Great business, great people, great dentist. I highly approve of Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry. They answer all questions you might have and they worked with you to get the best care possible with no pain. That’s for me!
Recently had a dental emergency and was having a lot of pain with a crown not fitting quite right and the office staff got me in less than 24 hours after I called and the dentist adjusted my crown in no time and I was feeling better in less than an hour. [...] If you need any work done, absolutely give them a call. You'll have an amazing experience from the incredibly kind ladies at the front desk to the talented dental staff.
I took my daughter here today after dealing with another pediatric dentist who was unable to treat my daughter due to her high anxiety, and WOW, it was a difference of night and day. They are amazing. They were so good with my daughter that they were able to build rapport and make her feel relaxed. I am so happy and wish I had taken my kids here before. I highly recommend this pediatric dentistry for their professionalism and the care they provide.
We are so happy to have found a GREAT dentist's office! They were able to accommodate my whole family in one afternoon, within a week of first calling. Everyone at the office was so kind and friendly, as if we had known each other for years. I could not recommend this office more! 5+ stars!

What a wonderful experience from the minute I walked in the door at Riccobene and Associates in Leland. I had been trying to get a dental problem taken care of for a year at another office, and things were worse than when I started. I decided to stop at the Leland office, and it was like day and night from the minute I walked in, the ladies up front were genuinely nice and helpful!
A great dentist. I went in for a routine cleaning, but mentioned a small concern. The hygienist thoroughly investigated, and we ended up with a dentist consultation, discovering a slightly cracked tooth. Really happy with my treatment.
The hygienist and the doctor are top-notch. Excellent patient care, cheerful atmosphere, and the entire staff is very friendly.

I've had a wisdom tooth extraction and a root canal done here, and they were both as painless as possible. I've got more procedures coming up and I am significantly less anxious than I was before.

Today was my daughter's first time coming to the dentist, and she was extremely nervous. The staff was very nice and polite. They kept us informed during the visit. They work great with kids. My daughter was so happy with her appointment. This is by far one of the best experiences I have had in a while!
Such an amazing dental office!! Everyone is so kind and welcoming right when you walk in the door, and it makes you feel seen. My dentist is especially wonderful and has taught me SO much about the health of my teeth. When I tell you this office is the best in the area, I am not exaggerating. My family and I just transferred here in the spring due to the lack of standard care at another facility, and Riccobene has far exceeded our expectations. Kind staff, check. Convenient location, check. Efficient and high level of care during the procedure, double check. If you’re tired of waiting months to get into your dentist's office only to forget you scheduled 6 months down the road, then you really need to do yourself a favor and give this office a call.
First visit today as a new patient, and I couldn't be more pleased! I was in the waiting room for less than two minutes. The staff was friendly, and my Dentist was very attentive and carefully reviewed my care options. I highly recommend Riccobene and Associates!
Dr Morgan is thorough, kind, and the epitome of everything a great dentist should be. We are grateful for her patience and gentle way with both of our children. We won’t be going anywhere else so long as she is here!
From check-in, to my actual appointment time with my dental hygienist, my experience was amazing! I not only felt heard by my hygienist, but I felt safe and appreciated. She took her time to explain my dental history, as well as the procedure that would take place, while answering all of my questions with patience. She made sure that I was okay, during the procedure, while letting me know that I was okay. I left with gratitude. Thanks so much!

I’ve been going to Dr. Jakubek’s office for almost a decade now. His team is friendly and always ready for each appointment. And he does amazing work! I had him replace some crowns I got when I was younger and they looked much better than what I had. I highly recommend him for your dental needs.

As someone with severe dental anxiety, I have never felt more comfortable at a dental office. The entire staff was incredibly helpful and compassionate. Everyone took their time to explain what they were going to do, what they recommended going forward and gave me time to ask questions.

I had to go to the dentist to get some teeth removed. I was very nervous, but they were very accommodating and helped me relax. Everybody was great. The doctor was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone.
Great place. Dr. Smigiel pulled 2 teeth and didn’t feel a thing. Made a temporary bridge that looks great. Aimee is the greatest dental assistant. Returned to get fitted for a bridge. Wore the temp bridge for 4 weeks. The permanent bridge was put in yesterday. It looks and feels great. Dr. Smigiel did a great job.
I’ve been coming here for years now (about 5) and have had great experience each time. Very pleasant front desk, dental assistants, and dentist (and anyone else I missed) have all been wonderful. They also don’t seem to recommend work that doesn’t need to be done, but only what is needed. I drive here from Gastonia just to keep coming here!
Only been twice, but after the first trip, I decided to go back if I needed more help. They were the most considerate, kind, nice folks. That was true of today’s visit as well. Very, very professional, happy to answer any questions I had regarding the service I was receiving. Good group, Thanks.
Always a pleasant experience! Dr. Alston is very nice and seems very knowledgeable. I trust brush and floss orthodontics with my son's care. The office is always clean and all the dental assistance and front desk staff are polite and friendly. Everything always operates in a timely manner and we're never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be called to the back. The staff is very accommodating with any requests we have with scheduling appointments or any care related questions. Would certainly recommend.
Went in today for my first visit and had a wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in, the front desk greeted me warmly. The office was very clean and inviting. Every staff member I encountered was kind and friendly. That was the most thorough, gentle cleaning I’ve ever gotten. They were compassionate, even though I was a little nervous. 10/10 recommend this dentist's office!
OMG!! I found my forever dentistry family. Everyone was so wonderful,from the front desk,xray,hygienist and dentist. My previous dentist office closed with no warning and finding a new practice is hard,especially when you have anxiety about going to the dentist. I highly recommend this practice and already planning on getting my daughter an appointment who just moved to town. Go!!! You will love them
The entire staff took good care of me and made me feel at home. Honestly, the dentist's office has NEVER been my Happy Place, but they went above and beyond to give me a good experience. I had to have three small fillings today. It was painless, performed very professionally, the dentist explained everything to me during the procedure, and it did not take a long time. I was very pleased.

Very pleased with the Mebane location. It is very difficult to find a dental clinic willing to deal with the VA, but they do it with grace and a smile. I never have to wait long for my appointment, and the staff is so warm and welcoming. I’m very happy with this office.
My son has had several appointments with the orthodontist. Everyone from the front office staff to our dental hygienist worked so great with him. He’s 14 with sensory issues, and I’m pleasantly surprised by how well he works with them. We have a long road ahead in the ortho department, but I know he’s in the right place, and his lower jaw is starting to position forward immediately. He’s even using a water pick for the first time. Thanks again to all of the staff at Ricobene MJ for making this a wonderful experience this far!

The front desk staff was efficient, gracious, and greeted me by name and eye contact. I found that all staff members were the same as above. They continuously asked if I was comfortable and asked if the procedures were causing pain. This was a great experience for me as I am “dentist phobic”.
I had been awake all night the night before with a toothache, and I called in this morning to see if I could get an appointment, and they took me in. The doctor looked at it and determined it needed to be extracted. She was pleasant and had it out before I knew it. Everyone was so nice.
I haven’t seen a dentist in over 10 years. To say I was nervous about going to one is an understatement. I had a tooth break about a year ago and was terrified to get it fixed. Everyone I encountered in this establishment went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. After hearing I needed a root canal, I was even more scared. I did not need to be. Everyone was so kind and made me feel extremely comfortable. My dental fears may be gone. Thank you so much.

Best place to go for friendliness, professionalism, and expertise. Our dentist was the only dentist who discovered that my tooth was cracked and that a cavity needed refilling! The problem was solved as to why I had such terrible jaw and ear pain. No other places were able to figure it out! I’m so grateful!
This visit was to start a crown procedure. The visit was punctual and completed very efficiently. The front desk, dental assistant, and dentist were all friendly and professional, making the visit very comfortable. Very happy with the temporary and looking forward to having the permanent crown installed in a couple of weeks.
I highly recommend Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry. We have been going to this office since relocating to the area. We were very pleased to find a dentist's office that was as good as what we were used to. I recently visited for my regular cleaning which included x-rays. Darby was my hygienist. Darby gave me what felt like the most thorough cleaning that I can remember, but she was so precise and gentle that I could have taken a nap but for the need to be awake to spit every once and a while. She even encouraged me to re-start the wearing of my retainer. Great job Darby, my teeth are as bright as ever.

My 9 yo daughter got her braces removed today. We had wonderful experience with Dr Bassham for past 1+ years. Initially we were worried to put my daughter on braces at small age. Dr Bassham gentle, caring and friendly approach to children made my daughter very comfortable. Recommend Dr Bassham for any orthodontist needs. She is very knowledgeable and explain treatment information to parents in detail. We have taken many adhoc appointments when teeth were bothering and they took care of it immediately . Front office associates and assisting staffs were very friendly as well.
This place was amazing and accommodated me and my kids with conversations, television for the kids, easy to understand feedback and a beautiful office!! I will be bringing my whole family to this office for any of our dental needs!
Dr. Morgan is amazing! She is very informative, and emphatic. My daughters teeth look outstanding! The ladies that assist her are also awesome. Overall we had a great experience in her care.
Dr Papio never fails every time I see her. I am coming down the homestretch with my Invisalign been about a year! Just to let you k ow Invisalign is not for youngsters I am rocking it at 60 yrs old and loving my teeth. See Dr Papio and her staff for a beautiful smile!!!
Excellent customer service; very clean facility; knowledgeable staff; positive experience. Chris was my hygienist and I really enjoyed him. He is clearly an expert in his field but also was very gentle and calming in his work. Dr. Farhan was also a pleasure to work with; he took his time explaining my dental status. He was also patient in allowing me to ask questions. And finally, I don't remember the front desk staff members' names but they were SO NICE and welcoming! I recommend this practice!

A cracked tooth with its jagged edges took me to the University Executive Park Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry office. They were able to fit me in the same day, and I received the most excellent care! Smooth tooth filled and completed with no pain, I am so grateful to the dentists who made my visit as quick and comfortable as possible!! Even the office manager was very attentive and helpful! I was referred to Riccobene Denistry by a friend, and they were Awesome. I was going on vacation soon and needed to get in quickly ( I had just moved here and didn’t have a dentist yet). I called and got an appointment in a day. Everyone was extremely professional and friendly. They were very knowledgeable and provided several recommendations for my care. I will be going back for treatment, and I highly recommend them.

Everyone in this office is beyond friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. When I called to make the appointment, the receptionist was very pleasant and made sure to get me all the information I needed for my appointment. The hygienist and nurse were so kind and very smart. Identified the problem in my mouth after other dentists could not. The dentist is a very kind woman and friendly and smart, and confident. I am so happy I went here and look forward to them helping me with my teeth... Everyone is so nice and friendly, truly happy with the service, and I know I am in good hands. The office was really pretty and smelled very good, and the air conditioning was blasting, which I LOVE. 20 out of 10!
New location is very nice with state of the art equipment. Very thorough cleaning with suggestions on keeping up on flossing. Dental examination was also meticulous and focused on a few areas to keep an eye on. Excellent staff.
Dr. Bassham and Sheletta have done fabulous work with my orthodontic Invisalign care. I have recently completed my treatment and now have perfectly straight teeth thanks to their efforts and training. They welcomed questions and always guided the treatment to my best personal outcome. If you are looking for a dentist that will take time to learn and hear you, and not see you as just a number, then go see them.
This was one of the best experiences I have had in my life in a long time. They go above and beyond to make sure you understand! And I like that they’re honest and will help you plan for the future! They were very friendly and outgoing and the services were nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend this dentist office to everyone and they also have night appointments.
Here at the Selma Brush and Floss Orthodontics. They are awesome. So friendly, and they are being very specific about my teeth straighten process. Come on down, get a consultation if you’re considering braces. Wonderful staff.
This is the best dentist I’ve been to. Everyone I’ve seen has been super nice and even my daughter who is anxious about everything has always had a great experience here. We’ve always felt comfortable and they don’t try to get you to do unnecessary things. I’d definitely recommend them!
What can I say?… The staff from the greeting to leaving were amazing. The facility is clean and well kept but most importantly the people are kind, knowledgeable, and funny. The service was excellent. Happy to be seen there.

My mother, my daughter, and I go here for all of our dental needs. My daughter has major anxiety, and going to the dentist is a challenge. She does well with cleaning and exams. But she recently had to get cavities filled. Her anxiety got the best of her, and she had to reschedule her visit. Today, we went, and the ENTIRE staff that we interacted with was amazing. They were patient with her, they were caring, and they answered all of her questions. She got in and out in under an hour. They took their time and made her feel so comfortable and at ease. This will forever be our dental home!

First off nikki at the front desk is amazing she is the sweetest cutest soul. The hygenist i believe her name was elaina took her time and was gentle which i love with having senitive teeth. The dentist himself does not push anything on you which i truly appreciate. Im happy I gave them a shot considering this was my very first dentist experience in columbia.There is also another girl who works there and i apologize im not great with names,but she is a jack of all trades and deserves a mention as well! great staff!
