As someone with severe dental anxiety, I have never felt more comfortable at a dental office. The entire staff was incredibly helpful and compassionate. Everyone took their time to explain what they were going to do, what they recommended going forward and gave me time to ask questions.
My son has had several appointments with the orthodontist. Everyone from the front office staff to our dental hygienist worked so great with him. He’s 14 with sensory issues, and I’m pleasantly surprised by how well he works with them. We have a long road ahead in the ortho department, but I know he’s in the right place, and his lower jaw is starting to position forward immediately. He’s even using a water pick for the first time. Thanks again to all of the staff at Ricobene MJ for making this a wonderful experience this far!
Just moved to area so needed a dentist. Found one close to home and made appointment. Wow, my experience was fantastic. Everyone was friendly, professional and happy to meet me! It was the absolute best experience I ever had in a dental chair! Would recommend them to anyone!

We are so happy to have found a GREAT dentist's office! They were able to accommodate my whole family in one afternoon, within a week of first calling. Everyone at the office was so kind and friendly, as if we had known each other for years. I could not recommend this office more! 5+ stars!
I contacted Riccobene Family Dentistry Sept 4, 2025, regarding a toothache I was experiencing. They were very accommodating and scheduled me for an appointment the very next day, which I truly appreciated. Upon arrival, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel comfortable right away. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I didn’t have to wait long before being seen.
Very professional staff, I went today for my first time wisdom tooth extraction and everything went well, they really care about you. I was scared so they made sure I felt well relaxed before the surgery. Everything was nice, strongly recommend.
This was our first time, and we were well pleased with how fast we were able to get an appointment as well as service. The staff and dentist were wonderful and gentle. Very little wait time and kid-friendly atmosphere.
The staff at the University location is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel at ease from the moment I walk in. Everyone in the office, from the front desk to the hygienists, is genuinely caring and attentive. I truly appreciate them for making my children feel comfortable and at ease during their first visit.
My hygienist is amazing! Great energy, very gentle. She listens to your sensitivities and never causes pain. Bedside manner on point! She is such a lovely person. I request her every time because I went from anxiety-ridden tension to relaxed and comfortable with her. She is healing my trauma with dentistry. Such a pleasant experience every time. This beautiful soul needs a raise for sure. She goes above and beyond.

I am new to NC and found this Dentist researching my insurance and patient reviews. I just had my first visit today and I was very impressed. Everyone was on time and very helpful. They are very up to date on their equipment, even showing off some stuff I had never seen before! My hygienist [...] was great! Very friendly and efficient. I believe I made the right choice for my new dentist!

Today was my daughter's first time coming to the dentist, and she was extremely nervous. The staff was very nice and polite. They kept us informed during the visit. They work great with kids. My daughter was so happy with her appointment. This is by far one of the best experiences I have had in a while!
I have been a patient for a little over 2 years. I’ve become accustomed to seeing them every month. It’s sad that my treatment is now complete. They’re like family. Always nice! The area is clean. They’re very knowledgeable and willing to assist in any way. I 10 out of 10 recommend them.
Riccobene is such a great place to go. I have 3 kids and even though this place isn't a 'pediatric dentist' they are amazing with the kids.
Going to Riccobene associates was an excellent experience. All the staff was so down to earth, I wouldn't mind telling everyone to come to them. Since moving down here from New York we haven't found a dentist office that was friendly and reasonable on prices so I'm glad me and my family found this office. Thank you!
What can I say?… the staff from the greeting to leaving were amazing. Facility is clean and well kept but most importantly the people are kind, knowledgable, and funny. The service was excellent. Happy to be seen there.
This was my family's and my first visit to this office. We will definitely be making this office our home office. The entire staff was amazing. Very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and straight to the point about what services we needed and didn’t overwhelm us with a lot of unnecessary services that my prior dentist's office listed for us.
Had a great first experience. Extremely transparent with pricing, very clear explanation for each step of the visit, and a relaxed but professional vibe. They were also very considerate in how best to make the most of my insurance for my needs. I would strongly recommend this location to anyone looking for a dentist!

The Monkey Junction Riccobene location is awesome!! I’ve been to other locations and did not like them as much as this one… Super friendly and informative! My insurance didn’t cover two recommendations for teeth grinding, and they provided me with options with pricing. Just overall a 10/10 experience!
Dr. Morgan and her team provide outstanding orthodontic care. She is patient, personable, and always takes time to explain each step of the process. We are very pleased with the results of our son’s treatment.
Great place. Dr. Smigiel pulled 2 teeth and didn’t feel a thing. Made a temporary bridge that looks great. Aimee is the greatest dental assistant. Returned to get fitted for a bridge. Wore the temp bridge for 4 weeks. The permanent bridge was put in yesterday. It looks and feels great. Dr. Smigiel did a great job.
Nikki was absolutely the best she was patient and kind and went out of her way to help with my first visit and a crown that came off this am. Dr Farhan was the best dentist I’ve ever went to. He explained in detail everything and he suggested a treatment plan and Nikki explained the treatment plan he made for me and I am delighted at this decision. You will not be disappointed with this Dental Office; call and make an appointment today!
This visit was to start a crown procedure. The visit was punctual and completed very efficiently. The front desk, dental assistant, and dentist were all friendly and professional, making the visit very comfortable. Very happy with the temporary and looking forward to having the permanent crown installed in a couple of weeks.
First visit was awesome. Nikki and staff makes check in process smooth and very comfortable. They are the sweetest. Any questions ask and you will get a response with a nice attitude. Brenda the dental hygienist was very nice and sweet. Dr. Farhan also is a nice and sweet. They make a dentist visit more relaxing. If I can give 10 stars I will.
They truly just want to help you feel confident about your smile and dental health. I have horrible anxiety when it comes to dentist offices, but I felt comfortable the whole time. Staff is super nice and facility is clean. Highly recommend!!
I scheduled a cleaning at 8 am on each of my last 2 birthdays. The whole staff came in, sang happy birthday, presented me with a card and a cookie with a candle in it. Great way to start my birthday!
I have an autoimmune disorder that causes oral blistering and requires quarterly perio-maintenance. I see Luigi Ungria as my dental technician, and he is absolutely awesome. He goes above and beyond to perform my cleanings with a minimum of discomfort. He is very caring and sympathetic to my problem.
I had a tooth chip while on vacation. It wasn’t painful, so I decided to wait till I could get back to Riccobene and Associates. Everyone there is so helpful. I got an appointment right away and got the issue taken care of quickly. The Dr. does great work.

Such a great experience! My hygienist made me feel so comfortable and did a very thorough cleaning of my teeth. The doctor was awesome! He provided me with all the information I needed to understand my dental health! I really love the atmosphere of the office. Everyone was so pleasant and uplifting, and it was refreshing coming from a not-so-great dental office. I really appreciate the staff at Riccobene, and this will certainly be my new dentist location!
This staff is beyond patient and understanding. The dentist(s) at this location provide detailed, honest answers about care, hygiene. Very thorough anesthesia process; I was their last appointment, and the staff and dentist kept high energy and were mindful of all my concerns about the procedure.
This was my first visit… from the receptionist who was lovely to the X-ray technician another enjoyable person to the doctor, who listened to me to the hygienist, again was lovely. I felt very comfortable and welcomed to this grand group.
My visit was the best dentist I have ever had. I felt VERY taken care of. All associates of the dentist's office were kind and very attentive. It showed me how I HAVE NOT been taken care of by past dentists. I have told my whole family about Riccobene!!!
Best place to go for friendliness, professionalism, and expertise. Our dentist was the only dentist who discovered that my tooth was cracked and that a cavity needed refilling! The problem was solved as to why I had such terrible jaw and ear pain. No other places were able to figure it out! I’m so grateful!

I had a fantastic experience at Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry in Apex, NC! This is my favorite dentist's office. From the moment you walk in, the staff is welcoming and friendly, making you feel right at home. My dental cleaning was thorough yet gentle, and the hygienist was incredibly knowledgeable and ensured I was comfortable the entire time.

When I tell you I've NEVER had a better team of dentistry people I mean it! I can't stop telling people everywhere how compassionate Dr Farhan and his assistant Que were. I'm 62 and still have anxiety at the dentist. But they really did a great job in explaining everything. Also the front desk, Ms Nikki is marvelous! she helped me with everything! This is a Family of people who are Ginuwine. Kudos again🙌🏽💯🥰

My dental hygienist made me feel comfortable the entire time she cleaned my teeth! She also engaged in conversation, which really calmed me down. She answered all of my questions during my visit and even got me scheduled quickly to get my cavity filled. The front desk staff is also very nice and attentive!
My care was excellent , warm, friendly, caring and precise. I enjoyed… yes ENJOYED… my time at this dentist completely.
Six-month check-up this morning went very well at Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry - Southport. Took me back or slightly before my appointment time. Cleaning and polishing went well, and the dentist had good things to say as well. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly!

A cracked tooth with its jagged edges took me to the University Executive Park Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry office. They were able to fit me in the same day, and I received the most excellent care! Smooth tooth filled and completed with no pain, I am so grateful to the dentists who made my visit as quick and comfortable as possible!! Even the office manager was very attentive and helpful! I took my son for a routine consultation, and I really like this place, from the receptionist to the end of the consultation with the dentist, we were very well received and very well attended by the staff.
Today was my first visit here and I absolutely love them! Everyone from the front desk person, hygienist and Dentist are extremely friendly and kind. Jamie was my hygienist and she was amazing. She explained everything she was doing and talked me there every step. She made me feel so comfortable. This will definitely be my new dental office.
I had a great experience getting ALL four of my wisdom teeth removed. Though I was nervous about the surgery, the dentists made me very feel comfortable and at peace. The procedure went by quick and was painless.
I had a dental issue while traveling, I call them on a Monday morning and was able to be seen that afternoon. Everyone was great and understanding of my needs. 5/5 stars. This was my first time to the dentist in years, So naturally I was nervous; however, the staff was so friendly and well coordinated I felt so comfortable immediately. I can tell they enjoy working there and as someone who has anxiety about every little detail they put my mind at ease.
I have always been afraid of going to the dentist, yet I still went because this is so important to my health. My appointment was just the best! My dental hygienist had so much knowledge and patience with an 83-year-old. The office has state-of-the-art equipment far beyond my experience in High Point.
Very courteous and professional, very clean establishment and my dental hygienist is the absolute best around! I definitely would recommend!

This was by far the BEST experience I have ever had going to the dentist! The staff was incredible - Emily could not have been kinder and more helpful during my booking and check-in - and Carin - my hygienist was exceptional! She was thorough, friendly, and put every bit of my anxiety to rest. Dr. Adam Smigiel (and Stella of course!) made the whole experience a joy and I left feeling amazed and grateful to find my new dentist!
The atmosphere is pleasant with a friendly staff. My dental procedure couldn't be better than other experiences I've had at a dentist's office. Hygienists did an excellent job and were very knowledgeable. I was very pleased with my visit.
This was my first visit to Riccobene, and I was pleased with my visit. The place is spotless, the staff were accommodating, and my exam was very comprehensive. Afterward, I had no discomfort, and my teeth felt great.

The staff at Riccobene are excellent! Quiana is an AMAZING dental tech. It was the best cleaning experience I ever had! I especially liked the extra care she took to clean around my bottom front teeth permanent retainer. NO ONE has ever used the tech scaling she used. Moreover, she was personable, patient, and professional!! Thank you!!
All the staff at Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry that I’ve worked with have been very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Questions I’ve had have been answered thoroughly, including follow-up messages and ensuring that my coverage is being utilized accurately. I’ve been impressed with their efforts to make sure that I am getting the most out of my benefits. The dental hygienists I’ve interacted with so far are truly good at what they do. They check and make sure that you’re comfortable, that you understand what’s happening, are friendly and extremely skilled. The dentist and orthodontist I’ve worked with at Riccobene are also fantastic. I had a root canal, and I couldn’t imagine it being a better experience. Top-notch care.
I've been to many establishments in my lifetime, and I am here to tell you that Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry has to customer service. I've been here twice on behalf of my son. As I sit in the waiting area, the receptionist greets every single person as if this is her home. I haven't seen this type of treatment in years! Keep up the great work
I have had a couple of chips on my front tooth that have been bothering me for a few years. I’ve been told by a couple of other dentists that the chips could only be reshaped, but not filled, which I did not want because I wanted my natural tooth shape. The doctor fixed everything so perfectly and made it look exactly like my natural tooth. He respected my wishes not to shave down my natural tooth and talked me through every step. He is extremely patient, professional, and artistic with the tooth compositing. I am so happy and can’t believe how good my teeth look. His assistant was also so patient and warm. I’m very happy and highly recommend!!
Just had a wisdom tooth removal with these guys and what a great experience! Professional, attentive, and great bedside manners. The process was easy and the doctor talked to me throughout the entire time. I felt comfortable and safe. Super happy with my experience overall and wouldn’t dare go anywhere other than here for my future removals/oral needs.
My mom has early-stage dementia, so there’s an internal anxiety associated with doctors' offices. The Riccobene staff was exceptional in comforting my mom throughout her dental procedure. Special thanks to the assistant who provided Mom a blanket, chapstick, and assistance to the restroom. I am her caretaker, but it’s nice to have others who care as well. Thank you all!
Recently had a dental emergency and was having a lot of pain with a crown not fitting quite right and the office staff got me in less than 24 hours after I called and the dentist adjusted my crown in no time and I was feeling better in less than an hour. [...] If you need any work done, absolutely give them a call. You'll have an amazing experience from the incredibly kind ladies at the front desk to the talented dental staff.
This was one of the best experiences I have had in my life in a long time. They go above and beyond to make sure you understand! And I like that they’re honest and will help you plan for the future! They were very friendly and outgoing and the services were nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend this dentist office to everyone and they also have night appointments.
My son Bryce has been a patient with Brush and Floss Orthodontics for almost 4 months now & we absolutely love it. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I will definitely recommend Dr. Bassham and staff to friends and family in the Cary area for their braces!
While doctor's visits are not at the top of my list of favorite things, both the staff, dental hygienists, and dentist at this office are wonderful. I had an insurance mess up, and they worked with me to do what they could on their end to check daily, reschedule appointments, and check in with me for status updates. In what was a frustrating situation that was completely out of my hands, they made me feel like they would work with me to find a resolution.
I was met by friendly staff who explained every treatment recommended, ran my insurance for them, and set appointment dates. The dentist was professional and thorough. AND I appreciated the parking pass in the adjacent lot.
I haven’t seen a dentist in over 10 years. To say I was nervous about going to one is an understatement. I had a tooth break about a year ago and was terrified to get it fixed. Everyone I encountered in this establishment went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. After hearing I needed a root canal, I was even more scared. I did not need to be. Everyone was so kind and made me feel extremely comfortable. My dental fears may be gone. Thank you so much.
My mother, my daughter, and I go here for all of our dental needs. My daughter has major anxiety, and going to the dentist is a challenge. She does well with cleaning and exams. But she recently had to get cavities filled. Her anxiety got the best of her, and she had to reschedule her visit. Today, we went, and the ENTIRE staff that we interacted with was amazing. They were patient with her, they were caring, and they answered all of her questions. She got in and out in under an hour. They took their time and made her feel so comfortable and at ease. This will forever be our dental home!

This was the first time my two year old went to the dentist and I was looking for some place special and we found it here. From the time we opened the door I knew she would love it. It was just so colorful and bright and everyone was so welcoming. The staff was friendly and tried to make her feel so comfortable from the start. I just had the best dentist experience! I went for my teeth cleaning and exam with w/X-rays, and everyone who worked there was so nice and friendly. The front desk woman, the hygienist assistant, the hygienist, and the Dentist were absolutely amazing!! Going to the dentist usually isn’t a good experience for me, but this time it was, and I felt so comfortable throughout the whole thing. I highly recommend and will 100% be coming back!

After years of ducking the dentist I finally decided to go, I was nervous because who knows what they are going to tell me and that sharp hook tool makes me uneasy lol. The staff was so warm and inviting and the dental assistant really helped me relax and not worry. Fast forward to 6 months after my first visit my gums are healthy and teeth looking better than ever. Best dentist office ever!!!

I highly recommend Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry. We have been going to this office since relocating to the area. We were very pleased to find a dentist's office that was as good as what we were used to. I recently visited for my regular cleaning which included x-rays. Darby was my hygienist. Darby gave me what felt like the most thorough cleaning that I can remember, but she was so precise and gentle that I could have taken a nap but for the need to be awake to spit every once and a while. She even encouraged me to re-start the wearing of my retainer. Great job Darby, my teeth are as bright as ever.
I had the best experience here. I needed a root canal done and was having some pretty severe pain, and they got me in faster than any other dentist or endodontist in the area... I have pretty severe panic disorder, and they were so supportive and sensitive through the whole process. They were very encouraging and held my hand when I needed it. I would definitely recommend them.
Great experience and customer service!!! I had to go in for an emergency with a broken tooth, and they switched things around to accommodate me immediately...
I went in for a deep cleaning and fillings with sedation, and it was the most amazing experience I've ever had at a dentist. The staff was incredibly kind, reassuring me every step of the way and making sure I understood what to expect after the sedation. The entire process was quick and easy. If you have dental anxiety, this is definitely the place to go! 10/10 experience.

Very impressed with the entire experience. I’ve been a patient with Riccobene for a couple of years, but was going to their Porters Neck location. I loved them and was worried about starting over at a new location. Today was my first experience in Clayto,n which was terrific. Loved my hygienist and the doctor. The entire staff was awesome. Highly recommend this location!
