I am usually nervous going to the dentist but everyone Is so nice and made me feel comfortable enough to relax. They were very serious about keeping us safe from Covid. Every employee wore a mask. My daughter was in pain and they were able to fit her in almost immediately. I have also discovered that they have several locations, one being only a couple miles away. We are very happy to find this place.

I have been going to Riccobene and Associates for years. Dr. Conti was the regular dentist that provided my care, but he is no longer with them. Dr. Solanki is my dentist now at their practice and she is great! She is patient and caring. I can respect a dentist that takes time out of her day to call and talk about the next steps in my dental care. I don’t want anyone else providing my dental care. The staff always have pleasant attitudes and great customer service. I love the team that works with Dr. Solanki. I was nervous about a procedure and her team walked me though the process, so I would know what to expect. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a dentist!

Dr Leslie and her assistant Cassandra were amazing with my 6 year old son. He had to have lots of work done and came in with some anxiety. They found out his interests (Paw Patrol) and made the experience easy and exciting for him. Dr. T and Lauren did a nice job preparing my front teeth for crowns. My front teeth had grown ragged over time and there were visible fractures which could easily lead to a cracked or broken tooth (both would be extremely painful). Dr. T was generous with lidocaine and it was a nearly pain-free experience. I am looking forward to receiving the crowns in a couple weeks and having a brighter smile. Thank you ladies!! :-)

My wife and I have just recently started going to Robbie T Smith DDS due to our previous dentist no longer accepting my benefits. Great decision in so many different ways. Very,very friendly and professional staff! Including the front desk receptionist. Very cheerful and warm welcome each time I visit as soon as I walk through the door. Robbie is a very awesome and thorough dentist in every way. Enjoyed talking with her about her dad and his career as pilot and now flying for a mission organization into Hiati! Sounds like an awesome adventure for sure. Very interested in what she had to say on the subject due to having a 40 year career in Aviation Maintenance myself! I had the opportunity to meet some new folks this visit due to a temporary shortage in staff. I believe Tracy was her name. Very good @ what she does. Enjoyed talking with her about her and her husband's sheep herding dogs. And Stacey my normal hygienists as always very kind,gentle, and personable! Takes her time with me and always asks if I'm comfortable while communicating with me from beginning to the end of my visit. Summing the experience up I can say that everybody works together as a team! Well oiled machine! And everybody in Robbie T Smith's office are exactly were they need to be as far as career field choice. Including Robbie T! Very good @ what they do. 😁😉😎

The staff at Riccobene are super sweet and very helpful. They are extremely patient with their pediatric clients and detail everything they are doing to make sure the kids feel safe. Dr. Martin is phenomenal! As a Nigerian American family, it is important for us to find medical providers that not only offer quality care, but look like our family. We want to teach our children early that they truly can be whatever they choose when they grow up. Representation truly does matter! Seeing Dr. Martin for their first visits to the dentist were both great experiences. Dr. Martin is an amazing pediatric dentist and despite their squirming, my kids felt extremely comfortable in his hands. He was so gentle with them and kept them in good spirits with his warm personality. He was very thorough, but also got us in and out fairly quickly. My son went home and began brushing the teeth of all his toys (in addition to his own)! Both first visits were a success and we’re thrilled to have such a gem like Dr. Martin in the Goldsboro community.

I was 10 minutes late for the first time but they were still happy to see me and took me in almost immediately. I was given an opportunity to discuss the retainer, one vs two. They explained in detail how the new x-ray can be used to make the retainers so they fit perfectly. I have an appointment to have my braces removed but if the retainer comes in sooner, they will rebook my appointment at an earlier time.

Went to go get a wisdom tooth pulled. I was real anxious, cause I haven't been to a dentist often and I'm real self-conscious about my mouth as a whole. They were really welcoming, and there is a TV you can watch in each room when your getting your exam done, and quickly got to the root of my problem. The dentists doing my procedure were really receptive of my nervous deflective humour, so I felt like they really Listerine'd to me. This place is definitely kid friendly too. 10/10, will visit this dentist again sooner rather than later.

I’m 69 years old and I hadn’t been in a Dentist office in years, I was running late as usual, and had a about 50 minute drive so when I arrived I was quite nervous.. I walked into this spacious, very clean and was greeted by the receptionist with “Hello, How Can We Make You Smile Today?” which I thought was nice. I was taken back to get my X-rays and the technicians were very patient and gentle..everything was also very clean..and everyone wore masks. I was taken to a room where I waited to see Dr Roberts..First thing I noticed was that he very young..at my age though, everyone is. He wanted to know a little bit about my history with my dentures and why I had my teeth pulled.So, I was there because I was on my 2 nd pair of dentures. I wore my 1st for about 20 years, and they just wore out. I had my 2 nd set made at a Dental Clinic, was never satisfied with them, they didn’t fit right..top was too short bottom was too long and just wouldn’t stay put..These are the words I told Dr Roberts. He was very sympathetic and understanding and explained to me what he specialized in, and that was extracting teeth and making dentures but in his opinion, from my history he would recommend that I see a Prostodonist. That he could make me a new set of dentures but I would still be in the same boat. And I greatly appreciate his honesty..

My family has been customers for nearly 3 years. I find the overall experience at Riccobene Dentistry at Monkey Junction has been great. The Front Staff and Ladies at Check-out are professional and friendly. The Dental Hygienists and Dentists do a really good work and I’ve noticed some new equipment lately. The entire staff seem to really like their work environment and it shows with their positive attitude and the smiles you receive. My son just got braces and he really doesn’t mind going to Riccobene :)

Dr. McCormick is my favorite dentist!! I’ve had several things done and never had a problem. She’s very sweet and sensitive to her patients. I felt myself having some anxiety during a dental procedure one time and she calmly told me to take deep breaths. She’s a very knowledgeable dentist too. I feel safe with her. The dental assistant Hope is sooooo sweet. She’s also very caring and reassuring. She just has a lovely personality. I’d recommend this dentist to family and friends!!!

We drove from Goldsboro (about 30 minutes) and it was WELL worth it. They were prompt and professional, but also fun, informative, and absolutely wonderful with my child who was very anxious about the whole experience. We definitely look forward to coming back to them for many years to come. COVID protocol was in place, everything was clean and aesthetically pleasing. I want one of the fun kid rooms and a prize next time 😂 I'm perpetually a kid at heart! 😁 Would recommend 10/10!

I had been to the same dentist for 13+ years and was now changing and haven't been to one in a few years(no insurance). The staff here is great! Dr. Rich is one of the few dentists that doesn't worry about churning out as many patients as possible, like most dentists. He takes the time with each patient, cares for them, and is honest with his prognosis. If you don't need a procedure, he will tell you. Honest Dentist. Honest office. The hygienists are great, especially Kim. She is gentle, but thorough. My mouth feels so clean after my appointments with her.

First of all rhe staff is very friendly, and the hygienists that I had she was great very particular on making sure she cleaned my teeth to the best of her ability. Reason so when she was going back over my teeth she found a small spot that needed more attention, so she went back in with her tools to clean again. Making a comment that she was very attentive and particular like that. I like that in her because that told me that she cares for her patients and making sure they get the quality of her work as they so deserves. So hands down this have been the best experience I had at a dentist office ever.

Absolutely fabulous experience. I recently moved to North Carolina, and needed a dentist, and decided to give this location a shot. The atmosphere of the whole building is warm and welcoming. My appointments have been on the dot, if not a few minutes early - they are always prepared. Dr. Hucal is extremely professional, yet friendly and open. Natasha was his dental assistant for my fillings, and was very straightforward and kind. Megan also provided assistance and was as energetic to help as everyone else on the team there. Everyone knew what they were doing, and transitions between team members were seamless. I will definitely be a routine patient. Arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment and in 2 minutes I was called back to have a tooth extracted. Dr. blessing and his nurse were efficient, explained everything they were doing. It was a totally painless extraction with impressions for a denture. I was done, paid and out the door in one hr. And 10 minutes. Totally pleased!
