I have been very pleased with BrushAndFloss! My son started going at 3yo and they do such a great job with him! We never wait very long before they call us back, and he loves the superheroes on the walls and the prizes! It’s such a cute office with a very friendly staff
My children have had severe anxiety issues with dental care. Dr. Garner is a top notch pro when it comes to easing the minds and hearts of our little ones! All of the staff at Riccobene are so warm and friendly that the kids now look forward to their dental appointments. They’ve got the most beautiful hand painted murals in each office, too! Thank you for all you do!
For the first time in a long time, I am extremely proud to thank the staff for service beyond medical procedures. Each member demonstrates and ensures the “we got you” feeling that helps relax my anticipation on each dental appointment. Thank you one and all!
Riccobene Associates staff was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Rogers was wonderful and very gentle! I am always a ball of nerves at the dentist, but he made me feel comfortable and checked in to make sure I was doing okay.

AMAZING experience!! I was in town visiting my sister and my wisdom tooth started killing me. I called around to several dentists and none could see me for a day or more. The amazing receptionist at Downtown Dental fit me in within an hour, and was super friendly and helpful. Once I got there I was seen immediately, and they fixed my issue in 15 min. The entire staff was extraordinarily nice, friendly, accommodating, yet efficient. I have never had a better experience at a dentist's office!! If I didn't live 8 hours away I would legit book all my dental care through them. Thank you to all of the staff for saving my vacation, you are all amazing!!!
Dr. O and Ms. Sarah have cured my fear of seeing a dentist. Such a comfortable atmosphere, they took the time to listen, calm my anxiety, not once did I feel rushed while asking all my questions ;) Teeth cleaning was a breeze, though embarrassed I waited so long. I’m moving my entire family to this practice. One more thing, I was expecting to wait at least 45 minutes in the lobby, nope right on time!!! This practice will not disappoint!
Absolutely fantastic experience across the board! From the greeting when I walked in, to no wait, to the tech that prep me, to the doctor that did my injections, and the amazing hygienist, I was treated with kindness, gentleness, compassion, everything was explained to me in as much detail as I could handle. I'm 64 years old and have been in a few dental offices in my time! 😋 This experience set a whole new standard. I was quite impressed last week when I came for my preliminary visit but did not leave a review until I actually had work done. I have two more procedures before the end of the month. I'm betting they go just as well. I will update. If you're searching for an honest competent clean affordable dental practice this is it!
First off nikki at the front desk is amazing she is the sweetest cutest soul. The hygenist i believe her name was elaina took her time and was gentle which i love with having senitive teeth. The dentist himself does not push anything on you which i truly appreciate. Im happy I gave them a shot considering this was my very first dentist experience in columbia.There is also another girl who works there and i apologize im not great with names,but she is a jack of all trades and deserves a mention as well! great staff!
Dr. Wollfe is an incredibly experienced and gentle dentist. He recently placed two dental implant crowns in my upper jaw and it was a huge success. He took his time removing excess crown material so that my bite would be 100% comfortable. His assistant Jessica is also stellar! Allison is my dental hygienist and she does a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. I highly recommend this dental practice.
Dr. Cory Jameson did a great job on my implant procedure. He gave me a very in-depth explanation of what the procedure involved and used the upmost care in performing the surgical part of the procedure. Dr. Jameson and his staff were cheerful and friendly and even asked me what kind of music I would like to listen to during the procedure. It was a very nice overall experience.
Dr. Hunt is the best Dentist around. He is very attentive to your needs and super competent in the work he does! Having good interpersonal skills is the icing on the cake!
Took my 5 year old and 8 year old. Everyone was wonderful. The Pediatric area was set up nice and very kid friendly with toy story on the walls. The dental hygienists were very nice. The dentist was amazing. Very friendly with the children and very informative. My son has a rare condition and the dentist actually knew what it was and was very familiar with it. Gave me great confidence in him! Very happy to continue to go here.
Great experience. Friendly staff. Had a filling replaced and was surprised that it was painless easy and quick. Won't say I'm looking for the next filling but if I do ... I trust them with the next procedure. 2nd visit again outstanding dental hygienist, great front desk personnel. Dentist very friendly. Have great confidence in this business 3rd visit. Again. Having my teeth cleaned at the Riccobene Dental Office in Mebane, NC was a pleasure. This was my first visit to this office.The receptionist and the insurance/billing person at the front desk were extremely pleasant, friendly, and helpful. The schedule was timely. I was called in for my appointment within minutes after arriving. Alejandra was my dental hygienist. She was professional, friendly, had gentle but thorough teeth cleaning skills, and gave tips for improved brushing and flossing. My dentist was Dr. Alexis Trendowski. Prior to starting my dental exam, she took time to introduce herself and demonstrated interest in getting to know me as a new patient at the clinic. She treated me very kindly in a professional manner and made sure that my dental needs were being met by providing individualized care and planning suggestions for future treatment. I think Dr. Trendowski is the nicest most personable dentist I have ever met. My experience at the Riccobene Dental Clinic was 100% positive. I highly recommend the dental services at this office.
Dental health is detrimental to overall health and well being. Therefore, I was desperate for answers to whether I was a suitable inplant candidate and its' affordability. The entire staff was attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. I received the best diagnosis for my situation and I am looking forward to a nice and healthy smile and to be able to chew my food, again, properly.. i enjoyed my visit, immensely, and I would recommend this most needed service to the community at large. My three children are all patients here (ages 13, 10, and 4) and we have never had a negative experience. But today we had to take care of my youngest's first cavity...which could have been awful for a child with sensory issues. But this team is SO amazing...he didn't make a peep the entire time! He even insisted that I go back to my chair when I tried holding his hand! AND we got a surprise visit by Santa. THANK YOU!
Dr Garner is the best! She sang to my 2 year old during her appointment today. My girls love her.

I'm a new patient and had an awesome 1st experience. Amanda and Dr O. did a great job of welcoming me, explaining all that was done, and setting me up for future visits. Quick, easy, and painless. :-) Highly recommend.
It is a great place to go to. They do an excellent job. The staff are all great. I have had a few procedures and nothing has gone bad either time. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Dr Beamer is fantastic! She took the time to answer all my questions regarding having my wisdom tooth removed and offered advise. She then gave me a referral to two different oral surgeons and emailed me the X-rays they took. Couldn’t ask for more from any dentist. I highly recommend Dr Beamer!
I hadn’t been to the dentist in a few years due to being in grad school and the pandemic, so I was really nervous about being scolded or looked down upon but the staff was SO KIND. They were honest with me about the work I needed and patiently explained to me all the ways that I could pay for it. I saw the dentist at Riccobene in Oxford for the first time for my teeth cleaning. The dental hygienist, Nicole, was so good and so thorough. The dentist, Dr. Hotic, gave me the most thorough exam that I've ever had by dentist. She took her time and explained things. I am so happy with this practice. I have finally found a dentist that I actually trust since Dr Leden retired

Complies with Covid rules. Very clean, filtered air. Attention to comfort and pain level. Honors my request for course of care and options. Informed me of different procedures that are possible and what can not be accomplished that is durable and comfortable.
The doctors here are amazing. They are very personable, educated, and good at what he does. The four Dental Assistants I've had in the past few visits were also amazing, informative, and personable, not to mention highly skilled. I've had some problems for a while that my previous dentist office was only keeping an eye on. I've had acquaintances who have been stung by that (which has cost them physical pain and more money to resolve). This office takes excellent care of your teeth and ensures they are doing everything they can to ensure there are no future issues as well. I'd highly recommend this office!!!

I think it’s one of the most finally tuned dental practices around. The check in process is efficient. The assistants and hygienists take a thorough history and are gentle, The dentists that I have seen are very professional. When I first came to Riccobene, I wondered how personable it would be since it’s a large practice with many offices. All I can say is it does not feel like a large practice at all. Staff seem to enjoy what they do and the visits are as pleasant as can be. I like that they have sub specialists all under the same roof and they have your care very well coordinated. All your records are in one place. Technology looks very up to date. I also really like that they have their own insurance plan. It’s far superior on so many levels to anything offered by any of the large corporations that claim to be dental insurance providers. I was very impressed by the transparency and simplicity of their insurance. Give them a try!
I recently had a delightful visit at Riccobene Dentistry in Apex with Dr. Lara Clark.Veneer replacement is a lengthy procedure and Dr. Clark stayed focused, meticulous and efficient.Expertly assisted by Destiny and Q. The Front Staff was equally great.So glad I chose this highly skilled Dentist!

When they say you're getting a comprehensive dental exam, they mean it! This was the most thorough exam I've ever had. Dr. Miller is beyond professional. He treated me like a trustworthy friend or cherished family member, and this same kindness and respect were extended by his entire staff. I highly recommend this practice!
I’ve been coming here with my kids for more than 13 years and I will never go elsewhere! I have 4 kids, all of which love the dentist and have never been scared to go since they were toddlers! The staff is awesome and caring and very nice and welcoming! This is an amazing company, and I have found Ricobene’s every time I moved around the area, each one bringing A+ service. Never a bad experience, would recommend 100%!

Dr. Goldstein is absolutely amazing. I have been to several dentist about getting my front teeth fixed and they always told me I would have to invest in veneers. Dr. Goldstein fixed them without me having to go that route and i am beyond happy with all the work he has done for me thus far. I highly recommend this office and the wonderful people who work there!
I moved from Colorado to Charlotte, and haven’t been to the dentist in a few years. They are all so kind, and I have already recommended two of my friends to give them a call.
As far as dental visits go they were very accommodating and professional and seemed to really care about me as a patient. They were also very cordial and respectful while making good conversation...pleasant staff all around.
This group is the very best I have been to ! Going to continue with them they are awesome listening to my requests of being scared and not liking Dentist’ they paying attention to my needs! I love my guy, I have a small mouth and have bone growth in my mouth? They were especially great on that and I was thankful they cared about it! It’s painful getting a exam of my teeth! When I have bone growth in my gums !

I've never visited a Dentistry that made you feel like part of there family 👪 I'm usually up tight about going to the dentist, but I can honestly say they sure took the fright away. Not only were they friendly and quite efficient with everything they had me do, I love the fact that this group turned out to be a good Christian ✝️ business. I will continue going there for the rest of my dental care. I thank each and every one of that group for there 💯 % good care. I pray they will always be there to help us all in need. Thank you 😊 Today was fast, I enjoyed talking with the doctor, he was great and asked me if I had any questions or if I thought things looked alright, he was very concerned how I felt. I recently took my 90 year old mom to Riccobene and I can't believe that going to the dentist could be such a great experience. We both actually felt at home being treated so kindly by every staff person, lots of smiles and laughter. At the same time everyone was very professional in explaining all the procedures and even letting my mom who had been a dental hygienist back in the day look at her X-ray pictures. Mom's treatment plan was discussed thoroughly and looking forward to our return visit.
“Absolutely Amazing!!!” is an understatement. This dentist office should be the billboard for dentistry’s. The staff are so professional and highly skilled. From the moment I called Alexis set the tone for the appointment. She was very helpful and has wonderful customer service skills. Dr. Bakshi is also heaven sent. During my appointment she answered all of my questions and thoroughly walked me through my appointment along the way. I can tell she really cares to treat her patients. Rose is also wonderful who assisted throughout my appointment. The new employee at the front was also helpful by giving me tips to help out in the future. I’m so pleased with the service I received today and I’m truly grateful I found this office. It’s also very nice inside which is another plus! Thank you again Riccobene Associates! I had my first visit yesterday of actual work being done to my teeth. Started the process for a crown on tooth 11. My doctor was Behairy and assistant was Megan, I couldn't have had better professionals and caring people do my work. I 52 years old and really dislike going to the dentist, but after this visit my feelings have changed. This was the best dental visit I have ever experienced and I look forward to future visits. I will recommend. Thank you!

I had my first appt today with Riccobene Family Dentistry ( monkey junction location) and I can honestly say it was the best dental experience I’ve had in all my life. Everyone was cheery and friendly. Dr. O has a stellar personality and made me laugh multiple times while also being professional. Ashley my hygienist was awesome! She informed me of everything she was doing and explained to me what her and the doctor meant when they were communicating in dental terms. She was very friendly and sweet. The receptionists were kind, bubbly and informative and everyone there knows what they’re doing. I highly recommend this practice to anyone because you will leave happy and with a bright smile!! I have the upmost confidence with all the staff here at Riccobene Dentistry and I look forward to giving them my business from here on out!
Dr Haygood was wonderful when I went in to see him for the pain in my tooth. They got me in very quickly for an appointment and he and his staff where very friendly. He worked very quickly and answered all of the questions and concerns I had. I had to bring my 4 month old when daycare fell through at the last minute, I felt terrible for having to bring her with me but the whole office was very understanding and helpful with her!!! I would highly recommend this office and staff!!!! I have not had any problems with my tooth since, I had a great experience! :)

Riccobene Assoc is a great place to go for several types dental procedures. The staff is always professional and helpful. I appreciate all the care and honest recommendations I've received.
I was 10 minutes late for the first time but they were still happy to see me and took me in almost immediately. I was given an opportunity to discuss the retainer, one vs two. They explained in detail how the new x-ray can be used to make the retainers so they fit perfectly. I have an appointment to have my braces removed but if the retainer comes in sooner, they will rebook my appointment at an earlier time.
This was my first visit to Riccobene Dentistry, the specialists in endodontics and I was really anxious about getting a root canal. First the reception desk people were pleasant and helpful. Dr Chen, who did the procedure was patient and understanding of my nervousness and quick and competent. Taylor, who was in charge of finances eased my other worry of how I would pay my bill by giving me options for payment and was they were the ONLY specialist in the area that really cared to help me find a realistic plan for payment and I really appreciate that. But most of all, I have to mention Erica, who was Dr. Chen's assistant, for going above and beyond to calm my fears. She did everything in her power to relax me, clearly explaining exactly what would occur and easing my worries. She even held my hand at one point! She was awesome and made my experience so much better. Thank you to you all.

Sherrie was my hygienist that cleaned my teeth today. She was patient, kind , understanding, and made me feel comfortable during my visit. She along with Dr. Williams are the reason I will continue to come back to Riccobene for future care. Highly recommend.

The absolute best staff of dental hygienist and Dentists I have ever been to!! they are very caring and very detailed. And answer any and every single question you have, no matter how random it may be they! they are always smiling and always willing to call and get you in as soon as possible and they really try to save you money and time... I absolutely 100% recommend!!!

Have always been great with our 3 boys. Staff is understanding of anxiety and that is amazing 👏 Dr. Resner is amazing! The only thing I would suggest and it's not a complaint, is that there should be better communication among staff so that there's no confusion on what's being wrongfully told to the patients and parents. There's been some confusion about certain circumstances, but this place is amazing and I would recommend them to any and everyone! Thanks for your great service 👍
My experience at Complete Dental (Wilmington Office) was exceptional. I have very high anxiety any time I have to go to the dentist because of bad experiences in the past. From the moment I walked in the door, every staff member greets you with a genuine smile. I explained my anxiety and they went out of their way to ease my fears. This is an exceptional dental office. I highly recommend them.
My daughter was having a dental issue and she was able to be worked in the schedule right away. She was even a new patient due to our dentist no longer accepting our insurance. The staff called our previous dentist to request records and x-rays. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Just had a temporary crown installed by Dr Holme and her assistant. I was prepared to feel a lot of pain but to my surprise I didn’t feel a thing.the doctor and her assistants made me feel very comfortable in a stressful situation. I still have to go back for more procedures to be done but with their professional work I will not be nervous at all. I will be looking forward to be going back to them and knowing that they will be doing a professional job

This is the best dental off I have ever experienced. The girls from the front office to the back are the sweetest. Dr. Golf and Gessen are so understanding and do what they can to make you feel good about yourself. They had 1 week to get my teeth fixed for my daughter's wedding. They a did it! I had smile just in time for the wedding pictures. They really do care about their parents. If you need help go visit them.
I literally travel an hour to see these professional dentists. I recently discovered their office because I’ve been experiencing tooth pain for years but every dentist I saw kept on saying it was ok. It wasn’t until I came here that they confirmed in infection on this tooth. Having it extracted soon. Highly recommend this office! Professional and attentive staff tat actually CARE!
I want to commend Aubrey for her positive energy and being the first point of contact. She is very pleasant and polite. I want to commend April for her excellent service during my first visit. She went above and beyond to assist with a “crazy “ situation that was out of both of our control as we were waiting for X-rays from another location. April did an excellent job cleaning my teeth! I want to commend Jesse for my recent cleaning, excellent service and recommendations regarding an alternative option to a dental matter.
The staff is amazing!! If I could give more stars I would. Briana, Kristen and Donna were super considerate of my situation(my teeth are bad) but they never judge or complained about my situation even though they were very busy. My first experience was great and I trust them to help me with my smile journey. Thanks again ladies for making me feel comfortable. Most times I make an appointment with the dentist and leave from the waiting room but everyone was truly wonderful!

My dental hygienist Renee put me completely at ease during my visit. She answered all of my questions and explained my procedure completely. I was a walk in to the clinic and I high recommend Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry.

Everyone one that works there starting at the front desk check in and check out are always smiling and very polite. Dr. Anderson and Stephanie to me are GREAT. Every appointment I’ve had or concern I’ve had they always answer it and no question is silly to them. They just know how to make you feel comfortable while you are in their chair. 10+
When I tell you I've NEVER had a better team of dentistry people I mean it! I can't stop telling people everywhere how compassionate Dr Farhan and his assistant Que were. I'm 62 and still have anxiety at the dentist. But they really did a great job in explaining everything. Also the front desk, Ms Nikki is marvelous! she helped me with everything! They were welcoming and very efficient and helpful. The dental assistant was very good as she cleaned my teeth.
Broke a tooth needed it fixed quickly. They got me in within an hour of calling don’t have insurance. They got me in checked and gave me all my options for the tooth. They worked with me on getting it taken care of and gave several options for payment. They were able to do most of the repair right then and actually spent about 1 1/2 hours with me. Dr O. And Dental Assistant Katrina were great. If you need dental work give them a try.
I love the way Dr. Steve explains what he’s going to do before and during a procedure. Veronica is always gentle and patient with me and her professionalism is obvious to whom she is mentoring.

I have never enjoyed going to a dentist office until today. My entire visit was awesome. They even walked me through my insurance to help me understand what I’d owe and schedule it out so I wasn’t paying too much at once or missing out on cash from my benefits. Just lovely!
