I'm new to NC and needed to find a dentist for my son. I'm so glad I came across this dentist. I was very pleased with their professionalism and how they have the office set up geared 100% for children. I really like the fact that the employees are diverse and well rounded. They were very caring and gentle with my son.
Staff is so awesome from the front desk to the girls in the back and of course my dentist! Made me feel so comfortable and my fillings were completely painless. So happy to have you all for my new dental clinic!
As someone who has a huge fear of the dentist, I was made to feel so comfortable and understood and like I was in control of my appointments! I was given breaks in between cavity fillings and the staff went above and beyond to help ease my anxieties. Special shout outs to Drs. Holmes and Kennedy and their assistants!
Great experience at Six Forks Smiles. The hygienist and dentist were thorough and pleasant. There were no surprise costs and the whole experience was as good as it gets when going to the dentist.
After chipping my front tooth I visited the office for the first time. I was able to get my teeth whiten and my chipped tooth fixed within 2 weeks of each other. The staff were friendly and professional. I will be recommend anyone one looking for a dental office to give this place a shot as they out performed my expectations.
This place was so great!! They made my filling process so gentle!! The orthodontist gave me a great experience as well.
Dr. Gardner and Cassandra are the best! My daughter has extreme anxiety around dentists due to a poor past experience. They were beyond patient with her, explained everything thoroughly, and made sure she was comfortable throughout the process of getting crowns. They were the best cheerleaders afterwards as well. She was a totally different child once everything was finished. I can't thank them enough. Highly recommend!

I am a very high anxiety patient when it comes to a dentist. I rarely go to the dentist. This week I found myself needing a crown. Dr. Clark Was the most gentle dentist and made me feel extremely comfortable. I went back yesterday to get my teeth cleaned and Melissa was my hygentist. She walked me through the entire process and took her time. I would highly recommend this office in Apex. Thanks Guys
Beautiful dental office the staff and dentist and dental hygienist are all so nice and helpful.. they make you feel at home and are willing to answer any questions about concerns you have.. I love that when you have an appointment your not waiting all day to be seen.. they have you in and out in a jiffy and do quality work! There’s coffee tea and water in the waiting area.If you are looking for a dentist 🦷 this is a great place! Look no further !
Getting a crown is not great, but Dr Steve and the Dental Assistants made this first step as good as possible. Was no pain after getting the numbing shots...and they were efficient and pleasant. Dr Steve is always very nice and kind and happy.
We had appointments for dental work and the experience was first class. What an amazing staff. Starting at the front desk continuing through the procedure. Everyone was so kind, compassionate, and all delivered professional care. Meg and Morgan who attended to our needs were exceptional. Special thanks to them for making our experience pleasurable and not one that could have been uncomfortable. Again, exceptional experience. We will continue to use Riccobene Associates for all of our dental needs.
Hampstead Family Dentistry is by far the best!! I have had many bad dental experiences throughout my life, but Dr. Rich and his staff are amazing. They are down to earth, easy to talk to folks who care. We receive excellent care and service every single time! They are great with my kids too! We love them!!
The best dental experiences I have ever had! ALL of the staff were smiling( even behind the mask, you could tell), lol I am petrified of going to the dentist, just walking in the door is hard to accomplish. But the staff are kind, compassionate and very sympathetic!! They are always attentive and understand my phobias related to horrible past traumatic dental experiences. So if you have a dentist phobia, this is the place to go! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!
Everyone was so nice. The front office lady, the hygienist, etc. I wish I could remember my hygienist name but she was the sweetest, we were just chatting the whole time. They made me feel really comfortable being that I hadn’t visited the dentist in a while. I’ll definitely be back.
Phenomenal dentistry. Had two very significant procedures over the past few years and they did an outstanding job. Definitely my family dentist for life.

I ended up with them because the Army Reserve sent me their way for a readiness check. I had a great time and scheduled a follow up cleaning. Both times I was there, I didn't wait any time at all. And the dentist and hygienists were great. Heads up: they are booked out several months in advance for cleanings.
As a new patient, first impressions are really important. I was very impressed with friendly staff, depth of their skill, and great technology. Highly recommend Riccobene!
I cannot stress enough how HAPPY I am with this office. From my first visit to many more to come, the staff is very polite and encouraging of your treatment. Ive been to dentists who made me feel shameful or bad. Which lead to me not wanting to go at all. I love the staff at complete dental Leland because they are honest with you but supportive. I had a small issue with scheduling an appt but Madison was such a wonderful help and really tried to solve the issue which she did with FLYING colors. I cannot thank her enough for looking out for my best interest! Dr Okeke is the best dentist I have had in my life. He brings a great attitiude into the room with him. His perfectionist traits truly matter when it comes to a new smile. He fixed a front tooth of mine that broke a while ago that made me feel so horrible, and I stopped smiling for a long time. When I saw the finished product, I honestly had to think which tooth was broken. When my boyfriend picked me up, I showed him and showed him throughout the day with excitement, it wasnt 8 hours later he realized which tooth was fixed, (he thought it was a different one) BECAUSE IT WAS DONE SO WELL!!! So HUGE THANK YOU TO DR O!!!!! In the same visit I had extractions done, All the staff on hand and Dr Goff (not sure if spelt right) came in quickly and took care of my wisdom tooth. She was great and wonderful treating me and making sure I didnt feel a thing!! Overall. I am recovering with minimal pain, NO swelling, no discomfort in any way. This dental office is a HIGH recommendation on my book. Again Thank you to the Complete Dental Team!!! I will be seeing you shortly for more wonderful work!!
Preparation for a crown on one of my molars was quick and completely pain-free. The office is always clean and appointments are always on-time.
Dr. Sommer begun work on two crowns for me today. I have temporary crowns now, and will return in a month so he can finish the job. He seemed completely knowledgeable and confident, making me feel at ease. As far as staff goes, I have seen Jessica for dental cleaning, and Barbara was Dr. Sommer's assistant today. Both of them were very friendly, and competent. I would not hesitate recommending this office, as I found the dentist and staff very cordial and skillful in their jobs
Best dentist office I've ever stepped foot into. The whole staff is welcoming and compassionate! The office is beautiful and so clean. Dr. Geeson and Dr. Gough are amazing and really take their time getting to know you and your oral concerns! They were so thorough and conservative with planning my treatment and wanted to know my input. I'll just say, they didn't have dental offices or dental staff like this where I'm from! 100% recommend to anyone looking for an amazing office in the Wilmington area! I know I found mine!
I had a small procedure, outside of normal cleanings. Dr. Jameson was friendly and professional. I was properly informed in detail about my procedure, and after care. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call around 8PM from Dr. Jameson following up and making sure I was comfortable and asking if I had any questions. I would 100% recommend him. Thank you.

You won't find a better dental practice in New Bern. The Staff members are friendly and professional. You can tell they really like their patients, by the care and respect shown every visit. For nearly two years, I have been a patient of theirs and I am completely satisfied with the treatment I have received. I have had extensive work done at Dockside Dental and they have always put me at ease and made me feel completely comfortable. My previous Dentist retired and I'm very glad to have come to Dockside Dental on Hwy 70 East of New Bern NC.
Jennifer explained everything in detail before hand. Chris was very gentle and reassuring. Their kindness and compassion exceeded my every expectation. We've found our dentist!
My husband and I did a lot of research when trying to find a new Dentist. We came across Riverside Dental Arts and were immediately impressed. We had an initial consultation to meet Dr. Rich and discuss our Dental needs prior to an appointment, something I had never had with another Dentist. I really appreciated the extra mile he took to get to know us. The dental hygienists are also top notch! Karen does a great job and is always polite and professional, not to mention super gentle on my teeth (which is much appreciated!). She always had great suggestions on dental products to try which is very helpful. I would highly recommend Riverside Dental Arts (Downtown Dental).
Dr. Steve is so caring and compassionate. Explains everything he is doing, worried about patients comfort. Would not want anyone but him to be my dentist.
We had a great experience in this office.The schedulers were courteous and helpful .Dr. Clark made us feel at home and she is wonderful.Hygienist Melissa has such a great and welcoming personality ,and she is very professional .I can’t ask for better hygienist. I can not say enough wonderful things about the staff here at Riccobene!! From the nurse, to hygienist to the dr ! All were very friendly, helpful and concerned for my son. They were running a little behind but made it a point to pop in every few minutes to update us. The nurse even went above and beyond and called me after the appointment to let me know she ordered my sons presciption as well as called me later in to make sure I picked it up as well as followed up the following day to see how he was doing and again on the third day. We will be bringing ourselves and all 5 of our children here! Thank you !!!
My son was referred to this location for a sedation consultation. We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Jacqueline Garner. We look forward to going back for the procedure he needs.

Incredible care! I hate the dentist and hold a lot of trauma in mouth so it’s usually a very triggering experience for me. But every single person from front desk to the doctor was so kind and gentle with me. They also offer payment plans which is major for my finances + the only way I’m able to receive care. Highly recommend!

Dr. Jakubek is by far the best dentist in Charlotte! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist. My whole family goes to Dr. Jakubek and I recommend him to all of my friends. His office staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. The office is extremely clean and very warm and inviting with the most up to date technology. I’m so glad I found Dr.Jakubek when we moved to Charlotte six years ago. He really is the best!

They are so great with kids here. My daughter actually isn’t afraid to go to the dentist anymore and if you have a special need, they talk to you instead of making you dumb.

They’re always helpful and nice! Chandra was my hygienist today and she was awesome! Dr. Miller is kind and funny! I left other dentist because they’re only open Monday-Thursday 7:00am-3:00. Most Normal people can’t go during those hours especially if you work 2 jobs. Riccobene is open until 5:00 everyday. This makes my life easier!
The whole staff and dentist were super friendly. The best dentist office experience I ever had. To me they are up to date with technology compared to other dentist offices I have been too.

Great dental visit! It was the first time EVER that our ten year old daughter was able to get a complete exam, including x-rays, completed in one setting. My daughter had a bad experience when she was very young and we have had difficulty finding a dental hygienist and dentist who had the patience to work with her. Ellen and Dr Julie were awesome with our daughter! Thanks so much!
I had historically dreaded the dentist and went maybe every other year. Since I joined Riccobene, I’m faithful to my six month appointments and actually enjoy going. I highly recommend them!
First off, I am a little nervous going to the dentist but was right away put at ease by Ms. Aury at the front desk. Such a pleasure to check in with and talk to. Wait time was very short, about 5 minutes and Ms. Giselle called me back. Never experienced a first appointment as pleasant as this. Professional but not overly so, provided the human part of the evaluation too. She totally eased all of my apprehension. Then Dr. Farhan did his exam. He listened to my concerns then explained everything to me and suggested a plan of attack. This was the best first appointment experience at a dentist I have ever had. Think I have found my permanent dentist… Wish I could give the whole office ten stars
They are always on time. If your appointment is at 10? You are in the chair starting the procedure. Friendly personnel from the phone call to the receptionist to the dental hygienist. Hell! Even the dentist had a great sense of humor. Speaking of the dental hygienist, she went about her work as a true professional.
First time a dentist has not hurt me. Very happy I chose this practice when searching for a new dentist. Dr. Alexis T is a great dentist and explains everything.
I was looking for a new dental home that was in network with my insurance and I must say I am happy to have found one. Dr. Conti is an AMAZING dentist who is all about talking you through every step, allowing patients time to ask questions for understanding and giving the best treatment for his patients. The front desk is friendly and inviting and the dental assistants are awesome too. I was completely satisfied with the work I got done!

The best dentist in town! I never write reviews, but I have to for Dr. Jakubek and his staff. I have been going there for over 8 years now. They are always sooo friendly and accommodating. They also have a beautiful and inviting office.
Fantastic dentist office! Have now been in for a routine cleaning & x-rays and fillings. Loved Dr. Nadella, she is the best dentist I have had since my childhood dentist. Knowledgeable, kind, polite, and excellent at her job. The same can be said from everyone who works there, from the front office staff, to the hygienists, to the dentists. My fillings was the easiest and most pain free dental procedure I have ever had. I'm so glad to have found this office and will continue to go to them as long as I live here.

My daughter has been here twice and has fallen in love with this place! The staff is very nice and talks to my child so she feels comfortable about what they are going to do. If I have any questions or need help suggestions, the dentist is there to help me! I love that!
I have shown up early, twice now, and each time I was seen before my scheduled appointment time. The staff is very caring and do a fantastic job cleaning my and my son’s teeth. He is 7 years old and loves going to this dental office.
This was my first experience at this practice. The decor was pretty but more importantly the office was very clean. The front staff as well as the office manager were kind and friendly. Dr Austin was my dentist, she was kind and very thorough with her exam, and explained what was necessary to fix problem areas. My hygienist was Shawantha, she was very caring and considerate when she performed a much needed procedure that I chose to do without numbing medication. She also showed me my xrays/problem areas and Dr Austin's recommended treatment plan. If you're in need of dental care, I would highly recommend Dr Austin and Shawantha!!!
Dr. Jameson at the Porter's Neck location was great! He removed 2 wisdom teeth for my daughter and 4 for my fiancé. We were very pleased with his work and professionalism and will definitely recommend him.
I was very pleased with the professionalism of the staff, their friendliness and their attention to detail. Phyllis did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and taking exrays. Dr. Valore was very thorough explaining what was needed and answered all of my questions. Couldn’t be happier with the care I received.

She went above and beyond to assist with a “crazy “ situation that was out of both of our control as we were waiting for X-rays from another location. April did an excellent job cleaning my teeth! I want to commend Jesse for my recent cleaning, excellent service and recommendations regarding an alternative option to a dental matter.

Dr. Ball and his assistants were so kind and encouraging during the application of my braces. They also were able to offer me a simple and very affordable payment plan for my treatment. The moment I walked into doors I was acknowledged with a friendly hello and welcome. At first Glance I thought I was not in the right Dental office? The decor and office is beautiful. I was greeted and taken back to one of the rooms and the Dental Hygienist was very sweet and explained the whole process and made me feel very comfortable. Then Dr. Chen walked in and she greeted me with a very warm welcome she also was very personable and made me feel so comfortable !! Dr. Chen, was very honest about the procedure And how she would be able to help me. Dr Hunt is the best dentist I have ever had and cares about his work. And how the patient looks afterwards, takes his time. I love Riccobene and Associate I highly recommend them. I went back on the 16th to get my temporary crown fixed. The staff was very nice and my Dentist Mr Hunt fixed it with no problem. Very clean facility caring team, been with them for a couple of years and highly recommend this facility and team.
Every staff member you come in contact with is great! The offices are so very clean and the work they do is so professional. When they are working on your mouth they always say what they are doing and keep you at ease. Prices aren’t terrible.

They worked with my anxiety and was able to have work done finally after 20 years. It was painless. I thought I had rotten teeth but turns out I just needed a good gum scaling. I was in tears looking at the transformation. Im getting that perfect smile I never had.

This is the most friendly and professional dental locations my wife and I have visited. We were initially greeted with big smiles 😄😃 and welcome from Kaitlin and Colleen. Colleen explained how my wife needed to complete the information paperwork. Kaitlin asked and brought me the famous Seattle WA coffee. What a professional greet team they both are. They demonstrate the "pain place" can be a "pleasant dental facility". Their positive professional attitude helped make us relax before meeting my wife's DDS. Super great experience for my 6 year old. Staff is very friendly and very patient with the little ones. The atmosphere is also geared to children and makes them feel like the experience is fun. They also offer several different toothpaste flavors. I recommend them to start your kids off right and alleviate any fears. Super friendly and informative. No wait time and got done quickly. Thanks again to the ricobene kids staff.
I always have such a great experience here. The staff are so friendly and professional. They make me feel so comfortable every time I go. The office itself is very clean and has a nice atmospheric. There is a plant wall and mini waterfall in the waiting room which is calming and lovely. A little bit of calm and charm like this is what every dentist office needs. I reccomend this office to anyone looking for a good dentist especially if you might be a little nervous. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable here.
I don't usually write reviews but I felt like I needed to on this one. I had a difficult tooth extraction recently as well as fillings done. The doctor and the assistant who helped with my surgery were all so nice and patient with me. The surgery went well and I'm recovering nicely.They are also so helpful and understanding because I am also a healthcare worker and sometimes my schedule is super busy. Awesome job guys!

After being with Dr. Jakubek for so long, I was naturally worried about the new ownership. I’ve been a couple times now under the new management and it is good to know that nothing has changed. Same wonderful treatment! Dr. Smigiel is very personable, the receptionists were excellent when I had a unique issue with scheduling and continued their friendly demeanor once I got to the office, and Prowl was the best hygienist I have ever had - hands down (she even wanted to make sure the music that was playing the background was okay with me - who does that?) Thank you Riccobene & Associates for service with a smile as beautiful as mine!
On Thursday morning I broke a tooth and called in hoping they could squeeze me in since I'm leaving for Colorado Ski Trip on the following Tuesday. The office worked me in not only once but 3 times because some other doctors appointments I had. The good news temporary crown added on Friday morning and I'm good to go.. Thanks to all at Riccobene for going the extra mile.
Normally, I don’t do too many of these, but to the ladies that helped my daughter Raina today…you truly are amazing. This is never an easy day for parents with a special needs children who are terrified of the dentist for no reason. We appreciate you more than you know.
My wife and I have had excellent dental care with Dr. Rich for many years. He and his staff are always pleasant and cordial when we come to the office for check-ups and other dental care appointments. We totally trust Dr. Rich's advice and have never been disappointed. We travel a considerable distance to come to his office and it is definitely worth it. We highly recommend this dental office.
My girls love going to the dentist. It took a couple to find the best but Dr Garner is the best. We have had the best experience ever visit. The dental assistants are always the nicest to and do everything to make your little ones feel safe. They have friendly people at the front desk. Just a great dentist office all around. The painting on the walls is beautiful. If nothing else just go by and walk in and check it out. You get transferred into another place. Each room is also beautifully painted to keep the kids calm and invited. Go see her and her team at Riccobene Kids in Cary!!!!!!!!
Allie my dental tech is fantastic! Dr Rensch did an awesome job. I am a terrified dental patient! TERRIFIED!!!! The DDS Rensch filled a tooth from numbing to completion with less pain than a normal teeth cleaning. Please see this guy!!! He is a pain management specialist!!
Dr. Garner is always a pleasure to interact with! She effortlessly connected with my anxious daughter (who doesn’t enjoy going to the dentist) and made her feel comfortable and safe while doing her exam. The dental assistants were patient and courteous, taking the time to explain billing and what insurance would/would not cover. Coming here is always a treat because they are very capable at handling pediatric needs. The office itself has a detailed fantasy motif, with knights, dragons and princesses abounding. Thank you for always making it enjoyable!
When they say you're getting a comprehensive dental exam, they mean it! This was the most thorough exam I've ever had. Dr. Miller is beyond professional. He treated me like a trustworthy friend or cherished family member, and this same kindness and respect were extended by his entire staff. I highly recommend this practice!

I have had a very bad experience with a dentist in the past. However, I am not very satisfied with Riccobene Associates. They are precise, gentle, but they get the job done. Grateful for them!
Dr. T was amazing and so was the delightful lady helping her today. They both made a not fun experience great as well as being honest straightforward, upfront and transparent with me. I’ve seen the same dentist all my life till she retired recently and have struggled to feel comfortable with others. Today however changed that.
The first thing you should know about my review is that I absolutely dread dental work. Why in the world is that drill so loud? I received my first crown yesterday. Dr. Smith and hygienist Barbara were kind and very attentive to my comfort. Each part of the process was explained and I liked that the crown was milled in house and was fitted that day. The entire event took 3 hours just as I had been advised prior to making the appointment. I truly appreciate Dr. Smith and her staff for being efficient while maintaining a kind and comfortable environment.
I had an excellent experience at this dentist office. The customer service was outstanding—friendly and efficient from start to finish.
