Loving and courteous staff. They really take care of the patient!!! I was scared to death today but Taylor help me through my super deep cleaning. I have one other side to have clean & because she took care of me... I'm actually going to come back for the left side 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾... thank you Riccobene for such a wonderful Staff!!!
It was a great experience. I was welcomed as soon as I got there and everyone was very friendly and attentive. I felt as if I had been a patient there forever instead of it being my first visit! Jada was great and actually talked with me during my visit and made me feel so comfortable! She’s the best! I’m happy that my daughter in law Kristen Wilbourne works with such great people and recommended you to me! She also did a great job with the X-Rays. I have had problems with that at my previous office so I’m glad she took the time to make sure I was comfortable!
Everyone I encountered today was very friendly and very efficient and very thorough. I would recommend this dental practice to everyone!

Dr. Roberts and his staff was very pleasant which made me relax. He is one of the best dentist I’ve ever had and I’ve had lots of work done in my mouth. He gave me a filling which we hope will keep me from getting another crown, since I’ve gotten so many crowns. Thanks to the staff for your kindness and professionalism.
They are an absolute joy to deal with. I have a serious aversion to dentists, but I’m always calm when I deal with them.
Dr. Dorrance Clark and the staff we interacted with were excellent. They were very kind to my daughter who has some intellectual disabilities. Conditions were explained clearly as were charges. I had a sense the doctor and staff have true compassion and are not driven by worldly standards, i.e. making money. God bless them.

I had a wonderful experience at Downtown Dental. I was very nervous before the appointment and was put at ease when I walked in to find Michelle and Karen greeting me with warm smiles. The hygienist, Karen, was also very knowledgeable. I pointed out how I had different areas of sensitivity along my gum lines and she was able to pin point when and why the areas were sensitive, dating back to the days I got my braces (about 25 years ago)! Upon checking out, Michelle answered all my questions about the logistics of my upcoming work, as well as all the financial aspects. She took the time to make a me a table with the best options that would work for me financially, and that was incredibly helpful. All of my questions were answered concisely, in a way I understood and felt good about the work I plan to do in the future.

The staff is very friendly and efficient! The hygienists are AMAZING & handled my screaming, crying 5 year old with such Grace. I am so thankful for the wonderful staff!! Highly recommend ☺️
I've been a patient here for a little over a year and each visit gets better and better. I'll be moving my son here soon from his pediatric dentist because the level of professionalism from the entire staff is impeccable. The receptionist Ms.Tamiko was so nice and welcoming and was willing to switch my appointment to accommodate my schedule at the last minute. So glad I chose Riccobene! Keep up the good work!
First experience with Riccobene Dentistry in Mocksville was good! Morgan the hygienist was great and Dr. Caputo was very friendly. They both wanted to provide care and treatment that was in my best interest. Pretty much everything you want in a dental practice.
Going to the dentist hasn't been one of my favorite things to do. However, Downtown Dental has changed that. I actually look forward to going because of the great customer service and attention to every one of my Dental concerns. A very clear discussion about my treatment plan is always throughly discussed. I trust Downtown Dental and have been going to them for over 3 years. I look forward to many more years of excellent dental care. Thank you Downtown Dental for making my dental visits a good experience.
Everyone was very kind and caring! Lovely bonus, it’s very LGBTQ+ forward—i’m non-binary and mentioned this and upon arriving for my appointment, they asked my pronouns, which was really heartwarming because most places aren’t very forward-thinking.
First and foremost my girls and I absolutely love this office. Not one time have we entered through their doors and not been greeted with a warm smile and a welcome. Its such a clean positive atmosphere. I have to brag on my children’s hygienist Tracy she is theeee most sweetest individual I think I’ve ever met she treats my girls as if they are hers and we all know a dentist office can be so scary for a child but my girls light up and are always so happy to talk too, tell her about all of their little adventures and just to see Mrs. Tracy. I appreciate her positive attitude and being so kind and sweet to my baby girls. She makes their little visits seem like a fun play date each and every time.
We each had our first visit at this practice today. We each had a very positive experience with our skilled dental techs, Melissa and Joel. Dr. Clark’s discussion, and advice was right on. All staff made us feel welcome. A very pleasant experience for each of us.
My visits to Riccobene Associate has always been pleasant. The staff there are very friendly. They always making sure you're ok while they're working on your teeth. I highly recommend them to anyone 😊 You all are awesome!
Dr. Miller and Chandra were great. They made my visit as comfortable as possible. They were very personal and professional at the same time. I would recommend Riccobene Dentistry to anybody needing oral care.
Nikki was absolutely the best she was patient and kind and went out of her way to help with my first visit and a crown that came off this am. Dr Farhan was the best dentist I’ve ever went to. He explained in detail everything and he suggested a treatment plan and Nikki explained the treatment plan he made for me and I am delighted at this decision. You will not be disappointed with this Dental Office; call and make an appointment today!
Broke a tooth needed it fixed quickly. They got me in within an hour of calling don’t have insurance. They got me in checked and gave me all my options for the tooth. They worked with me on getting it taken care of and gave several options for payment. They were able to do most of the repair right then and actually spent about 1 1/2 hours with me. Dr O. And Dental Assistant Katrina were great. If you need dental work give them a try.
Ryan and Dr. Jamenson were wonderful today with my son! He had all four wisdom teeth pulled out and he is doing amazing. This is our second experience with this dr and not disappointed

I love the staff and doctors at Riccobene. They are all so professional and willing to assist. They make sure I make every appointment with emails and text messages as reminders and they are always to cheerful and friendly. I personally had a fear of the dentist passed down from my mother and grandmother but at Riccobene the doctors and staff make me feel so comfortable I’m not afraid any more ( just like Kevin in Home Alone) Thanks to Dr. Conti and assistants ❤️❤️❤️
I've been going to this dentist office for 15 or more years with my family and love it!! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable of their jobs. They've always taken care of us like family. Just an all around great experience!!

I've been to many establishments in my lifetime, and I am here to tell you that Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry has to customer service. I've been here twice on behalf of my son. As I sit in the waiting area, the receptionist greets every single person as if this is her home. I haven't seen this type of treatment in years! Keep up the great work
Mrs. Stacy went above and beyond to get me in quickly. Everyone that worked with me during my appointment showed me a lot of care and compassion. I appreciate them, and am so thankful to have such a wonderful dental team for this journey.
Aleia did a great job cleaning my teeth! She is a very sweet person. I know she will be great with my 2 year old daughter as well. Dr. T was also very nice and talked through everything with me and gave me options for my treatment. I will definitely be returning!
I am new to the area and am very, very apprehensive about going to a new dentist . Everyone here is sooooo nice. I had to have a crown and was not sure how things were going to go but Dr Veloria was great .He listened to my concerns and answered my questions . They even serenaded me while they were working. Never had that before..But seriously I would recommend this practice to anyone and definitely to people who don't like to go to the dentist.
This was the first time my two year old went to the dentist and I was looking for some place special and we found it here. From the time we opened the door I knew she would love it. It was just so colorful and bright and everyone was so welcoming. The staff was friendly and tried to make her feel so comfortable from the start. The staff was really knowledgeable and overall it was a great first time. She loved it and is looking forward to going back to the dentist. Thank you so much!!!
Today my 8 year-old daughter had her two teeth fixed and two sealants teeth and it was for one hour. Usually my daughter doesn’t stay in one place without moving more than two minutes but with Doctor Jacqueline Garner she stayed still on the chair for one hour without getting tired or complaining about it. Doctor Garner made it fun with a lot of songes and talking about princesses which is my daughter favorite subject. It was an amazing moment . Doctor Jacqueline Garner was created to be and help kids making them happy with shiny smile. A big thank to our talented doctor and her assistant. Thanks Doctor Garner for being nice and for the perfect work.
Robbie Smith has been our family’s dentist for about 15 years. We are a family of 7. Both Robbie and her staff are wonderful. Their cosmetic dentistry is beautiful and they treat our whole family well!
My three children are all patients here (ages 13, 10, and 4) and we have never had a negative experience. But today we had to take care of my youngest's first cavity...which could have been awful for a child with sensory issues. But this team is SO amazing...he didn't make a peep the entire time! He even insisted that I go back to my chair when I tried holding his hand! AND we got a surprise visit by Santa. THANK YOU!
I have generalized anxiety, and going to the dentist nearly throws me into a full blown panic attack each time. I’m 41 but feel like a 5 year old every time I have to go. Today was my first experience at the Oakwood office and I have to say from the receptionist to dental hygienist, they were very nice and reassuring. I recommend Jennifer and Lauren, if you can choose. I hadn’t been to the dentist in 3 years and was embarrassed by my lack of care to the point of tears. Jennifer took her time with me and talked to me and was extremely sweet. Awesome bedside manner which can’t be taught. They both said, there’s no reason to be upset, you’re here now and that’s what matters. The dentist I had was nice as well. I don’t recall her introducing herself to me and was in and out pretty quickly. I was there for an hour start to finish. I only had to wait for about 8-10 minutes before being called back. They made me feel at ease and I look forward to going back on Monday for additional work. I’ll update if anything changes, but for now I’m definitely pleased.
My 6 year old, who was a bit anxious, needed some work done on a cavity and both the dentist and assistant were so amazing at helping her feel calm and lightening the mood. I’m so impressed by the whole experience!
I've been to several other dental practices in town and NONE have met my expectations except this one. From an implant by Dr. Rich and future services with Dr. Puza I feel comfortable with my dental needs in their hands. My most recent visit to Downtown dental was for a dental cleaning. Karen has always done an excellent job helping me keep my teeth and gums clean and healthy. Keep up the great work!
I had a wonderful experience. Dr. Pruitt and his assistant Amy did a great job taking out my wisdom tooth! They were both very professional and nice and made me feel very relaxed.

My experience couldn’t have been any better. The entire staff was so kind and made me feel at ease from the consultation through the actual procedure (which was my first procedure of any kind so I had a lot of nerves). The technicians were so considerate and made me feel so comfortable. I would highly recommend them and am thankful for such a great experience!

This was my first visit to Riccobene Dentistry, the specialists in endodontics and I was really anxious about getting a root canal. First the reception desk people were pleasant and helpful. Dr Chen, who did the procedure was patient and understanding of my nervousness and quick and competent. Taylor, who was in charge of finances eased my other worry of how I would pay my bill by giving me options for payment and was they were the ONLY specialist in the area that really cared to help me find a realistic plan for payment and I really appreciate that. But most of all, I have to mention Erica, who was Dr. Chen's assistant, for going above and beyond to calm my fears. She did everything in her power to relax me, clearly explaining exactly what would occur and easing my worries. She even held my hand at one point! She was awesome and made my experience so much better. Thank you to you all.

I had a small procedure, outside of normal cleanings. Dr. Jameson was friendly and professional. I was properly informed in detail about my procedure, and after care. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call around 8PM from Dr. Jameson following up and making sure I was comfortable and asking if I had any questions. I would 100% recommend him. Thank you.

Absolutely the best dental office in Leland. I was totally comfortable with my procedures and everything was explained thoroughly. Everyone is so sweet here! My daughter was scared of the elevator so once we got up there the fun art work on the walls, etc. made her very happy! She didn’t like the teeth cleaning part but that’s to be expected of a two year old, they made it very easy for me though which is super helpful for a stressed out mama of two!
I am one of those people who has an extreme fear of dentists because of traumatizing experiences. From the moment they called me in the back they began to erase my fears. My nurse was sooo great at calming my nerves, using a little humor all the while getting the needed information from me. Dr. Jessica came in and had the same vibe - relaxing & calming. They explained the procedure thoroughly and answered any questions I had. I didn't feel feel rushed at all. Overall this has been a great experience and I look forward to becoming a part of this exceptional dental family.
This is a great place to take your kid(s) for dental work. The staff is more than helpful and over the top polite. They are absolutely AMAZING!!! ***The only downfall is the parking because of the building's location which is on the corner of a major intersection on the back side with an EXTREMELY small lot.***
I took my 8-year old last Thursday for an exam, x-rays, and cleaning. She has severe anxiety with dental experiences, but Mrs. Phyllis was so patient and kind with her. She made sure to include Alexa on every step of the way and to show her what she was doing before she did it. She was unable to get the bitewing x-rays, but mostly because of my daughter's fear and small mouth; however, Mrs. Phyllis still made sure to not let my daughter feel she did anything wrong. Dr. Schein was great and overall, we had a really good experience. Next appointment already made!
They do great work! No wait to see the doctor everyone was friendly and professional got in and out pain free. Would recommend to people. Dr.Clark has awesome techniques he got my cavity filled in no time at all his nurse used a numbing agent that made it so I could feel nothing. Brittney does a wonderful cleanings Thanks Riccobene

Had a cleaning by April and she is phenomenal. Recently had to go back for some dental work to get done and Barbara and Dr. Sommer were amazing. Barbara is just so warm and has a very calming nature. I really appreciated having her there since I was having a 2 hour procedure and I’m admittedly a very anxious dental patient. The dentist is not my favorite place to be at all, but this was much better because of a great team. I also felt like Dr. Sommer did a great job and i left feeling like he really cared that the procedure was done correctly. Thanks to you all!

We have had many dentists for our kids, some better than others. We are so happy to have found this practice as every single person we have been treated by has been amazing with kids and outstanding to work with as a parent! No unreasonable wait times or billing shenanigans. We have a wide range of ages and all have done well here.
Dr. Parker & staff are genuinely friendly and very professional. I had an appointment for a filling and it was pain free and completed within 30 minutes (start to finish). Highly recommend!
Excellent customer service; very clean facility; knowledgeable staff; positive experience. Chris was my hygienist and I really enjoyed him. He is clearly an expert in his field but also was very gentle and calming in his work. Dr. Farhan was also a pleasure to work with; he took his time explaining my dental status. He was also patient in allowing me to ask questions. And finally, I don't remember the front desk staff members' names but they were SO NICE and welcoming! I recommend this practice!
Tech was awesome! I'm afraid of dentist and he assured me I would be fine and made me very comfortable. Needles are what I'm most afraid of..they both tech and dentist were the best. I didn't feel anything....Awesome experience

I have been to this office about 4 times. I had a cleaning done, two crowns built up, and a few fillings. I had been to the same dentist for 13+ years and was now changing and haven't been to one in a few years(no insurance). The staff is very nice, and are willing to go out of their way to save you time and money. The dental plan was a blessing. Thank you!!
I have extreme anxiety and have had difficulty with dentists. I just recently moved to North Carolina and was referred. Everyone was amazing. Everyone was very understanding and went out of their way to take care of me and make me feel calm and explain every step of everything to me. I would highly recommend!
The receptionist was very pleasant. Chelsea, the dental hygienist was great. She was very gentle and thorough and cleaned my teeth brilliantly. Dr. Nadella explained things quite articulately and seemed very knowledgeable about various procedures-she also seemed very nice. It was my first visit but certainly not my last. I feel like I finally found a dentist I like! I highly recommend this practice.
The dental hygienist are very good and making both my children feel comfortable while they clean their teeth and do whatever they need to do. Been going there for a few years and my children really like them. The dentist are very nice with my children as well. Very good over all with my children.

Dental health is detrimental to overall health and well being. Therefore, I was desperate for answers to whether I was a suitable inplant candidate and its' affordability. The entire staff was attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. I received the best diagnosis for my situation and I am looking forward to a nice and healthy smile and to be able to chew my food, again, properly.. i enjoyed my visit, immensely, and I would recommend this most needed service to the community at large. Love, love LOVE Downtown Dental. Very warm and inviting office from the time you enter and are greeted by Karen. They do not overbook so you may only have a couple of minutes to wait. Karen, the hygienist, is very gentle and the best one I've ever had. Dr. Puza is wonderful and explains everything while doing a procedure and answers all questions. Dental assistants (forget names) are also very professional, gentle and caring. Office manager, Michelle, went above and beyond in helping me with a billing problem with insurer. Very pleased with this dental office & would highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist.
Dr. Blessing is an amazing dentist! I have had lots done to my teeth so here often. Excellent service! The front desk staff and dental assistants are outstanding! Every visit consistently excellent dental care! Been going over 4 years and won’t go anywhere else! Even the occasional fill in dentists are amazing, too! Highly recommend!!
I absolutely love Riccobene AFD. As soon as I walk in the door I feel welcomed and comfortable. I’ve had several different hygienist and Dentists work on my teeth and all of them were amazing and professional. Jennifer G. is my favorite. She always has a smile and makes me laugh!

I have been going to the dentist regularly for decades. Recently I got my routine x-rays and cleaning by Colleen, and came back for a couple of fillings by Dr. Holmes. These services were above and beyond what I expected. The professional care I received had me in and out in record time with an insignificant amount of discomfort and no concerns after I left. I am so happy to have found five star dental care in Porters Neck.
I have been to different dentists over the years, so going to a new dentist makes me nervous. But I must say from my first cleaning to my first filling with Riccobene has been a breath of fresh air. Everyone I came in contact with in the office was very nice and seemed to really take pride in their work. The dental assistant that I had for my filling was so compassionate and told me everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable. Getting good service these days is hard to come by, so when it happens, it is really appreciated!
A friendly and knowledgeable staff always welcomes me at check in . The Dentist and assistant were aware of my nerves and calmed me during the procedure. Made sure I was pain free as possible . I will recommend them to friends and family .
Have been a patient since the very early 80s, when my mother was a Dental Hygienist. Awesome place and they still have a few people who have worked there since the day they opened. That says a lot about a dentist office. Best dentist I ever had was Dr. Hopkins, until he passed away. Also saw Dr. steven Erwin and the Orthodontist (forgot his name, was big into soccer). Keep up the great work. Btw, never remodel, always reminds me of my youth:)
They were so kind from the first phone call to make an appt, explaining all the information, getting to the office and getting a tooth pulled. I will be going back. Made the experience very great and I highly recommend them!
Chose this place because it’s in network with my insurance and is so close by and I am grateful that it turned out to be such a wonderful experience. I am planning to continue my kids dental care there as a matter of fact. Everyone I mean everyone there truly puts a lot of effort into making the kids and parent comfortable. You really get the sense that it’s a genuine desire to make it a pleasant experience. My 3 year old daughter kept saying “ oh we had such a nice visit “ and now I can expect that she will be thrilled at the expectancy of any future visit ..... this is ideally what you want to build so that the kids can want to visit dentist and be on top of their dental care throughout their life span Wonderful staff and wonderful dentist
I think it’s one of the most finally tuned dental practices around. The check in process is efficient. The assistants and hygienists take a thorough history and are gentle, The dentists that I have seen are very professional. When I first came to Riccobene, I wondered how personable it would be since it’s a large practice with many offices. All I can say is it does not feel like a large practice at all. Staff seem to enjoy what they do and the visits are as pleasant as can be. I like that they have sub specialists all under the same roof and they have your care very well coordinated. All your records are in one place. Technology looks very up to date. I also really like that they have their own insurance plan. It’s far superior on so many levels to anything offered by any of the large corporations that claim to be dental insurance providers. I was very impressed by the transparency and simplicity of their insurance. Give them a try!
It was amazing! I’ve neverrr had such a nice, kind, informative dental hygienist. I would give her a shout out but I don’t want to disturb her privacy. She answered all of questions and explained everything. The staff in the front are super sweet to. I recommend this dentist office to anyone
I'm new to NC and needed to find a dentist for my son. I'm so glad I came across this dentist. I was very pleased with their professionalism and how they have the office set up geared 100% for children. I really like the fact that the employees are diverse and well rounded. They were very caring and gentle with my son.
Dental hygienist Ms. Jennifer is the best because of her I enjoy going to the dentist. Before I was always terrified and hated the dentist. The staff are very friendly, Pleasant, welcoming and always makes you feel comfortable. Thank you… and whenever I get out of Ms Jennifer’s chair my teeth are smiling!!!!

Happy Riccobene has opened in Southport/Bolivia. Great dental, girls in front office are always smiling, friendly and happy to answer any questions. Dental hygienist Carolyn is wonderful and of course Dr Durant. All are phenomenal, can say enough positives I have experience since they opened. Only thing better they could do is at least have an orthodontist visit this office at least once a week, as this would be a great benefit for families and kids. Monkey junction is to far to travel for that service. Other than that, very happy with Riccobene.
Emily did a deep clean on my teeth today. She is AWESOME. Dr. Houcal did my novocaine. He has a gentle touch. Teeth feel and look great. Emily is fun to talk to and made me feel very comfortable during the whole process. Great team Thanks.

I brought my son Cameron Alston to your facility today October 27 and we had the very very best experience ever everyone from the front to the back was so pleasant and they made my son feels so comfortable And at ease because he was very very nervous when we arrived from having a bad experience with a prior dentist but the nurse Miss Barbara and Dr. Hon or top notch excellent we will definitely be back thank you so so much for all that you did for us

I love this place. The people I've met are always super friendly and my kids are always taken care. I have one child who was afraid of the numbing process but this place made sure he was comfortable and explained everything to him. This is a great dentist for children and adults I highly recommend. They are awesome. There pretty fast aswell normally spend an hr here every visit.
Great experience. Friendly staff. Had a filling replaced and was surprised that it was painless easy and quick. Won't say I'm looking for the next filling but if I do ... The staff are always friendly and I was able to get what I wanted done with a walk-in! They do great work and make sure that you understand what they are saying/doing! With every visit they make sure that you are comfortable.
Went in for an extraction. Dr. Mitchell came in and talked me through the whole experience. Never once hurt me and was as nice as can be. Very professional.
Dr. Clifton Ball is amazing. He is not only encouraging but also very motivating throughout the orthodontic treatment. His entire staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dr. Clifton Ball and his team for orthodontic treatments.
I made an appointment here after I wanted a second opinion and I'm so thankful I did. They made me feel so comfortable and they go above and beyond in regards to patient care. Very pleasant and professional staff. Office extremely clean. A lot of other practices should take notes on how this practice cares for patients. From checking in to checking out everyone and I mean everyone is extremely nice and helpful! I am someone who is terrified of the dentist and Dr. Gough took that fear away. She made a plan for me that is perfect and I can't say enough good things things about this office. Now I do not dread the dentist. Awesome 👍
We moved here about 3 years ago- finding new doctors is not an easy thing! I must say, we got so lucky to have found Hampstead Family Dentistry! Every time we are there they make us feel so welcome and special. They always remember us and chat like friends...we are not just another patient to them. It's really helps when your kind of nervous about going the dentist! Not to mention, we never have to wait more then a few minutes before being called back. They value an appointment time and for a very busy family like us, that is very appreciated! Thank you all!
I have been a patient here for several years and really can’t see why I would go anywhere else. Karen at the front desk is unfailing cheerful and welcoming. Karen, my hygienist, is always thoughtful and caring and concerned with patient comfort. I absolutely trust her and her work. If you are looking for a dentist, if you have just moved to the area, I would encourage you to try Downtown Dental. Don’t worry about parking downtown either—they have a lot just for patients!

Friendly atmosphere, very clean office. Zeeshan Wahab DMD was great as was Dianne, the dental assistant. They took their time with me and made me very comfortable.
Staff was very nice and helpful. The dental tech was extremely nice and helpful. The dentist was very nice and discussed options available. Made and immediate referral and follow-up was scheduled. It was a very positive experience.

In my experience with dentist offices I was not comfortable and very scared. Today when I visited the office of Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry, I felt at home. Courtney was very friendly and professional. I would recommend anyone services with this dentist office. I had a very bad experience growing up visiting the dentist. I use to dread going to a visit. After today I will make sure I am at every visit scheduled. I love your team!!! KUDDOS
