Sameen Mujtaba, DMD

Dr. Sameen Mujtaba is a dedicated dental professional committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. Born in the Midwest and raised in Charlotte, NC since the age of six, she is proud to serve the community she calls home. Dr. Mujtaba was drawn to dentistry because it combines her interest in healthcare with her enjoyment of working with her hands, allowing her to make a meaningful impact on patients’ health and confidence.

Dr. Mujtaba earned her undergraduate degree from North Carolina State University before completing her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at Midwestern University in Chicago. She has practiced dentistry in both South Carolina and Arizona before returning to North Carolina. Now practicing at the Independence office, she provides comprehensive dental care with additional experience in prosthetic dentistry. She is passionate about creating a safe, empathetic environment and strives to ensure each patient feels comfortable and cared for. Outside the office, she enjoys staying active, as well as painting, crocheting, reading, and writing.
