Absolutely love this place...and that's saying a lot bc I've never liked going to the dentist. Staff is wonderful and are willing to answer any and all questions. Dr Rich is so patient and walks you through everything that is happening. I highly recommend!
Dr. Sommer begun work on two crowns for me today. I have temporary crowns now, and will return in a month so he can finish the job. He seemed completely knowledgeable and confident, making me feel at ease. As far as staff goes, I have seen Jessica for dental cleaning, and Barbara was Dr. Sommer's assistant today. Both of them were very friendly, and competent. I would not hesitate recommending this office, as I found the dentist and staff very cordial and skillful in their jobs
Dr. Hunt is the best Dentist around. He is very attentive to your needs and super competent in the work he does! Having good interpersonal skills is the icing on the cake!
Hampstead Family Dentistry is by far the best!! I have had many bad dental experiences throughout my life, but Dr. Rich and his staff are amazing. They are down to earth, easy to talk to folks who care. We receive excellent care and service every single time! They are great with my kids too! We love them!!
Dr Hunt is the best dentist I have ever had and cares about his work. And how the patient looks afterwards, takes his time. I love Riccobene and Associate I highly recommend them. I went back on the 16th to get my temporary crown fixed. The staff was very nice and my Dentist Mr Hunt fixed it with no problem. Very clean facility caring team, been with them for a couple of years and highly recommend this facility and team.
Wonderful Wonderful, Amazing group!! I was so afraid of going bc I knew I had to have a tooth extracted, and I just wasn't ready for the pain. But everyone was so nice and treated me like I was the only person important to them at the time. I really appreciate that. Thank you to everyone who was there today for your sweet hospitality. ❤ 9-14-21....My son had an appt today to get 2 fill ins. He's never afraid of going bc he knows Riccobene and Associates are going to handle him with care. I know as well. Thank you guys for being real people and not just people working for a paycheck. I'll refer you anyway. Dr. Resner (not sure if I spelled her name right) is a doll. Thank you so much for putting the love in your work. ❤
My daughter and I love Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry in Mebane. Theressa at the front desk is very friendly and always works with my daughter sport schedule to fit her in for appointments The staff always makes me feel welcomed and comfortable.
My daughter had her 1st dental visit today! From the girls at the front desk, to the best hygienist, and even the pediatric dentist made my 1 year old feel so comfortable! Thank y’all so much for taking such great care of my baby!!!
I am new to NC and found this Dentist researching my insurance and patient reviews. I just had my first visit today and I was very impressed. Everyone was on time and very helpful. They are very up to date on their equipment, even showing off some stuff I had never seen before! My hygienist (I unfortunately do not remember her name) was great! Very friendly and efficient. I believe I made the right choice for my new dentist!
The staff is so friendly and professional! Will definitely continue getting my cleanings here! The manager Alexis made me feel very welcomed.
The best dental experiences I have ever had! ALL of the staff were smiling( even behind the mask, you could tell), lol I am petrified of going to the dentist, just walking in the door is hard to accomplish. But the staff are kind, compassionate and very sympathetic!! They are always attentive and understand my phobias related to horrible past traumatic dental experiences. So if you have a dentist phobia, this is the place to go! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!
I had the temporary glue removed from my crown , replacing it with the permanent glue. Dr Conti was very kind and gentle as usual. The hygienist was kind and friendly as well. He fixed the alignment on my mouth guard and the crown feels and fits great!
I love going to the dentist. The people are friendly and the doctors are very professional and attentive.
The staff is professional yet personable. They get you in and out with short wait times and friendly qualified staff. I have never enjoyed going to the dentist but the staff at Riccobene relieve my concerns. I am grateful to have found them. I can smile with confidence.

Dr Duke was great!! I hadn’t been to the dentist in quite sometime! He was personable and made me feel comfortable which made the experience a lot more tolerable.

I had an excellent first visit for dentures. Dr. Riccobene went above and beyond to get my imprints correct. My mouth is small and he adjusted the trays. I definitely recommend him and his staff. They were friendly, professional and kind.
So I am a patient at Garner and Porter’s Neck. It must be a prerequisite to maintain a pleasant, uplifting attitude to be employed. They are super friendly. What I like most is how caring and gentle the staff is. It’s been a long while since I’d been to the dentist and they were so very understanding about life, family, jobs getting in the way before taking care of myself and not the least judgmental. I highly recommend you checking Riccobene out for your dental needs!💯 I was in Garner when I had one issue and back in Wilmington for my cleaning and other needs. Both are hands down the best dentist offices ever.
They were great with my son! HE was scared, he'd had a bad experience at a previous dentist. The staff here made him feel comfortable and reassured. I'd highly recommend.
Recently had a dental emergency and was having a lot of pain with a crown not fitting quite right and the office staff got me in less than 24 hours after I called and the dentist adjusted my crown in no time and I was feeling better in less than an hour. [...] If you need any work done, absolutely give them a call. You'll have an amazing experience from the incredibly kind ladies at the front desk to the talented dental staff.
I recently took my 90 year old mom to Riccobene and I can't believe that going to the dentist could be such a great experience. We both actually felt at home being treated so kindly by every staff person, lots of smiles and laughter. At the same time everyone was very professional in explaining all the procedures and even letting my mom who had been a dental hygienist back in the day look at her X-ray pictures. Mom's treatment plan was discussed thoroughly and looking forward to our return visit.
Beautiful dental office the staff and dentist and dental hygienist are all so nice and helpful.. they make you feel at home and are willing to answer any questions about concerns you have.. I love that when you have an appointment your not waiting all day to be seen.. they have you in and out in a jiffy and do quality work! There’s coffee tea and water in the waiting area.If you are looking for a dentist 🦷 this is a great place! Look no further !

It was my daughters first time going today and they made her feel so comfortable. She wasn't scared a bit and enjoyed it.
The facility is brand new, beautiful, clean, and very high tech. I am looking forward to going back for my follow up! Convenient location close to 77 and in network with my insurance.
The dental hygienist are very good and making both my children feel comfortable while they clean their teeth and do whatever they need to do. Been going there for a few years and my children really like them. The dentist are very nice with my children as well. Very good over all with my children.
I came in today for a root canal. The dentist prescribed me some Ativan to take an hour before my procedure so I could be more relaxed. It’s usually difficult for me to get numb, but he was awesome and got me numb and I only felt pressure. He did an awesome job! Highly recommend!
I had such a great first appointment here today! They took their time with me. The entire office was so beautiful and they played country music too. 😊 Everyone was so friendly. Dr. Gough was extremely confident. I had had past dentists who weren’t always so sure of themselves. This wasn’t the case. She took charge and fixed my issue right away! Savanah cleaned my teeth. She graduated from dental school last year, and she did such a great job. I am very impressed. They exceeded my expectations!

The office had the most friendly staff and created a warm environment for my child. My 2 year old felt so comfortable he was able to lay down for the duration of the appointment with no issue. That just speaks to the warmth and care that was provided by everyone in the office from the front desk, to the dental assistants and hygienists all the way up to the doctors. Would highly recommend this location to anyone!
The front desk staff was efficient, gracious, and greeted me by name and eye contact. I found that all staff members were the same as above. They continuously asked if I was comfortable and asked if the procedures were causing pain. This was a great experience for me as I am “dentist phobic”.
I was treated the very best of any place that you could have been treated I am partially they went above and beyond to help me from place to place they gave me water they kept me see you very well so I was comfortable . The staff was above and beyond what anyone would need Anna dentist office they were loving and kind and when it got time for me to go one of the nurses walk me all the way to my car and made sure that I got in okay because I have a hard time walking you just don't find that everywhere. The doctor was fantastic there were some things that others thought I needed doing and I told him I didn't want to do that so he listened to what I had to say that I wanted and and he told me to go back to the dentist that I came from and let him know what my wants were . So I'm going back to the doctor I was referral from and let him know what I want to do thank you so much for lettingfor letting me be your patient.
My family of 5 just moved to Wilmington. My sister in law recommended your practice. We all had a wonderful experience at our first visit. I would recommend them to anyone.
I brought my son Cameron Alston to your facility today October 27 and we had the very very best experience ever everyone from the front to the back was so pleasant and they made my son feels so comfortable And at ease because he was very very nervous when we arrived from having a bad experience with a prior dentist but the nurse Miss Barbara and Dr. Hon or top notch excellent we will definitely be back thank you so so much for all that you did for us
My experience with dr Parekh so far has been only positive. He is confident in what he does and makes me feel like I am in good hands. My procedure went smoothly.
First off, I have high anxiety going to the dentist. The staff at Riccobene put me at ease. They were very kind, supportive and patient. Would highly recommend them. Actually, looking forward to my next appointment!
Dr. Pike is the only dentist I will go to. He is smart, gentle, and kind hearted; especially to an anxious patient such as me. His office staff is efficient and always follow through with insurance issues and referrals. The waiting area is calm, relaxing and clean.
My daughter had her wisdom teeth extraction today. The staff were so warm and welcoming to us. It was my daughter's first time having to deal with a procedure, so she was a bit nervous before heading over to Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry, but she felt at ease as soon as she got there. I would definitely recommend this dentistry to anyone.
Firstly, I just would like to say how absolutely PHENOMENAL the staff was. As soon as I walked up to the counter, I was greeted with such warmth and kindness! I was directed to the next counter and they immediately knew who I was. They sent me all the necessary information, medical, and insurance documents ahead of time, so my check-in process was quick and easy. I was there for an emergency wisdom teeth extraction and was very nervous. The sweetest dental assistant assured me I would be just fine. (I wish I could remember everyone's name, so I'm so sorry for the lack of identifications in this review!) When they called me back, she sat me down and explained the entire procedure to me, step-by-step. I knew exactly what to expect and she even gave me a rundown of my post-op instructions. She was very thorough and patient and consistently checked in to see if I had any questions. Dr. Anderson (the dentist who performed my procedure) came in soon after and greeted me with so much warmth, I could have hugged him! (Did I mention that my original appointment was set for March 15th and when I reached out to him ahead of time and let him know how much pain I was having, they managed to slot me in the VERY NEXT DAY?!?!) Anyways, Dr. Anderson came in, brought me a blanket and gave me a full rundown of my x-rays and thoroughly explained what was happening. He assured me, however, that my procedure would not be difficult and that I was in good hands. The CRNA came in and OMG, she had the brightest personality! She told me what she was there to do and told me exactly what would be in my IV and why. She then got me hooked up and before I knew it, I was waking up at my mom's house LOL. Either way, I am so grateful to this amazing team and I would recommend them again, and again and again! (BTW as a bonus -- their office is so CLEAN and GORGEOUS!) Thank you so much, Dr. Anderson and the rest of the Riccobene staff!
Absolutely wonderful!! Didn't think wonderful and dentist could be in the same sentence but EVERY person I have encountered in the office from the reception area to the doctors are courteous and friendly. The doctors are attentive, informative and put the patients first!!! I honestly would give them 10 stars if that was possible and I am not a person who gives reviews.
I have shown up early, twice now, and each time I was seen before my scheduled appointment time. The staff is very caring and do a fantastic job cleaning my and my son’s teeth. He is 7 years old and loves going to this dental office.
Dr. T was amazing and so was the delightful lady helping her today. They both made a not fun experience great as well as being honest straightforward, upfront and transparent with me. I’ve seen the same dentist all my life till she retired recently and have struggled to feel comfortable with others. Today however changed that.
They’re always helpful and nice! Chandra was my hygienist today and she was awesome! Dr. Miller is kind and funny! I left other dentist because they’re only open Monday-Thursday 7:00am-3:00. Most Normal people can’t go during those hours especially if you work 2 jobs. Riccobene is open until 5:00 everyday. This makes my life easier!
Heather Layell was so nice. She answered all the questions nicely and gave useful suggestion. The doctor was very helpful and nice. I strongly recommended this orthodonitics. When you see Heather in the morning, I am sure you will have a nice day with all the problems and headache resolved.

They are quick and customer service skills are amazingly great! They are an absolute thrill to be around. They also show kindness and make sure that you’re comfortable before any procedure is done. Only issue I had was I was numb for hours lol so I was hungry but I would definitely refer Ms. Kristen to anyone she even kept me entertained while cleaning my teeth she was also polite and while cleaning she made sure I was fine the entire time 10/10 for greatness and great service.
Knowledgeable and extremely compassionate from check-in to check-out. My dental hygienist was absolutely amazing and talked me through the procedure to ease my fears, and the dentist was kind when talking about the work we needed to do. By far, the best experience I have ever had at a Dental office. I highly recommend this office.

First and foremost my girls and I absolutely love this office. Not one time have we entered through their doors and not been greeted with a warm smile and a welcome. Its such a clean positive atmosphere. I have to brag on my children’s hygienist Tracy she is theeee most sweetest individual I think I’ve ever met she treats my girls as if they are hers and we all know a dentist office can be so scary for a child but my girls light up and are always so happy to talk too, tell her about all of their little adventures and just to see Mrs. Tracy. I appreciate her positive attitude and being so kind and sweet to my baby girls. She makes their little visits seem like a fun play date each and every time.

We had appointments for dental work and the experience was first class. What an amazing staff. Starting at the front desk continuing through the procedure. Everyone was so kind, compassionate, and all delivered professional care. Meg and Morgan who attended to our needs were exceptional. Special thanks to them for making our experience pleasurable and not one that could have been uncomfortable. Again, exceptional experience. We will continue to use Riccobene Associates for all of our dental needs.
All aspects of my appointment were superb.The receptionist was expecting me and was very polite.I was called back to see the doctor before I could finish the paperwork.The doctor evaluated my problem ,discussed my options and we settled on a plan which was promptly executed in a very professional way.The doctor explained the procedure as he worked. The results greatly exceeded my expectations and the fee was very reasonable. I am happy to say I have a new dentist in whom I have confidence.
I’m extremely pleased with the level of service provided by Dr. Minka and staff and Riccobene Dental. Dr. Minka spent a considerable amount of time answering all of my questions and making recommendations to best fit my dental needs. They are very affordable and I truly appreciate her conservative approach to dentistry. I’ve never felt that they try to push unnecessary procedures as I’ve experienced at other offices. My specific procedure required multiple appointments and they’ve always done well to accommodate my schedule. I highly recommend this office and can’t thank them enough for the high level of care provided. Thank you!!!!!
I can not say enough about Dr. Beamer! She is a master at what she does. Not only clinically, but her customer service is above and beyond. She takes the time to explain every detail of what she’s doing to her patient prior to the procedure. During the procedure she explains constantly what to expect and checks in with the patient regularly. She makes her patients feel at ease and comforted. She is absolutely extraordinary!!!

We found this dentistry for our three girls, my middle daughter was 4 at our first visit, and had previously been scared of the dentist. During the midst of COVID-19, she felt comfortable enough to go back all alone and get her teeth cleaned! I was ecstatic!! The dentists were very professional and compassionate of my situation. Now they all LOVE the dentist and have been consistently improving their oral regime since our visit. I would definitely recommend this practice, very professional and helpful people.
Great overall experience. So far everyone has been friendly, helpful and accomodating. I have gotten all my questions answered and have been scheduled at convenient times to fit my needs. This is my 3rd visit here. I chamged dentisits last year because I disliked the overall care and service I was getting at my previous dentistry. A friend referred me to Riccobene Assoc. at another location, but it was not as close to home as this Riccobene office. This one is great so far. No complaints.
From the phone call I received before my appointment to the treatment plan that was made during my appointment, everything was simply THE BEST!! The staff at this location are incredible with patients and you leave there feeling cared for and confident in your treatment. Kelly, my dental hygienist, made beautiful conversation so that I didn’t even have time to remember I was scared of the dentist. Beyond impressed!
For as long as I can remember I’ve had anxiety about the dentist. It wasn’t until I decided to go to Riccobene that my perspective changed. Marg,at the Cary location is absolutely amazing. She is gentle, knowledgeable, and has some gifted hands. She is my one and only dental hygienist, and she is a gem. Riccobene is definitely blessed to have such an amazing employee. My experience has been so amazing that I know use them for my orthodontist needs! And my experience with my braces at the age of 35 has been wonderful. I highly recommend Riccobene!!
Today was my first visit to the riccobene family dentist everyone was very nice and they were very quick to didn’t have to wait long so if your looking for a dentist this is definitely a place you would want to go.

The staff are always friendly and I was able to get what I wanted done with a walk-in! They do great work and make sure that you understand what they are saying/doing! With every visit they make sure that you are comfortable.

After having a terrible visit with a previous dental office, I scheduled an appointment with them. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. From the lady checking me in, to the dental assistants, as well as the lady responsible for billing. The doctor was awesome as well. Went over X-rays in great detail, explained processes for the future, gave me best case and worse case senarios (which very thankful for, this prepared me mentally) and most importantly he did not talk to me as if I was uneducated or simple. They truly went above and beyond for me, and I hope they all know how grateful I am for it. I have not been to dentist in years, due to lack of insurance, finances, and even a small phobia. I have never felt more comfortable at a dentistry. I have several appointments to attend in near future, and I am so glad I am able to be with a dentistry that cares.
I have been going to Riccobene and Associates for years. Dr. Conti was the regular dentist that provided my care, but he is no longer with them. Dr. Solanki is my dentist now at their practice and she is great! She is patient and caring. I can respect a dentist that takes time out of her day to call and talk about the next steps in my dental care. I don’t want anyone else providing my dental care. The staff always have pleasant attitudes and great customer service. I love the team that works with Dr. Solanki. I was nervous about a procedure and her team walked me though the process, so I would know what to expect. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a dentist!

This group is the very best I have been to ! Going to continue with them they are awesome listening to my requests of being scared and not liking Dentist’ they paying attention to my needs! I love my guy, I have a small mouth and have bone growth in my mouth? They were especially great on that and I was thankful they cared about it! It’s painful getting a exam of my teeth! When I have bone growth in my gums !
This Riccobene office in Apex, NC is the best Riccobene office around. Everyone was helpful, nice and laughed with me. Who expects to laugh at the dentist office!!! Making my smile better. Need I say more, nope 😁
Dr. Geeson is by far the best Dentist I've been to and I've seen so many Dentists since I was a kid. The staff are always kind and put their clients first! They are definitely my one and only choice for dental care!
Wow, I was so scared. This office was the best. Brittney my dental Hygienist was beyond super and gentle she made me feel very relaxed. My Dentist was awesome, he took his time with me and explained everything extremely well. I will be back next week and I feel completely comfortable. Thank you all so much.

Dr Beamer is fantastic! She took the time to answer all my questions regarding having my wisdom tooth removed and offered advise. She then gave me a referral to two different oral surgeons and emailed me the X-rays they took. Couldn’t ask for more from any dentist. I highly recommend Dr Beamer!
Went in for a routine cleaning at 8am and was walking out the door at 8:48am. My hygienists Joel was awesome!! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
Stacey was a great (and gentle) hygienist. Dr. Smith gave advice on what I should be doing with a couple of old fillings. Very good check-up.
The staff, dental hygienist , and dentist we saw were amazing! Incredibly thoughtful of kids’ needs/wants and highly professional. Our dentist was very communicative. Our 4 year old son keeps saying, “I love the dentist!” Yay!

Everyone was so very helpful during my registration process. I just moved to Fayetteville and I had a insurance coverage discrepancy, they figured it out and solved it. Wife was so very scared for her visit with an extraction but they was very patient and by the end of her visit she was blowing kisses to everyone…
They are so great with kids here. My daughter actually isn’t afraid to go to the dentist anymore and if you have a special need, they talk to you instead of making you dumb.

I just had a crown done and even though my insurance doesn't cover this procedure the tryed to get me the best price available. No hidden fees for unnecessary work to be done dentist was very professional and personal.Will definitely be back hopefully when I get the final crown everything will be the same.
I called Riccobene due to a tooth ache. They took me on in, pulled the tooth and I as sooooo much better. The tooth was hard to get out because it was laying downinstead of standing up. It was a bit tough, but they were so good to me and treated me well. I thank you and I will be coming back .
I was looking for a new dental home that was in network with my insurance and I must say I am happy to have found one. Dr. Conti is an AMAZING dentist who is all about talking you through every step, allowing patients time to ask questions for understanding and giving the best treatment for his patients. The front desk is friendly and inviting and the dental assistants are awesome too. I was completely satisfied with the work I got done!
First time visit with my toddler and they were so pleasant and easy to work with. She got a bit fussy at first when they sat her back but she quickly became comfortable given their smiles and gentle demeanor. Extra plus: they didn’t mom shame me when my two young children ran the waiting room like...well, two young children, while I filled out paperwork and simultaneously listened to a work zoom call. Extra plus for a multiple-tasking momma! Glad we found this place!
Super great experience for my 6 year old. Staff is very friendly and very patient with the little ones. The atmosphere is also geared to children and makes them feel like the experience is fun. They also offer several different toothpaste flavors. I recommend them to start your kids off right and alleviate any fears. Super friendly and informative. No wait time and got done quickly. Thanks again to the ricobene kids staff.
A pleasure to visit!! The entire experience was stress free. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to any questions or concerns I had or could think of. The dentist is very skilled and was empathetic to my fear’s of having dental work done. I would recommend this dental practice to anyone who may need the service.
Everyone at this office is friendly, caring, & competent; it is obvious that everyone enjoys his/her job. Dr. Steve is wonderful. He is kind, caring, competent, and explains exactly what he is going to do before a procedure starts as well as how long each component will take. In addition, as he is doing the procedure, he explains each step in detail before beginning. He is without a doubt the very best dentist I have ever visited….Bev Miller
My daughter had a great experience, the staff were fast and kind and the dentist was wonderful. It was my daughter’s first time at the dentist and her and the dentist did a little dance together before she had her teeth cleaned to help her feel more comfortable. Would highly recommend!
I love this place. The people I've met are always super friendly and my kids are always taken care. I have one child who was afraid of the numbing process but this place made sure he was comfortable and explained everything to him. This is a great dentist for children and adults I highly recommend. They are awesome. There pretty fast aswell normally spend an hr here every visit.
I'm new to the area and needed to find a dentist. Dockside Dental was a very lucky pick. My experiences thus far with. Dr. Schein and his staff have been great. I'm glad I found a place where I feel comfortable. I would highly recommend Dockside Dental if you're in need of a new dentist.
