Barbara was amazing and helped me with my anxiety. I felt like I was truly in good hands. The dentist is never the funnest place to go, but this team genuinely makes you feel welcome.My procedure was extremely thorough and I left with a game plan to get my dental health in order. very pleased with this practice and highly recommend.
Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry provided an excellent forts experience for my 3 year old boy! The staff was great and he loved the murals of superheros on the walls!

I’ve used them twice and both experiences were beyond pleasant. Special shout-out to Patricia who was the dental assistant who took care of me this time. Friendly staff, clean facility, and the membership is priced well.
At 52 years of age, I adopted my very first dental team – at (then Riverside Dental Arts, now) Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry. Staff here are competent, respectful, and thoroughly knowledgeable in both dentistry and general medical practice. In fact, to onboard me as a client, Gabe Rich DDS prepared a unique presentation on their plan to address my onset periodontal disease – even identifying my mouth as the source of the very bacterium which caused my heart to become infected 35 years ago! No other medical doctor had EVER connected those dots before. Three years later, I am still a client – even though I now live 440 miles away during parts of the year. They made my mouth completely healthy, and I am not changing dentists. Absolutely NO demerits! Riccobene Dentistry meets my high standards, and can expect my continued business.
I had a wonderful experience here on my first visit. I was completely made to feel comfortable, I was informed all along the way and made to feel at ease despite the fact that I have high anxiety. The appointment flowed well and I am really so happy with results. I had delayed making a change when my dentist retired and now I’m sorry I delayed! Very positive experience.
One person can make a difference! Had a routine cleaning this past week. My hygienist's name was Sarah Winnick. In every way she was amazing...kind, professional, courteous and respectful. But what took the visit over the top was what happened after. Sarah meant to give me a goody bag with a special small toothbrush as I left-but she got caught up. Sarah, realizing what happened, put a toothbrush in the mail to me with a sweet hand written note which I received yesterday! I mean, HELLO?! Who does that kind of stuff these days?!! Thank you Sarah!! Great practice, great people
This is the most friendly and professional dental locations my wife and I have visited. We were initially greeted with big smiles 😄😃 and welcome from Kaitlin and Colleen. Colleen explained how my wife needed to complete the information paperwork. Kaitlin asked and brought me the famous Seattle WA coffee. What a professional greet team they both are. They demonstrate the "pain place" can be a "pleasant dental facility". Their positive professional attitude helped make us relax before meeting my wife's DDS. My wife appreciated the dentist's patient, steady method removing her initial bad molar!!! Vic Mitsuno
I was referred to Jakubek dentistry by a skilled health care professional to have some dental proecdure done. Dr. Jakubek was very skillful and got the work done with minimal/no pain and ZERO side effects, considering that many things can go wrong during the procedure that was done for me. I have been visiting him since then for the last several years, for getting annual dental exams and cleanups. His staff puts a good amount of time and effort into dental cleanups. Overall, a great experience!
Had such a wonderful experience with everyone at their office today! Everyone was so polite, professional, caring, understanding, friendly and made me feel so at ease. My hygienist explained everything she did before she did it, which was very reassuring! I’m actually looking forward to my future appointments! Thank y’all so much for your excellent patient care 💖

Always a pleasant visit at Downtown Dental! The staff is caring, courteous and genuinely kind. Dr. Rich is the best dentist I've ever had, my teeth look great and I've had transplants, caps, bonding, you name it! Never any pain either!

Dr. McCormick is my favorite dentist!! I’ve had several things done and never had a problem. She’s very sweet and sensitive to her patients. I felt myself having some anxiety during a dental procedure one time and she calmly told me to take deep breaths. She’s a very knowledgeable dentist too. I feel safe with her. The dental assistant Hope is sooooo sweet. She’s also very caring and reassuring. She just has a lovely personality. I’d recommend this dentist to family and friends!!!
Note: I have a healthy fear of dentists. However they have been working with me successfully for the pass two years. Professional, but very down to earth. They listen to your concerns. Gentle touch dentistry (my own label). I'd had a rough start the morning of my latest visit, but by the time I left the office I was laughing so hard I was in tears!! Real people!! Add on: Went today for my cleaning, met Dr. Miller for the first time, and we found out that we served in the USAF at the same time!! Didn't get to see everyone to say hello, but I left my calling card - Hope, joy and laughter!! Riccobene has become a real family dentist, as I have immediate family at several of your locations!! It's a wonderful thing!!!
I can say they have come a long ways. Customer service has not always been the best for me since I first started going here about 12 years ago, but I have been more than satisfied for the last few years. Staff are very personable and with my crazy work schedule in combination with COVID, they have been more than accommodating with needing last minute appointments or rescheduling within reason. I was just fitted for a crown on April 9th and NERVOUS, but Dr. Pruitt was so gentle and his assistant was the BEST! As always.....SALLY is the best and greeted me as soon as I walked in! Definitely the kind of professionals I would recommend to anyone.
Nobody likes to go to the Dentist, however everyone that worked with me were awesome. Jada my Hygienist is the "Best". When you leave you know that she has done everything to make sure all is well:) Also, getting more options that I didn't know were available to take care of a tooth that I'm having issues with. And getting the insurance quotes being taken care of by Rebekah Presnell-Patient Care Coordinator takes a lot of stress off of me.
I had my first appt today with Riccobene Family Dentistry ( monkey junction location) and I can honestly say it was the best dental experience I’ve had in all my life. Everyone was cheery and friendly. Dr. O has a stellar personality and made me laugh multiple times while also being professional. Ashley my hygienist was awesome! She informed me of everything she was doing and explained to me what her and the doctor meant when they were communicating in dental terms. She was very friendly and sweet. The receptionists were kind, bubbly and informative and everyone there knows what they’re doing. I highly recommend this practice to anyone because you will leave happy and with a bright smile!! I have the upmost confidence with all the staff here at Riccobene Dentistry and I look forward to giving them my business from here on out!
Dr. Rich is an excellent dentist, he treats me like family. All of them are so warm and genuine. Very friendly staff including the receptionists. I’m always excited to see them every time I visit the office!
First time at this office and I was impressed!!! Very clean facility and super friendly staff! Dr. Swan was so nice and very knowledgeable. Yasmin was my dental hygienist and she did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. Both were very professional and made me feel comfortable! 13/10 recommend this practice and Dr. Swan!!

Dr. Geeson and staff at Complete Dental are remarkable! I brought both my kids here originally and ended up transferring myself here for all our family dental needs. The atmosphere is calming and the staff really takes the time to explain every procedure and charge in depth. They also get us right back into the chair which shows they value our time. I highly recommend Complete Dental and refer this practice all the time. Thank you for making my family’s smiles a little brighter, Dr. Geeson!
The facility is brand new, beautiful, clean, and very high tech. I am looking forward to going back for my follow up! Convenient location close to 77 and in network with my insurance.
Dr. Geeson was pleasant, patient and her expertise was evident when I needed a second opinion recently. The staff were welcoming and efficient in my dealings with them. The office was a very pleasant place to wait my turn, which was timely. I was very pleased with my experience at Complete Dental!
My wife and I have had excellent dental care with Dr. Rich for many years. He and his staff are always pleasant and cordial when we come to the office for check-ups and other dental care appointments. We totally trust Dr. Rich's advice and have never been disappointed. We travel a considerable distance to come to his office and it is definitely worth it. We highly recommend this dental office.
Absolutely wonderful!! Didn't think wonderful and dentist could be in the same sentence but EVERY person I have encountered in the office from the reception area to the doctors are courteous and friendly. The doctors are attentive, informative and put the patients first!!! I honestly would give them 10 stars if that was possible and I am not a person who gives reviews.
Jennifer explained everything in detail before hand. Chris was very gentle and reassuring. Their kindness and compassion exceeded my every expectation. We've found our dentist!

Today my 8 year-old daughter had her two teeth fixed and two sealants teeth and it was for one hour. Usually my daughter doesn’t stay in one place without moving more than two minutes but with Doctor Jacqueline Garner she stayed still on the chair for one hour without getting tired or complaining about it. Doctor Garner made it fun with a lot of songes and talking about princesses which is my daughter favorite subject. It was an amazing moment . Doctor Jacqueline Garner was created to be and help kids making them happy with shiny smile. A big thank to our talented doctor and her assistant. Thanks Doctor Garner for being nice and for the perfect work.
First visit today as a new patient and I couldn't be more pleased! I was in the waiting room for less than two minutes. The staff was friendly and my Dentist was very attentive and carefully reviewed my care options. I highly recommend Riccobene Associates!

I had to bring my two young children with me to my appointment today. I was so nervous because I did not know how they would act as I was getting my cleaning done; however, the staff was amazing! They were patient with me, and assisted in looking after my kids as I was unable to for the time. Even when things did get overwhelming, they knew how to handle the situation! Through the whole process of my appointment, everything was explained to me. Any questions were answered.

Today was my first visit here and I absolutely love them! Everyone from the front desk person, hygienist and Dentist are extremely friendly and kind. Jamie was my hygienist and she was amazing. She explained everything she was doing and talked me there every step. She made me feel so comfortable. This will definitely be my new dental office.

Everyone is so happy to care for you/your child. From the moment we stepped in the door, we felt right at home. Kudos to Meagan and Dr. Rob for providing such great care to our son.
I was greeted in a friendly tone by the Receptionist at the front desk and by the entire Dental team. The Dental Assistant who did all of my ex- rays, explained everything that was shown on the Ex-ray to me. She explained the procedures and the payments and offered me the choice to have a payment plan. Thank you for your courtesy. It makes all the difference in the world when you are friendly to your patients and when you take the time to go over everything that need to be done.
Hands down one of the best dentist offices our family has ever gone to. The staff from the ladies up front to everyone in the back are amazing, there’s really no words for how great everyone here is. My children absolutely love coming here to see everyone, and as soon as we leave they ask when they get to go back! Highly recommend this office!!

Was my first experience at a dentist in years. Had to get work done to fix pain I have been dealing with and the doctors talked me through everything. I absolutely love the way they make you feel comfortable and constantly look out for you and make sure you aren't experiencing pain. Absolute Angels.
My child has been coming to the dentist since she was 4 and every experience is a pleasure. Super friendly and most of all super gentle. Dr. Gaddy is a joy to work with and always takes superb care of my little one!

Me and my husband couldn’t be more grateful! When no one else would help my husband from a horrible tooth that was hurting him beyond words and was infected they did the extraction and with short hand notice! Couldn’t thank Dr Jameson, Ms Ryan, Ms Amanda and Ms Christina enough for all they did. Even with something going crazy with the insurance Ms Amanda made it possible! Again thank y’all so much!

I had not seen a dentist in years and needed immediate help because of a horrendous toothache. Everyone was extremely helpful and explained what was happening and what to expect. They all focused on ending the pain first and I never felt judged for not keeping up with prevention. They made me comfortable and relaxed. They were also covid conscious. It was an excellent experience. Highly recommended.

This place is amazing!!! Before I got to my appointment I was so scared and nervous and emotional. When I arrived they were super nice and sweet at the front desk, checking me in. Once I got to the back to start my process of becoming a new patient it was even more amazing. I became very emotional telling my story and then hearing what services I needed to receive because of the state of my teeth and my mouth but the whole time Tabitha was listening, being very understanding and consoling to me, I felt at ease after pouring my heart out to her. She reassured me that everything was going to be ok and that it was ok for me to cry to release the emotions and that the doctors were going to take good care of me. She took all my ex-rays and pictures and she was so gentle and kind with me. Then the doctors came in and they were amazing too (so happy to be a patient there). They (doctor Austin and the other's) explained what my issues were very clearly and explained what I had available to me as choices then asked if I had questions, then they explained it all again. The pricing is also amazing! I'm not going to ramble on and on because you get it (THEY'RE AMAZING 😍🤭😁!!!) so If you're looking for a dentist go to RICCOBENE they're amazing, the service is 100%. I can't wait to go back and start my services.
The staff, dental hygienist , and dentist we saw were amazing! Incredibly thoughtful of kids’ needs/wants and highly professional. Our dentist was very communicative. Our 4 year old son keeps saying, “I love the dentist!” Yay!

I had a hard time making the switch to a local Charlotte dentist after going to the same dentistry practice in my former hometown for over 15 years. I was referred to Jakubek Dentistry from a colleague who has had some not so pleasant experiences at other local dentist offices. She convinced me to give Jakubek Dentistry a try and I will say, my expectations were exceeded, by far! The office was nice and clean, the staff was very welcoming and friendly, and Dr. Jakubek was fantastic. They got me in and out in timely manner and I did not have to wait at all. I have already recommended this dentist to a number of my friends and will continue to do so. I am so happy to have a good dentist in Charlotte now and I already have my next appointment on the schedule.
Moving to a new city and finding new doctors is never fun but, I'm really glad I found this dentist office! All the staff were awesome and especially Praewpun for being the best hygienist I've ever had. I will recommend this office to everyone!

I saw the dentist at Riccobene in Oxford for the first time for my teeth cleaning. The dental hygienist, Nicole, was so good and so thorough. The dentist, Dr. Hotic, gave me the most thorough exam that I've ever had by dentist. She took her time and explained things. I am so happy with this practice. I have finally found a dentist that I actually trust since Dr Leden retired
I have been going to Riccobene Associates for several years and have always been seen on time, treated well by all associates and appreciate the hygienists that have done a great job cleaning my teeth. As well, respect the dentists that reviewed my dental work and their presentation of options for me. As well, my sons 8 and 9 and 4 year old daughter, as well, my wife, have been treated well. The facilities are clean, tech tools the latest, plenty of parking and pleasantly comfortable waiting room.. I would recommend this as a great family dentistry and a practice with associates you can rely and trust in.
This office is the best dentist I have ever been to. Everyone is so kind and inviting. I recently had a cavity filled here and Latesha was my tech. She is so sweet and made me feel very comfortable. She and Dr. Clark talked me through the entire procedure which really helped to calm my nerves. Dr. Clark did an awesome job with the filling. It took no more than 30 minutes and I couldn’t feel a thing! I’ve also had a cleaning with Amber and she is so awesome!! Big thanks to this office for all your hard work and hospitality! You guys are the best :)
Doctor Clark And his assistant Latisha are 2 of the best people you can ever want to meet walking into a dentist office they make you feel so welcomed and relax removing all the anxieties there are coming to a dentist office. They are very helpful and explaining treatments to better your oral Hygiene health I would advise any of my friends and family to visit riccobene associates .
I’ve been coming here with my kids for more than 13 years and I will never go elsewhere! I have 4 kids, all of which love the dentist and have never been scared to go since they were toddlers! The staff is awesome and caring and very nice and welcoming! This is an amazing company, and I have found Ricobene’s every time I moved around the area, each one bringing A+ service. Never a bad experience, would recommend 100%!

I've been going to Complete Dental for about 3 years now and would not go anywhere else. They are very thorough and still quick. The facility is modern and has state of the art equipment. The staff is kind and always asking if you need anything. If you are not going to Complete Dental you are wasting your time.
The best dental care center I have ever been to. And I have bad nerves n my kids are hard to deal with but they come in and yall talk n work very good with them. I will always recommend people to yall. Thanks for working so hard with me n my babies. Yall are the best.
Great experience. When I first arrived before I even entered into the building my temperature was taken and was kindly instructed to check in. Front desk was professional. Despite the waiting room being packed I had no long wait and was called back within 5 minutes of me checking in. My dental assistant Sierra was kind, considerate, and very professional. I observed her properly sanitize all equipment before and after making a safe and clean environment for myself and other. Sierra also did a great job with advising me of everything that would take place with my appointment. I was then introduce to Dr Chanel Prince whom I would recommend to any and everyone that is looking for a dentist. Upon entering in the room she first introduced herself and was interested in while I was there today so she can meet all of my needs and answer any concerns that I had, and she did all of that and some. After having a emotional meltdown for me having ongoing dental issues with me teeth with no solution, Dr. Prince and dental assistant Chanel consoled me and reassured me that my dental issues could be fixed by replacing my teeth that I had lost throughout the years. So compassionate and professional! One word for my appointment today is WOW! I don't think you know what you have done for me, I pray that you guys are able to help me great back my health smile. Today was my second visit to the Mebane location for a cleaning, and I actually almost look forward to going to the dentist when I come here!—the staff and hygienists are so friendly, and Dr. Hunt is hilarious. I don’t ever feel like I’ve been kicked in the face by a horse when I leave, either—no pain at all! A+++Thanks, you all—see you in August! 😁
Everyone are always very pleasant and professional. It's always nice that even though everyone see plenty of people every day they still remember your name. Dr. Ressner makes sure that you are as comfortable and pain free as possible. I have never left without a smile and happy with my visit.
Yasmin is the sweetest hygienist I’ve ever had, she knows her stuff and doesn’t care to take the time to inform you on how to take care of your teeth. The dentist (Dr.Swan) is very professional and gentle. Highly recommend this dentist office. The entire staff here is super nice and helpful.
First off, I am a little nervous going to the dentist but was right away put at ease by Ms. Aury at the front desk. Such a pleasure to check in with and talk to. Wait time was very short, about 5 minutes and Ms. Giselle called me back. Never experienced a first appointment as pleasant as this. Professional but not overly so, provided the human part of the evaluation too. She totally eased all of my apprehension. Then Dr. Farhan did his exam. He listened to my concerns then explained everything to me and suggested a plan of attack. This was the best first appointment experience at a dentist I have ever had. Think I have found my permanent dentist… Wish I could give the whole office ten stars
Dr. Goldstein is absolutely amazing. I have been to several dentist about getting my front teeth fixed and they always told me I would have to invest in veneers. Dr. Goldstein fixed them without me having to go that route and i am beyond happy with all the work he has done for me thus far. I highly recommend this office and the wonderful people who work there!
I had an excellent first visit for dentures. Dr. Riccobene went above and beyond to get my imprints correct. My mouth is small and he adjusted the trays. I definitely recommend him and his staff. They were friendly, professional and kind.

This dental office is spectacular. I’ve never been to an office that provides a tour of the facility as well as coffee or water. I felt right at home as I entered the door and they actually seem to listen and care about my concerns. A+ practice for all of your dental needs.

I had an old front tooth repair that fell out on a Sunday. Dr.Shawn did an excellent repair. Looks better than ever. He takes his time getting the tooth just so, blends in, glossy. The best. And as always the staff makes you feel comfortable and welcomed
I've been to several other dental practices in town and NONE have met my expectations except this one. From an implant by Dr. Rich and future services with Dr. Puza I feel comfortable with my dental needs in their hands. My most recent visit to Downtown dental was for a dental cleaning. Karen has always done an excellent job helping me keep my teeth and gums clean and healthy. Keep up the great work!
My experience at this location, Porters Neck was very pleasant. I was treated with respect. Dr. Roberts has great chair side manners. He listened to what I had to say and I listened to his plan for my dental care. Going to any dentist is usually very unpleasant, depending on what work you need to have done. My initial visit here was a Consultation and X-rays. The next day I went back for a debridement and I think the gentleman’s name was Tim. He did an excellent job and made me feel comfortable. Looking forward to a great future relationship with Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry.
Complies with Covid rules. Very clean, filtered air. Attention to comfort and pain level. Honors my request for course of care and options. Informed me of different procedures that are possible and what can not be accomplished that is durable and comfortable.
We recently moved to the area and one of my top teeth cracked. I called Riccobene that afternoon and they worked me in first thing the next morning even though I was not an existing patient. Each person I dealt with couldn't have been more accommodating, friendly, and skilled (Dr. Desai). The work was perfectly done. I highly recommend.
Made sure I was completely comfortable the whole entire time!!! I would come back here for sure for any oral work I need. The staff was funny and caring and I felt like I was around family instead of an oral surgeon and her staff!!! I was nervous because I never been put to sleep but they made sure I was comfortable as far as a blanket anything! They care!!

Had the BEST experience at this office. Yasmin was wonderful and gentle while performing my yearly cleaning. Dr. Swan was very friendly and informative, leaving me feeling comfortable in the chair. I have always had anxiety when it comes to visits to the dentist, and I left the office feeling relaxed and well taken care of. Thank you Yasmin and Dr. Swan!
I am really happy that at last I found a place that might resolve my problems. One feels warm and comfortable just coming Inside the office. Friendly environment and staff do everything to make you feel safely. I entirely trust Dr.Clark and the whole team. Believe me, I know, what I am saying after trying other places. As a new patient to Riccobene, I can say everyone from the woman at the front desk, to our hygienist Jenny and Dr. O were wonderful. They took the time to explain what they were doing and I certainly felt like a person rather than just another patient. Jenny is hands down the best hygienist I have ever had and she was equally as wonderful with our 7 year-old. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a dental practice.
It was a great experience. I was welcomed as soon as I got there and everyone was very friendly and attentive. I felt as if I had been a patient there forever instead of it being my first visit! Jada was great and actually talked with me during my visit and made me feel so comfortable! She’s the best! I’m happy that my daughter in law Kristen Wilbourne works with such great people and recommended you to me! She also did a great job with the X-Rays. I have had problems with that at my previous office so I’m glad she took the time to make sure I was comfortable!

I went to the practice with a mouth decaying from the effects of dry mouth. I feared needing false teeth. Instead I got a beautiful mouth of real teeth, for a reasonable price. When I had difficulty, they brought me back, honoring my past investment, to make everything safe and secure. The staff is incredible. They are so kind and responsive, especially Karen, who primarily communicates with me. They have remade my night guard ten times with no gripes or fees. I appreciate and recommend DD for all your dental needs!
I have been coming to this office for years and they are some great people to have your oral care. My hygienist is the best and her name is Julia. She makes you feel very comfortable getting your teeth cleaned and is very gentle
Absolutely love Dr. Leslie at Riccobene Pediatrics! She is amazing and my daughter was immediately comfortable with her. We had the best experience with a broken tooth and repair. The dental assistant was fantastic as well. I definitely recommend Dr. Riccobene Pediatrics Dentistry.

Dr. Blessing and his staff are exceptional. I have never been treated better at any dental office. They know about my anxiety and always do their best to keep me calm, never talking bad about it or me. I would give 10 stars if possible.
