We love the fact that there is a room for emergency procedures and simple ones too. My son had to get 3 fillings about 2 weeks ago and it didn’t take long at all. We are pleased with the friendliness of the staff as well as the quality of work.
Dr. T was amazing and so was the delightful lady helping her today. They both made a not fun experience great as well as being honest straightforward, upfront and transparent with me. I’ve seen the same dentist all my life till she retired recently and have struggled to feel comfortable with others. Today however changed that.
The staff at Riccobene are excellent! Quiana is an AMAZING dental tech. It was the best cleaning experience I ever had! I especially liked the extra care she took to clean around my bottom front teeth permanent retainer. NO ONE has ever used the tech scaling she used. Moreover, she was personable, patient, and professional!! Thank you!!
Everyone there was absolutely the best. I am like most peope really anxious about going to see the dentist, but they took very good care of me. Mary and Dr. Kyle were fantastic. The best thing was. I was able to get in the same day, praise God, because I was in a lot of pain. Great overall experience.
They were expecting me and told me my name, not ask it! Very open and friendly. Most of the paper work was done so just a few signatures were required. Immediate service. Hygienist appeared immediately and took me back. Very thorough, probably one of the best cleanings and exams I have had. My first visit and I plan to make this my permanent office.
Everyone is so happy to care for you/your child. From the moment we stepped in the door, we felt right at home. Kudos to Meagan and Dr. Rob for providing such great care to our son.
Just moved to area so needed a dentist. Found one close to home and made appointment. Wow, my experience was fantastic. Everyone was friendly, professional and happy to meet me! It was the absolute best experience I ever had in a dental chair! Would recommend them to anyone!
The staff is always super friendly, patient, and putting their patient care at #1! They will ensure that your care plan will fit your needs and allow you to be as comfortable as possible no matter what it takes. The moment I heard they moved into this area, I immediately got on board as a patient of theirs due to their level of care!
I had the pleasure to work with Leah who performed a deep cleaning. I have not been to the dentist for a long time so it was a lot more work than normal, however, Leah was so caring and thoughtful as I went through the procedure. I feel so comfortable to know that I can rely on her and her team for my dental care needs. Though it was painful, I look forward to completing the procedure on the other side of my mouth because of the comfortability level established on my first visit. If you’re looking for a quality dentist who is honest and has the support of a great team, this place is definitely worth your consideration.
They are great people who knows how to treat their patients and the dentist was exceptional with taking her time and assuring you were in no pain
This office deserves above 5 stars, the staff and Doctor were so kind! Best experience at this office hands down! I highly recommend the hygienist Hope, to all small children! It was my daughters first time ever at a dentist office and it was a success! She will definitely remember this day forever! Thank you Dockside Dental for treating us so well!
My visits with everyone at Ricobene Family Dentistry So far have been very enjoyable and relaxed! Every one makes you feel like part of their family! So glad I gave them a chance! Like most I'm sure, I am not a big fan of the dentist but I had an abscess and a broken tooth so I couldn't put it off any longer. Everyone in the office was extremely nice. Dr. Mitchell was wonderful. I have to say it was the best experience I've ever had at the dentist!
Dr. Solanki is the best dentist ever. She is technically adept, very pleasant, and caring. She used new techniques to make the dental repair more comfortable than ever.
This place was exceptional and definitely makes going to the dentist easier & more comfortable than it typically is! I've had 2 cleanings and a crown and all 3 visits have been great. Dr. Gough and Courtney both make the visit so much more enjoyable. Really great customer service & staff!!!
Preparation for a crown on one of my molars was quick and completely pain-free. The office is always clean and appointments are always on-time.

Always a pleasant visit at Downtown Dental! The staff is caring, courteous and genuinely kind. Dr. Rich is the best dentist I've ever had, my teeth look great and I've had transplants, caps, bonding, you name it! Never any pain either!
Like most, I dread the dentist. That is, until I came here. I needed and still need major work done and I wouldn't go anywhere else for it. The professionalism, attention, all while keeping it comfortable is incredible. Dr. Clark has a fantastic sense of humor and so does every other staff member. To say I recommend this place is an understatement. Pleasant experience from the time you enter until the time you leave (as far as dentists go!).

This was the first time my two year old went to the dentist and I was looking for some place special and we found it here. From the time we opened the door I knew she would love it. It was just so colorful and bright and everyone was so welcoming. The staff was friendly and tried to make her feel so comfortable from the start. The staff was really knowledgeable and overall it was a great first time. She loved it and is looking forward to going back to the dentist. Thank you so much!!!
It was my first appointment and I was so nervous but after meeting everyone I felt better. The staff was so welcoming. My insurance company gave me a list of providers in my network. I called a couple of places but I was able to decide on your office because the receptionist was so pleasant, so patient,and so kind. My experience was awesome and I will definitely refer you guys to my family and friends. 😊

I had a fantastic experience at Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry in Apex, NC! This is my favorite dentist's office. From the moment you walk in, the staff is welcoming and friendly, making you feel right at home. My dental cleaning was thorough yet gentle, and the hygienist was incredibly knowledgeable and ensured I was comfortable the entire time.
I meant to review earlier but tis the season. Honestly anytime someone gives me an opening to mention my dentist I mention this place. It seems like everyone there absolutely loves teeth and I can tell they are equally as passionate about their jobs! I never liked the dentist before but now I’m excited for my check ups. If you want people who are enthusiastic about their work and will explain things to you comprehensively this is the place to go! Also Melissa is wonderful and funny!

My experience with Riccobene Associates for a basic routine first-time dental appointment (new patient) was the best I have ever experienced. Mindy was very polite and explained in detail everything about the procedures. X-rays were of the state-of-the-art technology, and the cleaning was absolutely pristine and checked by the Dentist himself…
Wonderful Wonderful, Amazing group!! I was so afraid of going bc I knew I had to have a tooth extracted, and I just wasn't ready for the pain. But everyone was so nice and treated me like I was the only person important to them at the time. I really appreciate that. Thank you to everyone who was there today for your sweet hospitality. ❤ 9-14-21....My son had an appt today to get 2 fill ins. He's never afraid of going bc he knows Riccobene and Associates are going to handle him with care. I know as well. Thank you guys for being real people and not just people working for a paycheck. Staff was wonderful with my young children. All three of my kids have different personalities and each one of the staff were able to help my kids feel comfortable and excited about being at the dentist! From the decorative lobby and the warm welcomes, to the explaining each step of the process to my littles, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. My kids are excited about coming back for their visit in 6 months and have been excited to brush (and floss) their teeth since their visit! (Kids age 5, 4, and 2)!!
My children have had severe anxiety issues with dental care. Dr. Garner is a top notch pro when it comes to easing the minds and hearts of our little ones! All of the staff at Riccobene are so warm and friendly that the kids now look forward to their dental appointments. They’ve got the most beautiful hand painted murals in each office, too! Thank you for all you do!
When they say you're getting a comprehensive dental exam, they mean it! This was the most thorough exam I've ever had. Dr. Miller is beyond professional. He treated me like a trustworthy friend or cherished family member, and this same kindness and respect were extended by his entire staff. I highly recommend this practice!
I had 4 appointments at the same time. It was out first time going and I was super nervous because my kids are age 6, 5, 4, & 1. All I can say is WOW! My kids had the best experience ever! They were so happy after getting their teeth cleaned. I totally recommend to all the mommas who have multiple ages, as you can watch all of them at the same time. I sat with 2 and I was watching my 3rd getting her teeth worked on across the room.
My daughter has been here twice and has fallen in love with this place! The staff is very nice and talks to my child so she feels comfortable about what they are going to do. If I have any questions or need help suggestions, the dentist is there to help me! I love that!
I just visited today and had an amazing service. Starting from the tech who did my x-ray to the hygienist, Quiana, to the Dr. They were wonderful and amazing. I have definitely found the right dental office for my family and I.
Dr Beamer is fantastic! She took the time to answer all my questions regarding having my wisdom tooth removed and offered advise. She then gave me a referral to two different oral surgeons and emailed me the X-rays they took. Couldn’t ask for more from any dentist. I highly recommend Dr Beamer!
I felt very comfortable and welcomed when coming to Riccobene Associates. I had not been to the dentist in a couple of years and was nervous about having to get myteeth cleaned. The wonderful lady that took my exams and cleaned my teeth explained things to me about the health of my guns and teeth I have never had explained to me before. I highly recommend Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry for yourself and loved ones.

I came in last week for a aggravated tooth, was there today for a cleaning so I can have said tooth fix I must say amber did a great job on my cleaning I have never had anyone be as thorough or as cautious of sensitive spots as she was it’s been a great experience coming here so far glad I decided to give it a chance!

Doctor Clark And his assistant Latisha are 2 of the best people you can ever want to meet walking into a dentist office they make you feel so welcomed and relax removing all the anxieties there are coming to a dentist office. This place is amazing!!! Before I got to my appointment I was so scared and nervous and emotional. When I arrived they were super nice and sweet at the front desk, checking me in. Once I got to the back to start my process of becoming a new patient it was even more amazing. I became very emotional telling my story and then hearing what services I needed to receive because of the state of my teeth and my mouth but the whole time Tabitha was listening, being very understanding and consoling to me, I felt at ease after pouring my heart out to her. She reassured me that everything was going to be ok and that it was ok for me to cry to release the emotions and that the doctors were going to take good care of me. She took all my ex-rays and pictures and she was so gentle and kind with me. Then the doctors came in and they were amazing too (so happy to be a patient there). They (doctor Austin and the other's) explained what my issues were very clearly and explained what I had available to me as choices then asked if I had questions, then they explained it all again. The pricing is also amazing! I'm not going to ramble on and on because you get it (THEY'RE AMAZING 😍🤭😁!!!) so If you're looking for a dentist go to RICCOBENE they're amazing, the service is 100%. I can't wait to go back and start my services.
Today was my daughter and I first visit. Everyone was so helpful and kind. My personal assistant checked my teeth and did my X-ray. When she cleaned my teeth, I didn’t have any of the usual pain and discomfort. From seeing the X-ray she already knew about my sensitive teeth. Thanks so much.
Dr. Geeson and staff at Complete Dental are remarkable! I brought both my kids here originally and ended up transferring myself here for all our family dental needs. The atmosphere is calming and the staff really takes the time to explain every procedure and charge in depth. They also get us right back into the chair which shows they value our time. I am from out of state and had a tooth break. I called Riccobene Associates because they accepted my insurance. Was nervous going into a strange office but was pleasantly surprised. Everyone treated me like I was a regular patient. The nurse and Doc were great. They were so kind and compassionate to a stranger. If you are looking for a new dentist office, I would highly recommend this office.
Been going to this office for at LEAST 10 years! My original and dedicated Dentist, Dr Jakubek is not returning but the young man that treated me today.... Dr Smigiel, was amazing!! Pretty blunt in our conversation which is what I needed and it doesn’t hurt that he’s super handsome even behind the mask!! That appointment was as seamless as ever and I’m definitely going to stay with that practice!!! Great team, still the same WELCOMING ATMOSPHERE!! R. Conley
As always, the service was timely and of high quality. My dental hygienist was professional, skilled, and friendly. The entire staff was welcoming, attentive, and prompt in addressing any requests.
I woke up yesterday to excruciating pain in my mouth. I immediately called to make an appointment with the dentist. They were very accommodating and got me in to see the dentist the very same day. I was very nervous, other than the obvious anxiety builder of going to the dentist, it was also my first time seeing Dr. Steve. As it turns out, Dr. Steve is absolutely AMAZING! It was our very first encounter, but he made me feel like we’d known each other for years. He has been in the practice for 32 years, and it definitely shows. His assistant, Katrina was equally as wonderful! She talked to me as if we have been best friends since elementary school. She is expecting a bouncing, baby boy in October, so feel free to stop by the Monkey Junction location with a baby gift! I could go on and on, singing their praises, but I’ll end with this. Close your eyes, and think of the most important person in your life. Now, think of the type of care you would want them to receive if you were unable to care for them yourself. Got it? This is the exact level of treatment, and care, you will receive at Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry, the Monkey Junction location, in Wilmington, NC. I, obviously, give each and every member… 5 STARS!!!!

I have pretty severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist. My hygienist realized I was nervous and did all she could to guide me through it and make the process easier. The dentist was also understanding of my fears and set up a treatment plan to best suit me. They were also able to get me in to be seen the day after I called and the wait time in the office was close to none. Riccobene has a friendly staff that seem to love what they do and a very welcoming facility!

Beautiful dental office the staff and dentist and dental hygienist are all so nice and helpful.. they make you feel at home and are willing to answer any questions about concerns you have.. I love that when you have an appointment your not waiting all day to be seen.. they have you in and out in a jiffy and do quality work! There’s coffee tea and water in the waiting area.If you are looking for a dentist 🦷 this is a great place! Look no further !

I had such a great experience at Riccobene! Aury + Nikki in the front were both so kind and helpful. I have a lot of nerves when it comes to the dentist, and they both made me feel welcomed and calm. Chris, my hygienist, was very friendly and thorough. Dr. Farhan was great as well, and talked me through the whole process and treatment. Both of them were very knowledgeable and helpful! I highly recommend the whole team :)
It was one of the best experiences ever. Dr. Holmes did a great job. I live in Seattle WA, and came to visit NC to attend a wedding from a staff memeber. They took care of me as if i was a regular patient with open arms. I just loved the staff and wish I was still living in NC. The service was top notch and they even did a follow up call the next day to check on my recovery. I highly recommend them if you ever need dental care or a smile 😃
This place is amazing, the staff are super friendly, the office is impeccably clean and very calming especially the front lobby. This was my third tooth extraction there and it could not have gone smoother. Dr. Trendowski and Barbara were amazing and made the experience great. My last experience with an extraction was a Dentist in Burlington with his knee on my chest trying to get a tooth out which ended up breaking. The guy was an easy 250 lbs and he cranked my neck trying to get the tooth out. It left me traumatized. Dr T is small and she finessed both teeth out like a Boss. It actually went so smoothly that I didn't even have to take any pain medication and when I say any I mean not even a Tylenol . I would love to think my pain tolerance is super human but her technique definitely had a lot to do with it. Her assistant Barbara was amazing and made me laugh so much and feel very relaxed. She was very personable and added to my great experience. I would recommend Riccobene as an A+ place to have any dental work done. I can't speak for the other Dentists there only about Dr Alexis Trendowski and Barbara but I am almost certain that based on what I saw, they all are part of an Team that strives for customer satisfaction.
Been coming here for years and will continue to come as long as the staff stays the same. They are always so personable and make you laugh and feel right at home. Andrea is the best hygienist has cleaned my teeth for years love the whole office.
Dr Lara Clark and her staff are the best! I never described a dentist office as a place where I was well cared for until I came here. I had PTSD and Lyme Disease and they were so sensitive to my needs. Highly recommend!
I have very sensitive gums and if not handled carefully, during my cleaning, it can be extremely painful! Today, the hygienist was awesome! Great conversation, which kept my mind off the cleaning…great job!
They are so great with kids here. My daughter actually isn’t afraid to go to the dentist anymore and if you have a special need, they talk to you instead of making you dumb.
My experience at this location, Porters Neck was very pleasant. I was treated with respect. Dr. Roberts has great chair side manners. He listened to what I had to say and I listened to his plan for my dental care. Going to any dentist is usually very unpleasant, depending on what work you need to have done. My initial visit here was a Consultation and X-rays. The next day I went back for a debridement and I think the gentleman’s name was Tim. He did an excellent job and made me feel comfortable. Looking forward to a great future relationship with Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry.

The staff is very friendly and upbeat. Office is very clean and my hygienist Jada is wonderful comforting and great at what she does. As a new patient you're always skeptical but my thoughts were eased by how welcoming the staff were.

I scheduled a cleaning at 8 am on each of my last 2 birthdays. The whole staff came in, sang happy birthday, presented me with a card and a cookie with a candle in it. Great way to start my birthday!
We choose this Dentist office for my Grandson because we wanted him to have his own Dentist in a family atmosphere. This office is very nice, clean & beautiful inside. The staff was very kind from the time we got there. Courtney did a great job with my Grandson teeth cleaning. I thought he would be afraid but he wasn't she was so polite and kind spoken to him he did just fine. The Dentist was nice too very caring spirit. I like that I will refer people to this office on Falls of the Neuse in Raleigh. If you want a professional experience this is the place. Great job everyone. I thank you .
Dr. Soto at the Carolina Beach Road office is very kind, calm, thorough and caring. I feel comfortable, confident and at ease with the care he provides.
Dr. Sheri McCormack and her team are the best! She does outstanding work! She did an exceptional job on my two front teeth. I have had work done on those same teeth with my previous dentist who I had been with for 15 years or more, and they never looked this good. What an Awesome Staff as well! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The Care Team there are most professional and this office certainly has advanced modern dentistry equipment. The staff are very courteous , and proffesional. Dr. Behairy is a great denist.Extracted broken infecteted teeth in no time. Very kind, and great at her job.Dental assistants where very helpful. I would reccomend them over any dentist office in the area.

Dr. Jakubek has been my dentist for at least 20 years! He is a kind, likeable, humorous dentist with excellent skills who has made my visits relatively pain free for all these years. I enjoy my semi-annual cleaning just to see his well-trained staff and have a chat with Dr. J. These guys and gals are fun to be around which makes the visits for problems much more relaxing and therefore more palatable. This is an amazing dental practice and I hope Dr. J practices forever!
Getting a crown is not great, but Dr Steve and the Dental Assistants made this first step as good as possible. Was no pain after getting the numbing shots...and they were efficient and pleasant. Dr Steve is always very nice and kind and happy.
Absolutely wonderful service. My hygienist Beth was very skilled and efficient, as well as very nice. The entire experience was excellent. On my second visit for a crown, it couldn't have been any better. Dr Uhlir was highly skilled, extremely pleasant and made it painless. His assistant Jennifer was also very skilled and super nice. Today was my first visit here and I absolutely love them! Everyone from the front desk person, hygienist and Dentist are extremely friendly and kind. Jamie was my hygienist and she was amazing. She explained everything she was doing and talked me there every step. She made me feel so comfortable. This will definitely be my new dental office.
I have been a patient for a little over 2 years. I’ve become accustomed to seeing them every month. It’s sad that my treatment is now complete. They’re like family. Always nice! The area is clean. They’re very knowledgeable and willing to assist in any way. I 10 out of 10 recommend them.

I have been going to this dentist office since I was a little girl. A lot of the old staff are gone but the warm, inviting community there at Riccobene, still remains the same. The staff there, are wonderful!
The staff here is great! Dr. Rich is one of the few dentists that doesn't worry about churning out as many patients as possible, like most dentists. He takes the time with each patient, cares for them, and is honest with his prognosis. If you don't need a procedure, he will tell you. Honest Dentist. Honest office. The hygienists are great, especially Kim. She is gentle, but thorough. My mouth feels so clean after my appointments with her.
Very pleased with the Mebane location. It is very difficult to find a dental clinic willing to deal with the VA, but they do it with grace and a smile. I never have to wait long for my appointment, and the staff is so warm and welcoming. I’m very happy with this office.
Was my first experience at a dentist in years. Had to get work done to fix pain I have been dealing with and the doctors talked me through everything. I absolutely love the way they make you feel comfortable and constantly look out for you and make sure you aren't experiencing pain. Absolute Angels.
Very happy with the performance of my hygienist. She found the problem with my gums and has taken care of it. Of course, I will have to continue treatment, but thankfully, she is taking care of me.

Hands down one of the best dentist offices our family has ever gone to. The staff from the ladies up front to everyone in the back are amazing, there’s really no words for how great everyone here is. My children absolutely love coming here to see everyone, and as soon as we leave they ask when they get to go back! Highly recommend this office!!
Place are extremely nice friendly staffs quite, no long waiting periods etc. all patients are Happy and smiles, give good vibes of thankful and joy I see the looks in patients eyes that also up lift my spirit for the best results, if I had to make a choice I would recommend my stay at Riccobe... family Dentist. Thanks for the love and care you all have for giving me the best of the best of results for my Dentures resolved immediately etc.
I had a dental cleaning done. The hygienist was very good. She was able to clean my teeth with very little discomfort to me. She actually noticed I was missing a crown. The follow up was the dentist’s confirmation. The dentist and hygienist were both pleasant and cordial.
I was 10 minutes late for the first time but they were still happy to see me and took me in almost immediately. I was given an opportunity to discuss the retainer, one vs two. They explained in detail how the new x-ray can be used to make the retainers so they fit perfectly. I have an appointment to have my braces removed but if the retainer comes in sooner, they will rebook my appointment at an earlier time.
Every staff member you come in contact with is great! The offices are so very clean and the work they do is so professional. When they are working on your mouth they always say what they are doing and keep you at ease. Prices aren’t terrible.
I would give them 10 stars if I could! It was a great first time experience for me and my son. They knew exactly who we were as we walked in and greeted us by our first names which I find to be very impressive. My son is 1 and they handled him very well for his first time check up. They made sure he was happy and comfortable. I also received good advice on foods for him to consume and juice to water ratios to maintain good enamel health. They also did an amazing job with playing with him while and keeping him busy while I was being worked on. Unfortunately my last dental location did not accept my new dental coverage. So I found this place online and they really set the bar high. I didn’t think any dental office could beat my last one. But I consider Riccobene to be our new family and we are here to stay.
No waiting. Everyone is very friendly. The dental assistant does an excellent job cleaning teeth. The dentist took time and did not try to coerce me into unneeded dental work. When work was needed, the staff took time and told me what my cost would be after insurance. Just a very good place.
The dental assistants and the Dr. did a great job as always. They were prompt efficient and friendly and courteous as always.
Absolutely fantastic experience across the board! From the greeting when I walked in, to no wait, to the tech that prep me, to the doctor that did my injections, and the amazing hygienist, I was treated with kindness, gentleness, compassion, everything was explained to me in as much detail as I could handle. I'm 64 years old and have been in a few dental offices in my time! 😋 This experience set a whole new standard. I was quite impressed last week when I came for my preliminary visit but did not leave a review until I actually had work done. I have two more procedures before the end of the month. I'm betting they go just as well. I will update. If you're searching for an honest competent clean affordable dental practice this is it!
