I have been a satisfied patient in my local office in Selma, Nc. In addition, my children have been cared for many years. I have been able to get top rate dental preventive n emergency care every visit or regular cleaning reminders n followups. Parking is clean. Reception is a great and calls are answered. Bathrooms are available and kept clean. I love my hygienists. I get treated very well and always feel comfortable. I believe in every dentist I see during different visits. I have favorite dentist, but I am happy to see who is available for my needs. I would recommend everyone to view site or make appt if you need their help in Smithfield Clayton Garner areas. I live in Princeton NC so its only 15 drive every time. Thanks for keeping me smiling!
I am so glad my family & switched to Hampstead Family Dentistry 2 years ago! My daughters are never afraid to go to the dentist because Dr. Rich and his staff are so kind, welcoming and reassuring. If you are looking for a wonderful dental office for your family, this place is the best!!

We went to Riccobene today for the first time - because our past dentist’s office recently closed. We were pleased with all the staff and dentists. They worked me and two of my kiddos through quickly - the cleanings were well done. My husband also visited their office a few weeks ago - and was pleased with the experience from start to finish!
Very friendly and professional staff and beautiful environment. I went there for a consultation and oral surgery both visits were straight to the point and out quickly. Also my out of pocket expenses didn't kill me neither. I recommend Riccobene Associates for there services and quality they actually try to accomplish their greeting statement "making a person smile".
Went in for a routine cleaning at 8am and was walking out the door at 8:48am. My hygienists Joel was awesome!! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
My five year old has been to the dentist multiple times and this is the first time that he let anyone actually clean his teeth. The atmosphere was great and so inviting for kids. The dental assistants were patient and explained everything to my five and three year old. It was a great experience for all three of my kids!

Dental health is detrimental to overall health and well being. Therefore, I was desperate for answers to whether I was a suitable inplant candidate and its' affordability. The entire staff was attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. I received the best diagnosis for my situation and I am looking forward to a nice and healthy smile and to be able to chew my food, again, properly.. i enjoyed my visit, immensely, and I would recommend this most needed service to the community at large. I think it’s one of the most finally tuned dental practices around. The check in process is efficient. The assistants and hygienists take a thorough history and are gentle, The dentists that I have seen are very professional. When I first came to Riccobene, I wondered how personable it would be since it’s a large practice with many offices. All I can say is it does not feel like a large practice at all. Staff seem to enjoy what they do and the visits are as pleasant as can be. I like that they have sub specialists all under the same roof and they have your care very well coordinated. All your records are in one place. Technology looks very up to date. I also really like that they have their own insurance plan. It’s far superior on so many levels to anything offered by any of the large corporations that claim to be dental insurance providers. I was very impressed by the transparency and simplicity of their insurance. Give them a try!
I did a lot of research for my husband and I on best dentist in the Wilimington area. I read almost all the reviews(honey you got to the careful who you allow in your mouth) and everyone had positive reviews. I said to myself this can't be not one person had nothing bad to say. I will book and see what the vibe is about. Went to the building with so much positive energy. Karen took really good care of me. Everything about my experience with her was 10 stars. I recommend Karen she is outstanding, and very experience. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BOOK YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.....
Due to COVID the waiting area has been stripped down to only what's necessary. Kind of a bummer but safety is more important. The walls are beautifully painted with Disney scenes and characters. TVs in the ceiling provide a distraction for the kids during the appointment. Dr. Garner was great as usual, she is professional, energetic and engaging. She explains recovery procedures and expected treatment outcomes thoroughly while answering any questions you may have immediately. Sarah was calm and professional which helped my guy with his anxiousness. They were both reassuring and supportive when my son needed to be calmed.
At 52 years of age, I adopted my very first dental team – at (then Riverside Dental Arts, now) Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry. Staff here are competent, respectful, and thoroughly knowledgeable in both dentistry and general medical practice. In fact, to onboard me as a client, Gabe Rich DDS prepared a unique presentation on their plan to address my onset periodontal disease – even identifying my mouth as the source of the very bacterium which caused my heart to become infected 35 years ago! No other medical doctor had EVER connected those dots before. Three years later, I am still a client – even though I now live 440 miles away during parts of the year. They made my mouth completely healthy, and I am not changing dentists. Absolutely NO demerits! Riccobene Dentistry meets my high standards, and can expect my continued business.
Riccobene staff was welcoming and very professional. They treated my daughter with respect and made her feel comfortable. We both visited today and both had very positive experiences.
Easy to get in and out , New but knowledge staff, a bit wet behind the ears a lot of openings . Kind and affordable services. Ask for Dr. Bacon ! Yes I said Bacon! lol
As always, Riccobene Dentistry for Kids did an excellent job taking care of my son today. A couple of weeks ago I took my three boys (twins 9 and 21 month old) in for their cleaning. The staff was very friendly and informative. I appreciate that everyone had on mask and checked temperatures upon arrival. I returned today because one of the twins had to have a tooth removed. On the way there he stated that the dentist office we used to go to scared him (had to change due to different insurance provider) but he didn't feel scared at the new dentist. I appreciate the care and patience they provide and would recommend them to anyone with a child of any age. Thank you Riccobene Dentistry for Kids!😁
Today was the second time we visited this location and it was a great experience both times. My daughter had a tooth extracted today along with other services and Dr. Martin and Dejah were an amazing team as they made my daughter feel super comfortable. When we were leaving my daughter told me she didn't even know she had her tooth pulled out!! She didn't feel a thing! Dr. Martin talked her through the entire process and made her feel at ease the whole time. Thank you!!
I am from out of the area and visited Riccobene Associates. Everyone was nice and Dr Robert's was an amazing dentist. His team Ravyn & Hailee were also amazing too. Thank you for an amazing visit...even if it was to a dentist office.

The very best dental office I have ever been to. The staff are super friendly and actually treat you like a human being and take the very best care of you. My hygienist was so nice and through. I think her name was Emily. I didn’t wait long and dentist was also nice and understanding of my concerns. I have nothing but good to say about my first visit.
The atmosphere is welcoming & friendly. I had my teeth cleaned by Nola Ann. She did not seem to rush the process and made recommendations when I asked for them. very professional. I do not fear going to dentists now. Thank you Riccobene Associates.

I meant to review earlier but tis the season. Honestly anytime someone gives me an opening to mention my dentist I mention this place. It seems like everyone there absolutely loves teeth and I can tell they are equally as passionate about their jobs! I never liked the dentist before but now I’m excited for my check ups. If you want people who are enthusiastic about their work and will explain things to you comprehensively this is the place to go! Also Melissa is wonderful and funny!
Wonderful first time experience. Very friendly and comprehensive service. The facility is well designed and the employee attitude really elevated something as simple as routine dental care. Will definitely be bringing my daughter for her first dental appointment in the new pediatric wing.
Always a pleasant visit at Downtown Dental! The staff is caring, courteous and genuinely kind. Dr. Rich is the best dentist I've ever had, my teeth look great and I've had transplants, caps, bonding, you name it! Never any pain either!
My son has been seen here for several years. Everyone is always very friendly. He has never been anxious or scared , with the exception of the filling he needed. But, everyone who he interacted with that day was incredibly kind and reassuring. Got through it no big deal. Absolutely recommend them.
I've been to several other dental practices in town and NONE have met my expectations except this one. From an implant by Dr. Rich and future services with Dr. Puza I feel comfortable with my dental needs in their hands. My most recent visit to Downtown dental was for a dental cleaning. Karen has always done an excellent job helping me keep my teeth and gums clean and healthy. Keep up the great work!
They do great work! No wait to see the doctor everyone was friendly and professional got in and out pain free. Would recommend to people. I moved to NC in 2010 and started going to Riccobene at the McGee’s location. My entire family has gone there for the past almost 12 years, and we have ALWAYS loved the environment. Everyone is always nice, professional, and very personable! Definitely recommend!
Great experience. Professional, caring. Would highly recommend to all. From the front desk, to the dental assistant, to the dentist, all were great and I can not say enough.
I was 10 minutes late for the first time but they were still happy to see me and took me in almost immediately. I was given an opportunity to discuss the retainer, one vs two. They explained in detail how the new x-ray can be used to make the retainers so they fit perfectly. I have an appointment to have my braces removed but if the retainer comes in sooner, they will rebook my appointment at an earlier time.
I absolutely love Riccobene AFD. As soon as I walk in the door I feel welcomed and comfortable. I’ve had several different hygienist and Dentists work on my teeth and all of them were amazing and professional. Jennifer G. is my favorite. She always has a smile and makes me laugh!

Riccobene Associates Is by far very knowledgeable in the dental profession. I recently had a diagnosis, that was in my opinion not lining up with my dental habits, so I made an appointment with Riccobene Dental. I was pleased with the consultation, Ms Dominique took me step by step explained everything, on the X-ray, assured me that all is well and Dr Hucal confirmed her findings. I had a great experience with Jennifer my dental hygentist. She was very attentive, and asked often about my pain level. The office staff is always great.
Super great experience for my 6 year old. Staff is very friendly and very patient with the little ones. The atmosphere is also geared to children and makes them feel like the experience is fun. They also offer several different toothpaste flavors. I recommend them to start your kids off right and alleviate any fears. Super friendly and informative. No wait time and got done quickly. Thanks again to the ricobene kids staff.
I had a deep cleaning done by the sweetest dental hygienist. I can’t remember her name for the life of me. She explained everything as she did it and also explained what the dentist would be doing next because I was nervous. They moved me to another room for 3 fillings with Barbara and the dentist who also checked on me multiple times throughout the procedure and were extremely kind. Barbara was so sweet. I would highly recommend this office.
Wonderful service, kind staff, and they’re quick and efficient. I was very pleased with my first visit. I would 10/10 recommend this dentistry to friends and family. I was able to get my consultation visit in and cleaning before the end of the year. Thank goodness they were able to fit me in. I am extremely grateful!
I had great service from the ladies at the check in/check out desk, and exceptional service from the young lady who cleaned my teeth. She did a fantastic job and should be commended for her diligence, her attitude and her willingness to make sure I had a great experience, or as great as teeth cleaning could be.

This was the first time my two year old went to the dentist and I was looking for some place special and we found it here. From the time we opened the door I knew she would love it. It was just so colorful and bright and everyone was so welcoming. The staff was friendly and tried to make her feel so comfortable from the start. I was trying to tough out a toothache until I realized that wasn’t going to work because it was getting too painful. I usually see Dr. Drew but they fit me in short notice with Dr. Hotic. She and her assistant soothes my concerns, diagnosed the problem, and referred me to a specialist. The professionalism of everyone in the practice is exceptional.
I've been going to this dentist office for 15 or more years with my family and love it!! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable of their jobs. They've always taken care of us like family. Just an all around great experience!!

I felt very comfortable and welcomed when coming to Riccobene Associates. I had not been to the dentist in a couple of years and was nervous about having to get myteeth cleaned. The wonderful lady that took my exams and cleaned my teeth explained things to me about the health of my guns and teeth I have never had explained to me before. I highly recommend Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry for yourself and loved ones.
Not like the Dentist is anyone’s favorite place, but they are awesome there. I have been going there for 5 years. Everyone is friendly And the facility is always extremely clean. I’ve had different hygienists and everyone of them have been professional and done a great job. For Dentist I have had Dr. Williams and Dr. Runyon And I have never received better care of my life. I’ve had everything done there from fillings to crowns and I am completely happy with all services. Also I would like to recognize Red at the des., She is always there with a smile and first to help.
I had historically dreaded the dentist and went maybe every other year. Since I joined Riccobene, I’m faithful to my six month appointments and actually enjoy going. I highly recommend them!
Everyone there was absolutely the best. I am like most peope really anxious about going to see the dentist, but they took very good care of me. Mary and Dr. Kyle were fantastic. The best thing was. I was able to get in the same day, praise God, because I was in a lot of pain. Great overall experience.
The staff at Riccobene are super sweet and very helpful. They are extremely patient with their pediatric clients and detail everything they are doing to make sure the kids feel safe. Dr. Martin is phenomenal! As a Nigerian American family, it is important for us to find medical providers that not only offer quality care, but look like our family. We want to teach our children early that they truly can be whatever they choose when they grow up. Representation truly does matter! Seeing Dr. Martin for their first visits to the dentist were both great experiences. Dr. Martin is an amazing pediatric dentist and despite their squirming, my kids felt extremely comfortable in his hands. He was so gentle with them and kept them in good spirits with his warm personality. He was very thorough, but also got us in and out fairly quickly. My son went home and began brushing the teeth of all his toys (in addition to his own)! Both first visits were a success and we’re thrilled to have such a gem like Dr. Martin in the Goldsboro community.
I love Dr. Mitchell. I had a root canal and crown today. Dr. Mitchell took care of me all the way. His assistance was great too. Not once did I taste the bitter medication thy were using. Dr. Mitchell is an awesome Dentist and puts you at ease throughout the process. I would recommend Riccobene to anyone.

Had to find a new dentist because of my new insurance. I was reluctant at first, but all of my visits have been great. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and my procedures were done quickly and painlessly.
I've been going to Complete Dental for about 3 years now and would not go anywhere else. They are very thorough and still quick. The facility is modern and has state of the art equipment. The staff is kind and always asking if you need anything. If you are not going to Complete Dental you are wasting your time.

Everyone is always pleasant, upbeat and positive. They have the newest dental practices and techniques and equipment. The only area I would like to see changed is dental plans researched, Dockside dentists are out of network.
I was very apprehensive about having the dental procedures that I had this morning. Dr. Lucas Nazario was very compassionate and worked tirelessly to put me at ease. I can honestly say that the only time I felt pain was when he was numbing me so he could remove five teeth. He set to work and was very aware as to my feelings at all times. I have already told other folks about you all Thanks for all the personnel especially the dental assistant who worked with him.

This dental practice is by far the best I have ever been to. Katie was a phenomenal hygienist she took her time cleaning my teeth and was more thorough than any other dental hygienist I have ever been to. I immediately was impressed with Dr. Collins. She is amazing as well. I highly recommend this dental office. I would never consider going anywhere else.
I wanted to post this review as some may have heard that the office was merged with another practice. I was scheduled to meet with Dr Rich who came highly recommended then one week before my first visit I heard of the merge and Dr Rich was going to be P/T. I kept the appointment and am so glad I did! My appointment was with the new Dentist, Dr Puza. Excellent! The staff is awesome, fun and very comforting. Dr Puza explains everything he is going to do. The office is spotless!! I feel very comfortable and glad I kept with my instincts.

Very impressed! Have avoided the dentist for awhile. From phone call to schedule appointment to checking in for appointment I was treated as a person not a number. Evaluation and cleaning by Andrea was very thorough, professional and done with explanations throughout the entire process that kept me at ease. Dr. Holmes reassuring in her review of testing, relayed explanation of needed dental work in plain language and a pleasant caring person to interact with regarding one’s care. My experience was a welcome corrective emotional experience for my childhood dental traumas from sixty years ago.
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING OFFICE! Everyone on the staffing team front the front desk when I walked in to the girls in the back were amazing, everyone was super helpful and compassionate to my needs! Dr Geeson and Dr Gough really shine and always make sure my care is their top priority! 10/10 recommend this dentist!
The staff here is great! Dr. Rich is one of the few dentists that doesn't worry about churning out as many patients as possible, like most dentists. He takes the time with each patient, cares for them, and is honest with his prognosis. If you don't need a procedure, he will tell you. Honest Dentist. Honest office. The hygienists are great, especially Kim. She is gentle, but thorough. My mouth feels so clean after my appointments with her.
Prompt and courteous service. Courtney was excellent and was able to complete my care quickly and efficiently so I could get to work Dr. Williams was knowledgeable and courteous. Thank you for a great experience that I usually dread.
Yasmin is the sweetest hygienist I’ve ever had, she knows her stuff and doesn’t care to take the time to inform you on how to take care of your teeth. The dentist (Dr.Swan) is very professional and gentle. Highly recommend this dentist office. The entire staff here is super nice and helpful.
Brush and Floss, part of Riccobene Associates, is really awesome! I just started going there with my kids. Everyone there made my kids feel so welcomed and at-ease. They are really good with kids. My kids left laughing and talking about how they had such a great time! Thank you!
Dr. McCormick is my favorite dentist!! I’ve had several things done and never had a problem. She’s very sweet and sensitive to her patients. I felt myself having some anxiety during a dental procedure one time and she calmly told me to take deep breaths. She’s a very knowledgeable dentist too. I feel safe with her. The dental assistant Hope is sooooo sweet. She’s also very caring and reassuring. She just has a lovely personality. I’d recommend this dentist to family and friends!!!
Dr. Miller and Chandra were great. They made my visit as comfortable as possible. They were very personal and professional at the same time. I would recommend Riccobene Dentistry to anybody needing oral care.

Staff was wonderful with my young children. All three of my kids have different personalities and each one of the staff were able to help my kids feel comfortable and excited about being at the dentist! From the decorative lobby and the warm welcomes, to the explaining each step of the process to my littles, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. My kids are excited about coming back for their visit in 6 months and have been excited to brush (and floss) their teeth since their visit! (Kids age 5, 4, and 2)!!

My children have had severe anxiety issues with dental care. Dr. Garner is a top notch pro when it comes to easing the minds and hearts of our little ones! All of the staff at Riccobene are so warm and friendly that the kids now look forward to their dental appointments. They’ve got the most beautiful hand painted murals in each office, too! My dental hygienist Mrs Thornton, got me in, got me a plan, and has started to execute. Her service and care has been impeccable. I even was even able to listen to the elements…. Earth Wind and Fire while getting work done!!! Never had service like this and recommend to everyone.
Sherrie was my hygienist that cleaned my teeth today. She was patient, kind , understanding, and made me feel comfortable during my visit. She along with Dr. Williams are the reason I will continue to come back to Riccobene for future care. Highly recommend.
This office is the best dentist I have ever been to. Everyone is so kind and inviting. I recently had a cavity filled here and Latesha was my tech. She is so sweet and made me feel very comfortable. She and Dr. Clark talked me through the entire procedure which really helped to calm my nerves. Dr. Clark did an awesome job with the filling. It took no more than 30 minutes and I couldn’t feel a thing! I’ve also had a cleaning with Amber and she is so awesome!! Big thanks to this office for all your hard work and hospitality! You guys are the best :)
The Knightdale location is the BEST! My children are so comfortable when we visit. My children never dread going to the dentist at this location. The front desk staff, dentists and dental assistants are always the most pleasant. The dentists always speak to my children in a way that they understand and they let them know the procedures step-by-step. I am also a patient and have had the best experiences. 👌🏾 I highly recommend. 10 out of 10.

I love the staff and doctors at Riccobene. They are all so professional and willing to assist. They make sure I make every appointment with emails and text messages as reminders and they are always to cheerful and friendly. Such wonderful staff and doctors! Second time with them, and I know I’ve found my place. The staff here is so sweet, and they explain everything so well with whatever it is you need done and work with you! Chris is a fabulous dentist, I highly recommend him. I live a bit away, but it’s worth the drive to know that I’m in good hands here! Wonderful team!
I had a hard time making the switch to a local Charlotte dentist after going to the same dentistry practice in my former hometown for over 15 years. I was referred to Jakubek Dentistry from a colleague who has had some not so pleasant experiences at other local dentist offices. She convinced me to give Jakubek Dentistry a try and I will say, my expectations were exceeded, by far! The office was nice and clean, the staff was very welcoming and friendly, and Dr. Jakubek was fantastic. They got me in and out in timely manner and I did not have to wait at all. I have already recommended this dentist to a number of my friends and will continue to do so. I am so happy to have a good dentist in Charlotte now and I already have my next appointment on the schedule.
Everyone at this office is friendly, caring, & competent; it is obvious that everyone enjoys his/her job. Dr. Steve is wonderful. He is kind, caring, competent, and explains exactly what he is going to do before a procedure starts as well as how long each component will take. In addition, as he is doing the procedure, he explains each step in detail before beginning. He is without a doubt the very best dentist I have ever visited….Bev Miller
I love this dentist cause they does a wonderful job with people n they are very friendly n plus they will go out their way to help u feel comfortable so da why I would recommend anyone to go to em for dentist help
Upon arrival, I made an emergency appointment for a bad tooth. My appointment was at 10:10AM and I was a last minute fit in. Personally didn't realize that because i was in so much pain so I got REALLY frustrated. When they realized i was in extreme discomfort they made a point to figure out what was going on with me and once they realized they immediately got me into a room not even 5 minutes later. Staff was very kind and helpful and did their best to put me at ease. They are very caring and compassionate and in all my 27 years on this Earth not once have I ever had a pleasant dentist experience until coming to Riccobene. Thank you guys for all that you do. I took my 15 year old daughter to the falls of nuese office and she had a very positive experience. The dental hygienist (I can't remember her name!) Was the sweetest woman, put my daughter who has pretty extreme anxiety at ease. Very understanding and compassionate office staff. Thank you!

Dr. Garner is always a pleasure to interact with! She effortlessly connected with my anxious daughter (who doesn’t enjoy going to the dentist) and made her feel comfortable and safe while doing her exam. The dental assistants were patient and courteous, taking the time to explain billing and what insurance would/would not cover. Coming here is always a treat because they are very capable at handling pediatric needs. The office itself has a detailed fantasy motif, with knights, dragons and princesses abounding. Thank you for always making it enjoyable!
