Dr. O and Ms. Sarah have cured my fear of seeing a dentist. Such a comfortable atmosphere, they took the time to listen, calm my anxiety, not once did I feel rushed while asking all my questions ;) Teeth cleaning was a breeze, though embarrassed I waited so long. I’m moving my entire family to this practice. One more thing, I was expecting to wait at least 45 minutes in the lobby, nope right on time!!! This practice will not disappoint!

Every time I go to Complete Dental Leland I am treated extremely well. Every procedure is accomplished professionally and with expertise. I have never had a negative side effect from any procedure I have had here. Dr Geeson and Alice are Rock Stars when it comes to taking care of my problem teeth. All of the dental hygienists are excellent as well. I am so glad I found this dental office. I know I will get outstanding care and treatment here every time. Thank you to Dr G and her entire team!
Jennifer explained everything in detail before hand. Chris was very gentle and reassuring. Their kindness and compassion exceeded my every expectation. We've found our dentist!
We found this office through our insurance. It is the BEST dental office we have EVER been to. Not only is the doctor patient, knowledgable and very thorough, the staff was very welcoming and friendly! I’m so glad my family will be under their care for years to come!
Staff is so awesome from the front desk to the girls in the back and of course my dentist! Made me feel so comfortable and my fillings were completely painless. So happy to have you all for my new dental clinic!
My daughter had a great experience, the staff were fast and kind and the dentist was wonderful. It was my daughter’s first time at the dentist and her and the dentist did a little dance together before she had her teeth cleaned to help her feel more comfortable. Would highly recommend!
Me and my husband couldn’t be more grateful! When no one else would help my husband from a horrible tooth that was hurting him beyond words and was infected they did the extraction and with short hand notice! Couldn’t thank Dr Jameson, Ms Ryan, Ms Amanda and Ms Christina enough for all they did. Even with something going crazy with the insurance Ms Amanda made it possible! Again thank y’all so much!

The first thing you should know about my review is that I absolutely dread dental work. Why in the world is that drill so loud? I received my first crown yesterday. Dr. Smith and hygienist Barbara were kind and very attentive to my comfort. Each part of the process was explained and I liked that the crown was milled in house and was fitted that day. The entire event took 3 hours just as I had been advised prior to making the appointment. I truly appreciate Dr. Smith and her staff for being efficient while maintaining a kind and comfortable environment.
Great to find a dentist that specializes in dentures(as most dentists don’t deal with dentures). Very knowledgeable and very caring!
A lovely office with a friendly staff and the latest technology used by highly skilled doctors - I've been a client for 20 years and can't imagine changing.
Hampstead Family Dentistry is the best dentist to go to. Dr. Rich is the most patient & caring Dentist there is. The staff is just wonderful, they make you comfortable and feel at ease. We have been to a few Dentist since moving here from PA and we will not go anywhere else. I would recommend them to everybody! They make you feel like family!!
Great staff and fantastic dentists. Very affordable pricing. Dr. Blessing is very efficient at his job. I wanted to get a second opinion on a $2500 dental quote I received for cavities, turns out most were not needed. Thanks for saving me money Riccobene.
Today was my first visit to the riccobene family dentist everyone was very nice and they were very quick to didn’t have to wait long so if your looking for a dentist this is definitely a place you would want to go.
Dr. Rich is an excellent dentist, he treats me like family. All of them are so warm and genuine. Very friendly staff including the receptionists. I’m always excited to see them every time I visit the office!
My first time using this practice with Dr Kyle Thames and I couldn't be happier! He was great! They got me scheduled for 2 days after I called. Was nervous about getting a root canal and they were totally wonderful! Found out I actually needed to get two. Ugh. Dr Thames was actually able to get them both done that same day. About as painless a procedure as I could imagine. I didn't even need the nitrous! Kudos to him and his wonderful assistant!
I had an appointment today. I was treated so well by the staff and the dentist. Would definitely recommend!
It was my first time having a major procedure and the environment was safe, inviting and comfortable. I experienced almost no pain after the procedure and both the doctor and nurse carefully explained my treatment plan. This was one of my best experiences at a dental office .
I can not say enough about Dr. Beamer! She is a master at what she does. Not only clinically, but her customer service is above and beyond. She takes the time to explain every detail of what she’s doing to her patient prior to the procedure. During the procedure she explains constantly what to expect and checks in with the patient regularly. She makes her patients feel at ease and comforted. She is absolutely extraordinary!!!
This was my first time ever coming to this place. It was my only child's first time getting a filling and they made him so comfortable it was amazing. They helped him be a Big boy and took his mind off of what was going on. They are great, friendly and you must send your child here
I saw the dentist at Riccobene in Oxford for the first time for my teeth cleaning. The dental hygienist, Nicole, was so good and so thorough. The dentist, Dr. Hotic, gave me the most thorough exam that I've ever had by dentist. She took her time and explained things. I am so happy with this practice. I have finally found a dentist that I actually trust since Dr Leden retired
The beside manner here is top notch. My five year old felt comfortable. The hygienist that wasn't busy booked my next appt while he was getting his x-rays. Super efficient.
I had difficulty with a tooth extraction bleeding more than it should, since I am on blood thinners. Dr. Somers was very open to have me return to his office to examine the situation. He explained a number of things to me and reassured me that all would be well. Today, I am feeling much better and know that I am on the mend and that I am in good hands! Nola Dunleavy
I have loved my experience at Riccobene! Just moving to the area in the past year, I was lost on where to go for a dentist and a coworker recommended Riccobene. Every person I have met that works there is so kind and helpful. It is by far the best dentist experience I have ever had! Update: I want to thank Ms. Margarita Davenport for being the kindest dental hygienist I’ve ever met. She made me enjoy my visit so much!
I had to bring my two young children with me to my appointment today. I was so nervous because I did not know how they would act as I was getting my cleaning done; however, the staff was amazing! They were patient with me, and assisted in looking after my kids as I was unable to for the time. Even when things did get overwhelming, they knew how to handle the situation! Through the whole process of my appointment, everything was explained to me. Any questions were answered.
My dental hygienist Mrs Thornton, got me in, got me a plan, and has started to execute. Her service and care has been impeccable. I even was even able to listen to the elements…. Earth Wind and Fire while getting work done!!! Never had service like this and recommend to everyone.
Took my 5 year old and 8 year old. Everyone was wonderful. The Pediatric area was set up nice and very kid friendly with toy story on the walls. The dental hygienists were very nice. The dentist was amazing. Very friendly with the children and very informative. My son has a rare condition and the dentist actually knew what it was and was very familiar with it. Gave me great confidence in him! Very happy to continue to go here.
Excellent office! Another excellent visit today. Dr.Steve does an Amazing job of walking his patients through the steps. Very caring and knowledgeable. Best of all he makes sure his clients' teeth are in tiptop shape. No pain either. Cynthia Dr.Steve's dent assist was so customer oriented. Very attentive to her patients. Thank you all very much.
Meg, my hygienist, was so informative and made me feel heard about my dental concerns as well as the Dr. and staff. The office is clean and professional. They also offered great in house insurance plans. I’m glad I was referred here
From making the initial call to the office visit to the staff, this was an amazing experience and I don’t say that lightly because I hate going to the dentist! The staff was friendly. The place was clean. They were extremely understanding, no judgment Zone no shaming, no guilt. …Highly recommend!
Dr. Bassham and Sheletta have done fabulous work with my orthodontic Invisalign care. I have recently completed my treatment and now have perfectly straight teeth thanks to their efforts and training. They welcomed questions and always guided the treatment to my best personal outcome. If you are looking for a dentist that will take time to learn and hear you, and not see you as just a number, then go see them.
I am new to the area and had to find a dentist. Riccobene has been so great to work with and no matter how crazy i got or rude they never faltered and my dentist.. She is great and so appreciate her understanding. :)
We had a great experience at this location. My son is only 4, and the staff were so kind and patient with him. Dr. Allen provided me with several treatment options, making sure to highlight the most minimally invasive course. I was really impressed and left feeling relieved that a the severe course of treatment previously suggested by another provider as the only option wasn’t in fact the only way. I highly recommend this office.
I was referred to Jakubek dentistry by a skilled health care professional to have some dental proecdure done. Dr. Jakubek was very skillful and got the work done with minimal/no pain and ZERO side effects, considering that many things can go wrong during the procedure that was done for me. I have been visiting him since then for the last several years, for getting annual dental exams and cleanups. His staff puts a good amount of time and effort into dental cleanups. Overall, a great experience!
Recently switched to this dentist and blown away by the extra care and attention you receive as soon as you walk in. I was squeezed in last minute because of a pain I felt in my jaw, and they did not hesitate to be helpful as soon as I arrived!!!! I was greeted by Sophie who assisted me with my initial forms and check-in, Felicia who helped ensure I was comfortable and checked on me multiple times while also assisting other patients, made conversation with me as I waited for my name to be called, and Trista and Morgan who assisted me at check out. It was apparent that team work is the number one priority at this office!!! Donna, who did my cleaning was so sweet and kind, and she really knew her stuff about teeth! Best cleaning I’ve ever had. Dr. Geeson was very thorough in answering all my questions and assessing my teeth when my cleaning was finished. I am very pleased with this dentist and look forward to my next visit!
Normally, I don’t do too many of these, but to the ladies that helped my daughter Raina today…you truly are amazing. This is never an easy day for parents with a special needs children who are terrified of the dentist for no reason. We appreciate you more than you know.
From the time u walk in the waiting room receptionist, doctors, assistance,all make you feel so very welcome and at home there, everyone is super super nice and I do appreciate service you provided .. walk you step by step and explain to you exactly what's going to take place ,and as you get your procedure, continue to explain what's going on. My child had to get 2 teeth extracted during this visit. The doctor and assistant were both so great with her. She was very nervous and they helped take her mind off of things. The staff is very pleasant.
I have been very pleased with BrushAndFloss! My son started going at 3yo and they do such a great job with him! We never wait very long before they call us back, and he loves the superheroes on the walls and the prizes! It’s such a cute office with a very friendly staff

I Have always been treated with dignity and respect and professionalism while I have been going to Riccobene Associates of Wakeforest, and they've always made me feel welcome. The staff always displays very high professionalism and knowledge of what they're doing. They always welcome me and greet me as I come in to there office. I definitely recommend putting your smile in there capable hands. 😃
The office had the most friendly staff and created a warm environment for my child. My 2 year old felt so comfortable he was able to lay down for the duration of the appointment with no issue. That just speaks to the warmth and care that was provided by everyone in the office from the front desk, to the dental assistants and hygienists all the way up to the doctors. Would highly recommend this location to anyone!
My regular Dentist was on vacay, and a dental emergency arose. I was redirected to this office from my regular Six Forks Riccobene. From the very helpful office manager (Kim?) to the most very awesome Ms Joyce (who made me feel Sooooo much less anxious (relaxed and laughing even!) to Dr Smigiel (sp?) who was confident and efficient while maintaining a friendly, happy demeanor...everyone certainly exceeded my expectations! I went in for an emergency broken tooth, got a quick xray, eval and quote for a replacement crown. They even managed to squeeze in my temporary fix (carefully and pain free!) that moment without making me wait for hours! I was in and out in less than 1.5hrs with less than 24hrs notice. Talk about superior patient service! And, I thought Joyce was the absolute BEST! That lady made my day with her sweet southern care. Keep her!
I was terrified of going to a dentist. It's been 37 yrs. since I last saw one. (Was a Dental tech in the Army) figure that one out...I was treated with kindness, and compassion. Amber was an absolute Angel. Thank you Amber!! She put me at ease and really made me feel comfortable. Dr. Miller was just as kind. I'm actually looking forward to getting my smile back! 😃 I honestly can't say enough good things about my experience today. You guys are amazing. Thank you!
I am new to NC and found this Dentist researching my insurance and patient reviews. I just had my first visit today and I was very impressed. Everyone was on time and very helpful. They are very up to date on their equipment, even showing off some stuff I had never seen before! My hygienist [...] was great! Very friendly and efficient. I believe I made the right choice for my new dentist!

My sister had an appointment with Dr. Blessings for a consult for sedation due to severe dental anxiety. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a friendly front desk staff who promptly checked us in and answered our questions about what to expect with the consult today. We were seated quickly and Alexis and Dr. Blessings were very sensitive to my sister’s server anxiety, my mom’s concerns about treatment, and the extreme understanding with both of us (my mom and myself) being involved with her care. Recommend treatment and all procedures were explained in a way that was easy to understand and my sister was very comfortable from start to finish. Thank you all so much for such great care!! I would highly recommend this office to friends and family!

Everyone in this office is beyond friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. When I called to make the appointment, the receptionist was very pleasant and made sure to get me all the information I needed for my appointment. The hygienist and nurse were so kind and very smart. Identified the problem in my mouth after other dentists could not. The dentist is a very kind woman and friendly and smart, and confident. I am so happy I went here and look forward to them helping me with my teeth... Everyone is so nice and friendly, truly happy with the service, and I know I am in good hands. The office was really pretty and smelled very good, and the air conditioning was blasting, which I LOVE. 20 out of 10!
This office is the best dentist I have ever been to. Everyone is so kind and inviting. I recently had a cavity filled here and Latesha was my tech. She is so sweet and made me feel very comfortable. She and Dr. Clark talked me through the entire procedure which really helped to calm my nerves. Dr. Clark did an awesome job with the filling. It took no more than 30 minutes and I couldn’t feel a thing! I’ve also had a cleaning with Amber and she is so awesome!! Big thanks to this office for all your hard work and hospitality! You guys are the best :)
I am very pleased and would recommend Dr Cislo. She has finished my implants with new bottom dentures and they look great. She is very caring and listens and explains in detail all she does. Thank you 😁

The staff are always friendly and I was able to get what I wanted done with a walk-in! They do great work and make sure that you understand what they are saying/doing! With every visit they make sure that you are comfortable.
Dr. Gardner and Cassandra are the best! My daughter has extreme anxiety around dentists due to a poor past experience. They were beyond patient with her, explained everything thoroughly, and made sure she was comfortable throughout the process of getting crowns. They were the best cheerleaders afterwards as well. She was a totally different child once everything was finished. I can't thank them enough. Highly recommend!
Another amazing experience! I appreciate the staff working around my schedule and if you have any questions regarding insurance ask to speak to the front manager, she understands it all. I love you can pay as you go instead of paying all upfront for stuff you haven’t received like at my last office and the estimates are always right on. Ask for Shandra if you need a new hygienist! Such a fun atmosphere!

Very friendly and professional staff and beautiful environment. I went there for a consultation and oral surgery both visits were straight to the point and out quickly. Also my out of pocket expenses didn't kill me neither. I recommend Riccobene Associates for there services and quality they actually try to accomplish their greeting statement "making a person smile".
I have finally found my dentist! Living in the Calabash area - Complete Dental Shallotte is excellent! Had a few serious dental issues but Dr.'s Geeson and Gough worked in unison to get my teeth back in order. I can't list everyone who assisted but there where a lot of support people involved. The office ladies battled it out with my insurance company to assure that I received what I was entitled to and I thank them for that! Everyone there is personable and professional!
My cap came out for my implants and Riccobene did an excellent job replacing it. Even though I had to get a shot to numb the area, the experience with how they treated me was worth it. I highly recommend everyone to use them if they having dental issues.
They are quick and customer service skills are amazingly great! They are an absolute thrill to be around. They also show kindness and make sure that you’re comfortable before any procedure is done. Only issue I had was I was numb for hours lol so I was hungry but I would definitely refer Ms. Kristen to anyone she even kept me entertained while cleaning my teeth she was also polite and while cleaning she made sure I was fine the entire time 10/10 for greatness and great service.
Even though I was nervous and scared they made sure I didn't feel any pain it was a pleasure and I appreciate them being patient and helping me face this scary fear I was having
The best dental experiences I have ever had! ALL of the staff were smiling( even behind the mask, you could tell), lol I am petrified of going to the dentist, just walking in the door is hard to accomplish. But the staff are kind, compassionate and very sympathetic!! They are always attentive and understand my phobias related to horrible past traumatic dental experiences. So if you have a dentist phobia, this is the place to go! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!
Knowledgeable and extremely compassionate from check-in to check-out. My dental hygienist was absolutely amazing and talked me through the procedure to ease my fears, and the dentist was kind when talking about the work we needed to do. By far, the best experience I have ever had at a Dental office. I highly recommend this office.

Before coming to this dentist office I was very nervous and anxiety stricken due to past experiences. I expected the worse so I was prepared to just deal with another bad experience. But when I entered the build I was greeted with such love and compassion and it only escalated to a higher standard when I met Dr Nasir. It was as if he understood the horror and trauma I had been through from childhood to adulthood. His calm and compassionate personality eased my worries as I waited for the pain from the needle. And then it was over....no pain and all I could do was tear up. This office was just what I needed. It’s hard to find good genuine people who care and can make a difference and also leave a lasting impression on life. So I can’t find the words to express my gratitude for your love, patience and the kindness shown at the Wayfarer office. God bless you all for all that you do.
I have been a patient of Dr. Jakubek for the past two years and I'm very happy I made the switch. I'm greeted as soon as I enter the office which is very important to me. The wait is never long for the dental hygienist or the Doctor. Everybody in the office makes my visit very pleasant and stress-free. I appreciate Dr. Jakubek's preventive advice and he takes care of any tooth problem(s) right away.
The Falls of Neuse office has always had the most excellent customer service. They are friendly, quick to respond, and accommodating. They are clean, timely, and I am always in and out as expected. Every service that I have had has gone well. I appreciate having a dentist office that I am so comfortable going to.
Friendly, dedicated staff. The staff treat you as a human. Not just a number. Renee Jenkins was my dental assistant and I hope to get her every time I go in. She was very sweet, caring, and helpful. I highly recommend Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry.
This is the best dental off I have ever experienced. The girls from the front office to the back are the sweetest. Dr. Golf and Gessen are so understanding and do what they can to make you feel good about yourself. They had 1 week to get my teeth fixed for my daughter's wedding. They a did it! I had smile just in time for the wedding pictures. They really do care about their parents. If you need help go visit them.

I have made them my primary dentist. all staff I have met from the gentleman at the front desk to the assistant and to the Dr, they are all professional and more than happy to help how ever they can. 5 stars. Very friendly staff and caring. As I was getting a shot I got a bit nervous. Afterwards end up having a seizure. The manager Michelle & Regina came to calm me down. They were so caring & sweet. They talked me thru it & made me comfortable. God bless them. Also Gina was so sweet very concerned very friendly. She gave me a big hug. While they were fixing my front tooth Gina kepted on saying r u o k. I've been there before and would never go anywhere else. Love this place 🥰. Thank you. I still going there. Now I m getting my teeth cleaning. The staff & Doctor & Stacey were great!

Today was my 2 year old son’s first visit to the dentist. Everyone made it such a pleasant experience. He felt comfortable and was very cooperative. I have to thank the amazing staff!!! I love this office. My family has had nothing but the best experiences.
Have been a dental patient here for over a year. Have had many dentist in my 77 years, but Robbie Smith’s office, Dr Smith and all her employees are the best my husband and I have ever been to, competent and very friendly. Riccobene Associates and Dr Robbie Smith are the best!

My wife and I have just recently started going to Robbie T Smith DDS due to our previous dentist no longer accepting my benefits. Great decision in so many different ways. Very,very friendly and professional staff! Including the front desk receptionist. Very cheerful and warm welcome each time I visit as soon as I walk through the door. Robbie is a very awesome and thorough dentist in every way. Enjoyed talking with her about her dad and his career as pilot and now flying for a mission organization into Hiati! Sounds like an awesome adventure for sure. Very interested in what she had to say on the subject due to having a 40 year career in Aviation Maintenance myself! I had the opportunity to meet some new folks this visit due to a temporary shortage in staff. I believe Tracy was her name. Very good @ what she does. Enjoyed talking with her about her and her husband's sheep herding dogs. And Stacey my normal hygienists as always very kind,gentle, and personable! Takes her time with me and always asks if I'm comfortable while communicating with me from beginning to the end of my visit. Summing the experience up I can say that everybody works together as a team! Well oiled machine! And everybody in Robbie T Smith's office are exactly were they need to be as far as career field choice. Including Robbie T! Very good @ what they do. 😁😉😎
My experiences with riccobene have pretty much always been excellent. The dentist that I had that I actually loved was Dr Thomascheski(?) And he left unfortunately. My new dentist is Dr Williams and she is absolutely wonderful. She's kind, very concerned not to cause any pain or discomfort, she talks to me and explains what she's doing as she's doing it which I certainly appreciate and she and I look at the x-rays so that I can decide how close they are to a nerve and if only novocaine or not. Her assistant Dominique was actually wonderful also. They are a really fine professional team and honestly a very fun team to deal with. I'm very pleased with Dr Williams and with Dominique.....malissa Yeager ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Overall wonderful and positive experience!! Michelle made scheduling my appointment so easy, and was very helpful with managing my insurance/payment options and future appointments to minimize out of pocket costs. Dr. Puza was very thorough, and shout out to Karen (my hygienist) who took some extra time to provide extra education and hygiene tips even at the end of her workday.
We recently moved to the area and one of my top teeth cracked. I called Riccobene that afternoon and they worked me in first thing the next morning even though I was not an existing patient. Each person I dealt with couldn't have been more accommodating, friendly, and skilled (Dr. Desai). The work was perfectly done. I highly recommend.
Our family had a the BEST experience at the dentist today! Our hygienist, Brooke, was absolutely amazing—gentle, thorough, and made us all feel incredibly comfortable and beautiful cleaned us up. Gina at the front desk was just as fantastic—welcoming, kind, and so helpful. The entire team was kind, patient, and made us feel comfortable from start to finish. Highly recommend!
Had a great first experience. Extremely transparent with pricing, very clear explanation for each step of the visit, and a relaxed but professional vibe. They were also very considerate in how best to make the most of my insurance for my needs. I would strongly recommend this location to anyone looking for a dentist!

I had a great experience with Jennifer my dental hygentist. She was very attentive, and asked often about my pain level. The office staff is always great.
I was in the process of finding another dentist and when I called a few weeks ago to schedule a cleaning, the customer service over the phone is what made me decide that this is it. The young lady over the phone was so professional and answered all of my questions. She told me to go online to print the forms and if I wanted to save time when I came into the office, I could already have them filled out. When I arrived today for my cleaning, the location was easy to find and the office was extremely clean!! The staff were all very nice and extremely helpful. I asked tons of questions and all of them were answered. I think I've found my NEW dentist!!! :)
I have been going to this office for a couple years and love it. They are extremely professional and very skilled in crowns, implants and all aspects of dentistry. Karen is an excellent hygienist and does very thorough cleanings and assessments! Highly recommend this office.

Dr. Cory Jameson did a great job on my implant procedure. He gave me a very in-depth explanation of what the procedure involved and used the upmost care in performing the surgical part of the procedure. Dr. Jameson and his staff were cheerful and friendly and even asked me what kind of music I would like to listen to during the procedure. It was a very nice overall experience.
I have been coming here for about 2 years now! I love how timely and kind they are. From the front desk staff, to the hygienist (mine was Taylor) to the Dentist I saw (Dr. Williams) everyone is wonderful. They listened to my concerns and helped me tremendously. I am so grateful to look forward to going to the dentist!

I had a crown put on one of my front teeth, so it needed to be cosmetically perfect in color and fit. I am very pleased with the results. Dr. Miller aims to please and Patti, his assistant is very skillful in her technique. Everyone at Riccobene have been very pleasant
I had the most wonderful experience at Riccobene Ass. Family Dentistry on yesterday! I've always had dental anxiety because every one that I've visited, always did something wrong, but here, was totally different. My dental hygienist made me feel comfortable and she was very gentle while working on me. She told me everything that she was doing to me from start to finish and listened to my concerns. My dentist was the same - he eased my fears and made me eager to come back for further work that needs to be done so that I can comfortably smile again!
