My husband and I did a lot of research when trying to find a new Dentist. We came across Riverside Dental Arts and were immediately impressed. We had an initial consultation to meet Dr. Rich and discuss our Dental needs prior to an appointment, something I had never had with another Dentist. I really appreciated the extra mile he took to get to know us. The dental hygienists are also top notch! Karen does a great job and is always polite and professional, not to mention super gentle on my teeth (which is much appreciated!). She always had great suggestions on dental products to try which is very helpful. I would highly recommend Riverside Dental Arts (Downtown Dental).
The Falls of Neuse office has always had the most excellent customer service. They are friendly, quick to respond, and accommodating. They are clean, timely, and I am always in and out as expected. Every service that I have had has gone well. I appreciate having a dentist office that I am so comfortable going to.
Everyone there it's always so kind and nice. You get in and out with very little waiting time. I really like the office staff and Dr shine as good as you can like a dentist.
Nobody likes to go to the Dentist, however everyone that worked with me were awesome. Jada my Hygienist is the "Best". When you leave you know that she has done everything to make sure all is well:) Also, getting more options that I didn't know were available to take care of a tooth that I'm having issues with. And getting the insurance quotes being taken care of by Rebekah Presnell-Patient Care Coordinator takes a lot of stress off of me.
Dr Sommar and the staff were very kind and gentle. I was nervous going in, but the experience was pretty painless and very. Much less uncomfortable than I thought. I recommended my wife to now go to see him....she is going to do so Yesterday had to get one of last year’s crowns redone. I was pleased with the service, shawnwa and dr Sommar were wonderful
I had a crown put on one of my front teeth, so it needed to be cosmetically perfect in color and fit. I am very pleased with the results. Dr. Miller aims to please and Patti, his assistant is very skillful in her technique. Everyone at Riccobene have been very pleasant
Dental hygienist Ms. Jennifer is the best because of her I enjoy going to the dentist. Before I was always terrified and hated the dentist. The staff are very friendly, Pleasant, welcoming and always makes you feel comfortable. Thank you… and whenever I get out of Ms Jennifer’s chair my teeth are smiling!!!!
I can not say enough about Dr. Beamer! She is a master at what she does. Not only clinically, but her customer service is above and beyond. She takes the time to explain every detail of what she’s doing to her patient prior to the procedure. During the procedure she explains constantly what to expect and checks in with the patient regularly. She makes her patients feel at ease and comforted. She is absolutely extraordinary!!!
Dockside Dental has always been 5 stars! Bree, the new dental hygenist was very good. My family and I are truly going to miss Dr. Viloria. He is so kind, professional, and such an expert in all of his dental care for his patients. We could not have wished for a better dentist, and we wish him the very best in all he does. Favorite dentist that I’ve ever taken my son to. As soon as we walk in the receptionist was very welcoming, down to earth and just made us feel very comfortable! Everyone in the staff is very kind, educated and welcoming! 10/10
I can't wait to go back to the dentist - said no one ever! However, I am not as anxious about my next visit with Riccobene of Mebane. I am the most dental phobic person you probably would ever meet. I am very specific about who my dentist is and when my last dentist left the practice I just had to leave. Unfortunately I had an actual issue that needed to be addressed immediately and Riccobene of Mebane was there to assist. Dr Hunt was amazing, Barbara was professional and funny, all at the same time! And the entire staff was so patient with this patient! They were professional, yet down to earth at the same time. Put me right at ease. I have since signed my whole family up with them! And I truly am not worried about going back.
I love this dentist cause they does a wonderful job with people n they are very friendly n plus they will go out their way to help u feel comfortable so da why I would recommend anyone to go to em for dentist help
My appointment @ Riccobene Associates continue to be of high quality. My Cleaning with Julia is extremely Professional, & without stress. She is cheerful, & patient oriented. An extremely comfortable environment.
Went to the Knightdale office and had a fantastic experience from start to finish but Brittany who performed my teeth cleaning was excellent!

Six forks smiles is the best dentistry I've ever been too. They make you feel so important... like president status. They are vary knowledgeable and great with explaining and resolving any issues that you may have. I would recommend this to everyone. Shout out to chad great receptionist, he got me in right away. Rabecca the P.A. was wonderful she took my x-rays and calmed me down from being so nervous. Finally Dr. Gandhi she was able to explain my treatment perfectly and is vary professional!
Dr. Rich has been my husband's and my dentist for several years. He is very friendly and makes you feel at ease. He cares about your teeth and will do everything he can to make sure you keep them. He is not one to quickly jump to extract a tooth if there is anything he can do to prevent that from happening. My husband has a few problem teeth that Dr. Rich has been tending to for a few years now and are still intact. Dr. Rich always has a smile and a laugh that can be heard throughout the office. He and all of his staff are terrific and will do all they can to make your dental visit a pleasant one.
First time at this office and I was impressed!!! Very clean facility and super friendly staff! Dr. Swan was so nice and very knowledgeable. Yasmin was my dental hygienist and she did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. Both were very professional and made me feel comfortable! 13/10 recommend this practice and Dr. Swan!!
I called for an appointment and received wonderful service and attitude. Everyone in the building, from the desk to the dentist, was exceptional and very pleasant to deal with. I have found my new family practice, and I encourage all to check out this location!
Beautiful dental office the staff and dentist and dental hygienist are all so nice and helpful.. they make you feel at home and are willing to answer any questions about concerns you have.. I love that when you have an appointment your not waiting all day to be seen.. they have you in and out in a jiffy and do quality work! There’s coffee tea and water in the waiting area.If you are looking for a dentist 🦷 this is a great place! Look no further !

I had not been to a dentist in at least 10 years, maybe 15 years. Staff took good care of me. Dentist was responsive when I said I could feel her working and she addressed it before continuing. That is taking care of your patients!
The staff were very caring when I went in for an emergent situation. They explained my treatment options clearly and payments options. They went above and beyond to relax an older lady with dental anxiety. Their concern for their patients is genuine.
Chris is an outstanding dentist. Plus, Monica is an outstanding assistant. As you can readily see, my experience at Riccobene-McGees was very, very good!!
I had such a great experience at Riccobene! Aury + Nikki in the front were both so kind and helpful. I have a lot of nerves when it comes to the dentist, and they both made me feel welcomed and calm. Chris, my hygienist, was very friendly and thorough. Dr. Farhan was great as well, and talked me through the whole process and treatment. Both of them were very knowledgeable and helpful! I highly recommend the whole team :)
Always very quick to get the kids in the chair. Very friendly. The entire office is kid friendly. And if you need an appointment ASAP they try their best to get you in when you need it. 100% recommend this dentist
The staff is amazing! Everyone has been extremely friendly and kind. It’s a very comfortable atmosphere in the office. Dr. Steve is so caring and compassionate. Explains everything he is doing, worried about patients comfort. Would not want anyone but him to be my dentist.

Everyone is super nice and caring. They have a great attitude and work hard to make your experience easy and relaxing. I just had a crown done and even though my insurance doesn't cover this procedure the tryed to get me the best price available. No hidden fees for unnecessary work to be done dentist was very professional and personal.Will definitely be back hopefully when I get the final crown everything will be the same.

Hands down one of the best dentist offices our family has ever gone to. The staff from the ladies up front to everyone in the back are amazing, there’s really no words for how great everyone here is. My children absolutely love coming here to see everyone, and as soon as we leave they ask when they get to go back! Highly recommend this office!!

My very first visit and everyone made me feel right at home. Everyone I came in contact with was pleasant and professional. Maria was patient with me and really listened to everything I had to say. Dr. Pike came in and addressed every concern I had and made sure I understood everything. I’m so glad my Aunt referred me to this place. Today was my first visit but I was so comfortable from the time I walked in the door til the time I left. Dr. Pike was very kind and explained everything to me so that I could make an informed decision about my dental care and needs moving forward. I love not feeling pressured into something I really couldn't afford and was allowed all the information needed to decided my plan of action. The staff is great and very friendly. Dr. Chris is AMAZING!! I hated my smile for many years, and he gave me a beautiful smile again! I could not be more thrilled! Thanks to the whole staff, who are very nice and comforting. Best dental office I have ever been to. Don’t hesitate to go, they’re fabulous.
I was very impressed with the kindness and friendliness when I walked in for the first time. The front desk and assistants were very kind, helpful and professional. Dr Miller is a very down to earth, gracious man who is very confident in his diagnosis and offers a very affordable remedy. The equipment is state of the art brand new. Love the tv on the ceiling! I would highly recommend this establishment for fine dental care and a nice chat or 2 with very nice people.

The staff went above and beyond to help me today! I had 5-6 people trying to figure out a way to make things happen in a very short time! They made it work. Thank you for being so understanding and caring to go so far above your " have to". You have a long time patient!
After chipping my front tooth I visited the office for the first time. I was able to get my teeth whiten and my chipped tooth fixed within 2 weeks of each other. The staff were friendly and professional. I will be recommend anyone one looking for a dental office to give this place a shot as they out performed my expectations.
Great place. Dr. Smigiel pulled 2 teeth and didn’t feel a thing. Made a temporary bridge that looks great. Aimee is the greatest dental assistant. Returned to get fitted for a bridge. Wore the temp bridge for 4 weeks. The permanent bridge was put in yesterday. It looks and feels great. Dr. Smigiel did a great job.
They are quick and customer service skills are amazingly great! They are an absolute thrill to be around. They also show kindness and make sure that you’re comfortable before any procedure is done. Only issue I had was I was numb for hours lol so I was hungry but I would definitely refer Ms. Kristen to anyone she even kept me entertained while cleaning my teeth she was also polite and while cleaning she made sure I was fine the entire time 10/10 for greatness and great service.
I have been to different dentists over the years, so going to a new dentist makes me nervous. But I must say from my first cleaning to my first filling with Riccobene has been a breath of fresh air. Everyone I came in contact with in the office was very nice and seemed to really take pride in their work. The dental assistant that I had for my filling was so compassionate and told me everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable. Getting good service these days is hard to come by, so when it happens, it is really appreciated!
Dr. Sheri McCormack and her team are the best! She does outstanding work! She did an exceptional job on my two front teeth. I have had work done on those same teeth with my previous dentist who I had been with for 15 years or more, and they never looked this good. What an Awesome Staff as well! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The Care Team there are most professional and this office certainly has advanced modern dentistry equipment. I highly recommend Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry.

I took my son here after his regular dentist said he needed to have his wisdom teeth removed. We were referred to 2 oral surgeons who we didn’t end up going with for multiple reasons. I’m so glad I found Riccobene in garner. They are all so nice and welcoming, and made my son feel at ease, which is a big bonus considering he has major anxiety. Everything went smoothly, from insurance to surgery to the last check up appointment after his surgery. I highly recommend Riccobene in garner, if I could give them 100 stars I would. My 2 daughters will be needing theirs removed soon and I will definitely be bringing them here!!
I had a wonderful experience at Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry in Durham! The staff was friendly and helpful, the dental hygienist did a great job and made me feel very comfortable, and Dr. Nadella was so warm, personable, and knowledgeable. She was fun to talk to and you can tell she really cares about her patients. This was my first time there and I will definitely continue using them. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a dentist!

My experiences with riccobene have pretty much always been excellent. The dentist that I had that I actually loved was Dr Thomascheski(?) And he left unfortunately. My new dentist is Dr Williams and she is absolutely wonderful. She's kind, very concerned not to cause any pain or discomfort, she talks to me and explains what she's doing as she's doing it which I certainly appreciate and she and I look at the x-rays so that I can decide how close they are to a nerve and if only novocaine or not. Her assistant Dominique was actually wonderful also. They are a really fine professional team and honestly a very fun team to deal with. I'm very pleased with Dr Williams and with Dominique.....malissa Yeager ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
My daughter and I both love Riccobene Assoc. Family Dentistry!! They are gentle with her, yet explanatory (she likes to know what they are doing at all times). Top notch office with the BEST STAFF!!! I'm always greeted with a giant smile from the time I walk in until I walk out. Dental procedures aren't alway easy but Dr. Hunt and his staff make you feel at ease.
The office had the most friendly staff and created a warm environment for my child. My 2 year old felt so comfortable he was able to lay down for the duration of the appointment with no issue. That just speaks to the warmth and care that was provided by everyone in the office from the front desk, to the dental assistants and hygienists all the way up to the doctors. Would highly recommend this location to anyone!
Originally went in to have a tooth extracted because was told by another dentist in the area that it couldn’t be saved. Dr McCormack assured me it could and all the assistants Stephanie, Morgan and Hailey were great during the process. I definitely recommend the entire office and instead of having a empty space in the front of lower teeth I have a new crown and better self confidence about smiling. Thanks everyone!!!
Best dentist around! Brought my 3 year old in for her first visit and Jada was phenomenal! Highly recommend Jada if you need the best hygienist! Always have had the best care here! So grateful for everyone there!
I am 64 years of age. I have had dental care since a very early age. Riccobene services at the Holly Ridge and Porters Neck location provided experiences far beyond my expectations. Never have I had care even close to the excellence provided at these visits. Dr. Kyle Thames and the team at Porters Neck are the best. Doctor Collins and the Holly Ridge team were very detailed and accurate identifying an issue that required immediate attention by Dr Thymes. Quickly both locations executed my needs very professionally and painlessly.
My experience with dr Parekh so far has been only positive. He is confident in what he does and makes me feel like I am in good hands. My procedure went smoothly.
As someone who has a huge fear of the dentist, I was made to feel so comfortable and understood and like I was in control of my appointments! I was given breaks in between cavity fillings and the staff went above and beyond to help ease my anxieties. Special shout outs to Drs. Holmes and Kennedy and their assistants!
I decided to switch practices to Riccobene due to the raving reviews I had heard as well as the proximity to my home. I had an incredible experience! Staff was knowledgable, welcoming and efficient. I look forward to my next cleaning!

I have been coming here for about 2 years now! I love how timely and kind they are. From the front desk staff, to the hygienist (mine was Taylor) to the Dentist I saw (Dr. Williams) everyone is wonderful. They listened to my concerns and helped me tremendously. I am a very high anxiety patient when it comes to a dentist. I rarely go to the dentist. This week I found myself needing a crown. Dr. Clark Was the most gentle dentist and made me feel extremely comfortable. I went back yesterday to get my teeth cleaned and Melissa was my hygentist. She walked me through the entire process and took her time. I would highly recommend this office in Apex. Thanks Guys
I have never been to a place where you feel welcomed from the time they call on the phone to verify appointment to the time you leave the appointment. Interactions with the staff was pleasant. They made me feel so comfortable during the visit. I will recommend them to all who are seeking a new dental office.
I don't usually write reviews but I felt like I needed to on this one. I had a difficult tooth extraction recently as well as fillings done. The doctor and the assistant who helped with my surgery were all so nice and patient with me. The surgery went well and I'm recovering nicely.They are also so helpful and understanding because I am also a healthcare worker and sometimes my schedule is super busy. Awesome job guys!
Every single staff member is so welcoming and friendly! The dental environment is relaxing and makes you feel very at ease. Candace did an amazing job with my cleaning and Dr. Parker is very thorough with her exams! Love this place!

I’m extremely pleased with the level of service provided by Dr. Minka and staff and Riccobene Dental. Dr. Minka spent a considerable amount of time answering all of my questions and making recommendations to best fit my dental needs. They are very affordable and I truly appreciate her conservative approach to dentistry. I’ve never felt that they try to push unnecessary procedures as I’ve experienced at other offices. My specific procedure required multiple appointments and they’ve always done well to accommodate my schedule. I highly recommend this office and can’t thank them enough for the high level of care provided. Thank you!!!!!
Dr Wolfe is the best!! Had issues with an implant done at Riccobene on Shipyard Blvd. and they did not remedy the situation so the next day I got immediate help from the Porters Neck office. Dr Wolfe and entire staff were incredibly helpful and kind!!! Thank you for taking me in so quickly and rendering great service!
These guys are the best. Have been going to Hampstead Family Dentistry for close to 20 years, and some of the same great employees are still there! Goes to show their commitment to customer service and family-like atmosphere. Dr. Warren is very knowledgeable and professional, as well. Highly recommend!
Absolutely the best dental office in Leland. I was totally comfortable with my procedures and everything was explained thoroughly. The staff was very accommodating kind and efficient I felt comfortable very comfortable during the entire appointment. Dr Geeson is a blessing for this community she totally cares about each patient and gives them the best information and care they could possibly get. Outstanding dental office 5 plus stars to everyone.
I have been a patient of Dr. Jakubek for the past two years and I'm very happy I made the switch. I'm greeted as soon as I enter the office which is very important to me. The wait is never long for the dental hygienist or the Doctor. Everybody in the office makes my visit very pleasant and stress-free. I appreciate Dr. Jakubek's preventive advice and he takes care of any tooth problem(s) right away.

First and foremost my girls and I absolutely love this office. Not one time have we entered through their doors and not been greeted with a warm smile and a welcome. Its such a clean positive atmosphere. I have to brag on my children’s hygienist Tracy she is theeee most sweetest individual I think I’ve ever met she treats my girls as if they are hers and we all know a dentist office can be so scary for a child but my girls light up and are always so happy to talk too, tell her about all of their little adventures and just to see Mrs. Tracy. I appreciate her positive attitude and being so kind and sweet to my baby girls. She makes their little visits seem like a fun play date each and every time.
Super great experience for my 6 year old. Staff is very friendly and very patient with the little ones. The atmosphere is also geared to children and makes them feel like the experience is fun. They also offer several different toothpaste flavors. I recommend them to start your kids off right and alleviate any fears. Super friendly and informative. No wait time and got done quickly. Thanks again to the ricobene kids staff.

This was my first visit to Riccobene. And I am highly impressed they did a thorough job in less than an hour and a half x-rays, photos and great cleaning. They thoroughly explained to me the condition of my teeth and even showed me my x-rays and photos to help me understand. They actually took the time to go over my medical chart in history which I've never had happen at a dentist. Shawntha P. (I really hope I spelled her name right I'll correct it later if not) did an amazing job on my cleaning. The entire staff was amazing friendly and prompt I definitely recommend giving them a try they.
Extremely pleased with this facility. The staff was friendly and made sure I had the best care. Clean environment and very attentive to your needs. Went for wisdom teeth extraction and they even made one of the worst things you have to go through with dentistry as comfortable as possible. Will be coming back and recommending! My experience at this location, Porters Neck was very pleasant. I was treated with respect. Dr. Roberts has great chair side manners. He listened to what I had to say and I listened to his plan for my dental care. Going to any dentist is usually very unpleasant, depending on what work you need to have done. My initial visit here was a Consultation and X-rays. The next day I went back for a debridement and I think the gentleman’s name was Tim. He did an excellent job and made me feel comfortable. Looking forward to a great future relationship with Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry.
Meg, my hygienist, was so informative and made me feel heard about my dental concerns as well as the Dr. and staff. The office is clean and professional. They also offered great in house insurance plans. I’m glad I was referred here

Super friendly. What I like most is how caring and gentle the staff is. It’s been a long while since I’d been to the dentist and they were so very understanding about life, family, jobs getting in the way before taking care of myself and not the least judgmental. The staff are always friendly and I was able to get what I wanted done with a walk-in! They do great work and make sure that you understand what they are saying/doing! With every visit they make sure that you are comfortable.
