It not everyday you can go in a place a feel like it’s a home alway from home. Today was my first time ever going to this dentist office and I felt as if I’ve known the associates in this office for years. The place is so clean and so welcoming that you instantly become comfortable and forget what you were there for. Even the patients that were leaving and waiting to be seen were friendly. If Disney channel had a sitcom of a dentist office, this would be it. First day there and I already look forward to many more visits. I definitely love this office.
Brittney did a great job again!!!! Very pleasant experience from the front desk to the exit window. All employees were very nice and helpful. Only Dentist I actually enjoy visiting......
Nikki was absolutely the best she was patient and kind and went out of her way to help with my first visit and a crown that came off this am. Dr Farhan was the best dentist I’ve ever went to. He explained in detail everything and he suggested a treatment plan and Nikki explained the treatment plan he made for me and I am delighted at this decision. You will not be disappointed with this Dental Office; call and make an appointment today!
Awesome experience. Dr. Rogers and the entire staff was very friendly. They thoroughly went through my entire procedure and explanation. I would highly recommend them for all your dental needs!
Due to COVID the waiting area has been stripped down to only what's necessary. Kind of a bummer but safety is more important. The walls are beautifully painted with Disney scenes and characters. TVs in the ceiling provide a distraction for the kids during the appointment. Dr. Garner was great as usual, she is professional, energetic and engaging. She explains recovery procedures and expected treatment outcomes thoroughly while answering any questions you may have immediately. Sarah was calm and professional which helped my guy with his anxiousness. They were both reassuring and supportive when my son needed to be calmed.
My daughter and I both love Riccobene Assoc. Family Dentistry!! They are gentle with her, yet explanatory (she likes to know what they are doing at all times). I highly recommend their services if you need an outstanding dental office! Their front desk staff, dental hygienists, dentists and other support staff are all amazing! Thank you for such a great experience!

I just wanted to tell others of my overwhelming excellent experience at Riccobene Burlington. I came in for a cleaning and a very sensitive tooth. Aleia gave me an exceptional cleaning then assisted Dr.Swan with testing my tooth. After testing Dr.Swan told me that I needed a root canal. I agreed. He then checked with the staff and found that he could do it THAT VERY AFTERNOON! I was stunned. That kind of service in today’s times! Dr. Swan was efficient, precise and thorough. All of the staff went out of the way to be nice and considerate, something that I’ve not experienced in the last 3 offices that I’ve been to. Which is why I’ve changed locations. I’ll definitely stay at this office as long as these professionals are there!
“Absolutely Amazing!!!” is an understatement. This dentist office should be the billboard for dentistry’s. The staff are so professional and highly skilled. From the moment I called Alexis set the tone for the appointment. She was very helpful and has wonderful customer service skills. Dr. Bakshi is also heaven sent. During my appointment she answered all of my questions and thoroughly walked me through my appointment along the way. I can tell she really cares to treat her patients. Rose is also wonderful who assisted throughout my appointment. The new employee at the front was also helpful by giving me tips to help out in the future. I’m so pleased with the service I received today and I’m truly grateful I found this office. It’s also very nice inside which is another plus! Thank you again Riccobene Associates! I’ve found my dentist home! Follow up...first, let me start with this is not a paid review (you can view my other reviews). I genuinely have a high level of respect and gratitude for this dentistry. The best dental experiences I have ever had! ALL of the staff were smiling( even behind the mask, you could tell), lol I am petrified of going to the dentist, just walking in the door is hard to accomplish. But the staff are kind, compassionate and very sympathetic!! They are always attentive and understand my phobias related to horrible past traumatic dental experiences. So if you have a dentist phobia, this is the place to go! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!
We went to Riccobene today for the first time - because our past dentist’s office recently closed. We were pleased with all the staff and dentists. They worked me and two of my kiddos through quickly - the cleanings were well done. My husband also visited their office a few weeks ago - and was pleased with the experience from start to finish!
I called for an appointment for a tooth that was bothering me two days before Thanksgiving they got me in and fixed the dislodged filling and scheduled me for my cleaning the next week! All this after another Dentist office in the area canceled my appointment that I had made 2 weeks prior for the same concern which was worse by now but wanted me to come in for a cleaning??!! I was hurting!! Thank God Riccobene fitted me in.
The staff was great..very comfortable place..they are the best..if you want a good dentist office..go to visit them..my wife sent me there and I was impressed...
The staff at Riccobene in Apex is very professional, courteous, and friendly. I never wait long in the patient lounge, and my visits are always quick and easy. They make the whole process of visiting the dentist as close to pleasant as it can possibly be! My appointment today was for a filling and I scheduled it in the middle of my work day. I was in and out in just over 30 minutes! I appreciate the efficiency and the care from the dentist and his hygienist. I highly recommend Riccobene Associates, and especially the conveniently located office in Apex.
Due to a terrifying experience earlier in life, I am horribIy petrified of ANY dentist!!!! Yesterday I had four teeth extracted by Dr. Jameson - - - he was like Houdini! I sat in the chair shaking before he came in, and before I knew it I was finished ! He and his assistant made sure I was relaxed and felt no pain !!! They were both fantastic and the rest of the staff are as sweet and efficient as possible. Thank you all. Kari especially made it all come together sweetly and without a hint of pressure. Thank you all !!!
Quick and painless tooth extraction. They guided me through the whole process and kept me informed on every step along the way. I will definitely continue using them! Just hopefully no more extractions ;) 5 Stars to the whole team, Doctors, Assistants and the women upfront were super polite and professional.
Love, love LOVE Downtown Dental. Very warm and inviting office from the time you enter and are greeted by Karen. They do not overbook so you may only have a couple of minutes to wait. Karen, the hygienist, is very gentle and the best one I've ever had. Dr. Puza is wonderful and explains everything while doing a procedure and answers all questions. Dental assistants (forget names) are also very professional, gentle and caring. Office manager, Michelle, went above and beyond in helping me with a billing problem with insurer. Very pleased with this dental office & would highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist.
Dr Steve did my crown and root canal. He explained each step as he went along which gave me comfort in knowing how much longer the procedure would be. I didn’t feel the numbing shot I think I got excellent care.

I have been seeing Dr. Jorgenson for several years. She is a fantastic dentist and is very concerned with her patients. She is kind, caring and careful not to cause any pain. Highly recommend her and the team.
Took my 5 year old and 8 year old. Everyone was wonderful. The Pediatric area was set up nice and very kid friendly with toy story on the walls. The dental hygienists were very nice. The dentist was amazing. Very friendly with the children and very informative. My son has a rare condition and the dentist actually knew what it was and was very familiar with it. Gave me great confidence in him! Very happy to continue to go here.
I had not seen a dentist in years and needed immediate help because of a horrendous toothache. Everyone was extremely helpful and explained what was happening and what to expect. They all focused on ending the pain first and I never felt judged for not keeping up with prevention. They made me comfortable and relaxed. They were also covid conscious. It was an excellent experience. Highly recommended.

I came in today for a root canal. The dentist prescribed me some Ativan to take an hour before my procedure so I could be more relaxed. It’s usually difficult for me to get numb, but he was awesome and got me numb and I only felt pressure. He did an awesome job! Highly recommend!
Dr Mitchell is great. He knows all procedures concerning dentistry. His services are quick, high quality with long lasting effect. Me and my husband have been his clients for years. We are very picky when it comes to our teeth) Finally I found time to write a review😁

Everyone is super nice and caring. They have a great attitude and work hard to make your experience easy and relaxing. I just had a crown done and even though my insurance doesn't cover this procedure the tryed to get me the best price available. No hidden fees for unnecessary work to be done dentist was very professional and personal.Will definitely be back hopefully when I get the final crown everything will be the same.
Dr Rich is very professional with years of experience and always friendly even when the staff play pranks on him. (Fox in Bathroom) Terry, Missy, and all the staff make you feel like you are with family. They share many years of experience together and work as a team. I've been a patient for over 20 years and look forward to each appointment.
A friendly and knowledgeable staff always welcomes me at check in . The Dentist and assistant were aware of my nerves and calmed me during the procedure. Made sure I was pain free as possible . I will recommend them to friends and family .
The staff were very caring when I went in for an emergent situation. They explained my treatment options clearly and payments options. They went above and beyond to relax an older lady with dental anxiety. Their concern for their patients is genuine.

My experience at this location, Porters Neck was very pleasant. I was treated with respect. Dr. Roberts has great chair side manners. He listened to what I had to say and I listened to his plan for my dental care. Going to any dentist is usually very unpleasant, depending on what work you need to have done. My initial visit here was a Consultation and X-rays. The next day I went back for a debridement and I think the gentleman’s name was Tim. He did an excellent job and made me feel comfortable. Looking forward to a great future relationship with Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry.
I walked in off the street as a new patient with 2 abscessed teeth. I was in tremendous pain. They were absolutely super! Dr. Goldstein was fantastic. I have found a new home for my dental needs! It was without a doubt the best dental experience of my life. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and attention to my situation. Professional, courteous, and kind just can't be beat. I had a wonderful experience. Dr. Pruitt and his assistant Amy did a great job taking out my wisdom tooth! They were both very professional and nice and made me feel very relaxed.
This dental practice is by far the best I have ever been to. Katie was a phenomenal hygienist she took her time cleaning my teeth and was more thorough than any other dental hygienist I have ever been to. I immediately was impressed with Dr. Collins. She is amazing as well. I highly recommend this dental office. I would never consider going anywhere else.
Going to the dentist can be like going to get an oil change-you go in expecting to get one thing and then they try to upsell you on several other things that you never asked for. After a previous experience with an apparent dollar-focused dental clinic, I was relieved to find in Riccobene an honest, straightforward practice. So here's a quick snapshot of my Riccobene experience. Customer service: Top tier! Ms. Nikki, the office manager, is amazing. She was awesome with handling the transfer of my case. Ms. Aury at the front desk is very warm and welcoming. Dr. Farhan was knowledgeable and polite. Mr. Chris, the dental hygienist, was extremely thorough in my cleaning. Scheduling: On point! Whereas many other offices had a waiting period of up to two months, I was able to get in within a week of calling. Environment: Very elegant decor with the latest cutting-edge technology. Services: Chef's kiss! My deep cleaning left me feeling like a new person. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and am happy to have found my new dental home.
I love this place. The people I've met are always super friendly and my kids are always taken care. I have one child who was afraid of the numbing process but this place made sure he was comfortable and explained everything to him. This is a great dentist for children and adults I highly recommend. They are awesome. There pretty fast aswell normally spend an hr here every visit.
I was a little nervous to go get my teeth cleaned since I hadn’t been to the dentist in 3 years, but I was very pleasantly surprised today. Everyone at Riccobene Associates was friendly and efficient. My cleaning was relatively painless. I even have a cavity but I’m looking forward to getting it taken care of in a month or so.

I was thoroughly pleased with my visit. Believe me I did not want to come for my deep cleaning but my hygienist Lisa and Dr. Nazario were my angels today. Dr. Nazario listens and he works to make sure you receive the best service. Lisa did a thorough job. She really helps me feel comfortable and her suggestions to help me stay calm really has been a blessing to me.
Originally went in to have a tooth extracted because was told by another dentist in the area that it couldn’t be saved. Dr McCormack assured me it could and all the assistants Stephanie, Morgan and Hailey were great during the process. I definitely recommend the entire office and instead of having a empty space in the front of lower teeth I have a new crown and better self confidence about smiling. Thanks everyone!!!
I hadn’t been to the dentist in awhile and needed a cleaning ASAP. They got me in ASAP against being booked. I walked in the following day and was serviced right away. All the staff were friendly and my teeth look amazing! The hygienist really took her time throughly and carefully cleaning my teeth and gums. I am really impressed as I very rarely leave reviews. I am now motivated to keep up with my cleanings with this dentistry!
I had a great experience with Jennifer my dental hygentist. She was very attentive, and asked often about my pain level. The office staff is always great.
I'm not one that loves the dentist im sure alot of people feel the same. I decided to come to Riccobene Associates and it was the best decision I made. I felt so at home and every one there was so welcoming and nice. I will continue to return and be a part of their family. Dr. O and Ms. Sarah have cured my fear of seeing a dentist. Such a comfortable atmosphere, they took the time to listen, calm my anxiety, not once did I feel rushed while asking all my questions ;) Teeth cleaning was a breeze, though embarrassed I waited so long. I’m moving my entire family to this practice. One more thing, I was expecting to wait at least 45 minutes in the lobby, nope right on time!!! This practice will not disappoint!

I normally hate going to the dentist and it gives me so much anxiety. They were great. It was a great experience from the time I called to set up the appointment and they picked up the phone. I would refer my friends and family here.
First and foremost my girls and I absolutely love this office. Not one time have we entered through their doors and not been greeted with a warm smile and a welcome. Its such a clean positive atmosphere. I have to brag on my children’s hygienist Tracy she is theeee most sweetest individual I think I’ve ever met she treats my girls as if they are hers and we all know a dentist office can be so scary for a child but my girls light up and are always so happy to talk too, tell her about all of their little adventures and just to see Mrs. Tracy. I appreciate her positive attitude and being so kind and sweet to my baby girls. She makes their little visits seem like a fun play date each and every time.
The dental assistants and the Dr. did a great job as always. They were prompt efficient and friendly and courteous as always.
This was by far the BEST experience I have ever had going to the dentist! The staff was incredible - Emily could not have been kinder and more helpful during my booking and check-in - and Carin - my hygienist was exceptional! She was thorough, friendly, and put every bit of my anxiety to rest. Dr. Adam Smigiel (and Stella of course!) made the whole experience a joy and I left feeling amazed and grateful to find my new dentist!

Excellent customer service; very clean facility; knowledgeable staff; positive experience. Chris was my hygienist and I really enjoyed him. He is clearly an expert in his field but also was very gentle and calming in his work. Dr. Farhan was also a pleasure to work with; he took his time explaining my dental status. He was also patient in allowing me to ask questions. And finally, I don't remember the front desk staff members' names but they were SO NICE and welcoming! I recommend this practice!
Today was my 2 year old son’s first visit to the dentist. Everyone made it such a pleasant experience. He felt comfortable and was very cooperative. I have to thank the amazing staff!!! I love this office. My family has had nothing but the best experiences.
Dr. Sheri McCormack and her team are the best! She does outstanding work! She did an exceptional job on my two front teeth. I have had work done on those same teeth with my previous dentist who I had been with for 15 years or more, and they never looked this good. What an Awesome Staff as well! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The Care Team there are most professional and this office certainly has advanced modern dentistry equipment. Had to find a new dentist because of my new insurance. I was reluctant at first, but all of my visits have been great. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and my procedures were done quickly and painlessly.

My children have had severe anxiety issues with dental care. Dr. Garner is a top notch pro when it comes to easing the minds and hearts of our little ones! All of the staff at Riccobene are so warm and friendly that the kids now look forward to their dental appointments. They’ve got the most beautiful hand painted murals in each office, too! We have been going to Ricobene's for over 10 years. We are a family of 5 so we have had lots of appointments and we have never been dissatisfied or had any problems with anything at the McGee's Crossroads Office. Everyone is always polite, professional and kind. The work has always been excellent, even the routine cleanings.
Best experience I’ve had at a dentist in a long time! I woke up and needed dental treatment for same day. I called in as a new patient and was greeted with a very sincere welcome from the receptionist. Upon arriving I was met by very friendly and attentive staff! I felt comfortable the whole time and I am completely satisfied with my dental work! Thank you so much! One person can make a difference! Had a routine cleaning this past week. My hygienist's name was Sarah Winnick. In every way she was amazing...kind, professional, courteous and respectful. But what took the visit over the top was what happened after. Sarah meant to give me a goody bag with a special small toothbrush as I left-but she got caught up. Sarah, realizing what happened, put a toothbrush in the mail to me with a sweet hand written note which I received yesterday! I mean, HELLO?! Who does that kind of stuff these days?!! Thank you Sarah!! Great practice, great people
In my experience with dentist offices I was not comfortable and very scared. Today when I visited the office of Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry, I felt at home. Courtney was very friendly and professional. I would recommend anyone services with this dentist office. I had a very bad experience growing up visiting the dentist. I use to dread going to a visit. After today I will make sure I am at every visit scheduled. I love your team!!! KUDDOS
My young daughter has high anxiety and needed a tooth pulled. I was first referred out to get her sedated, but the wait times were too long. We opted to give the nitrous oxide of a try. Dr. Ron was AMAZING with her! After the gas kicked in, he was able to get her tooth out without her even really knowing. He was calm and talked her through every thing he was doing in terms she understood and accepted. I highly recommend them!
I have never enjoyed going to a dentist office until today. My entire visit was awesome. They even walked me through my insurance to help me understand what I’d owe and schedule it out so I wasn’t paying too much at once or missing out on cash from my benefits. Just lovely!
I have lived all over the world and NEVER have I had such exceptional dental service. The outstanding customer care and attention to detail made this a truly enjoyable experience. I have been a patient of Dr. Jakubek for a number of years now and I have never gone in fear or left disappointed by the care and service. The front desk staff is friendly, the hygienists thorough and careful and Dr. Jakubek is all of those. I would and have recommended him to others.
I have been going to Six Forks Smiles dentistry for a few years now and have always had a very positive experience. Friendly staff, beautiful waiting area, but most importantly honest employees who are not just trying to get your money by up selling dental services or worse telling you that you need services that you don’t. I have had that happen at other dental offices and I fully trust Six Forks Smiles to be honest and do a good quality job when I do need work done.

We moved here about 3 years ago- finding new doctors is not an easy thing! I must say, we got so lucky to have found Hampstead Family Dentistry! Every time we are there they make us feel so welcome and special. They always remember us and chat like friends...we are not just another patient to them. It's really helps when your kind of nervous about going the dentist! Not to mention, we never have to wait more then a few minutes before being called back. They value an appointment time and for a very busy family like us, that is very appreciated! Thank you all!
It was my first time having a major procedure and the environment was safe, inviting and comfortable. I experienced almost no pain after the procedure and both the doctor and nurse carefully explained my treatment plan. This was one of my best experiences at a dental office .
I love this dental office! I was a dental technician for 14 years and worked with amazing dentists in Northern Va, I feel like a dental “snob”.... Dr Rich is an amazing, honest dentist who thinks about the big picture not just a money sign. If he can save the tooth he will rather than go quickly to a crown. That is a honest man! Mindy, the Hygienist, is amazing and very gentle! The staff is very kind and friendly and Dana who seems to be Dr Rich’s side kick is amazing as well! I love this office and have recommended them to all I know! We even have our family from NOVA hoping to make Dr Rich their dentist! The office is very clean and homey, not all the bells and whistles but you are not paying for that as well! I would rather honesty and trust in your dr and that is what you receive at this dental Office! I could not recommend them more highly! I LOVE THIS OFFICE, DR AND STAFF!!!! Give them a try, you will love them!

I recently moved to the Ocean Isle Beach/Sunset Beach area and was looking for a new dentist. Most dentist I called in these areas were either not taking new patients or had a 6 month or longer waiting period. I read the reviews of Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry in Southport, NC and gave them a call. They were quick to get me and my wife seen. Upon arrival at our appointment, we had a very pleasant experience with the receptionist, the hygienist and the dentist. They accept most insurances and have a wide range of medical and cosmetic treatments. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a new dentist.

We’ve gone to Riccobene for years and always had a good experience, but nothing to rave about until recently. Let me tell you, Dr. Garner is a true gem! You can tell she loves what she does and loves the kids and making the dentist a fun experience. My son, who is 8 and had so much fear for years of going to the dentist just absolutely loved her! He had to have several cavities treated and Dr. Garner and the staff made it a breeze for him! During the treatment he even told her how good she is at her job! Thank you Dr. Garner for making it a great experience!
This place is like the Lebron James of Dentist Offices. Staff was super cool, explained things and broke everything down to where I could understand, and everyone was very helpful! Dental assistant Natasha was very friendly and allowed me to use her EarPods when mine didn’t work. This helped my anxiety level immensely during my procedure. Dr. Hucal was able to fit me in today for a root canal instead of having me come back. He was very compassionate.
This office and team never disappoint. Samantha is such a caring hygienist and always so informative of each process. I'm always anxious and somehow everyone there makes me feel so comfortable. Seamless process , thank you all!!
First time visit with my toddler and they were so pleasant and easy to work with. She got a bit fussy at first when they sat her back but she quickly became comfortable given their smiles and gentle demeanor. Extra plus: they didn’t mom shame me when my two young children ran the waiting room like...well, two young children, while I filled out paperwork and simultaneously listened to a work zoom call. Extra plus for a multiple-tasking momma! Glad we found this place!
Tiffany Dental Hygienist absolutely amazing! Kind and extremely skilled. She helped my child feel confident and comfortable throughout the dental check up. Kristin Mzin, DDS professional and reassuring. These highly skilled ladies are the best that I have experienced since taking my child to the dentist. My dental hygienist Mrs Thornton, got me in, got me a plan, and has started to execute. Her service and care has been impeccable. I even was even able to listen to the elements…. Earth Wind and Fire while getting work done!!! Never had service like this and recommend to everyone.

The staff always displays very high professionalism and knowledge of what they're doing. They always welcome me and greet me as I come in to there office. My daughter has been here twice and has fallen in love with this place! The staff is very nice and talks to my child so she feels comfortable about what they are going to do. If I have any questions or need help suggestions, the dentist is there to help me! I love that!

I have never been to a place where you feel welcomed from the time they call on the phone to verify appointment to the time you leave the appointment. Interactions with the staff was pleasant. They made me feel so comfortable during the visit. I will recommend them to all who are seeking a new dental office.
Dr. T and Lauren did a nice job preparing my front teeth for crowns. My front teeth had grown ragged over time and there were visible fractures which could easily lead to a cracked or broken tooth (both would be extremely painful). Dr. T was generous with lidocaine and it was a nearly pain-free experience. I am looking forward to receiving the crowns in a couple weeks and having a brighter smile. Thank you ladies!! :-)
This was our first time visiting this practice. From the lady who greeted us to the hygienist who came out and spoke to me about my Son, I was very impressed. He had a great first visit.
My overall experience was great! The office itself is clan and the staff was fantastic. Dr. Anderson and his team made sure that my surgery was a success and it was. I had questions after getting home so I called and left them a message. Immediately, I received a return call with all my questions answered, furthermore reassuring me everything was okay. I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Anderson to anyone who is looking to get their wisdom teeth removed.

I was 10 minutes late for the first time but they were still happy to see me and took me in almost immediately. I was given an opportunity to discuss the retainer, one vs two. They explained in detail how the new x-ray can be used to make the retainers so they fit perfectly. I have an appointment to have my braces removed but if the retainer comes in sooner, they will rebook my appointment at an earlier time.
Nobody likes to go to the Dentist, however everyone that worked with me were awesome. Jada my Hygienist is the "Best". When you leave you know that she has done everything to make sure all is well:) Also, getting more options that I didn't know were available to take care of a tooth that I'm having issues with. And getting the insurance quotes being taken care of by Rebekah Presnell-Patient Care Coordinator takes a lot of stress off of me.
Jada is phenomenal with children and adults! Always a warm and welcome environment. The dentist are amazing! We love it!
