Jinson Kang, DMD

Dr. Jinson Kang hails from South Korea, where she was born and raised before moving to the United States in 2009. She completed her education in Arkansas before earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Roseman University College of Dental Medicine in Utah and completing an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency in Colorado. Inspired by her own childhood dental anxiety, Dr. Kang pursued dentistry to help patients feel comfortable, understood, and confident in their care.

Passionate about creating a welcoming and judgment-free environment, Dr. Kang believes trust and patient education are essential to excellent dental care. She is also continuing to expand her skills through advanced training in cosmetic dentistry. Outside the office, Dr. Kang enjoys traveling and adventuring with her husband. A former NCAA Division I swimmer and assistant coach, she brings the discipline, perseverance, and teamwork she learned through athletics into her practice every day. She is excited to call coastal North Carolina home and enjoys staying connected to the water and beach lifestyle.
