I had to drive 27 minutes for this office, and it was worth EVERY MINUTE. Staff was great, my sons dental assistant Jennifer was so great with him, and the dentist was timely and explained everything awesomely. Would strongly recommend, especially for small kids.
I was treated professionally and promptly for my appointment. Two broken teeth were repaired and there was no pain during the process. I highly recommend Riccobene for your dental needs.
The staff were very caring when I went in for an emergent situation. They explained my treatment options clearly and payments options. They went above and beyond to relax an older lady with dental anxiety. Their concern for their patients is genuine.
I had crown work today and it went exceptionally well. Rodney at the Wakefield location was fantastically amazing. He also seems to be the go to guy for questions in the office demonstrating he knew his craft. Certainly made me feel comfortable. Dr. Ranjini Pillai was the best. If you choose this location I am positive with anyone on staff you get assigned to you will have a great experience. ~bobg
I love this practice! I went in today for a crown adjustment and saw Dr. McCormack and she was amazing! Each and every time that I've been here the people have been so nice that I would recommend them to anyone looking for a sympathetic dentist. I suffer from extreme anxiety and going to the dentist is no easy feat, so when you get people that are extremely happy to be where they are - you know it. I've never liked a dentist as much as I did Dr. McCormack and maybe it's because she was fixing something that was giving me extreme pain, but she was also mellow and had such a calm demeanor. Even though she had 2 others rooms, she made me feel like she wasn't in a hurry. Thank y'all for making this anxiety riddled patient feel at ease!
I cannot say enough good things about Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry! Both of my children are patients, ages 6 and 2! Dr. Swan went above and beyond to make both of my children feel comfortable and not scared. He definitely took his time to ensure they were not afraid of the dentist. Yasmin is one of the best hygienist’s we’ve had and did so well with both of my children. She was very thorough and gentle, they loved her! All of the staff was super friendly as well, check in and scheduling was a breeze!
Today my 8 year-old daughter had her two teeth fixed and two sealants teeth and it was for one hour. Usually my daughter doesn’t stay in one place without moving more than two minutes but with Doctor Jacqueline Garner she stayed still on the chair for one hour without getting tired or complaining about it. Doctor Garner made it fun with a lot of songes and talking about princesses which is my daughter favorite subject. It was an amazing moment . Doctor Jacqueline Garner was created to be and help kids making them happy with shiny smile. A big thank to our talented doctor and her assistant. Thanks Doctor Garner for being nice and for the perfect work.
Dr. O and Ms. Sarah have cured my fear of seeing a dentist. Such a comfortable atmosphere, they took the time to listen, calm my anxiety, not once did I feel rushed while asking all my questions ;) Teeth cleaning was a breeze, though embarrassed I waited so long. I’m moving my entire family to this practice. One more thing, I was expecting to wait at least 45 minutes in the lobby, nope right on time!!! This practice will not disappoint!
They were expecting me and told me my name, not ask it! Very open and friendly. Most of the paper work was done so just a few signatures were required. Immediate service. Hygienist appeared immediately and took me back. Very thorough, probably one of the best cleanings and exams I have had. My first visit and I plan to make this my permanent office.
Wow, I was so scared. This office was the best. Brittney my dental Hygienist was beyond super and gentle she made me feel very relaxed. My Dentist was awesome, he took his time with me and explained everything extremely well. I will be back next week and I feel completely comfortable. Thank you all so much.

Doctor Clark And his assistant Latisha are 2 of the best people you can ever want to meet walking into a dentist office they make you feel so welcomed and relax removing all the anxieties there are coming to a dentist office. They are very helpful and explaining treatments to better your oral Hygiene health I would advise any of my friends and family to visit riccobene associates .
So I am a patient at Garner and Porter’s Neck. It must be a prerequisite to maintain a pleasant, uplifting attitude to be employed. They are super friendly. What I like most is how caring and gentle the staff is. It’s been a long while since I’d been to the dentist and they were so very understanding about life, family, jobs getting in the way before taking care of myself and not the least judgmental. I highly recommend you checking Riccobene out for your dental needs!💯 I was in Garner when I had one issue and back in Wilmington for my cleaning and other needs. Both are hands down the best dentist offices ever.
The staff was great..very comfortable place..they are the best..if you want a good dentist office..go to visit them..my wife sent me there and I was impressed...
Answered all my questions. Didn’t make fun of me for being a wimp. They have nitrous. They give goody bags. 10/10 have to go back and I’m not that mad about it.

I have been going to Jakubek Dentistry for about 20 years with good reason! Dr. Jakubek is an artist, not just a dentist! He made me a crown last week that is absolutely PERFECT, and he did it in one day - in the office! Dr. Jakubek talks to me and we discuss a plan for my teeth using current technology. I have been without insurance for 9 years now, and I can still afford to take care of my teeth. His entire staff is friendly and calming, which is excellent for me because in my youth, I didn't have positive experiences with dental professionals. I whole heartedly recommend Jakubek Dentistry to all my friends and family, and anyone who cares about their teeth!
Dr. Geeson and staff at Complete Dental are remarkable! I brought both my kids here originally and ended up transferring myself here for all our family dental needs. The atmosphere is calming and the staff really takes the time to explain every procedure and charge in depth. They also get us right back into the chair which shows they value our time. I had a wonderful experience at Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry in Durham! The staff was friendly and helpful, the dental hygienist did a great job and made me feel very comfortable, and Dr. Nadella was so warm, personable, and knowledgeable. She was fun to talk to and you can tell she really cares about her patients. This was my first time there and I will definitely continue using them. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a dentist!
I've been with this practice for almost 2 years now. The staff is friendly and caring. I am comfortable rather it's getting my teeth cleaned or having a crown done. My teeth and I love this practice!

This is a great dentist. Did an appointment on line to find out that it didn't go through. I showed up for my 8:00 am appointment and she told me she couldn't find me, but immediately found me an appointment so that I wouldn't have to reschedule. Didn't have to wait a long time. They are very friendly and efficient.
We moved from the Clayton area to Cary and were in need of a new dentist. Since we loved the Riccobene office in Clayton, it was only natural to choose Riccobene in Cary. I had my first cleaning and checkup today. Meg was a fantastic hygienist. She made me feel safe and comfortable as visiting the dentist is not my favorite thing to do. I have given her name to my husband who also needs a checkup. Fantastic experience!!
Normally, I don’t do too many of these, but to the ladies that helped my daughter Raina today…you truly are amazing. This is never an easy day for parents with a special needs children who are terrified of the dentist for no reason. We appreciate you more than you know.

Dr Haygood was wonderful when I went in to see him for the pain in my tooth. They got me in very quickly for an appointment and he and his staff where very friendly. He worked very quickly and answered all of the questions and concerns I had. I had to bring my 4 month old when daycare fell through at the last minute, I felt terrible for having to bring her with me but the whole office was very understanding and helpful with her!!! I would highly recommend this office and staff!!!! I have not had any problems with my tooth since, I had a great experience! :)
My daughter had to have a tooth extracted unexpectedly. She was scared and upset. The dental assistant Kristy was amazing with her. She was so kind and compassionate with her care. I have always loved everyone at Riccobene but yesterday was extra special. Thank you Dr Lee and Kristy for taking care of my girl!

My visits to Riccobene Associate has always been pleasant. The staff there are very friendly. They always making sure you're ok while they're working on your teeth. I highly recommend them to anyone 😊 You all are awesome!
I can say they have come a long ways. Customer service has not always been the best for me since I first started going here about 12 years ago, but I have been more than satisfied for the last few years. Staff are very personable and with my crazy work schedule in combination with COVID, they have been more than accommodating with needing last minute appointments or rescheduling within reason. I was just fitted for a crown on April 9th and NERVOUS, but Dr. Pruitt was so gentle and his assistant was the BEST! As always.....SALLY is the best and greeted me as soon as I walked in! Definitely the kind of professionals I would recommend to anyone.
I was terrified of having a root canal done and the Dentist made everything a smooth experience. No pain at all did not even feel when he gave the Anastasia. I highly recommend them. Have had worse experience just getting a filling. Sore and a little pain afterwards but nothing compared to the toothache pain.
I came to Riccobene and associates because I'd been needing a root canal for a while, and it'd gotten so bad that the pain was INTOLERABLE!!! I called them because my tooth was so far gone it was throbbing with pain! I was amazed at how fast they could fit me into their schedule! They saw me the very same day I called them! I was super thankful as it was a holiday weekend and I knew everyone would be closed the following Monday. I can't say enough how AMAZING the staff was!! From the very beginning to the end, I felt so cared for! The receptionists greeted me with inviting and friendly smiles. I had the pleasure of being seen by Dr.Bacon. He was assisted by Hailey, Madelin, and Stephanie as well. They were very attentive and constantly checked in on me to ensure I was comfortable and pain free. Dr.Bacon is very caring and EXTREMELY good with a needle! I didn't feel a thing!! I ABSOLUTELY recommend this facility to everyone! Trust me,you will be glad you chose them!!
The best dental experience I've had in many years. The office staff is very welcoming, polite and professional. Dr. Farhan is patient, caring and professional. He provided a detailed treatment plan that I intend to follow. I will recommend Riccobene Associates to family and friends.
Dr. Caputo was amazing, this was my second visit with him and had my first ever root canal. He was fabulous, talked me through every step, made sure I was ok during the procedure and I didn't feel a thing. His staff was equally as fabulous and made me feel relaxed during the appointment. Thank you for the care I was given today.
The staff was friendly and professional. My wait was not too long. I felt no pain during my precedure. No needle was involved,. That made me happy because I am so afraid of them. I think I am going to like this dentist office.
I called Riccobene due to a tooth ache. They took me on in, pulled the tooth and I as sooooo much better. The tooth was hard to get out because it was laying downinstead of standing up. It was a bit tough, but they were so good to me and treated me well. I thank you and I will be coming back .
I was terrified of going to a dentist. It's been 37 yrs. since I last saw one. (Was a Dental tech in the Army) figure that one out...I was treated with kindness, and compassion. We absolutely LOVED our experience! This was my baby girls very first dentist appointment and I knew it would need to be very important that everything went well. She absolutely loved her experience and isn’t scared of going to the dentist at all! The staff was AMAZING. From the absolutely wonderful woman who booked our appointment and checked us in/out to the dental hygienists, to the dentist absolutely EVERYONE was amazing. Thank y’all so much. We will absolutely be back!
My children have had severe anxiety issues with dental care. Dr. Garner is a top notch pro when it comes to easing the minds and hearts of our little ones! All of the staff at Riccobene are so warm and friendly that the kids now look forward to their dental appointments. They’ve got the most beautiful hand painted murals in each office, too! Just moved to area so needed a dentist. Found one close to home and made appointment. Wow, my experience was fantastic. Everyone was friendly, professional and happy to meet me! It was the absolute best experience I ever had in a dental chair! Would recommend them to anyone!
I cannot say much about the expertise of Dr. Smith but her ethics and her approach to dental health is extraordinary! You will find a dentist who truly cares about YOU as a person and not a dental patient whose teeth need work. I highly recommend her.
Like most I'm sure, I am not a big fan of the dentist but I had an abscess and a broken tooth so I couldn't put it off any longer. Everyone in the office was extremely nice. Dr. Mitchell was wonderful. I have to say it was the best experience I've ever had at the dentist!
Dental assistant Natasha was very friendly and allowed me to use her EarPods when mine didn’t work. This helped my anxiety level immensely during my procedure. Dr. Hucal was able to fit me in today for a root canal instead of having me come back. He was very compassionate.
My hygienist Carley is the best! She took her time to make sure I was comfortable and kept me laughing the whole time. I would recommend her to anyone!
My daughter is terrified of dentists. She has C P and Epilepsy. They worked so well with her through the years. Today’s visit she didn’t even cry or anything. I am so thankful for their patience and attitude. They are so sweet 💜
Dr Lara Clark and her staff are the best! I never described a dentist office as a place where I was well cared for until I came here. I had PTSD and Lyme Disease and they were so sensitive to my needs. Highly recommend!
I recently moved to the Ocean Isle Beach/Sunset Beach area and was looking for a new dentist. Most dentist I called in these areas were either not taking new patients or had a 6 month or longer waiting period. I read the reviews of Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry in Southport, NC and gave them a call. They were quick to get me and my wife seen. Upon arrival at our appointment, we had a very pleasant experience with the receptionist, the hygienist and the dentist. They accept most insurances and have a wide range of medical and cosmetic treatments. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a new dentist.
The best dental care center I have ever been to. And I have bad nerves n my kids are hard to deal with but they come in and yall talk n work very good with them. I will always recommend people to yall. Thanks for working so hard with me n my babies. Yall are the best.

I highly recommend this office for wisdom teeth removal. Came in a little under a month ago for my surgery and it was quick, painless and easy. Dr Geeson and her staff made me feel at home during the procedure. Dr Geeson removed the first tooth before I even got a chance to get comfortable 😂. On a serious note if you are looking to have your wisdom teeth removed come here, you won’t be disappointed 👍
My son recently saw Dr Rob for his first filling. Rob was great and made the overall experience fuss (and pain) free 6 Month update: Once again we were nothing short of thrilled with the level of service and professionalism that we have continued to receive from Dr Rob and the rest of the staff. We now have 2 kids that are seen here, with widely different ages, that receive great care. I cannot recommend them enough.
I have been going to this dentist office since I was a little girl. A lot of the old staff are gone but the warm, inviting community there at Riccobene, still remains the same. The staff there, are wonderful!
I have pretty severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist. My hygienist realized I was nervous and did all she could to guide me through it and make the process easier. The dentist was also understanding of my fears and set up a treatment plan to best suit me. They were also able to get me in to be seen the day after I called and the wait time in the office was close to none. Riccobene has a friendly staff that seem to love what they do and a very welcoming facility!
I woke up yesterday to excruciating pain in my mouth. I immediately called to make an appointment with the dentist. They were very accommodating and got me in to see the dentist the very same day. I was very nervous, other than the obvious anxiety builder of going to the dentist, it was also my first time seeing Dr. Steve. As it turns out, Dr. Steve is absolutely AMAZING! It was our very first encounter, but he made me feel like we’d known each other for years. He has been in the practice for 32 years, and it definitely shows. His assistant, Katrina was equally as wonderful! She talked to me as if we have been best friends since elementary school. She is expecting a bouncing, baby boy in October, so feel free to stop by the Monkey Junction location with a baby gift! I could go on and on, singing their praises, but I’ll end with this. Close your eyes, and think of the most important person in your life. Now, think of the type of care you would want them to receive if you were unable to care for them yourself. Got it? This is the exact level of treatment, and care, you will receive at Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry, the Monkey Junction location, in Wilmington, NC. I, obviously, give each and every member… 5 STARS!!!!
The office was accommodating when I called about my daughter’s tooth pain. They were even able to get us in that day! The dentist and hygienist were absolutely awesome. So glad we choose this practice when we switched a few years ago.
This has always been my all time favorite dentist. These dentist have been at this same spot for over 25 years. I used to hate dentist, but after my first visit over 23 years ago I was very nervous. However the dental hygienist made me feel much better, after I cried only from having my teeth cleaned. This place has the best dentists in the business. I love them and adore them. Be blessed.
The wisdom, care, patience and genuine concern was unlike any other dental office. From the front desk to the checkout desk and everyone between ... kind, knowledgeable, concerned and helpful. My son went in with wisdom teeth issues as a new patient one day, and we were on the other side of extraction by noon the next day. God’s grace displayed through them at every turn. Praising the Lord for providing our community with such quality care.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth extraction today. The staff were so warm and welcoming to us. It was my daughter's first time having to deal with a procedure, so she was a bit nervous before heading over to Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry, but she felt at ease as soon as she got there. I would definitely recommend this dentistry to anyone.
I truly experience nothing but compassion and kindness at both of my visit!!! I totally admire how nice and professional the staff was... And my dental hygienist was totally amazing she did amazing on both of my deep cleaning no pain at all!!! I CAN SAY SHE DEFINITELY GETS A 10 IN MY BOOK!!! 😊😊😊

This was the first time my two year old went to the dentist and I was looking for some place special and we found it here. From the time we opened the door I knew she would love it. It was just so colorful and bright and everyone was so welcoming. The staff was friendly and tried to make her feel so comfortable from the start. The staff was really knowledgeable and overall it was a great first time. She loved it and is looking forward to going back to the dentist. Thank you so much!!!
Note: I have a healthy fear of dentists. However they have been working with me successfully for the pass two years. Professional, but very down to earth. They listen to your concerns. Gentle touch dentistry (my own label). I'd had a rough start the morning of my latest visit, but by the time I left the office I was laughing so hard I was in tears!! Real people!! Add on: Went today for my cleaning, met Dr. Miller for the first time, and we found out that we served in the USAF at the same time!! Didn't get to see everyone to say hello, but I left my calling card - Hope, joy and laughter!! Riccobene has become a real family dentist, as I have immediate family at several of your locations!! It's a wonderful thing!!!
Wonderful staff! Dr. Parker was great with my 10 yr old daughter. She was nervous about getting a cavity filled and Dr. Parker was very gentle and explained everything as she did it. She really helped my daughter relax.
I had a dental issue while traveling, I call them on a Monday morning and was able to be seen that afternoon. Everyone was great and understanding of my needs. They took care of my issue on the same day. I appreciate everyone involved and would highly recommend going to see them if you’re in need of dental care. They will take care of you. Thank you!
Every single staff member is so welcoming and friendly! The dental environment is relaxing and makes you feel very at ease. Candace did an amazing job with my cleaning and Dr. Parker is very thorough with her exams! Love this place!

The absolute best staff of dental hygienist and Dentists I have ever been to!! they are very caring and very detailed. And answer any and every single question you have, no matter how random it may be they! they are always smiling and always willing to call and get you in as soon as possible and they really try to save you money and time... I absolutely 100% recommend!!!

My experience at this location, Porters Neck was very pleasant. I was treated with respect. Dr. Roberts has great chair side manners. He listened to what I had to say and I listened to his plan for my dental care. Going to any dentist is usually very unpleasant, depending on what work you need to have done. My initial visit here was a Consultation and X-rays. The next day I went back for a debridement and I think the gentleman’s name was Tim. He did an excellent job and made me feel comfortable. Looking forward to a great future relationship with Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry.
As far as dental visits go they were very accommodating and professional and seemed to really care about me as a patient. They were also very cordial and respectful while making good conversation...pleasant staff all around.
The staff was courteous and professional. The "comfort" items during or after your appointment were a great and unique touch. I love the office's family feel and their community involvement. My actual visit was detailed and thorough and that is important when I am talking about my health.

Nikki was absolutely the best she was patient and kind and went out of her way to help with my first visit and a crown that came off this am. Dr Farhan was the best dentist I’ve ever went to. He explained in detail everything and he suggested a treatment plan and Nikki explained the treatment plan he made for me and I am delighted at this decision. The dental hygienist are very good and making both my children feel comfortable while they clean their teeth and do whatever they need to do. Been going there for a few years and my children really like them. The dentist are very nice with my children as well. Very good over all with my children.
AMAZING experience!! I was in town visiting my sister and my wisdom tooth started killing me. I called around to several dentists and none could see me for a day or more. The amazing receptionist at Downtown Dental fit me in within an hour, and was super friendly and helpful. Once I got there I was seen immediately, and they fixed my issue in 15 min. The entire staff was extraordinarily nice, friendly, accommodating, yet efficient. I have never had a better experience at a dentist's office!! If I didn't live 8 hours away I would legit book all my dental care through them. Thank you to all of the staff for saving my vacation, you are all amazing!!!

The Cary locations staff has been absolutely amazing to my son. They are always super friendly and do great work. He had major dental work done at one of the visits and they made him feel comfortable and safe the entire time, as well as doing the job well and efficiently. Would highly recommend them to anyone for pediatric dentistry.

Great people and made my visit go smoothly and put me at ease. I had my first dental implant performed and they did a wonderful. Made me feel at ease and explained the process step by step.
Great overall experience. So far everyone has been friendly, helpful and accomodating. I have gotten all my questions answered and have been scheduled at convenient times to fit my needs. This is my 3rd visit here. I chamged dentisits last year because I disliked the overall care and service I was getting at my previous dentistry. A friend referred me to Riccobene Assoc. at another location, but it was not as close to home as this Riccobene office. This one is great so far. No complaints.
Dr. Leslie was wonderful with our son who has autism. He has sensory issues and some anxiety with going to the dentist. She took the extra time to make him feel comfortable and make it a good experience for him. She checked with me beforehand to see how his emotions were before the appointment. She really cares about the children she treats. He came out after having treatment done and he was smiling from ear to ear! The front office staff are always very helpful, friendly and very professional. The assistant that helped us for our 1st appointment was very knowledgeable, professional and had a great rapport with our son. She listened to my concerns and was able to get x-rays on our son who tends to gag alot. Very kid friendly environment, very clean environment. We found the dentist for our son!
Just started going here after not visiting a dentist for along time. Thankfully I’ve taken good care of my teeth. Riccobene did have to fill a cavity today. They were very nice and caring the whole time while working on me. They were even noticing my hand would tightening up every so often during the filling and would stop to check on me.
The staff was professional and courteous. I was brought in without a long wait. The dental hygienist, Colleen, was very cordial and did a thorough job and explained everything knowledgeably. Dr. Roberts was also cordial and performed the examination even routinely checking for oral cancer. The office was modern and clean. It was a great first experience as a new patient.
Dentist is excellent in technique and diversional activities and communication with kids. I’ve already referred my friends’ children here because both my kids had a great experience in cleaning and other operations. My youngest had tooth extraction twice with no issues. Paintings on the walls are well thought off and perfect for kids. Highly recommended dental clinic.
Broke a tooth needed it fixed quickly. They got me in within an hour of calling don’t have insurance. They got me in checked and gave me all my options for the tooth. They worked with me on getting it taken care of and gave several options for payment. They were able to do most of the repair right then and actually spent about 1 1/2 hours with me. Dr O. And Dental Assistant Katrina were great. If you need dental work give them a try.
Everyone there it's always so kind and nice. You get in and out with very little waiting time. I really like the office staff and Dr shine as good as you can like a dentist.
This place is amazing, the staff are super friendly, the office is impeccably clean and very calming especially the front lobby. This was my third tooth extraction there and it could not have gone smoother. Dr. Trendowski and Barbara were amazing and made the experience great. My last experience with an extraction was a Dentist in Burlington with his knee on my chest trying to get a tooth out which ended up breaking. The guy was an easy 250 lbs and he cranked my neck trying to get the tooth out. It left me traumatized. Dr T is small and she finessed both teeth out like a Boss. It actually went so smoothly that I didn't even have to take any pain medication and when I say any I mean not even a Tylenol . I would love to think my pain tolerance is super human but her technique definitely had a lot to do with it. Her assistant Barbara was amazing and made me laugh so much and feel very relaxed. She was very personable and added to my great experience. I would recommend Riccobene as an A+ place to have any dental work done. I can't speak for the other Dentists there only about Dr Alexis Trendowski and Barbara but I am almost certain that based on what I saw, they all are part of an Team that strives for customer satisfaction.
Amazing place. Had tooth pain in a crown. Got me in the next morning and had my root canal done the next day. Totally painless. No issues with billing which is always nice. Friendly staff.
This was my family’s first visit here. It was fantastic! The dental hygienist, Stacey, was so personable and considerate. She was the nicest person. April was also great!

Dr. Blessings was just that, a blessing. From our consultation to the actual procedure, we were shown kindness and compassion. I could not have asked for a better experience for my daughter. Also, the front desk staff is spectacular. I had to bring my 2 year old along and she did well for a while but started to get antsy. One of the ladies at the desk saw a need and met it. She brought out a small toy that kept my daughter entertained for the remainder of the time we were there. If we lived closer, I'd bring my whole family to this office!
Appointments are on time. I've never waited over 5 minutes. The entire staff is super friendly and helpful with my questions. The decor is fun to look at. Waiting area is friendly with water to drink when it's warm and a fireplace heater when it's cold. The dentist takes time to talk business and pleasure! My hygienist is one of only two I've ever enjoyed working with. She's really good!
Very caring office and couldn't have been more pleased with Michelle Holmes. When you loose a front tooth cap at a Christmas party it's an emergency situation. I was seen in the office as soon as possible and put back together. I will stay with Michelle and her office for all my dental needs. I'm grateful for my friend who referred her.
I was very anxious going to the dentist. Knew I needed dental work immediately and I mentioned it to my sister. She referred me to Riccobene Dentistry and I’m so grateful that they were there to help. The entire environment is so incredibly inviting and warm. The service is A+!!!
