Dr. Pruitt and his assistant, Ashley, are absolutely the best! I hadn’t received dental care in years. Over the last month, I’ve had several procedures, including crowns, fillings, and implants! No excruciating pain whatsoever. I had implants yesterday and haven’t experienced any discomfort. They are very informative and caring! I’ll recommend them to anyone for any procedure and I promise, you won’t be disappointed!!!
First time going to dentist in quite a while the lobby was a very comfortable setting and the staff made me feel comfortable being there. Awesome place
I highly recommend this dentist. They took me in almost immediately when I had an emergency. Everyone in the office was very nice. It was my nicest experience in a dentist office ever.
I cannot say much about the expertise of Dr. Smith but her ethics and her approach to dental health is extraordinary! You will find a dentist who truly cares about YOU as a person and not a dental patient whose teeth need work. I highly recommend her.
The receptionist was very pleasant. Chelsea, the dental hygienist was great. She was very gentle and thorough and cleaned my teeth brilliantly. Dr. Nadella explained things quite articulately and seemed very knowledgeable about various procedures-she also seemed very nice. It was my first visit but certainly not my last. I feel like I finally found a dentist I like! I highly recommend this practice.
Great experience. When I first arrived before I even entered into the building my temperature was taken and was kindly instructed to check in. Front desk was professional. Despite the waiting room being packed I had no long wait and was called back within 5 minutes of me checking in. My dental assistant Sierra was kind, considerate, and very professional. I observed her properly sanitize all equipment before and after making a safe and clean environment for myself and other. Sierra also did a great job with advising me of everything that would take place with my appointment. I was then introduce to Dr Chanel Prince whom I would recommend to any and everyone that is looking for a dentist. Upon entering in the room she first introduced herself and was interested in while I was there today so she can meet all of my needs and answer any concerns that I had, and she did all of that and some. After having a emotional meltdown for me having ongoing dental issues with me teeth with no solution, Dr. Prince and dental assistant Chanel consoled me and reassured me that my dental issues could be fixed by replacing my teeth that I had lost throughout the years. So compassionate and professional! One word for my appointment today is WOW! I don't think you know what you have done for me, I pray that you guys are able to help me great back my health smile. This place is awesome! Best experience hands down I’ve ever had at a dentist. Warm, welcoming staff and very considerate dentist, dental assistants and hygienists.Everyone is patient and thorough in answering questions and explaining procedures. I feel very comfortable there; that’s saying a lot since dental visits usually give me intense anxiety. I recommend this office 100 percent!
Best dentist around! Brought my 3 year old in for her first visit and Jada was phenomenal! Highly recommend Jada if you need the best hygienist! Always have had the best care here! So grateful for everyone there!
Great dental visit! It was the first time EVER that our ten year old daughter was able to get a complete exam, including x-rays, completed in one setting. My daughter had a bad experience when she was very young and we have had difficulty finding a dental hygienist and dentist who had the patience to work with her. Ellen and Dr Julie were awesome with our daughter! Thanks so much!
We’ve gone to Riccobene for years and always had a good experience, but nothing to rave about until recently. Let me tell you, Dr. Garner is a true gem! You can tell she loves what she does and loves the kids and making the dentist a fun experience. My son, who is 8 and had so much fear for years of going to the dentist just absolutely loved her! He had to have several cavities treated and Dr. Garner and the staff made it a breeze for him! During the treatment he even told her how good she is at her job! Thank you Dr. Garner for making it a great experience!
Due to COVID the waiting area has been stripped down to only what's necessary. Kind of a bummer but safety is more important. The walls are beautifully painted with Disney scenes and characters. TVs in the ceiling provide a distraction for the kids during the appointment. Dr. Garner was great as usual, she is professional, energetic and engaging. She explains recovery procedures and expected treatment outcomes thoroughly while answering any questions you may have immediately. Sarah was calm and professional which helped my guy with his anxiousness. They were both reassuring and supportive when my son needed to be calmed.
Staff was very friendly it was my son first time and they welcomed him with care . He had a great first visit will return back :)

My daughter is terrified of dentists. She has C P and Epilepsy. They worked so well with her through the years. Today’s visit she didn’t even cry or anything. I am so thankful for their patience and attitude. They are so sweet 💜
Dr. Gazdek is amazing! Not only does she have a great bedside manner, she also is extremely knowledgable and talented when it comes to dental work. She is efficient but patient, which is a rare combination in a busy practice. Our children have also had wonderful experiences with every dental assistant at Riccobene for Kids. And I would like to add a special shout-out to Crystal for helping us to get an emergency appointment as soon as she had a cancellation. Thank you so much to the entire Riccobene staff for making dentist visits less stressful!

I hadn’t been to the dentist in awhile and needed a cleaning ASAP. They got me in ASAP against being booked. I walked in the following day and was serviced right away. All the staff were friendly and my teeth look amazing! The hygienist really took her time throughly and carefully cleaning my teeth and gums. I am really impressed as I very rarely leave reviews. I am now motivated to keep up with my cleanings with this dentistry!
I had a small procedure, outside of normal cleanings. Dr. Jameson was friendly and professional. I was properly informed in detail about my procedure, and after care. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call around 8PM from Dr. Jameson following up and making sure I was comfortable and asking if I had any questions. I would 100% recommend him. Thank you.
Best dentist office I've ever stepped foot into. The whole staff is welcoming and compassionate! The office is beautiful and so clean. Dr. Geeson and Dr. Gough are amazing and really take their time getting to know you and your oral concerns! They were so thorough and conservative with planning my treatment and wanted to know my input. I'll just say, they didn't have dental offices or dental staff like this where I'm from! 100% recommend to anyone looking for an amazing office in the Wilmington area! I know I found mine!
Staff was wonderful with my young children. All three of my kids have different personalities and each one of the staff were able to help my kids feel comfortable and excited about being at the dentist! From the decorative lobby and the warm welcomes, to the explaining each step of the process to my littles, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. My kids are excited about coming back for their visit in 6 months and have been excited to brush (and floss) their teeth since their visit! (Kids age 5, 4, and 2)!!
Been coming here for years and will continue to come as long as the staff stays the same. They are always so personable and make you laugh and feel right at home. Andrea is the best hygienist has cleaned my teeth for years love the whole office.
I just like that it’s modern, the people know me well, and they make sure I feel comfortable and more than satisfied.
The dental assistants and the Dr. did a great job as always. They were prompt efficient and friendly and courteous as always.
Today was my first visit here and I absolutely love them! Everyone from the front desk person, hygienist and Dentist are extremely friendly and kind. Jamie was my hygienist and she was amazing. She explained everything she was doing and talked me there every step. She made me feel so comfortable. This will definitely be my new dental office.
Dr Haygood was wonderful when I went in to see him for the pain in my tooth. They got me in very quickly for an appointment and he and his staff where very friendly. He worked very quickly and answered all of the questions and concerns I had. I had to bring my 4 month old when daycare fell through at the last minute, I felt terrible for having to bring her with me but the whole office was very understanding and helpful with her!!! I would highly recommend this office and staff!!!! I have not had any problems with my tooth since, I had a great experience! :)
Place are extremely nice friendly staffs quite, no long waiting periods etc. all patients are Happy and smiles, give good vibes of thankful and joy I see the looks in patients eyes that also up lift my spirit for the best results, if I had to make a choice I would recommend my stay at Riccobe... family Dentist. Thanks for the love and care you all have for giving me the best of the best of results for my Dentures resolved immediately etc.
This dental office has restored my faith and confidence in getting my teeth fixed. Their extremely friendly staff and lovely Dr. addressed all of my concerns and treated me with respect. If you are worried about getting dental treatment I highly recommend this place.
Wonderful staff! Lots of wonderful women leading the team, which I love to see! My wisdom teeth removal was a very quick process, and they did everything they could to make me comfortable, and helped my anxiety in the beginning. I recommend to families obviously, but also any young people new to the area who’s looking for a regular dentist office!
Went in for extreme pain in my jaw and got tested super quickly and the Doctor did an awesome job of keeping me calm! Also his assistant was absolutely incredible! Loved the whole experience and I'm usually terrified of the dentist!

We recently moved to the area and one of my top teeth cracked. I called Riccobene that afternoon and they worked me in first thing the next morning even though I was not an existing patient. Each person I dealt with couldn't have been more accommodating, friendly, and skilled (Dr. Desai). The work was perfectly done. I highly recommend.
Been going to this location for years and they are still amazing ! Dr.Austin & Valentina were SO gentle and very professional. ( I had 2 fillings done ) Going to the dentist always gives me anxiety from past experiences with other practices but they always make sure you are comfortable . Thanks so much !
We went to Riccobene today for the first time - because our past dentist’s office recently closed. We were pleased with all the staff and dentists. They worked me and two of my kiddos through quickly - the cleanings were well done. My husband also visited their office a few weeks ago - and was pleased with the experience from start to finish!
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this office and location deserves one!! I’ve never been to a dentist office where everyone was so welcoming, considerate, and easy going! I would recommend this office and location all day everyday to anyone and everyone. 10/10🤩
This is a very nice office in Garner the front desk employees are very, very professional and kind. This was my grandson's first visit to this Orthodontist and his doctor was very nice and kind. I would recommend this office to everyone.

Every single staff member is so welcoming and friendly! The dental environment is relaxing and makes you feel very at ease. Candace did an amazing job with my cleaning and Dr. Parker is very thorough with her exams! Love this place!
Dr. Garner is always a pleasure to interact with! She effortlessly connected with my anxious daughter (who doesn’t enjoy going to the dentist) and made her feel comfortable and safe while doing her exam. The dental assistants were patient and courteous, taking the time to explain billing and what insurance would/would not cover. Coming here is always a treat because they are very capable at handling pediatric needs. The office itself has a detailed fantasy motif, with knights, dragons and princesses abounding. Thank you for always making it enjoyable!
Just moved to area so needed a dentist. Found one close to home and made appointment. Wow, my experience was fantastic. Everyone was friendly, professional and happy to meet me! It was the absolute best experience I ever had in a dental chair! Would recommend them to anyone!
We were greeted with a smile and seated promptly for our appointment. Such a clean and friendly environment. You can really feel the genuine care from the staff from the front to the back. Everything ran smooth throughout the appointment and we are looking forward to our next appointment.
Getting a crown is not great, but Dr Steve and the Dental Assistants made this first step as good as possible. Was no pain after getting the numbing shots...and they were efficient and pleasant. Dr Steve is always very nice and kind and happy.
Riccobene is such a great place to go. I have 3 kids and even though this place isn't a 'pediatric dentist' they are amazing with the kids.
It was my first visit here in Ricobene and I was so impressed by how professional all staffs were and very friendly as well. My hygienist, Courtney Alford has gentle hands and made my cleaning experience a very pleasant one. She has this caring attitude that made me relax throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend Ricobene Dentistry to friends and those who are looking still for dental services.
Always a great pleasant experience at Riccobene. I use to have fears of going to the dentist. The staff make you feel comfortable.. and the dentist that did my root canal I forgot his name . I swear I could have Falling asleep. So gental and caring. Would definitely recommend friends and family.
I had to bring my two young children with me to my appointment today. I was so nervous because I did not know how they would act as I was getting my cleaning done; however, the staff was amazing! They were patient with me, and assisted in looking after my kids as I was unable to for the time. Even when things did get overwhelming, they knew how to handle the situation! Through the whole process of my appointment, everything was explained to me. Any questions were answered.
I have had two major procedures done at the Porter’s Neck office they always give me prescriptions for pain but on neither occasion have I ever needed any of it I had oral surgery 12/29 I am pleased to say there was no major bleeding, swelling or pain…I was terrified of oral surgery but I am pain free and happy. I highly recommend anyone for Riccobene the whole staff is so pleasant

From check-in, to my actual appointment time with my dental hygienist, my experience was amazing! I not only felt heard by my hygienist, but I felt safe and appreciated. She took her time to explain my dental history, as well as the procedure that would take place, while answering all of my questions with patience. She made sure that I was okay, during the procedure, while letting me know that I was okay. I left with gratitude. Thanks so much!

I highly recommend Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry! Dr. Soto is extremely kind and is very interested in his patient and their comfort! He maintains pain level down to a minimum and answers any questions you may have. The staff are very courteous and makes sure you are comfortable!’ Pleasant atmosphere and experience!
I am glad to say that I have had five to six office visit at Riccobene Dentistry in Oxford..Everyone in the staff was very friendly the Dentist and assistant that did my work was excellent maybe the best l have had yet. The attention to detail really stood out. I would highly recommend them
Dr. Okeke and his staff were amazing. Had my 18 & 19 extracted. Ended up having to be surgical. He was more than amazing and did such an awesome job. Great bedside manor as well. Can’t thank them enough!
What can I say?… The staff from the greeting to leaving were amazing. The facility is clean and well kept but most importantly the people are kind, knowledgeable, and funny. The service was excellent. Happy to be seen there.

Dr. Chanel Prince and the various associates provided excellent caring service. I was very impressed with the teamwork and speedy rendering of each procedure. They were knowledgeable, energetic and rendered professional dental care with a fresh flair!! Cute humor was added that relaxed all my anxieties....LOL
OMG!! I found my forever dentistry family. Everyone was so wonderful,from the front desk,xray,hygienist and dentist. My previous dentist office closed with no warning and finding a new practice is hard,especially when you have anxiety about going to the dentist. I highly recommend this practice and already planning on getting my daughter an appointment who just moved to town. Go!!! You will love them
I was treated by Dr. Chen and Erica and couldn't have received any better treatment. They were truly wonderful to me. I would recommend Dr Chen for anyone that needs Endodontist care. You won't have to worry about anything except showing up for your appointment. 😁
This was my first visit to Riccobene. And I am highly impressed they did a thorough job in less than an hour and a half x-rays, photos and great cleaning. They thoroughly explained to me the condition of my teeth and even showed me my x-rays and photos to help me understand. They actually took the time to go over my medical chart in history which I've never had happen at a dentist. Shawntha P. (I really hope I spelled her name right I'll correct it later if not) did an amazing job on my cleaning. The entire staff was amazing friendly and prompt I definitely recommend giving them a try they.
If you are new to area or seeking a better dental service then I encourage you to move to Jakubek Dentistry @ Riccobene Associates. Since moving to Charlotte so happy to find Dr.Smigiel and staff. Service, care, analysis and work is excellent. You will not be disappointed.
The staff overall Has been polite and understanding. Don't judge your teeth; they give you advice. I've been to about a total of 6 dentistry, and I don't think I'll be switching anytime soon.
Dr. Geeson was pleasant, patient and her expertise was evident when I needed a second opinion recently. The staff were welcoming and efficient in my dealings with them. The office was a very pleasant place to wait my turn, which was timely. I was very pleased with my experience at Complete Dental!
I love Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry. I have been with Courtney my hygienist for years now. Since she worked at the Wakefield location. Today's visit was just so amazing. From not being able to go to the dentist in 2020 for covid reasons. Then being afraid to come to the dentist must of 2021 for covid reasons. Needless to say my dental routine was thrown off. Today my appointment needed more time then they anticipated so they wanted to reschedule me. With no luck finding anything close. Courtney decided to stay late today and offered me to come back at 4pm. That was such a great gesture. With my busy work schedule and today being a work holiday for me. That was just amazing. I couldn't Thank her enough. Then the front desk checked me out allowef me to pay then so I wouldn't have to check out after my appointment later. There were no surprises. I came back at 4pm. Didn't wait at all and Courtney took great care of me. I am so grateful for everyone at the Clayton office. Riccobene has been great not only for me but my whole family. We have been to the Wakefield, Knightdale, Falls of Neuse, and Clayton location all great. Thanks guys I really appreciate you all.

It was my first appointment and I was so nervous but after meeting everyone I felt better. The staff was so welcoming. My insurance company gave me a list of providers in my network. I called a couple of places but I was able to decide on your office because the receptionist was so pleasant, so patient,and so kind. My experience was awesome and I will definitely refer you guys to my family and friends. 😊

The staff here is great! Dr. Rich is one of the few dentists that doesn't worry about churning out as many patients as possible, like most dentists. He takes the time with each patient, cares for them, and is honest with his prognosis. If you don't need a procedure, he will tell you. Honest Dentist. Honest office. The hygienists are great, especially Kim. She is gentle, but thorough. My mouth feels so clean after my appointments with her.
I had an amazing experience with Riccobene in Knightdale. The hygienist was kind and friendly. So glad to have found a dentist right around the corner from me.
It's difficult to come up with words to compliment so soon after I had a deep cleaning and 2 cavities filled. But their cleanliness, kindness and professionalism is second to none. Thank you for the care you all gave me.
I have been a patient at Riccobene family dentistry at the Garner location for almost 8 yrs. My children are also patients and my grandchildren are patients at Brush and Floss! I have never been disappointed. Everyone is amazing and the customer service is exceptional! Great job everyone! I refer this location to everyone I know and meet.
My experiences with riccobene have pretty much always been excellent. The dentist that I had that I actually loved was Dr Thomascheski(?) And he left unfortunately. My new dentist is Dr Williams and she is absolutely wonderful. She's kind, very concerned not to cause any pain or discomfort, she talks to me and explains what she's doing as she's doing it which I certainly appreciate and she and I look at the x-rays so that I can decide how close they are to a nerve and if only novocaine or not. Her assistant Dominique was actually wonderful also. They are a really fine professional team and honestly a very fun team to deal with. I'm very pleased with Dr Williams and with Dominique.....malissa Yeager ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I did a lot of research for my husband and I on best dentist in the Wilimington area. I read almost all the reviews(honey you got to the careful who you allow in your mouth) and everyone had positive reviews. I said to myself this can't be not one person had nothing bad to say. I will book and see what the vibe is about. Went to the building with so much positive energy. Karen took really good care of me. Everything about my experience with her was 10 stars. I recommend Karen she is outstanding, and very experience. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BOOK YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.....
They got me in within 24hours on a new patient special, I was in great pain walking in and they were Very patient with me to make sure I was comfortable before proceeding -They completed the extractions for me along with X-rays and consult; a game plan; all the same day. The Dentist and her assistant were really nice, patient and amazing in explaining everything and the front staff was super nice and awesome checking in & checking out made simple. Very clean and nice environment & they absolutely do comply with current Covid concerns, screening upfront and cautious in taking clients per Appts. I had a Great experience “to be visiting a dentist”:) and I would definitely recommend them to others for services.
Went in for an extraction. Dr. Mitchell came in and talked me through the whole experience. Never once hurt me and was as nice as can be. Very professional.

They are extremely nice people. They make you feel really comfortable. They welcome you and have you feeling like family and not a stranger. They guide you with everything they are doing at the moment and whats about to happen next. I would refer anyone to them and i will never change my dentist. You will leave there with a smile even without your teeth.
What a wonderful staff, everyone is super friendly from the minute you open the door you are greeted by two ladies who handle all the daily activities very professionally. When you are taken to your room for whatever procedure you are there for, again you meet friendly and courteous personnel they perform their assigned task with care and empathy. And Dr. Rich you hit the jackpot, you will never meet a more talented and devoted Dentist. We consider Dr. Rich and his his staff a blessing.

My daughter had a good time and enjoyed the visit. Dr. Rob was great and explained everything he was going to do. He spoke directly to me and that is hard to find, a doctor with good bedside manors. This is a keeper and they have an orthodontist office there as well. This is an all in one package. I will be recommending them for sure.
Everyone was very kind and caring! Lovely bonus, it’s very LGBTQ+ forward—i’m non-binary and mentioned this and upon arriving for my appointment, they asked my pronouns, which was really heartwarming because most places aren’t very forward-thinking.
Top notch office with the BEST STAFF!!! I'm always greeted with a giant smile from the time I walk in until I walk out. Dental procedures aren't alway easy but Dr. Hunt and his staff make you feel at ease.
This place was exceptional and definitely makes going to the dentist easier & more comfortable than it typically is! I've had 2 cleanings and a crown and all 3 visits have been great. Dr. Gough and Courtney both make the visit so much more enjoyable. Really great customer service & staff!!!

Such an amazing job. Although I was so nervous before coming in and while sitting in the chair getting prepared, the dentist made sure to make me feel very comfortable and at ease. They made my smile brand new better than ever, and it honestly looks better than it looked before.
Great place. Dr. Smigiel pulled 2 teeth and didn’t feel a thing. Made a temporary bridge that looks great. Aimee is the greatest dental assistant. Returned to get fitted for a bridge. Wore the temp bridge for 4 weeks. The permanent bridge was put in yesterday. It looks and feels great. Dr. Smigiel did a great job.
I'm a long-time patient and recently had a cavity fixed. For the first time since I can remember, I wasn't all "tightened" up in the chair. I was relaxed, because the atmosphere was very relaxing. I appreciate the service I received during this visit, made a world of difference.
Note: I have a healthy fear of dentists. However they have been working with me successfully for the pass two years. Professional, but very down to earth. They listen to your concerns. Gentle touch dentistry (my own label). I'd had a rough start the morning of my latest visit, but by the time I left the office I was laughing so hard I was in tears!! Real people!! Add on: Went today for my cleaning, met Dr. Miller for the first time, and we found out that we served in the USAF at the same time!! Didn't get to see everyone to say hello, but I left my calling card - Hope, joy and laughter!! Riccobene has become a real family dentist, as I have immediate family at several of your locations!! It's a wonderful thing!!!
I had a dental emergency, a cracked filling directly in the front. Thank God and Riccobene staff got me in a very short amount of time and resolved my problem.? Thank you again for your courtesy and excellent dental repair I am smiling again.😁😁
