My appointment at Riccobene Assoc. Family Dentistry was extremely good today. Everyone was very friendly, caring, helpful, and professional, and much more. I was seen quickly and then on my way home.
Everyone I encountered today was very friendly and very efficient and very thorough. I would recommend this dental practice to everyone!
We’ve had an excellent experience with Riccobene Orthodontics in Selma for my son’s treatment. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, always making us feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. They take the time to explain each step of the treatment and ensure my son’s braces are adjusted correctly. The office is welcoming and efficient, and we always feel like a priority. I’m so grateful for the care my son has received, and we’re excited to see his progress!
As someone with severe dental anxiety, I have never felt more comfortable at a dental office. The entire staff was incredibly helpful and compassionate. Everyone took their time to explain what they were going to do, what they recommended going forward and gave me time to ask questions.
Completely impressed and Thankful! Yesterday afternoon, my crown fell out.I recently moved to a new state and hadn’t selected a dental office. I called Riccobene in a panic. They were able to get me in this morning! They were all very nice and easy to work with. The doctor was professional, friendly, and able to reset my crown. I am completely thrilled! Thank you!
Just had my first visit to Riccobene Associates in Wake Forest, and they went above and beyond in my opinion. I had scheduled a cleaning, and the dental hygienist was thorough in her examination and, as a new patient, thankfully asked how long ago I enrolled in my dental insurance before she performed the cleaning. When I said we switched dental insurance 5 months ago, she double-checked with the office manager on my insurance coverage. The office manager was caring and polite, and informed me that my insurance would not cover a cleaning until after the first six months of coverage. She let me schedule a cleaning for one month later instead. This shows me that they care about not just their patients' dental health but also saving them money when they can. I, for one, really appreciated that. I will be back.
First visit, everyone was very friendly, the [hygenist] was very good and patient. The doctor was very informative and explained a possible plan for future dental care.
I just had the best dentist experience! I went for my teeth cleaning and exam with w/X-rays, and everyone who worked there was so nice and friendly. The front desk woman, the hygienist assistant, the hygienist, and the Dentist were absolutely amazing!! Going to the dentist usually isn’t a good experience for me, but this time it was, and I felt so comfortable throughout the whole thing. I highly recommend and will 100% be coming back!
Cearena was so kind and patient. She also squeezed us in to get two of my kids appointment in one day. Dr Patel was so sweet and thorough. Great experience.
Our family is new to the area, and today was my first visit to Riccobene Associates Dentistry. It was an absolute pleasure. My hygienist and Doctor were professional, kind, and attentive. I am so thankful for landing on their doorstep. A million thank yous.
Dr. Bassham and Sheletta have done fabulous work with my orthodontic Invisalign care. I have recently completed my treatment and now have perfectly straight teeth thanks to their efforts and training. They welcomed questions and always guided the treatment to my best personal outcome. If you are looking for a dentist that will take time to learn and hear you, and not see you as just a number, then go see them.
First visit today as a new patient, and I couldn't be more pleased! I was in the waiting room for less than two minutes. The staff was friendly, and my Dentist was very attentive and carefully reviewed my care options. I highly recommend Riccobene and Associates!
The staff is so friendly! From the front desk to the hygienist and dentist, I felt very welcomed. Had my first visit recently, and always a nice bonus when that included a cleaning and not just exam/xrays. Looking forward to my next cleaning!
A cracked tooth with its jagged edges took me to the University Executive Park Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry office. They were able to fit me in the same day, and I received the most excellent care! Smooth tooth filled and completed with no pain, I am so grateful to the dentists who made my visit as quick and comfortable as possible!! Even the office manager was very attentive and helpful! Thank you so much for your kindness and care!!
Only been twice, but after the first trip, I decided to go back if I needed more help. They were the most considerate, kind, nice folks. That was true of today’s visit as well. Very, very professional, happy to answer any questions I had regarding the service I was receiving. Good group, Thanks.
I had the best experience here. I needed a root canal done and was having some pretty severe pain and they got me in faster than any other dentist or endodontist in the area. I would have been waiting until June for anywhere else. I have pretty severe panic disorder and they were so supportive and sensitive through the whole process. They were very encouraging and held my hand when I needed it. I would definitely recommend them.
Such an amazing dental office!! Everyone is so kind and welcoming right when you walk in the door, and it makes you feel seen. My dentist is especially wonderful and has taught me SO much about the health of my teeth. If it wasn’t for her, I would not have the healthy set of teeth and gums that I do now, and I’m thankful. 100% recommend this company to anyone who is in need of a great dentist!
Love this office so much! I’ve been going here since I was a kid. I moved an hour away and tried a new dentist, but then came right back. They’re always so nice, and my teeth always feel clean after my visit!
I've had a wisdom tooth extraction and a root canal done here, and they were both as painless as possible. I've got more procedures coming up and I am significantly less anxious than I was before.
This staff is beyond patient and understanding. The dentist(s) at this location provide detailed, honest answers about care, hygiene. Very thorough anesthesia process; I was their last appointment, and the staff and dentist kept high energy and were mindful of all my concerns about the procedure.
I was so nervous to have my wisdom teeth pulled but the team here was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to give me peace of mind both before and after my procedure. They were also fast and flexible with my schedule.

A great dentist. I went in for a routine cleaning, but mentioned a small concern. The hygienist thoroughly investigated, and we ended up with a dentist consultation, discovering a slightly cracked tooth. Really happy with my treatment.

Went in for extreme pain in my jaw and got tested super quickly and the Doctor did an awesome job of keeping me calm! Also his assistant was absolutely incredible! Loved the whole experience and I'm usually terrified of the dentist!
My son has had several appointments with the orthodontist. Everyone from the front office staff to our dental hygienist worked so great with him. He’s 14 with sensory issues, and I’m pleasantly surprised by how well he works with them. We have a long road ahead in the ortho department, but I know he’s in the right place, and his lower jaw is starting to position forward immediately. He’s even using a water pick for the first time. Thanks again to all of the staff at Ricobene MJ for making this a wonderful experience this far!
My mother, my daughter, and I go here for all of our dental needs. My daughter has major anxiety, and going to the dentist is a challenge. She does well with cleaning and exams. But she recently had to get cavities filled. Her anxiety got the best of her, and she had to reschedule her visit. Today, we went, and the ENTIRE staff that we interacted with was amazing. They were patient with her, they were caring, and they answered all of her questions. She got in and out in under an hour. They took their time and made her feel so comfortable and at ease. This will forever be our dental home!
Nikki was absolutely the best she was patient and kind and went out of her way to help with my first visit and a crown that came off this am. Dr Farhan was the best dentist I’ve ever went to. He explained in detail everything and he suggested a treatment plan and Nikki explained the treatment plan he made for me and I am delighted at this decision. You will not be disappointed with this Dental Office; call and make an appointment today!
I highly recommend Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry. We have been going to this office since relocating to the area. We were very pleased to find a dentist's office that was as good as what we were used to. I recently visited for my regular cleaning which included x-rays. Darby was my hygienist. Darby gave me what felt like the most thorough cleaning that I can remember, but she was so precise and gentle that I could have taken a nap but for the need to be awake to spit every once and a while. She even encouraged me to re-start the wearing of my retainer. Great job Darby, my teeth are as bright as ever.

The Monkey Junction Riccobene location is awesome!! I’ve been to other locations and did not like them as much as this one… Super friendly and informative! My insurance didn’t cover two recommendations for teeth grinding, and they provided me with options with pricing. Just overall a 10/10 experience!
I always have a good experience at the Garner Riccobene office. The check-in is always quick and the staff is friendly and efficient. The dentists and hygienists are thorough and don’t try to “upsell” you on unnecessary work. Including X-rays, I was in and out in 30 minutes for my last six month checkup. Checking out is just as quick and efficient. Five star service.
I was referred to Riccobene Denistry by a friend, and they were Awesome. I was going on vacation soon and needed to get in quickly ( I had just moved here and didn’t have a dentist yet). I called and got an appointment in a day. Everyone was extremely professional and friendly. They were very knowledgeable and provided several recommendations for my care. I will be going back for treatment, and I highly recommend them.
This was by far the best dental experience I’ve had. As someone with dental anxiety, I can say this was the most comfortable experience I’ve had in going to the dentist, thanks to the staff and doctors!
The staff at Riccobene are excellent! Quiana is an AMAZING dental tech. It was the best cleaning experience I ever had! I especially liked the extra care she took to clean around my bottom front teeth permanent retainer. NO ONE has ever used the tech scaling she used. Moreover, she was personable, patient, and professional!! Thank you!!
The staff is absolutely wonderful. They are very nice and take their time with you. My daughter had a bad experience at her previous dentist, and when I explained that to them. They were very understanding and very gentle. I appreciate them and highly recommend this office.
My mom has early-stage dementia, so there’s an internal anxiety associated with doctors' offices. The Riccobene staff was exceptional in comforting my mom throughout her dental procedure. Special thanks to the assistant who provided Mom a blanket, chapstick, and assistance to the restroom. I am her caretaker, but it’s nice to have others who care as well. Thank you all!
Great experience and wonderful staff! It was my first time here, and I called in and needed an appointment ASAP. Nikki was so helpful and kind to squeeze me in their schedule the same day. This was my first visit to Riccobene Dentistry, and they did not disappoint! I needed to find a new dentist in the NETWORK due to retirement and chose them by reading their stellar reviews. This was my first visit to Riccobene in Greensboro, NC. I went for a routine exam, cleaning, and X-rays, and Nicole, my hygienist, is the best!! I can honestly say this is the best teeth cleaning I've ever had! Excellent experience. Doctor and receptionist are super too!
Both my dental hygienist and the doctor did an amazing job. They were very friendly, and you could tell that they genuinely cared about you. Plus, I love the clean and modern new facility.

Riccobene is such a great place to go. I have 3 kids and even though this place isn't a 'pediatric dentist' they are amazing with the kids.
This visit was to start a crown procedure. The visit was punctual and completed very efficiently. The front desk, dental assistant, and dentist were all friendly and professional, making the visit very comfortable. Very happy with the temporary and looking forward to having the permanent crown installed in a couple of weeks.

Dr Papio and her team are exceptional. I came to their office with an unfinished Invisalign treatment. The difference in care with an orthodontist vs general dentist is obvious. My teeth are now moving the way they need to, each visit dramatically improved. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in the Wilmington area.

This was by far the BEST experience I have ever had going to the dentist! The staff was incredible - Emily could not have been kinder and more helpful during my booking and check-in - and Carin - my hygienist was exceptional! She was thorough, friendly, and put every bit of my anxiety to rest. Dr. Adam Smigiel (and Stella of course!) made the whole experience a joy and I left feeling amazed and grateful to find my new dentist!
The front desk staff was efficient, gracious, and greeted me by name and eye contact. I found that all staff members were the same as above. They continuously asked if I was comfortable and asked if the procedures were causing pain. This was a great experience for me as I am “dentist phobic”.

We always have a positive experience at Riccobene Dentistry. Today we were seen by Dr Patel the orthodontist, she was extremely kind and patient with us. Cearena the treatment coordinator was simply excellent. She worked with us despite the tightness of the schedule (we showed up a little late), she patiently explained our options and she had a huge hug for me and my daughter when we seemed a little overwhelmed. I highly recommend this practice. They are definitely all about helping their patients.
What can I say?… The staff from the greeting to leaving were amazing. The facility is clean and well kept but most importantly the people are kind, knowledgeable, and funny. The service was excellent. Happy to be seen there.

While doctor's visits are not at the top of my list of favorite things, both the staff, dental hygienists, and dentist at this office are wonderful. I had an insurance mess up, and they worked with me to do what they could on their end to check daily, reschedule appointments, and check in with me for status updates. In what was a frustrating situation that was completely out of my hands, they made me feel like they would work with me to find a resolution.
My care was excellent , warm, friendly, caring and precise. I enjoyed… yes ENJOYED… my time at this dentist completely.

I had my first appointment today at Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry, and everyone was so nice, especially the dental hygienist. I really love her. She made me feel so welcoming cause I hate the Dentist and I get so nervous, but she made me feel so calm and relaxed. She explained everything to me. I really love her. And the doctor was also very, very nice. I really love them. I think I found my new Dentist's Office. They really treat you like family.

This is a great dentist. Did an appointment on line to find out that it didn't go through. I showed up for my 8:00 am appointment and she told me she couldn't find me, but immediately found me an appointment so that I wouldn't have to reschedule. Didn't have to wait a long time. They are very friendly and efficient.

I brought my mom, who has Alzheimer's, to them when we moved her here. They have been so patient and kind and gentle with her. They have done everything they can to help her feel comfortable, safe and heard. They have answered her questions, sometimes the same ones over and over. I just really appreciate the effort because I know it's tough. I am so grateful for their care and support!
My son Bryce has been a patient with Brush and Floss Orthodontics for almost 4 months now & we absolutely love it. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I will definitely recommend Dr. Bassham and staff to friends and family in the Cary area for their braces!
Excellent customer service; very clean facility; knowledgeable staff; positive experience. Chris was my hygienist and I really enjoyed him. He is clearly an expert in his field but also was very gentle and calming in his work. Dr. Farhan was also a pleasure to work with; he took his time explaining my dental status. He was also patient in allowing me to ask questions. And finally, I don't remember the front desk staff members' names but they were SO NICE and welcoming! I recommend this practice!

I had a fantastic experience at Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry in Apex, NC! This is my favorite dentist's office. From the moment you walk in, the staff is welcoming and friendly, making you feel right at home. My dental cleaning was thorough yet gentle, and the hygienist was incredibly knowledgeable and ensured I was comfortable the entire time.

I took my daughter here today after dealing with another pediatric dentist who was unable to treat my daughter due to her high anxiety, and WOW, it was a difference of night and day. They are amazing. They were so good with my daughter that they were able to build rapport and make her feel relaxed. I am so happy and wish I had taken my kids here before.
