Dr. Frank Rudey was born in Grenoble, France and grew up in Los Altos, California, in the heart of Silicon Valley. He attended college at the University of Washington, in Seattle, earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree with Honors in 1992.
Dr. Rudey continued his studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earning an MS from the UNC School of Medicine and completing a post-doctoral residency in Orthodontics at the School of Dentistry. While at UNC, he met his wife who is from North Carolina. They have two grown sons.
Dr. Rudey practiced in the Seattle area, earning special recognition in Seattle Magazine’s 2006 Top Dentists issue—the only orthodontist recognized that year in the South Seattle region. He and his wife moved back to beautiful North Carolina so they could be close to family.
As a practitioner, Dr. Rudey enjoys improving his patients’ quality of life and self-confidence by helping them have straight, attractive, healthy teeth. Outside of work, he enjoys being in the outdoors with his yellow lab, taking leisurely rides on his Harley and snow skiing. He looks forward to meeting you.
