Patrick Bollendorf, DMD, FAGD

Dr. Patrick Bollendorf grew up in Allentown, PA. He attended Villanova University for his undergraduate degree followed by Boston University Goldman School of Dentistry for dental school. Dr. Bollendorf then went on to complete the Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) Program at UNC Chapel Hill. After completion of the AEGD Program, Dr. Bollendorf worked as an associate for a few years before settling in Raleigh in 2000. He practiced in Raleigh for over 20 years before moving to Wilmington in 2020 and joining the Riccobene team!

From a young age, Dr. Bollendorf admired his uncle, Ray, who was a dentist. He found the dental field very interesting and as he got older, he realized he loves working with his hands and being creative. Dentistry turned out to be the perfect fit for Dr. Bollendorf! Dr. Bollendorf has been practicing dentistry for 23 years. He has 15 years of experience with Invisalign, is proficient in digital impressions, and is certified to perform conscious sedation. Continuing education has been his passion throughout his career. Dr. Bollendorf has completed a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) and is currently working towards his Master’s with the AGD! Dr. Bollendorf’s goal is to have the knowledge and experience to make every visit to his chair be as easy and comfortable as possible.

In his personal time, Dr. Bollendorf enjoys spending time with his wife, Ashlea, who he has been married to for 20 years! Together, they love to travel as much as possible as they love experiencing new places and cultures. When going on adventures in the US, they enjoy bringing their dog, George, and cat, Steve. Dr. Bollendorf has enjoyed joining the Riccobene family and looks forward to continuing to serve the great Wilmington community!
