I’ve used them twice and both experiences were beyond pleasant. Special shout-out to Patricia who was the dental assistant who took care of me this time. Friendly staff, clean facility, and the membership is priced well.
This particular office was recommended to me by a close friend. It was certainly worth my time! The front office staff was so friendly and the hygienist made me feel really comfortable as did the overall atmosphere of the office. This really is a five-star dentist office!!!
Professional, courteous, informative, patient and most of all caring. I did not feel like I was being rushed to the checkout line. I'd highly recommend this place if you need dental work done!

This is a great dentist. Did an appointment on line to find out that it didn't go through. I showed up for my 8:00 am appointment and she told me she couldn't find me, but immediately found me an appointment so that I wouldn't have to reschedule. Didn't have to wait a long time. They are very friendly and efficient.
So thrilled to find this Dentist Office! The entire staff was amazing. I have a LOT of anxiety about visiting the Dentist, because of this I put off visits which only perpetuates and worsens any issues I have. The front desk staff was informative, patient, kind and very professional. The Hygienist that did my x-rays and cleaning was above and beyond what I could've asked for. She was so patient with me and answered all of my questions and talked me through everything. The Dentist/Doctor was wonderful as well, everyone has me feeling so much better about the work I have planned out and actually looking forward to bettering my dental health moving forward. Thank you all for being amazing!
Not like the Dentist is anyone’s favorite place, but they are awesome there. I have been going there for 5 years. Everyone is friendly And the facility is always extremely clean. I’ve had different hygienists and everyone of them have been professional and done a great job. For Dentist I have had Dr. Williams and Dr. Runyon And I have never received better care of my life. I’ve had everything done there from fillings to crowns and I am completely happy with all services. Also I would like to recognize Red at the des., She is always there with a smile and first to help.
Best dentist office that I have been to. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Clean and spaceful waiting area and patient rooms. Alexis & Barbara are the best, always make my visits upbeat and fun...
I called for an appointment for a tooth that was bothering me two days before Thanksgiving they got me in and fixed the dislodged filling and scheduled me for my cleaning the next week! All this after another Dentist office in the area canceled my appointment that I had made 2 weeks prior for the same concern which was worse by now but wanted me to come in for a cleaning??!! I was hurting!! Thank God Riccobene fitted me in.
JC and Bree were absolutely amazing. Not only were they patient with my son and made his visit fun and informative but they were also very supportive of me as a parent. I really needed their energy today. God bless them both!
Dr Hunt is the best dentist I have ever had and cares about his work. And how the patient looks afterwards, takes his time. I love Riccobene and Associate I highly recommend them. I went back on the 16th to get my temporary crown fixed. The staff was very nice and my Dentist Mr Hunt fixed it with no problem. Very clean facility caring team, been with them for a couple of years and highly recommend this facility and team.

My appointment today was a positive experience as always. The check-in process began with a positive greeting from the receptionist followed by Covid-19 screening concluding with a few documents to sign. I only had to wait approximately 10-15 minutes before o was introduced to Renee who was my dental hygienist. She was very professional, personable, easy to talk too, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I felt a connection to her being a Marine Corps Veteran because she shared stories with me about how her husband was prior military and how she wanted to even join the military herself. What struck me most was about how she cared for me and the passion she had for all of her patients. I felt in today’s environment it was truly rare to meet such a special person. She is a great asset to the Riccobene staff. Dr. Lee was my dentist responsible for replacing a crown that served its purpose. Dr. Lee and his assistant did a fantastic job making sure I was doing fine throughout the process. They too made me feel very comfortable the entire procedure sharing what I was experiencing along with some humorous stories of their. Great place for your dental needs. I’ve been a patient for about 4 years now, would definitely recommend them to my friends and have no intentions of going anywhere else. Randy R. Griffin
Dr. Clifton Ball is amazing. He is not only encouraging but also very motivating throughout the orthodontic treatment. His entire staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dr. Clifton Ball and his team for orthodontic treatments.
I was greeted in a friendly tone by the Receptionist at the front desk and by the entire Dental team. The Dental Assistant who did all of my ex- rays, explained everything that was shown on the Ex-ray to me. She explained the procedures and the payments and offered me the choice to have a payment plan. Thank you for your courtesy. It makes all the difference in the world when you are friendly to your patients and when you take the time to go over everything that need to be done.
Amazing place. Had tooth pain in a crown. Got me in the next morning and had my root canal done the next day. Totally painless. No issues with billing which is always nice. Friendly staff.
Kaitlin is my hygienist and she is amazing! She always does a great job and is super knowledgeable and super friendly!She even mom lectured me on the importance of flossing, lol. I really feel like the staff there actually cares about my oral hygiene. They made my experience pleasant and I definitely would recommend them!
I cannot say much about the expertise of Dr. Smith but her ethics and her approach to dental health is extraordinary! You will find a dentist who truly cares about YOU as a person and not a dental patient whose teeth need work. I highly recommend her.
I took my son here after his regular dentist said he needed to have his wisdom teeth removed. We were referred to 2 oral surgeons who we didn’t end up going with for multiple reasons. I’m so glad I found Riccobene in garner. They are all so nice and welcoming, and made my son feel at ease, which is a big bonus considering he has major anxiety. Everything went smoothly, from insurance to surgery to the last check up appointment after his surgery. I highly recommend Riccobene in garner, if I could give them 100 stars I would. My 2 daughters will be needing theirs removed soon and I will definitely be bringing them here!!
The best dentist in town! I never write reviews, but I have to for Dr. Jakubek and his staff. I have been going there for over 8 years now. They are always sooo friendly and accommodating. They also have a beautiful and inviting office.
I had an amazing experience with Harold & Associates!. The staff is amazing. My Dental Assistant is the best and my Dentist hands down is awesome. They both are the reason I will return and finish ALL my dental work within the next 60 days! I'm a happy patient! PJ G
Everyone is super nice and caring. They have a great attitude and work hard to make your experience easy and relaxing. I just had a crown done and even though my insurance doesn't cover this procedure the tryed to get me the best price available. No hidden fees for unnecessary work to be done dentist was very professional and personal.Will definitely be back hopefully when I get the final crown everything will be the same.
I love my family dentistry, they're the best. The family fixed my chip tooth , l have a gold crown and can't stop smiling now. I recommend others to go to the family and the staff are super friendly l love them , you all want be disappointed.
The hygienists and dentists are really good with kids. They answer all my questions and address any concerns I have about my child’s teeth. In addition, they try their best to make the experience fun and enjoyable for the kids. Always a great experience when we go.
Dr. Blessings was just that, a blessing. From our consultation to the actual procedure, we were shown kindness and compassion. I could not have asked for a better experience for my daughter. Also, the front desk staff is spectacular. I had to bring my 2 year old along and she did well for a while but started to get antsy. One of the ladies at the desk saw a need and met it. She brought out a small toy that kept my daughter entertained for the remainder of the time we were there. If we lived closer, I'd bring my whole family to this office!

The staff here is amazing and so patient. My daughter has lots of anxiety around going to dentist and Dr. Garner and the team really helped to reassure us that they will keep working with us until my daughter feels more comfortable. They helped me as a parent feel less frustrated and I am so appreciative of their efforts. We are new to the area and with so many transitions already it's nice to know we have found a great dental home! Update from our 3rd appointment! 3rd times a charm! Staff again was so patient with my daughter and she actually wanted to go back by herself. She got her teeth cleaned and did xrays! Words can't express how grateful I am for the staff here!
I took my 15 year old daughter to the falls of nuese office and she had a very positive experience. The dental hygienist (I can't remember her name!) Was the sweetest woman, put my daughter who has pretty extreme anxiety at ease. Very understanding and compassionate office staff. Thank you!
This Riccobene office in Apex, NC is the best Riccobene office around. Everyone was helpful, nice and laughed with me. Who expects to laugh at the dentist office!!! Making my smile better. Need I say more, nope 😁

I was very impressed with my visit on 12/6/2021. I was a little nervous before they got started with the fillings but things went very well and I was relaxed and soon done!
The hygiene staff and providers at this location were very engaging and supportive. They did their best to make the experience as pleasant and comfortable for me as possible. Special shout out to Adrienne for her kindness, gentle touch and soothing demeanor!
Fantastic staff and really neat facility. I had a minor dental emergency and Olivia got me in the same week to make sure it stayed a minor dental emergency. While in, the power started to flicker due to an intense thunderstorm. The dental hygienist talked me through her plans for how to finish quickly and without power if it went out all the way. I mean, I would have waited, but it was nice to know there was a running plan! :) Dentist came in and was quick and friendly. Ends up my broken teeth could only be polished and smoothed, which she did quickly and painlessly. Thank you to the very wonderful staff here! Overall super impressed.
Firstly, I just would like to say how absolutely PHENOMENAL the staff was. As soon as I walked up to the counter, I was greeted with such warmth and kindness! I was directed to the next counter and they immediately knew who I was. They sent me all the necessary information, medical, and insurance documents ahead of time, so my check-in process was quick and easy. I was there for an emergency wisdom teeth extraction and was very nervous. The sweetest dental assistant assured me I would be just fine. (I wish I could remember everyone's name, so I'm so sorry for the lack of identifications in this review!) When they called me back, she sat me down and explained the entire procedure to me, step-by-step. I knew exactly what to expect and she even gave me a rundown of my post-op instructions. She was very thorough and patient and consistently checked in to see if I had any questions. Dr. Anderson (the dentist who performed my procedure) came in soon after and greeted me with so much warmth, I could have hugged him! (Did I mention that my original appointment was set for March 15th and when I reached out to him ahead of time and let him know how much pain I was having, they managed to slot me in the VERY NEXT DAY?!?!) Anyways, Dr. Anderson came in, brought me a blanket and gave me a full rundown of my x-rays and thoroughly explained what was happening. He assured me, however, that my procedure would not be difficult and that I was in good hands. The CRNA came in and OMG, she had the brightest personality! She told me what she was there to do and told me exactly what would be in my IV and why. She then got me hooked up and before I knew it, I was waking up at my mom's house LOL. Either way, I am so grateful to this amazing team and I would recommend them again, and again and again! (BTW as a bonus -- their office is so CLEAN and GORGEOUS!) Thank you so much, Dr. Anderson and the rest of the Riccobene staff!
Great dental with Dr.NICOLE Williams and Katie at Riccobene. Dr.NICOLE WIlliams at Riccobene is amazing. I needed work today and was extremely nervous. Her numbing technique makes it a very comfortable experience. She was patient and kind and understanding. She used distraction techniques and talked me through it with distractions using visualizing and breathing. Of course I was topically numbed first also. Katie the dental hygienist was also just as amazing with explaining everything and showing me the X-rays. She took her time and was gentle also. They worked together as a great team and I left feeling very calm and satisfied.
What a great dental experience! Staff were all very helpful and friendly, and made sure to be aware of my time and comfort level throughout the entire process. Would strongly recommend!
Great experience and wonderful staff! It was my first time here, and I called in and needed an appointment ASAP. Nikki was so helpful and kind to squeeze me in their schedule the same day. Que and Dr. Farhan were very knowledgeable, accommodating and addressed all medical needs, with appropriate bed side manner. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly - thanks y’all!
They’re always helpful and nice! Chandra was my hygienist today and she was awesome! Dr. Miller is kind and funny! I left other dentist because they’re only open Monday-Thursday 7:00am-3:00. Most Normal people can’t go during those hours especially if you work 2 jobs. Riccobene is open until 5:00 everyday. This makes my life easier!

One of the best dental practice I ever experienced, and I was made to feel welcome by everyone I met. If I lived in Rocky Mount, I would hope to become a regular patient of yours. I’m here visiting friends and they highly recommend your practice, and I’m sure glad they did!
I can not say enough wonderful things about the staff here at Riccobene!! From the nurse, to hygienist to the dr ! All were very friendly, helpful and concerned for my son. They were running a little behind but made it a point to pop in every few minutes to update us. The nurse even went above and beyond and called me after the appointment to let me know she ordered my sons presciption as well as called me later in to make sure I picked it up as well as followed up the following day to see how he was doing and again on the third day. We will be bringing ourselves and all 5 of our children here! Thank you !!!
I did a lot of research for my husband and I on best dentist in the Wilimington area. I read almost all the reviews(honey you got to the careful who you allow in your mouth) and everyone had positive reviews. I said to myself this can't be not one person had nothing bad to say. I will book and see what the vibe is about. Went to the building with so much positive energy. Karen took really good care of me. Everything about my experience with her was 10 stars. I recommend Karen she is outstanding, and very experience. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BOOK YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.....
Had oral surgery at the Garner office last week. The staff are amazing, soo friendly and awesome at what they do. Needed to get in today at the last minute. I was worked in, got there 30min early and they took me right back. Wish I could give more stars!

My five year old has been to the dentist multiple times and this is the first time that he let anyone actually clean his teeth. The atmosphere was great and so inviting for kids. The dental assistants were patient and explained everything to my five and three year old. It was a great experience for all three of my kids!

After chipping my front tooth I visited the office for the first time. I was able to get my teeth whiten and my chipped tooth fixed within 2 weeks of each other. The staff were friendly and professional. I will be recommend anyone one looking for a dental office to give this place a shot as they out performed my expectations.
I have been a satisfied patient in my local office in Selma, Nc. In addition, my children have been cared for many years. I have been able to get top rate dental preventive n emergency care every visit or regular cleaning reminders n followups. Parking is clean. Reception is a great and calls are answered. Bathrooms are available and kept clean. I love my hygienists. I get treated very well and always feel comfortable. I believe in every dentist I see during different visits. I have favorite dentist, but I am happy to see who is available for my needs. I would recommend everyone to view site or make appt if you need their help in Smithfield Clayton Garner areas. I live in Princeton NC so its only 15 drive every time. Thanks for keeping me smiling!
I have not been to the dentist in a very long time! I went as a first time patient today and ended up with two extractions! I was extremely nervous. Both the Dentist and her assistant truly made me feel comfortable.
I recently moved to the Ocean Isle Beach/Sunset Beach area and was looking for a new dentist. Most dentist I called in these areas were either not taking new patients or had a 6 month or longer waiting period. I read the reviews of Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry in Southport, NC and gave them a call. They were quick to get me and my wife seen. Upon arrival at our appointment, we had a very pleasant experience with the receptionist, the hygienist and the dentist. They accept most insurances and have a wide range of medical and cosmetic treatments. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a new dentist.
They are so good with my kids. They always try to keep them calm, happy and not scared. Everything is explained and they always so patient.

The staff is amazing!! If I could give more stars I would. Briana, Kristen and Donna were super considerate of my situation(my teeth are bad) but they never judge or complained about my situation even though they were very busy. My first experience was great and I trust them to help me with my smile journey. Thanks again ladies for making me feel comfortable. Most times I make an appointment with the dentist and leave from the waiting room but everyone was truly wonderful!
This is the first dentist office I have ever been to and been completely comfortable. My teeth REALLY needed some attention. They didn’t make me feel judged or uncomfortable. They didn’t do the treatment plan that was most expensive they did the treatment plan best for me and my schedule and my dental health. I would recommend them to anyone.
Everyone was so nice. The front office lady, the hygienist, etc. I wish I could remember my hygienist name but she was the sweetest, we were just chatting the whole time. They made me feel really comfortable being that I hadn’t visited the dentist in a while. I’ll definitely be back.
These guys are the best. Have been going to Hampstead Family Dentistry for close to 20 years, and some of the same great employees are still there! Goes to show their commitment to customer service and family-like atmosphere. Dr. Warren is very knowledgeable and professional, as well. Highly recommend!
As far as dental visits go they were very accommodating and professional and seemed to really care about me as a patient. They were also very cordial and respectful while making good conversation...pleasant staff all around.
Very caring office and couldn't have been more pleased with Michelle Holmes. When you loose a front tooth cap at a Christmas party it's an emergency situation. I was seen in the office as soon as possible and put back together. I will stay with Michelle and her office for all my dental needs. I'm grateful for my friend who referred her.
Dr. Garner is always a pleasure to interact with! She effortlessly connected with my anxious daughter (who doesn’t enjoy going to the dentist) and made her feel comfortable and safe while doing her exam. The dental assistants were patient and courteous, taking the time to explain billing and what insurance would/would not cover. Coming here is always a treat because they are very capable at handling pediatric needs. The office itself has a detailed fantasy motif, with knights, dragons and princesses abounding. Thank you for always making it enjoyable!
I recently took my 90 year old mom to Riccobene and I can't believe that going to the dentist could be such a great experience. We both actually felt at home being treated so kindly by every staff person, lots of smiles and laughter. At the same time everyone was very professional in explaining all the procedures and even letting my mom who had been a dental hygienist back in the day look at her X-ray pictures. Mom's treatment plan was discussed thoroughly and looking forward to our return visit.
Went in for a routine cleaning at 8am and was walking out the door at 8:48am. My hygienists Joel was awesome!! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
We drove from Goldsboro (about 30 minutes) and it was WELL worth it. They were prompt and professional, but also fun, informative, and absolutely wonderful with my child who was very anxious about the whole experience. We definitely look forward to coming back to them for many years to come. COVID protocol was in place, everything was clean and aesthetically pleasing. I want one of the fun kid rooms and a prize next time 😂 I'm perpetually a kid at heart! 😁 Would recommend 10/10!
Went to Riccobene for a second opinion on needing a root canal. I saw a wonderful interim dentist named Dr. Lundahl, I wish he was staying but he was incredibly thoughtful and I hope to get to see him again someday! The rest of the staff was also incredibly kind. New patient setup was a breeze- all right from my phone! Loved the lack of paperwork! The office was very clean and well decorated, lots of chairs for everyone to sit. My visit confirmed the need for a root canal & crown- and I have gone ahead scheduled it with the Knightdale office, as their price was even better than the original office I received a quote from (Lane & Assoc). My boyfriend goes to the Clayton location and that's how I found out about Riccobene. They are definitely my new permanent dentist office. Highly recommended to anyone seeking high quality care with affordable prices!

My family dentist of over 25 years retired and sold his practice to Riccobene Family Dentistry. I have gone twice in the past year and I am extremely pleased with the staff and service. The dental hygienists are always friendly and gentle; and they make helpful suggestions for how you can continue good dental hygiene. I’ve been very pleased with the transition to Riccobene.
Went for what I thought was a to be a consultation wound up getting x-rays and teeth cleaned along with the consultation. Super nice and explain everything, they use a water jet to clean your teeth with instead of the scraping tool which I hate, loved the water jet though.
Just had a temporary crown installed by Dr Holme and her assistant. I was prepared to feel a lot of pain but to my surprise I didn’t feel a thing.the doctor and her assistants made me feel very comfortable in a stressful situation. I still have to go back for more procedures to be done but with their professional work I will not be nervous at all. I will be looking forward to be going back to them and knowing that they will be doing a professional job
We had a great experience in this office.The schedulers were courteous and helpful .Dr. Clark made us feel at home and she is wonderful.Hygienist Melissa has such a great and welcoming personality ,and she is very professional .I can’t ask for better hygienist. Our family is very happy that we found this office.I recommend to anyone who is looking for quality dental care.

My daughter has been here twice and has fallen in love with this place! The staff is very nice and talks to my child so she feels comfortable about what they are going to do. If I have any questions or need help suggestions, the dentist is there to help me! I love that!
Love the team and Dr. Robbie! Always a great experience. Everyone is professional, everything goes smoothly and my son was calm. She told him he had a very loose tooth, upon her suggestion he insisted we buy an apple, came home and he got that tooth out - very excited!
First time visit with my toddler and they were so pleasant and easy to work with. She got a bit fussy at first when they sat her back but she quickly became comfortable given their smiles and gentle demeanor. Extra plus: they didn’t mom shame me when my two young children ran the waiting room like...well, two young children, while I filled out paperwork and simultaneously listened to a work zoom call. Extra plus for a multiple-tasking momma! Glad we found this place!
I have been seeing Dr. Jorgenson for several years. She is a fantastic dentist and is very concerned with her patients. She is kind, caring and careful not to cause any pain. Highly recommend her and the team.
I have never had a unpleasant experience at your dental office, even when I had a root canal by previous dentist. It's always a pleasure to see Hope, who is a very good friend, and did I mention a very good hygenist. I drive 500 miles when I have to go to the dentist, and I would drive 1000 if I had to to come to your office. I met the new dentist, and he is great.
Everyone at this office is friendly, caring, & competent; it is obvious that everyone enjoys his/her job. Dr. Steve is wonderful. He is kind, caring, competent, and explains exactly what he is going to do before a procedure starts as well as how long each component will take. In addition, as he is doing the procedure, he explains each step in detail before beginning. He is without a doubt the very best dentist I have ever visited….Bev Miller
I am not someone who does a lot of reviews but I had to brag on Complete Dental at both the Wilmington and Leland locations. They are awesome and I have never felt so comfortable in a dental situation before. Dr. Geeson was amazing and Ciara (not sure of the spelling, could be Sierra), she is my favorite she is so kind and comforting, she’s the best. Would highly recommend this practice for sure!

I have a deep fear of going to a dentist and for many years did not go, finally I did go to Riccobene at Porters Neck. From the moment I was greeted, she made me feel calm and relaxed. Then returning a week later for actual work on my teeth, Dr. Kennedy was perfect, kind, gentle. I hope anyone with a fear of Dentists could have my experience.
I had to drive 27 minutes for this office, and it was worth EVERY MINUTE. Staff was great, my sons dental assistant Jennifer was so great with him, and the dentist was timely and explained everything awesomely. Would strongly recommend, especially for small kids.

I can not say enough about Dr. Beamer! She is a master at what she does. Not only clinically, but her customer service is above and beyond. She takes the time to explain every detail of what she’s doing to her patient prior to the procedure. During the procedure she explains constantly what to expect and checks in with the patient regularly. She makes her patients feel at ease and comforted. She is absolutely extraordinary!!!
Tiffany Dental Hygienist absolutely amazing! Kind and extremely skilled. She helped my child feel confident and comfortable throughout the dental check up. Kristin Mzin, DDS professional and reassuring. These highly skilled ladies are the best that I have experienced since taking my child to the dentist. My experience at Complete Dental has always been excellent from the front desk staff to the Dental Assistant, Dental Hygienist and Dr. Gough! I love the precautionary measures the office takes by calling when you arrive, being taken back to your room and the cleanliness of the facility. I’m so thankful for Dr. Gough and her staff for always putting a smile on my face.

I walked in off the street as a new patient with 2 abscessed teeth. I was in tremendous pain. They were absolutely super! Dr. Goldstein was fantastic. I have found a new home for my dental needs! It was without a doubt the best dental experience of my life. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and attention to my situation. Professional, courteous, and kind just can't be beat. Dr. O and Ms. Sarah have cured my fear of seeing a dentist. Such a comfortable atmosphere, they took the time to listen, calm my anxiety, not once did I feel rushed while asking all my questions ;) Teeth cleaning was a breeze, though embarrassed I waited so long. I’m moving my entire family to this practice. One more thing, I was expecting to wait at least 45 minutes in the lobby, nope right on time!!! This practice will not disappoint!

I live in Porters Neck and I am very happy and comforted at having such a caring and professional Dental group to go to. Riccobene Associates is wonderful! I experienced very bad treatments at O2 Dental, which is more like a factory and needed to follow-up because my gums were getting worse. A co-worker said how happy her Mother was with Riccobene Associates. I saw Dr. Roberts and he was gentle and kind. He didn’t push anything. He truly cared about helping me. I saw Colleen and she did such a good cleaning and I’m seeing her again and she will be maintaining my gums. I have no more bleeding!! I received a special toothpaste, complimentary from Dr. Roberts and a packet from Colleen, which I NEVER received from O2 Dental. I would highly recommend this group for everyone!
