I had an excellent experience at this dentist office. The customer service was outstanding—friendly and efficient from start to finish. I was able to get a same-day appointment to have a crown repaired, and the work was done with impressive professionalism. It’s such a relief to have a trusted dentist here. Highly recommended!
Very happy with the performance of my hygienist. She found the problem with my gums and has taken care of it. Of course, I will have to continue treatment, but thankfully, she is taking care of me.
My 15yo had his wisdom teeth removed here. Not only did I save money, my son loved everyone who helped us. He was nervous about the shots, but didn't even feel them! His mouth barely hurt afterward & that says a lot about the care he got during the procedure. When a 15yo doesn't complain you know he actually was doing ok. He liked them so much he wants to use them as his regular dentist. Thank you for taking such good care of my kid.
I scheduled a cleaning at 8 am on each of my last 2 birthdays. The whole staff came in, sang happy birthday, presented me with a card and a cookie with a candle in it. Great way to start my birthday!
I’ve been going to Dr. Jakubek’s office for almost a decade now. His team is friendly and always ready for each appointment. And he does amazing work! I had him replace some crowns I got when I was younger and they looked much better than what I had. I highly recommend him for your dental needs.
Had such a great experience at Riccobene. My hygienist was so pleasant and kept me informed of everything she was doing and why. She was very gentle. The dentist was very nice, he has a great beside manner. Would highly recommend.
We are so happy to have found a GREAT dentist's office! They were able to accommodate my whole family in one afternoon, within a week of first calling. Everyone at the office was so kind and friendly, as if we had known each other for years. I could not recommend this office more! 5+ stars!
I have an autoimmune disorder that causes oral blistering and requires quarterly perio-maintenance. I see Luigi Ungria as my dental technician, and he is absolutely awesome. He goes above and beyond to perform my cleanings with a minimum of discomfort. He is very caring and sympathetic to my problem.
What a great day at the dentist office! This location has efficient team members with healthcare industry knowledge, skills and talent. My dental hygienist was very thorough and patient with my questions. Thank you for a great experience and a welcoming presence.

I’ve been coming here for years now (about 5) and have had great experience each time. Very pleasant front desk, dental assistants, and dentist (and anyone else I missed) have all been wonderful. They also don’t seem to recommend work that doesn’t need to be done, but only what is needed. I drive here from Gastonia just to keep coming here!
Great place. Dr. Smigiel pulled 2 teeth and didn’t feel a thing. Made a temporary bridge that looks great. Aimee is the greatest dental assistant. Returned to get fitted for a bridge. Wore the temp bridge for 4 weeks. The permanent bridge was put in yesterday. It looks and feels great. Dr. Smigiel did a great job.
I took my son for a routine consultation, and I really like this place, from the receptionist to the end of the consultation with the dentist, we were very well received and very well attended by the staff.
The office was super clean, the staff were friendly and made both my toddlers' first dental experience amazing! Above and beyond care.
Staff is friendly and educated my son well on taking care of his braces and now retainer. Orthodontist friendly. Smiling. My son loved her. My son hated to smile because of his front tooth not wanting to come in. Once braces was placed on and his tooth was coming in. My son started smiling more. Now he just smiles and dont hide it. If my son ever needs orthodontist work again, this will be the place. Thank you.
First visit was awesome. Nikki and staff makes check in process smooth and very comfortable. They are the sweetest. Any questions ask and you will get a response with a nice attitude. Brenda the dental hygienist was very nice and sweet. Dr. Farhan also is a nice and sweet. They make a dentist visit more relaxing. If I can give 10 stars I will.
I've been going to this location for several years now, wife and kids as well. Always been happy.
My grandson has sensory issues, but is very comfortable with the providers at this office. They are great and keep up with my teenagers. I think it's a great office for families.
My family and I have been beyond satisfied coming to Riccobene for over 5 years. Everyone is always super helpful, courteous and professional. They must treat their employees just as well as they treat customers because everyone is always so nice!!!!
First off, I am a little nervous going to the dentist but was right away put at ease by Ms. Aury at the front desk. Such a pleasure to check in with and talk to. Wait time was very short, about 5 minutes and Ms. Giselle called me back. Never experienced a first appointment as pleasant as this. Professional but not overly so, provided the human part of the evaluation too. She totally eased all of my apprehension. Then Dr. Farhan did his exam. He listened to my concerns then explained everything to me and suggested a plan of attack. This was the best first appointment experience at a dentist I have ever had. Think I have found my permanent dentist… Wish I could give the whole office ten stars
This was the first time my two year old went to the dentist and I was looking for some place special and we found it here. From the time we opened the door I knew she would love it. It was just so colorful and bright and everyone was so welcoming. The staff was friendly and tried to make her feel so comfortable from the start. The staff was really knowledgeable and overall it was a great first time. She loved it and is looking forward to going back to the dentist. Thank you so much!!!
I took my very elderly mother, who has Alzheimer's, to Riccobene. She had a loose tooth, and I also wanted to get a general assessment of her dental well-being. The dentists were AMAZING, in spite of the MANY challenges she presented. I am so appreciative of their excellent care and good advice for us moving forward. The entire staff took good care of me and made me feel at home. Honestly, the dentist's office has NEVER been my Happy Place, but they went above and beyond to give me a good experience. Everyone in this office is beyond friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. When I called to make the appointment, the receptionist was very pleasant and made sure to get me all the information I needed for my appointment. The hygienist and nurse were so kind and very smart. Identified the problem in my mouth after other dentists could not. The dentist is a very kind woman and friendly and smart, and confident. I am so happy I went here and look forward to them helping me with my teeth... Everyone is so nice and friendly, truly happy with the service, and I know I am in good hands. The office was really pretty and smelled very good, and the air conditioning was blasting, which I LOVE. 20 out of 10!

OMG!! I found my forever dentistry family. Everyone was so wonderful,from the front desk,xray,hygienist and dentist. My previous dentist office closed with no warning and finding a new practice is hard,especially when you have anxiety about going to the dentist. I highly recommend this practice and already planning on getting my daughter an appointment who just moved to town. Go!!! You will love them
Today was my first visit to this dentist. It was a wonderful experience. I get very anxious when I go to the dentist but the staff there made me feel comfortable. The dentist and dental hygienist were both very gentle. The office was very clean. Staff were very friendly and professional. They explained everything before doing it, which was very important to me, and it helped me to feel more relaxed.
Having recently relocated from Nashville, I needed to find a new dentist and was recommended to Riccobene Associates by a colleague. I am certainly glad that I took them up on the suggestion. Highly recommended!!!
Got me in for a next-day emergency appointment as a new patient. The dentist and the whole staff were very professional and kind. The office was very clean and modern. The check-in and out process was simple. My exam was thorough, and treatment and options were thoroughly explained.

Going to the dentist can be like going to get an oil change-you go in expecting to get one thing and then they try to upsell you on several other things that you never asked for. After a previous experience with an apparent dollar-focused dental clinic, I was relieved to find in Riccobene an honest, straightforward practice. So here's a quick snapshot of my Riccobene experience. Customer service: Top tier! Ms. Nikki, the office manager, is amazing. She was awesome with handling the transfer of my case. Ms. Aury at the front desk is very warm and welcoming. Dr. Farhan was knowledgeable and polite. Mr. Chris, the dental hygienist, was extremely thorough in my cleaning. Scheduling: On point! Whereas many other offices had a waiting period of up to two months, I was able to get in within a week of calling. Environment: Very elegant decor with the latest cutting-edge technology. Services: Chef's kiss! My deep cleaning left me feeling like a new person. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and am happy to have found my new dental home.
I had been awake all night the night before with a toothache, and I called in this morning to see if I could get an appointment, and they took me in. The doctor looked at it and determined it needed to be extracted. She was pleasant and had it out before I knew it. Everyone was so nice.
The facility is brand new, beautiful, clean, and very high tech. I am looking forward to going back for my follow up! Convenient location close to 77 and in network with my insurance.
When I tell you this office is the best in the area, I am not exaggerating. My family and I just transferred here in the spring due to the lack of standard care at another facility, and Riccobene has far exceeded our expectations. Kind staff, check. Convenient location, check. Efficient and high level of care during the procedure, double check. If you’re tired of waiting months to get into your dentist's office only to forget you scheduled 6 months down the road, then you really need to do yourself a favor and give this office a call.
Six-month check-up this morning went very well at Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry - Southport. Took me back or slightly before my appointment time. Cleaning and polishing went well, and the dentist had good things to say as well. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly!
I went in for a deep cleaning and fillings with sedation, and it was the most amazing experience I've ever had at a dentist. The staff was incredibly kind, reassuring me every step of the way and making sure I understood what to expect after the sedation. The entire process was quick and easy. If you have dental anxiety, this is definitely the place to go! 10/10 experience.
I moved to Charlotte fairly recently and have been to Riccobene Ballantyne for my past 2 cleanings. The staff is so kind and welcoming. Kelly was my hygienist on my most recent visit and she made the whole experience very comfortable and left my teeth feeling great. Dr. Ge is very clear about what treatment is needed and why. I am very happy about my choice of dentist in Charlotte.

Hands down the absolute best I have ever been to. Service from start to finish was amazing. The most professional staff I have ever come across and put me and my needs above all else. I have the biggest fear of dentists from previous experiences at other places. But this will be the one and only dentist I ever go to again!

Dr. Papio’s expertise with Invisalign was clear from the start, and I couldn’t be happier with my results – my smile has never looked better!

Dr. Papio and her assistant Jen are absolutely the best! My daughter actually enjoys going to the orthodontist, lol. They are fun, professional, and very easy to talk to. They always take their time and answer any questions that we have and they are very thorough.

I had a great experience getting ALL four of my wisdom teeth removed. Though I was nervous about the surgery, the dentists made me very feel comfortable and at peace. The procedure went by quick and was painless.
What can I say?… the staff from the greeting to leaving were amazing. Facility is clean and well kept but most importantly the people are kind, knowledgable, and funny. The service was excellent. Happy to be seen there.

I haven’t seen a dentist in over 10 years. To say I was nervous about going to one is an understatement. I had a tooth break about a year ago and was terrified to get it fixed. Everyone I encountered in this establishment went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. After hearing I needed a root canal, I was even more scared. I did not need to be. This is the best dentist I’ve been to. Everyone I’ve seen has been super nice and even my daughter who is anxious about everything has always had a great experience here. We’ve always felt comfortable and they don’t try to get you to do unnecessary things. I’d definitely recommend them!
Dr. Bassham did a great job figuring out the right course of action for correcting my child’s teeth. He was beginning to not smile because of teasing at school and she took our concerns very seriously and came up with a great plan. She showed him patience and kindness even when he kept breaking the braces 😬 Treatment took longer because of that but we finally got there and he now has a bright, beautiful smile. He is extremely happy with the end result and so are we. Dr. Bassham was great to work with.

When I tell you I've NEVER had a better team of dentistry people I mean it! I can't stop telling people everywhere how compassionate Dr Farhan and his assistant Que were. I'm 62 and still have anxiety at the dentist. But they really did a great job in explaining everything. Also the front desk, Ms Nikki is marvelous! she helped me with everything! I called for an appointment on Tuesday because I had a toothache coming on. I got an appointment for Thursday. Very fast, in my opinion. Got a full checkup and cleaning. Everyone was very nice. I felt like a VIP. Thank you.
Every aspect of my experience with Riccobene Garner has exceeded my expectations. I was in really bad shape when I started with them, but they fixed all my problems with sedation dentistry.
Here at the Selma Brush and Floss Orthodontics. They are awesome. So friendly, and they are being very specific about my teeth straighten process. Come on down, get a consultation if you’re considering braces. Wonderful staff.

I had an excellent first visit for dentures. Dr. Riccobene went above and beyond to get my imprints correct. My mouth is small and he adjusted the trays. I definitely recommend him and his staff. They were friendly, professional and kind.

I am so thankful for finding a Dentist that have a friendly staff and is very understanding and patient. They discuss what is going on with you and how they can help you. I've told all of my people about them. Like I said, incredible Staff, incredible Dentist, you really have to check them out.

Dr. Morgan and her team provide outstanding orthodontic care. She is patient, personable, and always takes time to explain each step of the process. We are very pleased with the results of our son’s treatment.

My hygienist is amazing! Great energy, very gentle. She listens to your sensitivities and never causes pain. Bedside manner on point! She is such a lovely person. I request her every time because I went from anxiety-ridden tension to relaxed and comfortable with her. She is healing my trauma with dentistry. Such a pleasant experience every time. This beautiful soul needs a raise for sure. She goes above and beyond.
