Very impressed with the entire experience. I’ve been a patient with Riccobene for a couple of years, but was going to their Porters Neck location. I loved them and was worried about starting over at a new location. Today was my first experience in Clayton, which was terrific. Loved my hygienist and the doctor. The entire staff was awesome. Highly recommend this location!
This office deserves above 5 stars, the staff and Doctor were so kind! Best experience at this office hands down! I highly recommend the hygienist Hope, to all small children! It was my daughters first time ever at a dentist office and it was a success! She will definitely remember this day forever! Thank you Dockside Dental for treating us so well!
I'm a long-time patient and recently had a cavity fixed. For the first time since I can remember, I wasn't all "tightened" up in the chair. I was relaxed, because the atmosphere was very relaxing. I appreciate the service I received during this visit, made a world of difference.
First off, I have high anxiety going to the dentist. The staff at Riccobene put me at ease. They were very kind, supportive and patient. Would highly recommend them. Actually, looking forward to my next appointment!
Staff and doctor are courteous and address concerns. Feel I am getting comprehensive care. The office and exam rooms are clean and organized. Also, They take my Medicare insurance!!!
My son was referred to this location for a sedation consultation. We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Jacqueline Garner. We look forward to going back for the procedure he needs.
I have to admit that I have always had issues with my teeth. Today was one of the best experiences going to the dentist. The dental hygienist was caring, thorough, and she wasn’t satisfied until she reached her goal. It wasn’t painful as usual. So I am very happy with my visit today.
Emily did a deep clean on my teeth today. She is AWESOME. Dr. Houcal did my novocaine. He has a gentle touch. Teeth feel and look great. Emily is fun to talk to and made me feel very comfortable during the whole process. Great team Thanks.
Dr. Blessing and his staff are exceptional. I have never been treated better at any dental office. They know about my anxiety and always do their best to keep me calm, never talking bad about it or me. I would give 10 stars if possible.
Going to the dentist hasn't been one of my favorite things to do. However, Downtown Dental has changed that. I actually look forward to going because of the great customer service and attention to every one of my Dental concerns. A very clear discussion about my treatment plan is always throughly discussed. I trust Downtown Dental and have been going to them for over 3 years. I look forward to many more years of excellent dental care. Thank you Downtown Dental for making my dental visits a good experience.
Dr Mitchell is great. He knows all procedures concerning dentistry. His services are quick, high quality with long lasting effect. Me and my husband have been his clients for years. We are very picky when it comes to our teeth) Finally I found time to write a review😁
JC and Bree were absolutely amazing. Not only were they patient with my son and made his visit fun and informative but they were also very supportive of me as a parent. I really needed their energy today. God bless them both!
This place was amazing and accommodated me and my kids with conversations, television for the kids, easy to understand feedback and a beautiful office!! I will be bringing my whole family to this office for any of our dental needs!
Just had a wisdom tooth removal with these guys and what a great experience! Professional, attentive, and great bedside manners. The process was easy and the doctor talked to me throughout the entire time. I felt comfortable and safe. Super happy with my experience overall and wouldn’t dare go anywhere other than here for my future removals/oral needs.
I just visited today and had an amazing service. Starting from the tech who did my x-ray to the hygienist, Quiana, to the Dr. They were wonderful and amazing. I have definitely found the right dental office for my family and I.

My child has been coming to the dentist since she was 4 and every experience is a pleasure. Super friendly and most of all super gentle. Dr. Gaddy is a joy to work with and always takes superb care of my little one!
The first visit was very well coordinated and every employee made you feel relaxed. Extremely helpful with explanations and very proficient with their jobs. I would highly recommend their services.
My family has been customers for nearly 3 years. I find the overall experience at Riccobene Dentistry at Monkey Junction has been great. The Front Staff and Ladies at Check-out are professional and friendly. The Dental Hygienists and Dentists do a really good work and I’ve noticed some new equipment lately. The entire staff seem to really like their work environment and it shows with their positive attitude and the smiles you receive. My son just got braces and he really doesn’t mind going to Riccobene :)
I had a dental emergency, a cracked filling directly in the front. Thank God and Riccobene staff got me in a very short amount of time and resolved my problem.? Thank you again for your courtesy and excellent dental repair I am smiling again.😁😁
The staff are always friendly and I was able to get what I wanted done with a walk-in! They do great work and make sure that you understand what they are saying/doing! With every visit they make sure that you are comfortable.
Dr Steve did my crown and root canal. He explained each step as he went along which gave me comfort in knowing how much longer the procedure would be. I didn’t feel the numbing shot I think I got excellent care.
Love this dentist office! They have a cool castle/ dragons/ knight theme going on and just redid the entry to look like you're walking into the castle. TVs for the kids and private rooms for any work beyond cleanings. We've seen Dr. Leslie and Dr. Garner and love them both. All the dental hygienists and front desk staff are wonderful too! They are kind and great with the kids, even my fairly difficult son :)
I have been going here for a couple of years. They are always very nice and welcoming. They work as a team and are very good. Always nice to go there.

This was by far the BEST experience I have ever had going to the dentist! The staff was incredible - Emily could not have been kinder and more helpful during my booking and check-in - and Carin - my hygienist was exceptional! She was thorough, friendly, and put every bit of my anxiety to rest. Dr. Adam Smigiel (and Stella of course!) made the whole experience a joy and I left feeling amazed and grateful to find my new dentist!

What a wonderful staff, everyone is super friendly from the minute you open the door you are greeted by two ladies who handle all the daily activities very professionally. When you are taken to your room for whatever procedure you are there for, again you meet friendly and courteous personnel they perform their assigned task with care and empathy. And Dr. Rich you hit the jackpot, you will never meet a more talented and devoted Dentist. We consider Dr. Rich and his his staff a blessing.

One person can make a difference! Had a routine cleaning this past week. My hygienist's name was Sarah Winnick. In every way she was amazing...kind, professional, courteous and respectful. But what took the visit over the top was what happened after. Sarah meant to give me a goody bag with a special small toothbrush as I left-but she got caught up. Sarah, realizing what happened, put a toothbrush in the mail to me with a sweet hand written note which I received yesterday! I mean, HELLO?! Who does that kind of stuff these days?!! Thank you Sarah!! Great practice, great people

Very good experience. Had tooth extraction. I’m usually quite nervous, but I was not so much today. Dr. N. was quite gentle and made sure I had no pain. And his assistant amazing; answered all my questions and put me at ease.
From making the initial call to the office visit to the staff, this was an amazing experience and I don’t say that lightly because I hate going to the dentist! The staff was friendly. The place was clean. They were extremely understanding, no judgment Zone no shaming, no guilt. …Highly recommend!
This appointment was for my children who have not had very good experiences with dentists in the past. The car that was taken to make them feel welcomed and comfortable almost brought me to tears. Everyone and I mean everyone from the front desk receptionist to the dental assistants to the dentist made my children feel so good that they are ready to return. I loved the way they talked to me as an adult but also explained every single thing to my children before and after they had done it, in easy-to-understand terms.
It was my first visit here in Ricobene and I was so impressed by how professional all staffs were and very friendly as well. My hygienist, Courtney Alford has gentle hands and made my cleaning experience a very pleasant one. She has this caring attitude that made me relax throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend Ricobene Dentistry to friends and those who are looking still for dental services.
I can’t say enough great things about the doctor and their assistant! From the moment you walk in, the office feels bright, welcoming, and impeccably clean. The entire team is friendly, professional, and truly makes you feel at ease. Dr. Marone has such a kind, calming manner and takes the time to explain everything clearly, making sure you feel comfortable with each step of your care.
My girls love going to the dentist. It took a couple to find the best but Dr Garner is the best. We have had the best experience ever visit. The dental assistants are always the nicest to and do everything to make your little ones feel safe. They have friendly people at the front desk. Just a great dentist office all around. The painting on the walls is beautiful. If nothing else just go by and walk in and check it out. You get transferred into another place. Each room is also beautifully painted to keep the kids calm and invited. Go see her and her team at Riccobene Kids in Cary!!!!!!!!
For as unpleasant as having your teeth drilled can be, the dentists and dental assistants made it a pleasant experience. I was very pleased with how friendly all of the staff is and their thorough attention to detail throughout the entire process.

I have never had a unpleasant experience at your dental office, even when I had a root canal by previous dentist. It's always a pleasure to see Hope, who is a very good friend, and did I mention a very good hygenist. I drive 500 miles when I have to go to the dentist, and I would drive 1000 if I had to to come to your office. I met the new dentist, and he is great.
The hygienist was pleasant and efficient. The dentist was thorough. The bill was smaller than expected. What more could one want?

I had historically dreaded the dentist and went maybe every other year. Since I joined Riccobene, I’m faithful to my six month appointments and actually enjoy going. I highly recommend them!
This office is the best dentist I have ever been to. Everyone is so kind and inviting. I recently had a cavity filled here and Latesha was my tech. She is so sweet and made me feel very comfortable. She and Dr. Clark talked me through the entire procedure which really helped to calm my nerves. Dr. Clark did an awesome job with the filling. It took no more than 30 minutes and I couldn’t feel a thing! I’ve also had a cleaning with Amber and she is so awesome!! Big thanks to this office for all your hard work and hospitality! You guys are the best :)
Had such a great experience at Riccobene. My hygienist was so pleasant and kept me informed of everything she was doing and why. She was very gentle. The dentist was very nice, he has a great beside manner. Would highly recommend.
Recently moved to Raleigh, needed a dentist, and Riccobene was recommended. My husband needs a lot of work, so we had to find a proficient practitioner. Well, we found it! From our first appointments, the staff made us feel welcome and totally at ease. Every step is gone over ,and the staff makes sure you understand. They are extremely conscientious regarding cost and insurance. I want to give an A+ to the entire staff, from the doctors to the front desk. I don’t want to do individual shoutouts because I don’t want to leave anyone out! It’s a fabulous team and we highly recommend it !
It was one of the best experiences ever. Dr. Holmes did a great job. I live in Seattle WA, and came to visit NC to attend a wedding from a staff memeber. They took care of me as if i was a regular patient with open arms. I just loved the staff and wish I was still living in NC. The service was top notch and they even did a follow up call the next day to check on my recovery. I highly recommend them if you ever need dental care or a smile 😃
Dr Nazario is the best Dentist ever Be complete so much dental work on my mouth without any pain at all he have great chair side manners and I will definitely refer him to all my family and friends

A friend recommended the practice a while ago...did some research and came across Dr. Clark---just wonderful! My twins had great experiences. Dr Viloria and his staff were great. They were professional and did a good job including explaining so many my questions about my treatment plan . Highly recommend to everyone to see them.
The walls are beautifully painted with Disney scenes and characters. TVs in the ceiling provide a distraction for the kids during the appointment. Dr. Garner was great as usual, she is professional, energetic and engaging. She explains recovery procedures and expected treatment outcomes thoroughly while answering any questions you may have immediately. Sarah was calm and professional which helped my guy with his anxiousness. They were both reassuring and supportive when my son needed to be calmed.

I was looking for a new dental home that was in network with my insurance and I must say I am happy to have found one. Dr. Conti is an AMAZING dentist who is all about talking you through every step, allowing patients time to ask questions for understanding and giving the best treatment for his patients. The front desk is friendly and inviting and the dental assistants are awesome too. I was completely satisfied with the work I got done!

The Knightdale location is the BEST! My children are so comfortable when we visit. My children never dread going to the dentist at this location. The front desk staff, dentists and dental assistants are always the most pleasant. The dentists always speak to my children in a way that they understand and they let them know the procedures step-by-step. I am also a patient and have had the best experiences. 👌🏾 I highly recommend. 10 out of 10.
I was impressed with my dental visit on January 26, 2022. This is the most impressive dental office I have ever been in. Everything is so modern and the most friendly staff I have ever have ever encountered. Everyone is so professional. I will recommend this office to everyone.

I am from out of state and had a tooth break. I called Riccobene Associates because they accepted my insurance. Was nervous going into a strange office but was pleasantly surprised. Everyone treated me like I was a regular patient. The nurse and Doc were great. They were so kind and compassionate to a stranger. If you are looking for a new dentist office, I would highly recommend this office.

The staff overall Has been polite and understanding. Don't judge your teeth; they give you advice. I've been to about a total of 6 dentistry, and I don't think I'll be switching anytime soon.
Best Dentist I have gone to so far. All the staff are very nice. My husband and I were able to get an appointment very quickly for being new patients. They got us in within the week. The staff also made it so that my husband and I can go at the same time and day. I would recommend them 100%. 😊
It was a smooth and relaxing appt. I was told every detail before it happened as well as the cost. I appreciated the entire visit.
They were very courteous. I also believe they went above and beyond in making sure Covid was not brought into the facility. Very thorough exam, and then went into detail showing me the results and recommendations. I have already recommended them to my wife. Went back in for a cleaning and fillings. Again very impressed, a lot better than previous dentists.

This was my first visit to Riccobene Dentistry, and they did not disappoint! I needed to find a new dentist in the NETWORK due to retirement and chose them by reading their stellar reviews. My hygienist was the most efficient dental hygienist I have ever had clean my teeth with no unpleasantness. I really liked my dentist, who was also very pleasant and informative. Dr. Bassham and Sheletta have done fabulous work with my orthodontic Invisalign care. I have recently completed my treatment and now have perfectly straight teeth thanks to their efforts and training. They welcomed questions and always guided the treatment to my best personal outcome. If you are looking for a dentist that will take time to learn and hear you, and not see you as just a number, then go see them.

Great place. Dr. Smigiel pulled 2 teeth and didn’t feel a thing. Made a temporary bridge that looks great. Aimee is the greatest dental assistant. Returned to get fitted for a bridge. Wore the temp bridge for 4 weeks. The permanent bridge was put in yesterday. It looks and feels great. Dr. Smigiel did a great job.
My children have had severe anxiety issues with dental care. Dr. Garner is a top notch pro when it comes to easing the minds and hearts of our little ones! All of the staff at Riccobene are so warm and friendly that the kids now look forward to their dental appointments. They’ve got the most beautiful hand painted murals in each office, too! I started my journey in January of this year to get my bad, painful and crooked teeth out and have partials put in. Dr. Dawson and his team did an excellent job. This past Friday, I received my new teeth. I must say they are just beautiful and have given me confidence that I have not had in a long long time. The journey was long, and thank God for masks, but in the end, the way Dr. Dawson recommended letting my mouth heal completely, made all the difference in the world. From day one, my teeth fit and feel perfect. They really have your best interest as top priority. I wish I had been coming here all along. Thank you thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart.
The staff was friendly and professional. My wait was not too long. I felt no pain during my precedure. No needle was involved,. That made me happy because I am so afraid of them. I think I am going to like this dentist office.
First visit was awesome. Nikki and staff makes check in process smooth and very comfortable. They are the sweetest. Any questions ask and you will get a response with a nice attitude. Brenda the dental hygienist was very nice and sweet. Dr. Farhan also is a nice and sweet. They make a dentist visit more relaxing. If I can give 10 stars I will.

The office had the most friendly staff and created a warm environment for my child. My 2 year old felt so comfortable he was able to lay down for the duration of the appointment with no issue. That just speaks to the warmth and care that was provided by everyone in the office from the front desk, to the dental assistants and hygienists all the way up to the doctors. Would highly recommend this location to anyone!
Knowledgeable and extremely compassionate from check-in to check-out. I had my first appt today with Riccobene Family Dentistry ( monkey junction location) and I can honestly say it was the best dental experience I’ve had in all my life. Everyone was cheery and friendly. Dr. O has a stellar personality and made me laugh multiple times while also being professional. Ashley my hygienist was awesome! She informed me of everything she was doing and explained to me what her and the doctor meant when they were communicating in dental terms. She was very friendly and sweet. The receptionists were kind, bubbly and informative and everyone there knows what they’re doing. I highly recommend this practice to anyone because you will leave happy and with a bright smile!! I have the upmost confidence with all the staff here at Riccobene Dentistry and I look forward to giving them my business from here on out!

Went to Riccobene for a second opinion on needing a root canal. I saw a wonderful interim dentist named Dr. Lundahl, I wish he was staying but he was incredibly thoughtful and I hope to get to see him again someday! The rest of the staff was also incredibly kind. New patient setup was a breeze- all right from my phone! Loved the lack of paperwork! The office was very clean and well decorated, lots of chairs for everyone to sit. My visit confirmed the need for a root canal & crown- and I have gone ahead scheduled it with the Knightdale office, as their price was even better than the original office I received a quote from (Lane & Assoc). My boyfriend goes to the Clayton location and that's how I found out about Riccobene. They are definitely my new permanent dentist office. Highly recommended to anyone seeking high quality care with affordable prices!
This was the first time my two year old went to the dentist and I was looking for some place special and we found it here. From the time we opened the door I knew she would love it. It was just so colorful and bright and everyone was so welcoming. The staff was friendly and tried to make her feel so comfortable from the start. I’ve been taking my daughter here for a few years now and after 10 years of not going to the dentist, I finally started going myself. The doctors and the staff here are great! I took my daughter to three other dentist and this has been my best experience out of the three. They truly care about you here and are not just trying to make money. Very genuine staff members

My dental hygienist Mrs Thornton, got me in, got me a plan, and has started to execute. Her service and care has been impeccable. I even was even able to listen to the elements…. Earth Wind and Fire while getting work done!!! Never had service like this and recommend to everyone.
