The entire staff took good care of me and made me feel at home. Honestly, the dentist's office has NEVER been my Happy Place, but they went above and beyond to give me a good experience. Personable, caring, attentive, and professional. The hygienist was very gentle but thorough. Thank you to the entire staff.
Such a great experience! My hygienist made me feel so comfortable and did a very thorough cleaning of my teeth. The doctor was awesome! He provided me with all the information I needed to understand my dental health! I really love the atmosphere of the office. Everyone was so pleasant and uplifting, and it was refreshing coming from a not-so-great dental office. I really appreciate the staff at Riccobene, and this will certainly be my new dentist location!
I always have a good experience at the Garner Riccobene office. The check-in is always quick and the staff is friendly and efficient. The dentists and hygienists are thorough and don’t try to “upsell” you on unnecessary work. Including X-rays, I was in and out in 30 minutes for my last six month checkup. Checking out is just as quick and efficient. Five star service.
A lovely office with a friendly staff and the latest technology used by highly skilled doctors - I've been a client for 20 years and can't imagine changing.
Great initial consultation. Mandi was great with my kids. Dr. Bassham was clear in her explanations and pictures.

Wonderful service, kind staff, and they’re quick and efficient. I was very pleased with my first visit. I would 10/10 recommend this dentistry to friends and family. I was able to get my consultation visit in and cleaning before the end of the year. Thank goodness they were able to fit me in. I am extremely grateful!
While doctor's visits are not at the top of my list of favorite things, both the staff, dental hygienists, and dentist at this office are wonderful. I had an insurance mess up, and they worked with me to do what they could on their end to check daily, reschedule appointments, and check in with me for status updates. In what was a frustrating situation that was completely out of my hands, they made me feel like they would work with me to find a resolution.
Very courteous and professional, very clean establishment and my dental hygienist is the absolute best around! I definitely would recommend!
We always have a positive experience at Riccobene Dentistry. Today we were seen by Dr Patel the orthodontist, she was extremely kind and patient with us. Cearena the treatment coordinator was simply excellent. She worked with us despite the tightness of the schedule (we showed up a little late), she patiently explained our options and she had a huge hug for me and my daughter when we seemed a little overwhelmed. I highly recommend this practice. They are definitely all about helping their patients.

Always receive great care. Always able to get appointments quickly when necessary. Very attentive and detailed and make sure everything is expertly and carefully done, and always willing to answer questions and explain treatments fully.
I had a dental issue while traveling, I call them on a Monday morning and was able to be seen that afternoon. Everyone was great and understanding of my needs. They took care of my issue on the same day. I appreciate everyone involved and would highly recommend going to see them if you’re in need of dental care. They will take care of you. Thank you!
I took my very elderly mother, who has Alzheimer's, to Riccobene. She had a loose tooth, and I also wanted to get a general assessment of her dental well-being. The dentists were AMAZING, in spite of the MANY challenges she presented. I am so appreciative of their excellent care and good advice for us moving forward. Had such a great experience at Riccobene. My hygienist was so pleasant and kept me informed of everything she was doing and why. She was very gentle. The dentist was very nice, he has a great beside manner. Would highly recommend.
5/5 stars. This was my first time to the dentist in years, So naturally I was nervous; however, the staff was so friendly and well coordinated I felt so comfortable immediately. I can tell they enjoy working there and as someone who has anxiety about every little detail they put my mind at ease.

I had to have three small fillings today. It was painless, performed very professionally, the dentist explained everything to me during the procedure, and it did not take a long time. I was very pleased.
Had a great first experience. Extremely transparent with pricing, very clear explanation for each step of the visit, and a relaxed but professional vibe. They were also very considerate in how best to make the most of my insurance for my needs. I would strongly recommend this location to anyone looking for a dentist!
When I tell you this office is the best in the area, I am not exaggerating. My family and I just transferred here in the spring due to the lack of standard care at another facility, and Riccobene has far exceeded our expectations. Kind staff, check. Convenient location, check. Efficient and high level of care during the procedure, double check. If you’re tired of waiting months to get into your dentist's office only to forget you scheduled 6 months down the road, then you really need to do yourself a favor and give this office a call.
I took my son for a routine consultation, and I really like this place, from the receptionist to the end of the consultation with the dentist, we were very well received and very well attended by the staff.
My favorite dental office hands down!! Recently moved to the area and the staff has been friendly, welcoming and beyond helpful when it comes my family’s dental needs. The hygienists provides attentive care and sensitivity with the services they provide and the dentists are beyond informative with providing educational support and a relaxed atmosphere. We will continue our care here in great hands.
I've not been real good at coming in as I should ,but the office welcomed me back with a smile. They were more than happy to explain everything I needed to know, asked if I had questions, and spent extra time with me to get a new crown in place.
Going to the dentist can be like going to get an oil change-you go in expecting to get one thing and then they try to upsell you on several other things that you never asked for. After a previous experience with an apparent dollar-focused dental clinic, I was relieved to find in Riccobene an honest, straightforward practice. So here's a quick snapshot of my Riccobene experience. Customer service: Top tier! Ms. Nikki, the office manager, is amazing. She was awesome with handling the transfer of my case. Ms. Aury at the front desk is very warm and welcoming. Dr. Farhan was knowledgeable and polite. Mr. Chris, the dental hygienist, was extremely thorough in my cleaning. Scheduling: On point! Whereas many other offices had a waiting period of up to two months, I was able to get in within a week of calling. Environment: Very elegant decor with the latest cutting-edge technology. Services: Chef's kiss! My deep cleaning left me feeling like a new person. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and am happy to have found my new dental home.
Six-month check-up this morning went very well at Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry - Southport. Took me back or slightly before my appointment time. Cleaning and polishing went well, and the dentist had good things to say as well. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly!
First off, I have high anxiety going to the dentist. The staff at Riccobene put me at ease. They were very kind, supportive and patient. Would highly recommend them. Actually, looking forward to my next appointment!
What can I say?… the staff from the greeting to leaving were amazing. Facility is clean and well kept but most importantly the people are kind, knowledgable, and funny. The service was excellent. Happy to be seen there.

I’ve been coming here for years now (about 5) and have had great experience each time. Very pleasant front desk, dental assistants, and dentist (and anyone else I missed) have all been wonderful. They also don’t seem to recommend work that doesn’t need to be done, but only what is needed. I drive here from Gastonia just to keep coming here!
I am pleased with the dental care that I receive at Riccobene, because of my pleasant visits, I look forward to dental care.

Best Dentist I have gone to so far. All the staff are very nice. My husband and I were able to get an appointment very quickly for being new patients. They got us in within the week. The staff also made it so that my husband and I can go at the same time and day. I would recommend them 100%. 😊
This place was amazing and accommodated me and my kids with conversations, television for the kids, easy to understand feedback and a beautiful office!! I will be bringing my whole family to this office for any of our dental needs!

I brought my mom, who has Alzheimer's, to them when we moved her here. They have been so patient and kind and gentle with her. They have done everything they can to help her feel comfortable, safe and heard. They have answered her questions, sometimes the same ones over and over. I just really appreciate the effort because I know it's tough. I am so grateful for their care and support!
Riccobene Associates was an awesome New Patient experience for me. The entire staff was friendly and professional, and they made me feel as though I had been visiting their office all along. After my treatment, I was given a fresh, warm handcloth to clean my face with. This is the first dentist's office I have ever visited that did that. They are first class all the way!!! My son has had several appointments with the orthodontist. Everyone from the front office staff to our dental hygienist worked so great with him. He’s 14 with sensory issues, and I’m pleasantly surprised by how well he works with them. We have a long road ahead in the ortho department, but I know he’s in the right place, and his lower jaw is starting to position forward immediately. He’s even using a water pick for the first time. Thanks again to all of the staff at Ricobene MJ for making this a wonderful experience this far!
Very impressed with the entire experience. I’ve been a patient with Riccobene for a couple of years, but was going to their Porters Neck location. I loved them and was worried about starting over at a new location. Today was my first experience in Clayto,n which was terrific. Loved my hygienist and the doctor. The entire staff was awesome. Highly recommend this location!
Dr. Papio and her assistant Jen are absolutely the best! My daughter actually enjoys going to the orthodontist, lol. They are fun, professional, and very easy to talk to. They always take their time and answer any questions that we have and they are very thorough.
Hands down the absolute best I have ever been to. Service from start to finish was amazing. The most professional staff I have ever come across and put me and my needs above all else. I have the biggest fear of dentists from previous experiences at other places. But this will be the one and only dentist I ever go to again!
Very professional staff, I went today for my first time wisdom tooth extraction and everything went well, they really care about you. I was scared so they made sure I felt well relaxed before the surgery. Everything was nice, strongly recommend.

Dr. Morgan is amazing! She is very informative, and emphatic. My daughters teeth look outstanding! The ladies that assist her are also awesome. Overall we had a great experience in her care.

I was scheduled for one tooth extraction, but it was so pleasant and the Dentist technic was so enjoyable, to include his bedside manner along with his technician. I asked Dr Farhan if I could just have my other tooth that needed pulling. Pulled right now. So the procedure again was successful and a joy. No problems what so ever. They got a special kind of skill going on with the entire team at RiccoBene Associates. Thank again for a wonderful experience.
I had my first appointment today at Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry, and everyone was so nice, especially the dental hygienist. I really love her. She made me feel so welcoming cause I hate the Dentist and I get so nervous, but she made me feel so calm and relaxed. She explained everything to me. I really love her. And the doctor was also very, very nice. I really love them. I think I found my new Dentist's Office. They really treat you like family.
A cracked tooth with its jagged edges took me to the University Executive Park Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry office. They were able to fit me in the same day, and I received the most excellent care! Smooth tooth filled and completed with no pain, I am so grateful to the dentists who made my visit as quick and comfortable as possible!! Even the office manager was very attentive and helpful! Thank you so much for your kindness and care!!

First off nikki at the front desk is amazing she is the sweetest cutest soul. The hygenist i believe her name was elaina took her time and was gentle which i love with having senitive teeth. The dentist himself does not push anything on you which i truly appreciate. Im happy I gave them a shot considering this was my very first dentist experience in columbia.There is also another girl who works there and i apologize im not great with names,but she is a jack of all trades and deserves a mention as well! great staff!
Dr Papio never fails every time I see her. I am coming down the homestretch with my Invisalign been about a year! Just to let you k ow Invisalign is not for youngsters I am rocking it at 60 yrs old and loving my teeth. See Dr Papio and her staff for a beautiful smile!!!

I had the best experience here. I needed a root canal done and was having some pretty severe pain and they got me in faster than any other dentist or endodontist in the area. I would have been waiting until June for anywhere else. I have pretty severe panic disorder and they were so supportive and sensitive through the whole process. They were very encouraging and held my hand when I needed it. I would definitely recommend them.
My mom has early-stage dementia, so there’s an internal anxiety associated with doctors' offices. The Riccobene staff was exceptional in comforting my mom throughout her dental procedure. Special thanks to the assistant who provided Mom a blanket, chapstick, and assistance to the restroom. I am her caretaker, but it’s nice to have others who care as well. Thank you all!
I was made comfortable due to an injury the staff itself they’re very friendly professional and each time I get my braces tightened & The orthodontist is outstanding and each of the hygienist that I have had his pleasure of Working with are excellent you are doing a fantastic job.

I had such a great experience at Riccobene! Aury + Nikki in the front were both so kind and helpful. I have a lot of nerves when it comes to the dentist, and they both made me feel welcomed and calm. Chris, my hygienist, was very friendly and thorough. Dr. Farhan was great as well, and talked me through the whole process and treatment. Both of them were very knowledgeable and helpful! Today was my first visit here and I absolutely love them! Everyone from the front desk person, hygienist and Dentist are extremely friendly and kind. Jamie was my hygienist and she was amazing. She explained everything she was doing and talked me there every step. She made me feel so comfortable. This will definitely be my new dental office.
