For as unpleasant as having your teeth drilled can be, the dentists and dental assistants made it a pleasant experience. I was very pleased with how friendly all of the staff is and their thorough attention to detail throughout the entire process.
Aleia did a great job cleaning my teeth! She is a very sweet person. I know she will be great with my 2 year old daughter as well. Dr. T was also very nice and talked through everything with me and gave me options for my treatment. I will definitely be returning!
From the moment I walked in the door, I was treated with warmth, professionalism and respect. The exams by both the dental hygienist and the dentist seemed thorough and gentle. I was provided with detailed information about my dental health, recommendations for treatment and options. Additionally, all my questions were answered and financial/insurance information was explained. I enjoy this dental clinic and highly recommend.
I had an amazing experience with Riccobene in Knightdale. The hygienist was kind and friendly. So glad to have found a dentist right around the corner from me.
I was a new patient, The staff was friendly and professional. I was welcomed by a staff member on time, and led to a private room. After initial examination, X Rays, I met with Dr Steve to discuss my treatment. I highly recommend Riccobene Associates, my wife preceded me as a patient, and she also is very pleased with their services.
The staff very nice and easy to work with. They made you feel at ease during your procedure. Paid attention to your needs at all times. Staff really great, would recommend to everyone needing a dentist.
Could not have asked for a better practice. I’m no saint when it comes to taking care of my teeth, but I didn’t feel shame or judgement from anyone here. The hygienist, Ashley, who took care of me, was incredible. She knew I was anxious to begin with, but step-by-step she told me what she was doing and I immediately felt a sense of relief. I had only ever known one dentist’s office for a good portion of my life. Since moving out on my own, I’ve had only a select few dentist visits at a different office. I’m thrilled to say that I trust this office and felt completely cared for the entire time. All of my concerns were addressed and I left feeling SO relieved that I’d finally had an exam and a teeth cleaning after three years. I can’t wait to make this a regular occurrence again. You should too!
Today was my second visit ricobene's Associates.... when I tell you they treat you like family I mean family ! Super friendly staff very good dentist Doctor wolf I will tell anyone if you want any dental work done go to ricobene's !🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 on Walnut Street
I love this dental office! I was a dental technician for 14 years and worked with amazing dentists in Northern Va, I feel like a dental “snob”.... Dr Rich is an amazing, honest dentist who thinks about the big picture not just a money sign. If he can save the tooth he will rather than go quickly to a crown. That is a honest man! Mindy, the Hygienist, is amazing and very gentle! The staff is very kind and friendly and Dana who seems to be Dr Rich’s side kick is amazing as well! I love this office and have recommended them to all I know! We even have our family from NOVA hoping to make Dr Rich their dentist! The office is very clean and homey, not all the bells and whistles but you are not paying for that as well! I would rather honesty and trust in your dr and that is what you receive at this dental Office! I could not recommend them more highly! I LOVE THIS OFFICE, DR AND STAFF!!!! Give them a try, you will love them!
Dockside Dental is one of the best dental office. All staff are very welcoming and Dr. Shein is very personable and funny! My regulad dentist office could not see me with the bad toothache that my tooth was fractured and Dr. Shein was able to see me quickly. Glad I found them!
I have very sensitive gums and if not handled carefully, during my cleaning, it can be extremely painful! Today, the hygienist was awesome! Great conversation, which kept my mind off the cleaning…great job!
Best experience I’ve had at a dentist in a long time! I woke up and needed dental treatment for same day. I called in as a new patient and was greeted with a very sincere welcome from the receptionist. Upon arriving I was met by very friendly and attentive staff! I felt comfortable the whole time and I am completely satisfied with my dental work! Thank you so much! Special thanks for my tech (wish I could remember her name) she was awesome and made sure to help me with my anxiety! I would recommend Riccobene Associates Dentistry 1000xs! 10/10^2 for me! 😀
The staff overall Has been polite and understanding. Don't judge your teeth; they give you advice. I've been to about a total of 6 dentistry, and I don't think I'll be switching anytime soon.
The staff at Riccobene are excellent! Quiana is an AMAZING dental tech. It was the best cleaning experience I ever had! I especially liked the extra care she took to clean around my bottom front teeth permanent retainer. NO ONE has ever used the tech scaling she used. Moreover, she was personable, patient, and professional!! Thank you!!
I have waited years to go back to the dentist because I’ve always hated going. I was embarrassed and reluctant to call and schedule an appointment. I moved from out of state and needed a new dentist and I’m beyond words happy that I chose Riccobene! The customer service was absolutely nothing short of elite. When I called to schedule my appointment the lady who answered the phone couldn’t have been any sweeter. The front desk staff when I got there were so welcoming and friendly. My hygienist and my dentist both were great! I felt so comfortable and not judged at all. I’ve never had such a great experience at the dentist and will stop neglecting to go to my 6 month check ups from here on out. 11/10.
Due to a terrifying experience earlier in life, I am horribIy petrified of ANY dentist!!!! Yesterday I had four teeth extracted by Dr. Jameson - - - he was like Houdini! I sat in the chair shaking before he came in, and before I knew it I was finished ! He and his assistant made sure I was relaxed and felt no pain !!! They were both fantastic and the rest of the staff are as sweet and efficient as possible. Thank you all. Kari especially made it all come together sweetly and without a hint of pressure. Thank you all !!!
Always have a great, smooth experience here. The staff are friendly, respectful, caring and courteous of your time. The office is run very smoothly and efficiently. Definitely recommend you make your appointment with this team. Amy goes our of her way to make sure my dental needs are met. Emily goes that extra mile with handling my appointments and insurance concerns . Dr Adam Smigiel professionalisms is outstanding . America Mendez
