly and payments options. They went above and beyond to relax an older lady with dental anxiety. Their concern for their patients is genuine.
Tiffany Dental Hygienist absolutely amazing! Kind and extremely skilled. She helped my child feel confident and comfortable throughout the dental check up. Kristin Mzin, DDS professional and reassuring. These highly skilled ladies are the best that I have experienced since taking my child to the dentist. You can tell they love what they do, have lots of wisdom from experience, and truly care. Thank you so much for your time and talent. We look forward to our next visit.
Always a pleasant visit at Downtown Dental! The staff is caring, courteous and genuinely kind. Dr. Rich is the best dentist I've ever had, my teeth look great and I've had transplants, caps, bonding, you name it! Never any pain either!
They were AWESOME!!!.....as usual.
Dr Leslie and her assistant Cassandra were amazing with my 6 year old son. He had to have lots of work done and came in with some anxiety. They found out his interests (Paw Patrol) and made the experience easy and exciting for him. I am so impressed that we are now coming regularly to this clinic, which is actually about an hour from our home. So grateful to have found them!
One person can make a difference! Had a routine cleaning this past week. My hygienist's name was Sarah Winnick. In every way she was amazing...kind, professional, courteous and respectful. But what took the visit over the top was what happened after. Sarah meant to give me a goody bag with a special small toothbrush as I left-but she got caught up. Sarah, realizing what happened, put a toothbrush in the mail to me with a sweet hand written note which I received yesterday! I mean, HELLO?! Who does that kind of stuff these days?!! Thank you Sarah!! Great practice, great people
Very friendly staff and caring. As I was getting a shot I got a bit nervous. Afterwards end up having a seizure. The manager Michelle & Regina came to calm me down. They were so caring & sweet. They talked me thru it & made me comfortable. God bless them. Also Gina was so sweet very concerned very friendly. She gave me a big hug. While they were fixing my front tooth Gina kepted on saying r u o k. I've been there before and would never go anywhere else. Love this place 🥰. Thank you. I still going there. Now I m getting my teeth cleaning. The staff & Doctor & Stacey were great!
Love this practice. I’ve been a patient since it opened in 1978. Dr Watkins is a great dentist. Her assistants are very knowledgeable. I would recommend her to everyone.
Had a dental cleaning with Carrie and afterward a checkup with Dr. T. I really appreciated the cleaning Carrie did on my teeth. She is new to the office and she is terrific. Gave me the best cleaning I ever had--very thorough and very informative. Dr. T was very attentive to my needs and made suggestions which I agreed with. Great caring dentist! I also found the front desk so much improved from my first visit. They gave me a big greeting and were attentive and caring. The woman who checked me out afterward gave me great service also even though she was very busy. Great service!!!

Dr. Clifton Ball is amazing. He is not only encouraging but also very motivating throughout the orthodontic treatment. His entire staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dr. Clifton Ball and his team for orthodontic treatments.
For as unpleasant as having your teeth drilled can be, the dentists and dental assistants made it a pleasant experience. I was very pleased with how friendly all of the staff is and their thorough attention to detail throughout the entire process.
I was very impressed with the kindness and friendliness when I walked in for the first time. The front desk and assistants were very kind, helpful and professional. Dr Miller is a very down to earth, gracious man who is very confident in his diagnosis and offers a very affordable remedy. The equipment is state of the art brand new. Love the tv on the ceiling! I would highly recommend this establishment for fine dental care and a nice chat or 2 with very nice people.
I have very sensitive gums and if not handled carefully, during my cleaning, it can be extremely painful! Today, the hygienist was awesome! Great conversation, which kept my mind off the cleaning…great job!
Broke a tooth needed it fixed quickly. They got me in within an hour of calling don’t have insurance. They got me in checked and gave me all my options for the tooth. They worked with me on getting it taken care of and gave several options for payment. They were able to do most of the repair right then and actually spent about 1 1/2 hours with me. Dr O. And Dental Assistant Katrina were great. If you need dental work give them a try.
It was a smooth and relaxing appt. I was told every detail before it happened as well as the cost. I appreciated the entire visit.

My experience at this location, Porters Neck was very pleasant. I was treated with respect. Dr. Roberts has great chair side manners. He listened to what I had to say and I listened to his plan for my dental care. Going to any dentist is usually very unpleasant, depending on what work you need to have done. My initial visit here was a Consultation and X-rays. The next day I went back for a debridement and I think the gentleman’s name was Tim. He did an excellent job and made me feel comfortable. Looking forward to a great future relationship with Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry.
I highly recommend Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry! Dr. Soto is extremely kind and is very interested in his patient and their comfort! He maintains pain level down to a minimum and answers any questions you may have. The staff are very courteous and makes sure you are comfortable!’ Pleasant atmosphere and experience!

We love everyone at Hampstead Family Dentistry! From the moment we walk in the door the ladies at the front desk make us feel so welcomed. The hygienists are always friendly, kind and thorough. And finally, Dr. Rich is simply a great guy! He is a great dentist but also has a wonderful and calming personality - which is very helpful for those us who don’t always love going to the dentist. Extremely pleased with this facility. The staff was friendly and made sure I had the best care. Clean environment and very attentive to your needs. Went for wisdom teeth extraction and they even made one of the worst things you have to go through with dentistry as comfortable as possible. Will be coming back and recommending! All the staff there has been amazing!

Everyone is so sweet here! My daughter was scared of the elevator so once we got up there the fun art work on the walls, etc. made her very happy! She didn’t like the teeth cleaning part but that’s to be expected of a two year old, they made it very easy for me though which is super helpful for a stressed out mama of two!
From a young age, I had many dental challenges (baby teeth pulled, braces, retainer, wisdom teeth removed). ALL experienced complications and led to my anxiety over dental procedures UNTIL I found this amazing practice.... they are through, on-time, sincere, gentle and I have never felt like I am in better hands. My husband had a nerve situation last year and after other consultations at other “specialized” offices that offered him no resolutions, it was THIS office that helped him!!! We are committed to this practice for so many reasons and. After today’s cleaning, my teeth have felt the cleanest they have in the longest time! Thank you! I would recommend without reservation!!!

I woke up yesterday to excruciating pain in my mouth. I immediately called to make an appointment with the dentist. They were very accommodating and got me in to see the dentist the very same day. I was very nervous, other than the obvious anxiety builder of going to the dentist, it was also my first time seeing Dr. Steve. As it turns out, Dr. Steve is absolutely AMAZING! It was our very first encounter, but he made me feel like we’d known each other for years. He has been in the practice for 32 years, and it definitely shows. His assistant, Katrina was equally as wonderful! She talked to me as if we have been best friends since elementary school. She is expecting a bouncing, baby boy in October, so feel free to stop by the Monkey Junction location with a baby gift! I could go on and on, singing their praises, but I’ll end with this. Close your eyes, and think of the most important person in your life. Now, think of the type of care you would want them to receive if you were unable to care for them yourself. Got it? This is the exact level of treatment, and care, you will receive at Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry, the Monkey Junction location, in Wilmington, NC. I, obviously, give each and every member… 5 STARS!!!!
I usually don’t write reviews but I had to. My first appointment was Extremely Great. The Receptionist was wonderful the doctors made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Definitely would get my recommendation.😁

Having my teeth cleaned at the Riccobene Dental Office in Mebane, NC was a pleasure. This was my first visit to this office.The receptionist and the insurance/billing person at the front desk were extremely pleasant, friendly, and helpful. The schedule was timely. I was called in for my appointment within minutes after arriving. Alejandra was my dental hygienist. She was professional, friendly, had gentle but thorough teeth cleaning skills, and gave tips for improved brushing and flossing. My dentist was Dr. Alexis Trendowski. Prior to starting my dental exam, she took time to introduce herself and demonstrated interest in getting to know me as a new patient at the clinic. She treated me very kindly in a professional manner and made sure that my dental needs were being met by providing individualized care and planning suggestions for future treatment. I think Dr. Trendowski is the nicest most personable dentist I have ever met. My experience at the Riccobene Dental Clinic was 100% positive. I highly recommend the dental services at this office.
First I would like to say, I really really appreciate your effort and patience in putting up with my son's fussiness during our dental appointment and how you tried to work it out (transferring him back and forth to the next room when needed) with me and my husband's same time schedule plus bringing our 11 month old baby with us. We are both happy and satisfied with the service. Everyone was so helpful and professional . You all are amazing at what you do to your clients. Kudos to all of you! God bless and keep safe always.
The staff is always super friendly, patient, and putting their patient care at #1! They will ensure that your care plan will fit your needs and allow you to be as comfortable as possible no matter what it takes. The moment I heard they moved into this area, I immediately got on board as a patient of theirs due to their level of care!

I had to do teeth cleaning and (Rene) did a great job, she is very professional, courteous, and she has a keen eye on detail, which for me is a must!! I felt that I was in good hands. All the staff here were very gentle and kind to me. They explained very well what was going on.

This dental practice is by far the best I have ever been to. Katie was a phenomenal hygienist she took her time cleaning my teeth and was more thorough than any other dental hygienist I have ever been to. I immediately was impressed with Dr. Collins. She is amazing as well. I highly recommend this dental office. I would never consider going anywhere else.
We each had our first visit at this practice today. We each had a very positive experience with our skilled dental techs, Melissa and Joel. Dr. Clark’s discussion, and advice was right on. All staff made us feel welcome. A very pleasant experience for each of us.
As far as dental visits go they were very accommodating and professional and seemed to really care about me as a patient. They were also very cordial and respectful while making good conversation...pleasant staff all around.
Going to Riccobene associates was a excellent experience all staff members was so down to earth I wouldn't mind telling everyone to come to them. Since moving down here from New York we haven't found a dentist office that was friendly and reasonable on prices so I'm glad me and my family found this office. Thank you
The young lady that cleaned my teeth was very efficient and quick. The dentist was very personable and explained exactly where my cavity is located. I went back to get my cavity taken care of and the dentist and assistant were very thorough and caring. I feel like a family member when I go to see them.
Doctor Pike provided excellent care on short notice; taking the time to address my every concern and fix my dental issue, so I could travel the next day.
Recently switched to this dentist and blown away by the extra care and attention you receive as soon as you walk in. I was squeezed in last minute because of a pain I felt in my jaw, and they did not hesitate to be helpful as soon as I arrived!!!! I was greeted by Sophie who assisted me with my initial forms and check-in, Felicia who helped ensure I was comfortable and checked on me multiple times while also assisting other patients, made conversation with me as I waited for my name to be called, and Trista and Morgan who assisted me at check out. It was apparent that team work is the number one priority at this office!!! Donna, who did my cleaning was so sweet and kind, and she really knew her stuff about teeth! Best cleaning I’ve ever had. Dr. Geeson was very thorough in answering all my questions and assessing my teeth when my cleaning was finished. I am very pleased with this dentist and look forward to my next visit!
Recently moved here from Maine and was looking for a new dentist. So happy I chose Riccobene Dentistry. Everyone there is knowledgeable and super friendly. They provide great service and would highly recommend them
Originally went in to have a tooth extracted because was told by another dentist in the area that it couldn’t be saved. Dr McCormack assured me it could and all the assistants Stephanie, Morgan and Hailey were great during the process. I definitely recommend the entire office and instead of having a empty space in the front of lower teeth I have a new crown and better self confidence about smiling. Thanks everyone!!!
My daughter has been here twice and has fallen in love with this place! The staff is very nice and talks to my child so she feels comfortable about what they are going to do. If I have any questions or need help suggestions, the dentist is there to help me! I love that!

This is the only dentist I will take my family to. Very nice but firm will tell the kids how it is. Everyone is real helpful. Office is nice and clean they take that very seriously. Never condescending like some other dentists. Great for kids and adults!

I had to drive 27 minutes for this office, and it was worth EVERY MINUTE. Staff was great, my sons dental assistant Jennifer was so great with him, and the dentist was timely and explained everything awesomely. Would strongly recommend, especially for small kids.

I was a little nervous to go get my teeth cleaned since I hadn’t been to the dentist in 3 years, but I was very pleasantly surprised today. Everyone at Riccobene Associates was friendly and efficient. My cleaning was relatively painless. I even have a cavity but I’m looking forward to getting it taken care of in a month or so.
Made sure I was completely comfortable the whole entire time!!! I would come back here for sure for any oral work I need. The staff was funny and caring and I felt like I was around family instead of an oral surgeon and her staff!!! I was nervous because I never been put to sleep but they made sure I was comfortable as far as a blanket anything! They care!!
I had 4 appointments at the same time. It was out first time going and I was super nervous because my kids are age 6, 5, 4, & 1. All I can say is WOW! My kids had the best experience ever! They were so happy after getting their teeth cleaned. I totally recommend to all the mommas who have multiple ages, as you can watch all of them at the same time. I sat with 2 and I was watching my 3rd getting her teeth worked on across the room.

Absolutely amazing staff! I was visiting NC on vacation and had terrible tooth pain. They did everything they could to get me in and I am so grateful to this office for helping me out. The front desk did an amazing job of taking care of everything. The dentist and assistant were compassionate, caring, and professional. They know what they are doing and you can definitely see that.
I am new to the area and am very, very apprehensive about going to a new dentist . Everyone here is sooooo nice. I had to have a crown and was not sure how things were going to go but Dr Veloria was great .He listened to my concerns and answered my questions . They even serenaded me while they were working. Never had that before..But seriously I would recommend this practice to anyone and definitely to people who don't like to go to the dentist.
The Knightdale location is the BEST! My children are so comfortable when we visit. My children never dread going to the dentist at this location. The front desk staff, dentists and dental assistants are always the most pleasant. The dentists always speak to my children in a way that they understand and they let them know the procedures step-by-step. I am also a patient and have had the best experiences. 👌🏾 I highly recommend. 10 out of 10.
Kelly, the hygienist was fabulous! Super gentle! Dr. Prince is new to me but already feels like a trusted friend! I am VERY dental phobic and I felt completely at ease!
Dr. Roberts and his staff was very pleasant which made me relax. He is one of the best dentist I’ve ever had and I’ve had lots of work done in my mouth. He gave me a filling which we hope will keep me from getting another crown, since I’ve gotten so many crowns. Thanks to the staff for your kindness and professionalism.
This office is wonderful. Both the dental assistant and the doctor were patient and caring for me. I had extractions done and the doctor even texted me and checked on me the day after my procedure (which was a Saturday). Definitely will continue going there!

Just had a wisdom tooth removal with these guys and what a great experience! Professional, attentive, and great bedside manners. The process was easy and the doctor talked to me throughout the entire time. I felt comfortable and safe. Super happy with my experience overall and wouldn’t dare go anywhere other than here for my future removals/oral needs.
I am not a fan of any dentist office,but my experience here has changed my mind. Very courteous, professional, and quick. I felt very relaxed and that they had my best interests in mind. I will definitely be returning.
Always a pleasant experience with anything Riccobene. Always available on phone with never an immediate “hold please”. Always easy to reschedule. Always a happy staff to greet you. Never a wait in the waiting area. Can’t say enough good things when everything is right!
Dr. Garner is always a pleasure to interact with! She effortlessly connected with my anxious daughter (who doesn’t enjoy going to the dentist) and made her feel comfortable and safe while doing her exam. The dental assistants were patient and courteous, taking the time to explain billing and what insurance would/would not cover. Coming here is always a treat because they are very capable at handling pediatric needs. The office itself has a detailed fantasy motif, with knights, dragons and princesses abounding. Was my first experience at a dentist in years. Had to get work done to fix pain I have been dealing with and the doctors talked me through everything. I absolutely love the way they make you feel comfortable and constantly look out for you and make sure you aren't experiencing pain. Absolute Angels.
They were so kind from the first phone call to make an appt, explaining all the information, getting to the office and getting a tooth pulled. I will be going back. Made the experience very great and I highly recommend them!
