It was my first time having a major procedure and the environment was safe, inviting and comfortable. I experienced almost no pain after the procedure and both the doctor and nurse carefully explained my treatment plan. This was one of my best experiences at a dental office .
Excellent hygienist did a great job for me - gentle cleaning, and she had a great personality! Dr Smith did a thorough checkup and found an issue that had been overlooked by previous dentists for many years! Highly recommend this dental office for great customer service, professionalism, and high quality dental work!

I have waited years to go back to the dentist because I’ve always hated going. I was embarrassed and reluctant to call and schedule an appointment. I moved from out of state and needed a new dentist and I’m beyond words happy that I chose Riccobene! The customer service was absolutely nothing short of elite. When I called to schedule my appointment the lady who answered the phone couldn’t have been any sweeter. The front desk staff when I got there were so welcoming and friendly. My hygienist and my dentist both were great! I felt so comfortable and not judged at all. I’ve never had such a great experience at the dentist and will stop neglecting to go to my 6 month check ups from here on out. 11/10.
Melissa is a wonderful hygienist. She is not only extremely funny with a contagious upbeat personality, but she does a thorough job with the cleaning (which was pain-free). She also takes time to ask questions and explain things. My 16-year old son thinks she's great! Joel is a fantastic hygienist as well. Dr. Clark did my fillings and there was no discomfort at all. She checked in with me frequently to make sure I was doing okay. Very positive experience--and professional, too!
It was a great experience. I was welcomed as soon as I got there and everyone was very friendly and attentive. I felt as if I had been a patient there forever instead of it being my first visit! Jada was great and actually talked with me during my visit and made me feel so comfortable! She’s the best! I’m happy that my daughter in law Kristen Wilbourne works with such great people and recommended you to me! She also did a great job with the X-Rays. I have had problems with that at my previous office so I’m glad she took the time to make sure I was comfortable!
Fantastic and overwhelming satisfaction with Dr Miller and the whole crew and comfortable exam rooms, the room televisions are a easing bonus. I highly recommend the experience of perfection.
Every staff member you come in contact with is great! The offices are so very clean and the work they do is so professional. When they are working on your mouth they always say what they are doing and keep you at ease. Prices aren’t terrible.
Had a great experience each time I have been. They are gentle and thorough. I have a phobia of dentists. I have made them my primary dentist. all staff I have met from the gentleman at the front desk to the assistant and to the Dr, they are all professional and more than happy to help how ever they can. 5 stars. Great Dentist office.
Excellent customer service; very clean facility; knowledgeable staff; positive experience. Chris was my hygienist and I really enjoyed him. He is clearly an expert in his field but also was very gentle and calming in his work. Dr. Farhan was also a pleasure to work with; he took his time explaining my dental status. He was also patient in allowing me to ask questions. And finally, I don't remember the front desk staff members' names but they were SO NICE and welcoming! I recommend this practice!
I am SCARED TO SWATH OF DENTISTS AND NEEDLES. So I chose this dentist because they were easy to work with and plus had GREAT reviews! Everyone in there was SUPER nice! I had to have my wisdom teeth removed today and it was quick and painless! I barely felt the IV and the two dental assistants held my hand and kept me calm. They even let me take pictures with them. That I have no recollection of 🤣🤣🤣 Anyways. Everyone is FANTASTIC. If I could give 100 stars I would!
Tonya is the greatest hygienist. She believes in customer service and has become like family. I appreciate her honesty and attention to detail. I would follow her to any office. She makes the difference.
This is the best dental off I have ever experienced. The girls from the front office to the back are the sweetest. Dr. Golf and Gessen are so understanding and do what they can to make you feel good about yourself. They had 1 week to get my teeth fixed for my daughter's wedding. They a did it! I had smile just in time for the wedding pictures. They really do care about their parents. If you need help go visit them.

I have been to this office about 4 times. I had a cleaning done, two crowns built up, and a few fillings. I had been to the same dentist for 13+ years and was now changing and haven't been to one in a few years(no insurance). The staff is very nice, and are willing to go out of their way to save you time and money. The dental plan was a blessing. Thank you!!
I have finally found my dentist! Living in the Calabash area - Complete Dental Shallotte is excellent! Had a few serious dental issues but Dr.'s Geeson and Gough worked in unison to get my teeth back in order. I can't list everyone who assisted but there where a lot of support people involved. The office ladies battled it out with my insurance company to assure that I received what I was entitled to and I thank them for that! Everyone there is personable and professional!

I have been a patient at Riccobene family dentistry at the Garner location for almost 8 yrs. My children are also patients and my grandchildren are patients at Brush and Floss! I have never been disappointed. Everyone is amazing and the customer service is exceptional! Great job everyone! I refer this location to everyone I know and meet.
I broke a tooth. I was immediately set at ease. Received Excellent care!! I needed a crown and could not ask for better service from Dr . Johnson and Stephanie!! Immediate assistance. Warm welcome from from everyone. Kindness and humor. Highly Recommend this Dentistry!!!

I live in Porters Neck and I am very happy and comforted at having such a caring and professional Dental group to go to. Riccobene Associates is wonderful! I experienced very bad treatments at O2 Dental, which is more like a factory and needed to follow-up because my gums were getting worse. A co-worker said how happy her Mother was with Riccobene Associates. I saw Dr. Roberts and he was gentle and kind. He didn’t push anything. He truly cared about helping me. I saw Colleen and she did such a good cleaning and I’m seeing her again and she will be maintaining my gums. I have no more bleeding!! I received a special toothpaste, complimentary from Dr. Roberts and a packet from Colleen, which I NEVER received from O2 Dental. I would highly recommend this group for everyone! experienced a soreness in my gum a week after having a cleaning done, called their office and they immediately offered to see me (got there in 15 minutes) and was taken back for examination. Turned out that I'd bitten down on granola nut that irritated the gum, NOT AN INFECTION. I was impressed with their concern and the way they handled my anxiety. Also want to recognize Tammy (or Tamora hard to hear a name thru a mask) who was phenomenal, along with Dr. Austin. Much appreciated! I'm a new client but definitely impressed with their professional but caring attitude.
We were greeted with a smile and seated promptly for our appointment. Such a clean and friendly environment. You can really feel the genuine care from the staff from the front to the back. Everything ran smooth throughout the appointment and we are looking forward to our next appointment.
Dr. Geeson took over my dental care after a bad experience during my first visit to a different dental practice. I needed to have a crown installed on a tooth already having a very large old filling, because drilling away new decay on that tooth meant the tooth could no longer support the old filling. In addition to thoroughly explaining the work that needed to be done, one can immediatley see that Dr. Geeson exhibits extensive and up-to-date training, experience, and confidence in the work she is performing. I had no pain during the preparation of the tooth for the temporary crown. The temporary crown that was made in the office was remarkably so much like the original tooth that it was hard to believe it wasn't my original tooth. The same was true for the permanent crown when it was installed. And there was no pain after the visit in either the temporary crown or the permanent crown. Obviously I am very happy with the dental care being provided by Dr. Geeson and her staff.
I want to commend Aubrey for her positive energy and being the first point of contact. She is very pleasant and polite. I want to commend April for her excellent service during my first visit. She went above and beyond to assist with a “crazy “ situation that was out of both of our control as we were waiting for X-rays from another location. April did an excellent job cleaning my teeth! I want to commend Jesse for my recent cleaning, excellent service and recommendations regarding an alternative option to a dental matter.
“Absolutely Amazing!!!” is an understatement. This dentist office should be the billboard for dentistry’s. The staff are so professional and highly skilled. From the moment I called Alexis set the tone for the appointment. She was very helpful and has wonderful customer service skills. Dr. Bakshi is also heaven sent. During my appointment she answered all of my questions and thoroughly walked me through my appointment along the way. I can tell she really cares to treat her patients. Rose is also wonderful who assisted throughout my appointment. The new employee at the front was also helpful by giving me tips to help out in the future. I’m so pleased with the service I received today and I’m truly grateful I found this office. It’s also very nice inside which is another plus! Thank you again Riccobene Associates! I’ve found my dentist home! Follow up...first, let me start with this is not a paid review (you can view my other reviews). I genuinely have a high level of respect and gratitude for this dentistry. This was our first time visiting this practice. From the lady who greeted us to the hygienist who came out and spoke to me about my Son, I was very impressed. He had a great first visit.

Had my 6 month check-up/cleaning today. Dockside has a very nice new look on the inside waiting room and some changes throughout. Also, my dental hygienist, Hope, is absolutely amazing every time I come for my visit. Very personable! I am not a fan of any dentist office,but my experience here has changed my mind. Very courteous, professional, and quick. I felt very relaxed and that they had my best interests in mind. I will definitely be returning.

I was traveling and required emergency dental work. The attention and service I received at this office was exceptional. They were expedient and professional during my entire visit. If I resided in the area this would be my choice for a resident dentist.
I had a wonderful experience at Downtown Dental. I was very nervous before the appointment and was put at ease when I walked in to find Michelle and Karen greeting me with warm smiles. The hygienist, Karen, was also very knowledgeable. I pointed out how I had different areas of sensitivity along my gum lines and she was able to pin point when and why the areas were sensitive, dating back to the days I got my braces (about 25 years ago)! Upon checking out, Michelle answered all my questions about the logistics of my upcoming work, as well as all the financial aspects. She took the time to make a me a table with the best options that would work for me financially, and that was incredibly helpful. All of my questions were answered concisely, in a way I understood and felt good about the work I plan to do in the future.
I don't usually write reviews but I felt like I needed to on this one. I had a difficult tooth extraction recently as well as fillings done. The doctor and the assistant who helped with my surgery were all so nice and patient with me. The surgery went well and I'm recovering nicely.They are also so helpful and understanding because I am also a healthcare worker and sometimes my schedule is super busy. Awesome job guys!

I’ve been going to Riccobene Associates for a few yrs, today I saw Ari as my Hygienist, he did a fabulous job cleaning my teeth. I love the warm water dental pick, that was a new for me, but I loved it. Ari was a new hygienist for me, he was friendly, warm and informative. No cavities, Ari told me to keep up the good work. The dentist Dr. McCullough was very warm and friendly as well. I will continue to visit Riccobene Associates for yrs to come, so should you!
Quick and painless tooth extraction. They guided me through the whole process and kept me informed on every step along the way. I will definitely continue using them! Dr. Rima Solank is by far the best experience I have had with a dentist. She was very friendly and kind with my appointment. I will definitely be asking preferably for her services. Although this was the first time at the Dentistry , I have to admit prior to this everyone has been professional and I have been treated with courtesy. During this visit I was extremely impressed because I was made to feel very comfortable and appreciated and the dentist and the dental hygienist made me feel very secure and that they knew exactly what needed to be done and they went over these things with me. I'm very confident in their measures of competency and look forward to having procedures done with them in the future

This place has been absolutely perfect for me. All service members are friendly and easy to communicate with. Dr. Ball and his assistants were so kind and encouraging during the application of my braces. They also were able to offer me a simple and very affordable payment plan for my treatment. I have been going to this dentist office since I was a little girl. A lot of the old staff are gone but the warm, inviting community there at Riccobene, still remains the same. The staff there, are wonderful!
I can't say enough good things about my experience here, especially with Leah Gray, who I've now seen twice! She is so thorough and patient with all my questions, so I never feel rushed. She has excellent bedside manner and is so personable. It really helps me feel comfortable working with someone who remembers who I am as a person and the details about my dental history. I've had some distrust of dentists in the past, especially concerns that I was being pushed to agree to unnecessary procedures. But Leah takes the time to explain exactly what is happening, so I have confidence in making a choice about what procedures to agree to; plus, I've learned so much about my own dental care and what I could be doing better. I recently had to undergo an uncomfortable procedure and really wanted to proceed without any pain management, because I like to avoid medication unless absolutely necessary. Leah was incredibly patient with me, listened to all of my concerns, and gave me breaks when I needed it. Because I was nervous about this procedure, I really appreciated how calm she was and never made me feel rushed or pushed into using medication when I didn't want to. They are also really great about explaining exactly what is covered by my insurance, so I am never surprised by my bill. I would absolutely recommend Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry, especially Leah.
My family has been customers for nearly 3 years. I find the overall experience at Riccobene Dentistry at Monkey Junction has been great. The Front Staff and Ladies at Check-out are professional and friendly. The Dental Hygienists and Dentists do a really good work and I’ve noticed some new equipment lately. The entire staff seem to really like their work environment and it shows with their positive attitude and the smiles you receive. My son just got braces and he really doesn’t mind going to Riccobene :)
The staff are always friendly and I was able to get what I wanted done with a walk-in! They do great work and make sure that you understand what they are saying/doing! With every visit they make sure that you are comfortable.
Had my teeth cleaned by Melissa and she not only did a quick and efficient job of getting the areas a brush or floss can't reach, but was extremely helpful and informative about what I can control and what I can't. Dr. Clark was also wonderful in personalizing a treatment plan based on my priorities. Excellent staff- even at checkout and appt scheduling. I was quite impressed.
I have loved my experience at Riccobene! Just moving to the area in the past year, I was lost on where to go for a dentist and a coworker recommended Riccobene. Every person I have met that works there is so kind and helpful. It is by far the best dentist experience I have ever had! Update: I want to thank Ms. Margarita Davenport for being the kindest dental hygienist I’ve ever met. She made me enjoy my visit so much!
I have always enjoyed my experience with the staff at Riccobene. I am pleased with the service, professionalism and kindness. They are concerned about your comfort as well as giving you information and understanding. I've have yet to wait more than 5 minutes for my service weather I've been 5 minutes early or 5 minutes late. Maybe just great timing or day or maybe they don't over book and leave a window between clients to allow a smooth transition. They do a great job and my teeth look and feel great. Go see for yourself!

Last week I visited this office. Dr Hunt is a great doctor and his assistant Alisa made me feel comfortable in the dental chair for the first time in my life! Thanks to her, I'm so comfortable at the dentist now. I for once look forward to returning!! Thank you Dr Hunt and Alisa!
I went there and I think they are awesome the dentist is very thorough very polite very reassuring very understanding talk to me through everything needed to be done guaranteed me that everything will be fine maybe feel more comfortable about the procedures I have to have done they like to make a plan and I think that's reassuring knowing that each time you go in there what is going to happen to each visit. The only thing I can say that I don't like is I have to go in to get more antibiotics each time but I'm sure that is their protocol and so I'm willing to go with that because I don't want to lose an awesome dentist and I think this practice is awesome playing blunt and simple you guys should try them I'm telling you you'll be overly 😁
Arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment and in 2 minutes I was called back to have a tooth extracted. Dr. blessing and his nurse were efficient, explained everything they were doing. It was a totally painless extraction with impressions for a denture. I was done, paid and out the door in one hr. And 10 minutes. Totally pleased!
I did a lot of research for my husband and I on best dentist in the Wilimington area. I read almost all the reviews(honey you got to the careful who you allow in your mouth) and everyone had positive reviews. I said to myself this can't be not one person had nothing bad to say. I will book and see what the vibe is about. Went to the building with so much positive energy. Karen took really good care of me. Everything about my experience with her was 10 stars. I recommend Karen she is outstanding, and very experience. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BOOK YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.....

This practice is so nice! The office is brand new so it is very nice & neat inside. Alexis at the front desk is so sweet & very accommodating as well the hygienists & the dr. They take their time with you & address all concerns you might have. It’s nice to feel like you’re not just another set of teeth but you’re actually cared for at your dentist! Definitely recommend!!

I was very impressed with the kindness and friendliness when I walked in for the first time. The front desk and assistants were very kind, helpful and professional. Dr Miller is a very down to earth, gracious man who is very confident in his diagnosis and offers a very affordable remedy. The equipment is state of the art brand new. Love the tv on the ceiling! I would highly recommend this establishment for fine dental care and a nice chat or 2 with very nice people.

The courtesy and patience means alit when your at any doctors or dentist appointment and it is very well executed from the sign in to the procedure. I really love coming here for all my dental needs and yes I have convinced my husband and children to switch over to Riccobene for their dental needs. They are always on time. If your appointment is at 10? You are in the chair starting the procedure. Friendly personnel from the phone call to the receptionist to the dental hygienist. Hell! Even the dentist had a great sense of humor. Speaking of the dental hygienist, she went about her work as a true professional.
I love this practice! I went in today for a crown adjustment and saw Dr. McCormack and she was amazing! Each and every time that I've been here the people have been so nice that I would recommend them to anyone looking for a sympathetic dentist. I suffer from extreme anxiety and going to the dentist is no easy feat, so when you get people that are extremely happy to be where they are - you know it. I've never liked a dentist as much as I did Dr. McCormack and maybe it's because she was fixing something that was giving me extreme pain, but she was also mellow and had such a calm demeanor. Even though she had 2 others rooms, she made me feel like she wasn't in a hurry. Thank y'all for making this anxiety riddled patient feel at ease!

As always, Riccobene Dentistry for Kids did an excellent job taking care of my son today. A couple of weeks ago I took my three boys (twins 9 and 21 month old) in for their cleaning. The staff was very friendly and informative. I appreciate that everyone had on mask and checked temperatures upon arrival. I returned today because one of the twins had to have a tooth removed. On the way there he stated that the dentist office we used to go to scared him (had to change due to different insurance provider) but he didn't feel scared at the new dentist. I appreciate the care and patience they provide and would recommend them to anyone with a child of any age. Thank you Riccobene Dentistry for Kids!😁
This group is the very best I have been to ! Going to continue with them they are awesome listening to my requests of being scared and not liking Dentist’ they paying attention to my needs! I love my guy, I have a small mouth and have bone growth in my mouth? They were especially great on that and I was thankful they cared about it! It’s painful getting a exam of my teeth! When I have bone growth in my gums !
I have been going to this practice for many years. Dr. Rich and staff have continued the tradition of fine care, welcoming, efficient, cooperative, and accommodating staffing, and a wholly pleasant experience - as dental experiences should be! Thank you to all of you!
I’ve been going to Dr. Jakubek’s office for almost a decade now. His team is friendly and always ready for each appointment. And he does amazing work! I had him replace some crowns I got when I was younger and they looked much better than what I had. I highly recommend him for your dental needs.
Sherrie was my hygienist that cleaned my teeth today. She was patient, kind , understanding, and made me feel comfortable during my visit. She along with Dr. Williams are the reason I will continue to come back to Riccobene for future care. Highly recommend.
Everyone is so sweet here! My daughter was scared of the elevator so once we got up there the fun art work on the walls, etc. made her very happy! She didn’t like the teeth cleaning part but that’s to be expected of a two year old, they made it very easy for me though which is super helpful for a stressed out mama of two!
They were all very friendly start to finish! Called and had an appointment for the next morning for my son.
