I can't wait to go back to the dentist - said no one ever! However, I am not as anxious about my next visit with Riccobene of Mebane. I am the most dental phobic person you probably would ever meet. I am very specific about who my dentist is and when my last dentist left the practice I just had to leave. Unfortunately I had an actual issue that needed to be addressed immediately and Riccobene of Mebane was there to assist. Dr Hunt was amazing, Barbara was professional and funny, all at the same time! And the entire staff was so patient with this patient! They were professional, yet down to earth at the same time. Put me right at ease. I have since signed my whole family up with them! And I truly am not worried about going back.
My kids had the best experience ever under the circumstances. Thank you so much for making my kids feel so welcomed and making me feel at ease. Love the staff and definitely the dentist Dr.Allen she is wonderful

In short, they have literally restored my faith in medicine AND humanity because this group of amazingly talented and caring people are, in my opinion, a very rare find in today's society. From the first phone call they were incredibly polite and patient. You could tell they genuinely cared. Today was the appointment and it was clean and social distanced. Everyone was super helpful and they took excellent care of my 6 year old. I cannot recommend them enough honestly.
I appreciated how the hygienist made best use of time to minimize length of unmasking! Amazing dental practice. Amber is the best hygienist and Dr. Miller really listens and does not minimize concerns. Very careful with privacy. Highly recommend.
Melissa is a wonderful hygienist. She is not only extremely funny with a contagious upbeat personality, but she does a thorough job with the cleaning (which was pain-free). She also takes time to ask questions and explain things. My 16-year old son thinks she's great! Joel is a fantastic hygienist as well. Dr. Clark did my fillings and there was no discomfort at all. She checked in with me frequently to make sure I was doing okay. Very positive experience--and professional, too!
I have never enjoyed going to a dentist office until today. My entire visit was awesome. They even walked me through my insurance to help me understand what I’d owe and schedule it out so I wasn’t paying too much at once or missing out on cash from my benefits. Just lovely!
Very competent dentists and overall technical and non-technical personnel. Always ready to address not only normal dental care, but any dental problem one may have. Very clean facility and follows disease-related guidelines as those now associated with COVID-19.
Getting a crown is not great, but Dr Steve and the Dental Assistants made this first step as good as possible. Was no pain after getting the numbing shots...and they were efficient and pleasant. Dr Steve is always very nice and kind and happy.
My experiences with riccobene have pretty much always been excellent. The dentist that I had that I actually loved was Dr Thomascheski(?) And he left unfortunately. My new dentist is Dr Williams and she is absolutely wonderful. She's kind, very concerned not to cause any pain or discomfort, she talks to me and explains what she's doing as she's doing it which I certainly appreciate and she and I look at the x-rays so that I can decide how close they are to a nerve and if only novocaine or not. Her assistant Dominique was actually wonderful also. They are a really fine professional team and honestly a very fun team to deal with. I'm very pleased with Dr Williams and with Dominique.....malissa Yeager ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Riccobene dentistry was phenomenal. They helped me with all my dental needs all the while make me feel comfortable. So great duo for the team!
They were very courteous. I also believe they went above and beyond in making sure Covid was not brought into the facility. Very thorough exam, and then went into detail showing me the results and recommendations. I have already recommended them to my wife. Went back in for a cleaning and fillings. Again very impressed, a lot better than previous dentists.
Staff was very friendly it was my son first time and they welcomed him with care . He had a great first visit will return back :)
I’ve been taking my daughter here for a few years now and after 10 years of not going to the dentist, I finally started going myself. The doctors and the staff here are great! I took my daughter to three other dentist and this has been my best experience out of the three. They truly care about you here and are not just trying to make money. Very genuine staff members

My child has been coming to the dentist since she was 4 and every experience is a pleasure. Super friendly and most of all super gentle. Dr. Gaddy is a joy to work with and always takes superb care of my little one!
Going to the dentist hasn't been one of my favorite things to do. However, Downtown Dental has changed that. I actually look forward to going because of the great customer service and attention to every one of my Dental concerns. A very clear discussion about my treatment plan is always throughly discussed. I trust Downtown Dental and have been going to them for over 3 years. I look forward to many more years of excellent dental care. Thank you Downtown Dental for making my dental visits a good experience.
The staff is so nice and make you feel like family. Dr Pike is awesome, he's very thorough with his work and quick. I have extremely high anxiety and the staff treats me so well knowing I panic going in. They answer all my questions even when I ask the same one multiple times. Everytime I go there there may be 2 other patients in the waiting area, they are not overly crowded and dont make you wait forever. I also bring my kids here. Best dentist i have ever gone to
The staff is amazing! Everyone has been extremely friendly and kind. It’s a very comfortable atmosphere in the office. I am a new patient and having some dental procedures done that I put off for too long. I will continue to go to this office because I like the work my dentist is doing. Everything is explained well and I feel confident that I am getting great dental care!
Dr. O and Ms. Sarah have cured my fear of seeing a dentist. Such a comfortable atmosphere, they took the time to listen, calm my anxiety, not once did I feel rushed while asking all my questions ;) Teeth cleaning was a breeze, though embarrassed I waited so long. I’m moving my entire family to this practice. One more thing, I was expecting to wait at least 45 minutes in the lobby, nope right on time!!! This practice will not disappoint!
Dr. Wollfe is an incredibly experienced and gentle dentist. He recently placed two dental implant crowns in my upper jaw and it was a huge success. He took his time removing excess crown material so that my bite would be 100% comfortable. His assistant Jessica is also stellar! Allison is my dental hygienist and she does a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. I highly recommend this dental practice.
I love Dr.Miller and the staff!!! They are all helpful, friendly, and know what they are doing! I would t go anywhere else!!!
Wonderful experience here! My daughter was very nervous and afraid when we arrived and then I couldn't get her to leave when we were done. Everyone was so nice.

I had not seen a dentist in years and needed immediate help because of a horrendous toothache. Everyone was extremely helpful and explained what was happening and what to expect. They all focused on ending the pain first and I never felt judged for not keeping up with prevention. They made me comfortable and relaxed. They were also covid conscious. It was an excellent experience. Highly recommended.
Meg, my hygienist, was so informative and made me feel heard about my dental concerns as well as the Dr. and staff. The office is clean and professional. They also offered great in house insurance plans. I’m glad I was referred here
My first visit with this amazing team was great! I did not have to wait for anything, from being called back to the specific office, to seeing Dr. Resner. Laura got my information and took x-rays quickly and the dental hygienist measured whatever she needed to measure! The dentist was very thorough in her exam, and they all listened to me about my problems. I was referred to a specialist because my needs exceed the scope of general dentistry. Everyone was friendly and welcoming from the time I walked through the door. COVID-19 precautions were taken very seriously, and I appreciate that. I would recommend this group to anyone! 9/24/20 I went back today for a followup about a concern Dr. Resner had on my first visit. Of course, I thought of everything that could be very bad, even though she told me not to worry. True to her advice, after examining me, what she had seen before was gone! I was so relieved! Everyone was so pleasant, as usual. Laura even popped in to say hello, and she acted as if we were old friends! I have had nothing but positive experiences there and I would tell anyone, “They’re a 10”’!
Dr. Goldstein is absolutely amazing. I have been to several dentist about getting my front teeth fixed and they always told me I would have to invest in veneers. Dr. Goldstein fixed them without me having to go that route and i am beyond happy with all the work he has done for me thus far. I highly recommend this office and the wonderful people who work there!

I have horrible teeth and am so scared of going to the dentist . I always feel scared still and the dentists, hygienists, and assistants always make me feel better. So calming and kind, and they always answer all of my questions and are always informative and helpful . They always check on me throughout whatever procedure I’m having and see if I’m hurting or need more numbing etc . I’m still scared of the dentist , but they always make me forget that I’m scared and I can tell they really care about their patients and the experience as a whole. I always tell all my friends to go there and they walk away with wonderful experiences as well . They even made my daughter want to be a dental hygienist . I could go on forever , but fingers are going numb lol . Thanks y’all for making me feel better !!! And also , they are always helpful up front when it comes to payment and insurance and setting up my appointments .
Just moving to the area from New Jersey Robbie T Smith DDS was recommended to us by our daughter and friends. From our first phone call to make an appointment, when we arrived and throughout our appointment, each staff member helped us feel welcome. They use modern state of the art equipment. Each staff member is highly knowledgeable of their role in the medical practice.
Took my 3 yr old son to his first dentist appt (his original appt scheduled for a year ago got cancelled due to COVID) here at the Hwy 54 location and could not be more impressed. From the front desk staff, to the hygienist to the dentist they went above and beyond to make my son feel welcome and comfortable. The hygienist, Tabitha, was so patient and kind to him and entertained all of his questions and comments on his first dentist experience. Great job!
I have been a patient of Dr. Jakubek for a number of years now and I have never gone in fear or left disappointed by the care and service. The front desk staff is friendly, the hygienists thorough and careful and Dr. Jakubek is all of those. I would and have recommended him to others.

I was very impressed with the kindness and friendliness when I walked in for the first time. The front desk and assistants were very kind, helpful and professional. Dr Miller is a very down to earth, gracious man who is very confident in his diagnosis and offers a very affordable remedy. The equipment is state of the art brand new. Love the tv on the ceiling! I would highly recommend this establishment for fine dental care and a nice chat or 2 with very nice people.
I do believe today was my last appointment and I’m very sad. From the beautifully decorated restroom to the friendly smile when you walk through the door, I’m going to miss that place! I want to publicly thank Dr. Wolf and the staff at Riccobene Downtown Dental for the beautiful work they did. They have all been wonderfully kind, caring and professional. I was 10 minutes late for the first time but they were still happy to see me and took me in almost immediately. I was given an opportunity to discuss the retainer, one vs two. They explained in detail how the new x-ray can be used to make the retainers so they fit perfectly. I have an appointment to have my braces removed but if the retainer comes in sooner, they will rebook my appointment at an earlier time.
One person can make a difference! Had a routine cleaning this past week. My hygienist's name was Sarah Winnick. In every way she was amazing...kind, professional, courteous and respectful. But what took the visit over the top was what happened after. Sarah meant to give me a goody bag with a special small toothbrush as I left-but she got caught up. Sarah, realizing what happened, put a toothbrush in the mail to me with a sweet hand written note which I received yesterday! I mean, HELLO?! Who does that kind of stuff these days?!! Thank you Sarah!! Great practice, great people
Absolutely the best dental office in Leland. I was totally comfortable with my procedures and everything was explained thoroughly. The staff was very accommodating kind and efficient I felt comfortable very comfortable during the entire appointment. Dr Geeson is a blessing for this community she totally cares about each patient and gives them the best information and care they could possibly get. They are quick and customer service skills are amazingly great! They are an absolute thrill to be around. They also show kindness and make sure that you’re comfortable before any procedure is done. Only issue I had was I was numb for hours lol so I was hungry but I would definitely refer Ms. Kristen to anyone she even kept me entertained while cleaning my teeth she was also polite and while cleaning she made sure I was fine the entire time 10/10 for greatness and great service.
We found this office through our insurance. It is the BEST dental office we have EVER been to. Not only is the doctor patient, knowledgable and very thorough, the staff was very welcoming and friendly! I’m so glad my family will be under their care for years to come!

My daughter has been here twice and has fallen in love with this place! The staff is very nice and talks to my child so she feels comfortable about what they are going to do. If I have any questions or need help suggestions, the dentist is there to help me! I love that!

We have been going to Ricobene's for over 10 years. We are a family of 5 so we have had lots of appointments and we have never been dissatisfied or had any problems with anything at the McGee's Crossroads Office. Everyone is always polite, professional and kind. The work has always been excellent, even the routine cleanings.

Recently switched to this dentist and blown away by the extra care and attention you receive as soon as you walk in. I was squeezed in last minute because of a pain I felt in my jaw, and they did not hesitate to be helpful as soon as I arrived!!!! I was greeted by Sophie who assisted me with my initial forms and check-in, Felicia who helped ensure I was comfortable and checked on me multiple times while also assisting other patients, made conversation with me as I waited for my name to be called, and Trista and Morgan who assisted me at check out. It was apparent that team work is the number one priority at this office!!! Donna, who did my cleaning was so sweet and kind, and she really knew her stuff about teeth! Best cleaning I’ve ever had. Dr. Geeson was very thorough in answering all my questions and assessing my teeth when my cleaning was finished. I am very pleased with this dentist and look forward to my next visit!

I’ve been coming here with my kids for more than 13 years and I will never go elsewhere! I have 4 kids, all of which love the dentist and have never been scared to go since they were toddlers! The staff is awesome and caring and very nice and welcoming! This is an amazing company, and I have found Ricobene’s every time I moved around the area, each one bringing A+ service. Never a bad experience, would recommend 100%!
Wonderful Wonderful, Amazing group!! I was so afraid of going bc I knew I had to have a tooth extracted, and I just wasn't ready for the pain. But everyone was so nice and treated me like I was the only person important to them at the time. I really appreciate that. The staff are very courteous , and proffesional. Dr. Behairy is a great denist.Extracted broken infecteted teeth in no time. Very kind, and great at her job.Dental assistants where very helpful. I would reccomend them over any dentist office in the area.
I’m so happy with Riccobene and all their staff members. They are always ready to help and very polite. I get anxious when I go to the dentist and have not had the greatest experiences at other places. But at Riccobene they make sure to make it as comfortable as possible and they do such a great job. I showed up a day early for my appointment. Everyone at the office made it possible for me to get my teeth cleaned while I was there. I have always been happy with the everything about this dentist office, this visit just reassured me I am at the right place. Doctor G graciously cleaned my teeth and did a great job and had lots of great suggestions for me!
Dr. Pruitt and his assistant, Ashley, are absolutely the best! I hadn’t received dental care in years. Over the last month, I’ve had several procedures, including crowns, fillings, and implants! No excruciating pain whatsoever. I had implants yesterday and haven’t experienced any discomfort. They are very informative and caring! I’ll recommend them to anyone for any procedure and I promise, you won’t be disappointed!!!
The staff at Riccobene in Apex is very professional, courteous, and friendly. I never wait long in the patient lounge, and my visits are always quick and easy. They make the whole process of visiting the dentist as close to pleasant as it can possibly be! My appointment today was for a filling and I scheduled it in the middle of my work day. I was in and out in just over 30 minutes! I appreciate the efficiency and the care from the dentist and his hygienist. I highly recommend Riccobene Associates, and especially the conveniently located office in Apex.

I chipped a tooth Sunday evening and was able to get an appointment with Riccobene for Monday afternoon. Dr. Phillips examined the tooth and determined that I needed to replace the old filling. I was then able to schedule an appointment for the next afternoon to have the old filling replaced. The entire process went smoothly. Dr. Phillips and staff were pleasant and efficient during my office visit.
This was my first visit to Riccobene. And I am highly impressed they did a thorough job in less than an hour and a half x-rays, photos and great cleaning. They thoroughly explained to me the condition of my teeth and even showed me my x-rays and photos to help me understand. They actually took the time to go over my medical chart in history which I've never had happen at a dentist. Shawntha P. (I really hope I spelled her name right I'll correct it later if not) did an amazing job on my cleaning. The entire staff was amazing friendly and prompt I definitely recommend giving them a try they.

Quick and painless tooth extraction. They guided me through the whole process and kept me informed on every step along the way. I will definitely continue using them! I visited this location several times. Dr. Bacon and the hygienists are very caring of and responsive to their patients. Dr. Bacon was able to rescue my damaged tooth (which would be extracted if the crown couldn't be done) by building up the core and successfully putting a crown on it. The staff is very friendly, the facilities are brand new, and the location is very convenient - Maynard Crossing Plaza on the intersection of High House Rd and Maynard Rd in Cary, NC. I look forward to visiting this location for my future dental needs, and I highly recommend this location to anyone who is looking for exceptional dental care experience.
My three children are all patients here (ages 13, 10, and 4) and we have never had a negative experience. But today we had to take care of my youngest's first cavity...which could have been awful for a child with sensory issues. But this team is SO amazing...he didn't make a peep the entire time! He even insisted that I go back to my chair when I tried holding his hand! AND we got a surprise visit by Santa. THANK YOU!
Firstly, I just would like to say how absolutely PHENOMENAL the staff was. As soon as I walked up to the counter, I was greeted with such warmth and kindness! I was directed to the next counter and they immediately knew who I was. They sent me all the necessary information, medical, and insurance documents ahead of time, so my check-in process was quick and easy. I was there for an emergency wisdom teeth extraction and was very nervous. The sweetest dental assistant assured me I would be just fine. (I wish I could remember everyone's name, so I'm so sorry for the lack of identifications in this review!) When they called me back, she sat me down and explained the entire procedure to me, step-by-step. I knew exactly what to expect and she even gave me a rundown of my post-op instructions. She was very thorough and patient and consistently checked in to see if I had any questions. Dr. Anderson (the dentist who performed my procedure) came in soon after and greeted me with so much warmth, I could have hugged him! (Did I mention that my original appointment was set for March 15th and when I reached out to him ahead of time and let him know how much pain I was having, they managed to slot me in the VERY NEXT DAY?!?!) Anyways, Dr. Anderson came in, brought me a blanket and gave me a full rundown of my x-rays and thoroughly explained what was happening. He assured me, however, that my procedure would not be difficult and that I was in good hands. The CRNA came in and OMG, she had the brightest personality! She told me what she was there to do and told me exactly what would be in my IV and why. She then got me hooked up and before I knew it, I was waking up at my mom's house LOL. Either way, I am so grateful to this amazing team and I would recommend them again, and again and again! (BTW as a bonus -- their office is so CLEAN and GORGEOUS!) Thank you so much, Dr. Anderson and the rest of the Riccobene staff!

Staff are GREAT! From front desk to the Hygienist and their assistants, they take the time to explain procedures, and payment options/plans. Beautiful facility, and super clean. My husband and I drive approx. 1hr and will continue to do it, not planning to change.
The hygienists and dentists are really good with kids. They answer all my questions and address any concerns I have about my child’s teeth. In addition, they try their best to make the experience fun and enjoyable for the kids. Always a great experience when we go.

Dr Duke was great!! I hadn’t been to the dentist in quite sometime! He was personable and made me feel comfortable which made the experience a lot more tolerable.
Dr. Hunt is the best Dentist around. He is very attentive to your needs and super competent in the work he does! Having good interpersonal skills is the icing on the cake!

I called for an appointment for a tooth that was bothering me two days before Thanksgiving they got me in and fixed the dislodged filling and scheduled me for my cleaning the next week! All this after another Dentist office in the area canceled my appointment that I had made 2 weeks prior for the same concern which was worse by now but wanted me to come in for a cleaning??!! I was hurting!! Thank God Riccobene fitted me in.
Love, love this office! Dr. Rich is amazing and makes you feel at ease. Personally I have terrible anxiety and choose to pay him cash than go to a dentist that takes my insurance. (I have tried ones that do, but I either walk out or leave crying because of the anxiety attacks.) And Dr. Rich allows me to make payments because he understands the anxiety. The office staff are an amazing bunch of ladies that are there to make things easier and better for you. Dr. Rich will do his best to find the cheapest way or best route to save a tooth and minimize trauma physically to your mouth and emotionally to you! Would recommend him 100% hands down to any dentist I have ever been to before. Amazing people.
The staff is so friendly and helpful! Mia is an awesome Dental Hygienist! She is very dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. Dr. Price is outstanding as well. I really appreciate their thoughtfulness.

For as long as I can remember I’ve had anxiety about the dentist. It wasn’t until I decided to go to Riccobene that my perspective changed. Marg,at the Cary location is absolutely amazing. She is gentle, knowledgeable, and has some gifted hands. She is my one and only dental hygienist, and she is a gem. Riccobene is definitely blessed to have such an amazing employee. My experience has been so amazing that I know use them for my orthodontist needs! And my experience with my braces at the age of 35 has been wonderful. I highly recommend Riccobene!!
My five year old has been to the dentist multiple times and this is the first time that he let anyone actually clean his teeth. The atmosphere was great and so inviting for kids. The dental assistants were patient and explained everything to my five and three year old. It was a great experience for all three of my kids!
My dental technician was great, very thorough but not slow. My mouth feels fantastic! I always feel very confident in Dr Schmor’s evaluations and trust her as my dentist
The staff was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. The facility was well run and workers attitudes were upbeat. Very glad I changed to this dentist office.
Dr. Bassham and Sheletta have done fabulous work with my orthodontic Invisalign care. I have recently completed my treatment and now have perfectly straight teeth thanks to their efforts and training. They welcomed questions and always guided the treatment to my best personal outcome. If you are looking for a dentist that will take time to learn and hear you, and not see you as just a number, then go see them.
